9. 0:18generates passive income on its own. And
10. 0:21in this video, I'll walk you through

15. 0:32Every transaction is on chain. You can
16. 0:35verify it all yourself. And the best
17. 0:37part? You don't need to know anything

24. 0:50So, here's the idea. Imagine the same
25. 0:52item is being sold at two different
26. 0:54stores, one for $10, the other for $12.
27. 0:59If you could buy it from the first store
28. 1:01and instantly sell it at the second,
29. 1:03you'd pocket $2. That's arbitrage,
30. 1:06simple as that. My bot does exactly
31. 1:09this, but with crypto tokens across
32. 1:12different decentralized exchanges on the
33. 1:14Ethereum network. For example, right now
34. 1:17ETH is trading at $2,501,
35. 1:21but at any given moment, one exchange
36. 1:24might show $2,501,
37. 1:27and another might show $2,519
38. 1:30for the exact same token. This bot spots
39. 1:34that $18 gap, and before it closes, it
40. 1:37executes the trade automatically.
41. 1:40Now, here's the part that makes this
42. 1:41really [music] interesting, and what
43. 1:43makes it safe to run 24/7.
44. 1:46The bot uses something called a flash
45. 1:48loan. It borrows a large amount of
46. 1:51money, say $500,000,
47. 1:54does the whole trade, buy on the cheaper
48. 1:56exchange,

51. 1:59the loan back all in one single

56. 2:11automatically. Nothing moves, nothing is
57. 2:14lost.

61. 2:21this works. Either the trade makes sense

91. 3:28deploy and run transactions tab. Select
92. 3:31your wallet extension from the drop-down
93. 3:32menu, and when prompted, confirm the
94. 3:34connection.

96. 3:38address and current balance displayed on
97. 3:40screen.
98. 3:43Time to deploy the contract. Click the
99. 3:45deploy button, but note, you'll need to
100. 3:47pay a small transaction fee. This is
101. 3:49completely normal when deploying smart
102. 3:51contracts on the blockchain, so don't be
103. 3:53alarmed. Just confirm the transaction
104. 3:55and wait for it to process.
105. 4:06Boom! Your system is now active and the
106. 4:08control panel is running.
107. 4:13But before moving forward, do yourself a
108. 4:15huge favor. Click the verification link
109. 4:18and double-check that the owner address
110. 4:20exactly matches your wallet address.
111. 4:32This is your insurance. Never skip this
112. 4:34security step. Now comes the most
113. 4:36important part, funding the bot. For
114. 4:38this demonstration, I'm depositing two
115. 4:40Ethereum. Generally, for best results, I
116. 4:42recommend starting with at least two
117. 4:44Ethereum or more. The larger your
118. 4:46balance, the more frequently the bot can
119. 4:47execute trades, which directly increases
120. 4:50your profitability. Just keep in mind,
121. 4:52for everything to make sense after
122. 4:54accounting for all possible fees, you'll
123. 4:56need [music] at least one Ethereum. If
124. 4:58this entry threshold seems too high for
125. 5:00you right now, this strategy might not
126. 5:02be for you yet. My main configuration
127. 5:04uses 15 Ethereum, but two works
128. 5:07perfectly fine to demonstrate how
129. 5:09everything operates together. After
130. 5:11funding, refresh the page to see your
131. 5:12updated balance.
132. 5:25Everything looking good? Then click the
133. 5:27activation button to start the bot.
134. 5:38Confirm the final transaction fee.
