3. 0:06adventurer named Aaron Rston set out
4. 0:09alone to explore the canyons of Utah. He

7. 0:18Canyon, freedom turned into a fight for
8. 0:22his very life. While descending down a
9. 0:25narrow slot canyon, Aaron dislodged a
10. 0:28massive boulder. In an instant, it
11. 0:31crashed down, pinning his right arm
12. 0:33against the canyon wall. Trapped,
13. 0:36helpless, alone, he pushed, he pulled,
14. 0:39he chipped at the rock, but the boulder
15. 0:42would not move. Hours turned into days.
16. 0:465 days without freedom, 5 days with
17. 0:49barely any water. 5 days recorded
18. 0:52messages for his family, believing he
19. 0:54would never make it out alive. But
20. 0:57inside, Aaron burned a willpower
21. 1:00stronger than stone itself. He refused
22. 1:03to let that canyon become his grave. He
23. 1:06realized the only way to live was the

32. 1:36and hiked 7 miles under the scorching
