Hackathon Day 3 Recording — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00On day one, we built an app
- 0:04product check. On day two, we learned
- 0:08how to create documents and content and
- 0:13have them come to life through
- 0:14infographics, presentations, images,
- 0:18podcasts
- 0:20through Google LM. Simple prompts.
- 0:22Perfect. Day to evening, we went through
- 0:24the complex path of utilizing cloud
- 0:27code. Good. not necessary.
- 0:31Now, we want to get to
- 0:34the wow moments when it comes to videos
- 0:39and images.
- 0:41We got an extremely generous partner in
- 0:44Magnific. Not only are they an excellent
- 0:48product,
- 0:49but they're also a um excellent product
- 0:54when it comes to videos and pictures,
- 0:56and it does so much more. We're going to
- 0:58try to keep it simple. Um, we're going
- 1:01to learn how to create worldclass
- 1:03videos and pictures in the first half,
- 1:07all themed to uh a Spanish penalty kick
- 1:12to the World Cup. And after that, we're
- 1:15going to learn how to build worldclass
- 1:17presentations
- 1:18better than what we can get with
- 1:20Notebook LM um through [snorts]
- 1:23with Rama. Both are highly productive
- 1:27time savers and wow factors. Um, you're
- 1:30going to walk away in both cases with
- 1:33your video and your pictures hopefully
- 1:36better than you could have imagined you
- 1:37can do and presentations
- 1:41because often times you use AI to come
- 1:43up with the content of the presentation
- 1:46but then you have to put it in slides
- 1:49because it doesn't match your corporate
- 1:50branding. We're going to fix that today.
- 1:54and over the weekend, keep building your
- 1:55product.
- 1:57And I'm going to now pass it to the
- 1:59experts,
- 2:01uh, Mr. Nabush and Enrique.
- 2:07Let me pull up the slides. You're all
- 2:10going to become worldclass directors.
- 2:14I also just noticed a small thing. Um,
- 2:18Hammad, if you can uh turn, um on the
- 2:23audio and just say anything
- 2:25uh because it would raise your position
- 2:28in the camera roll. And same thing for
- 2:31you, Allah, just say hi because this way
- 2:35the the wave of emojis which we need are
- 2:40not going to come on top of your face.
- 2:42Uh so that someone
- 2:44>> can you hear me now? Perfect.
- 2:49>> And same thing for you.
- 2:52>> Yes, please.
- 3:01>> Okay, perfect.
- 3:04All right. [clears throat] Hopefully
- 3:06this raises everyone's bar and they're
- 3:07not in the face of the emoji so that
- 3:11anyone who needs sign language
- 3:12interpretation is not blocked. If you
- 3:14are, please leave it in the Q&A.
- 3:17Um, okay. We just went through uh the
- 3:21hellos. Today we've got Inside Studios
- 3:25where the coco founder Mr. Nabush does
- 3:31extraordinary videos. He's going to
- 3:33teach us how to build worldclass
- 3:38um videos and images through um the the
- 3:43production.
- 3:45So to us it means excellent prompting
- 3:48and Enrique at Magnificent
- 3:52product that we're going to use to
- 3:54create these. So over to you gentlemen.
- 3:57Over to you Nabush. Uh hi everyone,
- 4:03happy Friday. I hope everyone is doing
- 4:06great. This is uh Nabush, executive
- 4:08producer and filmmaker from Inside
- 4:11Studios. Uh I've been uh into this field
- 4:15in since 16 years ago producing in the
- 4:19real world and uh I'm co-founder of
- 4:22Insight Studios, a production house
- 4:24based in Riyad. we've been producing
- 4:27previously in the real world and now
- 4:29it's the the whole world is shifting and
- 4:32we're going into the AI production. We
- 4:35have to adapt with it and we're very
- 4:37happy that we have solutions.
- 4:40uh as well as um uh why we're doing uh
- 4:43this and why this it matters why this
- 4:46matters mainly. Uh we're we're we're
- 4:50producing uh previously
- 4:53um like six 60 members uh we're
- 4:57producing one film 60 plus members today
- 5:00only one artist behind the screen. uh
- 5:03today together we going to leave this
- 5:06session producing uh a film and this is
- 5:09our promise for this session. I'll keep
- 5:12the mic for my uh friend Enrique from
- 5:14San Francisco. It's a early morning for
- 5:17him today and uh good morning Enrique.
- 5:21>> Good morning everyone. Uh good evening
- 5:23on your side of the world or wherever
- 5:26you're joining. Um I'm very very excited
- 5:29to be here. Thank you Roy and can uh
- 5:31Nabush uh for inviting me and Magnific.
- 5:35Uh my name is Enrique. I'm the community
- 5:38lead for Magnific here in San Francisco.
- 5:40What that means is that I try to engage
- 5:43with uh community members of creatives
- 5:47um who are trying to leverage AI uh to
- 5:50start generating some content uh that
- 5:52can be from image to video to 3D to
- 5:55audio, music, anything, everything that
- 5:57can be hosted in Magnific
- 6:00um uh we do it. Our goal is to put all
- 6:04the best generative AI models um into
- 6:07one place. creators
- 6:10um and users like you have access to
- 6:12everything only one place so you only
- 6:14have to pay one subscription have access
- 6:16to everything and every all your
- 6:18creations live in one place so you don't
- 6:20have to go to different places
- 6:22>> I'm going to ask the audience one
- 6:24question and please leave um the well I
- 6:27won't say what which emoji if you have
- 6:31created videos
- 6:33or images in the past
- 6:36>> um please leave a
- 6:39I can't see the screen, so I will I will
- 6:41wait for uh my colleagues to let me
- 6:44know.
- 6:46>> It's a lot of hearts.
- 6:48>> It's a lot of hearts. Excellent. So, the
- 6:50reason we're super happy to have
- 6:52Magnific is because
- 6:54most, if not like the best models for
- 6:57picture and video generation exist all
- 6:59in Magnific. So, just like we were super
- 7:01excited about Replet to be able to very
- 7:04simply
- 7:05build an app, we're super excited about
- 7:07Magnificouch
- 7:14that brings everything to life.
- 7:18>> All right. Uh as this picture uh is a
- 7:21funny illustration about uh uh about
- 7:25what was happening before and what's
- 7:27happening now. uh what was happening
- 7:30before is that uh we were a lot on set
- 7:33and we were a lot doing the
- 7:34pre-production, the production and the
- 7:36post-production
- 7:38uh a lot of cycles and today by one
- 7:41click under the AC uh in your comfort
- 7:45zone you can create magic. Uh can we
- 7:49move to the next slide please? Um uh
- 7:52yeah so uh I will be explaining uh the
- 7:55production departments very fast. uh
- 7:58before we get into the real workshop uh
- 8:00with Enrique uh before as we know
- 8:03traditionally the production was uh met
- 8:06was a combination of departments and all
- 8:08those departments are working under the
- 8:10executive producer in order to deliver
- 8:12to the client the production department
- 8:15which is responsible for the overflow of
- 8:18the project the wardrobe the custom
- 8:20design the casting department
- 8:22cinematography
- 8:23uh camera and technical department all
- 8:26those departments were we're we're
- 8:28working together in order to create the
- 8:31final product for the client. Uh
- 8:34nowadays the five plus departments and
- 8:37the 60 plus people working on the
- 8:39project and the month is spent over a
- 8:41project and the millions spent over a
- 8:45project can be sum up with one person
- 8:48sitting behind the screen and the
- 8:49creating magic. Uh next slide please.
- 8:54So yeah, one artist and every department
- 8:58but one but this one artist has to be
- 9:00ready. Our our uh mission on this call
- 9:04and our mission on this webinar is to
- 9:08make you ready guys to uh be the artist
- 9:11and be the oneman show for this uh
- 9:15production. uh mainly we will be working
- 9:19on uh giving you an overview uh on how
- 9:23we will sum up the whole five
- 9:25departments in one person. Uh how we can
- 9:28write a perfect prompt for a perfect
- 9:30scene and how can we move on our
- 9:32exercise today will be a current
- 9:35exercise from the world cup. It will be
- 9:38a Spanish hopefully a Spanish penalty
- 9:41kick on uh the goal and uh this is what
- 9:46we will uh be doing. Uh
- 9:49>> just one second. Uh everybody who's
- 9:52listening just for kicks, if you uh are
- 9:55excited for a Spanish penalty kick,
- 9:59please leave a tadada. If you'd rather
- 10:02see a Argentinian penalty kick, please
- 10:06leave a clap.
- 10:12We all wanted Spanish.
- 10:15>> Yes, it's a mix.
- 10:20>> Ah, it's a mix.
- 10:22>> Mhm.
- 10:24>> Okay. Okay. There we go. Now, this is
- 10:26your this is your answer. Okay, Nabush,
- 10:28back over to you.
- 10:29>> All right. Uh so basically what is a
- 10:32prompt? Uh everyone knows what's a
- 10:34prompt but how can we control the
- 10:36prompt? We don't want to write the
- 10:38prompt and give us like chances. We want
- 10:41to engineer what's inside the frame. Uh
- 10:45it it matters what what inside the frame
- 10:47and we need to engineer what's going on.
- 10:50We don't want to live on chances. We
- 10:52want to control the chance and we want
- 10:54to control the whole environment and to
- 10:56maintain uh consistency in in our scene.
- 11:00That's why we're we're meeting here
- 11:02today uh to create a magical prompt to
- 11:06engineer a magical prompt that can sum
- 11:08up the whole departments. We always uh
- 11:12uh we always have to make sure that
- 11:14we're writing layers in this prompt. We
- 11:17need to engineer who is in the frame and
- 11:20where. We need always to ask why, who,
- 11:24where, when, uh daytime, nighttime,
- 11:28where is this happening, who is inside
- 11:30the frame. We cannot just write a
- 11:32sentence and keep it for luck because
- 11:35chances are billions of chances that can
- 11:38pop up and make us not controlling the
- 11:41whole scene. So as much as we are
- 11:44Shakespearean in our prompt, as much as
- 11:47we can, as much as we describe more, as
- 11:51much as we are expressive, as much the
- 11:54results are better and good. So now
- 11:56let's uh go into the penalty kick
- 11:59exercise. Uh uh here is the prompt. Uh I
- 12:03wrote it but before I go through it I
- 12:06will let uh my friend Enriquey to get
- 12:09you through uh Magnificat the workflow.
- 12:12We will write uh everyone will have the
- 12:15chance to write the prompt after
- 12:17activating the promo code and after that
- 12:20everyone will write the prompt based on
- 12:22his uh imagination. Then after we will
- 12:24get into this share screen again and
- 12:27read this prompt and analyze it and
- 12:29interpret it the way we are uh doing.
- 12:31Okay.
- 12:32>> And for everyone to know, uh, we're
- 12:35going to get into Magnific right now.
- 12:37Magnific offered us 10,000 credits over
- 12:41the next 7 days. Uh, we're going to use
- 12:43this platform today. We're going to use
- 12:45it again tomorrow for the session on how
- 12:48to create convert drawings into real
- 12:51world scenes coming up from our own art.
- 12:54Um, and they've given us more than
- 12:57enough credits than we need. And notice,
- 12:59so we'll have 10,000 credits over 7
- 13:01days. Notice that um in the app as we
- 13:05use magnific
- 13:07and Enrique will tell us where it is.
- 13:09That's the number of credits each thing
- 13:11costs. We'll reduce from our 10,000. So
- 13:13you can get a sense of that. So over to
- 13:16you, you Enrique.
- 13:19>> Awesome. Thank you everyone. And I saw
- 13:21someone on the chat asked if magnific.
- 13:26Yes. So, we changed, we got rebranded
- 13:30earlier this year, I believe in
- 13:31February. Um, Freepick has been around
- 13:34for about 10 years, and we're a Spanish
- 13:36company. So, I'm very happy that we get
- 13:39to uh showcase Spanish soccer player in
- 13:42this example. I'm from Mexico, actually,
- 13:44but I'm still close to Spain and I still
- 13:47uh like them a lot. Um, so the first
- 13:49thing we're going to do is we're going
- 13:51to share a a link. Um, Roy, do you have
- 13:55the link?
- 13:56>> Mhm.
- 13:58um to for you to go into uh Magnific.
- 14:02Um
- 14:04once you click that link, uh it's going
- 14:06to take you to a pricing sheet. Uh do
- 14:09you do not have to buy it right now? Uh
- 14:11what we're going to ask you is to
- 14:15uh should I share my screen or can you
- 14:17share your screen, Roy?
- 14:18>> I can do it. [clears throat]
- 14:20>> One moment.
- 14:23>> Um
- 14:24>> there we go. [cough and clears throat]
- 14:27your user icon.
- 14:29>> So, I'm going to open an incognito
- 14:31window so that everyone can see exactly
- 14:33what I see. I'm just going to just go
- 14:36back to the chat so that I can copy what
- 14:38I just put for everybody. Um,
- 14:43where is the chat? One moment.
- 14:48Oh, one second. I'm just going to stop
- 14:50share so I can copy it.
- 14:53Here's the referral link. So I have it
- 14:55open and copy this and then share my
- 15:00screen again.
- 15:02All right everybody, if you can see Oh,
- 15:05perfect. I can see the emo emoteicons.
- 15:08If everybody can um open this and see
- 15:12this screen, please leave a thumb up.
- 15:20Okay, perfect. Um, if anyone is not able
- 15:24to open the screen, please leave a
- 15:27message in the Q&A.
- 15:30But I'm seeing a lot of thumbs up.
- 15:32Perfect. Everybody, let's excellent.
- 15:34Let's follow along just because um both
- 15:37sessions, this one and the next session
- 15:39are going to be five actions
- 15:42al all together but done over the that
- 15:45course. Perfect. Everybody's in. So, uh,
- 15:49where do we go, Enrique? Uh you're going
- 15:51to have to sign up at the top
- 15:54>> everybody once you click on sign up. All
- 15:57right.
- 15:58>> You can you can sign up using your
- 16:00Google account. Um already has an
- 16:03account. So maybe
- 16:04>> I'm going to create one a brand new one.
- 16:19motorcycles.
- 16:24>> Okay.
- 16:29Wow. [laughter]
- 16:31We're We're putting pressure on your
- 16:33servers
- 16:34>> a lot. I tell I tell my technical team
- 16:36this is going to happen. So,
- 16:38>> perfect. No problem.
- 16:40By the way, none of us have done this
- 16:43before. So, don't worry. No server is
- 16:46ready for what we're what this AI
- 16:49training hackathon is doing. So, I'm
- 16:51going to create another account. I'm
- 16:53going to hurt your server even more.
- 16:57[laughter]
- 16:58>> Push it. Push to the limit.
- 16:59>> I'm going to push it to the limit.
- 17:07Continue.
- 17:10Okay. So, I'm guessing a lot of people
- 17:11are getting server overload.
- 17:17>> What shall we do?
- 17:19>> Is anyone Has anyone been able to log in
- 17:21to to create?
- 17:23>> Yeah. So, if you're logging in, leave a
- 17:25>> tada.
- 17:27>> Can you put a thumbs up?
- 17:29>> Let's see. Okay. We're seeing tas.
- 17:32And then who can't log in, leave O's.
- 17:38Okay, we're at Yeah, sorry. 1/3.
- 17:43>> I guess we just keep trying for another
- 17:46minute.
- 17:47>> So, let's let's give it the time it
- 17:49takes. Um, one other option that I'm
- 17:51already thinking of is uh Yes,
- 17:55>> I was uh able to log if you want me to
- 17:59share my screen.
- 18:01>> Um, yes, share your screen.
- 18:06back over to you.
- 18:09>> And if we get
- 18:10>> Yes, sir. I was going to say if we get a
- 18:12lot of like server is down for some
- 18:14time, we won't waste time. We can always
- 18:17um show parts of the next session and
- 18:20then we can come back. That's not a
- 18:22problem. If we need to swap just to make
- 18:24sure that everybody's uh well connected
- 18:26because it's worth it.
- 18:28>> Got it.
- 18:30>> This is the screen I am seeing now. So,
- 18:33so once you are able to login, yeah, if
- 18:35you can go to your user right at the
- 18:38top,
- 18:39um, uh, the there's going to be an
- 18:42option under that says use AI code.
- 18:46>> Yes.
- 18:48>> And then that's where you're going to
- 18:49input the code that
- 18:54Roy shared. I'll share it again in the
- 18:56chat so it's fresh.
- 19:01Oh, it's already there. It's the last
- 19:02one is the last message that Roy sent.
- 19:06World hack.
- 19:07>> Now I can see code applied successfully.
- 19:10>> Nice.
- 19:11>> Yeah. You'll see about
- 19:14>> Yeah. After you. Sorry.
- 19:16>> Yeah. And you're going to be able to see
- 19:18a progress bar right under uh create in
- 19:22uh create your team. Uh a progress bar
- 19:25is going to load that. It's going to
- 19:26show you 10 10,000 credits.
- 19:30If you're able to cash in your 10,000
- 19:33credits, um please do it. You don't have
- 19:36to go there. Uh Rama, that's
- 19:39specifically for uh purchasing a
- 19:41subscription after your 7 days. Uh using
- 19:45the same link, you're you're going to be
- 19:47able to get also a 20% off um in a
- 19:51subscription. Uh so you you're going to
- 19:54have 7 days to use these 10,000 credits.
- 19:57After that, same link, you get 20% off.
- 20:00There you go. Uh you're going to be able
- 20:03to see the TS on credits and a progress
- 20:04bar and see how much you've been using.
- 20:08So, we're seeing a lot of O's. That
- 20:09means a lot of people are not able to um
- 20:12um create an account. If for everybody
- 20:16who's doing an O, oh, we're seeing some
- 20:18hearts. So, the server is starting to
- 20:19load up. for everybody who is not able
- 20:23to connect
- 20:25um if in fact I am right about that's
- 20:28the main problem that's the only problem
- 20:30leave an emoji and react with a
- 20:34uh
- 20:37which one okay with a thumb up that
- 20:40means that I I understood you I got you
- 20:43that this is the problem
- 20:46leave a thumb up if it's just a question
- 20:48of servers
- 20:52Okay, we're we're still at a quarter of
- 20:54us.
- 20:57H it seems like it's it's reducing.
- 21:00>> Yeah.
- 21:01>> Um that's great.
- 21:04So
- 21:07can I ask um one more thing because this
- 21:10is going to allow us to make the
- 21:11determination of whether we continue or
- 21:14if we wait and then and then do it in
- 21:16the second half because the servers we
- 21:17would have everyone would have created
- 21:19an account and we'd be good to go. Um,
- 21:21I'm just going to ask if anyone was not
- 21:24able to log in at first but now is able
- 21:27to log in, please put a clap
- 21:36just to see the speed at which the
- 21:37server is able to get it working.
- 21:42>> Okay.
- 21:44Okay.
- 21:47Okay.
- 21:49Um my sense is
- 21:52should we
- 21:55as much as I would love to do it. Oh,
- 21:57we're seeing claps. Okay, let's give it
- 22:00another minute or two. Exactly like you
- 22:01said, Enrique. Um whoever. So try
- 22:05everybody try it one more time. Who's
- 22:07not able to connect and um actually
- 22:10first so we can win just 30 seconds.
- 22:14Everybody who's able to see the progress
- 22:16bar of 10,000 credits, leave a heart.
- 22:31>> Okay. Uh, a heart if you're if you're
- 22:34able to the claps. I'm not sure what
- 22:35they mean at this point. Oh, this is
- 22:37kind of um it's it's lagging now. It's
- 22:40kind of showing from before. Now we're
- 22:42seeing the flow of hearts and we're
- 22:44seeing some O's. A lot of hearts, a lot
- 22:46of O's. Okay. I would suggest since
- 22:50we're at 50/50 to uh get into the
- 22:54presentation
- 22:55and everybody as you're doing this keep
- 22:58magnific
- 23:00um so that you can continuously try
- 23:03um the presentation one is going to be a
- 23:05lot um easier and it's going to allow
- 23:09you to build pitch perfect presentations
- 23:13and after that uh we'll find that the
- 23:15the next na logical time to get back
- 23:18into the the video and photo production
- 23:21just so that no one is left behind.
- 23:24>> Uh I just want to say guys, it's
- 23:25absolutely amazing where you can create
- 23:30things that um so I just want to give
- 23:33you guys just a a preview of the quality
- 23:37of the things that you're going to be
- 23:38able to see as you make that slight
- 23:41switch and pivot. So I'm going to share
- 23:43my screen for a second.
- 23:46So this is while we were doing our
- 23:48rehearsal just before.
- 23:52Look at the quality of the users
- 23:57uh the players and the kick. And this is
- 24:00right before we were connecting the
- 24:02first and last frame to create our
- 24:05video.
- 24:07This is what you're going to be able to
- 24:08create. And you're going to be able to
- 24:09create many of them. Uh, so I just
- 24:11wanted to give you guys uh a heads up of
- 24:14what it is that we're about to have and
- 24:16what we're also going to be able to
- 24:18connect to code and import it back to
- 24:21code if you want to. Um, if you find
- 24:23this impressive, please leave a heart
- 24:26and we'll get back to it while everybody
- 24:28gets back to um is able to create their
- 24:33account.
- 24:35So, the product is absolutely amazing.
- 24:38Uh to be honest, we've have tried so
- 24:40many. This one is extra extremely up
- 24:43there. Um excellent
- 24:47everybody. Please try to um continuously
- 24:51hit the Magnific.
- 24:54They know that it's not a a signup
- 24:56attack. It is actually uh an AI trading
- 25:00hackathon that's somewhere in the Middle
- 25:02East that is uh telling um the servers
- 25:06in San Francisco that uh hey we're
- 25:08having we're having fun with your
- 25:09software.
- 25:11>> Yeah.
- 25:13>> Okay.
- 25:14>> In in the meantime, do you want we go to
- 25:17back to the presentation and explain the
- 25:19prompt? Uh
- 25:21>> I think I think let's switch just so
- 25:23that we can win time.
- 25:25>> Okay. and and not eat time from Rama's
- 25:28presentation, let's switch to Rama's
- 25:29presentation if that's okay. And then uh
- 25:32from there once everybody once we see a
- 25:35flow of hearts, we'll get to it because
- 25:38the the prompt will make more sense once
- 25:40we actually have a picture up and it's
- 25:43going to make sense. And I'm I'm I'm
- 25:45seeing here that the crowd is saying,
- 25:48"Okay, that's a good plan. everybody's
- 25:51on board with um let's switch things up
- 25:54a little bit and be creative and let's
- 25:58make sure no one is left behind. So,
- 26:00thank you. And by the way, there's 5,000
- 26:03of us now.
- 26:05So, the 2,000 people just joined. Uh
- 26:07welcome. And uh let's put more load on
- 26:11Magnific.
- 26:12So, Magnific's app is Magnificent.
- 26:16Uh Nabush's directing is extraordinary.
- 26:20Um and we're going to leave that till
- 26:22after we actually get us to something
- 26:26that I'm about to share which is Rama's
- 26:29presentation whom we know and love and
- 26:33has been with us from day one as our
- 26:35lead instructor.
- 26:38So I'm going to share my screen and
- 26:41bring it back to the second part that
- 26:43we're going to cover. So
- 26:47today this whole thing is to build your
- 26:49skill set in AI video is one thing and a
- 26:54recap we've built and published our
- 26:56mobile and web app. We've built a
- 26:58complete marketing materials. We will
- 27:00learn how to create world-class videos
- 27:02and images. But we're going to build
- 27:04right now well-designed brand align
- 27:07aligned presentations because I'm just
- 27:10going to ask from a show of hands. And
- 27:12guys, let me know um how many of you
- 27:15spend too much time on PowerPoint and
- 27:17would rather reduce some of that time
- 27:20thanks to AI. Please leave uh an O
- 27:23because we don't want to spend too much
- 27:25time on PowerPoint.
- 27:31Are we seeing a flow of O's?
- 27:38Okay. Um, so back over to Rama. So what
- 27:42we're going to create today is this
- 27:43brand aligned presentation.
- 27:45[clears throat]
- 27:46It's going to start off by creating your
- 27:48strategy documents. So we're going to
- 27:50take you back to replet
- 27:53or you can do it on code so that you can
- 27:56build your business plan, marketing
- 27:58plan, product inventory, sales forecast.
- 28:03Then you're going to fit it all inside
- 28:05clude
- 28:06which is going to allow you to have your
- 28:09project with all your products. Think of
- 28:11notebookm but it's going to be on clude.
- 28:14And this is going to be the place that
- 28:16allows you to have all of your
- 28:19information uh stored in there. So that
- 28:24uh then we're going to create a skill
- 28:25and this is going to allow you to do all
- 28:28types of work. Um, what I mean by that
- 28:33is
- 28:35I'm going to show what how important
- 28:38this is right before passing it right
- 28:41back to to Rama. Ken's as an
- 28:44organization
- 28:46does so much using code
- 28:51under projects.
- 28:53We have Ken's and we have everything our
- 28:58documents and this allowed us to create
- 29:00the hackathon page,
- 29:02our go-to market strategy post
- 29:04hackathon, our brand, the skill
- 29:08assessments,
- 29:10journalism, everything because you have
- 29:12an unlimited space in a chat where all
- 29:15of these products and documents are
- 29:17stored. And now we're going to dive into
- 29:19that how we get to this from creating
- 29:22from Replet where we built the product
- 29:24into where we really take it to market.
- 29:27U back over to youama where you we go
- 29:30back into replet to create those
- 29:31documents.
- 29:37>> Hello, welcome everyone and happy to
- 29:40have you today. Uh let's start with our
- 29:45first thing that we will create our um
- 29:51strategy documents, marketing documents
- 29:53that we going to use for creating our
- 29:57presentations today. So let's hop on to
- 30:01Replit. Let's go back to our project,
- 30:04the Preitt project. If you were with us
- 30:09from day one, you can go from the um
- 30:16let's see here the homepage. You can see
- 30:19all your project and then let's go to
- 30:24the bakery one.
- 30:28Please leave a thumb up if you
- 30:32opened your template
- 30:37to the project. Let's see.
- 30:43Okay.
- 30:50Now I will put in the chat the prompt
- 30:53that we're going to use to ex to create
- 30:56this these files which is we will ask
- 31:00triplet to create a business plan
- 31:02marketing strategy
- 31:05menu and the prices and also the sales
- 31:08forecast document.
- 31:11Please let me know if you can see the
- 31:13prompt in the chat.
- 31:18Okay, that's good.
- 31:27So I sent this uh prom to
- 31:31replet. It took around 5 minutes
- 31:37for the documents to be created.
- 31:46Everybody, once you add that to the
- 31:49search and it's starting to run, please
- 31:52leave it. Tada.
- 31:58Okay, perfect.
- 32:01We're getting some O's. So, for anyone,
- 32:03and I'm going to make a guess, that
- 32:05maybe did not was not on day one and
- 32:08doesn't have that particular uh project,
- 32:10don't worry. We're going to attach those
- 32:13documents into the search. Um so so for
- 32:17one the idea here is that for you to
- 32:20gain the skill to do that for your own
- 32:23project uh whatever it is that you're
- 32:25building and we highly recommend not
- 32:27just to do the bakery build something
- 32:29that you love for the hackathon uh just
- 32:32by changing the prompts but we're going
- 32:35to put our documents inside here so that
- 32:38you're able to create a project if you
- 32:41don't have them. Uh, but we're seeing a
- 32:43lot of people are are um already have
- 32:46that prompt running. Um, and then I'll
- 32:49ask because I'm not sure what the issue
- 32:51is on the O's, um, please leave it in
- 32:54the Q&A and my my colleagues who are
- 32:57monitoring the Q&A will let us know what
- 32:59we could improve.
- 33:05Okay. Um I just wanted to
- 33:11uh some people were confused where to
- 33:12put the code earlier and keep trying. So
- 33:15if you have magnific open um okay so
- 33:19while we update these documents maybe
- 33:22Enrique can you uh share your screen and
- 33:26show where someone can add the code?
- 33:29>> Absolutely.
- 33:33I love how we're all working together,
- 33:365,000 people together and then um all
- 33:39listening and attentive to one another.
- 33:41That's amazing. Thank you for uh for
- 33:44your trust.
- 33:46So, my screen is going to look a little
- 33:47bit different than everyone's because I
- 33:49have the company account. But once you
- 33:52create and you're logged in into the
- 33:54Magnific Suite, if you go to your user
- 33:58um settings right here,
- 34:02uh below theme, you're going to see a
- 34:04button that says use AI code. That's
- 34:07where the code is going to be. You can
- 34:08just copy and paste it. It's still in
- 34:10the chat. And you're going to be able to
- 34:12see a progress bar
- 34:14where you see how many credits you have.
- 34:17Right now I have a ridiculous amount of
- 34:19credits. Um you're going to see 10k
- 34:22credits in your account.
- 34:25Let me know if you're able to um get
- 34:28there. [clears throat]
- 34:31Perfect. We'll keep an eye on on things
- 34:34and seems like we're we're making some
- 34:36good progress there. Uh back over to you
- 34:38Rama. If you have those documents, maybe
- 34:41you could upload them in the chat and we
- 34:43can create a a project inside clude um
- 34:46so that we can uh create the skill and
- 34:49create that presentation.
- 34:53>> Sure. Let me share my screen.
- 34:58>> Uh please let me know if you uh can hear
- 35:00me and the voice is clear.
- 35:11Wonderful. Everybody's with you.
- 35:14>> Okay, cool.
- 35:16I am putting the documents in the chat
- 35:19for you guys.
- 35:25>> The cool thing here is that AI has so
- 35:29much knowledge. Um, and with the prompt
- 35:31that we're going to learn from Nabush,
- 35:34we're going to we can you can apply that
- 35:36same skill in allowing it to create a
- 35:39proper sales forecast in a b in a
- 35:42marketing strategy in a business plan.
- 35:44So, all of this comes together and it
- 35:47all is interrelated. A good prompt is a
- 35:49good prompt, but it just so is easy to
- 35:51be able to think about it from a
- 35:52cinematography standpoint. Um, but now
- 35:56these are four documents. Um everybody
- 35:59once you can download these documents
- 36:02please leave a uh thumb up
- 36:08as well as if you have your own
- 36:10documents you're more than welcome to
- 36:11use those as well. You don't have to be
- 36:14using the bakery analogy. You can be
- 36:16using anything you want. Wonderful.
- 36:25Is there's any O's or we can go to the
- 36:28next step? No.
- 36:29>> No. Let's let's let's keep uh let's keep
- 36:31going and then we'll keep an eye on the
- 36:33Q&A.
- 36:34>> Okay.
- 36:36So um now we are on cloud the homepage
- 36:41and as you can see here we can see
- 36:44charts projects
- 36:47artifacts customize and from the
- 36:49projects we will go and then we'll
- 36:53create a new project
- 36:56>> just because not everybody has cloud.ai
- 36:59open uh please open clude.ai AI. And
- 37:01once you have clicked on project and
- 37:04you're in this screen, create a new
- 37:05project, please leave a thumb up.
- 37:16Okay.
- 37:18Okay. AMA
- 37:24the cool thing about project is you know
- 37:26have you ever used chats where sometimes
- 37:29it tells you at the end of your chat it
- 37:31can't copy everything to a new chat with
- 37:34projects you don't have that problem you
- 37:36can upload a lot of files in here
- 37:41and every time you start a new chat
- 37:44it is going to
- 37:46be as if you've already uploaded all of
- 37:48these files. So, it's going to use that
- 37:50knowledge
- 37:52instantly without you having to repeat
- 37:54yourself.
- 37:56That's a great way to get organized.
- 38:02If you are new to code projects, uh
- 38:05please leave a a heart.
- 38:12Oh, it's an amazing tool to use.
- 38:17For any O's, uh, leave things in the Q&A
- 38:19and then we'll we'll support.
- 38:24>> Okay. As we now created the project, uh,
- 38:28we can name it as we like and then
- 38:33upload our files right here in the
- 38:35files. Also, if we have some
- 38:38instructions to give to Claude
- 38:41um
- 38:43for the responses, for example, I want
- 38:47Claude to be short and simple or clear
- 38:51without details. I can mention any
- 38:54instructions that I need in this box
- 38:59and then we can just
- 39:03have our project ready to use.
- 39:12This is super helpful from any
- 39:14productivity and business standpoint.
- 39:15It's not as uh I want you sexy as the
- 39:19videos and photos that we're going to
- 39:21see that are necessary, but this is
- 39:23where I spend my time.
- 39:25>> And also uh you don't need a
- 39:28subscription to use uh cloud projects.
- 39:31It's free.
- 39:35for everyone to use
- 39:48and now we can uh go ahead and create
- 39:51our scalor or shall we give some time?
- 39:55[clears throat]
- 39:55>> Okay. Um let's I just wanted to share
- 39:58now that we've created our project just
- 40:00going to take us back to um exactly our
- 40:04our plan for today just so that we can
- 40:07stay on the same page. So you've got
- 40:11[clears throat] the creation of the
- 40:12strategy documents
- 40:15starting a code project
- 40:19and we'll we'll talk about memory so
- 40:21that it doesn't retain. So even if you
- 40:23give it private information it is not
- 40:25shared from chat to chat. It stays
- 40:28within that project. That project
- 40:30becomes your safe space.
- 40:33And then with that project and all this
- 40:36information that you feed into it, you
- 40:37can put whatever you want. Customer
- 40:39support requirements, requests, uh
- 40:42notes, calls, uh notes on calls, uh
- 40:46prospect lists of customers, progress
- 40:49that you're doing with your team,
- 40:51product management documents can all go
- 40:54into those files.
- 40:57And now, since we're going to focus on
- 40:59presentations, we're going to create a
- 41:01skid. And that's another part of clude.
- 41:04And this is going to allow you to create
- 41:08and retain your brand guidelines. So
- 41:10that every time you tell clude create a
- 41:13presentation because I have a pitch with
- 41:16the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi
- 41:20Arabia.
- 41:22And then you put the skill, it's going
- 41:24to create something specifically for
- 41:26them in your own branding. And that's
- 41:28where you save so much time. We've
- 41:31already created our project include
- 41:35uh and now we're going to create that
- 41:38skill. And since it's FIFA,
- 41:41let's just use the FIFA branding for our
- 41:45project so that we can see how we can
- 41:47extract the colors, the logos,
- 41:50everything
- 41:52into
- 41:54um
- 41:55into that presentation that we have. And
- 41:59here is another very valuable prompt
- 42:02engineering tip.
- 42:05Um maybe Rama, do you want to go through
- 42:07that and then we'll we'll paste it all
- 42:09so that we understand what it is that
- 42:11we're pasting.
- 42:13>> Sure. Uh so if you can see prompt number
- 42:16two, it's basically telling Claude to
- 42:20extract the design system. For example,
- 42:25if I have a presentation with a
- 42:28particular brand,
- 42:30exact exact colors or type of fonts, a
- 42:35logo, layout system, a tone. In this
- 42:38presentation, we can just go to CL,
- 42:43upload the file, and then we tell CLA
- 42:47that read this attached file as a design
- 42:51system and then return to us a brand
- 42:55brief with the colors palette, the type,
- 42:58the logo, the layout, slide type, uh the
- 43:03mood fit, the voice and tone,
- 43:06uh And there is a note uh below number
- 43:10seven which is sample the colors exactly
- 43:13from the uh file don't estimate or don't
- 43:17give us like similar colors. So we have
- 43:21exactly
- 43:23our brand
- 43:25with the same colors logo and
- 43:26everything. So I'm very excited to try
- 43:30this with you guys. So let's
- 43:34I will share my screen
- 43:36and uh by the way I put the file in the
- 43:40chat
- 43:42so you can download just let's wait for
- 43:45a couple of minutes for you guys to
- 43:46download the file.
- 43:49>> Oh yeah. So everyone uh I don't know I
- 43:52can't share my screen to show the chat
- 43:55but the last file is that FIFA World Cup
- 43:58and the prompt is that chat. So we don't
- 44:02have to be in projects anymore. I just
- 44:04want to get a show of hands. Uh please
- 44:06leave it ta if you have created your
- 44:08project and you've uploaded the files.
- 44:15Okay,
- 44:17majority is is in there. Um and then I'm
- 44:20going ask our own team uh to go through
- 44:23the Q&A uh to understand why we have
- 44:26some O's.
- 44:52So now I'm creating a project that
- 44:55called FIFA.
- 44:59So we can extract the brand identity
- 45:02from there
- 45:04and then create our skill. So I will
- 45:08upload
- 45:09the file that I've shared in the chat
- 45:14with a prompt.
- 45:28Uh please leave a thumb up if you
- 45:31uploaded the file into cloud.
- 45:36with the prompt and it's running.
- 45:44>> Okay, perfect. And by the way, not a
- 45:47problem for a lot of the O's. We're
- 45:49going to get uh very soon into the
- 45:51prayer break, which allows anyone who
- 45:53hasn't been able to catch up to go back
- 45:56and do that. We're going a little bit
- 45:58fast just because we've had to jump from
- 46:00one thing to the other. So, I'm gonna
- 46:03ask for uh a poll.
- 46:06First of all, on the magnific side, if
- 46:10you have not been able to try it now,
- 46:14just before leaving an O, try uh
- 46:17resigning up to get your credits. But if
- 46:19you're still stuck, please leave an O.
- 46:28Okay.
- 46:32And if you have been able to get it to
- 46:33work, please leave a heart.
- 46:43>> Okay, J maybe Enrique, it could be good
- 46:45to just check in with the tech team.
- 46:48>> Yeah. Can I can I can you tell us a
- 46:50little bit in the chat where you are
- 46:52where you're stuck? Is it by creating an
- 46:54account? Is it not letting you create an
- 46:56account? Are you not able to find the
- 47:00code
- 47:02uh to upload?
- 47:05I would like to know exactly where we're
- 47:07getting stuck.
- 47:09Um in the meantime, let us um break for
- 47:13anyone who is seeking the uh prayer
- 47:15break. Feel free to uh we'll return
- 47:18properly at 7:15. We are not going to do
- 47:22anything new until then. Um and for
- 47:26anyone who that does not apply to uh
- 47:30please stay with so that we can ensure
- 47:32that um we're all on the same page where
- 47:37we have created [clears throat]
- 47:40that uh prompt to create u a And
- 48:00by the way, Enrique, we're seeing that
- 48:01the vast majority of people are able to
- 48:03create an account, but most of them
- 48:06can't put the code. Um, and so it's just
- 48:10a question of adding the code.
- 48:16Got it.
- 48:33So the code is here. [clears throat]
- 48:34It's shared again. We're
- 48:41no virtue.
- 48:47Yeah, if you can try again to input it
- 48:49to input the the code again in your user
- 48:53settings, there should be a button that
- 48:55says use AI code. Do not go to get a
- 48:59plan. That's going to take you to the to
- 49:01the purchasing uh page. Uh you got to go
- 49:05to use AI code.
- 49:19Okay. U now that we're in the prayer
- 49:21break, let's maybe do [clears throat]
- 49:23and everyone just um we're going to put
- 49:27the step by step. Maybe Enrique in the
- 49:28chat if you'd put like a very basic step
- 49:30by step on um the the link
- 49:35uh where to go what to click on where to
- 49:38put the code and then it's just a
- 49:40question at this point of people doing a
- 49:42refresh until it loads and then uh maybe
- 49:47Rama let's um [clears throat] just do a
- 49:50very quick review of what it is that you
- 49:52created because
- 49:54um if you go back to projects you've
- 49:56created one projects with four documents
- 49:59and it seems like almost everyone has
- 50:01loaded the four documents but you
- 50:03created another project called FIFA.
- 50:07Yes, I was using this one for the bakery
- 50:13project which is have the sales
- 50:16forecast, menu, marketing strategy and
- 50:19the business plan that we extracted from
- 50:23uh rilet
- 50:24and then I created another project which
- 50:27is FIFA
- 50:30and has a chart that to extract
- 50:34the brand identity. We'll go through the
- 50:37output after the break so everyone can
- 50:40follow
- 50:45and I'm seeing the Q&A is all about the
- 50:48code. Please check the chat. T Roy Troy
- 50:50has put the code there.
- 50:53>> Yeah.
- 50:55>> And what what we'll do is we're going to
- 50:57go through again step by step share our
- 50:58screen so that um this could uh work for
- 51:03everyone.
- 51:04>> Okay. Okay, I will stop sharing my
- 51:06screen.
- 51:07>> Oh, okay.
- 51:10So, I'm going to share my screen. I'm
- 51:12not going to do it on full screen so
- 51:14that I can still access the chat.
- 51:18This is what it should look like when
- 51:19it's good.
- 51:22>> Correct.
- 51:22>> I see my 10,000 available credits.
- 51:26Now, this is what it's going to look
- 51:28like when I just get started. Let me
- 51:30just go back to the chat.
- 51:33Scroll back up to the uh the link. Copy
- 51:37it. Incognito mode or new new tab.
- 51:44I enter the link.
- 51:46So, I'm going to put it in the chat.
- 51:48That's the first thing.
- 51:50The second thing, I'm going to sign up
- 51:56and I'm going to create a new account.
- 52:14I'm going to show my bicycles.
- 52:17Between bicycle and motorcycle. Oh, no.
- 52:19They just literally mean bicycles.
- 52:22Bicycle.
- 52:24That looks like a bicycle.
- 52:26That's another bicycle.
- 52:29Motor. motor.
- 52:32Okay, we're good.
- 52:35Okay, so it it is smart enough to know
- 52:42that you cannot add a plus. Well done,
- 52:45Magnific.
- 52:48So, I'm going to create an account now.
- 52:54Um, and now we're here.
- 52:57I'm going to call my my name um jobs for
- 53:01humanity
- 53:04for example.
- 53:06Continue.
- 53:13If everyone has gotten to that part,
- 53:15please leave a thumb up.
- 53:22Okay.
- 53:23Wonderful.
- 53:31Okay,
- 53:35now my workspace is being set up and my
- 53:39next step is to go to my little face in
- 53:42the top right corner
- 53:46and then I'm going to go to use AI code.
- 53:50>> Correct. Do not go to get a plan.
- 53:53>> Yep.
- 53:55So if everyone uh because that might be
- 53:57where people get stuck.
- 53:59>> Um if you see the usei code, let's keep
- 54:01going with a thumbs up.
- 54:07Love this. Great. And by the way, the
- 54:11skill to be able to go slow and then do
- 54:14one thing at a time is is is
- 54:16underappreciated.
- 54:20Okay, so let's go. So, let me go back to
- 54:22the chat so I can find the uh
- 54:26the code.
- 54:29Where's the chat? Here it is.
- 54:34Oh, first of all, oh, I didn't have that
- 54:36in the So, I'm just going to put
- 54:39everything for magnific.
- 54:43So, one,
- 54:46two.
- 54:48So, here is my code.
- 54:51And I'm going to use code
- 54:54premium unlocked.
- 54:56Congratulations.
- 54:59I should be able to see my 10,000. So
- 55:02the servers of Magnific are back.
- 55:04>> Yeah,
- 55:06>> they're recovered. [sighs]
- 55:08>> So it's not a question of servers of
- 55:10Magnific. It was just as much our
- 55:12instruction uh going too fast and that
- 55:15ends up slowing us down. Um, so I just
- 55:19want to get a Yeah. heart stumb up.
- 55:22Tada. For everyone who's still who who
- 55:24got in.
- 55:28Okay, everyone. Thank you. [laughter]
- 55:33Okay, cool. I took a screenshot of this
- 55:35one. This one is to be remembered.
- 55:38Um, okay. There's 5,000 of us still on.
- 55:42We've got another 10 minutes for the
- 55:43prayer break. I think that we're good
- 55:45when it comes to the access to magnific
- 55:47that is magnificent for everybody. I'm
- 55:50going to ask you to do one last thing
- 55:53which is to click on this icon here.
- 56:03And once you click on it,
- 56:08you should be here.
- 56:12So now you're inside the application of
- 56:14Magnific.
- 56:16You can start to put your questions.
- 56:19Sorry, describe your scenarios,
- 56:22spaces, images, videos. Enrique is going
- 56:24to walk us through it. But let's um wait
- 56:27for anyone returns from the prayer
- 56:29break. So in 10 minutes.
- 56:31And in the meantime, let us just go back
- 56:34to
- 56:36um exactly to where we were in terms of
- 56:40the claw part.
- 56:43In terms of fluid,
- 56:46we did a couple of things. By the way,
- 56:49this is me doing the exact same prompts
- 56:52as everyone.
- 56:54Sometimes it asks us additional
- 56:57questions. But before we do this, let us
- 57:00go to a brand new code.
- 57:04Uh, one second. My screen is uh
- 57:10telling me I'm doing too much.
- 57:13Oh well. Okay, here we go. We're back.
- 57:18So, include, you've got your chats,
- 57:22you've got your stuff.
- 57:24If everybody is include.ai, please leave
- 57:26a thumb up. Just a fresh new code.
- 57:36For everyone with an O, we'll we'll try
- 57:37to find out what it is. But for now,
- 57:39let's stay with a fresh new code.
- 57:45Excellent.
- 57:46We're going to go into projects right
- 57:49here.
- 57:52Everybody who's inside projects, please
- 57:55let me know by continuing the thumbs up.
- 58:02And then we're going to have a new
- 58:04project and we're going to call it
- 58:08um bakery.
- 58:13And inside this bakery, we're going to
- 58:14upload the files that Rama gave us.
- 58:20If you scroll back up in the chat,
- 58:23you're going to see the the sales
- 58:24forecast. Now, all of these you can
- 58:26create yourself from Replet or any file
- 58:30that you want.
- 58:34Okay. So, I've downloaded all four.
- 58:38From here, I'm going to add all of them.
- 58:41So from the download. Oh, I just plus
- 58:44content upload from device.
- 58:481 2 3. I can't upload four at a time.
- 58:52Interesting.
- 58:53Okay, I'm going to upload one
- 58:57plus upload two. Oops, I did the
- 59:00business plan two times.
- 59:03It's not smart enough to know that you
- 59:05have already uploaded it.
- 59:09Upload three.
- 59:13and upload four.
- 59:17Um, our team is taking a look at what
- 59:19the O's could be, but for everyone who
- 59:21has reached the four uploads, please
- 59:24leave a heart.
- 59:33Excellent.
- 59:35This is going to be our intelligencia.
- 59:39everything. When we start a new chat,
- 59:41don't go to new chats. Go to projects
- 59:44and [clears throat] speak here because
- 59:45every time it's like you've uploaded
- 59:46these four documents already.
- 59:51Now we want to create a skill
- 59:55and so we can actually I think we could
- 59:58do it from here. Rama
- 1:00:11Okay, for everyone try this plus skills,
- 1:00:16manage skills.
- 1:00:19I have a few here.
- 1:00:23And I'm going to add Yeah. All good.
- 1:00:25>> Brain.
- 1:00:27>> Oh, hi. Sorry. Take your time. Take your
- 1:00:29time, please. Sorry. I'm so sorry.
- 1:00:31>> I did. Uh, I'm back now.
- 1:00:33>> Okay. Okay. Okay.
- 1:00:34I was just asking if u when we hit plus
- 1:00:38skill
- 1:00:40manage skills that could work to create
- 1:00:42a new skill right.
- 1:00:43>> Yeah. And you can uh just put slash and
- 1:00:47choose the skill created you can close
- 1:00:51>> created.
- 1:00:52>> Yeah.
- 1:00:54But for an easy and now put slash
- 1:00:59>> and just call the skill creator.
- 1:01:04>> Okay. So include
- 1:01:08you don't even need all this. You can
- 1:01:09just put back in a new chat. Forget the
- 1:01:12project. Brand new chat. Oh everybody
- 1:01:15open a new chat. And once you do, please
- 1:01:17a thumb up.
- 1:01:28Excellent. Now, this is a brand new
- 1:01:30skill in code. It's cool to be able to
- 1:01:33just have it, learn it on a Friday night
- 1:01:36at 7:00 p.m. It'll help us for the
- 1:01:38future. When you backslash, you've got
- 1:01:41all of these things that clo can give
- 1:01:42you, but let's focus on skill because
- 1:01:44it's so valuable.
- 1:01:47Click on skill creator.
- 1:01:53Oh, we're seeing that a lot of O's are
- 1:01:55uh people are running out of credits on
- 1:01:57clude for this. Just follow along
- 1:02:00because they're going to it's going to
- 1:02:02renew. It's a matter of time and we
- 1:02:04couldn't get additional credits from
- 1:02:05clude.
- 1:02:06So, in a new chat, I want to see a lot
- 1:02:09of thumbs up on skill creator.
- 1:02:16Okay, perfect.
- 1:02:20And we're going to find out why they're
- 1:02:22uh
- 1:02:24where the O's.
- 1:02:27One second. Just waiting to get more
- 1:02:29thumbs up.
- 1:02:36So for everyone, excellent. So this is a
- 1:02:38brand new chat. We're creating a brand
- 1:02:40new skill and that's going to be
- 1:02:42available in all projects.
- 1:02:44So skill creator, let's Yes, Rama,
- 1:02:47>> I saw a good question in the Q&A.
- 1:02:50Uh, someone is asking what does clo
- 1:02:53skill mean.
- 1:02:56>> Mhm. Um,
- 1:02:59CL skill is basically when you're train
- 1:03:03your clo to have a specific skill thing
- 1:03:07to do without
- 1:03:10asking each time you want this command
- 1:03:14to be running without any telling. For
- 1:03:18example, I need this presentation with
- 1:03:20this color with this uh font and stuff.
- 1:03:23You can just ask for this skill,
- 1:03:27recall it and then
- 1:03:29>> it will run uh without all the details
- 1:03:33because
- 1:03:36if you
- 1:03:38in a minute I will share my screen and
- 1:03:41show you what is inside the skill so you
- 1:03:43can have a clear idea.
- 1:03:48>> Nice.
- 1:03:50So inside skill creator,
- 1:03:54this is one of the things that we're
- 1:03:55building. So we're attaching a
- 1:03:57presentation and this is going to allow
- 1:04:00you to have world class or world class
- 1:04:02much better presentations. So you attach
- 1:04:05the document
- 1:04:08and then you paste
- 1:04:11the instructions.
- 1:04:13Now for everyone who's at this level,
- 1:04:17wonderful. Let's keep going with the
- 1:04:18with the hearts
- 1:04:21or thumbs up. Uh hearts are fun.
- 1:04:26Excellent.
- 1:04:28>> And I see someone asking for the file.
- 1:04:31It's in the file.
- 1:04:31>> The file.
- 1:04:32>> Yes. So I'm just going to put it. So
- 1:04:35everything is at the latest. So Oh, I
- 1:04:36pasted it twice. Let me just remove it
- 1:04:38once. And then the file. I'm going to
- 1:04:40reattach it.
- 1:04:47So the file is here and the prompt is
- 1:04:50here and I'm going to hit next send
- 1:04:53message so that it can create it.
- 1:04:56And while everyone is seeing that
- 1:04:58creation by the way everything is
- 1:05:00recorded so if you're out of credits
- 1:05:03you'll be able to do it uh when we send
- 1:05:05the recording tonight.
- 1:05:08So, of course, we're doing the best we
- 1:05:09can with what we we have while keeping
- 1:05:12it as free as possible for everybody.
- 1:05:24Okay. Excellent. Now, please leave a
- 1:05:27heart if this is extracting and creating
- 1:05:30a skill for you.
- 1:05:34Oh, yes,
- 1:05:36we are here.
- 1:05:39Right at the time of uh Nice. We're all
- 1:05:41aligned. Perfect.
- 1:05:44Excellent.
- 1:05:50So now for you know the second half of
- 1:05:53our evening we're going to start
- 1:05:55creating videos.
- 1:05:57We're going to start creating
- 1:05:58presentations.
- 1:06:00We are all set up and the setup is half
- 1:06:03the battle. So we're halfway there.
- 1:06:06Perfect on time.
- 1:06:13>> And I see someone in the Q&A is asking
- 1:06:15from where did we get this file.
- 1:06:18Basically Google it if you want. Uh
- 1:06:22brand or maybe your company brand you
- 1:06:25will have this uh ready with you. So uh
- 1:06:31whatever brand you have the files you
- 1:06:33can just upload it.
- 1:06:36and and everyone by the way. Yeah. The
- 1:06:38point is here we're using FIFA as an
- 1:06:40example. But um
- 1:06:44but the point here is to upload whatever
- 1:06:47you need like let's say you're a
- 1:06:48consultant working for uh McKenzie.
- 1:06:52Okay, McKenzie might say absolutely not
- 1:06:54blah blah blah blah. However,
- 1:06:56um if it's not proprietary, which in
- 1:06:59this case it's not proprietary, you find
- 1:07:01it online,
- 1:07:03then you can just attach that and create
- 1:07:04a skill with that. But this prompt, save
- 1:07:07it. This is a good prompt, you know.
- 1:07:12Um there's one more thing. Now, we're
- 1:07:15we're back from the prayer break.
- 1:07:17[snorts]
- 1:07:18There's one more thing that I'd like to
- 1:07:19show you guys. And it's great that
- 1:07:21there's 5,000 of us doing this because
- 1:07:25uh please leave a O if you are worried
- 1:07:30about AI stealing your data.
- 1:07:36Yeah, great. Cuz now we're telling you
- 1:07:38start a project and put your stuff
- 1:07:40there. So
- 1:07:43[snorts]
- 1:07:43how does that add up? Right.
- 1:07:46So everybody
- 1:07:48please follow me in the bottom left
- 1:07:51corner
- 1:07:52under jobs for humanity. Oh no
- 1:07:54[clears throat] under under your account
- 1:07:56go to the settings
- 1:08:00and once you are in the settings please
- 1:08:03leave a thumb up.
- 1:08:10We're going to ask it and Clo is the
- 1:08:13most ethical one among them. So the idea
- 1:08:16is you want to tell it to not remember
- 1:08:19anything from project to project from
- 1:08:21chat to chat
- 1:08:23and that's a very important setting. So
- 1:08:26when everybody's in the settings please
- 1:08:29continue with a thumb up so we can see a
- 1:08:30wave of thumbs up.
- 1:08:38Okay. And then you're going to go to
- 1:08:39capabilities.
- 1:08:43Once you're in capabilities, leave it.
- 1:08:46Tada.
- 1:08:48Tada. We're in capabilities.
- 1:09:01>> And let's find the memory.
- 1:09:06>> I think it's in privacy mode.
- 1:09:09Uh,
- 1:09:11[snorts]
- 1:09:12no, it's here. Search reference chats.
- 1:09:15Generate memory from chat history.
- 1:09:18So, we have a lot of tadas.
- 1:09:22Okay, keep going. Everybody's seeing
- 1:09:25settings capabilities.
- 1:09:28This turn it off.
- 1:09:31[snorts]
- 1:09:32>> And for some of us, it will be in
- 1:09:35customize.
- 1:09:38>> [snorts]
- 1:09:39>> And we're getting we're getting a flow
- 1:09:40of taz.
- 1:09:42So this being off is good for two
- 1:09:45reasons. One,
- 1:09:48it sucks if you're only using chat
- 1:09:51because chat you have to move it from
- 1:09:53session to session. You want it to know
- 1:09:54about you. But if you are using projects
- 1:09:57and projects is such so much richer
- 1:10:02then you have more than enough to have
- 1:10:05things inside. I use my business stuff
- 1:10:08here. I use my personal stuff here. They
- 1:10:11don't know about each other.
- 1:10:14That is so important, guys. So
- 1:10:17important. Now, inside my business
- 1:10:19stuff, I have a lot of things, a lot of
- 1:10:22chats. And now we can go back to where
- 1:10:26we were. Uh maybe Rama, back over to
- 1:10:28you. Um, I just want to check if on the
- 1:10:33the the
- 1:10:35creation of the skill has been done. So
- 1:10:38for everybody, just so I can hand it
- 1:10:40right back over to you, Rama, uh, please
- 1:10:42leave a thumb up
- 1:10:45if
- 1:10:46you have the response after you have
- 1:10:49asked it to create a skill for you.
- 1:10:55And for any O's, we'll keep an eye on
- 1:10:57the chat.
- 1:11:00not the chat the qu the Q&A but that's a
- 1:11:03that's a very healthy number of thumbs
- 1:11:06up for people who have created their
- 1:11:08skill look at the extraction the color
- 1:11:11palette is this
- 1:11:14it got the various cities from the
- 1:11:16document with the right colors it got
- 1:11:19the right type this is a very good
- 1:11:21prompt that Rama gave us it extracted
- 1:11:23the logo
- 1:11:25it extracted all of this
- 1:11:28Now you don't have to do this again.
- 1:11:33Um, Rama, back over to you. And now
- 1:11:35we're just to let you know we're going
- 1:11:38to do one more technical prompt. It's
- 1:11:41this one. That's another important
- 1:11:42prompt that will allow you to create the
- 1:11:46skillfully. And then finally, the last
- 1:11:47prompt is to create your presentation.
- 1:11:49Once you create your presentation,
- 1:11:51that's just going to take altogether
- 1:11:53about 10 12 minutes. We're going to go
- 1:11:55back right on time to uh the magnificent
- 1:11:58creative video.
- 1:12:01I'll stop sharing.
- 1:12:09Okay, I'm sharing my screen now and I've
- 1:12:13put the second prompt in the chat.
- 1:12:19Just
- 1:12:21let me know if you received the
- 1:12:26out output or the outcome from the first
- 1:12:29prompt and and leave a thumb up in the
- 1:12:33reaction.
- 1:12:37Please let me know.
- 1:12:38>> Oh yeah, cuz you're full screen. We have
- 1:12:40thumbs up galore.
- 1:12:42>> Okay, that's good. So now uh
- 1:12:48we received this output and it will not
- 1:12:52make any sense. If whenever I want to
- 1:12:54create a FIFA presentation, I will go
- 1:12:57and then copy all of this and paste it.
- 1:13:02Tell Claude I need a presentation and
- 1:13:05follow the this prompt. It's too much.
- 1:13:08it will end up um
- 1:13:12using all your credit. So we need
- 1:13:15somewhere to store this output. So let's
- 1:13:20just go ahead and ask CL to create for
- 1:13:24us
- 1:13:26a skill.m MD which is MD uh it means
- 1:13:30text which is markdown file and template
- 1:13:34file that we will recall each time and
- 1:13:37the brand brief that we will use and the
- 1:13:40readme file that's whenever you are
- 1:13:44passing or handing over this skill to
- 1:13:47your colleagues or anyone just to know
- 1:13:49how to install and use it in cloud. So I
- 1:13:54will send the uh prompt and now it will
- 1:13:58create these files for us. Please leave
- 1:14:00a thumb up if you understood what does
- 1:14:04these files
- 1:14:09>> I think the thumb up is that that we're
- 1:14:12running it.
- 1:14:13>> That's that's that's enough. And this is
- 1:14:15cool because like you're getting set up
- 1:14:17to do something really cool and Rama's
- 1:14:19saving us so many credits. The only
- 1:14:21remaining O's that I can think of right
- 1:14:23now, at least the majority is because
- 1:14:25we're running out of credits. This
- 1:14:27allows it to save this information, save
- 1:14:31you so much so many credits um without
- 1:14:34having to do this again uh for this
- 1:14:36skill. So these are very good prompts.
- 1:14:38They're all going to be saved in the
- 1:14:39daily recap which um I hope you got you
- 1:14:44guys are all comfortable with the site
- 1:14:46ken's/hack and then you've got daily
- 1:14:48recap one daily recap 2 every day you've
- 1:14:52got what we did the prompts that we used
- 1:14:55and then how many people attended. So,
- 1:14:58this is u a prompt that's going to just
- 1:15:00put it once and it allows you to retain
- 1:15:04this entire brand info
- 1:15:07for this skill.
- 1:15:10And while it's running, maybe it's a
- 1:15:12good idea to show you guys how to upload
- 1:15:15it in the skill.
- 1:15:19So if you can see the uh plus button
- 1:15:22right here,
- 1:15:25we can go to skill
- 1:15:27and then manage skills. Uh just FYI,
- 1:15:32um Clo has an ethics. It's it's built on
- 1:15:37a constitution.
- 1:15:39And so you might see that it says this
- 1:15:42might be a violation of ethics. Uh don't
- 1:15:45worry about it. You can still proceed.
- 1:15:48Um it it made that assumption even
- 1:15:51though that document is from the public
- 1:15:53web. So we took it from the web. We're
- 1:15:56not plagiarizing anything. Uh when we
- 1:15:59search for FIFA branding, this is the
- 1:16:01first link that came up. We're sharing
- 1:16:02it with everyone. But Clo is saying,
- 1:16:04"Hey, maybe this is a copyright issue.
- 1:16:06It's okay. Keep proceeding. If you're
- 1:16:09out of credits, I'm sorry. There's not
- 1:16:11much we can do, but they're going to get
- 1:16:13renewed uh in whenever they tell you. So
- 1:16:16you'll be able to follow with the
- 1:16:17recording.
- 1:16:19>> Thanks.
- 1:16:20>> In four hours, you can try again in four
- 1:16:22in four hours and then you will have
- 1:16:24fresh credits to use.
- 1:16:28>> Everybody, please leave a thumb up if uh
- 1:16:31you're you've put this last prompt.
- 1:16:34Create skill.md your template.
- 1:16:38It's like doc dox. It's like a skill
- 1:16:41file. Create the skill file. Create the
- 1:16:44template. Create the brand brief and
- 1:16:47create the readme file. That's it.
- 1:16:50That's all it is.
- 1:16:52Great. We're there.
- 1:16:57Finally, we're going to see this last
- 1:16:59piece. Once it comes together, we're
- 1:17:02going to ask to create the documents
- 1:17:05that we created in that project uh the
- 1:17:08the strategy document da da da the
- 1:17:11marketing documents into a pitch deck in
- 1:17:14the template that FIFA had put online.
- 1:17:18That's the goal. Then you can create
- 1:17:20your own documents,
- 1:17:23generate new information through code or
- 1:17:27your research, but use it within that
- 1:17:29skill. You're going to replace FIFA.
- 1:17:31FIFA, we put FIFA because who no one's
- 1:17:33going to use FIFA, but you're going to
- 1:17:35put your own branding guidelines. And
- 1:17:38now you're going to create all types of
- 1:17:41pitch decks and you're you're going to
- 1:17:43see how they how the quality of those
- 1:17:48prompts coming to life rather than just
- 1:17:50saying give me a pitch deck. And this is
- 1:17:53where you see the difference between
- 1:17:54something looking like it's coming from
- 1:17:56AI or something that's looking like it's
- 1:17:58coming from um
- 1:18:02you know a bit more real. That's where
- 1:18:03we get to the 100%. By the way, Clo does
- 1:18:07this, but there's another great tool
- 1:18:08called Skywork.
- 1:18:10We're not going to have time to demo it
- 1:18:12today. They're even better than Clude.
- 1:18:15They're better than Clude because
- 1:18:17they're specialized in this just like
- 1:18:18magnific
- 1:18:22uh but it's the exact same thing. You
- 1:18:24forward/skill, upload a document, it
- 1:18:27creates it for you, and then you put
- 1:18:28your prompt. Exact
- 1:18:32same process.
- 1:18:35Okay. Um,
- 1:18:38now we have the files. Um,
- 1:18:42usage of credit.
- 1:18:45I'm out of credit, same as some of you
- 1:18:48guys, but I have these files ready from
- 1:18:51before the session. So, let's see how
- 1:18:54can we
- 1:18:57create a skill. Okay. So we will go to
- 1:19:01the
- 1:19:02plus sign right here and then skills
- 1:19:07manage skills.
- 1:19:10So we we can see here all the skills
- 1:19:14that I've already created before. Um for
- 1:19:17example this is for Ken. Uh whenever I
- 1:19:20want to create a presentation for Ken, I
- 1:19:23use this skill. If you can see the
- 1:19:25template right here, it's a very similar
- 1:19:28to what we are using in the hackathon.
- 1:19:32The same colors, same fonts and
- 1:19:35everything.
- 1:19:37And for now,
- 1:19:39>> this is the aha moment. This is the aha
- 1:19:41moment. Look at all these claps. This is
- 1:19:43cool. This is really cool.
- 1:19:46>> Five like 5,000 of us are just learning
- 1:19:49how to just be like cool. Now we have
- 1:19:52our brands and we can do whatever we
- 1:19:54want. Cool.
- 1:19:54>> And by the way, there is a
- 1:19:57in you can just Google uh skills for
- 1:20:02clothes in
- 1:20:05you you can just Google it and then you
- 1:20:07can find a lot of people who already uh
- 1:20:10shared their skills for many different
- 1:20:13things. For example, I found this one
- 1:20:16for LinkedIn best practices for 2026. It
- 1:20:20tells you um how to improve your
- 1:20:23account. There is some for CVs and
- 1:20:26resumes. There is some for uh
- 1:20:29presentations, documents, summarizing,
- 1:20:32translation. There is a lot of things
- 1:20:34that you can use that is out there in
- 1:20:37Google. You can just Google skills for
- 1:20:41clothes and then you can find them
- 1:20:43there. So let's go back and upload our
- 1:20:47skill. We will again for anyone who's
- 1:20:52missing we can go to the plus button
- 1:20:55right here and then skills manage skills
- 1:21:00and then add
- 1:21:02upload or skill. Okay, is this clear? I
- 1:21:06might I I went too fast but
- 1:21:11if you are here in this screen please
- 1:21:13leave a thumbs up probably if you can
- 1:21:15tell me if it's
- 1:21:16>> Oh yes yes yes yes yes yes
- 1:21:18>> okay cool [snorts] and then I will uh
- 1:21:21choose the file that
- 1:21:24>> are we creating a new skin
- 1:21:26>> yeah
- 1:21:28which is the uh FIFA because I already
- 1:21:30uploaded before so I will go ahead to
- 1:21:34upload and replace but if uh In your
- 1:21:36case, it will be uploading directly. And
- 1:21:39if you can see here, it's uh it's ready.
- 1:21:43>> Uh we're back to O.
- 1:21:45>> I got lost here.
- 1:21:48>> Okay.
- 1:21:49>> So, I thought we had created. So, after
- 1:21:51we did the the So, just one one quick
- 1:21:54step back.
- 1:21:55>> I will uninstall and then I will
- 1:21:59>> So, we created the MG file with our last
- 1:22:01prompt, right?
- 1:22:02>> Exactly.
- 1:22:02>> Um did that create the skill or not yet?
- 1:22:05Not yet.
- 1:22:06>> Okay. So, everybody, if you you have
- 1:22:09your MD file up, just please leave a
- 1:22:11thumb up because there's one more step
- 1:22:13to create your skill.
- 1:22:16Okay. Now, let's let's let's keep going.
- 1:22:20>> Okay. And then we can go to skills,
- 1:22:22manage skills again.
- 1:22:24>> So, so, so, so, so
- 1:22:26>> it's that part that that that trip
- 1:22:28people. Let's just go back to skill
- 1:22:30manage skill. If you're on this page,
- 1:22:32keep the thumbs up. Plus
- 1:22:34>> skill manage skill
- 1:22:35>> manage skill
- 1:22:38>> and then
- 1:22:40>> add a skill. Let's keep waves. Let's
- 1:22:42keep see the thumbs up. Okay. Add
- 1:22:45>> and upload.
- 1:22:46>> Upload. So now what are we uploading?
- 1:22:49>> The file that we uh extracted from the
- 1:22:53last prompt which is the zip file that
- 1:22:56contain all
- 1:22:58>> hhu.
- 1:23:00>> Okay.
- 1:23:03>> [laughter]
- 1:23:06>> Okay. So, does everyone does everyone
- 1:23:09get
- 1:23:11>> I'm I'm I'm the uh
- 1:23:14I'm
- 1:23:15Guys, I'm just going
- 1:23:19um Okay, cool. So, yes, that's right. We
- 1:23:22asked to create uh an MD file and these
- 1:23:25files and it created them.
- 1:23:27>> It created them into a zip file.
- 1:23:29>> It used them into a zip file. that we
- 1:23:31need to upload that zip file so that we
- 1:23:33can get our skin.
- 1:23:34>> Exactly.
- 1:23:35>> Okay.
- 1:23:36>> And then I will go ahead and this is the
- 1:23:38zip file that we received from uh our
- 1:23:42last prompt.
- 1:23:43>> Okay. Let's go at the same speed because
- 1:23:46um if you see that file inside your hard
- 1:23:49drive, let me know. Just a thumb up.
- 1:23:55Okay, perfect. And for everyone who
- 1:23:57doesn't have an O, it's probably because
- 1:24:00it didn't run yet. It would have
- 1:24:01downloaded it. It would have created
- 1:24:03that file for you. Did you download it?
- 1:24:06>> Uh, I'm out of credits. So, I downloaded
- 1:24:10before the session.
- 1:24:11>> Okay. So, once you get your your files,
- 1:24:14you can just download it and then you
- 1:24:16can go upload a skill.
- 1:24:23Okay. that. So you skipped a part you
- 1:24:25you had downloaded it before.
- 1:24:27>> Yeah.
- 1:24:28>> Okay.
- 1:24:29>> I I I told them Roy.
- 1:24:31>> Yeah. But that data crowd is never
- 1:24:34wrong. The client is never wrong.
- 1:24:37>> Sure.
- 1:24:45>> I mean the client is always right.
- 1:24:47>> Yeah. I got you. No worries.
- 1:24:59And I'm also going to try it just I'm
- 1:25:02going to do it one more time because I'm
- 1:25:03still seeing some O's.
- 1:25:06I'm going to share my screen.
- 1:25:08[clears throat]
- 1:25:10So where were we? I created that file.
- 1:25:14So let's go back home in my chats
- 1:25:18design system brief. Okay, let's get
- 1:25:21back to where we were.
- 1:25:23I asked it to create this stuff, the
- 1:25:27skill creator. Oh, I didn't run the last
- 1:25:32prompt that uh I was just watching
- 1:25:36everyone enjoying it, but I didn't
- 1:25:38create it. So, when I did that here, I
- 1:25:41put it here and I put enter. Okay,
- 1:25:44excellent. Everybody's here. Wonderful.
- 1:25:47Now when we wanted to create a new
- 1:25:49skill,
- 1:25:50I think I might still have it somewhere
- 1:25:52because I had practiced plus skill
- 1:25:56manage skills, right?
- 1:25:58>> Yes, exactly. And you already have it by
- 1:26:02the way.
- 1:26:03>> Yeah. Yeah, I already have it here. But
- 1:26:06add,
- 1:26:08upload a skill. So the skill is the four
- 1:26:10files. It's that zip file. So if I hit
- 1:26:12plus, do I have that zip file or did I
- 1:26:15delete it? Because now while organizing
- 1:26:17the hackathon
- 1:26:19>> I can share.
- 1:26:20>> Here we go. That's it. I have it. These
- 1:26:23are my four.
- 1:26:24>> Yeah.
- 1:26:25>> So
- 1:26:27that's what I'm uploading. So I'm
- 1:26:29uploading the the four files that this
- 1:26:31is the skill. It's these four files that
- 1:26:34I'm uploading.
- 1:26:36Upload and replace. Fine. Upload and
- 1:26:38replace. It's replacing what I had here.
- 1:26:44While it's doing this, I I have it here.
- 1:26:46It created FWC26
- 1:26:48presentation. So, and it has these four
- 1:26:50files. So, basically, I just uploaded
- 1:26:52these four files. It has this whole
- 1:26:53brand guideline.
- 1:26:55>> You can also show them uh the other
- 1:26:57files, right?
- 1:26:59>> Sure. So, if I go to skills, manage
- 1:27:03skills, I've got my various
- 1:27:06skills. This one is
- 1:27:08>> from the hair. Uh you can go back. I
- 1:27:12will mark it for you here.
- 1:27:14>> Okay.
- 1:27:15>> No, no. Go back to the FIFA.
- 1:27:19>> Yes. Here.
- 1:27:22And then you can for example uh see the
- 1:27:25brand brief and the template.
- 1:27:31By the way, for everyone
- 1:27:34just to realize if for anyone who thinks
- 1:27:36it's it's it's complicated, we did not
- 1:27:38put a line of code
- 1:27:42And you will never have to worry about
- 1:27:44presentations anymore.
- 1:27:45>> And you don't have to worry about
- 1:27:46presentations anymore.
- 1:27:49>> So if it's worth it that setup, leave a
- 1:27:52heart.
- 1:27:54And if we have an O and then you'll
- 1:27:56catch up with the with the
- 1:27:59whatchamacallit, the recording. Ah,
- 1:28:01cool. We're on the same page. Okay,
- 1:28:03cool.
- 1:28:05All right. Now, this is creating you
- 1:28:08know that. download it, manage,
- 1:28:14and then upload it. Add, upload a skill.
- 1:28:19Wonderful.
- 1:28:20>> That's cool. And I left the file in the
- 1:28:22chat for you guys to use. It's the zip
- 1:28:26file that we extracted.
- 1:28:29>> So, this is the file. If it didn't
- 1:28:30download for you, you can just download
- 1:28:33it. Thank you, Rama. And do that.
- 1:28:37Now for the magic.
- 1:28:41Uh will you do the honors?
- 1:28:44>> Yeah.
- 1:28:44>> To create that presentation or should I
- 1:28:46do it?
- 1:28:47>> I will uh show the previous prompt that
- 1:28:50we did before the session because I'm
- 1:28:52out of credits now.
- 1:28:53>> Oh, I've got I can I can do that for
- 1:28:55you. So I can share my screen. I've got
- 1:28:56credits.
- 1:28:57>> Okay.
- 1:28:59>> So okay, this thing downloaded. It's in
- 1:29:01the the attachment. Now let's go into
- 1:29:04our projects. We have our bakery. We've
- 1:29:08got all of this these documents
- 1:29:09uploaded. If you are in your project
- 1:29:13file, please leave a thumb up.
- 1:29:20If you are ready to see if this thing
- 1:29:22was worth it, please leave a ta.
- 1:29:29[laughter]
- 1:29:30Cool.
- 1:29:32Um let us get to the fourth prompt which
- 1:29:35is
- 1:29:36>> I will put in the chat.
- 1:29:38>> Okay. And also just to stay on on top of
- 1:29:41everything in this presentation. We did
- 1:29:43prompt two. We did prompt three. Now we
- 1:29:45get to prompt four.
- 1:29:47Copy paste. You're a strategy consultant
- 1:29:49and entrepreneur.
- 1:29:51Okay. So this is the prompt. We made it
- 1:29:54up right before this session. So
- 1:29:58here it is. Paste this. It's in the
- 1:30:01chat. The idea is
- 1:30:03>> Can you just fix the slash thingy?
- 1:30:05>> Yeah. So, [clears throat and cough]
- 1:30:08uh, for everyone, don't hit enter yet.
- 1:30:12This is a prompt. You are a strategy
- 1:30:14consultant and entrepreneur.
- 1:30:17Create a 10 slide investor presentation
- 1:30:19that includes my business plan, the
- 1:30:21marketing strategy, my pricing, and the
- 1:30:23sales forecast.
- 1:30:25You can tell it use this template
- 1:30:30forward slashkill
- 1:30:32and then you can put in the skill that
- 1:30:34you created.
- 1:30:37You see here. So now this is clickable.
- 1:30:39I'm not hitting enter yet. I just want
- 1:30:41to see a thumb up for everyone who's
- 1:30:43here.
- 1:30:48Okay, I'll I'll keep going
- 1:30:51because everybody's continuing. And now
- 1:30:55we're using AI,
- 1:30:58the power of AI and the power of our
- 1:31:01brand together.
- 1:31:03And that is the magic of this session.
- 1:31:06This is why we put it in here. Uh
- 1:31:10because now you can build presentations
- 1:31:13on oh so many things. Use the research
- 1:31:16you need and it becomes so easy because
- 1:31:19the more you add things in your projects
- 1:31:21while keeping it private with memory
- 1:31:23off.
- 1:31:26The more you use your skill,
- 1:31:28the more if somebody comes and tells you
- 1:31:30uh I would like a presentation about
- 1:31:31this, this this and that. You can tell
- 1:31:34it
- 1:31:35research
- 1:31:37this, this, this, and that. and produce
- 1:31:41a 12 slide presentation with this
- 1:31:45template forward slashbang.
- 1:31:50You can do what you want now.
- 1:31:52Congratulations.
- 1:31:54Here are hours saved
- 1:31:56because you stayed on Friday night. Hope
- 1:31:59it was worth it. But let's see if it is
- 1:32:01worth it. Actually, really. Uh Roy,
- 1:32:04while yours is running, I can show them
- 1:32:06the output of mine and the Skywork
- 1:32:08[clears throat]
- 1:32:09tour also.
- 1:32:10>> Oh, side by side now.
- 1:32:13>> Side by side on um and by the way guys,
- 1:32:17we're doing really well on time. Uh I
- 1:32:20know it takes a bit of time, but we won
- 1:32:22a ton of time. And 7:30 is the time
- 1:32:25where we're going to switch sessions
- 1:32:26anyways. And we already completed the
- 1:32:28setup with Magnific. So that's
- 1:32:30Magnificent.
- 1:32:32Uh see here this is the presentation
- 1:32:34that I've built using FIFA brand.
- 1:32:40>> Oops.
- 1:32:45>> I'll be right back.
- 1:32:48>> If you can see my screen, it's matching
- 1:32:53FIFA colors, fonts, and everything else.
- 1:32:57I just asked
- 1:33:00uh to create a presentation using this
- 1:33:02skill. It ask me a couple questions and
- 1:33:05then we have our presentation ready
- 1:33:11as you can see as I show you
- 1:33:15it's very cold honestly and then I will
- 1:33:18show you Skywork and the Skywork output
- 1:33:21I use the same um
- 1:33:25extraction which is the brand identity
- 1:33:27and colors and font and everything. I
- 1:33:32just used another platform. It's
- 1:33:36let's say more uh professional or more u
- 1:33:41specialized in presentations. It will it
- 1:33:43can be amazing honestly.
- 1:33:47So um
- 1:33:50let's see the
- 1:33:53art of skywork
- 1:33:59more alive if we can see like the
- 1:34:01difference. For example, this page is
- 1:34:05very similar to this one.
- 1:34:10And this is the skywork theme. This is
- 1:34:13the clo
- 1:34:22and skywork.
- 1:34:24Basically, you can
- 1:34:27create a skill same as clo
- 1:34:31skill uh creator and then you go ahead
- 1:34:35with
- 1:34:37your brand identity.
- 1:34:45Uh Roy, did you received your output or
- 1:34:48not yet?
- 1:34:49>> Uh let me check. Oh, yeah.
- 1:34:52>> Let's switch over to you and see.
- 1:34:54>> All right. Here we go. So, this is what
- 1:34:57we got.
- 1:35:00Let me see why I have so many things.
- 1:35:03>> That will not draw.
- 1:35:04>> There we go. [cough and clears throat]
- 1:35:07I just need to move the live
- 1:35:09transcriptions.
- 1:35:11Um, boom.
- 1:35:13So, this is the FIFA branding. Look at
- 1:35:17the fonts,
- 1:35:19>> the colors,
- 1:35:21>> the colors.
- 1:35:24So, we'll cover. So, this is my bakery's
- 1:35:27opportunity, the business, the marketing
- 1:35:29engine, the price and forecast, the ask.
- 1:35:34Note that what have we done so far? We
- 1:35:36haven't done that much research.
- 1:35:38Ultimately, we've built the product.
- 1:35:41We've have this sales strategy. Now, you
- 1:35:43have to think critically.
- 1:35:45And there should be a a session on
- 1:35:47critical thinking. Um, [clears throat]
- 1:35:50we put guardrails.
- 1:35:52Memory off is a guardrail.
- 1:35:56Projects is a guardrail because you tell
- 1:35:59it study from this and you can only you
- 1:36:01can tell it only work from the stuff
- 1:36:03inside the project. Don't do external
- 1:36:04research. It will stay within.
- 1:36:07Then you can tell it other times use
- 1:36:09external research. Fine. And then you
- 1:36:12created the brand. All you're left to do
- 1:36:15is do what you like to do, what we like
- 1:36:18to do, which is to think critically.
- 1:36:20This is my idea. This is how I want to
- 1:36:22do it. But all of the tools that should
- 1:36:26automate all of the stuff that you need
- 1:36:27is there. Now this I can download it as
- 1:36:31HTML or I can say [clears throat]
- 1:36:35>> for presentation as a PDF or PowerPoint.
- 1:36:38>> Exactly. Or a PowerPoint that you can
- 1:36:41edit. But look at the elegance.
- 1:36:43Who remembers? Please leave a thumb up
- 1:36:46if you recognize if you did session one
- 1:36:49and you recognize your pricing and your
- 1:36:53Okay, cool. How cool is this?
- 1:36:58This is your sales forecast that you
- 1:37:00know you'll put your critical thinking
- 1:37:01behind it. But that was done in five
- 1:37:04minutes.
- 1:37:06Now imagine if you didn't have to do the
- 1:37:10setup.
- 1:37:11How cool is it that all you have to do
- 1:37:14is just forward slashput your skill and
- 1:37:16tell it I'd like for you to do this.
- 1:37:18Five minutes later you have a really
- 1:37:20well put together deck. It is an amazing
- 1:37:22way to appear super professional. I told
- 1:37:24it 10 slides. can do more. Whatever it
- 1:37:27is, this is where I get to the point to
- 1:37:29say it's worth 20 bucks. Maybe not all
- 1:37:32tools, but the tools that I use the most
- 1:37:35because net net
- 1:37:37$60 a month for three tools is a an
- 1:37:42enormous timesaver.
- 1:37:50Um now I think we can jump back to the
- 1:37:55other presentation
- 1:37:57um and create videos. So now you saw an
- 1:37:59amazing slide deck which is very
- 1:38:02helpful. But what if you want to go and
- 1:38:04market things? Sometimes if you just ask
- 1:38:08[clears throat]
- 1:38:09code to produce a video or a picture
- 1:38:13it's going to look horrible.
- 1:38:15It's going to look AI and then you're
- 1:38:17going to be like, "Okay, no, let me get
- 1:38:19a designer."
- 1:38:20So now, let us
- 1:38:24I'm not going to say replace, but
- 1:38:25augment what you do on the design and
- 1:38:28the video creation front.
- 1:38:31[snorts]
- 1:38:32>> I love the word augmenting.
- 1:38:34>> Yeah. And I'm just going to just the
- 1:38:36last [clears throat] question just to
- 1:38:37make sure that we're all on the same
- 1:38:39page. For everybody who is on magnific,
- 1:38:46please return to it. Uh leave a a heart
- 1:38:49because uh we went through one big aha
- 1:38:52moment and we're ready for another big
- 1:38:54aha moment.
- 1:38:55>> Cool.
- 1:38:56>> Okay, back over to you gentlemen.
- 1:39:00>> We're so ready.
- 1:39:02>> Yeah. Okay, so for this session, we're
- 1:39:04going to be jumping back and forth from
- 1:39:07Nabush and from me. Let me just share my
- 1:39:09screen really quickly.
- 1:39:11Um,
- 1:39:13[snorts] this should be it. Can you give
- 1:39:14me a thumbs up so you can see it?
- 1:39:19Nice. So cool to see so many thumbs up.
- 1:39:22Okay, so once you land in Magnific, this
- 1:39:25is exactly what you're going to be
- 1:39:26seeing. Magnific is full of different
- 1:39:28tools. Uh a quick overview is that you
- 1:39:31can generate and edit uh images, videos,
- 1:39:35audio. We have a designer tool here as
- 1:39:38well. 3DS if you want to build uh worlds
- 1:39:42or assets, objects that you're able to
- 1:39:44interact and place in different scenes.
- 1:39:47Um we have it all. Uh our goal is to
- 1:39:50augment. I love that word, Roy. We're
- 1:39:52not trying to replace human creativity.
- 1:39:54We're trying to give tools that allow
- 1:39:57people to get um to turn their visions
- 1:40:00into reality all in one place. As you
- 1:40:03might be aware, uh the generative uh AI
- 1:40:07world is changing really fast with each
- 1:40:09model coming out almost every other
- 1:40:12month and really changing the game. Um
- 1:40:15and what we do is we host all those
- 1:40:17models in our suite. So, a quick
- 1:40:19overview, we're going to go to the image
- 1:40:22uh section right here. That's going to
- 1:40:24take us to the image tools. So for for
- 1:40:27images, we have the generator, the
- 1:40:29editor, the assistant, upscaler,
- 1:40:32cinematic shot. We have a lot of
- 1:40:34different ones. Let's just focus on the
- 1:40:35image generator. And if you see here in
- 1:40:38models, you see all the models that we
- 1:40:41have in our suite. So some of the new
- 1:40:44ones is GPD2, Recraft, Google Nano,
- 1:40:46Banana, Cream 5. These are all some of
- 1:40:50the new ones, but we also have some of
- 1:40:53the older ones. And here you can see
- 1:40:54that Google, we have eight of the models
- 1:40:56of Google. Some of them are the older
- 1:40:58ones, some of them are the newer ones.
- 1:41:00And we keep all of them because each of
- 1:41:02them have different um tools and you can
- 1:41:04do different things with each of them.
- 1:41:06Uh here in the side, once you see this
- 1:41:09little two circles, those are the
- 1:41:10tokens, the credits. So for using Google
- 1:41:13Nanada 2, it takes anywhere from 75 to
- 1:41:17150 credits per generation. And you can
- 1:41:19see that that varies depending on which
- 1:41:21model.
- 1:41:23Similar to video, if you go if we go
- 1:41:25back here to this section and we go to
- 1:41:28video, you see in the video generator,
- 1:41:31you see all the models that we have for
- 1:41:33video. It looks the same for Alibaba. We
- 1:41:36have happy horse one. Each of them take
- 1:41:39different uh amounts of credits. And
- 1:41:42each of them have different settings.
- 1:41:44And so because we have all these really
- 1:41:46cool tools in our suite, we needed to
- 1:41:49find a way to allow users access to all
- 1:41:53of those in a place where they can
- 1:41:55connect different uh models together. So
- 1:41:59now you can generate an image using
- 1:42:00Google Nano Banana um and then turn that
- 1:42:04image into a video using Cream C uh
- 1:42:07Cream Cance
- 1:42:10thing here. The as we're doing this this
- 1:42:13overview the most important thing to
- 1:42:16retain is all of the main video and
- 1:42:20picture editing models are inside one
- 1:42:24application. That's the most important
- 1:42:26thing. And we've got four prompts for
- 1:42:28everyone. Just four where we're going to
- 1:42:31do that penalty kick.
- 1:42:33>> Correct. Yeah. So, we're going to go to
- 1:42:36spaces. I also like to take people to
- 1:42:38our explore uh tab right here and then
- 1:42:42to inspiration.
- 1:42:44And here you can see what people are
- 1:42:45actually using magnific. So, all these
- 1:42:48creations were shared by creatives
- 1:42:49inhouse. Uh you can see video animated
- 1:42:52videos, you can see more photorealistic
- 1:42:54videos. And if there is something that
- 1:42:56you like and you're like this is exactly
- 1:42:57the style that I want, you can just
- 1:42:59click on it. And here you can see the
- 1:43:01prompt that the actual creator use. So
- 1:43:04if you want to get inspired of like this
- 1:43:06is like the angle that I want to get,
- 1:43:08the vibe, the texture that I want to get
- 1:43:09on the hair, you can see how they did it
- 1:43:12for you to get inspired. And if you like
- 1:43:14it, you can recreate it and it's going
- 1:43:15to take this exact prompt and you can
- 1:43:18start editing. uh maybe you don't want a
- 1:43:20woman, maybe you want a man, maybe you
- 1:43:22want it during the day and you can start
- 1:43:24creating uh with the prompt, but let's
- 1:43:27start prompting ourselves. We're going
- 1:43:30to go to spaces. So, go back to the
- 1:43:32landing page. We're going to go to
- 1:43:34spaces
- 1:43:36and then here at the top here's we're
- 1:43:39going to create a new space.
- 1:43:41So, give me a thumbs up once you're able
- 1:43:44to create a new space.
- 1:43:50And you're able to see
- 1:43:53this.
- 1:43:54>> Excellent. Super happy to see all the
- 1:43:56thumbs up. Wonderful. Uh, Enrique, are
- 1:43:58you able to see the the emojis?
- 1:44:02>> Yeah.
- 1:44:03>> Yeah, we're happy to see them in the
- 1:44:04corner.
- 1:44:05>> Okay, great.
- 1:44:06>> Yeah.
- 1:44:09um here uh because this um
- 1:44:15this opens the door to a lot of
- 1:44:16different creative workflows and this
- 1:44:18can go for anywhere from two nodes or or
- 1:44:22two generations to super complicated
- 1:44:24feature film uh infinite canvas. Uh so
- 1:44:28we have created some templates. uh if
- 1:44:30there's anything specific that you're
- 1:44:32looking for to create, here are some
- 1:44:34flows that have been built by our team
- 1:44:36that you can access to uh in the future
- 1:44:40once you're exploring. So, mockup
- 1:44:42showcase and these allow you to just
- 1:44:45edit what is already existing um and go
- 1:44:48from there. But for now, we're just
- 1:44:49going to start from scratch.
- 1:44:51>> All right, one quick sec. Everybody, uh,
- 1:44:54let me know once you click on start from
- 1:44:57scratch, please leave a tada
- 1:45:02just to make sure we're all on the same
- 1:45:03page.
- 1:45:07And we're keeping an eye on the uh for
- 1:45:09the O's to understand where that comes
- 1:45:11from.
- 1:45:13[snorts]
- 1:45:14>> Nice.
- 1:45:15>> Yeah, please stop me at any time if you
- 1:45:17have any questions. I'll try to move
- 1:45:18slowly uh and as clearly as I can. We
- 1:45:21are 85% of the way there. Uh feel free
- 1:45:24to proceed.
- 1:45:26>> Sweet. [snorts] So we're going to go
- 1:45:27here with the image generator first.
- 1:45:30So we can start there. Um so as soon as
- 1:45:34you click that, it's going to give you
- 1:45:36this little node. This these nodes are
- 1:45:39what allow you to generate. So we have
- 1:45:41different types of nodes uh in spaces.
- 1:45:44Uh this is the image generator number
- 1:45:46one node. But if you go here to the
- 1:45:49left, you see this little bar or
- 1:45:51different tools uh where at the very top
- 1:45:54it says add node. If you click on there,
- 1:45:57you see all the different nodes that we
- 1:45:58can add. You can add a text.
- 1:45:59>> Everybody once you get to the uh add
- 1:46:02node and you see this, please leave a uh
- 1:46:06I don't know, a heart.
- 1:46:10All right, everybody's with you. 90%. So
- 1:46:13some people mentioned that they're
- 1:46:15seeing a different view of the tool. Um
- 1:46:19if that means something for you. So um
- 1:46:22people who are seeing different views of
- 1:46:24the tool who put that in the Q&A uh
- 1:46:26please describe what you're seeing.
- 1:46:29That's the best way for us to be able to
- 1:46:31to to support. Uh but besides that uh
- 1:46:35100% almost 100% are are with you. Uh
- 1:46:39keep going Enrique.
- 1:46:41>> Love it. Um yeah, so here you can see
- 1:46:45you can create a text node, an image
- 1:46:47node, video assistant. Uh all of them do
- 1:46:51very different things, some very
- 1:46:52specific things. The cool thing is you
- 1:46:53can connect all of them for them to work
- 1:46:55together. Uh so I'll let you play with
- 1:46:58this uh on your own time. Uh but they're
- 1:47:02they're divided by by the media. You can
- 1:47:04upload your own things. You can go to
- 1:47:07the stock library that we have. uh you
- 1:47:10don't have to always start from an AI
- 1:47:13generation. You can always start with if
- 1:47:15you have a picture that you took, you
- 1:47:17can also upload it here and go from
- 1:47:18there. Um
- 1:47:22uh you can choose locations, elements.
- 1:47:25We have a lot of really cool stuff here.
- 1:47:27Uh but first we're going to start with
- 1:47:29just a basic image. I'm going to just
- 1:47:32copy and paste the prompt and then let
- 1:47:35uh Nabush tell you a little bit of how
- 1:47:37this um prompt was built. As you can see
- 1:47:41here at the bottom, I just added it. Uh
- 1:47:44at the bottom, you also see different
- 1:47:46settings. So, you can choose how many
- 1:47:48generations you want. Uh I'm just going
- 1:47:51to go with one for the sake of time
- 1:47:53here. Just one quick one quick thing. I
- 1:47:55just want to check if everybody is on
- 1:47:57the image generation on that screen.
- 1:47:59Please leave a thumb up. And maybe
- 1:48:01Enrique, uh, is this this the the prompt
- 1:48:03we want or do you want to go with the
- 1:48:05with the kick?
- 1:48:06>> With the kick. With the kick. Better.
- 1:48:09>> Yeah. Oh, sorry.
- 1:48:10>> All good.
- 1:48:11>> The wrong tasted the wrong
- 1:48:13>> I'm my eyes are a radar. Um, for for
- 1:48:17those with an O, uh, we're keeping an
- 1:48:19eye on uh what it could be, so we'll
- 1:48:24we'll be able to uh to see what it is.
- 1:48:27>> Nice. Okay. Fixing it right now.
- 1:48:31>> All right. I'll I'll copy and paste the
- 1:48:33prompt in the chat box as well.
- 1:48:35>> Got it.
- 1:48:38>> Yeah. Do you want to walk a little bit
- 1:48:40through how you built this prompt?
- 1:48:42>> Yeah.
- 1:48:43>> 100% on uh the few O's earlier was
- 1:48:46because we hadn't pasted the the prompt
- 1:48:48in the chat. The prompt is in the chat
- 1:48:50here. If everybody has the cinematic
- 1:48:52wide angle side view of a football
- 1:48:54player, yada yada yada yada yada. This
- 1:48:56is exactly where Nabusha comes in to
- 1:48:59allow us to create something amazing. So
- 1:49:01this is exactly like what we saw
- 1:49:03earlier. Rama explain on the creation of
- 1:49:06your brand identity. Uh I'm seeing a lot
- 1:49:09of O's. So we're going to understand
- 1:49:10what the O's are from. Um o a lot of
- 1:49:14O's. So please let us know because I
- 1:49:16wonder I don't know if this is oh like
- 1:49:18oh my god I can't wait to see the result
- 1:49:21or um
- 1:49:22>> maybe they are against Spain. No, I
- 1:49:25think let me let me let me see if it
- 1:49:28actually appeared properly in the chat.
- 1:49:31>> Uhhuh. I knew it. I knew it. Yes.
- 1:49:35>> Okay, there we go. Uh everyone had
- 1:49:38shared it. That's fine. I got it. Um so,
- 1:49:41excellent. Everybody just put a laughing
- 1:49:44emoji if it's working for you. If you
- 1:49:47can see it and you have it pasted.
- 1:49:51>> Yes. How cool is it that um the last two
- 1:49:54days and maybe today too once we get the
- 1:49:56forensic like the download of the report
- 1:49:59from 130 countries all laughing at the
- 1:50:02same time on a Friday night um looking
- 1:50:05at the prompt.
- 1:50:07Not bad. Okay, cool. Uh, okay. We So,
- 1:50:11just like Rama explained how to break
- 1:50:14down the brand of a document so that it
- 1:50:17can really get you something solid
- 1:50:19because if you don't give it the smart
- 1:50:21prompt and this is where that critical
- 1:50:23thinking comes in,
- 1:50:25you're not going to get the right fonts,
- 1:50:28colors, and all these other things that
- 1:50:31she showed.
- 1:50:33Now Nabush has 16 years film making and
- 1:50:37uh Nabush do you want to say is it okay
- 1:50:39if I think it's okay you're super cool I
- 1:50:41say uh your dad was a choreographer at
- 1:50:44Kakala right
- 1:50:46>> yeah he was a choreographer mainly and
- 1:50:48he has his own group yeah
- 1:50:50>> okay so for anyone who knows what
- 1:50:52Karakala is this extraordinary Lebanese
- 1:50:55dance troop is the heritage of Lebanon
- 1:50:58uh Navush comes from a history and so
- 1:51:00when I say world pass products,
- 1:51:04worldclass instructors.
- 1:51:06Um, I genuinely from the bottom of my
- 1:51:09heart mean that we we've done our best.
- 1:51:12So, um, a son of one of the best
- 1:51:15choreographers in our country where
- 1:51:17that's part of the culture. Uh, and with
- 1:51:20dance comes a lot of, uh, sensitivity,
- 1:51:23sensibility.
- 1:51:25Getting into video production and doing
- 1:51:26this for a decade plus. Noosh is one of
- 1:51:29my best friends. Uh, and now he's going
- 1:51:31to explain to us um how to put a good
- 1:51:34prompt that can to the best of your
- 1:51:37abilities with the smallest number of
- 1:51:38tech amount of text be able to give you
- 1:51:42what an entire cinematography
- 1:51:45commu company would give you in one
- 1:51:48shot.
- 1:51:49>> Uh, thank you very much Roy for this
- 1:51:51nice nice introduction. Anyway, um,
- 1:51:55let's do a choreography inside the frame
- 1:51:57now. uh what what's what's what's nice
- 1:52:01about AI uh prompt is that you are the
- 1:52:04owner of the universe the digital
- 1:52:06universe uh you can create what's in
- 1:52:10your head and what's in your psychology
- 1:52:12and what you are thinking about exactly
- 1:52:15in this prompt where you can have a very
- 1:52:17entertaining result honestly we need to
- 1:52:20think layer by layer we cannot we can
- 1:52:22write a prompt a Spanish football player
- 1:52:26uh just hitting the ball on the
- 1:52:29goalkeeper.
- 1:52:31That's it. And you will have an im you
- 1:52:34will have an image for sure. You you're
- 1:52:35going to have an image. But the more you
- 1:52:38are more expressive, the more we can be
- 1:52:41more poetic with the AI, the more we can
- 1:52:43have more results. And here is the
- 1:52:47uh here is the role of creative people
- 1:52:50to to talk with AI in a very creative
- 1:52:52way. And uh I believe creativity can be
- 1:52:55also trained. We can be uh we can also
- 1:53:00be subjected to a training to be
- 1:53:01creative. It's not only uh limited for
- 1:53:04creative people. No, we can build a
- 1:53:06creative system where we can be
- 1:53:08creative. So, back to this prompt. Um I
- 1:53:12I pick up that I wanted a wide angle
- 1:53:16from the side
- 1:53:18and um we picked a Spanish football
- 1:53:21player. It was not Spanish before, but
- 1:53:23it's Spanish now because we're around
- 1:53:26the end of the final cup,
- 1:53:28World Cup. Uh, he's wearing
- 1:53:31>> add one small thing. In case you're with
- 1:53:33Argentina and half of us are, you can
- 1:53:35say Argentinian football player just so
- 1:53:38that we don't jinx anything
- 1:53:40>> so that whoever wants their team to win
- 1:53:42to have it to win, right? I'm 50/50 on
- 1:53:45both. I love both. I love Yamin and I
- 1:53:47love Messi. So, just saying that you can
- 1:53:49just replace that and have fun with it.
- 1:53:51But here's the anatomy of a prompt.
- 1:53:53>> Enjoy the process. You can change the
- 1:53:54team. Okay? Even if your team is away,
- 1:53:58you can type down your team. No worries.
- 1:54:01So here we have specified uh the angle.
- 1:54:04Then we move to the uh nationality of
- 1:54:07the player and what he's wearing. The
- 1:54:10wardrobe department. Remember the
- 1:54:12departments that we have uh talked about
- 1:54:14before. Uh now we have specified the
- 1:54:17cast. So it's related to the casting
- 1:54:19department, the wardrobe, the styling
- 1:54:22department. Then how uh this striker is
- 1:54:25posed to shut the penalty. Now we are
- 1:54:28giving the action, the directing, we're
- 1:54:30directing the uh cast. Our cast now is
- 1:54:33in our field in our environment and we
- 1:54:35are giving them instructions what they
- 1:54:37are doing. Uh
- 1:54:40both clearly visible in the frame like
- 1:54:42full establishing shot. Now we're
- 1:54:44establishing our scene. Um uh here we we
- 1:54:48we're seeing that we have a wet grass
- 1:54:50pitch.
- 1:54:52Uh we describe even the pitch. It's wet
- 1:54:55and the grass is wet. And then after we
- 1:54:58move to the daytime when always ask
- 1:55:00when, where, how, who, what, those
- 1:55:04questions. If if we're writing down a
- 1:55:06prompt and we ask those questions and we
- 1:55:08answer them, it's very easy. We're
- 1:55:10answering all the departments. Um as
- 1:55:14well as we added like a soft trim light
- 1:55:17is like dropping on the back of the
- 1:55:20player. Here we're talking about
- 1:55:21cinematography
- 1:55:23and after we created some drama in the
- 1:55:26scene. Uh
- 1:55:29uh we also described the background the
- 1:55:31cheering
- 1:55:33uh and we have uh also added a bit of
- 1:55:36technique here but we were very easy on
- 1:55:39the technical aspect because we're just
- 1:55:41uh we don't want to get into numbers it
- 1:55:43will be hard from the first time but
- 1:55:45Enriquey will explain how we can enhance
- 1:55:47the prompt also to be more technical
- 1:55:49later on. Um we have we have said that
- 1:55:52it's out of focus. uh we describe the
- 1:55:56depth of field and we describe the
- 1:55:58features and the manners of the players.
- 1:56:01So they are excited, determined blah
- 1:56:03blah blah. So as you can see now we can
- 1:56:06the before prompt is a Spanish player is
- 1:56:10hitting the ball on the goalkeeper. This
- 1:56:12is a very standard prompt. The advanced
- 1:56:14prompt is what we are seeing now with
- 1:56:17all the question we have asked to clear
- 1:56:19to create the trueman show. Okay, this
- 1:56:22is the trueman show. uh thing. So we are
- 1:56:26we are creating that room and show in in
- 1:56:29this I leave now the mic for Enrique um
- 1:56:33to
- 1:56:33>> and just maybe hitting yes go just so
- 1:56:37that we can explain show no you tell me
- 1:56:40you tell me by the way I was just
- 1:56:42wondering if this helps so that uh the
- 1:56:44wait time doesn't expand too long.
- 1:56:47Yeah. So the cool thing is that once
- 1:56:50you're generating, you can keep creating
- 1:56:52on the side. You don't have to keep
- 1:56:54waiting for something to be done. So as
- 1:56:57this is going to queue up in 2 minutes
- 1:56:59here on the side, we can right click on
- 1:57:02our mouse or mouse pad and it is going
- 1:57:04to give you access to all the notes
- 1:57:06again. So
- 1:57:09um I'm going to go back to the image
- 1:57:11generator to talk a little bit about the
- 1:57:13options here. Here, here's where you
- 1:57:16choose your model. So, for this one, I
- 1:57:19left it to be auto for the AI to be able
- 1:57:21to understand what will be the best
- 1:57:23model to use. But if you want something
- 1:57:25specific or you want to test out what
- 1:57:27model is best here, you can choose which
- 1:57:30one you want. Um, so maybe Google banana
- 1:57:35recommend like among them when you look
- 1:57:38at them, you have experience.
- 1:57:39>> Yeah, I've been loving uh GPT2. It's
- 1:57:43pretty fast.
- 1:57:45Um, let's try it. I'm going to use the
- 1:57:47same prompt that we used for this one so
- 1:57:50you can see the differences. And I'm
- 1:57:51going to change it to 16 by9 aspect
- 1:57:54ratio so it's easier for us to turn this
- 1:57:56into a video later. And I'm going to
- 1:57:58decrease the resolution to just 1K. So
- 1:58:01it's e so it's faster for us. So we have
- 1:58:04the same prompt in two nodes.
- 1:58:08Um, this one, as you can see, it's
- 1:58:10significantly faster than than the one
- 1:58:12that is going to choose for this one.
- 1:58:14and we're just going to see and compare
- 1:58:15which one we like best.
- 1:58:20Something really cool that we have here
- 1:58:23for people who are not experts at
- 1:58:24prompting and maybe don't have the
- 1:58:28um all the knowledge that uh Nabushio
- 1:58:31shared here. We have also the assistant
- 1:58:34node. Uh, the assistant node is able to
- 1:58:37understand a simple prompt.
- 1:58:40Spanish soccer player kicking a ball.
- 1:58:46U, it's misspelled, but I'm just going
- 1:58:48to let it be. And then you run it. And
- 1:58:50this is going to let AI enhance the
- 1:58:53prompt. So, if you're not feeling super
- 1:58:55comfortable with how to describe this um
- 1:58:58how to get uh where you want to be, you
- 1:59:01can also allow the AI assistant. So, let
- 1:59:03you enhance the the prompt. So, this is
- 1:59:05my very basic one sentence prompt.
- 1:59:10>> Yeah,
- 1:59:10>> I think we're getting a lot of O's
- 1:59:12because of the speed.
- 1:59:13>> Got it.
- 1:59:14>> Jump in in in Nabusha speed and yours.
- 1:59:17Uh could we just repeat that part? And
- 1:59:20if if I'm right about this guys, please
- 1:59:22leave a heart.
- 1:59:27>> Got it.
- 1:59:27>> Yeah.
- 1:59:28>> Yeah, I'll slow down. Um, yeah. So, as I
- 1:59:31was saying, the assistant node, it's
- 1:59:33your companion. It's your creative
- 1:59:35companion. Uh, if you don't have the
- 1:59:37expertise,
- 1:59:39here it's a prompt that someone who's
- 1:59:42not very familiar with the eye with AI
- 1:59:45might use. And here is what AI was able
- 1:59:48to create. So, I was able to give it the
- 1:59:52dynamic angle action shot, a pack
- 1:59:55stadium,
- 1:59:56the give a bit more context on what the
- 2:00:00player is wearing.
- 2:00:02Uh, all the details. It even gave me the
- 2:00:05camera lens that I want to use. Um, can
- 2:00:09we just do one one more thing? Can you
- 2:00:11just uh close it and reopen it? And for
- 2:00:13everyone, this is basically your AI
- 2:00:16assistance. So, if you don't have
- 2:00:18Nabusha skills and you want to be more
- 2:00:22professional in the way you create a
- 2:00:24prompt, this is what you do. Magnific
- 2:00:27allows you to do that.
- 2:00:28>> Yeah. So, we're going to go here to add
- 2:00:31node.
- 2:00:32>> Mhm.
- 2:00:33>> And then go to assistant.
- 2:00:36>> So, it said under assistant. Everybody,
- 2:00:38if you're under assistant, uh, keep the
- 2:00:40thumbs up going.
- 2:00:44Perfect. And now you've got the two
- 2:00:47things up top. So first you put what
- 2:00:49you're looking what you would have
- 2:00:50written and then let AI assist you.
- 2:00:53>> Correct. Yeah. You just run and this
- 2:00:56takes zero credits. Um and it's going to
- 2:00:59be able to enhance it. Every time you do
- 2:01:01it is going to get it differently.
- 2:01:02That's the thing about AI. It's it will
- 2:01:05never output the same thing um twice. Um
- 2:01:08it will get close to it. Um but you
- 2:01:11always have different variations which
- 2:01:13can be cool. Um, so okay, again, AI
- 2:01:18understood that I want a photo for photo
- 2:01:19realistic,
- 2:01:21a Spanish soccer player kicking a ball.
- 2:01:23It gave me the type of shot, full body
- 2:01:26mirror, follow through in a red and
- 2:01:28yellow national kit,
- 2:01:30minimal logos, low angle,
- 2:01:34uh, pack crowd, golden hour. So, it felt
- 2:01:37it it decided for me, uh, what what
- 2:01:41Nabush decided. A I was able to make
- 2:01:43those decisions for you. if you don't
- 2:01:44really if you don't tell it. Um, but the
- 2:01:47cool thing is if you if you have the
- 2:01:48vision and you want it at night, at
- 2:01:50dusk, rainy, dry, in the desert, you're
- 2:01:53able to just edit here as well.
- 2:01:57>> Maybe one last time, Enrique, if you can
- 2:01:59close it and reopen it again on how you
- 2:02:00got the assistant.
- 2:02:03>> So, we go here to app node.
- 2:02:06We go to the assistant node, which is
- 2:02:08one of the basics.
- 2:02:10>> Just one quick one, stay stay here. I
- 2:02:13just want to check uh maybe keep the
- 2:02:15screen open on assistant and I just want
- 2:02:17to see uh thumbs up if everybody has is
- 2:02:20is on the assistant.
- 2:02:24Excellent. Um does anyone we don't need
- 2:02:27to to use this but it's just good for
- 2:02:30you to know that it's there. And now
- 2:02:31we're at 90%
- 2:02:33uh thumbs up. So this is where the
- 2:02:37assistant is. Um now also if you
- 2:02:39remember Enrique had generated the same
- 2:02:43prompt that we see just above with two
- 2:02:46different models. We asked him about the
- 2:02:48G and he said he likes GPT2. Enrique
- 2:02:52what is GPT2? Is it like an old version
- 2:02:54of GPT or what is it?
- 2:02:56>> GPT2 is the the open AAI image model. U
- 2:03:01is there new is a new model.
- 2:03:03>> Um
- 2:03:04>> it's confusing because GPT 5.6 six is
- 2:03:06the latest thing but when it comes to
- 2:03:08images is GPD2.
- 2:03:09>> Yeah,
- 2:03:10>> correct. Yeah. And here you can compare
- 2:03:13all of them um
- 2:03:16all the new ones.
- 2:03:18>> Tomorrow uh if you could just show the
- 2:03:20models again in the session tomorrow
- 2:03:24instead of you asking it create a
- 2:03:27football player kicking which is already
- 2:03:29really impressive. It's going to be
- 2:03:31different. You're going to draw and let
- 2:03:34your drawing come to life. And we're
- 2:03:36going to be using magnific. We're going
- 2:03:38to using some of these model. We're
- 2:03:40going to use nano banana and sea dance.
- 2:03:44And um just as a promo, but just to let
- 2:03:47you know what's coming tomorrow. Um for
- 2:03:50anyone who's Lebanese, anybody uh please
- 2:03:53leave a heart if you know what Mini
- 2:03:56Studio is.
- 2:04:00Okay. Uh so the creators of Ministudio
- 2:04:04now okay of course not everyone would
- 2:04:06know but there's a lot of hearts for
- 2:04:08that um have created ministudio.ai
- 2:04:12which is working with Pixar in Los
- 2:04:16Angeles
- 2:04:17to create Pixar like virtual worlds and
- 2:04:22that's what we're going to be doing
- 2:04:23tomorrow. The only scare I have is the
- 2:04:26size of their servers by looking at
- 2:04:28Magnificas. It took us some time to get
- 2:04:29everybody to create an account. Um, but
- 2:04:33we're going to be using Magnific.
- 2:04:36So, again, we're going to be back on
- 2:04:38Magnific. And as you notice that you
- 2:04:40have 10,000 credits. Thank you,
- 2:04:41Magnific. So, uh, let's keep going with
- 2:04:44the hearts to honestly thank Magnific
- 2:04:47the credits. It's for 7 days, but it
- 2:04:49allows us to really play with things.
- 2:04:52And what I would love for you to do is a
- 2:04:56don't just submit the bakery app because
- 2:04:58we did it. Build whatever you want. You
- 2:05:01have that power in your hands. You have
- 2:05:04all the tools. You just need to use
- 2:05:06whatever makes you more productive. But
- 2:05:09as you submit your project,
- 2:05:12use magnification
- 2:05:18for your promo video. This is worldclass
- 2:05:21stuff.
- 2:05:24And for your presentations, you know
- 2:05:25what to do. For [snorts] your uh
- 2:05:28infographics and whatnot, you know what
- 2:05:29to do. For your product, you know what
- 2:05:31to do. Ready to kick ass, really.
- 2:05:34>> Um, okay. Back over to you, Enrique.
- 2:05:36>> I'll give you a quick sneak peek for
- 2:05:38something that can be useful for you
- 2:05:39tomorrow. So, we go back to the add node
- 2:05:43right here.
- 2:05:46Here, if you keep scrolling down, you're
- 2:05:47going to see the option that says
- 2:05:51um sketch.
- 2:05:53So, if you see sketch, you can click
- 2:05:55sketch, it's going to open a new node.
- 2:05:58What this node is going to allow you to
- 2:05:59do, if you double click,
- 2:06:04it's going to be it's going to allow you
- 2:06:05to draw. And this you can draw uh in
- 2:06:10this canvas or you can upload a picture
- 2:06:13of a of a picture that you drew by hand
- 2:06:16and upload it as reference. Um
- 2:06:20so this is this also exists here and
- 2:06:23you're likely going to be using it
- 2:06:25tomorrow.
- 2:06:26So here's the sun. Uh and then this is
- 2:06:30super basic use composition.
- 2:06:33By the way, for everyone who didn't know
- 2:06:35exactly how he got to Sketch, cuz by the
- 2:06:37way, like not everyone will realize that
- 2:06:39like someone might eyes might be
- 2:06:40somewhere and then you're in Sketch and
- 2:06:42then boom, it opened and you're like,
- 2:06:43uh, how? No need to know or do any of
- 2:06:46this. We're going to get to this
- 2:06:47tomorrow, but for now, let's create the
- 2:06:49picture and video.
- 2:06:51Um, just just as a little sneak peek for
- 2:06:54tomorrow. So, here's a quick comparison
- 2:06:57of the two images that we generated. Uh
- 2:07:00this one we left in auto mode. So it
- 2:07:02chose a model for us.
- 2:07:06Um and it chose Cream for this one. And
- 2:07:10you can see this information by clicking
- 2:07:12on the image, double clicking on it. You
- 2:07:14see uh in the settings the ratio, the
- 2:07:19model that it used and the resolution as
- 2:07:23well as the prompt. The cool thing about
- 2:07:26about magnific also you were talking
- 2:07:28about safety and security in in in the
- 2:07:30chat before us. Uh anything that you
- 2:07:33generate here, anything that you input
- 2:07:35and anything that you output is not
- 2:07:38going to be used to train any of the
- 2:07:39models. So all your data uh that you
- 2:07:42upload here is going to be safe in
- 2:07:44magnific. It's not going to go to any of
- 2:07:46the clouds.
- 2:07:48>> Um I'd like to get a tada from everyone
- 2:07:50who's actually generated an image.
- 2:07:54>> [snorts]
- 2:07:56>> Nice. A lot of them.
- 2:07:58>> Yep. We're on the same page.
- 2:07:59>> Cool. Okay. So, now uh I like this image
- 2:08:04a lot better. It's a lot more realistic.
- 2:08:06I like the angle. I like that the
- 2:08:08goalkeeper is there.
- 2:08:11>> Sorry, one one big pause. Uh I'd like to
- 2:08:13see a thumb up if you know how to create
- 2:08:16multiple images so you can choose which
- 2:08:18one you like.
- 2:08:22Okay, on the same page. Cool.
- 2:08:25>> So, just for us to be on the same page,
- 2:08:28I'm going to move this one away so it's
- 2:08:30not distracting us and we can keep it
- 2:08:33there in case we want to work on it
- 2:08:34later.
- 2:08:36>> Yeah.
- 2:08:36>> Um, the cool thing about spaces and
- 2:08:38about the infinite canvas,
- 2:08:40>> um, we have a few O's and my guess is,
- 2:08:43uh, for the last thing that I had said,
- 2:08:45um, can you just show one more time on
- 2:08:47how you create a new image?
- 2:08:49>> Yeah. So, I'm going to show you a
- 2:08:51different way of creating an image that
- 2:08:52is very similar. Um, we go here to add
- 2:08:55node
- 2:08:58and then we choose the image generator
- 2:09:00node.
- 2:09:01>> So, you can do this as many times as you
- 2:09:03want and pick your model.
- 2:09:04>> Correct.
- 2:09:06Um,
- 2:09:07>> okay. Fully 100% on the same page.
- 2:09:10>> This one. So, now here's the image node
- 2:09:13and here is the the the text box. Let me
- 2:09:17center it more.
- 2:09:19where you can put the prompt that you
- 2:09:22want. However, because this is a
- 2:09:26nodebased gener generative system, you
- 2:09:28can also create this uh assistant this
- 2:09:33assistant assistant prompt that is um
- 2:09:39a lot more. Well, it's not loading.
- 2:09:43>> You have to write anything.
- 2:09:45>> Oh, I thought it was written. um my
- 2:09:48basic prompt. I'm gonna let AI assist me
- 2:09:51on making it better. And then this is
- 2:09:54going to become our prompt. Instead of
- 2:09:56putting it here in the box,
- 2:09:58>> yeah,
- 2:09:58>> we can just go here to this text, click,
- 2:10:02and then drag
- 2:10:05to this text reference or input. So now
- 2:10:09you can see this connection right here.
- 2:10:11And now what this image generation node
- 2:10:14is going to take as a prompt is going to
- 2:10:16be this. That's the cool thing about
- 2:10:18spaces that you can connect all your
- 2:10:21generations all together in one place.
- 2:10:26So now we have this connection. If you
- 2:10:28don't like it, you can just click on it
- 2:10:31and and delete it. Um but we're going to
- 2:10:34be seeing a little bit more of how this
- 2:10:36works uh in the next step. So now we
- 2:10:39have it
- 2:10:40>> one last time for any O's. Um, how did
- 2:10:43you get to uh Can you please just do
- 2:10:46this one more time?
- 2:10:47>> Yeah. So I'm just going to
- 2:10:50>> while this loads, we can just do another
- 2:10:51one and then we can close it.
- 2:10:53>> So add node. Here's another plus.
- 2:10:56>> We're going to start with the prompt
- 2:11:00>> with the assistant to first have a
- 2:11:02prompt.
- 2:11:03Uh, our prompt is going to be very
- 2:11:05basic. Spanish
- 2:11:09soccer player kicking up the ball. We're
- 2:11:11going to let AI help us make it better.
- 2:11:14While we wait on the other side, we can
- 2:11:18right click or double click. Create an
- 2:11:22image node. Quick pause, everybody. Let
- 2:11:26me know if you're in that same space. If
- 2:11:28you are, please leave it. Tada. So,
- 2:11:30you've created the assistant, you put
- 2:11:33the message, you hit play, and then you
- 2:11:36rightclicked, and then went on image
- 2:11:38generator.
- 2:11:39>> Yeah.
- 2:11:40>> One second. One second. Uh, we're going
- 2:11:42to keep an eye on the Q&A to see why
- 2:11:44there's some O's, but we're 90% there.
- 2:11:49>> Okay,
- 2:11:50>> cool. Very cool.
- 2:11:52>> Now, the magic happens when you connect
- 2:11:54this assistant node with the image node.
- 2:11:59Just like that. You click right.
- 2:12:01>> It's becoming a professional now.
- 2:12:03>> Yeah.
- 2:12:03>> Yeah.
- 2:12:04>> And then you drag it to the image node.
- 2:12:07And then this is the prompt. We just did
- 2:12:09it above. And it generated this. And
- 2:12:12because our prompt was not specific
- 2:12:15about like the goalkeeper in front, the
- 2:12:17tension that is built giving that
- 2:12:20different vibe, it different it generate
- 2:12:22a different image. Uh but you could go
- 2:12:25back here in the assistant and edit as
- 2:12:27you want. But you can now see how you
- 2:12:29can connect these nodes to be able to uh
- 2:12:33create a workflow uh a creative
- 2:12:36workflow.
- 2:12:37>> Cool.
- 2:12:38>> Uh guys, I want you please uh not to be
- 2:12:42not to rely on the AI assistant, okay?
- 2:12:46Please be creative and write and
- 2:12:49describe. If you want accurate results,
- 2:12:51you have to write for the AI, okay?
- 2:12:53Describe the settings. You cannot just
- 2:12:55wait and wonder for chances and say why
- 2:12:57it's not going proper the way I want it.
- 2:13:00Right? Explain uh express yourself in
- 2:13:04the prompt. Express what you really want
- 2:13:07inside the prompt and then after ask for
- 2:13:10assistance uh better than just typing a
- 2:13:13one single sentence. Enrique is trying
- 2:13:16to show the feature of the of the AI
- 2:13:20assistant, not to write one sentence and
- 2:13:23rely on the uh arbitrary chances of the
- 2:13:27AI. So now we have the establishing shot
- 2:13:30very clean the way we want it because we
- 2:13:32are controlling the set now. We are
- 2:13:35controlling it. So we have the two
- 2:13:37players. You can see it very realistic
- 2:13:39with the chat uh with the chat GBT2
- 2:13:43model. very amazing result. Even the
- 2:13:45audience are out of focus as we have
- 2:13:47described. Everything is going great
- 2:13:50honestly the way we wanted. Now I think
- 2:13:52we need to spin off u more photos from
- 2:13:56this scene and Enrique will take you
- 2:13:58through the system of spinning off uh
- 2:14:01more shots from the same scene with
- 2:14:04consistency.
- 2:14:05>> So the idea here is to go from picture
- 2:14:08to movie and that's your skill.
- 2:14:13And for the movie, you need to have the
- 2:14:16start shot and the end shot. So you
- 2:14:18you're going to choose where the video
- 2:14:21starts, where the video ends, and let AI
- 2:14:25create that transition between start to
- 2:14:27end with some prompting in between to
- 2:14:30give it some direction of how you want
- 2:14:32it to happen. Um just now is just um a
- 2:14:36logical pause just because um it's a
- 2:14:40prayer [clears throat] of time. there's
- 2:14:41a 10 15 minute uh prayer time for for
- 2:14:45anyone who needs it and uh and who seeks
- 2:14:48it. Then um we're not going to advance
- 2:14:50more than uh we have we're going to get
- 2:14:53to we've created a picture. We want to
- 2:14:55create multiple pictures and then create
- 2:14:57a movie. Uh so we've got 15 minutes and
- 2:15:01what I'll take advantage of in that time
- 2:15:04just because um I would love to get
- 2:15:06everybody's uh feedback. if you're open
- 2:15:11to it, please to share um
- 2:15:15I've I've put together a survey
- 2:15:18on what have you learned that you
- 2:15:20couldn't confidently do before. Please
- 2:15:23take your time in answering it. There's
- 2:15:254,348
- 2:15:26of us. And then what idea would you like
- 2:15:29to bring to life [snorts] and then what
- 2:15:31can we do better? It's better to answer
- 2:15:33one well um than to answer all three
- 2:15:37quickly. So please take your time on
- 2:15:39some of the learnings that you're
- 2:15:41getting and um things that you'd like to
- 2:15:46build.
- 2:15:47We are doing very well on time. We will
- 2:15:50be done right on time with all of us
- 2:15:53having created wonderful videos and
- 2:15:56exceptional presentations and having
- 2:15:58saved a lot of time. So we're good on
- 2:16:01time. take your time to answer uh to to
- 2:16:05support the to fill the survey. Um and
- 2:16:10and we're gonna after that, let's give
- 2:16:13it 5 minutes to take our time, fill it,
- 2:16:16and then we're going to just do a quick
- 2:16:18recap of what we learned and then return
- 2:16:21at 8:35
- 2:16:23uh for the final stretch where we create
- 2:16:26our movie.
- 2:16:28>> Uh yeah, I'll add one more thing. Roy.
- 2:16:31>> Yeah.
- 2:16:32>> Uh that magnific honestly I I used it uh
- 2:16:37for my clients. So uh I have used
- 2:16:41magnific
- 2:16:44uh shows uh for the theater and I have
- 2:16:48used magnific also for a film making
- 2:16:51client. Um he requested a video and it
- 2:16:55was amazing result. So, Magnific uh I
- 2:16:58think with the credits that Magnific
- 2:17:00offered with the promo code uh it is
- 2:17:02enough uh for the participants in here
- 2:17:06to create a very nice scene. So, try to
- 2:17:10create a very nice scene for your uh
- 2:17:12business or your shop or your product or
- 2:17:16uh whatever you have uh uh as a personal
- 2:17:20business or a business of friend or a
- 2:17:23family business. just try to create
- 2:17:25something uh uh over I think also during
- 2:17:30this time Enrique will take you through
- 2:17:32through an orientation per orientation
- 2:17:35session uh within the platform itself
- 2:17:38maybe they can have more information
- 2:17:40about magnific
- 2:17:43>> absolutely I think that
- 2:17:46something that is happening really fast
- 2:17:49in the creative industry is that AI and
- 2:17:53AI tools are being used
- 2:17:57um by really cool projects not just for
- 2:18:00social media content or or viral content
- 2:18:04but also for feature filming and feature
- 2:18:06films because of the power that that AI
- 2:18:08has. Um so we have this ongoing project
- 2:18:12with this uh creator called Cavand the
- 2:18:16Kid. Kavandic kid is based in Canada and
- 2:18:20he came up with a whole world um he
- 2:18:24presented this idea to us and we're able
- 2:18:29to support it as a Magnific.
- 2:18:32So what Magnific is doing is trying to
- 2:18:34give uh access to creators that have
- 2:18:38really amazing storytelling uh
- 2:18:40experience and capabilities. this um
- 2:18:44really cool uh word creation
- 2:18:48um access to tools to bring all these
- 2:18:50ideas to reality.
- 2:18:53So, Chronicle of Bones is a great
- 2:18:55example of this. Um it lives on YouTube
- 2:18:59>> for over five.
- 2:19:01>> I don't know if you can hear it.
- 2:19:02>> Yeah, we can keep going.
- 2:19:03>> Yeah.
- 2:19:04>> So, I'll just play the trailer. It's a
- 2:19:05minute long.
- 2:19:06>> Yeah, have fun.
- 2:19:10>> [music]
- 2:19:10>> For over five centuries, the Mames have
- 2:19:15ruled the realms of man.
- 2:19:19But now,
- 2:19:21the winds are changing.
- 2:19:27The players are in motion.
- 2:19:33And the stakes have never been higher.
- 2:19:36Yeah.
- 2:19:39[music]
- 2:19:44Heat.
- 2:19:48[music]
- 2:19:55[music]
- 2:20:03>> [music]
- 2:20:09>> So
- 2:20:10>> quick example of uh projects that are
- 2:20:13really disrupting the industry. Right
- 2:20:16now we have three seasons out. They're
- 2:20:18leaving YouTube. [clears throat]
- 2:20:20>> Um and here you can see a little bit of
- 2:20:22how it was created. We work with Cavan
- 2:20:25the creator very often. Here is his
- 2:20:28profile.
- 2:20:29Um so and he often works um and shows
- 2:20:34his process for generating all this
- 2:20:36work. As you can see AI before was
- 2:20:39understood as not being really able to
- 2:20:42generate emotion to keep consistency
- 2:20:45between characters and Chronicles of
- 2:20:47Bones is a great example of how that's
- 2:20:50changing in the industry and I'm sure
- 2:20:52Nabush is seeing it uh also on on the
- 2:20:55request for clients. clients are are are
- 2:20:57asking for better better quality hyper
- 2:21:01realistic uh works that are combining
- 2:21:03not just stunning visuals but also
- 2:21:06really amazing audio design um and you
- 2:21:10can do all of that within the Friic
- 2:21:11suite friic magnific
- 2:21:15uh wow uh honestly it's very amazing uh
- 2:21:18work and uh uh I think the participant
- 2:21:22uh our guests on this call now knows how
- 2:21:26to do consistency through the nodding
- 2:21:28the nods. The nodding system that we are
- 2:21:31engineering is not only limited for the
- 2:21:34scenes. It can be also for the character
- 2:21:36sheet. So you can describe your
- 2:21:38character, what the character is wearing
- 2:21:40and then having the final result of the
- 2:21:42character. Moving this character from
- 2:21:45here and putting this character in the
- 2:21:47scene as uh as this movie is done very
- 2:21:51well done honestly. the lighting, the
- 2:21:53cinematography very high-end and
- 2:21:56professional. Uh even the references
- 2:21:58Enrique uh because this film that we
- 2:22:03have watched now has lot of uh
- 2:22:06references. I know the films I know the
- 2:22:09references u that the director used uh
- 2:22:13somehow uh we can use references guys in
- 2:22:16um the creation process. You can get any
- 2:22:19film that you like. just screenshot
- 2:22:21anything from any film and uh upload it
- 2:22:24as a reference for the mood board that
- 2:22:26you're going to have the look and feel
- 2:22:28that the final look and feel. This is
- 2:22:30very great honestly and uh the more you
- 2:22:33discover Magnific
- 2:22:38uh create more.
- 2:22:40>> Yeah. Here I I I can share um also a
- 2:22:46workflow that we created um to demo some
- 2:22:50of the capabilities. As you can see,
- 2:22:52these can be a lot more complex than
- 2:22:54just a few nodes. Um they can get really
- 2:22:57really complicated with nodebase. But
- 2:23:00here we see three stages. Here we see
- 2:23:03the AI influencer creation. We see the
- 2:23:06product creation. And then we see how we
- 2:23:09put all of those things together to
- 2:23:10generate videos.
- 2:23:12>> So really quickly, and you don't have to
- 2:23:15be doing this yourself, um you can just
- 2:23:18uh look at my my screen
- 2:23:22uh and see examples of how these
- 2:23:24workflows can be applied to generate um
- 2:23:28uh really cool stuff. So first here
- 2:23:31we're creating uh a girl that we're
- 2:23:33going to use for our ad. We use two
- 2:23:35images as reference and we add a prompt
- 2:23:38here at the box. You've learned this.
- 2:23:40You know how to do this. Um, and this is
- 2:23:43step one. Now, you can do this with what
- 2:23:46we've told you. [sighs] Um, second step
- 2:23:49is we're going to dress um this girl in
- 2:23:52the way that we want. So, we went to
- 2:23:54Google. We found some reference images
- 2:23:56of the outfit we want her to wear. We
- 2:23:59upload this as inputs. And as you can
- 2:24:03now do, you can connect the image to the
- 2:24:06image generator by the node. And then
- 2:24:10the prompt
- 2:24:12is being very specific. It's saying like
- 2:24:14dress a character
- 2:24:17using all these images as references.
- 2:24:20And you can be descriptive. Um, again,
- 2:24:24as you can see, the prompt,
- 2:24:27um, it's pretty long for just generating
- 2:24:29a specific thing. And this is the the
- 2:24:31the what Nebush was explaining
- 2:24:33explaining that this can be a poem. This
- 2:24:36can be a creative writing writing
- 2:24:38experiment where you're being very
- 2:24:40expressive. I'm not just talking about
- 2:24:41the practical camera angle, camera lens,
- 2:24:44but also the vibe that you want, the
- 2:24:46tone. Make sure that she's relaxed. Make
- 2:24:48sure that she's in her early 20s. She
- 2:24:50goes to the beach every day. And all
- 2:24:52that context helps AI understand the
- 2:24:55vibe of the character that you're trying
- 2:24:56to do. So, it's not just like put this
- 2:25:00clothes on the character. It's like no,
- 2:25:01this character, you can even give her a
- 2:25:03name. Her name is Sophia. She's 27. She
- 2:25:06likes to eat burgers by the beach and
- 2:25:08skateboard.
- 2:25:09All that context AI is able to
- 2:25:11understand it.
- 2:25:13You're muted, Roy.
- 2:25:15>> You're on mute, Roy.
- 2:25:17>> Thanks, guys. How many credits would it
- 2:25:19take to create that recreate that
- 2:25:21trailer that you were showing?
- 2:25:23>> The trailer? Um,
- 2:25:27it's a minute long trailer. It's in 4K.
- 2:25:32It [clears throat] likely took
- 2:25:36uh just like final final
- 2:25:42probably like 50,000 credits,
- 2:25:45>> okay,
- 2:25:46>> for a minute or 4K
- 2:25:48um with lip syncing, maybe even less if
- 2:25:51you already have your characters built
- 2:25:53because you have you have to spend some
- 2:25:55credits building characters. You have to
- 2:25:57spend some credits building the
- 2:25:58environment behind it, placing them.
- 2:26:00There are so many layers that you you
- 2:26:02can add to this. Um, so it can be I mean
- 2:26:06it's significantly cheaper like going to
- 2:26:09a volcanic area, casting actors, putting
- 2:26:13them in costumes, giving them lines, and
- 2:26:15then shooting with a 4K camera.
- 2:26:17>> Dollar-wise, how how how does 50,000
- 2:26:20credits mean?
- 2:26:22>> 50,000 credit. I mean, for example, if
- 2:26:25we go to
- 2:26:29uh let's go here to the remix that I was
- 2:26:32doing.
- 2:26:34By the way, um 2,100 of you have have
- 2:26:38have filled the survey. Thank you so
- 2:26:40much. Uh this is great because um just
- 2:26:44highly appreciated. It's amazing to see
- 2:26:46us all so aligned and just unlocking new
- 2:26:49skills and having fun. And it's so
- 2:26:50encouraging to be able to know how to
- 2:26:53improve, what's good, where to take it
- 2:26:56next. Gives you ideas of what you want
- 2:26:58to bring to life. It's today's different
- 2:27:00than yesterday. So yeah, thank you so
- 2:27:03much. But yeah, let's bring it back to
- 2:27:04the dollar value. Like what is 50,000
- 2:27:06credits?
- 2:27:07>> 3,000 credits. Uh it's about
- 2:27:12it's about 5 cents per credit
- 2:27:15um or 50 cents per credit. Uh 100,000
- 2:27:20credits. Um
- 2:27:23I believe it's 25 bucks. $25.
- 2:27:27>> Oh,
- 2:27:28>> 100,000.
- 2:27:28>> So you can make a trailer like this for
- 2:27:31let's say let's say 15 bucks.
- 2:27:34>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. For under
- 2:27:36for under 30 bucks you can make a 2
- 2:27:39minute 4K video um with um what do you
- 2:27:45call it? with building character uh with
- 2:27:48all the work that comes before uh also
- 2:27:50included in there. I think Nush has idea
- 2:27:53on on how that works too.
- 2:27:56>> Yeah, honestly uh guys uh this is less
- 2:28:00than the fuel that we're going to use to
- 2:28:03scout the location in the real on the
- 2:28:05real world maybe for one car only. Can
- 2:28:09you imagine that? You're you're casting
- 2:28:11you're creating your own cast. You're
- 2:28:13you're you're just dropping the outfit
- 2:28:16you want on the cast. You can cancel at
- 2:28:18any time. You can you can do whatever
- 2:28:21you want with a very very very I know
- 2:28:24Magnific is not so expensive by the way.
- 2:28:26It's very creative yet very efficient
- 2:28:30when it comes to the production value
- 2:28:33and uh with the results it's amazing. uh
- 2:28:36for the pricing uh every artist has his
- 2:28:39own way to to swirl around the platform.
- 2:28:43We cannot be very accurate because
- 2:28:45everyone has his own ways to not the
- 2:28:47system um and to create the system. Some
- 2:28:50some people bring the character ready
- 2:28:53and inject it in the platform. Others
- 2:28:55create the character inside the
- 2:28:57platform. Uh other use hybrid techniques
- 2:29:00which is like uh creating the character
- 2:29:04on Adobe collection. let's say and
- 2:29:06bringing them into the magnific platform
- 2:29:10uh to for the video creation. So I
- 2:29:13cannot give uh an accurate uh estimate
- 2:29:16how it can cost because I don't know the
- 2:29:18techniques that the artist is like
- 2:29:22overflowing during the process. What I
- 2:29:24can say that what I can say is that it's
- 2:29:26a stunning trailer honestly and the
- 2:29:29characters are very consistent. Uh
- 2:29:31thanks for the artist as we have Netflix
- 2:29:34original now we have Magnific original
- 2:29:36also and uh we're going to face a lot of
- 2:29:39AI uh originals in the soonest time I'm
- 2:29:43very sure and we are here at any time
- 2:29:46guys if you want to produce your film we
- 2:29:48are here at any time [laughter]
- 2:29:50>> by the way yeah 100% uh the inside
- 2:29:54studios punch way above their you know
- 2:29:57the size so it's like a whole bunch of
- 2:29:59pros best in Saudi Arabia and and
- 2:30:02Lebanon. Anyways, now we're back back
- 2:30:04from break. Um we have our um first
- 2:30:09photo. I think we had a lot of thumbs up
- 2:30:13when people were saying, "Okay, I have
- 2:30:15my photo. Now it's time to get multiple
- 2:30:18shots and get my video." We're going to
- 2:30:20try to get a 10-second video so that we
- 2:30:22don't take too many credits. Um and
- 2:30:24we've got 20 minutes where we can do
- 2:30:26that. So, if everybody's ready, just
- 2:30:28leave a whole bunch of thumbs up and uh
- 2:30:32let's get to the next prompt.
- 2:30:36>> Awesome. Welcome back everyone. Uh thank
- 2:30:38you for staying with us. We're going to
- 2:30:40be moving the next 20 minutes. Um
- 2:30:43>> and just one more thing, I'm going to
- 2:30:44close the poll, the survey um in like
- 2:30:48let's say 1 minute in case someone is
- 2:30:49still finishing up uh leaving a message
- 2:30:53or or a note. So just FYI so that haram
- 2:30:56I don't want to cut anybody off by
- 2:30:58mistake. Okay. So it's just going to be
- 2:31:00open for one more minute so that you're
- 2:31:01not writing and then you're like oh
- 2:31:03it ended so that we can focus back on on
- 2:31:06but but Enrique continue. Uh let's get
- 2:31:09from from one to the other and there's a
- 2:31:11few more people like just finishing up
- 2:31:13their poll. We're going to go at the
- 2:31:14right pace to get our video going.
- 2:31:17>> Awesome. Thank you Roy. So now we're
- 2:31:20going to be working and generating two
- 2:31:23different uh pictures from the single
- 2:31:26image that we created to keep that
- 2:31:28consistency that we want on um for the
- 2:31:32video that we want to generate. So to do
- 2:31:34that we're going to generate another
- 2:31:37image. First we click uh we right click
- 2:31:41on the canvas or we go here on add node.
- 2:31:45>> Mhm. Uh, we choose image generator
- 2:31:48again.
- 2:31:50We place it next to it.
- 2:31:53Well, you can place it wherever you
- 2:31:54want, but I like to keep order. Um, the
- 2:31:58first thing we're going to do so we
- 2:32:00don't forget is we're going to connect
- 2:32:02this node to this node by just simply
- 2:32:05dragging that line and it stays
- 2:32:08connected forever. Unless you want to
- 2:32:10unconnect it. You just hover on top of
- 2:32:12it and scissors are going to pop up. you
- 2:32:14click and they disconnect.
- 2:32:16>> I'm just going to put one more thing
- 2:32:18just to make sure we're always in. Um,
- 2:32:20can you just show the connection and
- 2:32:22everybody once you have those two things
- 2:32:23connected, please uh leave a heart.
- 2:32:26>> Yeah, remember you you hover over the
- 2:32:30generated image, you hold the click and
- 2:32:33you take it to the reference.
- 2:32:36>> Everybody's with you.
- 2:32:37>> Nice.
- 2:32:39So now the prompt we're going to choose
- 2:32:41is to give us a face image of this
- 2:32:44player. So Nabush created this really
- 2:32:47amazing prompt or we're going to do is
- 2:32:49I'm just going to paste it. Um here what
- 2:32:54a really cool thing that you can do as
- 2:32:56well is make a a direct reference
- 2:33:02to the generations that you already
- 2:33:04have. So by just typing at it's going to
- 2:33:08give you all the images
- 2:33:10uh that you have here. It's showing that
- 2:33:13you already have a connected image.
- 2:33:14We're just going to add it to make sure
- 2:33:16that whatever we're generating and the
- 2:33:19prompt that we are uh producing is
- 2:33:21topnotch. So uh Nush you want to tell us
- 2:33:24a little bit of uh the prompt that that
- 2:33:26you created for this?
- 2:33:29>> Uh yeah sure. Uh now the prompt uh we're
- 2:33:34spinning off uh uh a medium shot uh from
- 2:33:39from the main scene. So the first shot
- 2:33:42was like we're establishing uh the
- 2:33:44scene. Now we want to to have a medium
- 2:33:48shot or a close-up portrait uh for the
- 2:33:52Spanish player. And uh we have explained
- 2:33:54perfectly uh the camera movement, the
- 2:33:57subject. Uh I will share the prompt in
- 2:34:01the chat box so everyone can
- 2:34:02>> I'll put it now. Is it the create a
- 2:34:04sharp? Does it start with that?
- 2:34:06>> Yeah. A sharp high resolution closeup
- 2:34:08portrait of Spanish football player
- 2:34:11>> perfectly frontal to the camera. So we
- 2:34:13described the camera uh we have
- 2:34:15described the camera angle. We have
- 2:34:17described the uh who we are targeting
- 2:34:20the camera to. So we are we are on the
- 2:34:23Spanish player. uh the direction of the
- 2:34:25camera, the focus
- 2:34:28uh it's uh the the the depth of field we
- 2:34:31call it technically. So the background
- 2:34:34uh we we tried somehow to be soft in our
- 2:34:36prompt. Uh we were not too much
- 2:34:38technical. So we're just expressing how
- 2:34:41we want it. Uh but uh you can enhance it
- 2:34:45if you want to be more technical you can
- 2:34:47enhance it with numbers later. uh uh we
- 2:34:51have described uh the facial expression
- 2:34:54uh the reflection in the uh in the eyes
- 2:34:57and the lighting. Even we have we have
- 2:35:00we have somehow wrote about the jawline
- 2:35:03of the uh of the football player that we
- 2:35:06we need him to have a jawline uh and the
- 2:35:09softness of the light. Uh yeah. So we
- 2:35:12describe everything. Now we going to hit
- 2:35:15the play with uh
- 2:35:18>> and guys notice I saw run 130 credits.
- 2:35:22>> Yeah.
- 2:35:22>> So that photo is 130 credits. And you
- 2:35:25can see as you change the model how many
- 2:35:26credits it is. Um and by the way if you
- 2:35:29put Argentinian stick to Argentinian I
- 2:35:32don't know how it's going to look if you
- 2:35:33have two pictures connected. One is
- 2:35:35Spanish and becomes Argentinian.
- 2:35:38>> You have to your prompts to make sure
- 2:35:40that you're you're staying consistent in
- 2:35:41prompts. I think we have 100% of
- 2:35:44everybody. So, we have the laughs, we've
- 2:35:47got the tadas, we've got the hearts.
- 2:35:50We're in a good place.
- 2:35:51>> We have a trick to tell you at the end
- 2:35:53of the workshop. We have a trick. If you
- 2:35:56want to switch uh we can Enriy can
- 2:35:59prepare it. If you want to switch the
- 2:36:00player
- 2:36:02in all the flow, we can do it.
- 2:36:05>> Nice.
- 2:36:06>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:36:08So, as you uh we're going to now
- 2:36:11generate the second image. We're going
- 2:36:12to generate our end image for the frame.
- 2:36:15Um you're not familiar with how this
- 2:36:17works. Oh, let's see. It already
- 2:36:19generated
- 2:36:20above. Perfect.
- 2:36:22>> Wow.
- 2:36:24>> So, as you can see, he took
- 2:36:27>> it kept the same jersey. He kept the
- 2:36:30same haircut. We see a sharp jawline.
- 2:36:34Lab Bush um prompted blur background
- 2:36:39intense look is you know it's super
- 2:36:42photo realistic is high resolution
- 2:36:44closer portrait. It's exactly what we
- 2:36:46prompted. We're very happy with this.
- 2:36:48Now we need the second image. So you
- 2:36:51know you know the flow. We right click
- 2:36:53on the canvas. We click image generator.
- 2:36:57Uh
- 2:36:57>> one click second. Let's just do it one
- 2:36:59more time please. Yeah.
- 2:37:01>> Yeah. below.
- 2:37:04>> Okay.
- 2:37:05>> A lot of O's. Just right click an image
- 2:37:09generator.
- 2:37:11>> So, this is creating a third image from
- 2:37:12scratch.
- 2:37:13>> Yeah.
- 2:37:16>> Can we get a thumbs up once you have the
- 2:37:18image generator node already up?
- 2:37:21>> 100% with you.
- 2:37:24>> 95%.
- 2:37:24>> Now, we're going to do the same process.
- 2:37:26We're going to grab this image and use
- 2:37:29it as reference by holding clicking and
- 2:37:33holding and dragging it to the reference
- 2:37:36node. And now you can see that they're
- 2:37:38both connected.
- 2:37:41So now both images are going to be using
- 2:37:42the same start image as reference to
- 2:37:45keep consistency um
- 2:37:50um to keep the consistency that we can.
- 2:37:52For this we're generating a different
- 2:37:53type of shot. Um, I'm just going to
- 2:37:56paste it here. Um, I'm going to also
- 2:38:02tell it to in the prompt
- 2:38:05uh to use
- 2:38:09use at
- 2:38:11image generator 2, which is the one
- 2:38:13connected. But if it's not connected
- 2:38:14yet, you can choose it from here. But
- 2:38:16forget about those image generation 2.
- 2:38:19>> Okay, everyone. Um I pasted in the chat
- 2:38:24the create an ultra close-up blah blah
- 2:38:26blah. Uh please paste it and then once
- 2:38:29you have typed on top of it use and then
- 2:38:32you at mentioned and you got the other
- 2:38:35connected image
- 2:38:37uh leave it tada since we're going down
- 2:38:38the tadada road.
- 2:38:42>> Great.
- 2:38:42>> Everybody's with you.
- 2:38:46Ah we have a few O's. Um, if anyone's in
- 2:38:49the O uh category, just leave something
- 2:38:52in the Q&A. Uh,
- 2:38:55>> but we're good.
- 2:38:59So, we just paste the prompt and uh we
- 2:39:04wrote at the end use at image two. So,
- 2:39:08when we press add, we refer to the
- 2:39:10establishing shot that we have created
- 2:39:12earlier to sustain it. What could be the
- 2:39:16reason why at image 2 doesn't show up?
- 2:39:20>> Uh people are going to have different
- 2:39:22references depending on
- 2:39:24>> because each generation has a title.
- 2:39:28>> Correct.
- 2:39:28>> Each node at the very top has a title.
- 2:39:31So depending on and you can change a
- 2:39:34title as well. Uh
- 2:39:35>> yeah, cool. Call it start.
- 2:39:38>> Yeah. I'm going to call this reference.
- 2:39:42reference.
- 2:39:45And now if we go back to this prompt,
- 2:39:49I'm hoping, let me make it bigger so you
- 2:39:51know where I'm at.
- 2:39:53That my reference
- 2:39:56uh tag it's updated. All right,
- 2:39:59everybody. If you are able to connect
- 2:40:01these two images and reference it,
- 2:40:03please put a heart or a tada. Tada.
- 2:40:05Let's go with ta.
- 2:40:07Oh, nice heart. Tada. Okay. So if you
- 2:40:11are seeing an O
- 2:40:14um
- 2:40:17for just for those who left an O um
- 2:40:21what could it be? Leave something in the
- 2:40:23Q&A so we can have a clue. And um if you
- 2:40:27have a connection between the two
- 2:40:28images, leave a let's pick something
- 2:40:32else. Leave a laughing emoji for just
- 2:40:35for those with an O. If you have that
- 2:40:37connection, laughing emoji.
- 2:40:39So that means that you have the laughing
- 2:40:41emoji, you have the connection, but
- 2:40:43you're not seeing the reference. If that
- 2:40:44is the case, please leave a thumb up.
- 2:40:50Oh, so some comment saying that the
- 2:40:53prompt got flagged.
- 2:40:55So thumb up has already solved most
- 2:40:57problems.
- 2:40:59And uh the problem is that the prompt
- 2:41:01got flagged. What could that mean,
- 2:41:03Enrique?
- 2:41:04>> Um I'm not sure. Uh which prompt
- 2:41:07specifically? I'm I'm guessing the last
- 2:41:09prompt that we pasted.
- 2:41:11>> Yeah, that's that's the source.
- 2:41:13>> Yeah, I don't see anything that will
- 2:41:15flag it. Try again. Uh try generating
- 2:41:18again and see what it says because I
- 2:41:20don't see any IP or inappropriate
- 2:41:23content being uh generated.
- 2:41:27>> Yeah, it's uh has no IP.
- 2:41:30>> Yeah. So, we have 100% I'm cool with
- 2:41:33what you're saying. I know how to fix it
- 2:41:36if I just change the text. But my
- 2:41:38connection is there.
- 2:41:40>> Yeah. The most important thing for for
- 2:41:43this flow is this connection.
- 2:41:47This drag and drop from here to here.
- 2:41:51>> Yeah.
- 2:41:52>> Perfect.
- 2:41:53>> Using the reference image. Taking it all
- 2:41:56the way here.
- 2:41:57>> Perfect.
- 2:41:59>> That's going.
- 2:42:00>> Yeah. So now we have the prompt. Nibush
- 2:42:04if you want to super quickly.
- 2:42:06>> Yeah. So now we're going to uh to
- 2:42:09describe the action of the player. Uh we
- 2:42:13we created the action and we have uh uh
- 2:42:19wrote a bit of techni technically
- 2:42:22technical uh thing uh which is sorry I
- 2:42:26have to zoom in one second a closeup. So
- 2:42:28we determine the uh size of the lens. Uh
- 2:42:32then uh we have determined that we're
- 2:42:34shooting the Spanish player. Then the
- 2:42:38describe the action the player is
- 2:42:39striking the ball and uh we were we
- 2:42:43somehow also described the uh situation.
- 2:42:48It's a powerful kick uh compressing the
- 2:42:50ball and uh and somehow also we added
- 2:42:54water to the scene. Maybe the water will
- 2:42:57be a bit exaggerated. Now we will see
- 2:42:59that chances that we we going to have
- 2:43:01sometimes liquid and particle can be a
- 2:43:04bit exaggerated when it comes to AI
- 2:43:06production. We will see how it will be.
- 2:43:08Uh then um we have described the contact
- 2:43:11with the grass and the splash of the
- 2:43:14water. Um uh slow motion uh the more we
- 2:43:19we described everything in details. Uh
- 2:43:22dram drama stadium uh the lighting the
- 2:43:25reflection uh the ball is wet grass high
- 2:43:29speed uh photography style crisp
- 2:43:32hyperrealistic dynamic intense the more
- 2:43:35you are descriptive guys I I think the
- 2:43:38romantic characters can fit with the AI
- 2:43:40very well honestly.
- 2:43:42[laughter]
- 2:43:43>> Yeah. Yeah. So let's try it with the
- 2:43:46GBT. If you want to have two chances,
- 2:43:48it's better
- 2:43:49>> if you want.
- 2:43:50>> Let's try with two chances just for us
- 2:43:52to have some options.
- 2:43:53>> Yeah,
- 2:43:54>> everybody, if you understood uh and if
- 2:43:57you are here, this means you get it's
- 2:44:00going to create two shots. It's going to
- 2:44:02double the credits. So that's 216
- 2:44:04instead of 130. Now because this is a
- 2:44:08harder shot,
- 2:44:10by the way, this is a master class in
- 2:44:12prompt engineering and everyone please
- 2:44:15take that to heart. It makes the world
- 2:44:17of a difference. It makes your business
- 2:44:18that much smarter. The only now that you
- 2:44:21know the tooling,
- 2:44:23the only thing that you're left with is
- 2:44:25your critical thinking on telling it
- 2:44:27exactly what you want.
- 2:44:30>> Perfect. I just click run and the two
- 2:44:32generations are going to pop up. Because
- 2:44:35I like to keep it organized, I'm just
- 2:44:37going to drag it below.
- 2:44:39It's going to be under a minute for each
- 2:44:41of them to generate.
- 2:44:43Um,
- 2:44:48yeah. While we wait,
- 2:44:51>> go for it.
- 2:44:52>> No, no, go ahead. Go ahead, please.
- 2:44:54While we wait, I just want to mention
- 2:44:56you don't have to click or try this out
- 2:44:57right now. But here at the very top, we
- 2:44:59also have an AI assistant.
- 2:45:02This area assistant works very much like
- 2:45:04an LLM as well. So, and it can take
- 2:45:08actions on your work on [snorts] the
- 2:45:10left. So, if I was to say here, and we
- 2:45:13can try this at the end and see what
- 2:45:14happens. uh to change
- 2:45:18such a cool image uh to change from
- 2:45:21Spanish to Argentinian. This is where
- 2:45:23you can do it. And it's able to
- 2:45:25understand the context of your screen.
- 2:45:27And you can see the AI bot taking
- 2:45:30actions and doing clicking and working
- 2:45:32by itself, which is really cool.
- 2:45:40But let's just put that away. We can
- 2:45:42focus on
- 2:45:44>> we have amazing result honestly
- 2:45:46>> the two images generated.
- 2:45:51>> Thanks for the
- 2:45:52>> great remember that we also prompted
- 2:46:00>> Can you say that again?
- 2:46:09>> Amazing result. Uh, I'm wait
- 2:46:16I'm waiting for my computer to unfreeze.
- 2:46:24>> I got 100 plus LinkedIn follow. Thank
- 2:46:26you guys.
- 2:46:28>> I will we'll share everybody's LinkedIn
- 2:46:30profiles afterwards. So um so that if
- 2:46:33you want to stay in touch with Nabush,
- 2:46:35you want to stay in touch with Enrique,
- 2:46:37you want to stay in touch with uh with
- 2:46:38myself as well with Rama, of course.
- 2:46:42>> Yeah. I mean, look, look at the quality
- 2:46:44of this. I don't know. This one is still
- 2:46:46working. I'm going to click it again.
- 2:46:48But look at the at the resolution. If
- 2:46:51you click on the image you here, you can
- 2:46:53download download it by itself. You want
- 2:46:55to use it for something else. You can
- 2:46:56edit it here as well. You can do a lot
- 2:46:58of things also within spaces. Um, but I
- 2:47:02mean I'm super happy with this. It took
- 2:47:04the context that we had at the beginning
- 2:47:07with the Nike boots as well. Uh, because
- 2:47:11we were able to connect it to this
- 2:47:13prompt, it understood that as well. So
- 2:47:15that gives that that tells you a little
- 2:47:16bit of how it's able to understand the
- 2:47:19context from the other references
- 2:47:20images. Not just the visual reference,
- 2:47:22but also the text and prompting
- 2:47:24reference that you're using to to keep
- 2:47:26consistency. We're going to wait a
- 2:47:28little bit for this one to generate just
- 2:47:30to compare and see the differences.
- 2:47:34Finish.
- 2:47:36>> Nice. Okay. Yeah, the angle is kind of
- 2:47:38funky.
- 2:47:40Um, I like this one better because the
- 2:47:42foot is in the front of the ball. So,
- 2:47:43you can see the direction that he's
- 2:47:45kicking it, not behind it.
- 2:47:46>> Yeah.
- 2:47:47>> So, I'm just going to click on this one.
- 2:47:50>> The one above looks like he's ready to
- 2:47:52get an injury.
- 2:47:55>> Going to click
- 2:47:58and just trash it right here.
- 2:48:01>> Great.
- 2:48:02>> Not be distracted. [sighs]
- 2:48:04So now we have three images
- 2:48:08consistent across styles, across uh
- 2:48:11character, across brands. Now we're
- 2:48:14going to do
- 2:48:16>> I would love a thumbs up if you already
- 2:48:18have these three images.
- 2:48:20>> Oh, beautiful. Thanks for the checkin
- 2:48:22>> because now% everybody's with you.
- 2:48:25>> Love it.
- 2:48:26>> Cool, cool, cool.
- 2:48:27>> We have a few O's. We'll try to find out
- 2:48:29what the O's are,
- 2:48:31>> but I mean the vast majority is is with
- 2:48:34you.
- 2:48:35>> Cool.
- 2:48:37>> See if there's any problem solving we
- 2:48:39can do before we move into the video.
- 2:48:44I
- 2:48:44>> feel like the O's are
- 2:48:47>> We'll find out. It'll they'll show up in
- 2:48:49the Q&A, so we'll be able to address
- 2:48:51everything.
- 2:48:52>> Okay, I'm going to delete this because
- 2:48:54we don't need it.
- 2:48:57Um, so now we have these three images.
- 2:49:00We have I'm going to rename this one.
- 2:49:04And again, renaming is just double click
- 2:49:06on it
- 2:49:07>> close up.
- 2:49:08>> I'm going to name it start.
- 2:49:10>> Yeah. Oh,
- 2:49:12>> and then I'm going to name this
- 2:49:14>> end frame.
- 2:49:16>> And frame.
- 2:49:20So now, as we have done before
- 2:49:22generating images, we're just going to
- 2:49:24generate a video node.
- 2:49:27Um, I just want to do a quick pause, one
- 2:49:29quick check because I'm taking like I
- 2:49:31got some responses on the O's. So, some
- 2:49:34people have received images that they
- 2:49:36don't like. Feel free to generate others
- 2:49:38like we would not have liked the one
- 2:49:40where the person would have gotten an
- 2:49:42injury. Um, and then um
- 2:49:46then some people have run out of credit
- 2:49:50which tells me one of two things. either
- 2:49:53uh you didn't uh put the promo code or
- 2:49:57you just went bazooka over the over the
- 2:50:00break. My guess is it's the promo code
- 2:50:02cuz it's 10,000. Um
- 2:50:05Navush, do you have for someone who's
- 2:50:08been doing it? Maybe in the Q&A share
- 2:50:11how many credits have how do we find out
- 2:50:13how many credits have you used? Is it
- 2:50:15like in the in here? Yeah, if if you go
- 2:50:18to your user here at the top, mine is
- 2:50:20going to look different, but you're
- 2:50:22going to be able to see spent X amount,
- 2:50:25unavailable X amount. Okay. And I'm
- 2:50:28going to share the um
- 2:50:30>> you got a lot of credits, Enrique.
- 2:50:32>> Yeah, we have
- 2:50:33>> lucky.
- 2:50:35>> We're going to we're going to put the
- 2:50:36the code again in the chat for anyone
- 2:50:40who did not like who started without
- 2:50:41putting the code. So that is um
- 2:50:46so AI code and then this is the code
- 2:50:50that we're using. One moment just want
- 2:50:54to make sure that everybody is with us.
- 2:50:57Um all right. So and I want to make sure
- 2:51:01I just want to get a maybe um a tada if
- 2:51:04you've been able to make edits. So the
- 2:51:06first one, if you understood that the
- 2:51:08first one is the reference and then
- 2:51:10above is the start and the the one at
- 2:51:13the bottom is the end and AI is going to
- 2:51:16do the the and you're connected. We're
- 2:51:18together. Everybody's on board.
- 2:51:22>> Now for the in my opinion the most
- 2:51:25exciting part adding some motion into
- 2:51:28all of this.
- 2:51:30Um okay, we're going to go on add new
- 2:51:34node. For the first time, we're using a
- 2:51:36different type of node, but it's very
- 2:51:38similar. It's going to be the video
- 2:51:39generator node.
- 2:51:42>> Okay,
- 2:51:42>> everybody, thumb up once you have your
- 2:51:44video video generator, and it's in
- 2:51:46position.
- 2:51:49>> Good.
- 2:51:50>> Good.
- 2:51:51>> Nice. Again, you can just double click
- 2:51:54or right click where you want it and
- 2:51:57choose video generator
- 2:52:00and it's going to generate it right
- 2:52:01there.
- 2:52:03As you can see, the video nodes have a
- 2:52:05lot more settings that you can connect
- 2:52:06to. Uh, and this also depends on the
- 2:52:09model that you use. For this one, we're
- 2:52:12going to be using,
- 2:52:14uh, let's use Cance 2.0 Mini.
- 2:52:19Um,
- 2:52:20Cance 2.0 Mini is great on credit usage.
- 2:52:25You can use only from 280 as you can see
- 2:52:30right here.
- 2:52:32280 to 2,100.
- 2:52:36And it really depends on the type of
- 2:52:38settings that you choose to do. So, for
- 2:52:41example, it's compared to Cedance 2.0,
- 2:52:44the regular one.
- 2:52:47Sorry, I clicked it. Cance 2.0. The
- 2:52:50initial credits are a lot higher is 580
- 2:52:53to 21,000 credits. Uh, so let's go with
- 2:52:57mini. So, you're able to keep track of
- 2:52:59your credits uh for this demo. But as
- 2:53:02you can see, we have all the models in
- 2:53:04the suite. Some of them are cheaper than
- 2:53:06others. For example, Grock, it goes, it
- 2:53:08takes only 80 to 1,200.
- 2:53:12But let's go everyone. Let's go with
- 2:53:15Cedense 2.0 mini.
- 2:53:18Uh the ratio is good. We're going to go
- 2:53:21with 16 uh by 9.
- 2:53:24Uh we're just going to do one generation
- 2:53:26um for credits and for timing.
- 2:53:31Let's go with
- 2:53:34um
- 2:53:37number of seconds
- 2:53:42here. You can go either from 4 seconds
- 2:53:44to 15 seconds for this. Let's go only
- 2:53:48with maybe 8 seconds.
- 2:53:54>> Yeah, sec six seconds is good.
- 2:53:56>> Got it. Okay,
- 2:53:59let's go with six. Now, Bush is the
- 2:54:00expert here.
- 2:54:03Um, and then here you can also choose
- 2:54:05the quality of the video. Let's go with
- 2:54:08480.
- 2:54:10>> Yeah. Yeah, no worries.
- 2:54:11>> Faster and cheaper. And we're going to
- 2:54:13keep sound. So, we generate some sound.
- 2:54:16So, now here in the input, are we all
- 2:54:18good?
- 2:54:19>> Um, we have two questions. One is some
- 2:54:23people are saying that the promo code is
- 2:54:24not working. So, I'm not sure if you had
- 2:54:27already used the promo code and trying
- 2:54:29to use it again. The vast majority of
- 2:54:31you are only at 400 credits out of the
- 2:54:3410,000. So, if you are having issues, uh
- 2:54:38maybe I don't know if Enrique, maybe
- 2:54:39after the session could just check with
- 2:54:41the with the support team if you know
- 2:54:43the the promo code is still functional
- 2:54:46and works well. and then some others. Um
- 2:54:50maybe if you could just because it's so
- 2:54:52so quick and easy um do that do that
- 2:54:56part again that video generation if you
- 2:54:58had that question.
- 2:55:00>> Got it.
- 2:55:01>> So just right click create a new uh
- 2:55:03video
- 2:55:04>> and that's it. Well, I mean that that's
- 2:55:06really it literally like right click
- 2:55:08generate new video and then you set your
- 2:55:10settings.
- 2:55:11>> Correct. Yeah. Just right click.
- 2:55:12>> Everyone's with you right there. And now
- 2:55:16we have two, but we only need one. So,
- 2:55:18I'm just going to delete this one.
- 2:55:20>> Perfect.
- 2:55:21>> Um,
- 2:55:24>> sorry, my computer is now lagging a
- 2:55:25little bit.
- 2:55:26>> No worries.
- 2:55:31So, now the connecting part. Now that
- 2:55:33[snorts] we have our node all set up,
- 2:55:40um, with the aspect ratio,
- 2:55:43we're going to,
- 2:55:47uh, drag and drop the images that we
- 2:55:49created before.
- 2:55:56>> It's really lagging.
- 2:55:57>> Oh, it's lagging for you, huh?
- 2:55:58>> Yeah.
- 2:56:00>> It's okay. Everybody's showing a lot of
- 2:56:02support. No worries
- 2:56:04>> everyone. Okay, we're back. So, we're
- 2:56:07gonna choose this the the image that we
- 2:56:09named start.
- 2:56:11Uh we're going to here and generate
- 2:56:13image and then we drag all the way
- 2:56:17to start image, not to end image. Here
- 2:56:20you can choose both or reference image.
- 2:56:23Let's go with start image.
- 2:56:26Okay, everybody, please leave a heart if
- 2:56:28you're at the start image. Enrique,
- 2:56:30while you continue to the end image,
- 2:56:32we're 100% heart.
- 2:56:35>> Cool. Same with end image. You grab and
- 2:56:39hold and then you take to the end image.
- 2:56:43So now we have two references.
- 2:56:46>> The suspense is unbearable.
- 2:56:49So now um
- 2:56:52we get to paste the prompt
- 2:56:56uh on our prompt box right here because
- 2:56:58now we're going to direct the video.
- 2:57:01This is where directing comes in very
- 2:57:02handy and Abush's expertise are going to
- 2:57:05be very useful for us.
- 2:57:07>> It's in the chat as well. So you can
- 2:57:09copy paste.
- 2:57:10>> All right, I'll explain it very fast. Uh
- 2:57:12guys, uh we we have used u uh the start
- 2:57:17image and the end image. Um just for you
- 2:57:20to know that we're starting the first
- 2:57:22shot from this frame and the second shot
- 2:57:26will be this frame. Not not every uh
- 2:57:29tool in magnific supports starts and
- 2:57:32end.
- 2:57:34It depends on the tool. Uh so what uh so
- 2:57:38sometimes you you're going to create
- 2:57:39each image alone. you're going to
- 2:57:42automate it in a video separately. Uh
- 2:57:45depends on the tool that you're using.
- 2:57:47Uh and anyway, now we're very lucky with
- 2:57:49this tool to create two shots in one uh
- 2:57:52in one video. And we have u prepared the
- 2:57:56prompt in here. A dynamic uh sport uh
- 2:58:01sports scene. So it's a dynamic sports
- 2:58:03scene. So the AI know it's a sport shot.
- 2:58:06Uh tight tracking closeup. Now we're
- 2:58:08describing the camera movement um
- 2:58:12because it's not a static anymore. So we
- 2:58:15have to create the movement of the
- 2:58:16camera how you want it. Effects or a
- 2:58:18tracking shot or a circular shot around
- 2:58:21360 or 180 shot or a drone shot. Your
- 2:58:26call guys, your creativity, your way. Uh
- 2:58:29it's a tracking tracking um close-up
- 2:58:32shot on the face of that player. uh he's
- 2:58:36preparing to strike. Then we cut because
- 2:58:40we have two shots in here. We have to
- 2:58:42specify uh the cut is it a cut or
- 2:58:45transition. And now lately on the social
- 2:58:48media you can see that they are moving
- 2:58:49from shot to shot to shot to shot in a
- 2:58:52very smooth transitional way. Uh this is
- 2:58:55uh how AI create things. We have to to
- 2:58:58tell them to tell the AI how we're
- 2:59:00moving from shot to shot. Here we have
- 2:59:02chosen to go for a cut because it's more
- 2:59:04realistic for uh uh the world cup to to
- 2:59:09go for a cut no transition. So we cut to
- 2:59:13the second shot and now the action is
- 2:59:16happening. So uh let's see what we will
- 2:59:19have results. Okay.
- 2:59:22>> Nice. Videos usually take a little bit
- 2:59:24longer uh than others.
- 2:59:28Um
- 2:59:29>> I wish it would be nice.
- 2:59:31>> Yeah.
- 2:59:33Uh so while we wait for this
- 2:59:36um this is gonna keep working on the
- 2:59:39back end. It it will never stop. I'm
- 2:59:41just going to go to back to our landing
- 2:59:44page.
- 2:59:46And how long do you think it might take?
- 2:59:48Just cuz I want to be mindful of time
- 2:59:49cuz uh we're at time but it's okay. Like
- 2:59:52we're okay to say an extra few minutes
- 2:59:54but I just want to get a sense.
- 2:59:561 minute 33 seconds.
- 2:59:58>> Oh, perfect. So, in a minute and a half,
- 3:00:00we have our our video.
- 3:00:01>> Yeah. And Rama Rama, what Rama is
- 3:00:04raising, she's raising her hand, please.
- 3:00:06>> Yeah, go right ahead, Rama.
- 3:00:08>> Yes. I have a question because I'm
- 3:00:11following the session learning with you
- 3:00:12guys. So, thank you. I just wondering if
- 3:00:16we're going to use the reference or um
- 3:00:19the reference picture. I mean
- 3:00:24>> the the first reference picture. No, the
- 3:00:26reference picture we only used it to
- 3:00:28generate the second um the start and end
- 3:00:31image. You you don't need you don't need
- 3:00:33to generate
- 3:00:35>> um in between.
- 3:00:38>> Okay. Thank you. Because I saw there is
- 3:00:40a
- 3:00:41choice for the reference. Yes, this one.
- 3:00:44I'm wondering what's the point of uh
- 3:00:50using it.
- 3:00:51>> So reference is if you don't really have
- 3:00:53a start or end frame. Let's say you just
- 3:00:55have uh uh we could add this
- 3:01:00as a reference the first picture that we
- 3:01:02generated
- 3:01:03um and it'll understand that that's the
- 3:01:05context and it'll use it
- 3:01:08>> but uh you you won't have as much
- 3:01:10control of the beginning and the end.
- 3:01:13Very clear. Thank you.
- 3:01:14>> Yeah. So, what we're going for right now
- 3:01:16is control with start and end frame.
- 3:01:20Something really cool that some models
- 3:01:21allow you to do that I'm really loving
- 3:01:23and we're having actually a workshop at
- 3:01:25the office here in San Francisco next
- 3:01:27week is this option of reference video.
- 3:01:32So now with AI, you can record a video
- 3:01:34with your phone with anything
- 3:01:38um and use that as a reference to
- 3:01:41generate a video.
- 3:01:43changing your outfit, changing the scene
- 3:01:46behind you, relighting, making you talk.
- 3:01:50Uh so now hybrid film making is taking
- 3:01:54on
- 3:01:55a new a new version um where you can
- 3:02:00have even more control of uh your video
- 3:02:03references, the motion, what you want
- 3:02:05the character to be doing, to be
- 3:02:07jumping, to be motioning
- 3:02:09um as a video reference.
- 3:02:14So, it seems like it's done. My
- 3:02:17computer's a little bit laggy right now.
- 3:02:19>> Roy, you're on mute.
- 3:02:21>> All good. I was just saying that I uh
- 3:02:23while we wait, I've shared the LinkedIn
- 3:02:25profiles of each one of us. Uh if you
- 3:02:27want to be in touch and have direct
- 3:02:29contact with every person
- 3:02:32in the chat.
- 3:02:35>> Whoa.
- 3:02:39>> I don't know why it didn't generate. I'm
- 3:02:40gonna generate again.
- 3:02:43>> Yeah, no problem. And and Rama is doing
- 3:02:44it in parallel also, so we can see what
- 3:02:46what she produces.
- 3:02:48>> Yeah.
- 3:02:51>> Yeah. I don't know why you failed. You
- 3:02:53know, live demos live demos are always
- 3:02:56>> It's okay. It's okay. I mean, if you're
- 3:02:59video is generating and you're happy
- 3:03:00with what you see, please leave a heart.
- 3:03:07>> See,
- 3:03:08>> cool. [laughter]
- 3:03:10jealous that you're seeing your videos
- 3:03:11and I'm not. I don't know what's wrong.
- 3:03:14>> I'm I'm wondering if the ball gets into
- 3:03:16the goal.
- 3:03:18>> Yeah, I don't know. It was not in the
- 3:03:20prompt. The prompt ends with a kick.
- 3:03:23[laughter]
- 3:03:24>> Rama, do you want to share your screen
- 3:03:25if yours has uh generated?
- 3:03:27>> No, still not yet.
- 3:03:29>> Okay,
- 3:03:30>> just wait. Uh I can while we wait for
- 3:03:34another two and a half minutes,
- 3:03:37I can go to
- 3:03:41Sweet. [snorts]
- 3:03:43Um, and show you a little bit more of
- 3:03:45what you can do. Something really cool
- 3:03:46that you can do for tomorrow. Uh, it's
- 3:03:49right here. It's in connections. Right
- 3:03:51here on the left side bar of the menu.
- 3:03:54You have this little plug that says
- 3:03:55connections. If we click there,
- 3:04:01we can see that we have now an MCP and
- 3:04:04an API.
- 3:04:05What this allows you to do is to make a
- 3:04:09direct call to magnific
- 3:04:13such as Claude.
- 3:04:15Um,
- 3:04:16so if I go here, open a new tab.
- 3:04:21It's risky for me to do this because
- 3:04:23it's so slow.
- 3:04:26Um,
- 3:04:29Enrique, it'd be amazing to see your
- 3:04:31video, but from what we're seeing, we're
- 3:04:33seeing uh a really grateful and elated
- 3:04:38audience that in 3 hours uh have
- 3:04:41unlocked brand new skills for
- 3:04:44ourselves.
- 3:04:46So, it's no worries at all. it. And this
- 3:04:50is this is the magic the the ma the the
- 3:04:54cool thing about these workshops is that
- 3:04:55they're not a presentation
- 3:04:57>> where someone is watching and they're
- 3:04:58like how do I have to remember to do all
- 3:05:00these things later. you have them by the
- 3:05:02time someone you know is like okay cool
- 3:05:04now let me go get dinner um come back
- 3:05:07and they're like oh nice now let me
- 3:05:09apply this to whatever business that I'm
- 3:05:11trying to do and please use these
- 3:05:13picture generated uh and these videos
- 3:05:16for the promo of your business when you
- 3:05:19submit your project that makes a
- 3:05:20humongous difference
- 3:05:23[clears throat]
- 3:05:28okay it's finishing up.
- 3:05:32Let's see. Right.
- 3:05:36It's a funky looking ball.
- 3:05:44>> Come on, Wi-Fi.
- 3:05:46>> It's okay. It's okay.
- 3:05:57>> Do you know why? Do you know why this
- 3:05:59happened?
- 3:06:00>> I have no idea.
- 3:06:02>> It's because uh the gods want Argentina
- 3:06:05to win. [laughter]
- 3:06:07>> It's not letting me. He's going to
- 3:06:08generate a video with Argentina jersey.
- 3:06:11>> Switch it to Argentina and see if the
- 3:06:12video will render or not.
- 3:06:16>> Come on,
- 3:06:25everyone.
- 3:06:27really I can't wait to see the
- 3:06:29submissions that you're gonna that
- 3:06:31you're going to produce. So, I know it's
- 3:06:33a big ask to say, "Okay, this is the
- 3:06:34weekend." But if it's just focused on
- 3:06:37watching the third and oh, wow, third
- 3:06:40and fourth place and then the finals and
- 3:06:43then building cool things with this,
- 3:06:46you're going to solidify everything that
- 3:06:47you have. And any company that you apply
- 3:06:50to, you're going to be in the top 1% of
- 3:06:53AI enabled. Not just say I enable I can
- 3:06:56build one thing. I can build a bunch. I
- 3:06:58can build a business.
- 3:07:00So keep going at this.
- 3:07:08Wow, look at that water.
- 3:07:12Cool thing about AI is that it won't get
- 3:07:14it right on the first time every time.
- 3:07:16So you always have options and you
- 3:07:18always have the ability to edit. For
- 3:07:19example, with this video, once it kicks,
- 3:07:22the ball is coming our way. So now what
- 3:07:25I would do if I was uh working on this
- 3:07:27project is go back in the prompt and I'm
- 3:07:31prepared to take a strike
- 3:07:33uh hitting the ball in dramatic motion.
- 3:07:36I would add something like the ball
- 3:07:40moves
- 3:07:43um
- 3:07:46backwards
- 3:07:50moves forward.
- 3:07:51>> Come on.
- 3:07:53I'm betting on Argentina tonight
- 3:07:57[laughter]
- 3:07:58even though I kind of I'm 50/50 but
- 3:08:04>> yeah and I would just run again you know
- 3:08:07if if it doesn't work on the first time
- 3:08:09then you just run it again
- 3:08:12but the hope is that you're able to
- 3:08:14reiterate that's the cool thing about
- 3:08:15this the ability to reiterate and edit
- 3:08:17as you go it's it's not a black box
- 3:08:20you're always be you're always able to
- 3:08:23see what's happening in the back end
- 3:08:24with a prompt, with the start image,
- 3:08:26with the end image and correct as you
- 3:08:28go. AI won't get it right on the first
- 3:08:30time if as much as much work as you put
- 3:08:33in your prompt. It always needs the
- 3:08:36human touch. It needs you to correct it.
- 3:08:37It needs you to train it to tell it
- 3:08:39exactly where to go. And that's where
- 3:08:41human creativity always at the center of
- 3:08:43it. If you let AI doing do its own
- 3:08:45thing, it's going to come up with some
- 3:08:46silly stuff. Um, but if if you're
- 3:08:50creating tools that allow for control,
- 3:08:52then you're you're in the driving seat.
- 3:08:54>> Everyone, I think it's a it's a good
- 3:08:56[clears throat] pausing time just to be
- 3:08:59um right on time. Uh, tomorrow, I'm just
- 3:09:03going to give you a quick preview of
- 3:09:04what it is that we have going on, what
- 3:09:06it is that we're cooking, what are the
- 3:09:08the skills that we're going to learn on
- 3:09:11a Saturday night.
- 3:09:14So,
- 3:09:16by the way, the registration page is
- 3:09:18still open. When you submit your
- 3:09:20project, you can submit it here. We're
- 3:09:22getting a lot of submissions already
- 3:09:23coming through.
- 3:09:25The recaps are all here. The recordings
- 3:09:28are all here. If you're still not sure
- 3:09:30what to build, we have an idea generator
- 3:09:32that you generated
- 3:09:35um by saying, "Hey, I'm considering
- 3:09:37this. I'd like this." And so, now it
- 3:09:38gives you a lot of ideas so that it's
- 3:09:41not just the bakery. It's what you want
- 3:09:43to do. And we're going to get to day
- 3:09:45four.
- 3:09:46And in day four,
- 3:09:48we are going to create
- 3:09:53Oh, yeah. Tomorrow, we're going to
- 3:09:56create um a character from scratch. So,
- 3:10:00if you want to create an avatar
- 3:10:03um or a a character that's going you're
- 3:10:06going to animate and that's going to be
- 3:10:08a speaker. So whether you want to say I
- 3:10:11would like to have someone to represent
- 3:10:12my brand
- 3:10:14>> um and that person or that you know is
- 3:10:17going to look like this and that and
- 3:10:18they're going to speak in um uh in a an
- 3:10:22accent from the south in any language.
- 3:10:25You're going to be able to do that.
- 3:10:26You're going to create a character and
- 3:10:27bring them to life. And then we're going
- 3:10:30to have a short 30 to 45 minute session
- 3:10:35on the ethics behind AI
- 3:10:38and protecting your data from a
- 3:10:42world-renowned professor and a mentor of
- 3:10:44Ramas
- 3:10:46um in tomorrow's session. So it's for
- 3:10:48anyone who's interested in that. Just to
- 3:10:51give you a quick view [clears throat]
- 3:10:55when we built Ken's which is our our
- 3:10:57recruitment platform um let's say we we
- 3:11:00and this is where we use um AI for
- 3:11:04create character creation which is for
- 3:11:07an interview assistant. So you can say
- 3:11:09um I'm looking for a
- 3:11:13growth marketing manager with experience
- 3:11:17in BTOC
- 3:11:20uh tech companies and with 5 years
- 3:11:24of experience
- 3:11:27um based in Riad.
- 3:11:31This is Ken's own. So when we started we
- 3:11:34talked about the AI agents and then the
- 3:11:36landscape of AI
- 3:11:38And then you have the the the ready-made
- 3:11:41products.
- 3:11:43This here is a ready-made product that
- 3:11:44has used AI on to automate every step of
- 3:11:48the hiring process. And the reason I'm
- 3:11:50showing you this is because you're going
- 3:11:52to see how an avatar that we've created.
- 3:11:54And tomorrow's instructor is the person
- 3:11:56who has built and created and supported
- 3:11:59us in putting this avatar in place. So
- 3:12:02this is where your business this is all
- 3:12:04built with AI.
- 3:12:07So now from this prompt,
- 3:12:11it's going to create a job description
- 3:12:13and it's going to create a skill
- 3:12:15assessment. So here's your job
- 3:12:17description
- 3:12:19for the growth marketer.
- 3:12:23It identifies what's needed for a growth
- 3:12:26marketer, their skills, and then it goes
- 3:12:28into,
- 3:12:28>> "Hi, I'm KZAza, your AI interviewer.
- 3:12:32Review the questions below and edit
- 3:12:34anything you'd like. I'll [snorts]
- 3:12:35interview every applicant and book up to
- 3:12:38three in your calendar. Only candidates
- 3:12:40I'm highly confident about.
- 3:12:42>> So, Kenza is going to be interviewing
- 3:12:43every single applicant. This is what you
- 3:12:46can do in terms of building your
- 3:12:48business with AI. Um, I have another
- 3:12:52friend who wants to do it for um public
- 3:12:55speaking coach because he's building a
- 3:12:57public speaking business. So
- 3:13:01after that in the flow of the
- 3:13:04recruitment space then you're going to
- 3:13:05start to see candidates appear who are
- 3:13:08all going to be interviewed um by AI. So
- 3:13:12I just wanted to share that and not
- 3:13:14necessarily promote Ken's as a
- 3:13:16recruitment product but to give you a
- 3:13:18sense of how you're able to use AI to
- 3:13:21your advantage. This here is
- 3:13:25the work of what would have been a 100
- 3:13:27engineers because I come from a place
- 3:13:29where we had more than 100 engineers in
- 3:13:32our recruitment platform. Oh, by the
- 3:13:34way, AI also generated the top
- 3:13:37candidates
- 3:13:39and gave a summary of their skill just
- 3:13:42so that you get to see and then you can
- 3:13:43just interview those candidates and AI
- 3:13:46is going to interview those candidates
- 3:13:47this hundreds and thousands of
- 3:13:48candidates for the recruiter to meet.
- 3:13:51So, this is just um a preview and see
- 3:13:56how the avatar can come into play. The
- 3:13:58exact same tool that Ken is using is
- 3:14:01what you're going to have access to
- 3:14:02tomorrow and you're going to build that
- 3:14:04avatar yourselves.
- 3:14:06Um, one more skill to add to your
- 3:14:09pocket. We've had a whole bunch of
- 3:14:12skills that we're learning um and
- 3:14:14they're all additive. So, thank you very
- 3:14:17much for your attention. Really hope it
- 3:14:18was worth your time. Um, Nabush,
- 3:14:22Enrique,
- 3:14:24Rama.
- 3:14:24>> Yeah,
- 3:14:26>> Ahmad and thank you so much for your
- 3:14:28time.
- 3:14:30>> Thank you.
- 3:14:31>> Are you guys willing to see the result
- 3:14:32of the video or fine?
- 3:14:34>> Yeah, sure. Are you your video?
- 3:14:36>> Yeah. Yeah, I have uh I have done one
- 3:14:38and I'm doing the second one very fast
- 3:14:40before we leave guys because
- 3:14:41>> of course I didn't I didn't realize
- 3:14:43you're doing it in parallel. Of course.
- 3:14:44Let's see the
- 3:14:46>> before we go out. I added on the chat a
- 3:14:49link to a notion page that has a lot of
- 3:14:52resources for magnific some tutorials.
- 3:14:56The link um as well as at the at the
- 3:14:59bottom if you use that link um is a
- 3:15:02referral link for cans. Uh if you like
- 3:15:05magnific and you want to keep trying it
- 3:15:06beyond the seven days and beyond those
- 3:15:0810k credits, you can buy a scription
- 3:15:11with 20% off um thanks to cans. Um so
- 3:15:16very [clears throat] happy to be here. I
- 3:15:17love to see in the bush's um work at the
- 3:15:20end.
- 3:15:21>> Yeah,
- 3:15:22>> thank you. Uh guys, here is the workflow
- 3:15:24but it's different workflow from uh
- 3:15:27Enrique and different results. Maybe the
- 3:15:29character is a bit different. Anyway, um
- 3:15:33uh I have uh tried to uh create each
- 3:15:37each video alone to export each video
- 3:15:39alone. So this is the result, but I did
- 3:15:41not specify the angle of the penalty
- 3:15:44shot. So it it took it arbitrary because
- 3:15:47I did not describe. So this is the
- 3:15:49result mainly.
- 3:15:51Okay. A very slow motion shot.
- 3:15:57>> Oh, nice. This is where the videographer
- 3:16:00comes in
- 3:16:05just 5 seconds. All this for Yeah.
- 3:16:09really well done.
- 3:16:10>> All right. So, uh this is again it's not
- 3:16:14so accurate because I I've done it very
- 3:16:16fast in here, but this is the flow we
- 3:16:19can have. Uh you can also as well mix
- 3:16:23the two shots just as uh as what was
- 3:16:26Enriky doing before. Just grab the first
- 3:16:29frame and the second frame and write the
- 3:16:32prompt and insert the transition you
- 3:16:34want. Uh I I have exported this
- 3:16:36separately. You can export from each
- 3:16:38picture a single u a single uh uh video
- 3:16:44and you can edit it on a professional
- 3:16:46editing uh uh platform as well. Okay. Uh
- 3:16:50one more trick to say that we have here
- 3:16:53written it's a Spanish football player.
- 3:16:55I can do something I can write it for
- 3:16:58example
- 3:17:00Lebanese. No, we don't have a jersey in
- 3:17:03the world cup. uh Brazilian
- 3:17:09>> example. Okay.
- 3:17:17>> Okay. Let's
- 3:17:21hit.
- 3:17:23All right.
- 3:17:25>> It's nice that it tells you exactly how
- 3:17:26many credits.
- 3:17:28>> Yeah.
- 3:17:28>> Yeah.
- 3:17:28>> Because it's changing the whole
- 3:17:30workflow. No. [music]
- 3:17:36I'm I'm just trying this out loud. I did
- 3:17:39not I was not prepared for this. Let's
- 3:17:41see the chances now.
- 3:17:45H
- 3:17:55okay. Pardon wearing the Brazil.
- 3:18:05All right.
- 3:18:06>> Nice.
- 3:18:09And if everyone has just a couple of
- 3:18:11more minutes, one important last thing
- 3:18:13is we can export the stuff to code.
- 3:18:16>> Yeah.
- 3:18:17>> So it can go into your project.
- 3:18:19So now you have everything inside your
- 3:18:22project, your bakery, your business,
- 3:18:24your business plans, your strategy, and
- 3:18:26then your creative documents.
- 3:18:30>> So here you go guys, it's Brazil. I
- 3:18:33think this is Neymar. Yeah.
- 3:18:36>> Yeah. [snorts] Something that we have to
- 3:18:37be careful with when we are using AI to
- 3:18:40generate is the IP. Uh we want to make
- 3:18:43sure that none of the generations that
- 3:18:45we're doing are infringing IP of brands
- 3:18:48of real people. Um and it's it's good
- 3:18:52for demos. It's good for you to play
- 3:18:53with and experiment a little bit,
- 3:18:55especially with someone that you know,
- 3:18:56but you cannot uh market or uh go public
- 3:19:00with with things that you have generated
- 3:19:02with IPs. Um so just something to note.
- 3:19:06And some of those models are going to
- 3:19:07flag you and and not allow you to move
- 3:19:09forward with those generations. are
- 3:19:10going to stop you and block you because
- 3:19:12it knows that it's uh uh an IP that
- 3:19:15cannot be infringed. Um and I'm sure
- 3:19:18hopefully you talk about that tomorrow
- 3:19:19with your ethics and responsible uh use.
- 3:19:22Um but it comes from all angles, you
- 3:19:24know, from data, from creative, from
- 3:19:26references, uh from storing, from
- 3:19:28inference. Um there's a lot and I just
- 3:19:32want to say thank you to uh to Roy, to
- 3:19:34Nabush, to to the CAN's team, uh to all
- 3:19:37the sponsors that made this possible. Uh
- 3:19:39to all the attendees, thank you for
- 3:19:41paying attention to us. Hopefully you
- 3:19:42enjoy Magnific.
- 3:19:45Um and yeah, stay connected. If you have
- 3:19:46any questions, if there's anything we
- 3:19:48can help you with, uh you can message me
- 3:19:50on LinkedIn. Um and happy happy to
- 3:19:52engage uh over there. What a cool what a
- 3:19:56cool crowd. What a cool vibes that we're
- 3:20:00having this week. Day three is super
- 3:20:02successful. I feel energized. Great use
- 3:20:04of a Friday night. if I would to
- 3:20:06sacrifice a Friday night from going to
- 3:20:08the movies, it would be to just, you
- 3:20:10know, become 10x more productive. And I
- 3:20:13think we're getting there. So, thank you
- 3:20:14very much everyone. Thank you, Enrique.
- 3:20:16Thank you, Magnificent
- 3:20:19um offer, the 10,000 credits that we'll
- 3:20:23use during the hackathon. Thanks a lot.
- 3:20:25>> Enjoy them.
- 3:20:26>> Now, this takes us to the 100% in terms
- 3:20:28of video and and photo. We we can't get
- 3:20:30better than this. And to the 100% on the
- 3:20:32presentations. We can't get better than
- 3:20:34this. I don't know. We we we don't know
- 3:20:37of the ways to get better than this.
- 3:20:38Tomorrow is going to be on creation of
- 3:20:40an avatar and then we're going to create
- 3:20:42virtual worlds because it's not all ver
- 3:20:45virtual. It's good to be able to draw
- 3:20:48and go from the inperson to the virtual
- 3:20:51world as well.
- 3:20:53>> Thanks a lot everyone.
- 3:20:54>> Thanks a lot Roy. Thank you everyone for
- 3:20:56listening. Chowo chiao you.
