35. 1:20side so that's help me out yeah I'm

39. 1:29make a little incision with a knife so
40. 1:31you get jabbing and meanwhile I'm going

43. 1:40on the heat I'm going to get on with
44. 1:41adding everything into the mix so uh
45. 1:44first up we've got our butter in there
46. 1:46and that's 100 G of unsalted butter he's
47. 1:48jabbed already you can assist me with
48. 1:50the rest then and then you've got three
49. 1:52uh tablespoons of demera sugar that's
50. 1:55that on there and then pop it in and oo
51. 1:58it's hot and mix it and then we've got
52. 2:00Casta sugar as well 400 G of Casta sugar
53. 2:04yeah if you could chuck that in in a
54. 2:06dainty fashion though we don't want it
55. 2:08to go here
56. 2:10brilliant and then we need some water
57. 2:12it's looking very dry at the moment just
58. 2:14looks like sugar 100 mL of
59. 2:17water oh dear you see this is Hayden's
60. 2:20recipe I've probably put them in in the
61. 2:21bad it's looking great is it looking
62. 2:23great and then you've got your secret
63. 2:25ingredient haven't you and that's two
64. 2:27teaspoons of vinegar but you actually
65. 2:29don't taste it in the end product
66. 2:31correct brilliant so you need to pop
67. 2:33that on the heat for about 15 minutes
68. 2:36and it will go nice and gloopy and
69. 2:38sticky now obviously if we did it for 15
70. 2:41minutes it would run into the next
71. 2:42program so uh what we've done is this is
72. 2:45one that you did a bit earlier today
73. 2:46isn't it it is and that should be ready
74. 2:49for us yeah and that is really lovely
75. 2:51and thick and sticky oo perfect for
76. 2:54dipping let me just demonstrate the
77. 2:56glotin of this oh lovely and it smells
78. 2:59good isn't it lovely and it smells good

81. 3:06dipping so let's get dipping now while
