  3. 0:07yeah it feels good don't stop don't ever
  4. 0:10stop don't ever leave me so happy
  5. 0:13Wednesday everyone yeah
  6. 0:14do not adjust the TV I simply got better
  7. 0:17looking since you saw me on the five a
  8. 0:19few hours ago if it keeps happening I'm
  9. 0:22gonna change the name of this show to
  10. 0:23the 10.
  11. 0:26I don't need those people
  12. 0:29tonight I want to talk about something
  13. 0:30that might not be on your radar but
  14. 0:32we'll be soon
  15. 0:33affirmative action that's right in
  16. 0:35college admissions which is Advanced
  17. 0:38more unqualified people than the last
  18. 0:39name Biden
  19. 0:42on Monday the Supreme Court heard two
  20. 0:43cases challenging the race-centric
  21. 0:45policies at the University of North
  22. 0:47Carolina and Harvard or as I call them
  23. 0:49my safety schools
  24. 0:54the UNC case argues that using race and
  25. 0:56admissions violates civil rights law and
  26. 0:58the Constitution or what the Dems refer
  27. 1:00to as that pain in the ass scrap a paper
  28. 1:03Harvard is accused of discriminating
  29. 1:05against Asian students that's right
  30. 1:08Harvard you know the school that
  31. 1:10produced Joy Reid Liz Warren Chuck
  32. 1:13Schumer Barack Obama all of whom love to
  33. 1:16call other people racist they're more
  34. 1:18obsessed with color than a bomb Tech
  35. 1:20cutting red and blue wires
  36. 1:24so glad you got that
  37. 1:27I just got to cut it out but while the
  38. 1:29left loves to defend all minorities for
  39. 1:31perceived racism with Asians they don't
  40. 1:35give a
  41. 1:37I spell it p-h-u-k
  42. 1:43the Asian way
  43. 1:48huh I'm culturally appropriate
  44. 1:51but that's because Asians fill spaces in
  45. 1:54great colleges in numbers that are
  46. 1:56higher than the percentage of the
  47. 1:57general population so it's a great
  48. 2:00message for today's youth work hard and
  49. 2:02sacrifice and someday you too can get
  50. 2:04moved to the back of the line but that's
  51. 2:07how punitive ideologies work those who
  52. 2:09rise get pounded down in the name of
  53. 2:11equity it's not about equality of
  54. 2:13opportunity anymore but making everybody
  55. 2:15suck at the same level
  56. 2:17but if you want that kind of mediocrity
  57. 2:19skip college and join the views live
  58. 2:21audience
  59. 2:24the oral arguments between lawyers for
  60. 2:27both sides and the judges took almost
  61. 2:28six hours but if anything done orally
  62. 2:31takes that long
  63. 2:34they must be doing it wrong
  64. 2:37[Applause]
  65. 2:39what was that
  66. 2:40what's wrong with me
  67. 2:43disgusting six hours six hours we pause
  68. 2:47now to watch all of it
  69. 2:55guess we loaded the wrong tape
  70. 2:59at least they didn't load that other
  71. 3:00tape labeled oral
  72. 3:02anyway I'll just fire that person later
  73. 3:06I pay it forward by doing it in front of
  74. 3:08their children
  75. 3:08[Laughter]
  76. 3:12think the court will end up Banning the
  77. 3:14practice liberal judges though are
  78. 3:16against that saying you can't have
  79. 3:17diversity without it now that would make
  80. 3:19sense decades ago when Sandra Day
  81. 3:21O'Connor once pointed out that
  82. 3:22affirmative action was a temporary
  83. 3:24remedy something you need until you
  84. 3:26don't need it anymore like crutches for
  85. 3:28a sprained ankle training wheels on a
  86. 3:30bike or that topical cream Larry Kudlow
  87. 3:32recommended
  88. 3:35still have half a tube if anyone's
  89. 3:36interested
  90. 3:38Tyrus
  91. 3:45ever believe anything is temporary
  92. 3:46unless it's a statue the Bill of Rights
  93. 3:48or a fetus
  94. 3:50but everything therefore that always
  95. 3:52sticks around though they get amnesia
  96. 3:54when asked which party defended slavery
  97. 3:56and founded the KKK meanwhile the
  98. 3:58Court's majority quartz majority
  99. 4:00questions the legal reasons for
  100. 4:02affirmative action and when Harvard's
  101. 4:04lawyers tried to downplay using racet
  102. 4:06admissions chief justice Roberts stated
  103. 4:08the obvious schools who ask kids to
  104. 4:11check a box for their race that must
  105. 4:13have some impact on admission decisions
  106. 4:15or else it wouldn't be included you know
  107. 4:17no one adds a box if they don't want you
  108. 4:19to use that box take it from me I spent
  109. 4:22four years inside a box
  110. 4:26Audra cavuto's bed
  111. 4:28anyway
  112. 4:30but Roberts could have just said lawyers
  113. 4:33I got two words for you Liz Warren
  114. 4:36or one word Pocahontas after all she's
  115. 4:40the white lady who faked being an Indian
  116. 4:41to get into Harvard yeah Liz Warren or
  117. 4:44as her tribal Elders call her dances
  118. 4:47with mayonnaise
  119. 4:51also if White Privilege is such a huge
  120. 4:53problem why is a third of white students
  121. 4:55pretending not to be white when applying
  122. 4:57for college they tick the other boxes
  123. 4:59with labels like mixed indigenous or
  124. 5:02Rachel dollazole
  125. 5:03foreign
  126. 5:05so even they realize it's better to be
  127. 5:06non-white than white and when you have
  128. 5:08that kind of institutional racism you
  129. 5:10don't need affirmative action anymore
  130. 5:11it's like a it's like a sprinter faking
  131. 5:14a limp so they can park in handicapped
  132. 5:16spaces
  133. 5:17now the conservative justices did know
  134. 5:19they'd be willing to allow students to
  135. 5:20discuss their race in their applications
  136. 5:22but in essay form and that's what I did
  137. 5:25to get into Berkeley I told them how I
  138. 5:28was raised by a black family
  139. 5:31which was kind of true having watched
  140. 5:33every single episode of The Jeffersons
  141. 5:38I love them
  142. 5:40of course the left wasn't thrilled this
  143. 5:44supreme court has no problem throwing
  144. 5:46out precedent and ruling in a really
  145. 5:48partisan political way if they say race
  146. 5:50can't even be considered there next they
  147. 5:53will say it shouldn't be considered in
  148. 5:54the private sector the six justices
  149. 5:56conservative justices on the Supreme
  150. 5:58Court will let them do it because they
  151. 6:01don't actually think the diversity is
  152. 6:03important the people who have benefited
  153. 6:05most from affirmative action have been
  154. 6:07women who are white affirmative action
  155. 6:10works for all those of us who are not
  156. 6:13allowed to go to the institutions where
  157. 6:16we thought we could do our best well get
  158. 6:18used to all that because the left is
  159. 6:20going to ram this idea home that the
  160. 6:22court getting rid of affirmative action
  161. 6:24will set the country back
  162. 6:26well the way it's going now how can that
  163. 6:29be a bad idea I say send it back to
  164. 6:30January of 2017.
  165. 6:39that was when uh 45 was sworn in Jamie
  166. 6:47[Applause]
  167. 6:50Fox News contributor Caitlyn Jenner
  168. 6:56the only time he splits someone's sides
  169. 6:59is when he stole a kidney actor writer
  170. 7:02comedian Jamie lissow thank you
  171. 7:07she's like an old campaign sign often
  172. 7:10found face down in your yard his
  173. 7:13contributor captive
  174. 7:17and he Clips his nails with garden
  175. 7:20shears my massive sidekick and the NWA
  176. 7:23World Television Champion
  177. 7:30Caitlyn Caitlin thank you for replying
  178. 7:33across the country to be on this show it
  179. 7:36is always my pleasure I look forward to
  180. 7:38this yeah I mean I'm a big fan of the
  181. 7:40show thank you
  182. 7:41um literally you are big yes and I'm a
  183. 7:45big fan
  184. 7:46um I watch it all the time uh
  185. 7:49I feel like I'm a person political humor
  186. 7:52is really important I think what's going
  187. 7:54on in this country right now is it's so
  188. 7:57depressing to see what's happening
  189. 8:00um you know ever since
  190. 8:02you know a year ago I was had I was in
  191. 8:04the governor run and I started to come
  192. 8:06from the inside of politics and start to
  193. 8:08see what's going on and to be honest
  194. 8:10it's just a scam and I I just get so
  195. 8:12upset with people lying and doing things
  196. 8:14that
  197. 8:16um you need to keep your sense of humor
  198. 8:18yes about all of this stuff and so
  199. 8:20that's why I really enjoyed the show I
  200. 8:22enjoy coming in here you know having a
  201. 8:24having a good laugh but yeah
  202. 8:26you know but we also have to be serious
  203. 8:28about it yeah and I'm sorry I'm sorry I
  204. 8:30sat next to Jamie listow because you
  205. 8:32wanted a good laugh yeah Jesse do you
  206. 8:35know uh there was a supreme court
  207. 8:37because I know you live in Alaska
  208. 8:39up there they um yeah they have igloos
  209. 8:42and seals it didn't you say the Supreme
  210. 8:45Court was regular court with sour cream
  211. 8:47and lettuce
  212. 8:49um
  213. 8:50I also it didn't get by me that you're
  214. 8:52like telling Caitlin how awesome it is
  215. 8:55she came all the way from California I
  216. 8:58came from Alaska California was one of
  217. 8:59my two layovers
  218. 9:02but nobody you know what I'm sorry hey
  219. 9:05hey Jamie you're not alone I'm flying
  220. 9:07every week from the middle of the
  221. 9:07country not a thank you one time okay
  222. 9:09not even a little bit okay and I'm
  223. 9:11bigger than Caitlyn me still not even
  224. 9:14physically not even physically bigger
  225. 9:16yeah yeah well I'm having to live here
  226. 9:19yeah
  227. 9:20never thanked her once for walking to
  228. 9:22work yeah not even one yeah the worst
  229. 9:24commute is walking from the West Side to
  230. 9:27this studio yeah yeah
  231. 9:29yeah got to dodge all that human yep
  232. 9:33but just just real quick I would just
  233. 9:35say on this story like first of all I
  234. 9:37can't believe Harvard tried to try to
  235. 9:39pull one over by having a
  236. 9:41disproportionate amount of Asians at
  237. 9:43their school like they're gonna find out
  238. 9:45they're the best at math
  239. 9:47um
  240. 9:50and then I think that's all I have to
  241. 9:52say because it's like I couldn't
  242. 9:53possibly comment down I couldn't
  243. 9:55possibly be whiter
  244. 9:58you know what I mean like my I'm so like
  245. 10:00for real my doctor told me when I go out
  246. 10:01in the sun to wear SPF 100 did you even
  247. 10:04know that was real it's for like babies
  248. 10:06and me and um I squeezed the bottle a
  249. 10:09t-shirt came up
  250. 10:11[Laughter]
  251. 10:16foreign
  252. 10:18yeah I loved how he uh how he was able
  253. 10:21to work that into this this affirmative
  254. 10:23action segment by uh saying you know I
  255. 10:26don't want to talk about this I'm white
  256. 10:28you see I come from the athletic world
  257. 10:30yes and there's no affirmative action
  258. 10:31there no okay that doesn't make any
  259. 10:33difference what your race is what the
  260. 10:35color of your skin is first person the
  261. 10:37Finish Line wins yeah I mean it's it is
  262. 10:40about who's going to work the hardest
  263. 10:41who's going to have the talent to be
  264. 10:44able to get out there to win and I see
  265. 10:46I've never been a really big fan of
  266. 10:48affirmative action
  267. 10:50um I think it's not good for our
  268. 10:52universities a lot of these students who
  269. 10:54go there
  270. 10:55they see other students there and they
  271. 10:58wonder why are they there I mean are
  272. 11:00they there because of their Merit of
  273. 11:02what they were able to do in their life
  274. 11:03and the grades that they get that they
  275. 11:05work so hard for Maybe not maybe they're
  276. 11:07there because the color of their skin or
  277. 11:09their ethnic background or whatever it
  278. 11:10may be that's the problem I want the
  279. 11:12best people qualified to go to that
  280. 11:15school go to that school you know
  281. 11:18um and no matter what the color of your
  282. 11:19skin is your ethnic background maybe you
  283. 11:22know uh
  284. 11:23it served a purpose Tire what are you
  285. 11:25doing I'm listening intently to you
  286. 11:27babbling waiting for my question okay
  287. 11:30what do you think Tyrus I think like I
  288. 11:32said uh there was a time in this country
  289. 11:35when affirmative action was necessary
  290. 11:36because we had to evil even the playing
  291. 11:39field but
  292. 11:40we've gotten to a point now where if you
  293. 11:42do the work you get the opportunity
  294. 11:44America is about opportunity now and
  295. 11:47here's the thing and I've seen this
  296. 11:49firsthand as a teacher and just being
  297. 11:51out when you culturally in your family
  298. 11:54put an emphasis on education like a lot
  299. 11:57of American families especially
  300. 11:59African-American families and white
  301. 12:00families they put we put our kids
  302. 12:02interest on high stakes with no reward
  303. 12:05like my son's gonna play in the NFL my
  304. 12:07daughter's going to be an actress and a
  305. 12:08singer everyone he's going to have a
  306. 12:10whole those things are up to somebody
  307. 12:12else
  308. 12:13but when you put those work ethics in
  309. 12:17math science and education like most
  310. 12:19Asian families do that's the emphasis
  311. 12:21being the doctor is the star not getting
  312. 12:24a Sprites commercial when that is the
  313. 12:26thing of course you will see if the
  314. 12:28families put the effort in there they
  315. 12:29are the ones who are going should be had
  316. 12:31the first ones picked to go to college
  317. 12:33because they did the work they didn't
  318. 12:35they they emphasized what was important
  319. 12:38and what their liberals do now with
  320. 12:40affirmative action is they've reversed
  321. 12:42it they don't use it to get groups in
  322. 12:45they use it to divide and eliminate we
  323. 12:47don't want to do this we want to
  324. 12:48segregate this and and if you're from if
  325. 12:50you're white and you're from Illinois
  326. 12:51and you worked your ass off and maybe
  327. 12:53you didn't play sports but all you did
  328. 12:54is hit the books and you have the GPA
  329. 12:56there is no reason you should not go to
  330. 12:58that school based on opportunity and
  331. 13:00Merit other than somebody sitting there
  332. 13:01going no we can't have him because he's
  333. 13:03white that is no difference than in the
  334. 13:0560s saying no we can't have them because
  335. 13:06he's black do you think do you think
  336. 13:11like you open that statement up with at
  337. 13:15one point affirmative action had its
  338. 13:17place I agree with that statement it did
  339. 13:19have it
  340. 13:21um almost like today the woke World
  341. 13:22we're living in okay
  342. 13:25um we've kind of gone past affirmative
  343. 13:27action I think and we have to kind of go
  344. 13:29to the next step and it's the same thing
  345. 13:31you're seeing right now with the whole
  346. 13:33woke World
  347. 13:34um people are sick of it it's just
  348. 13:36ridiculous what they're what they're
  349. 13:38doing have we passed that point much of
  350. 13:40a bad thing let me I gotta get cat in
  351. 13:42here I think you'd be great on the
  352. 13:44Supreme Court you know why because you
  353. 13:45already spend most of your day in a robe
  354. 13:47arguing
  355. 13:48[Laughter]
  356. 13:50[Applause]
  357. 13:50[Laughter]
  358. 13:54a significant a significant part of it
  359. 13:58yeah
  360. 13:59it depends on what day like Sunday yes
  361. 14:01yes good one thank you yeah that's true
  362. 14:04I had no idea are you filming my
  363. 14:06apartment
  364. 14:07no comments yeah that's what I think
  365. 14:09just don't move that champagne bottle
  366. 14:12I think diversity is a good thing I also
  367. 14:15just think there's other kinds of
  368. 14:16diversity besides color of your skin and
  369. 14:19your genitals yeah and I think those are
  370. 14:22actually two of the least relevant
  371. 14:23things in determining who someone is as
  372. 14:26a person and apparently that makes me a
  373. 14:28bigot that makes no sense to me I know
  374. 14:31that some people have to go through
  375. 14:32certain kinds of adversity in their
  376. 14:34lives but there are other ways to find
  377. 14:37out that someone's gone through that
  378. 14:38like maybe an essay you know college
  379. 14:41admissions never ask for those yeah
  380. 14:43there's there's plenty of ways to figure
  381. 14:45that out and at this point it doesn't
  382. 14:46make any sense and there's really no
  383. 14:47justification for it hey Sean Hannity
