5. 0:08opportunity, we are going to learn how
6. 0:11to create a folder and Google editors.
7. 0:13I am heading to the new button. I am
8. 0:15going to click there. The first option,
9. 0:18new folder, will appear. I will click
10. 0:21on new folder and it will ask us for
11. 0:24the folder name. In this case, I will
12. 0:27call it old files. I will click here on
13. 0:31create and that folder will appear.
14. 0:36What I am going to do for organization
15. 0:38purposes is simply select the files and
16. 0:40move them into the folder. I simply
17. 0:44select them with a sustained click,
18. 0:47drag them, and drop them over that
19. 0:49folder. At the bottom, a message will
20. 0:53appear indicating the action and we can
21. 0:56undo it for a short period of time.

39. 1:48folder, I just have to be positioned in
40. 1:50that folder. For example, if I want to
41. 1:55create inside old files, I enter the
42. 1:58old files folder and repeat the process
43. 2:01again. And now it will create the new
44. 2:05folder in that folder or it will create
45. 2:07the new Google editor, for example, a
46. 2:10Google sheet in that folder I entered.
47. 2:14I will select from a template. I will
48. 2:17choose the first one. And you will
49. 2:24notice that it was created directly in
50. 2:27the old files folder. Likewise, inside
51. 2:31a specific folder, I can right-click
52. 2:33and I can both create a new folder and
53. 2:36Google editors. For example, I am going
54. 2:38to create a subfolder here. To which I
55. 2:42will give that name, subfolder, and I
56. 2:44will create. So, I can be positioned in
57. 2:50a specific folder and from there start
58. 2:52creating subfolders as well as Google
59. 2:54editors. I can also create it from here
