- 0:00Gyanesh Kumar, it's done bro.
- 0:02On all social media, there is only one voice echoing all around.
- 0:06India's Chief Election Commissioner, Gyanesh Kumar,
- 0:09is being declared a traitor and anti-national.
- 0:13What is the reason behind this?
- 0:15The new developments in the story will shock you.
- 0:17You must have heard of fraudulent votes and voters in the elections.
- 0:21But now the way things are unfolding, no one would have thought
- 0:25that the situation would be so dire in our nation.
- 0:27The decision of who will be added to or deleted from the
- 0:30voter list is being taken by officials sitting in Delhi,
- 0:32whereas legally only local officials can do this work.
- 0:35And these local officials are not able to add the
- 0:38names of genuine voters even when they want to.
- 0:41Not only the votes of the public have been stolen,
- 0:44but Gyanesh Kumar stole the votes of his 2 co-Election Commissioners,
- 0:47Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi.
- 0:51They were made to be part of decisions they were not even aware of.
- 0:54And most of these decisions were about the SIR in which the names
- 0:59of 130 million voters has been removed from the draft voter list.
- 1:03In this video, let's understand how Gyanesh Kumar has
- 1:07mocked our democracy at the behest of his masters.
- 1:10"Just look at the wide map of protest"
- 1:18"The Chief Election Commissioner is the biggest traitor in the country."
- 1:22"He's the biggest anti-national."
- 1:24"Gyanesh Kumar is the biggest anti-national of this country."

- 2:31To understand this issue, we need to first understand
- 2:34how the Election Commission of India works.
- 2:36Or how it should work.
- 2:38According to the Constitution, the Election.
- 2:40Commission of India is a constitutional body.
- 2:42Set up under Article 324.
- 2:44It is headed by three people.
- 2:46One Chief Election Commissioner and two Election Commissioners.
- 2:49It's not that the Chief Election Commissioner has
- 2:51more power than the other two Election Commissioners.
- 2:54They have the same rank.
- 2:55And the Chief Election Commissioner is only the first among equals.
- 2:59That means he cannot take decisions alone.
- 3:01The Election Commission has to run by these three
- 3:03commissioners together with everyone's consent.
- 3:06But if their opinions differ on any issue, then the decision is made by the majority.
- 3:11The whole purpose of this structure is that the elections of
- 3:13the country should not be run on the whims of an individual.
- 3:16But when the resident editor of Indian Express, Ritika Chopra, investigated,
- 3:20it was found that the situation in Election Commission was not the same.
- 3:25Even if the co-election commissioners were against
- 3:26something, their dissent was being overlooked.
- 3:28And some of the decisions were made without even informing them.
- 3:32From 28 October 2025 to 14 August 2026,
- 3:35in about 10 months, these two election commissioners
- 3:38raised objections about different things 14 times.
- 3:42Indian Express has uncovered this record.
- 3:44Look at this list on the screen.
- 3:46Several of the objections had the same issue.
- 3:48Letters and orders were being issued in the name of the Election Commission,
- 3:51even though the Election Commission did not approve any such publication.
- 3:56The question arises, if not the Election.
- 3:57Commission, then who was making these decisions?
- 4:00Were these decisions made in the BJP offices or PMO?
- 4:03Opposition has been talking about this for years.
- 4:06"The BJP has got a hold over the Election Commission.
- 4:08You should accept this very clearly."
- 4:11"that is why they are winning, whether it
- 4:13is ABVP or BJP, all of them are hacking EVM.
- 4:15The Election Commission is with BJP, that is why they are winning."
- 4:18"They were hacking EVMs for 70 years, and they didn't have a problem with it.
- 4:22Now, that we're doing it, they're sulking. That doesn't seem fair.
- 4:25The biggest thing among these decisions was the centralisation of the voter list.
- 4:29As per the Representation of the People Act, 1950
- 4:31and the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960,
- 4:34the responsibility of making a voter list of any assembly
- 4:36seat was given to an electoral registration officer,
- 4:39i.e. ERO.
- 4:41These are usually the SDMs of that area.
- 4:43And this ERO listens to people's claims and objections,
- 4:46and decides which names will be in the voter list and which ones will be deleted.
- 4:50Once again, this system was designed intentionally,
- 4:52so that the voter list cannot be controlled by
- 4:56an individual or a team, to prevent voter fraud.
- 4:59When the election commission is questioned about
- 5:02the voter fraud, they point to it and say that
- 5:05voter fraud is not possible because this voter
- 5:08list is being compiled by thousands of people.
- 5:12No one can control it.
- 5:14Now, for the most part in India's history, this was true.
- 5:16But Gyanesh Kumar turned this whole system around.
- 5:19And a software was made to turn it around.
- 5:21ECI-Net.
- 5:22This software was launched on 22nd January, 2026.
- 5:26And while launching, the Director General of the Election Commission's IT division,
- 5:30Seema Khanna, said that this app will increase
- 5:33transparency, credibility, and public trust.
- 5:35But do you know what?
- 5:37Who had control over this software, this app?
- 5:41Seema Khanna's team in Delhi.
- 5:44This software hosts the voter list.
- 5:46And the allegation is that Khanna's team restricted
- 5:49even the EROs from accessing this software.
- 5:51In many states, it was found that
- 5:54the EROs weren't able to add or delete any name in the voter list.
- 5:59According to the law, the only responsibility of
- 6:01EROs is to add or delete names in the voter list.
- 6:04They weren't allowed to do that.
- 6:05It was done independently by this software.
- 6:07And the keys to this software were in Delhi.
- 6:10Now, it is obvious that it is completely illegal.
- 6:11So, the Indian Express report tells us that Sukhbir Sandhu
- 6:14and Vivek Joshi, the other two election commissioners,
- 6:17filed several written objections about this between November 2025 to August 2026.
- 6:23Like on 29th May, Joshi wrote to Gyanesh Kumar and Sukhbir that
- 6:27apart from concerned statutory authorities, that is the EROs,
- 6:30no one has the right to change the voter database.
- 6:34He suggested that the entire system be audited and checks be ensured.
- 6:38On 13th July, Sukhbir supported this proposal too.
- 6:41That is, 2 out of 3 election commissioners were demanding improvements.
- 6:45But still, nothing happened.
- 6:47Sukhbir Sandhu, in another objection, said that
- 6:49the IT division had made new modules and portals over the previous few months.
- 6:52But the election commission was not informed
- 6:55about it, they found out about it from the media.
- 6:58On the same day, Sandhu told senior officials of the commission that
- 7:00communications were published in the name of the election commission,
- 7:03without the approval of the commission. How could this be
- 7:06happening? And 8 days later, Vivek Joshi repeated the same concern.
- 7:09On July 28th, a conflict almost ensued when the Deputy.
- 7:12Election Commissioner supervising the IT division,
- 7:16Sanjay Kumar was freed form this responsible.
- 7:19Sanjay Kumar was the link,
- 7:20through which the election commissioners,
- 7:22would get information about the IT division.
- 7:24And when he was told to step down,
- 7:26Joshi and Sandhu did what had never happened before.
- 7:29On 29th July,
- 7:30these commissioners wrote letters to the cabinet secretary.
- 7:34Telling them that this decision was taken without asking or informing them.
- 7:38This goes against the law.
- 7:40The next day, they issued a joint order,
- 7:42and withdrew this decision.
- 7:44Remember that law I mentioned earlier?
- 7:46The election commission is supposed to do everything with mutual consent.
- 7:49But far from mutual consent, two election commissioners
- 7:52were not even informed.
- 7:54And for 4 months,
- 7:55the election commission hadn't even met.
- 7:57On 14th August,
- 7:58Sukhbir Sandhu said that
- 7:59several EROs informed him that
- 8:01they do not have proper and complete access to ERO net.
- 8:04Sandhu ordered that EROs be given full access immediately.
- 8:07Friends, it's not that the software issue was merely a compliance lapse.
- 8:11We saw the impact on the ground.
- 8:13Like in Goa.
- 8:16In Goa, the EROs held a hearing and went through all the documents.
- 8:19It was found that the names of 97 voters were flagged under logical discrepancies.
- 8:25They were genuine voters and their names should have been on the voter list.
- 8:28But there was no way to record this decision in software.
- 8:32The deadline of finalising the voter list was approaching.
- 8:35So, Goa's Chief Electoral Officer wrote 8 emails to
- 8:37the Election Commission between 11th and 17th February.
- 8:39Eight times in seven days.
- 8:41Eight times.
- 8:42Asking for an option allowing the EROs to restore the deleted names.
- 8:48But there was no response from Delhi.
- 8:50And when the final voter list was published,
- 8:52the names of these 97 voters were not in it.
- 8:54Not only genuine voters' names
- 8:56were being deleted from the list,
- 8:58but even if the EROs want to restore those,
- 9:00they were not able to.
- 9:02"The officers felt that these
- 9:04voters deserved to be back on the roll,
- 9:06but the software would not
- 9:08allow them to reverse their earlier
- 9:10decision of deletion."
- 9:12Here, 97 may seem like a small number,
- 9:14But these are the voters whose records have
- 9:16been matched with election commission's data.
- 9:18Think about how big this number will be in the whole country.
- 9:20Thousands and even millions of voters would have lost their voting rights.
- 9:23They are genuine citizens of the country.
- 9:26And this fraud does not end here.
- 9:28One more thing that both the election
- 9:30commissioners objected to was the change in Form 6.
- 9:33Form 6 is the form that every adult citizen has to file to become an eligible voter.
- 9:37Only after that, their name is added to the voter list.
- 9:39Now in May 2026, a proposal to change it was brought in.
- 9:42This was opposed by Vivek Joshi officially,
- 9:45because without making an amendment in the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960
- 9:50the form cannot be altered.
- 9:52On 19th May, Sukhbir Sandhu joined this objection with the same reasoning.
- 9:56Once again, 2 out of 3 election commissioners
- 9:58were saying that this cannot happen.
- 10:00So this matter should have ended here.
- 10:02But it wasn't so.
- 10:03Gyanesh Kumar pushed forward and made a change to Form 6.
- 10:07A new question was added to Form 6.
- 10:10What was this question?
- 10:11The applicants were asked to select one of the three options in Form 6.
- 10:15Was their name in the voter list after the previous SIR?
- 10:18Were the names of their parents or grandparents on the previous SIR list?
- 10:21Or that none of their names were in the previous SIR list.
- 10:26One of these three options was asked to be selected,
- 10:28and this question was compulsory to be answered.
- 10:30The form could not be submitted without choosing one of these.
- 10:34When this change was put into effect,
- 10:36the two election commissioners didn't even know about it.
- 10:39Sukhbir Sandhu found out about it from a report in the Indian Express on 12th July.
- 10:45After finding out, on August 13th, he wrote how
- 10:47these changes were unauthorised and illegal,
- 10:50and asked for the changes to be reversed,
- 10:52so that new voters could register themselves without any harassment.
- 10:56But as on September 22nd, Form 6 still had this question.
- 11:00Now, it may seem like a small question,
- 11:03but this one question can decide the future of millions of children.
- 11:06Remember, 130 million voters have been removed from the draft voter list.
- 11:10And because of this one question,
- 11:12their children may never be able to become voters.
- 11:15Apart from this, in the investigation of the Indian Express,
- 11:17there was another revelation about the West Bengal elections.
- 11:20The state with the most controversies about SIR.
- 11:24And I had made a video about it,
- 11:26about the level of voter fraud that took place there.
- 11:28During the SIR in West Bengal,
- 11:29about 6 million voters were removed from the voter list
- 11:33citing logical discrepancies.
- 11:34And in February 2026,
- 11:36the Supreme Court ordered judicial officers
- 11:37to review the documents of the people.
- 11:39After reviewing all the documents,
- 11:41the judicial officers restored
- 11:43the names of 3.3 million voters
- 11:45back to the voter list.
- 11:48On behalf of the election commission, someone filed an appeal
- 11:50against this order regarding 1.6 million of these voters.
- 11:53Wait a second and think what happened here.
- 11:56A judicial officer saw a person's documents and after a thorough investigation
- 12:00said that this person is a voter and their name should be on the voter list.
- 12:04But even after that, someone filed an appeal on behalf of the election
- 12:08commission and demanded that the voters' names be deleted again.
- 12:12And this happened 1.6 million times.
- 12:151.6 million times, only in West Bengal.
- 12:17Now the question is, who filed this appeal on behalf of the election commission?
- 12:21No one knows.
- 12:23Don't take my word.
- 12:23An election commissioner said so.
- 12:25In August, Sukhbir Sandhu asked the election commission
- 12:28officials who filed the appeals on behalf of the commission.
- 12:32Because neither he, nor Vivek Joshi, nor the Chief.
- 12:35Electoral Officer of West Bengal was told about this.
- 12:39Meaning, more than a million appeals were filed against the
- 12:41restoration of names on behalf of the election commission,
- 12:44and two of the three members of the commission were not aware of this.
- 12:46Wow Mr Gyanesh Kumar, wow.
- 12:48Friends, the investigation of the Indian Express
- 12:49wasn't the only source talking about this fraud.
- 12:52Gyanesh Kumar's wrongdoings is very far-fetched.
- 12:55In our country, there used to be only one type of vote.
- 12:58The basic rule of the Indian Constitution.
- 13:00Universal Adult Franchise.
- 13:02That is, everyone has the right to cast one vote and everyone's vote is equal.
- 13:06Regardless of the social inequality, all
- 13:08inequality would disappear on the voter list.
- 13:12But Gyanesh Kumar has changed this too.
- 13:14Now there are two types of voters, general voters and VIP voters.
- 13:18This has been revealed by Reporters' Collective's Ayushi Kar,
- 13:23Shubhangi Derhgawen, Sumedha Mittal, and Dikshya Koirala.
- 13:26According to their investigation, the Election.
- 13:29Commission has asked officers, ministers,
- 13:32celebrities, judges, IS, IPS, and such other
- 13:34influential people to be marked as VIPs.
- 13:36So that none of their names are deleted from the voter list,
- 13:40and gets reported in the media.
- 13:42Because it would damage the election commission's reputation.
- 13:45They know they're committing fraud and want to.
- 13:47ensure that no influential person's name is deleted mistakenly.
- 13:52A special module has been deployed to mark
- 13:55the VIPs on the app.
- 13:57Think about it, the VIPs are given special treatment
- 14:00so that the names of the other voters can be deleted
- 14:03without drawing attention.
- 14:05It took 70 years for the Election Commission to build its credibility.
- 14:08No matter what, every Indian had the right to vote.
- 14:12"The backbone of it all, the Election Commission
- 14:16of India, protects and guards and celebrates
- 14:19and enables our democracy."
- 14:21Gyanesh Kumar has destroyed it all.
- 14:25They're trying to play a different game with the Gen Z.
- 14:28According to the Economic Times reporter, Anubhuti Vishnoi, after
- 14:33the 2024 cycle, Special Summary Revision, or SSR has not taken place.
- 14:37The exercise which enables the recently turned 18-year-old Gen Z voters
- 14:40to get their names added to the voter list.
- 14:43And here too, the same thing happened.
- 14:44The other two election commissioners, Sandhu and Joshi,
- 14:47they wanted the SSR to begin,
- 14:49but Gyanesh Kumar is still thinking about it.
- 14:51Gyanesh Kumar hasn't been able to decide on it over the past two years.
- 14:55Perhaps he does not want the young people, Gen Z, to vote here.
- 14:59Since these revelations have come to light,
- 15:01Rahul Gandhi has asked for Gyanesh Kumar's resignation and said,
- 15:04"Both the Prime Minister and Amit Shah are at the top of this conspiracy and
- 15:08they are going to be investigated for what they have done to this country.
- 15:12This is an act against the Indian state. This is an act against India's people."
- 15:18The Cockroach Janta Party had also given a
- 15:2148-hour ultimatum for Gyanesh Kumar to resign.
- 15:24"If Gyanesh Kumar doesn't resign within 48 hours, the Cockroach Janta.
- 15:28Party will start a nationwide agitation before we sit in Delhi and we
- 15:32will not back down without Gyanesh Kumar's resignation." By the time
- 15:36this video goes live, chances are Gyanesh Kumar wouldn't have resigned.
- 15:41CJP has announced a nationwide agitation starting
- 15:4402nd October, demanding Gyanesh Kumar's resignation.
- 15:48Now the question is, is Gyanesh Kumar doing all this alone?
- 15:52Removing genuine voters from the voter list.
- 15:55Or is he following someone else's orders?
- 15:57It's not that difficult to answer.
- 15:59The person who made Gyanesh Kumar the election commissioner,
- 16:02is probably the one running all this.
- 16:04And that person is our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
- 16:07No Chief Election Commissioner can take such
- 16:09big decisions alone without any backing.
- 16:11He cannot break the law openly.
- 16:13The one gave him this post will have to answer too.
- 16:16Till now the voters used to choose the government,
- 16:18but Modi government is now choosing the voters.
- 16:21Votes would empower governments, and now the Modi
- 16:23government is taking away the power of the voters.
- 16:26All of this only to ensure that one person remains in his seat.
- 16:34This is truly a betrayal of the country.
- 16:36Because every person has the right to vote in a democracy.
- 16:40And if someone is taking away this right to vote, then he is betraying the country.
- 16:44Only Gyanesh Kumar's resignation will not be enough.
- 16:47Strict action should be taken against Gyanesh Kumar.
- 16:50After all, on whose instructions is he acting?
- 16:52And whoever is elected as the new election commissioner,
- 16:55it is important that the appointment be made with the
- 16:57consent of the Prime Minister, Leader of Opposition, and CJI.
- 17:01This is the only way to ensured that in future,
- 17:05the new election commissioner of the country
- 17:07won't end up as another puppet of the government.
- 17:12"should we share it?"
- 17:17If you want to understand these frauds in more depth,
- 17:19then watch the videos on West Bengal and Bihar.
- 17:22I have explained in detail how there was voter
- 17:24fraud in the Bihar and West Bengal elections.
- 17:27How votes had been stolen.
