Grok Bot just released a MASSIVE update — Transcript

- 0:00Grockbot just released a massive update
- 0:02that I believe fixes its biggest
- 0:04problem. Grockbot is for sure the best
- 0:06AI agent out there right now. It's the
- 0:08most powerful. It gets the most done.
- 0:09It's the most intuitive. It can do the
- 0:11most things. The issue is because it's
- 0:13so powerful, it's kind of poorly
- 0:16organized. If you have a ton of bots
- 0:18doing a lot of different things, it's
- 0:20hard to keep track of who is doing what,
- 0:22who's responsible for what activities,
- 0:24and you end up kind of being lost and
- 0:27not talking to all your bots and kind of
- 0:28losing track of which bots are
- 0:30responsible for what. It's almost too
- 0:32powerful for its own good. The good news
- 0:34is this, they just released a new update
- 0:36that allows you to build custom
- 0:38dashboards, custom interfaces, custom
- 0:41pages to make your Grockbot experience
- 0:44anything you want. In this video, I'm
- 0:47going to show you how it works, how it's
- 0:49set up, how to set up your own so you
- 0:51can get the most power out of it, and at
- 0:54the end give you a prompt that you can
- 0:56copy and paste, put into Grockbot, and
- 0:59instantly start getting way better
- 1:01organization and productivity out of
- 1:03your Grockbot. This one is going to be a
- 1:05banger. Let's lock in and get into it.
- 1:08So, what you are looking at here is my
- 1:10new Grockbot dashboard. This is what I
- 1:13see when I come into Grockbot. There's a
- 1:15lot going on. Let me explain exactly
- 1:17what you're looking at here. This is a
- 1:19part of Grockbot's new update called
- 1:22Pages. Pages basically allows you to
- 1:24build your own custom pages and
- 1:26dashboards and interfaces for your
- 1:28Grockbot. This is the one I built here.
- 1:30So, as you can see, I have this fun
- 1:32visual up top that shows me all my bots,
- 1:34who's working, what's doing what, what
- 1:36they're working on. It's just fun.
- 1:38You're allowed to have fun. Let's look
- 1:39at what else I got here. I have live
- 1:41stats and data on everything in my
- 1:43business. If you're like me and you do a
- 1:45lot of different things, I got a
- 1:47Twitter, a YouTube, I got a business I
- 1:49raised money for. I got two different
- 1:51newsletters. I'm making money on
- 1:53different businesses. I got some
- 1:55important stats that are up to date
- 1:57right here. I can see how many followers
- 1:58I have, subs, all of that. How many
- 2:00subscribers on my main newsletter, my
- 2:02secondary newsletter, how many visitors
- 2:04I am getting on my uh solo autonomous
- 2:08business agent use cases. All that data
- 2:10stays up to date here. And then I scroll
- 2:13down and this is the important part.
- 2:14This is my live activity dashboard. If
- 2:18you're like me, you got 20 different
- 2:20bots all doing different things. The
- 2:22first thing you'll see on the lefthand
- 2:23side are activities and decisions
- 2:26waiting on me. You can see my different
- 2:28bots and which ones are waiting on my
- 2:31approvals. Again, a big issue I run into
- 2:34with Grockbot a lot is I have all these
- 2:36different bots. They're all doing
- 2:37different things. Some of the times they
- 2:39get stuck on like a decision that's
- 2:40waiting on me. And because I have so
- 2:41many different bots, I don't look at it
- 2:43for days and the decision gets blocked.
- 2:45Now I can see each decision and then
- 2:47click open and it takes me to that bot
- 2:49to settle that decision. In the middle,
- 2:52I can see tasks that are recently
- 2:53finished. Again, if you have a lot of
- 2:55different bots, it's kind of hard to
- 2:57lose track on who's doing what. Now I
- 2:59can see exactly who's working on
- 3:01anything here, what they completed and
- 3:03all that. So I can keep a track of
- 3:04productivity. And then the right hand
- 3:06side, again, this is a really important
- 3:08one. This is routines. A lot of people
- 3:10complain about, oh, you know, my usage
- 3:13is going so quick in Grock, my usage is
- 3:14going so quick. The issue might be you
- 3:16just have too many routines that you
- 3:18don't really use. So now on the right
- 3:19hand side here, you can see what
- 3:21upcoming routines you have. And if you
- 3:23go, oh, actually, I don't really need
- 3:24that anymore. You can click open, cancel
- 3:26the routine, and you're good to go. And
- 3:28then here at the bottom, I have a nice
- 3:30heat map so I can see which bots are
- 3:31doing the most work, who's done the most
- 3:33tasks. And I can try to kind of up my
- 3:36heat map, up my uh tasks, so I do more
- 3:38and more every day. It's just kind of
- 3:40another cool fun thing to add on here.
- 3:42And what's great is this dashboard's
- 3:44completely live. I can edit it live. And
- 3:46so I have this message bar at the bottom
- 3:48with Slate, my chief of staff, and I can
- 3:50just give requests on things to change.
- 3:52Now, I'm not going to do this because
- 3:53this is a personal dashboard, but you
- 3:56after you build this out, I'll show you
- 3:57how to build this out in a second, how
- 3:59to figure out what's best for you and
- 4:01your routines and responsibilities, you
- 4:04can share this. This is multiplayer. So,
- 4:05I can click share and I can send this
- 4:08out and have other people get access.
- 4:09So, if I have team members on my team
- 4:11who I want to build like a newsletter
- 4:13dashboard for and they can see
- 4:14everything going on my newsletter, I can
- 4:16share that here as well. I can even put
- 4:18it in a browser and share it in a link
- 4:19as well, too. So, that's really, really
- 4:21cool. But that's not all. I have a whole
- 4:23bunch of other custom interfaces I built
- 4:24out. I have my whole org chart. I can
- 4:26see all my org uh of my different bots,
- 4:30what they're working on, things like
- 4:31that. Again, this is good for you. If
- 4:33you have a ton of bots, you can just
- 4:34leave this up, see what they're working
- 4:35on, click into them, message them, all
- 4:38that. This one's an important one for
- 4:40me. I have a whole AI lab home setup. I
- 4:42have like 20 different computers here,
- 4:44DGX, Sparks, Mac Studios, all running
- 4:46different models, doing different
- 4:48things. Now I have my machines and
- 4:50models dashboard that shows me all my
- 4:52different machines, which ones are
- 4:53online, which ones are doing things
- 4:55right now, which ones might be low on
- 4:57memory. I have a DGX Spark right now
- 4:58that's low on memory. Uh, I can even see
- 5:00the temperature of each one of the
- 5:02Sparks. And so there's like a dashboard
- 5:03for my home AI lab all in one place. So,
- 5:06how do you set this up? How do you use
- 5:08this? How do you get the most out of
- 5:09Grock bots pages? And by the way,
- 5:11there's way more updates uh with this
- 5:14massive update. I'll I'll do another
- 5:15video on that if you're interested. Let
- 5:17me know down below. Do you want more
- 5:18Grockbot videos? Are you more into the
- 5:20other agents? Let me know which agent
- 5:22you care about the most at the moment uh
- 5:24down below. Also, if you learn anything
- 5:25at all, leave a like down below.
- 5:27Subscribe and turn on notifications. All
- 5:29I do is make banger videos about how to
- 5:31get the most out of AI. Also, I have a
- 5:33live Grockbot boot camp I just did in
- 5:36the Vibe Coding Academy if you want
- 5:38instant access to that. Link for that is
- 5:40down below. You can sign up, get instant
- 5:42access to the Grockbot boot camp I just
- 5:45did. Let's talk about how to set this up
- 5:47for you. How do you set up your own
- 5:49pages, your own dashboards, everything
- 5:50like that? First, I would start off in
- 5:52your chief of staff bot. So, go to your
- 5:54main bot. Slate's my main chief of staff
- 5:57bot. This is my go-to if I have quick
- 5:59requests, all of that. And what you're
- 6:00going to do is you can just ask to make
- 6:02that dashboard. Now, the question
- 6:04becomes, what should you put in that
- 6:05main dashboard? I'd recommend copying me
- 6:08for this initial dashboard. So, here is
- 6:10the key pillars of what you should put
- 6:12in your initial dashboard. I'll give you
- 6:14a prompt down below to build out this
- 6:15initial dashboard as well. First thing
- 6:17you want, if you want to have fun, if
- 6:18you don't want to have fun, skip this
- 6:19part. If you want to have fun, then copy
- 6:21me here. Some sort of visualization on
- 6:24your Grock bots and who's working and
- 6:25who's doing what. I just asked for like
- 6:27a 2D office with my bots walking around
- 6:30uh and what they're doing. I put that as
- 6:32a part of the prompt down below. I like
- 6:34to have fun. You should have fun, too.
- 6:36Copy that. Next is any important stats
- 6:38you need. For me, I'm a content creator.
- 6:40I'm an entrepreneur. I have a business.
- 6:42I put all my stats around my social
- 6:43media, the business I'm building, all of
- 6:45that. Figure out whatever stats are most
- 6:47important for you. Good news for you,
- 6:49you don't even really need to figure
- 6:50that out. In a reverse prompt I'm
- 6:52putting down below, it'll help your
- 6:53Grockbot determine that for you. So, you
- 6:55don't even really need to think about
- 6:56that. But point being is at the top
- 6:59here, have all your important stats so
- 7:01you can track that at a glance. And then
- 7:03here's the three columns you want in
- 7:06your dashboard. These are super
- 7:07critical. decisions waiting on you,
- 7:10tasks waiting on you on the lefthand
- 7:12side. In the middle is your finished
- 7:14task. So any tasks your bots have
- 7:16finished recently, and then over on the
- 7:19right hand side are your routines. So
- 7:21any of your upcoming routines. This
- 7:23allows you to quickly unblock anything
- 7:25that's blocked. Just get a glance at
- 7:27what's finished, what you've got done
- 7:28recently. And then routines, so you can
- 7:30cancel any ones you don't need anymore,
- 7:32so you can save on your usage. Again,
- 7:34copy the prompt down below for that.
- 7:36Once you have that main dashboard done,
- 7:39that's got to be your step one. Then you
- 7:41can start getting creative. Then you can
- 7:43start moving into like your full org
- 7:45chart if you want. Or if you want, you
- 7:47know, things you're more specifically
- 7:49interested in like my home AI lab setup.
- 7:51If you have ones top of mind you want to
- 7:53build, you can go to your agent, just
- 7:55ask for them. But I'd actually recommend
- 7:58leaning more creatively on your bot. How
- 8:01do you do that? We'll use the reverse
- 8:03prompt I'm about to show you. Based on
- 8:05what you know about me, my business, my
- 8:07activities and tasks, and things I've
- 8:08asked you to do, please recommend five
- 8:10new dashboards we can create that'd be
- 8:12helpful for me and make me more
- 8:14productive. Feel free to collaborate
- 8:17with the other bots on this. That's an
- 8:21important sentence I just added on there
- 8:23because what I think is the best way to
- 8:24do this is have all your dashboards just
- 8:27on your chief of staff. So you can
- 8:28quickly go in here in one place and see
- 8:30all them. And what collaborating with
- 8:32the other bots will do is find out
- 8:34what's important with your other bots so
- 8:36your chief of staff can make dashboards
- 8:37relevant for them and what you do with
- 8:39your other bots. I put this down below.
- 8:41Feel free to copy this uh and put it in
- 8:43your Grockbot. You can do it right now.
- 8:45Pause this video and put in your
- 8:46Grockbot right now and do it alongside
- 8:48with me. You're going to hit enter on
- 8:50that. And your chief of staff will come
- 8:52up with some options. will ask the other
- 8:54bots what they want to do, what's
- 8:56important to them, and it'll come up
- 8:57with recommendations. Sponsor pipeline
- 9:00based on what it recommends, you can
- 9:01choose one. It'll build out. Builds out
- 9:04lightning quick. Rockbot is so fast. And
- 9:06then once it builds out, you will see
- 9:07over on the right hand side the pages it
- 9:10built in your library. From there, you
- 9:12can just click on the three dots and pin
- 9:14it. That will keep your dashboard at the
- 9:16top. And then on Grockbot, maybe you
- 9:18have a second monitor, maybe you have
- 9:19another screen. You can just have it
- 9:21open with that dashboard you built. And
- 9:24so you can always keep a glance on it
- 9:25and see what's going on. This requires
- 9:28so little effort because you can reverse
- 9:30prompt here and lean on your bots to
- 9:33come up with the ideas. They know
- 9:34everything about you. They know all your
- 9:36emails. They have way better memory than
- 9:38us. I hate to say it. These bots have
- 9:40way better memory than us. So, they're
- 9:41going to be way better at coming up with
- 9:43creative ideas on which dashboards we
- 9:46should be building out. That's why you
- 9:48really want to lean on reverse prompting
- 9:50here with your chief of staff, but and
- 9:52have it talk to your other agents.
- 9:54Couple other ones I built out too. I
- 9:56have my today in 60 seconds. This is
- 9:58kind of like a more advanced daily brief
- 10:01where it has my calendar in it. It has
- 10:03all the stats I need, decisions waiting
- 10:04on me, and other interesting
- 10:06information. So, maybe you want to build
- 10:08like a morning brief as well. This is
- 10:10like an advanced morning brief. It's a
- 10:12lot better than just kind of like a ping
- 10:13in your inbox every morning. It's an
- 10:15actual advanced dashboard with data and
- 10:17all that. So, that's a good one to have
- 10:19as well. And if you're curious about my
- 10:20current AI agent stack, here is how I'm
- 10:23doing everything at the moment. My main
- 10:25productivity agent is Grockbot. I think
- 10:28from a productivity perspective,
- 10:30Grockbot is the best. It's the fastest.
- 10:32It gets the most done. It does things
- 10:34with the least amount of permission
- 10:36needed. I'm the most confident when I
- 10:38give it a prompt that at the end it's
- 10:40going to get it done. That the next
- 10:42message it sends me will be done. You're
- 10:44good to go. Right. Grockbot's number one
- 10:46at that. For more the building side, the
- 10:48coding side, the creating side, I lean
- 10:51more on Claude Duet. The reason being is
- 10:53it's powered by Claude Code and Claude
- 10:55Opus 55. That's the best model and
- 10:57harness at the moment. So, I lean on
- 10:59that for coding. Anything I'm building,
- 11:01Claude Duet watches over my coding
- 11:03projects. And for more personal agent
- 11:06stuff, like quick oneoff personal agent
- 11:08stuff, I'm going to like Muse sometimes,
- 11:11Grockbot for a lot of these things, too.
- 11:13But Muse like it's super quick. Open it
- 11:15up, send some prompts, get some things
- 11:17done. It's also like the fastest model.
- 11:19It also has the best like iPhone Duo app
- 11:22there is, which it looks like just great
- 11:24on the iPhone Duo. By the way, I think
- 11:26iPhone Duo, I'm going to do a review
- 11:28video very shortly on all the AI apps on
- 11:30the iPhone Duo. If you want that, let me
- 11:32know down below, too, and turn on
- 11:33notifications for that. But that's my
- 11:34current AI agent stack. And again, I say
- 11:36this every video. You don't need to copy
- 11:39me. You don't need to use 10 different
- 11:40AI agents for all your different tasks.
- 11:42You can choose just one. You can have
- 11:45Grockbot for everything, Muse for
- 11:46everything, Duet for everything, Dots
- 11:48for everything. They all work super
- 11:50nice. They're all great at everything.
- 11:52I'm just like hyper optimizing for every
- 11:54specific task. So, don't be like, "Oh,
- 11:56Alex, this is so confusing. You're
- 11:57having me switch every 5 seconds." You
- 11:59don't have to. I switch every five
- 12:00seconds. You don't have to. You can
- 12:02choose any of them. I'm just showing you
- 12:04kind of how to hyper optimize if that's
- 12:06something you're interested in. Massive
- 12:07update. More very, very soon. Hope this
- 12:10was helpful. See you in the next video.
