- 0:00I asked one of the most successful online entrepreneurs of the decade how he'd make
- 0:04money using AI in 2026 if he had to start from scratch.
- 0:07Meet Iman Gadzhi. He's just become an investor and advisor for Higgsfield.
- 0:12He's also the owner of Consulting.com and co-owner of Wop.
- 0:15And because of that, he's able to see trends in the online space before anyone else
- 0:19does. And today, he's gonna be sharing his entire playbook,
- 0:23uncovering five of the easiest AI side hustles you can start today to make over
- 0:27$3,000 a month, even as a complete beginner.
- 0:30And I am gonna show you the exact AI tools.
- 0:32You won't need to show your face, know how to code,
- 0:35or build a team.
- 0:36All you have to do is watch and repeat after us.
- 0:38Thank you so much. I'm happy to be here,
- 0:40and I'm so excited to be joining forces with Higgsfield.
- 0:43And today, we wanna do things a little bit differently.
- 0:46We wanna not only show you how to make money,
- 0:48but how to go about it in the right way,
- 0:50because we have seen so much BS advice out there from people telling you to burn the
- 0:54boats and go all in, to quit your job,
- 0:56to drop out of college, and honestly,
- 0:59you don't need to do any of that, all right? Because with the right AI tools,
- 1:02making money is more simple than ever before.
- 1:05And by the time this video ends, you're gonna understand five proven side hustles
- 1:09that will work for you, and you're gonna have all the prompts and skills necessary
- 1:13to get started.
- 1:14So let's dive right into side hustle number one,
- 1:16AI content for e-commerce. E-commerce brands are pouring millions into AI content
- 1:20right now.
- 1:21Specifically, three things: UGC videos,
- 1:24AI product photoshoots, and 3D motion ads.
- 1:27But before a brand trusts you with their money,
- 1:29you need a strong portfolio, and that's exactly what we're building today.
- 1:32And here's something that most people don't really think about until they're already
- 1:35running an online store, and it's the fact that no matter how good the product is,
- 1:40it's the content that actually drives the sales.
- 1:42The biggest marketplaces count millions of active sellers,
- 1:46and every single one of them is struggling with two massive problems that you can
- 1:50actually solve with AI.
- 1:51You see, right now, Fortune 500 brands are pouring millions and millions of dollars
- 1:55into AI content. Now if-- imagine how desperate e-commerce brands are for that exact
- 1:59same technology.
- 2:00And by the way, they'll pay you thousands of dollars just to handle it for them.
- 2:04So what you can do is you can help these e-commerce stores get a lot more content
- 2:07out for a lot less effort, and it actually covers both of these problems at once.
- 2:12The first problem is that most sellers are sitting on garages and warehouses full of
- 2:17unsold stock. And marketplaces sometimes charge sellers extra storage fees when
- 2:22stock sits for too long.
- 2:23So basically, dead stock is losing them money twice over,
- 2:27and they will pay anything to move that product,
- 2:29especially for UGC,
- 2:31because relatable videos sell so much better than those glossy studio ads that
- 2:36people just scroll right past.
- 2:37And they do pay. Creative videos start at $200 for a 15-second clip.
- 2:42Then you ship them the product, wait for the final cut.
- 2:45The whole thing takes a week minimum.
- 2:47And if you're worried people will spot that it's AI,
- 2:49no worries at all. Now that problem is gone.
- 2:52Sometimes even I can't tell if it's AI or not.
- 2:54So instead of waiting for a week for one video,
- 2:57you can generate 100 variations with different AI actors,
- 3:01hooks, and angles in just a couple of hours.
- 3:04For a seller who can't drop $3,000 on an ad shoot,
- 3:07paying 50 bucks for an AI UGC video instead of over 200 is an absolute no-brainer.
- 3:12And look, every business needs this,
- 3:13from online brands to local clothing shops right down the street.
- 3:17But let's be honest, a random UGC video isn't gonna convert into sales.
- 3:21It needs a proven formula to actually go viral.
- 3:24So Iman and I built a custom Claude skill for this exact task,
- 3:28where we've gathered the most viral content ideas for different brands and products
- 3:32so that you don't spend time doing it yourself.
- 3:34Grab it for free in the description. Now,
- 3:36to make it work, just open Claude, click Customize,
- 3:39Skills, and upload the file.
- 3:41Then we need to connect Higgsfield to Claude.
- 3:42For that, again, inside Claude, go to Settings,
- 3:45Connectors, hit Add Custom Connector,
- 3:47name it Higgsfield, and paste in this URL.
- 3:49Once it's active, it connects Higgsfield right into Claude.
- 3:53Now, the skill runs a competitor analysis first.
- 3:55It breaks down top-performing UGC trends in your niche and the hooks that actually
- 4:00win,
- 4:00then writes high-converting scripts based on what's already making money.
- 4:04Look, it asks me, "What exactly is the product?
- 4:07What kind of shoot do I want? What format?
- 4:09How many videos?" Let's go with five.
- 4:12And now let's see what we've got.
- 4:14These videos will become your portfolio.
- 4:23Look at the skin, the way the light falls,
- 4:25how natural the movement is.
- 4:27So for videos like these, creators charge anywhere from 50 to 100 dollars each,
- 4:31and most brands are gonna order a package of at least five clips,
- 4:34because you need to understand that virality really has an element of luck to it.
- 4:38So the only way to mitigate luck is just to post UGC at scale with a lot of volume
- 4:43across different platforms.
- 4:44So you can charge the same amount without any prior experience,
- 4:47and I will tell you how in just a little bit.
- 4:50So that is a $250 minimum payout from a single client for about five minutes of AI
- 4:56generation.
- 4:57So even if you're taking it slow and only sign five clients a month,
- 5:00that's already 1,250 a month in sales just from UGC videos.
- 5:05And here's what makes this even better. These videos generally have a short life
- 5:09cycle. They don't work forever. So these brands need a constant stream of new
- 5:13content every single month.
- 5:15That one-time 250 package can easily turn into a monthly subscription.
- 5:19Same five clients paying you again every month without you chasing anyone new.
- 5:24And look, keep in mind, a single product category usually has at least 10,000
- 5:28sellers, and there are hundreds of categories out there.
- 5:31So sure, some of the larger sellers actually run multiple listings,
- 5:35but that's actually a huge advantage for us,
- 5:36because if you close a deal with a seller with a big product catalog,
- 5:39well then, congratulations, you've basically just hit an absolute goldmine.
- 5:43And I'm gonna show you the exact step-by-step formula to find and land these clients
- 5:47in just a couple minutes here. But for now,
- 5:49I want you to know how to cash even bigger checks using AI.
- 5:53And to do that, let's move on to the second most in-demand e-commerce content,
- 5:57which is product photos. You see, most marketplace listings are using the same
- 6:01static photos,
- 6:02while platforms are letting brands put video right into the listing gallery.
- 6:06And here's the secret. Listings with videos convert about three times better,
- 6:11and most sellers still don't leverage it.
- 6:12And I get it, because a video shoot costs hundreds of dollars and requires a
- 6:17videographer, a studio, and also a lot of time in editing.
- 6:20So what you can do to find your first clients is to use AI product photos as a free
- 6:25lead magnet. You offer them three free high-quality product photos to show what you
- 6:29can do,
- 6:30and then you upsell them on what actually makes you big money:
- 6:34hypermotion, 3D videos like these.
- 6:49And of course, there's a skill for this one too.
- 6:52Link in the description. You just upload a photo of the product,
- 6:55and the skill analyzes the item,
- 6:57generates cinematic lighting setup,
- 6:59and builds the motion video right inside Higgsfield.
- 7:02You can even generate a full cinematic ad.
- 7:04For example, here I wanted a high-budget TV commercial for this T-shirt that felt
- 7:09super dynamic.
- 7:10So I explained the vibe to Claude, approved the script,
- 7:13and it rendered this thirty-second commercial.
- 7:45But look, would you really order a content package from a complete stranger who just
- 7:49slid into your inbox with no portfolio,
- 7:52no proof of concept, and nothing to point at?
- 7:54No, you wouldn't, and neither will they.
- 7:56And that's precisely why you don't try to sell anyone on a full content package
- 8:01upfront.
- 8:01Instead, you walk them through a simple three-step funnel.
- 8:05You're gonna start by giving away something for free,
- 8:06as you said. In this case, it's gonna be three high-quality product photos,
- 8:10the stuff that takes a couple minutes to create and costs you basically nothing.
- 8:13This is really just your foot in the door, and it proves what you can do before
- 8:17anyone pays you a cent. And then,
- 8:19once they've seen that, the next step is really easy for them to say yes to.
- 8:22You see, right now the market is paying about three hundred dollars and up for a
- 8:26hypermotion ad. But the bad news is no one knows who you are yet.
- 8:29So with your first client, you're gonna win on price,
- 8:32speed, and value. So you're only gonna charge them a hundred and fifty dollars per
- 8:35video, which is half the market rate,
- 8:38and you're gonna deliver it the same day.
- 8:40It's cheap enough that saying yes isn't really a decision.
- 8:42It's more of a formality. And once they've paid you once,
- 8:45upselling them is super, super simple.
- 8:48But it doesn't stop there. Look, you've probably seen this with trends before.
- 8:51Something explodes for a few weeks, and then it's gone.
- 8:54And content really works the same way. It has a shelf life.
- 8:57It stops performing after a while.
- 8:58So the brand is gonna need a fresh batch again next month.
- 9:02So what this means is that first payment isn't a one-off.
- 9:05It turns into a retainer with the same client paying you again next month without
- 9:09you having to go find new business.
- 9:11I told you I was gonna show you what the process of finding clients actually looks
- 9:14like. Now, in order to do that, there are really three main ways of going about it.
- 9:18The first is to open up any product listing,
- 9:21click the seller's name. Their business email is often just sitting right there.
- 9:25The second method is you're just gonna find the brand on social media or just ask
- 9:29Claude to look up their official contact info.
- 9:31Everything it finds is already out on the internet.
- 9:34Claude basically just saves you the hours of digging.
- 9:37Method three, this is a lazy one.
- 9:38This is actually my favorite one. Adil, you wanna go ahead?
- 9:41We built a client finder skill, so it searches your niche,
- 9:44spots the sellers whose listings have the exact same problems we just covered,
- 9:48finds their official public contacts, and drafts a personal message for each one.
- 9:52All you have to do is text them. Now,
- 9:54there are rules to follow when using this method.
- 9:56Firstly, never send more than fifty cold emails a day per inbox,
- 10:00or you'll burn your domain and land in spam.
- 10:02Secondly, cold email rules differ by country,
- 10:05so give your region's rules a quick check before you send anything.
- 10:08I know it seems a bit tedious, but put in the two minutes of homework ahead of time,
- 10:12and you'll never have to do it again.
- 10:13And I know you guys are probably thinking right now,
- 10:15"Well, Iman, if it was this easy, everyone would be doing it." Well,
- 10:18here's the thing. Half the people watching this video are gonna forget it in five
- 10:21minutes,
- 10:22and then half of the people left won't even click three buttons to install a skill.
- 10:26And that is your advantage if you can simply follow the instructions.
- 10:31So there we have it. That is e-commerce done.
- 10:33And the next one is actually easier to sell,
- 10:35faster to deliver, and the clients are literally on the map.
- 10:39So I want you to think about anyone who makes money renting or selling space.
- 10:43So apartment owners, small hotels,
- 10:45hostels, realtors.
- 10:47They are all fighting the same war: not enough clients.
- 10:50And by the way, it doesn't matter if you live in London,
- 10:52New York, or a small town in Korea.
- 10:54Local realtors and short-term hosts everywhere are struggling with empty calendars.
- 11:00Why? Because the big corporate hotels have huge budgets for professional shoots.
- 11:04But small independent owners just take photos on their phone with bad lighting and
- 11:09pray for the best. And the issue is that bad photos,
- 11:12well, they kill income.
- 11:13And then the missing income, well, then that means there's no budget to actually fix
- 11:16the photos, and they just get stuck in this horrible loop.
- 11:19And here's where you come in. To help them,
- 11:22you don't need to buy a camera or fly to another country.
- 11:25Take the photos they already have, upload them to Claude,
- 11:28and ask for regeneration.
- 11:30Make these photos look professionally shot.
- 11:32Change nothing. Use Seedream for regeneration.
- 11:35Then make a 3D tour with Seedance 3.5.
- 11:38And Higgsfield does everything automatically
- 12:10You don't have to do anything manually, but this is just the beginning.
- 12:14Here's a psychological trick to close more deals.
- 12:16Think about how you book a hotel for a vacation.
- 12:19You wanna know if the photos match reality,
- 12:21right? And you wanna know how big the room actually is.
- 12:24That's exactly where you can take things to the next level with 3D visuals and tours
- 12:28to help get 10 times more bookings.
- 12:31In e-commerce, the big checks are in the videos,
- 12:33as we already saw. But in real estate,
- 12:35not every owner understands why a video tour matters.
- 12:39A lot of them are just super old school and just kind of stuck in their old ways.
- 12:43They still want professional photos, but they don't really understand the value of
- 12:46these 3D tours.
- 12:48So if you try to force them to buy a 3D tour,
- 12:50that actually might put them off. They might say no.
- 12:53So here's the way around this.
- 12:54You sell them the photos, and then you gift them the tour as a bonus.
- 12:59And with this, they're getting exactly what they need,
- 13:01plus a bonus that makes this an absolute no-brainer.
- 13:05Do you see how you have something impossible for them to refuse?
- 13:09Generating these visuals might be easy for you,
- 13:11but for a business owner drowning in daily tasks, it's a lifesaver.
- 13:15You can make a coffee at home, right? But you still pay a barista because it's
- 13:19faster. Same thing here. You can charge $150 to $300 for this package,
- 13:25and if you close just 10 local owners or agents a month,
- 13:28that's $1,500 to $3,000 a month.
- 13:31So to find these clients, the most effective method is literally just open Maps,
- 13:35search for hostels or real estate agencies,
- 13:37or browse apartment listing sites,
- 13:39and just contact them through their official public emails.
- 13:42Look, I know it sounds simple, but trust me,
- 13:44this works. You just can't be lazy.
- 13:46You need to sit down and message at least 20 to 50 prospects,
- 13:49and you don't have to stop there, but that's the minimum that I would recommend.
- 13:53Because at the end of the day, this is a numbers game.
- 13:55The more messages you send, the more replies you will get.
- 13:58And to increase your chances of getting that yes,
- 14:01I'm actually giving you my proven cold email template.
- 14:04Feel free to take a screenshot or just copy it from the link in the description.
- 14:07So build a mini portfolio and use this exact outreach template.
- 14:11Once you start building a portfolio, you don't need to rely on cold outreach too
- 14:15much.
- 14:15At that point, agents start referring you to other agents,
- 14:19and that's where you can take things to the next level.
- 14:21And remember, they need you more than you need them.
- 14:25The market is desperate for these specialists,
- 14:27so don't think that you're being annoying, because honestly, even as a founder,
- 14:30I love it when people pitch me directly with upfront proof of work instead of me
- 14:35having to go out there and hunt for talent.
- 14:37Now you know exactly what businesses are willing to pay for,
- 14:40how much they will pay, and who the buyers are.
- 14:43But most importantly, you know exactly how to do it.
- 14:46Now, if you want a side hustle that doesn't even require you to work on a daily,
- 14:50then the next AI side hustle might be the one for you.
- 14:52Every business needs a website.
- 14:54It doesn't matter if it's a plumber, a dentist,
- 14:57or a gym around the corner. But the reality is,
- 14:59a lot of them either have a terrible one or they just don't have one at all.
- 15:03Plenty of them are just running off of a Facebook page and a phone number,
- 15:06and that is exactly where this third side hustle comes in:
- 15:09building websites with AI.
- 15:11Everyone knows Claude can code websites,
- 15:14but to actually inject content into that site automatically, you need MCP.
- 15:18From one single prompt, you can generate images,
- 15:20embed motion videos, and apply the design without manually inserting anything
- 15:25yourself.
- 15:25You'll still need to adjust a couple things with the prompts,
- 15:27of course, but as long as you give Claude and Higgsfield clear,
- 15:30simple instructions on what the client wants,
- 15:33it builds the whole package for you.
- 15:35And like we said, AI has studied more web design than you can imagine.
- 15:38If you're unsure of the direction you wanna go, you can just
- 15:42ask it, and it can recommend a few different paths based on whoever you're building
- 15:46for. Which means by the time you're pitching a client,
- 15:49you're not selling them on an idea anymore,
- 15:51you've got the actual site sitting right there for them to click through.
- 15:54And once you get the hang of it, the opportunity to make money with it is pretty
- 15:57straightforward.
- 15:58That's right. And with this side hustle,
- 16:00there are actually two ways you can get paid.
- 16:02First is just the build fee itself,
- 16:04and this is where you charge for your first time setup and the building of the
- 16:08website for one of these businesses.
- 16:10And you can charge anywhere from $750 to $1,000 to do this,
- 16:13and you are already undercutting what most places are charging for.
- 16:16And by undercutting almost everyone else,
- 16:18your value proposition is pretty clear.
- 16:21Now, if you want leverage income without directly selling to clients every day,
- 16:25this next side hustle is for you.
- 16:27Everyone knows about faceless YouTube channels,
- 16:29but most people do it completely wrong.
- 16:32That's why their channels get shadowbanned,
- 16:34or YouTube outright refuses to monetize them.
- 16:36Let's break down exactly where the money comes from first,
- 16:39and then I'll show you how to keep your channel safe and monetized while you're at
- 16:43it.
- 16:43First of all, the biggest money early on doesn't come from YouTube AdSense.
- 16:47For a channel to get monetized from zero,
- 16:49you need 4,000 watch hours and at least 1,000 subscribers.
- 16:52Some channels get there in their first couple of videos.
- 16:55After that, YouTube pays you for views.
- 16:57You'll get there either way, but until you do,
- 17:00a faceless channel can get you paid in two other ways.
- 17:03Income stream number one, your channel acts as basically just a public portfolio.
- 17:07Every big creator right now wants AI visuals in their videos,
- 17:11in their inserts, in their B-rolls,
- 17:12in their cinematic scenes that they just can't really film themselves.
- 17:16So when they see a faceless channel posting engaging content every week,
- 17:19they don't think, "Oh, another competitor." They think, "Who makes this?
- 17:22And can I actually hire them?" And that's affiliate deals,
- 17:25way number one. And it's the easiest of the three to start,
- 17:28because you don't need a single subscriber to do it.
- 17:30If you put your business email in your channel description,
- 17:32you'll start getting inbound leads. Creators easily pay anywhere from $300 to $500
- 17:37to have AI visuals generated for their videos.
- 17:40Now, way number two is a step above that:
- 17:42sponsorships. And this is really where the bigger checks start coming in,
- 17:45around 10,000 subscribers.
- 17:47That's when brands start paying $500 and up per integration.
- 17:50Below that, you're really mostly working with affiliate deals and free products
- 17:54while you build that number up.
- 17:55So the way you go about this is pretty simple.
- 17:57Affiliate deals get you paid immediately,
- 18:00whereas sponsorships pay bigger once you've actually got an audience.
- 18:03And then once you cross the YouTube threshold,
- 18:05AdSense really just stacks on top of all of this.
- 18:08And that brings us to income stream number three: AdSense.
- 18:11But here's the catch. YouTube pays for content that actually provides value to the
- 18:16viewer. Now, one format that reliably pulls in millions of views is edutainment.
- 18:20So think about broad topics that everyone clicks on,
- 18:23things like, uh, science, psychology,
- 18:24geography, mysteries.
- 18:26But don't make meaningless cartoons or random clips.
- 18:29YouTube simply won't monetize them.
- 18:31The platform doesn't fight AI, it fights lazy content.
- 18:34Original script with real insights,
- 18:36a voice that fits, properly edited scenes,
- 18:39that's the whole safety checklist, and our workflow does it by default.
- 18:43So look at what you're actually building.
- 18:44Want finance brands paying you? Make money history content.
- 18:48Travel companies? Obviously geography.
- 18:50You're not picking topics, you're picking your future advertisers.
- 18:53Okay, let me show you how to make a video like this in just two clicks.
- 18:57First, ask Claude to analyze the top videos in the niche you picked.
- 19:00Have it pull the topics that crossed a million views in the last year.
- 19:04Then ask it to pick the one topic and make you a five-minute video.
- 19:08Claude does the research itself, writes the script,
- 19:11and Higgsfield makes the video, which means you'll always have original scripts and
- 19:15fresh videos.
- 19:16Let's see how it turned out.
- 19:18largest pyramid on earth isn't in Egypt.
- 19:20It's in Mexico, underneath this church.
- 19:23That green hill?
- 19:25That's the pyramid.
- 19:26By volume, it's almost twice the size of Giza.
- 19:29In 1931, archaeologists began tunnelling inside.
- 19:34Nearly 8 kilometers of passages.
- 19:36All right, so to package them, you need a title,
- 19:39a description, and thumbnails. Same scheme.
- 19:42You're gonna ask Claude to handle all of it,
- 19:44and Higgsfield actually generates high CTR thumbnails for your video using the
- 19:49special built-in skills.
- 19:50Now, the higher your CTR and watch time,
- 19:52the more the YouTube algorithm pushes your videos to new audiences,
- 19:56and that's really the whole faceless system.
- 19:59The channel builds your portfolio, the portfolio brings you clients,
- 20:02and then YouTube pays you on top.
- 20:04So moving on to the fifth and final,
- 20:05this is something close to my heart.
- 20:07It's called AI digital product, and this is really where a lot of my success has
- 20:10come from. Now, look, you obviously know what AI is,
- 20:13but maybe you don't really understand what a digital product is.
- 20:16So let me just go ahead and simplify this for you.
- 20:18A digital product is packaged information that solves someone else's specific
- 20:23problem.
- 20:23This is really a pain point for whoever is buying it.
- 20:26And when I say packaged, I just mean something that's concrete.
- 20:29Some examples of formats, it could be a guide,
- 20:31a template, a checklist, a short program, a toolkit.
- 20:34And because it's already packaged, you build it once,
- 20:37and it can be sold to the next person the same way it was sold to the first one,
- 20:41and that's what makes this side hustle work so well.
- 20:44It is the highest leverage one because scaling it is infinite.
- 20:48Now, look, when I started 10 years ago, doing this required years of expertise in
- 20:52whatever the subject was.
- 20:53It meant you needed a team to actually help you put this whole thing together.
- 20:57Nowadays, well, we've got AI, and that is all you need to get into the side hustle.
- 21:02And here's what AI actually does for you.
- 21:05It pulls together everything that's already been written and figured out on a topic,
- 21:09structures it properly, and turns it into a finished product.
- 21:12It also helps you land on exactly who this is for and what specific problem it's
- 21:16solving for them, because a product built for everyone sells to no one,
- 21:20unfortunately.
- 21:21And on top of the product, AI also helps you with everything related to it,
- 21:25the store page, the pitch, the FAQs,
- 21:28pretty much whatever it takes to take someone from viewer to buyer.
- 21:32And just like the other side hustles on this list,
- 21:35none of this depends on you having to show your face or build a huge audience.
- 21:39Digital marketplaces already have millions of people sitting on them looking for
- 21:43exactly this kind of solution, so the demand is already there.
- 21:47And there we have it, five proven ways to make money with AI.
- 21:50Inside each one, there is a version that fits you.
- 21:54Every one of these models is simple to start.
- 21:56It really just comes down to what you like best and how fast you wanna get paid.
- 22:01But whatever you choose to do, just promise me one thing.
- 22:04Do not waste your whole life trying to figure out which one to start.
- 22:07Just pick something and start.
- 22:09So AI is the ultimate equalizer.
- 22:11It doesn't care about your background, your degree, or your experience.
- 22:15I mean, I was a bartender a year ago,
- 22:17for crying out loud, and now I'm here.
- 22:19This is the moment to capitalize on what's going on in the world.
- 22:22You already have everything you need to start.
- 22:24And by the way, everything we talked about today,
- 22:27the Claude skills, prompts, and the outreach template are all in the description for
- 22:31free.
- 22:32And as always, if you found this video helpful,
- 22:35hit the like button, subscribe,
- 22:37and we'll see you guys in the next one.
- 22:39See you there.
- 22:41Nice.
