  3. 0:07through
  4. 0:08story listen to the story and then let's
  5. 0:11learn this grammar tense
  6. 0:21together for the past few months I've
  7. 0:24been trying to live in a healthier way
  8. 0:27this journey started when I realized
  9. 0:30I wanted to be stronger have more energy
  10. 0:33and feel good about
  11. 0:36myself since that time I've been going
  12. 0:39to the gym a lot I've been doing
  13. 0:43exercises that make my heart work hard
  14. 0:46and build my
  15. 0:48muscles it has not been easy but I've
  16. 0:51been seeing my body get
  17. 0:54stronger I've also been looking more
  18. 0:56closely at what I eat I've been eating
  19. 1:00eating more fruits vegetables and good
  20. 1:02proteins and I've been avoiding bad
  21. 1:05foods as much as I
  22. 1:07can it's been an interesting journey to
  23. 1:10find out which foods are the best for
  24. 1:13me I've been trying new recipes that are
  25. 1:17healthy finding new tastes and foods
  26. 1:20that are good for me has been really
  27. 1:23enjoyable on top of this I've been
  28. 1:26keeping track of how I'm doing every
  29. 1:29week I've been writing down my exercise
  30. 1:32routines noting how I'm getting better
  31. 1:35and feeling happy about small
  32. 1:38successes this has been helping me stay
  33. 1:41excited about my goals even when it's
  34. 1:45hard the positive changes in how I look
  35. 1:48and feel is really
  36. 1:51rewarding I've been feeling more alive
  37. 1:54and my clothes are fitting better which
  38. 1:56makes me really
  39. 1:58happy of course there have been hard
  40. 2:01times some weeks I've been too busy or
  41. 2:04too tired to follow my plan
  42. 2:07exactly but I've been learning to not be
  43. 2:10too hard on myself and to know that
  44. 2:13improving takes time I remind myself
  45. 2:17that trying my best is the most
  46. 2:20important
  47. 2:21thing I've been getting support from a
  48. 2:24group of people who have the same goals
  49. 2:27as me we've been sharing advice
  50. 2:30cheering each other on and celebrating
  51. 2:33what we achieve
  52. 2:35together this support has been very
  53. 2:38important it makes me remember I'm not
  54. 2:41alone in trying to be
  55. 2:44healthier looking back at these months I
  56. 2:47see how much working out and caring for
  57. 2:50my health has changed my life it has had
  58. 2:53its ups and downs but continuing to try
  59. 2:56hard has been making me a happier and
  60. 2:59healthier
  61. 3:06person duration until
  62. 3:15now how long have you been
  63. 3:19waiting I've been living in London for 3
  64. 3:26years repeated actions recently
  65. 3:34I've been exercising a lot
  66. 3:37recently my friend has been helping me
  67. 3:40with my homework
  68. 3:46lately actions that have just
  69. 3:52finished I've been running so I'm really
  70. 3:56hot the pavement is wet because it has
  71. 3:59been
  72. 4:07raining for the past few months I've
  73. 4:10been trying to live in a healthier
  74. 4:18way this journey started when I realized
  75. 4:22I wanted to be
