1:26to make sure he's okay a we can s an
1:28officer out to the location do knew
1:30where he lives but Cody's boss wasn't
1:32the only one from his workplace to make
1:33a call that day no please the recorded

2:00a.m. seol County deputies arrived at the
2:03Amato home in chilota Florida for a
2:05welfare check inside they found a grim
2:08scene Margaret Amato slumped at her desk
2:11shot in the head Chad Amato on the
2:13kitchen floor a bullet through his skull
2:16and Cody Amato in a storage room
2:18executed with a gun staged beside him
2:21the family's 1996 Honda Accord and Grant
2:24tomato were gone police tracked the car
2:27to a Double Tree hotel in Orlando
2:30arresting Grant at 7:45 a.m. on January
2:3426th brought to the seol county
2:36sheriff's office for

3:19when I was going to Barry MH so that's
3:22the only school debt that I have right
3:24now um it kind of creeped back up when I
3:27wasn't working so I wasn't I had to go
3:28on to the deferred payment or whatever
3:30it's going so I get a
3:32job how long you been out of work I've
3:34been out of work for 6 months since June
3:37how did you pay that's a lot of money
3:38for to be out of work my brother oh yeah
3:41yeah my brother what does he do he's
3:42he's the CRNA what sorry the the
3:46certified registered nurse in esst okay
3:48what you were what you what we were both
3:50in the program together and then he was
3:52able to finish and then I did not so he
3:54was making good money yeah yeah yeah was
3:55he making that 150 he was working he was
3:59a lot I mean I don't know if he was I
4:01think he was cusping a lot of overtime
4:03not scheduled but like it's just kind of
4:05what happens um but yeah he was moving
4:08along what do you think he made his best
4:10year God he showed me cuz he was uh he
4:14want he was complaining about how like
4:18his taxes alone were like the annual
4:20income of like a nurse and I think when
4:23he showed me before like it had all
4:25ended like the uh before his pay year
4:28had ended MH that he was already up to
4:31like 166 but that was like after I think
4:34the $60,000 or $40,000 already came out
4:38I can't remember that was after it yeah
4:40I think so so he made more than 160s
4:42that was take on yeah wow yeah and I
4:45mean i' had been being told that cuz
4:48again it's like this last six or seven
4:49months was just like stressful for
4:50everybody sure and you know countless
4:54times my dad would like come up to me
4:57and he'd make like me feel like he try
5:01and use things and word things to make
5:03me feel guilty so that I would you know
5:06do everything that I can like get a job
5:08almost like a motivation right uh and
5:11he' he'd tell me time and time again
5:13that you know you're her favorite I mean
5:15she would do anything for you MH and I
5:18mean it's like yeah I don't need to hear
5:20that I mean that's not what would
5:21motivate me sure um but no with
5:24Mom I think we yelled at each other a
5:27grand total of like three or four times
5:29my whole life
5:30um I've never like yelled at
5:33her for anything because I mean she's
5:35never done anything wrong she's always
5:36been the one who's stood by you stood by
5:39me but tried you know even during our
5:41early childhood when it was really rough
5:44with our dad uh that my dad's a Leo type
5:48A Italian personality man he's very
5:53focused on his
5:56future um he's very focused on
5:59everything that he's sacrificed in his
6:01life for the better betterment of all of
6:04us um you know like he's always dreamed
6:07of going hiking up in the mountains they
6:08have a property up in Tennessee that
6:09they built and you been there I've
6:12actually me and Cody and Jason have
6:14never been up to that house just cuzin
6:16Mom and Dad hide that from you that's
6:17our our secret Hideway a little bit no
6:19kids allowed a little bit but I mean
6:21they have you seen the picture oh yeah
6:23yeah kind of place is you know Dad ever
6:25abuse you when we were younger um how so
6:29SP ings with like a 2x4 and then you
6:32know he'd he'd use like uh I mean it was
6:34like a 2x4 that was fashioned into a
6:37paddle called the lightning the
6:39lightning rod I think is what it was
6:40called no he he broke it on me uh I'd be
6:44sorry I would probably say with my dad
6:46take it out and burn it yeah so he
6:47didn't have it anymore but um yeah he
6:51would
6:53um you know he'd do that and then he'd
6:55push you around like he wouldn't he
6:56wouldn't punch you he wouldn't bruise
6:58you slap you he never slapped me but I
7:02guess I should say the only place that I
7:03ever got bruised was on my butt from
7:05from being spanked belittle you he would
7:08belittle me when I was younger but again
7:10how has you been out of work

7:25Cody's doing all this stuff to like um
7:28and you're not and I'm not like I'm not
7:30contributing you're not as not

7:37not said contributing enough to what
7:38needs to be done when was the last time
7:40your dad put his hands on
7:43you uh the last time my dad put his
7:46hands on me would

8:04with all the money that had been getting
8:05spent and uh I guess just the mix of
8:10everything that I've been saying just
8:11kind of boiling up in him um and the
8:14fact that I was to him it seemed like I
8:17wasn't concerned about it so and then
8:20plus I was you know I wasn't acting like
8:22myself with the jovial and you know all
8:24that kind of stuff um my father chose to
8:30admit me to like a like an a depression
8:33or an addiction clinic or something like
8:35that in Fort Lauderdale called
8:37Cornerstone when was that that was
8:39December
8:4122nd okay until I think uh January 4th
8:46did you agree to go I I didn't but they
8:48said that you know this was your only
8:51who said my dad okay and that was in PT
8:53Lauderdale yes yeah did your mom agree
8:56to with it my mom and my brother both
8:58agreed but it was my dad who was like
9:01the Iron Fist like this is what's going
9:03to happen like you know he can't why did
9:05he say he needed to go what was his
9:06reasoning because uh with the way that I
9:10was acting he just he didn't see that I
9:14was doing anything for like the
9:16positive um you know and a lot of it
9:19just came back to money uh with
9:22him uh he would he would like allow me
9:26to to spend money that he had uh like
9:29with credit card or something like that
9:31but it's like then whenever I did it was
9:34like a huge problem okay so you had one
9:37of his credit cards yeah and what were
9:39you buying with it uh well what I was
9:41doing is um over the
9:45past four months or something like that
9:47I've been I've been talking to this
9:48woman online who is she uh she's is
9:52embarrassing as it is she's a she's a
9:54cam she's a cam Model A what a cam model
9:57you guys know whate uh just like all the
10:00video you have to tell us a cam model
10:02it's like they they it's like a virtual
10:06girlfriend I guess you would say okay
10:08like that type of situation mhm so a lot
10:11of the money went to her okay where's
10:12she at she lives in Bulgaria where
10:16Bulgaria where's that it's over in
10:18Europe it's like outside of Germany okay
10:20something like that you ever been there
10:21no okay um there wasn't there wasn't
10:23that serious so what would you give her
10:24money for um just for like the time
10:27online with her okay yeah so it was just
10:30like that type of thing and what did she
10:31charge by the minute by the hour minute
10:34okay and how much ises it per minute oh
10:36God I think it was
10:38like it was like 90 tokens a minute and
10:43it's like the conversion rate for all of
10:44that
10:46is like $600 for like a like 5,000 or
10:53something tokens or something like that
10:54so and then it was 4 hours a night um so
10:59I mean it's I mean that's basically just
11:00where all like the cost went to was you
11:02pay real money for the tokens then you
11:04use the company's digital currency for
11:07for that so you do that and when did you
11:09meet her I met her

11:18very beginning of July okay and and
11:22still talking to her still yeah I mean
11:24more just on uh like Twitter like just
11:26through direct messaging um again phone
11:29service doesn't work so it's like I
11:30can't use the the chatting like that how
11:33much do you think you spent on this cuz
11:35it seems kind of pricey yeah 90 tokens
11:38and and $5,000 for for how many
11:42tokens no no it's uh $600 for for 5,000
11:46for 5,000 okay so how much you think you
11:48spent this probably close
11:55to like
11:57$200,000 I'd say

12:02come from money came from me uh my
12:06brother and then my
12:08dad did they know where the money was
12:09going to they didn't know that it was
12:11going to uh a cam a cam autel I was
12:15saying that it was going towards my
12:17Twitch streaming uh
12:20like yeah like advertising like putting
12:22my name out there and that that type of
12:24thing but based on what you're telling
12:26me only so many people make so much
12:28money I think just a few in make a bunch
12:31of money so that that was like the
12:33ultimate goal is to get to that I was
12:35hoping that that the Stars would align
12:37and then I would be like one of those
12:38people because I was good at the games
12:40and I you know I'm a like a funny
12:42pleasant person on the camera and that
12:44type of thing so um yeah I mean that's
12:49so I guess to like bring it all back
12:51with why I was brought to
12:53Cornerstone uh it was a mix of all of
12:56those things it's like he felt like
12:59you know I
13:01um he felt like you need to be grounded
13:04yeah yeah and so then I was there you
13:07know I spoke to like the therapist and
13:09psychiatrist and all that stuff I didn't
13:11need any medications for anything they
13:13had analyzed it as this is an isolated
13:16event you've been out of work you have
13:18this PTSD from the whole getting
13:21arrested thing and I mean the last thing
13:23on my record was I think a speeding
13:25ticket back when I was at UCF MH and
13:27then you know just having all of that
13:30stuff going
13:31on
13:33um but then I didn't they had signed me
13:36they had signed me up I think to be
13:38there for 60 days but then I was only
13:40there until January 4th so who paid for
13:42that my brother Cody what was the cost
13:44of that to$ 15,000 it was
13:47$115,000 and then I think uh when I had
13:51gotten back we were going through the
13:52process of calling them and seeing if we
13:54get any type of refund and I think they
13:56said that he was going to get refunded
13:57$3,000 from his
13:59sure um there so long right right but I
14:02don't know if that transaction had ever
14:04gone through yet so their final
14:06diagnosis of you was what that I was
14:08fine that didn't need to be there yeah
14:10that I was I was fine I told them all
14:12about like my living situation and how
14:15it had been stressful and then it got
14:16better and then now it's just stressful
14:18again but they had all just said that it
14:20was just this isolated event situational
14:22PTSD from right yeah like once once you
14:25can get this legal thing taken care of
14:27which I I don't know if I mentioned but
14:29when we looked online and we saw that
14:31all the charges have been dropped that
14:32was on like November 30th or 31st the
14:35day before we were going to Japan M so
14:38while that was good and everything um I
14:40still knew that it was still going to be
14:43like on your record until you get it
14:44expunged so you know I was still
14:47thinking okay at least now I can maybe
14:49start applying when we get back from
14:51Japan um but you
14:55know yeah so I mean after you get back
14:59you got back on the 15th of December of
15:04December you got back I thought you said
15:07you went on the 22nd December that's
15:10when that's when I went to yeah it was
15:11after Japan and it was because when I
15:14had gotten back my um my mom and dad
15:18were you know dealing with a lot of the
15:19financial stuff while we were up there
15:21MH and then um when I got back that's
15:25where my dad started to get really kind
15:27of overbearing and I mean right so I
15:29know what I did but it's like with him
15:32it was every single day hours a day
15:34excuse me hours a day he'd come home
15:36from work and then he would just talk to
15:39me just about the same exact thing over
15:41and over and over and over and over
15:42again and did he get did it get heated
15:45he would get heated but how about you
15:47you get heated no I mean I was you know
15:49I I was always the person in the family
15:51where like my brother Cody would
15:53interrupt my dad when he was talking uh
15:55my mom would interject and say you can't
15:58be saying that or whatever ever but for
15:59me I would just sit there and I would
16:00just let my dad talk so that he could
16:02say everything that he wanted to say um
16:04and then if I saw that it was something
16:06that he wanted me to respond to then I'd
16:07respond but I would never be heed to him
16:10sure especially if I felt like I was in
16:11the wrong right um do all you think you
16:13were in the wrong I mean yeah to some
16:16some extent to some extent you know uh
16:18spending that amount of money it's
16:19idiotic to do that you know especially
16:21when you're not making 200,000 right
16:24when was the last time that you and your
16:25dad did have you know a heated convers
16:29ation uh it would
16:30be Thursday Thursday uh
16:34because one of his rules was that I
16:37wasn't allowed to talk to the woman
16:38anymore that I had been talking to um
16:42but I guess you could say behind the
16:44scenes my mom would let me talk to her
16:47through her cell phone using Twitter um
16:51and you know she would tell me like look
16:54you got to keep it you have to keep it
16:56just basic because if you say anything
16:59or if you entice anything or do anything
17:01like that it might lead her
17:05to say something to like my dad or
17:07something like that because why would
17:08she get in touch with him because
17:10apparently when I was in Cornerstone my
17:12dad told her cuz cuz he had like hacked
17:16my computer or something like that and
17:18then he found everything Electronics guy
17:19like you and your brother except he's
17:21more of that like hacking level like
17:23able to do all that stuff so he had
17:25found you know um like just the stuff
17:29that was related to her and
17:32then you know he like he like erased my
17:35whole entire computer he put a password
17:37on it so it's like even when I came back
17:39up until Thursday like I wasn't able to
17:41go on my own computer to look at
17:43anything say he's treating you like a
17:44small child right and rightfully so I
17:47mean spending that amount of I was
17:49acting childish I I can kind of get it
17:52but um so yeah anyways on Thursday he
17:55had apparently found out that I was
17:58speaking to to her again and when I came
18:01back on the 4th me my mom picked me up
18:04from the Cornerstone place and then me
18:07and my mom met my dad at California
18:09Pizza griller Kitchen in Waterford Lakes
18:13and he had this list front and back on a
18:15piece of paper of all the rules this is
18:18what's going to happen this is why I'm
18:20acting the way that I'm going to act I'm
18:21not going to be dad anymore I'm going to
18:23be Chad and I basically told him that
18:28I'm going to be I'm going to be present
18:30I'm going to do what I can I'm going to
18:32start to try and get jobs now I told him
18:33what my plan was um you know it wasn't
18:37really my intention to continue talking
18:39to this woman but it just kind of
18:42happened um and then because there was
18:45like that emotional connection I guess
18:46you could say uh between her and me like
18:49I I like you know it felt like like like
18:52a relationship you know I didn't want to
18:53just stop cold turkey on it um so he had
18:58apparently found found out and
19:00then right and one of the stipulations
19:02was that he told me at the dinner was if
19:05you speak to this woman again you're out
19:07of the house I'm kicking you out you can
19:10pack up your [ __ ] and then you're off my
19:12property MH and then because of the way
19:15that he used to be he had told me
19:18that basically if that happens that if I
19:22ever step back onto his property that he
19:24would kill me so you know on Thursday
19:30um um that all happened and then I was
19:33in the process I was getting all my
19:35stuff together I was peace mealing it
19:37out to the car and then uh you know I
19:41had interview on Friday so I I had to
19:44get my suit out of my car I was trying
19:45to just get all of my Necessities as
19:47best as I could from you know a lifetime
19:49of living inside the house and then
19:54um
19:55um my brother was working that night and
19:59I think he was working like one of his
20:00long nights but he ended up getting off
20:02early and then I had met with my brother
20:05before he came home just like in the
20:07neighborhood area and then it was just
20:11on the uh like the back side of the
20:14house like a I don't remember what that
20:15Road's called but it's like you take the
20:16bend where it has those two blinking
20:18lights and then it's just down that road
20:21away not for
20:23Christmas is it for Christmas when you
20:25still turn the corner I think so I'm not
20:28I think so well it was yeah it was just
20:31it was just down that road okay um and
20:34then I basically brought him up to speed
20:37and he had told me that he was going to
20:39do whatever what time was that you
20:41think uh God what time was that what
20:44what time you go to back up a second I
20:46apologize you Mom and Dad go to
20:49California Pizza Kitchen in Waterford at
20:51what time oh that was all the way back
20:53on January
20:554th oh you said Thursday no that wasn't
20:57Thursday no no that was that was when I
20:59had come back from Cornerstone and he
21:01was giving me the the rules okay okay
21:04then do Thursday then that well what
21:06happened with that that Thursday that
21:07you meet with Cody down the street this
21:09is this past Thursday yes okay tell me
21:11tell me about that after you and your
21:12dad argue after me and my dad had argued
21:15and he had told me you know this is how
21:17it's going to be and you know all that
21:19stuff okay um this is at the house this
21:21past Thursday yeah yeah okay cuz this is
21:24what now Saturday so yeah past Thursday
21:27I guess you can still say
21:29um so then yeah I spoke with Cody he
21:33told me about all that he had given me
21:36his debit so that because I mean I don't
21:39have any money and I don't know where to
21:40go you know I've never been out of the
21:42house on my own um and then the last
21:44thing that I was told was just that you
21:46know basically once again that he'll
21:47take care of it because this is Cody
21:49this is Cody what time what time is this
21:52approximately I'd say a little
21:55after 10 10:30ish at night
21:59Thursday night Thursday night okay
22:03um and
22:05then yeah so then after that I just like
22:09[Music]
22:10stayed in that a in the vicinity area
22:14for a number of hours and then I had
22:17remembered over some of the nights when
22:19I would work overnight but then I'd be
22:20able to come like get off early MH that
22:23I could that the Publix's on 50 on
22:26Colonial the one that's by Tractor
22:28Supply 49 yes yeah mhm that that public
22:32it's like their guest Wi-Fi is always
22:33still active even when the store closes
22:35down so I was like okay well I'm going
22:36to go there cuz I have my Surface um and
22:39I can you know check on my emails I had
22:41to pull up the address to my interview
22:43because I don't have GPS um so then I
22:46would like write all that stuff down and
22:48then um I was basically just waiting in
22:52that parking lot until I had to leave to
22:55go to the
22:56interview um you were scared of what
22:59being on your own or did your father say
23:02or do anything to scare you he had
23:04threatened me that if I stepped foot
23:06back on his property not the house but
23:08if I steep foot back on his property
23:09that he would kill me and like he had he
23:11said those specific words yes did you
23:13tell that to Cody that your father told
23:15you that no I didn't so you're afraid of
23:18him oh yeah you you are actually afraid
23:21that he could kill you yeah and it's
23:23also because like in the
23:26past like two weeks before I got kicked
23:30out my dad was going through like a lot
23:32of episodes where he was losing his
23:35temper a lot yelling a lot especially
23:37when me and Cody weren't at the house
23:39and um who's he yelling at my mom so was
23:42he being violent to your mom yeah like I
23:44think physically or just emotionally
23:47both put his hands on her he had bruised
23:49her left arm by grabbing it um and then
23:53apparently she had said that on one of
23:55the nights that um they were in the
23:58kitchen kit together and then he was
24:00like throwing food at her and then
24:01banged her head against the wall a
24:03couple times so and I'm not let me speak
24:06bad of your dad but he's kind of a
24:07violent guy he's yeah I mean you have a
24:09reason to be afraid of him and then the
24:11thing that I was getting to was that
24:13apparently my mom was so scared at one
24:15point cuz it had been a while since he
24:17had been like this that she had taken
24:20like a couple or number of voice memos
24:23on her phone whenever he would like come
24:26in and then start like she knew that you
24:28know something like he was going to
24:29start to get upset and that on multiple
24:33occasions um he had told her that if you
24:37or he had told her that basically if I
24:39[ __ ] up sorry for the language but that
24:41if I if I screw up he's going to kill me
24:44and then he's going to kill her he said
24:47those specific because he blames
24:49everything that happens negatively with
24:51me and with Jason not with Cody but with
24:53me and Jason on her because we're her
24:57favorites you have a reasonable belief
25:01in your mind that your dad could could
25:02hurt you yes he could hurt your mom yes
25:05he could baby hurt Jason yes he's a
25:09violent guy I'm sorry I've been this a
25:10long time he sounds like a violent guy
25:12yeah quick to lose his temper with you
25:14over minuscule stuff minuscule stuff
25:16yeah I get the point he's upset about
25:17the amount of money I do get that but
25:21physically he's abusive yeah and it's
25:24kind of embarrassing as you're an adult
25:25male right now he's been abusive you for
25:27years has he not yeah I mean more more
25:30mentally over the course but it has been
25:34to the point where you as a 29y old male
25:37right 29 29 that you're afraid that your
25:39father could kill you yeah and I mean
25:42again it's
25:44like you know at the house I mean I have
25:47like no access to anything so I mean
25:49it's literally just like me and you know
25:51I like I told you access to anything you
25:53mean what like you know anything to
25:55defend myself you know like I the gun
25:58sold all my guns you so does does Cody
26:00have guns in the house he does but
26:02they're like locked up somewhere dad
26:04have guns in the house again yeah but
26:06they're locked up somewhere and you
26:08don't have access to them I don't even
26:09have a house key um I don't have a house
26:11key I don't have any keys to the the the
26:13doors inside the house all I had was my
26:16car key that's all that he gave me and
26:17that night when you argued with your
26:19father and he said he grabbed your shirt
26:22and pulled you off the couch did he do
26:23anything else to you physically no no he
26:26didn't like pursue it anymore he was did
26:28you tell Cody that he acted that way
26:30towards you Cody had no idea that there
26:32was a heated physical just the argument
26:36that you needed to get out because you
26:38were talking to this girl right
26:41okay as a as a child always told the
26:44truth always is the best thing to do
26:46correct correct you agree with me yeah
26:49and accidents happen and things in the
26:50Heat of the Moment things happen that we
26:54wish hadn't happened but we make I I do
26:56it myself sometimes my kids would make
26:57me so aggravate I'll snap at him and
26:59then walk away and say wow I wish I
27:01would not have done that that was not
27:02very adult of me to to snap at my child
27:05for something yes they're wrong but I
27:08should be the adult and not snap at
27:12them tell me what you think because I I
27:14can tell by I've done this for a long
27:16long time and I read people the way they
27:18act and the way they they talk to me and
27:20the way they answer
27:21questions there's something you want to
27:23tell us I can see it in your eyes I can
27:25see it in your body language and just
27:27your
27:29the way you act Now's the Time Now's the
27:33Time if there's something you want to
27:34get off your chest and give us an
27:36explanation of what's bothering you now

33:41work so law enforcement goes over there

37:54of them the sheriff has has held a press
37:56conference the sheriff has providing
37:57information to the media let me this is

38:03know isn't my first rodo she's been
38:05doing we've been doing this what between

38:10marriage over 50 years I've seen what is

48:14no no so you didn't meet him up the
48:16block so why did you tell us

49:46five minutes into the
49:48conversation I mean there's nothing
49:50there wasn't really anything that was a
49:52trigger that I can think of what was
49:54your reaction when he grabbed your shirt
49:56and pulled you
49:58up I mean
50:03uh I mean I had always been passive so I
50:06mean I didn't really I didn't I didn't
50:09fight back or anything like that I just
50:12tried to get my my grounding and
50:15then and then we were just standing

50:21on and then what and then after that uh
50:27I started the whole process
50:30of gathering everything and where's your
50:33mom at this point she was still in her
50:35office did she intervene at all she had
50:37gotten up to say that you know like you
50:41need like you need to settle down or you
50:43you know some some sort of diffusing
50:44statement that she always used to make
50:47and then my dad yelled at her to stay
50:49out of this and then she just went back
50:52into
50:53there okay and then what what happened

51:04um I mean then it was just like it was
51:08just a lot
51:09of like just it was just a lot of
51:12yelling and confrontation between me and
51:14Dad but it wasn't anything more physical
51:18about
51:22it and like I said I was just going up

51:27you know getting my stuff and taking it
51:28out to my car and getting back whatever

51:33gather and what did your dad do while
51:35you were doing that he was just
51:37following me around just making sure you
51:39were gathering your stuff to get out my
51:42my possessions and not taking anything
51:44of his and how long did that go on Bes
51:47before Cody shows
51:48up I mean that was
51:51like for three 3 4 hours or something
51:54like that so you did that for 3 hours
51:57Gathering your stuff and dealing with
51:59Dad and cuz it wasn't just like he pack
52:03up those two little bags you brought was
52:05three hours yeah he wouldn't just I mean
52:08I went onto my computer to to back up
52:11some stuff onto like some flash drives
52:13and I mean all that other stuff but it
52:16wasn't just like with him where I could
52:20just go and do my thing you know I mean
52:23he would stop me and then we

52:27for like an extended period of time and
52:30then I would start to do my thing again
52:32and then it would stop again and I mean
52:34that's all that was was your father

55:56that uh he was kicking me out of the
55:58house because I had broken his rule did
56:01you tell Cody that he threatened to kill

56:11when I went to Cornerstone that that's
56:15what uh dad was going to do if I had
56:19made any more mistakes not the specific
56:21one that I had caused but if I had made

56:28into one of the side offices with him
56:30before they officially dropped me off

58:30somehow and that was one of the things
58:32that he had said would lead to
58:36my being removed from the
58:40premises so he forced you he basically
58:43told you you had to leave
58:50yeah okay so who could have done this I
58:55don't know I don't so you didn't have
58:57any problems or troubles with this woman

59:02money I mean there's no like loan shark
59:04out looking for you or I mean I just

1:03:58over on uh Lisa with uh something
1:04:03scripts so I mean so they'd be able to
1:04:05verify that you were there for an
1:04:08interview I don't know I'm going to feel
1:04:12really bad me this is
1:04:14just I understand I mean I really do I
1:04:19understand all your thoughts and what
1:04:20you're thinking
1:04:21and and everything and this is just
1:04:28um you know I know what I did to
1:04:31everybody over the months you like that
1:04:34I know you did and I know that you know
1:04:38the hell of dealing with it every single
1:04:41day when you're trying to move forward
1:04:43Dad Cody and all that stuff yep and I
1:04:46understand it was probably harder for
1:04:47you because you lived in the house I had
1:04:49the option of getting out which gave me
1:04:52the ability to
1:04:55not have to deal with it on a daily
1:04:57basis I understand the mental struggles
1:05:01you went through with Cody and dad's
1:05:03relationship you and dad's relationship
1:05:05everybody's relationship in the family
1:05:08you know how smart everybody is in the
1:05:11family when it comes to medical
1:05:15information and that's what scares me
1:05:17even more about
1:05:22you if you didn't do it then you you
1:05:26have to know that someone else did it
1:05:29there is no way that there were people
1:05:32out there looking for our parents or
1:05:34brother they had to have been looking
1:05:36for you there's no way that Mom Dad or
1:05:40Cody owed anybody money had
1:05:43anybody looking for them because of
1:05:45something that they did no I don't think
1:05:48that it's something money shark or
1:05:51bonger or somebody like that right
1:05:53because nothing was stolen from the
1:05:54house right so like people that are
1:05:57looking to compensate for financial
1:06:00obligations would have taken TVs
1:06:02computers
1:06:03jewelry monetarily
1:06:07things from what I've been advised that
1:06:09is not the situation
1:06:12so that leaves that the people were
1:06:15murdered for the reason that they were
1:06:18in the way of getting to something
1:06:22else I just I don't understand why
1:06:27I don't understand why it happened I was
1:06:30taking my steps forward despite
1:06:32everything that I was supposed to
1:06:34do that I was supposed to be doing the
1:06:37slip up was still communicating with the
1:06:41woman but what were you allowed to take
1:06:43when dad kicked you
1:06:44out obviously your car basically my
1:06:47possessions my cell phone my iPad my
1:06:51Surface some clothes weapons I don't
1:06:54have any weapons
1:06:56so there's going to be no weapons in the

1:08:48Dad in Cody's life it's hard for you to
1:08:51comprehend that my emotions are going to

1:08:58it it's unbelievably scary

1:09:07have a strong religious belief but I
1:09:09will pray that this is solved
1:09:13justifiably because it was not fair that
1:09:17Mom Cody and Dad's life were taken they
1:09:21did not deserve it no matter what
1:09:23feelings were felt by anybody they were
1:09:27good people I know and they showed it by
1:09:31protecting me all the time but dad
1:09:34kicked you out so because I still broke
1:09:37the rule and that it was apparently
1:09:39Dad's job to be the hammer person or
1:09:42whatever he would describe it as right I
1:09:45I was told that you would not be have
1:09:47access to be able to contact this woman
1:09:50why do you feel the intent to still
1:09:52contact her it was just the the whole
1:09:55emotional thing I mean that's that's all
1:09:58I can say so are you saying that you
1:09:59love the woman I feel like I did yeah
1:10:03okay you feel like you did so you don't
1:10:06feel that way now well I mean now it's
1:10:09pretty
1:10:10much you know I mean it's not what it
1:10:12used to be is all I can
1:10:14say because she's aware of what has
1:10:17happened in the last several months
1:10:20right so why do you feel the need to
1:10:23still contact her I don't know I mean

1:10:34care for somebody you've been with them

1:11:40options in my head of what's going on
1:11:42especially if you're confirming that
1:11:44there's nobody looking for
1:11:47you and if you're saying that you ran
1:11:50away or stayed in a hotel because you
1:11:52were forced to or you were told you
1:11:54couldn't stay there
1:11:58I I don't live there so I have no proof
1:12:01the only people that live there are dead
1:12:04so they can't say
1:12:09anything but uh Mor called me this
1:12:12morning so I have to make decisions for
1:12:15Mom Cody and gr and dad in the next se
1:12:20you know a couple days so
1:12:22uh just letting you know that
1:12:27um I'll be making those decisions cuz
1:12:31until I'm given verifiable information
1:12:34that you did not do it I don't think you
1:12:38have the right to make that
