  11. 0:26where we are building a business
  12. 0:28together. Now listen closely. Yesterday
  13. 0:31we had some breaking records um and
  14. 0:34results that were like outstanding.
  15. 0:3724,000 participants already have seen
  16. 0:40yesterday's live session.
  17. 0:44122 different countries already so far
  18. 0:46and we are writing history here so far

  20. 0:50halal business event ever done live for
  21. 0:52multiple days. So, I welcome you here
  22. 0:54and I want to set up some very clear
  23. 0:56expectations. Today, I'm going to break
  24. 0:59down exactly the business model that has
  25. 1:02helped me to build freedom as a Muslim.
  26. 1:05Okay? I'm going to actually show you the
  27. 1:07first steps, what to keep in mind, where
  28. 1:10to look at, and show you the right AI
  29. 1:12tools that can allow you to get there
  30. 1:14with the full road map step by step.
  31. 1:17Real results, okay? real results not
  32. 1:19just from me but behind the business
  33. 1:22module of brothers and sisters who did
  34. 1:24it themselves without any prior
  35. 1:26experience like Khali who made over 3K
  36. 1:29per month while closing his first
  37. 1:31client. Ahmed Hassan who made uh made it
  38. 1:35to 10K MRR monthly recurring revenue
  39. 1:39after being a freelancer for the longest
  40. 1:42time. Mabarak Hassan who made 10K in one
  41. 1:45week. Ali alabarik who did $16,000 so
  42. 1:48far. Hamza $13,000.
  43. 1:52Referred brother David who made over
  44. 1:54$100,000 last year. They were already in
  45. 1:59a place a few years ago, a few months
  46. 2:01ago where you probably are right now.
  47. 2:04They were either workingering full-time,
  48. 2:05they had kids to take care of, they had
  49. 2:07real responsibilities,
  50. 2:08they had no prior experience, and they
  51. 2:11still made it happen. And this needs to
  52. 2:13be the proof for you that it's actually
  53. 2:14possible. Now, today, I'm going to break
  54. 2:16down the exact business model that I've
  55. 2:18used myself to get here. Now, listen
  56. 2:21closely. I don't want to just tell you.
  57. 2:23I want to show you what I'm going to
  58. 2:25talk about today. Okay?
  59. 2:28Alhamdulillah. I built this website in
  60. 2:3015 minutes and I sold it for $3,000.
  61. 2:35Hey Daniel, how are you today man? Let's
  62. 2:37go ahead and find some leads in a bad
  63. 2:40website. All right, here we go. Let's
  64. 2:41give it a few minutes.
  65. 2:46Okay, let's call this one. Yes. Is this
  66. 2:49uh Gerald? Yeah. Hey, man.
  67. 2:51>> I'm not interested. Stop calling me.
  68. 2:55>> This is the voicemail of C. Leave a
  69. 2:56message. emailed a thousand businesses
  70. 2:59in my local area. I used this tool that
  71. 3:01scraped all the local businesses around
  72. 3:03the area. The results, well, 62 of them
  73. 3:06were replied to me. 21 of them were
  74. 3:08interested and 13 actually agreed on my
  75. 3:11offer. All of that make me this in the
  76. 3:13last week alone. What if I told you that
  77. 3:15I can do it for just $1,000? I'm not
  78. 3:16like the others, man. In fact, I already
  79. 3:18built you one and I would love to um to
  80. 3:20show it to you. Nothing to lose.
  81. 3:22>> Yeah, that sounds better.
  82. 3:23>> Great.
  83. 3:24>> Yeah. At 11:00 a.m.
  84. 3:25>> 11 a.m. today. Okay, it's in like uh 2
  85. 3:28hours from now.
  86. 3:28>> I have 30 minutes.
  87. 3:29>> Sure, that works. Let's go ahead copy
  88. 3:32all their information here of their
  89. 3:34business. We use this prompt.
  90. 3:41There we go. All right, I guess it's
  91. 3:43ready. Looking good. Let's send it over
  92. 3:46to him. Give it a few minutes and then
  93. 3:50let's give it a call. Were you able to
  94. 3:51take a look at the console? I just sent
  95. 3:52it over. Yeah, it's in your email. You
  96. 3:54can just open it there. Yeah. Okay,
  97. 3:55great.
  98. 3:56That's it. This time full of AI for us
  99. 3:59Muslims is crazy.
  100. 4:03That's what I'm talking about. Okay, I'm
  101. 4:05going to be breaking down my business
  102. 4:07step by step. How I used to do these
  103. 4:10things and still do it till this day.
  104. 4:12Now listen, okay? I'm talking from real
  105. 4:14experience because I want you to achieve
  106. 4:16the same thing. We're living in a time
  107. 4:18full of opportunities and for Musl
  108. 4:20Muslims, this is crazy. The opportunity
  109. 4:23that is right in front of us because of
  110. 4:25AI is lifechanging and it's something
  111. 4:28that we have to make a decision about
  112. 4:30today. Now listen, by the end of today's
  113. 4:33session, what you will know is the exact
  114. 4:34business model that helped me to do
  115. 4:36this. Okay? How to start it yourself
  116. 4:38from scratch, how to find and serve
  117. 4:40clients, how to grow beyond your first
  118. 4:42client, and how to make it all simpler
  119. 4:45and more efficient to do it in the right
  120. 4:47way. Now, where are you today in this
  121. 4:50journey? Ask yourself this because I am
  122. 4:52going to make sure that we are going to
  123. 4:54move forward because no matter where
  124. 4:55you're coming from, whether you're an
  125. 4:56employee working a 9-5, a student, a
  126. 4:58freelancer, or already a business owner
  127. 4:59who wants to optimize his business,
  128. 5:01inshallah, this will be beneficial for
  129. 5:03you. And I ask Allahhana wa ta'ala to
  130. 5:05make grant success in both this world
  131. 5:08and the next one. Listen, yesterday I
  132. 5:10talked about the foundation. Okay, this
  133. 5:12is day two of the halal income
  134. 5:15challenge. We've talked already about
  135. 5:16mindset from the Islamic perspective.
  136. 5:18Doing business as a Muslim compared to
  137. 5:20doing it as a kafir, the intention,
  138. 5:22foundation, and all of it. Now, today
  139. 5:24we're taking it a step further. Today is
  140. 5:27going to be a very exciting day, okay?
  141. 5:29Where we're going to make it practical.
  142. 5:30I'm going to give you all the guidance,
  143. 5:31the steps, and the tools for you to
  144. 5:33actually get started. Every step of the
  145. 5:35way, I will tell you tell you what to
  146. 5:37do, where to start, how to do it, so you
  147. 5:39can actually start and do it yourself,
  148. 5:40inshallahala. Now, let me make one thing
  149. 5:43very very clear, okay? Your is written
  150. 5:46by Allahhana tala. But you still have to
  151. 5:49get up. You still have to take action
  152. 5:50and you still have to trust him with the
  153. 5:52outcome because dua alone is not enough.
  154. 5:55It is tie your camel and trusting Allah
  155. 5:57subhana wa ta'ala. It is a combination
  156. 5:59of doing striving going there to
  157. 6:01actually receive that risk. Okay. And
  158. 6:04not just that because later today I'm
  159. 6:07also launching something that I've been
  160. 6:09building on for a very very long time.
  161. 6:11Many of you actually already applied for
  162. 6:13the waiting list yesterday. So many that
  163. 6:16our system broke down. Subhan Allah. And
  164. 6:19I'm not joking. Like the responses were
  165. 6:21so overwhelming that our application
  166. 6:24system actually broke down. For some of
  167. 6:26you who might be yesterday after the
  168. 6:28session were trying to get into the
  169. 6:29vault using the free resources, all of
  170. 6:31these things. It was just not possible
  171. 6:32because our system was completely
  172. 6:34breaking down because there were so many
  173. 6:36people applying for this waiting list.
  174. 6:38Allah abar. But don't worry, okay? Okay,
  175. 6:40we fixed all of these things. Within
  176. 6:41like 60 minutesish, we were already back
  177. 6:44online. So, alhamdulillah. Now, today
  178. 6:47you will finally see what this is uh it
  179. 6:49what you guys have been waiting on for
  180. 6:51so long, including me. Alhamdulillah.
  181. 6:53But first, you need to understand the
  182. 6:56business in and of itself till its core
  183. 7:00because I mean in order to run a
  184. 7:02business well, you need to understand
  185. 7:03where to start and what the priority is.
  186. 7:06Now my own path was actually a very
  187. 7:08interesting journey where I started as
  188. 7:11someone without any prior experience. I
  189. 7:13was literally working in a local
  190. 7:14supermarket in the little town that I'm
  191. 7:17from in in Europe. You know, I was not
  192. 7:19knowing what I was really doing. So I
  193. 7:20started making logos because I was like
  194. 7:22studying graphic designing and I started
  195. 7:24making some money on the side but I was
  196. 7:26completely doing it wrong because I mean
  197. 7:28logos and design in general is not as
  198. 7:30valuable. It's not valuable enough. So I
  199. 7:32started focusing more on value. I
  200. 7:34started learning how to actually make
  201. 7:36websites. I started charging around
  202. 7:37$2,000, $3,000 per website. And it's
  203. 7:40actually became something valuable
  204. 7:42leading me to making uh over my first
  205. 7:45$10,000 per month. Even though I had to
  206. 7:48still work my ass off, like 60 hours a
  207. 7:50week, all doing it by hand. It was very
  208. 7:52overwhelming. I learned so much during
  209. 7:54that time. But then I realized that AI
  210. 7:57can actually automate most of my
  211. 7:59business, which is something that you
  212. 8:02can do as well. You can skip all these
  213. 8:04four steps that I took, the ups and
  214. 8:06downs, the tough journey that I had to
  215. 8:09go through in order to actually achieve
  216. 8:11this if you listen closely to what I'm
  217. 8:13about to say tonight. Okay. Now, before
  218. 8:16I was working my ass off 60 hours a week
  219. 8:18very hard, there was no room to grow
  220. 8:20because I was hitting the ceiling very
  221. 8:21quickly. Even though I was making 10 uh
  222. 8:24grands a month, it was just not working
  223. 8:26well. I didn't have time for my dean.
  224. 8:28Uh, I didn't have time to actually go to
  225. 8:30the mosque, spend time with my family
  226. 8:31and whatsoever
  227. 8:33until I implemented AI which 5xed my
  228. 8:37business. I started making five times
  229. 8:38more. I had my first $50,000 month a few
  230. 8:42months after and I had to work three
  231. 8:45times less uh in terms of the hours and
  232. 8:48the hard work I had to put in because AI
  233. 8:50and automation does so so much. Now,
  234. 8:52what AI truly changed for me is that
  235. 8:54instead of hiring a developer, AI can
  236. 8:56now actually write code. Instead of
  237. 8:58hiring designers, AI can draft concepts
  238. 9:01and actually help you with that. Instead
  239. 9:02of hiring a copywriter, AI can do it for
  240. 9:05you. And weeks for a first version to
  241. 9:08your clients can now actually be done
  242. 9:10much quicker. And this is where the
  243. 9:12value truly lives because as a business
  244. 9:14owner, you want to automate, you want to
  245. 9:16outsource, so you have time for the most
  246. 9:17important things. So, you have time for
  247. 9:19sales, so you have time for all these
  248. 9:20things, you know.
  249. 9:22So it was either me being a freelancer
  250. 9:23doing all of this by myself and hitting
  251. 9:25a ceiling or outsourcing it to things
  252. 9:27that cost me more money. But now you
  253. 9:29have AI. You don't need to be a
  254. 9:31professional programmer anymore to start
  255. 9:33learning. You can start this without
  256. 9:35zero uh experience. But you must know
  257. 9:38that you need to understand what you are
  258. 9:40selling. You cannot just blindly jump
  259. 9:41into this business model because you
  260. 9:43want to deliver what you promised.
  261. 9:45Because if you close a client but you
  262. 9:47don't deliver what you promised and you
  263. 9:49mess up with the delivery, you also have
  264. 9:51a problem. So these are all the things
  265. 9:52that we're going to talk about today and
  266. 9:53you know AI can do a lot and it's all
  267. 9:55nice and it's all you know so so cool
  268. 9:58but you know there's just a few things
  269. 10:00few skills that stay important for us
  270. 10:03human beings and apart from my whole
  271. 10:05technical session today because we're
  272. 10:06going to dive very deep I want you to
  273. 10:08understand something and that is that
  274. 10:10there is a few skills that you as a
  275. 10:12human will need forever and if you
  276. 10:14become the best at that trust me trust
  277. 10:17me trust me trust me that you will then
  278. 10:19be a leader you'll be able to make
  279. 10:21impact. Now what are these skills? These
  280. 10:23skills that stay important for us human
  281. 10:24beings are communication. We still need
  282. 10:26to communicate as humans in order to do
  283. 10:28business with each other. Talk about
  284. 10:30transactions, the contracts, whatsoever,
  285. 10:32right? We need to listen to clients
  286. 10:34because only when we understand what our
  287. 10:36clients want, then we can actually give
  288. 10:39the input correctly to our AI and build
  289. 10:42things ourself. Trust and relationships.
  290. 10:46I mean business is actually really
  291. 10:48fundamentally built on trust and
  292. 10:50relationships. It depends on how good
  293. 10:52you are in communication
  294. 10:54to determine if you are actually going
  295. 10:56to make it far in business. Selling in
  296. 10:57and of itself who's going to sell an AI
  297. 10:59agent. No. Like you have to still close
  298. 11:01your clients, find your clients and do
  299. 11:03your best to actually make something out
  300. 11:04of that. Critical thinking. I mean AI
  301. 11:06can just do anything blindly. But if you
  302. 11:08don't critically think then AI the
  303. 11:10output of AI will also not be good.
  304. 11:12judgment and quality, creative,
  305. 11:15creativity and taste and responsibility.
  306. 11:18Overall, prompting and being able to
  307. 11:19assist and instruct an AI in the best
  308. 11:22way is also super super important. Now,
  309. 11:24the human side is your advantage. Okay?
  310. 11:28As long as you focus on these skill sets
  311. 11:30and you improve yourself, you will
  312. 11:32become better step by step. And the
  313. 11:35character that makes the difference is
  314. 11:37honesty, trust, excellence, and
  315. 11:40patience. These are the competitive
  316. 11:43advantages that we have as Muslims doing
  317. 11:45business because we care about certain
  318. 11:48things that that kafir basically don't
  319. 11:50think about in business and that
  320. 11:52actually can help us to go way further
  321. 11:54hit better results and stand front of
  322. 11:57Allahhana on the day of judgment not
  323. 11:59with just money in our pockets from our
  324. 12:01business but actually with good deeds
  325. 12:02that are even bigger inshallah
  326. 12:06grant us Jenna all of us inshallah mean
  327. 12:10what has been stopping stopping you so
  328. 12:11far from starting. I want you to ask
  329. 12:13yourself this question because I'm going
  330. 12:15to hand over all the information to you
  331. 12:18that you need in order to get started.
  332. 12:20So, actually, let me know in the
  333. 12:21comments in the chat why is it that you
  334. 12:23want to make this happen and succeed?
  335. 12:26What is it that has been stopping you
  336. 12:28from starting? Is it money? Is it
  337. 12:29skills? Is it time? Is it fear? Because
  338. 12:32I'm going to give you the blueprint. I
  339. 12:33want you to be honest with yourself
  340. 12:35because after tonight, there's no excuse
  341. 12:36anymore. There is no excuse anymore of
  342. 12:39like I don't know what to do because
  343. 12:40I'll be handing over everything to you
  344. 12:42and I want you to show commitment to it
  345. 12:44when I actually do that. Now let's see
  346. 12:47how the blueprint actually looks like.
  347. 12:49What the business model actually does.
  348. 12:51The ISA business model. We've talked
  349. 12:53about it briefly yesterday, but we're
  350. 12:55going to break it down exactly today
  351. 12:56till the dot. Now AI tools, you use AI
  352. 13:00to sell and provide a service to your
  353. 13:03client as an agency owner. That is
  354. 13:06literally simply what it means being an
  355. 13:09an agency owner that runs a business
  356. 13:11model like this. You know how the model
  357. 13:14works is you actually find a business
  358. 13:16with a problem. So you find a business
  359. 13:18with a problem, you use AI to solve it
  360. 13:21and you actually find a playing client
  361. 13:23because these two things are a magical
  362. 13:26combination when you look closer to it.
  363. 13:28I mean, for example, if you find a
  364. 13:30business owner with a problem, let's
  365. 13:32say, for example, you're looking for a
  366. 13:34barber shop close by, but they don't
  367. 13:36have a proper website and no one can
  368. 13:38find them. That is a clear problem. So,
  369. 13:40you solve that problem. You set up an
  370. 13:43something like this, like you set up an
  371. 13:45AI agent that has a coding experience,
  372. 13:48uh, coding experience, designing
  373. 13:49experience, and copying experience,
  374. 13:51writing copy, and all of that. And then
  375. 13:52AI can actually build it for you when
  376. 13:54you use the right tools and do it in the
  377. 13:56right way. Now um people understand the
  378. 14:01business you know they find it and that
  379. 14:02is actually what makes them get in touch
  380. 14:04with them. So you solve real problems
  381. 14:06for your customers and this is a real
  382. 14:08skill that can make you thousands of
  383. 14:10dollars a month and it's very very
  384. 14:11scalable. It's halal and it's something
  385. 14:13that can provide real success to you on
  386. 14:16the long term. Now think like a merchant
  387. 14:18back in the days we can learn so much
  388. 14:20from our beloved prophet Muhammad
  389. 14:22sallallahu alaihi wasallam the Quran the
  390. 14:24hadith everything together because many
  391. 14:26don't know that but our beloved prophet
  392. 14:28Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam
  393. 14:29peace be upon him he was emergent
  394. 14:31himself before his prophethood many of
  395. 14:33the sahabah traded too Allah be pleased
  396. 14:35with them Abu Bakrbadish
  397. 14:41may Allahh be pleased with all of them
  398. 14:44they did something that we actually
  399. 14:48never can achieve. Okay? Like I mean,
  400. 14:50let's be honest here. We shouldn't even
  401. 14:52be praising them just for the way they
  402. 14:53did business. It is just like a little
  403. 14:56crumble of what they really did. You
  404. 14:57know, their they never compromised any
  405. 15:00single dollar for their for their dean.
  406. 15:02[snorts]
  407. 15:03Now, but the way that they did business
  408. 15:05is something we can learn from and we
  409. 15:07should learn from. You know now how
  410. 15:10emergent thinks is you find demand,
  411. 15:13you organize the delivery and you
  412. 15:15provide the value
  413. 15:17and there are two different businesses
  414. 15:20and how you can actually run an agency
  415. 15:21like this. You're either a freelancer or
  416. 15:23you're an actual agency owner because
  417. 15:25there is a big difference and I've been
  418. 15:26on the other side of the table. Okay,
  419. 15:28you're either a freelancer that does the
  420. 15:31work personally or you're an agency
  421. 15:33owner that manages clients and delivery
  422. 15:36and is above that or once again you're a
  423. 15:39freelancer when your income is tied to
  424. 15:41your own time or your income is tied to
  425. 15:43the value that you deliver. Very clear
  426. 15:46difference. We talked about it
  427. 15:47yesterday. The difference between time
  428. 15:49and value.
  429. 15:51Now a freelancer stops earning when they
  430. 15:55stop when they stop working. An agency
  431. 15:58owner builds a system around the work
  432. 16:00and that just keeps going. You know,
  433. 16:03there's a big difference to it. And that
  434. 16:05also results in as a freelancer having
  435. 16:09an actual ceiling. You can only help so
  436. 16:13many clients every single month because
  437. 16:16your time is limited. But if you adapt
  438. 16:19and turn into an agency owner, you will
  439. 16:22see that sky is the limit. You can keep
  440. 16:24scaling from there. Now and you ask
  441. 16:27yourself would you rather do every task
  442. 16:29yourself or build a system around it
  443. 16:31that delivers is it uh it yourself like
  444. 16:33with AI basically right now there are
  445. 16:36three main players you need a client to
  446. 16:39be able to sell it to right and that
  447. 16:42client is someone who needs to feel pain
  448. 16:44that needs a valuable result then you
  449. 16:47need to find the client sell to them
  450. 16:50manage it and take responsibility
  451. 16:52there's still a lot of tasks that are on
  452. 16:54your plate and that are not replaceable
  453. 16:56with AI or so, you know, but of course
  454. 16:59you use the AI tools that help to
  455. 17:00produce and actually create the
  456. 17:03deliverables and that's all you need.
  457. 17:05You're the one who brings these two
  458. 17:07worlds together. Now, let's say you
  459. 17:09actually find a client and you build a
  460. 17:12website for them for $2,000. Now, the
  461. 17:14client hands $2,000 to you and you have
  462. 17:18only the delivery cost, which is AI
  463. 17:20tools, and you keep the difference in
  464. 17:22between. So the clients pays you $2,000.
  465. 17:25You pay the AI tools operating cost and
  466. 17:28what you keep is the profit. And now a
  467. 17:30business like this should have a profit
  468. 17:33of a minimum of like 80 90%.
  469. 17:37And you know the difference between
  470. 17:38revenue of what the client pays and
  471. 17:39profit is what you actually have after
  472. 17:42the cost. And that's what we need to
  473. 17:43talk about because most gurus online
  474. 17:46they talk about the actual uh revenue.
  475. 17:48They're like, "Oh, look at my e-commerce
  476. 17:49store 100K." But then they have like 20%
  477. 17:5310% margins, you know, and then it
  478. 17:56becomes way more tricky because your
  479. 17:58margin actually depends on your project
  480. 18:01scope, your expenses, your vision, and
  481. 18:03your client needs. And this is also how
  482. 18:05you determine the price. If one client
  483. 18:08pays $2,000 for a website, what would
  484. 18:11you need to deliver it? There's a whole
  485. 18:13stack that you need, right? You need
  486. 18:15design tools. You need to be able to
  487. 18:17build it. You need to actually write the
  488. 18:18copy, launch it. All these things are
  489. 18:21the things that we're going to talk
  490. 18:22about today. How you as a beginner can
  491. 18:24actually achieve that. Now, why this
  492. 18:26model works? You do not need an
  493. 18:27inventory,
  494. 18:29one service to start. The client already
  495. 18:31have budgets for these things because
  496. 18:32it's the main priority. AI can reduce
  497. 18:35your cost and you can scale without
  498. 18:37doing it all yourself, which saves a lot
  499. 18:39of time, makes it scalable. Now, this is
  500. 18:41how you build it. Before the steps, you
  501. 18:43need a road map. Not random AI services,
  502. 18:46not random things here and there. You
  503. 18:48know, you need a real agency that can
  504. 18:50grow. So, let's talk about it. The
  505. 18:52agency growth road map. You actually
  506. 18:54start with selling websites. One clear
  507. 18:57service. Then you build relationships.
  508. 19:00You find the first clients and you build
  509. 19:02referrals. You make sure those clients
  510. 19:03are happy with your f first projects,
  511. 19:05the the websites. And that's the moment
  512. 19:08when you can expect expand with your
  513. 19:10services. you can provide more value per
  514. 19:13client and increase the lifetime value.
  515. 19:17Now, what does that mean? I mean, a lot
  516. 19:18of people come to me and they're like,
  517. 19:20"Isn't selling websites with AI
  518. 19:22something a lot of people do and it's
  519. 19:23really accessible?" But you know what
  520. 19:25the thing is? Some people sell a few
  521. 19:27websites with AI. Okay, nice. But if you
  522. 19:28become a real professional in it, people
  523. 19:31will still choose for you rather than
  524. 19:32anyone else. And selling a website is
  525. 19:35just the first stepping stone to
  526. 19:36building an actual agency with more
  527. 19:39services. Let me explain because that's
  528. 19:41the only way to actually start and scale
  529. 19:43an agency. Let's talk about this, okay?
  530. 19:46Why starting with websites in this world
  531. 19:48full of AI? What can you deliver with an
  532. 19:51agency? There's a lot of things you can
  533. 19:52deliver. Websites, running ads, SEO,
  534. 19:54content, branding, email marketing,
  535. 19:57automations, video editing, all these
  536. 19:59things are things you can actually
  537. 20:00provide as an agency owner.
  538. 20:03But every service has a complexity
  539. 20:06factor to it.
  540. 20:08I mean websites is very accessible.
  541. 20:12It has a very low complexity factor. You
  542. 20:14build it, you deliver it and done.
  543. 20:16That's it. You just build a website. But
  544. 20:19let's look at running ads for example.
  545. 20:20You need to make creatives. You need to
  546. 20:22record the content with the client. You
  547. 20:24need ad skills. You need ad budget. High
  548. 20:27risk. The the world around this is
  549. 20:30changing every single day. And it's
  550. 20:31highly highly competitive. Now what
  551. 20:33about content? Making content as a
  552. 20:35service as an agency. It's also very
  553. 20:37high because you need to know what goes
  554. 20:38viral. You need to look into the viral
  555. 20:40trends every single day.
  556. 20:43You need to record it, edit it, the
  557. 20:45moving parts like planning, scheduling.
  558. 20:47There's so much that comes with it. And
  559. 20:49a client will not just judge you based
  560. 20:51on the content you make. They will judge
  561. 20:53you based on the results that come out
  562. 20:54of that. SEO, it is maybe a little bit
  563. 20:57medium, but still it takes very long to
  564. 21:00actually see results. No quick wins,
  565. 21:03ongoing work. you need to understand how
  566. 21:04to deliver that in the right way. So
  567. 21:07that's why I'm saying start with
  568. 21:09websites because they are simple to
  569. 21:11understand and you can make such quick
  570. 21:13money with it. But that's not where it
  571. 21:16stops. It is not just a side hustle to
  572. 21:18make some money with closing websites or
  573. 21:20whatsoever.
  574. 21:22You know, the one thing that never
  575. 21:24changes is a website because every
  576. 21:26service leads back to that website.
  577. 21:28Let's say you run ads. Where are you
  578. 21:30going to run ads to? It is to a landing
  579. 21:32page. It's to a website, it needs opt-in
  580. 21:34forms and whatsoever.
  581. 21:36What about content? If people click on a
  582. 21:39content and they actually want to know
  583. 21:41more about your company, they click a
  584. 21:43link in bio, they they you know, so that
  585. 21:46also goes to a website. SEO services
  586. 21:48lead to a website. Email marketing goes
  587. 21:51to some sort of website and deal
  588. 21:52whatsoever. Social media goes to a
  589. 21:54website. Referrals go to a website. So
  590. 21:56no matter what you do, when you grow
  591. 21:58into a bigger agency,
  592. 22:00it all starts with a website.
  593. 22:02Whatever service you add later, you need
  594. 22:04to understand websites no matter what.
  595. 22:07So as someone with no experience with
  596. 22:10someone who is starting from zero, the
  597. 22:13best most logical way to start your own
  598. 22:15side hustle but at the same time have a
  599. 22:18huge potential to build a big agency on
  600. 22:20the long term then you need to start
  601. 22:22with websites. A website does the job
  602. 22:25because let's say you are very hungry
  603. 22:27and you're on an vacation in Madrid in
  604. 22:30Europe. What do you do? You grab this
  605. 22:33thing, your phone, and you're like, I'm
  606. 22:35hungry. Where is a hal restaurant over
  607. 22:37here? And only the actual restaurants
  608. 22:40that show up in Google that have a
  609. 22:42website, that have a nice menu, you can
  610. 22:44actually check the menu. That's the
  611. 22:46restaurant that you will go to, right?
  612. 22:48All of us do the same thing. So, you
  613. 22:50check the menu, you check the place, and
  614. 22:52you go to the one that actually can find
  615. 22:54because if there's no website, no menu,
  616. 22:55you will never even go there. You will
  617. 22:57never even find it. Or what about your
  618. 22:59roof is leaking in your house? You need
  619. 23:01a roofer. You need a painter. You go
  620. 23:04Google it. We all do this. So it is and
  621. 23:08it might surprise you, but there are so
  622. 23:09many businesses that still have a very
  623. 23:12old website that hasn't been updated for
  624. 23:1410, 20 years or that even don't have a
  625. 23:17website in the first place. Subhan
  626. 23:19Allah. I talk to so many business owners
  627. 23:21every single day that do not have that.
  628. 23:24And this is an opportunity where we can
  629. 23:26jump into. It's a billiondoll market.
  630. 23:28Okay? And that's why a website is so
  631. 23:31super important. Now, why websites
  632. 23:33first? Once again, it's easy to
  633. 23:34understand, easy to demonstrate to the
  634. 23:36client. Every business needs one
  635. 23:38already. So, there's a market for it.
  636. 23:40One clear deliverable, recurring income,
  637. 23:42okay, with hosting and maintenance and
  638. 23:44all of these things. And AI builds it
  639. 23:46faster. It makes it easy to deliver. It
  640. 23:49gives you a potential to actually upsell
  641. 23:51with other things. Okay. Now, website
  642. 23:53once again, they are the starting point.
  643. 23:55Okay. the simplest ser service to
  644. 23:57deliver as a beginner and the base for
  645. 23:59everything you add later. Now, let's
  646. 24:02talk about that. Okay, relationships.
  647. 24:04After your first few clients, let's say
  648. 24:05you close some of the first clients,
  649. 24:07okay, business relationships, portfolio
  650. 24:09examples, client feedback, more
  651. 24:11experience. This is what you need to
  652. 24:13actually build a strong foundation.
  653. 24:16So, that is the human aspect aspect of
  654. 24:19it. AI cannot just do that out of
  655. 24:20nowhere. It requires hard work and
  656. 24:22consistency. And that is something that
  657. 24:2599.9% of people don't have. They don't
  658. 24:28have time to invest in all these things
  659. 24:30and that will set you apart from all the
  660. 24:31competitors. And a happy client is
  661. 24:35easier to serve again than a stranger.
  662. 24:38So let's talk about how to actually
  663. 24:39expand when you do the right thing. Over
  664. 24:42time you can actually add a lot of
  665. 24:44additional services. You can sell upsell
  666. 24:47maintenance for the service of the
  667. 24:49website. SEO, AI automation, CRM
  668. 24:51systems, lead generation systems, custom
  669. 24:54business tools, advanced web apps. Like
  670. 24:56there's so much that you can do after
  671. 24:58just building an website. You can keep
  672. 25:01serving the same client. But you do not
  673. 25:04need to offer these things immediately.
  674. 25:07You know, you can just start simple. But
  675. 25:09all these things are connected to a
  676. 25:10website. So a website is the starting
  677. 25:12point. Let's talk about scaling. Let's
  678. 25:14say in the upcoming months you find 25
  679. 25:18clients that paid you with $2,000. You
  680. 25:21already make $50,000 in just a few
  681. 25:23months. But that's not where it stops.
  682. 25:25It is not just hustling some websites
  683. 25:27here. No. Let's talk about this. Let's
  684. 25:30say out of those 25 clients that you
  685. 25:33have right now, 25% of them want a
  686. 25:36recurring service for SEO package and
  687. 25:39they pay $1,000 a month.
  688. 25:41000 a month for six clients, $6,000 a
  689. 25:45month is $72,000 per year. Okay? And
  690. 25:49that is out of the same clients you
  691. 25:51already had. So now with the same 25
  692. 25:53clients, you already made a total of
  693. 25:56$122,000.
  694. 25:58Now, let's talk about something even
  695. 26:00more like complex, but it has a high
  696. 26:02reward. High risk, high reward, running
  697. 26:04ads. something you should stay away from
  698. 26:06right now as a beginner, but it's an
  699. 26:08easy upsell when you become good at it
  700. 26:10and when you think it's a logical next
  701. 26:12step. So, help once again, help 25
  702. 26:14clients, upsell them with one of these
  703. 26:15services. If you find six clients that
  704. 26:18are paying you $3,000 per month for ad
  705. 26:20services, which is a very normal price
  706. 26:22to pay,
  707. 26:24then you're talking about over $200,000
  708. 26:26per year in recurring revenue. So,
  709. 26:29that's why I'm saying we're talking
  710. 26:31about a side hustle, okay? But I want to
  711. 26:33want you to understand that you're not
  712. 26:35just starting a side hustle by selling
  713. 26:37some websites with AI. No, we're talking
  714. 26:39about building a long-lasting business
  715. 26:41that can actually upsell clients into
  716. 26:43things that are even more valuable
  717. 26:44afterwards.
  718. 26:46But that's why I want you to start
  719. 26:47simple. Start with websites and expand
  720. 26:50step by step. That's how scaling works
  721. 26:53with an agency. You build repetable
  722. 26:55systems for sales, client on boarding,
  723. 26:58delivery, project management, customer
  724. 27:00retention, and recurring revenue. When
  725. 27:02you focus on these things as an agency
  726. 27:04owner, trust me, your future will be
  727. 27:06bright, especially once you understand
  728. 27:08AI. Now, my own journey followed this
  729. 27:11exact path. I started selling small
  730. 27:13projects for people around me like
  731. 27:15simple websites. Then I started
  732. 27:17improving the quality, better pricing,
  733. 27:20looking for better clients so I had the
  734. 27:21right experience. Then I turned into a
  735. 27:24more advanced service for your brand. My
  736. 27:27own agency, you can look it up on the
  737. 27:28internet. We started with development
  738. 27:30and then we started actually doing lead
  739. 27:32generation. So actually ads as a
  740. 27:34service, you know, that's how I scaled
  741. 27:37to a seven-figure agency and now I'm
  742. 27:39moving into building software. More
  743. 27:41about that in a second. Okay. Now, start
  744. 27:43simple. Get good at one valuable
  745. 27:46service, build relationships, and then
  746. 27:48expand.
  747. 27:49Here's a journey that we will walk
  748. 27:51through today. Okay. These are all the
  749. 27:53things that we are going to cover step
  750. 27:55by step today. So, also make sure to
  751. 27:56actually grab your notes as we go
  752. 27:59through this. Step number one, start
  753. 28:02your agency. We're going to talk about
  754. 28:04all of this. Step number two, finding
  755. 28:06leads. Very important. Something that a
  756. 28:09lot of us really struggle with. Step
  757. 28:12number three, contact prospects. How do
  758. 28:15you actually reach out to them and get
  759. 28:17in touch with them? How do you close
  760. 28:19them? How do you deliver projects and
  761. 28:22manage finances correctly? Now, let's
  762. 28:24actually go through that. Now, where do
  763. 28:27you want to be in 12 months? Keep this
  764. 28:29in mind while we go through all of these
  765. 28:31steps because trust me, it is more
  766. 28:33realistic than you think. Step number
  767. 28:35one, starting your agency.
  768. 28:37Let's go. As I said, you begin with
  769. 28:40websites because every business needs
  770. 28:42one. Clients understand it instantly and
  771. 28:45you can show the result. So, you pick
  772. 28:47something that businesses are already
  773. 28:48buying. Most business owners, they
  774. 28:51understand they need something like
  775. 28:52this, but they don't have the time to do
  776. 28:53it themselves.
  777. 28:56People are already looking. Okay, 46% of
  778. 29:00Google searches look for something
  779. 29:02local. Three in four people who search
  780. 29:05nearby visits
  781. 29:07uh a business within a day. One out of
  782. 29:10four small businesses still have no
  783. 29:12website. So, that means there's 25%
  784. 29:16of local businesses that you can close
  785. 29:18as a potential client. It's a no-brainer
  786. 29:21to start there. Now, let's take an
  787. 29:23example. Let's say you focus on
  788. 29:26barbershop, local barberhop. You do not
  789. 29:29go to them and like dial them and be
  790. 29:31like, "Hey, I can build your website
  791. 29:32with five pages." Like, no, that's not
  792. 29:33the offer. What you really offer is the
  793. 29:35outcome, the outcome of that website. So
  794. 29:39what you help them with is a better
  795. 29:41online presence that leads to more
  796. 29:44appointment requests.
  797. 29:47Now what a better online presence does
  798. 29:48for them is once again a customer looks
  799. 29:51them up and if they don't have a website
  800. 29:53no one can find them. But now you build
  801. 29:55a website for them so people can
  802. 29:56actually find them. They find a
  803. 29:58professional website where they can book
  804. 30:00appointments. You build a website that
  805. 30:02can book appointments for this barber
  806. 30:04shop. And now the business starts to get
  807. 30:06more bookings because they now have
  808. 30:09something they can promote on social
  809. 30:10media they can do and whatsoever. And
  810. 30:12that's what you do. You sell the
  811. 30:14opportunity. You sell the opportunity to
  812. 30:16have more online presence.
  813. 30:20Now your starting offer
  814. 30:22is that service. You have to find the
  815. 30:26ideal target customer local business and
  816. 30:29that is your offer. You offer a service
  817. 30:32aka a website to a target customer aka a
  818. 30:35local business
  819. 30:37and that is your offer. Now there is a
  820. 30:40lot of local businesses, okay? Barber
  821. 30:42shops, restaurants, gym owners, driving
  822. 30:44schools, roofers, dentists, beauty
  823. 30:46salons, you name it. 100 plus other
  824. 30:49options that you can pick from. But you
  825. 30:51want to become a specialist in one of
  826. 30:53these so that you can stand out because
  827. 30:55yes, everyone can make a nice website.
  828. 30:57But if you specialize in all in in one
  829. 31:00of these like areas, you will be able to
  830. 31:03serve them better.
  831. 31:08And that's the thing, you know, local
  832. 31:10businesses who need to be found and you
  833. 31:12actually help them with a better online
  834. 31:14presence, that results in more growth
  835. 31:16and revenue. Now, think about it. Think
  836. 31:19about your own environment of people
  837. 31:21that you know in your local area
  838. 31:23whatsoever. Which type of local
  839. 31:26businesses do you think that you know
  840. 31:28and understand the best? That's where
  841. 31:30you should start.
  842. 31:31Pick an industry that you have the most
  843. 31:36um interest in.
  844. 31:38Now, price, the value, not the hours.
  845. 31:41Very important lesson. We've talked
  846. 31:42about this many, many times.
  847. 31:45In this session, we used the $2,000 as
  848. 31:47an example.
  849. 31:49And you know now let's let's look
  850. 31:51actually at your situation. How much
  851. 31:53time do you actually have? If you look
  852. 31:55into your general schedule and a lot of
  853. 31:57um Muslims also tell me this you know
  854. 31:59from Monday to Friday you work in the
  855. 32:01Saturday and Sunday you want some family
  856. 32:03time in the evening you need to rest
  857. 32:04these things. But you need to look for
  858. 32:06little moments where you have some free
  859. 32:08time in order to actually be able to
  860. 32:10start a side hustle like this. So let's
  861. 32:12say during the working days you only
  862. 32:14have a little bit of free time maybe in
  863. 32:15the evening. Saturday, Sunday, you do a
  864. 32:17little bit in the in the morning. You
  865. 32:19can easily find 10 to 20 hours a week
  866. 32:21that you can add additionally to start
  867. 32:23something like this. And that's all you
  868. 32:25need. One to two, three hours per day on
  869. 32:28average is all you need in order to
  870. 32:29really build something valuable as a
  871. 32:32side hustle on the side. If you're still
  872. 32:34doubting that, then let me tell you
  873. 32:36something, okay? If you're not still not
  874. 32:37sure if you have the time, then I want
  875. 32:39you to really be honest with yourself
  876. 32:40and open up your phone and tell me
  877. 32:43honestly what is your screen time? If
  878. 32:45you would just lower that literally one
  879. 32:48hour a day because most of us really
  880. 32:50have like hours and hours that we're
  881. 32:52spending on social media. If you just
  882. 32:54cut one hour per day, that's already
  883. 32:55seven hours extra per week. You cannot
  884. 32:57tell me and you're all you guys are all
  885. 32:59here already watching me for another 40
  886. 33:01minutes right now. That's the thing.
  887. 33:06It's all about priorities. You can
  888. 33:08always make time. You can always make
  889. 33:10time free, right?
  890. 33:13We're building a hellside hustle, not a
  891. 33:15replacement of your job, not a second
  892. 33:16income.
  893. 33:18That's the thing. Like I said yesterday,
  894. 33:20I don't want you to quit your job. Okay?
  895. 33:23Your job is what you do today. This
  896. 33:24covers the bills. I don't want you to
  897. 33:25take any risk. I'm not saying that you
  898. 33:26have to start a business out of nowhere
  899. 33:28and risk it all. What if you with this
  900. 33:31agency, with this side hustle, can make
  901. 33:33an extra $5,000 on top of your income? I
  902. 33:37mean, that would change a lot, right?
  903. 33:38But that's just two, three websites a
  904. 33:39month. If you sell it on average for
  905. 33:41like $2,000, then you make already that
  906. 33:435K. You know, it's about simple math.
  907. 33:45It's about simple thinking. I don't like
  908. 33:48to make things too complex. I want to
  909. 33:50keep it simple for you to understand
  910. 33:51because that is truly what gives the
  911. 33:53freedom
  912. 33:56so you can be the giving hand. And
  913. 33:58that's the thing, you know, our beloved
  914. 33:59prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
  915. 34:00wasallam said that the giving hand, the
  916. 34:02upper hand is better than the lower
  917. 34:03hand.
  918. 34:06Now, think about it for yourself. What
  919. 34:08would an extra $5,000 per month change
  920. 34:11for you? What would that do? And we've
  921. 34:14talked about this earlier yesterday. We
  922. 34:17are all here with very beautiful reasons
  923. 34:19to start.
  924. 34:22And that's actually where you also
  925. 34:23should start. One service, one type of
  926. 34:26customer, one simple offer, and one way
  927. 34:28to get paid. That's it. Brothers and
  928. 34:30sisters did the exact same thing like
  929. 34:32the results that I shared so far.
  930. 34:34Brother Ali, okay, you have a service.
  931. 34:37You know who you're selling to and your
  932. 34:39agency is ready. That's it. But there's
  933. 34:40a problem. Okay, you don't have clients
  934. 34:42yet. You probably start to get a little
  935. 34:44bit to understand to know like the
  936. 34:47foundation of this, you know, but let's
  937. 34:49actually talk about the real real deal
  938. 34:51here today. Finding clients, contacting
  939. 34:54prospects, like all these things. So,
  940. 34:57step two after you set up the foundation
  941. 34:59of your business is you need to find
  942. 35:01your first leads. local business that
  943. 35:04has a problem because that's what you
  944. 35:06call a lead. A lead is not just any
  945. 35:08random business owner. No, you want
  946. 35:10business owners that really have a
  947. 35:12problem, right?
  948. 35:14There's no shortage of local businesses.
  949. 35:16There's literally 300 million plus
  950. 35:20businesses worldwide.
  951. 35:25There are only 24,000 of us here joining
  952. 35:29this event right now. That means that
  953. 35:30even if every one of us would start a
  954. 35:32business today, we couldn't even serve
  955. 35:341% of the potential. That's why I'm
  956. 35:36here. Like the potential is so big and I
  957. 35:38want us Muslims to actually take
  958. 35:40advantage of this opportunity. Okay. So,
  959. 35:42where do we find those leads? Let's
  960. 35:44actually dive into it. Where are these
  961. 35:46leads hiding? You can find them
  962. 35:48anywhere. Okay. You can go to Google
  963. 35:49maps, Google search, you can uh go to
  964. 35:52social media, local uh directories, your
  965. 35:55own network, local groups, and you will
  966. 35:57be surprised to what you will be finding
  967. 36:00over there. Trust me when I say that
  968. 36:02because when you just go to Google Maps
  969. 36:04and you're typing in roofers or painters
  970. 36:06nearby or whatsoever, just out of the 50
  971. 36:08results that you get, if you click on
  972. 36:09every single website, you will see that
  973. 36:11like 25 35% of all of these leads, one
  974. 36:14out of four, two out of four almost will
  975. 36:17have either a very bad website, they
  976. 36:18don't have a website, the website is not
  977. 36:20updated for very long. So these are all
  978. 36:22potential clients that you can sell to.
  979. 36:24So just search like a customer. Act like
  980. 36:27you are looking for these services, but
  981. 36:31then don't click on the first one. Click
  982. 36:33on page number 10 on Google. Go to page
  983. 36:35number seven on Google. No one looks
  984. 36:37there except you and you can contact
  985. 36:38them. Right? Spot the problem. Either no
  986. 36:42website or a bad website. And then write
  987. 36:45it down. Make a whole list of these
  988. 36:47potential leads that you can reach out
  989. 36:49to so you can actually start reaching
  990. 36:52out. Every business without a good
  991. 36:54website is a potential client. And like
  992. 36:56I said, there are so so many. Now, AI
  993. 36:58can speed this up, and we'll talk about
  994. 36:59that in a second. Okay.
  995. 37:02But I want you to ask yourself this
  996. 37:04question constantly. Which businesses
  997. 37:06near you do not have a website? Look for
  998. 37:09barbers, look for restaurants, look for
  999. 37:10gym owners, look for your area. And this
1000. 37:12works differently in every area. I mean,
1001. 37:14we have Muslims here from 122 different
  1002. 37:16countries. Allah.
1003. 37:18So, you have to make a decision over
1004. 37:20there. And finding leads is actually a
1005. 37:22skill. and skills can be learned. Now,
1006. 37:27this is how you do it, okay? You just
1007. 37:29literally just go to Google and you find
1008. 37:30these leads. Step number three is
1009. 37:33contacting them. And then it gets a
1010. 37:34little bit more tricky. Now, step number
  1011. 37:36three, contacting customers. There's a
1012. 37:38lot of ways to reach out. You can send
1013. 37:40them an email, direct message, phone
1014. 37:42call, in person. You can just walk in
1015. 37:44their store and be like, "Hey, I want to
1016. 37:46help you." And there's so much more.
  1017. 37:47Social media, Facebook, Instagram,
  1018. 37:49WhatsApp, whatever. Right?
1019. 37:52same goal, very different results. So,
1020. 37:55there's different things you can do. A
1021. 37:58lot of people make the mistake by
1022. 37:59sending them a very simple um static
  1023. 38:02message. You're saying like, "Hey, I
1024. 38:03build websites. I have an agency and uh
1025. 38:07you know, contact us if you are
  1026. 38:08interested in it." No, I mean that's not
1027. 38:10going to work. You need to make it
1028. 38:12personal. You need to say something
1029. 38:14like, "Hey, Sam Lake, hey John,
  1030. 38:15whatsoever." try to find the owner's
1031. 38:17name and be like, "I noticed that your
1032. 38:19business name, like your business, Fresh
  1033. 38:21Cuts, Barberhop, whatsoever, doesn't
  1034. 38:23have a website right now. I can help
1035. 38:25your customers to book online, to build
1036. 38:27these fancy tools to actually help you."
  1037. 38:30And that's where things get different.
1038. 38:33You know, personal touch beats generic
  1039. 38:36every time.
1040. 38:38The good word is charity. So, you even
1041. 38:40be you need to make sure you be kind,
1042. 38:42respectful when you do these outreaches.
1043. 38:43But when you do that in the right way,
1044. 38:46I mean that's where it gets interesting.
1045. 38:48Now what the math actually looks like,
  1046. 38:50okay, 100 businesses contacted. So let's
  1047. 38:54say you contact over around 100
1048. 38:56businesses. You all send them messages.
  1049. 38:58Then it's a volume game. So you can
1050. 39:00expect maybe five replies. Three people
1051. 39:02are not interested. Two people are okay
1052. 39:04to have a conversation. You close one
1053. 39:06client. So you send 100 messages and you
  1054. 39:09close one client worth $2,000.
1055. 39:12and that's it. Repeat that two, three
  1056. 39:14times a month and you're at that like 5k
1057. 39:17extra per month. Now, most people won't
  1058. 39:21reply and that's normal. You only need a
  1059. 39:23few. It's a volume game. It is genuinely
1060. 39:25a volume game and that's when you win.
1061. 39:27And email is one option. Sending
1062. 39:29messages is one option, but there are
1063. 39:30many many options. One of the best ones
1064. 39:32that worked for me and you saw all these
1065. 39:34videos that I shared with you in the
1066. 39:35beginning, cold calling worked very very
  1067. 39:38well.
1068. 39:40Now, how how many businesses would you
1069. 39:42contact by this week? And that's like
1070. 39:44the question you need to ask yourself.
1071. 39:46How much can I do on a daily basis? How
1072. 39:47much can I do on a weekly basis? Because
1073. 39:50that's going to determine how much
1074. 39:51clients you can eventually close. Well,
1075. 39:53the Hassan actually went through this,
1076. 39:56did these tips and tricks. He showed you
1077. 39:58actually went through it that I showed
1078. 39:59you and he made $10,000 in one week.
1079. 40:04He went all in on outreach and that's
1080. 40:06it. When you can go allin and commit,
  1081. 40:08there's a potential to it. A huge
1082. 40:10potential. Step number four, closing
1083. 40:12clients. Let's talk about that so you
1084. 40:15know how to reach out to them, how to
  1085. 40:16find these leads. Now, let's actually
1086. 40:17talk about closing. Okay, from prospect
1087. 40:20to paying clients. So, you first need a
  1088. 40:23prospect, a lead. You need to have a
1089. 40:24conversation with them. Then you do a
1090. 40:26proposal. You do an offer. And when you
  1091. 40:28agree, you make a payment, a quick
1092. 40:31upfront and pay uh payment, and then you
1093. 40:33on board them. That is literally how you
1094. 40:35move from a prospect to an actual paying
  1095. 40:37client. Right now, closing isn't
  1096. 40:40pressure. It's helping them decide a
1097. 40:43short conversation. So, someone is like,
1098. 40:45"Okay, I want more bookings." You can
1099. 40:47help with that. They will ask questions,
1100. 40:50and then you write a proposal for them,
1101. 40:52what it looks like, how long it's going
1102. 40:54to take, how much you are going to ask
1103. 40:56for it, and they can accept it or not.
1104. 40:58where they accept they pay a deposit few
  1105. 41:01like a percentage of it 50% up front 20%
1106. 41:04up front whatsoever you build it
1107. 41:07and you're selling the halal way keep
1108. 41:09that in mind we are always honest about
1109. 41:10what we deliver communication is
1110. 41:12everything we cannot do fake promises or
1111. 41:13guarantees or you know we need a clear
1112. 41:15surprising scope and we need to agree
1113. 41:18beforehand what is going to happen
1114. 41:21Allahh says in the Quran oh you have who
1115. 41:24have believed do not consume one other's
1116. 41:26wealth unjustly but only through trade
  1117. 41:28by mutual consent. So it's very
1118. 41:30important to keep that in mind. If the
1119. 41:33seller and the buyer are truthful and
1120. 41:35make things clear, their trade is
1121. 41:37blessed. If they lie and hide, the
1122. 41:39blessing of their trade is erased. And
1123. 41:42this is something you should fear as a
1124. 41:43Muslim when you do business. You're not
  1125. 41:45selling a website. You're selling more
  1126. 41:47customers for them. You're selling a
  1127. 41:48potential for them. You're selling
  1128. 41:50online presence for them.
1129. 41:52Could you explain to a barber why he
1130. 41:54needs a website? Do you feel comfortable
1131. 41:57with going out there and actually making
  1132. 41:58sales? Important question.
1133. 42:03Step number five, when you close the
1134. 42:04client, you have to deliver the
  1135. 42:06projects.
  1136. 42:07Now, when they say yes, there's a few
1137. 42:10steps you have to go through in that
1138. 42:12process. The kickoff, gathering the
1139. 42:14content, the information, then you build
1140. 42:16it with AI. You put all the input for
1141. 42:18them into the project. You review, you
1142. 42:21improve, you stay in control, you need
1143. 42:23critical thinking, and then you launch.
1144. 42:24So this is in general what you have to
1145. 42:26go through. But all of these steps come
  1146. 42:27with a lot of depth.
1147. 42:30AI builds the first version. You make it
1148. 42:32great because clients will remember the
1149. 42:35difference. Okay. Poor delivery, no
1150. 42:37updates, regular updates, you know, all
1151. 42:40these different things are mattering
1152. 42:42very very much. Quality is your job. AI
1153. 42:44helps and you make the final decisions.
1154. 42:47Indeed, Allah loves that when one of you
1155. 42:50does a job, he does it with excellence.
1156. 42:51So you want to make sure that when you
1157. 42:52deliver, you do it in the best way
1158. 42:53better than anyone because when you do
1159. 42:56that, clients will talk like proudly
1160. 42:58about you, about their website. They
1161. 43:00will recommend you to others and that's
1162. 43:01when the ball gets rolling.
1163. 43:04A happy client brings more. You know, a
1164. 43:06happy client gives positive reviews,
  1165. 43:08referrals, and new clients.
  1166. 43:10Now, brother David, a brother who
1167. 43:12started with nothing, went through this
1168. 43:14journey and actually made it happen
  1169. 43:15himself.
1170. 43:17He ended last year with 100K in revenue.
1171. 43:24Now what would you make a client say wow
1172. 43:26what is the thing always ask yourself
1173. 43:28that question and then lastly when you
1174. 43:30have this whole circle complete and it's
1175. 43:33actually working and we will talk even
1176. 43:34more in depth about this in the upcoming
1177. 43:36weeks uh days I mean during this
1178. 43:38challenge you know I mean this challenge
1179. 43:40just got started but I want you to
1180. 43:41understand that this is kind of the
1181. 43:43basics of every step tomorrow we'll talk
1182. 43:45about how you can actually even imply
1183. 43:47implement these steps even more in depth
1184. 43:49with AI whatsoever But one very
1185. 43:51important thing is when you start making
1186. 43:52money, you need to know what to do with
1187. 43:53that money. So let's talk about this as
  1188. 43:55well. Managing your finances. When a
1189. 43:57client pays, you need to set up an
1190. 43:59agency account in the right way. You
1191. 44:01need to measure the cost, the taxes, the
1192. 44:03rules, your profit, and all these
1193. 44:04things. You send the invoice and you
1194. 44:06need to keep it simple. Clear invoices,
1195. 44:08track what comes in, goes out, set money
1196. 44:10aside for taxes if you still live in in
1197. 44:13the West and all of these things, right?
1198. 44:15And you keep business money separate. A
1199. 44:17lot of people they send an invoice, use
1200. 44:19their personal account, all these things
  1201. 44:20get messed up. There's a lot of things
1202. 44:22you need to know. And if you mess up
1203. 44:23over there, you can mess up a lot in
1204. 44:25business, especially if you want to do
  1205. 44:26it on the side.
1206. 44:28You you want to you don't want to take
  1207. 44:29risk over there. Let's say you have 10
1208. 44:31clients. What you can do is you can
  1209. 44:33actually upsell those 10 clients with
  1210. 44:34hosting and support. Let's say you
  1211. 44:36charge $100 for a hosting and support.
  1212. 44:38You make an extra $1,000 per month. It's
1213. 44:41$12,000 per year. So you don't need to
1214. 44:43just make it uh in b in terms of your
1215. 44:45administration set it up in the right
1216. 44:47way. You also want to make sure that you
1217. 44:50uh treat your finances and your clients
1218. 44:51in the most effective way so you can
1219. 44:53also make more off of your current
1220. 44:55projects. But keep it halal clear
1221. 44:56contracts uh contract records and also
1222. 44:59no interest. Stay away from reba. Make
1223. 45:01sure you don't have contracts that are
1224. 45:02based on reba. You don't work with the
1225. 45:04wrong software tools and things when you
1226. 45:06actually send invoices because Allahhana
1227. 45:08tala has declared war against people who
1228. 45:11are involved in that and remember your
1229. 45:13zakad and your sodaka as a business
1230. 45:16owner this is what is very very
  1231. 45:18important and that's the whole journey
1232. 45:20if I would summarize it in a quick way
1233. 45:23you've seen the steps you've seen the
1234. 45:25results and it is possible
1235. 45:28others have walked that exact path the
1236. 45:30same path all the brothers and sisters
  1237. 45:32that I'm actually showing you during
1238. 45:33this session have went through that and
1239. 45:37I do this myself as well. My agency for
1240. 45:38your brand has helped over 250 clients.
1241. 45:41You can look it up. You can literally
1242. 45:43look it up online for your brand and you
1243. 45:45will be able to find the agency of me.
1244. 45:49Which step feels the hardest to you is
1245. 45:50also something to really ask yourself
1246. 45:53right now as you are in this challenge
1247. 45:54because in the upcoming days I'll be
1248. 45:56breaking this down even in more details.
1249. 45:59You know the journey. The real question
1250. 46:00is what AI tools do we even need? We've
1251. 46:03not talked about this yet. You now know
  1252. 46:05the foundation of doing business. That's
1253. 46:06what we talked about on day one. Day
1254. 46:08two, you now know the business model.
1255. 46:09You know what to do. But which AI tools
1256. 46:12do you need? And that's actually creates
1257. 46:14some problems. Okay? Because it can be
1258. 46:17very very expensive if you make the
1259. 46:18wrong decisions over here. You need AI
1260. 46:20assistants like chipt claw and all these
  1261. 46:22things. And it like is 20 to $40 a
1262. 46:25month. Plus they ask more credits when
1263. 46:27you run out of uh these things. You need
1264. 46:28a website builder, designing tools, lead
1265. 46:30finders, because you're not going to do
  1266. 46:32that uh u like manually, right? You're
1267. 46:35not going to start going to Google and
1268. 46:37then finding hundred leads manually by
1269. 46:39clicking on their website. No, you need
1270. 46:41AI to do all of this because otherwise
  1271. 46:43it's becoming a big mess. Outreaching
1272. 46:45and emailing tools, CRM to make sure you
1273. 46:48can actually have a pipeline where you
1274. 46:49manage your clients because if you lose
1275. 46:51track of that, it becomes a complete
1276. 46:53chaos. For delivery, you need project
  1277. 46:55management tools, invoicing and
1278. 46:57accounting. And then all these tools of
1279. 46:59AI have always underlaying additional
1280. 47:01credits. So you end up spending $300,
1281. 47:05like hundreds of dollars. It can even be
1282. 47:06more than that. Well, you didn't even
1283. 47:08start it. Before you earn a scent,
  1284. 47:10you're spending $4,000 a year already on
1285. 47:13tools. And that is the biggest issue
  1286. 47:15that I'm seeing with a lot of Muslims.
1287. 47:17They are convinced of the agency model.
1288. 47:19They know that AI can do so much, but
  1289. 47:21they don't don't know which tools are
1290. 47:22good, know where to start, and all of
1291. 47:24this stuff. And that's really why you
1292. 47:26need to pay attention over here because
1293. 47:28most of them, they they charge extra.
1294. 47:30You will run out fast and it's just like
1295. 47:32at least $4,000 per year that you will
1296. 47:34already lose, you know. And problem two
1297. 47:37is there's also no clear guidance. They
1298. 47:39will just hand over tools to you and you
1299. 47:41ask, "Which tool is the best for making
1300. 47:43websites?" But then you get handed over
1301. 47:45a tool and you don't even know how that
1302. 47:46works. You know what you need versus the
1303. 47:49tools that you most of the time get is
1304. 47:51like you need to figure it out all by
1305. 47:53yourself, but you want to know what is
1306. 47:54the next clear step. Which tool do I
1307. 47:56need to use right now to move on, right?
1308. 48:00Hours of tutorials. No, you don't want
1309. 48:03that. You want to make sure you just
1310. 48:04exactly know what to do for your
1311. 48:06business. Nobody uh wants to know what
1312. 48:08comes next. And that's like the biggest
1313. 48:10uh uh difference. you know
  1314. 48:13that um
1315. 48:16what you want is you want to know which
1316. 48:18single tool works and that brings us to
1317. 48:21problem number three is you don't know
1318. 48:23who's behind it I mean you are managing
  1319. 48:26your client's data and your own data a
1320. 48:29brand new tool every single week by who
1321. 48:32who designed it who built it stored
1322. 48:34where used for what like we have so many
1323. 48:38big AI tools and AI tools that are not
1324. 48:40even existing for longer than a few
1325. 48:42months right now. But like who's owning
1326. 48:46the data? What if anything goes wrong?
1327. 48:47We don't know where it goes, right?
1328. 48:50Brand new tools, unknown owners, no
1329. 48:53Muslim owners built on years uh built on
1330. 48:56your values in mind. Like and that's the
1331. 48:58thing, you know, like we don't know and
1332. 49:01there's no all in place. you have eight
  1333. 49:03different loginins, monthly bills,
1334. 49:05learning curve and no tools that work
1335. 49:08together and they all will stack up. The
1336. 49:10expenses, the guidance that you miss,
1337. 49:12the unknown owners data and nothing that
1338. 49:14is connected is just a complete mess. So
1339. 49:17that's why at the majority of this
1340. 49:19event, I actually together with you want
1341. 49:21to actually really really look deeper
1342. 49:23into what AI tools you need in order to
1343. 49:26get there. And we're going to talk about
1344. 49:27all of this, but that's also what holds
1345. 49:31most Muslims back from actually starting
  1346. 49:33because understanding this opportunity
1347. 49:34makes sense. All these steps and these
1348. 49:37things, it makes sense. You need to find
1349. 49:39clients and build build a website. But
1350. 49:40what tools do you use?
1351. 49:43The business is simple. The tools is
1352. 49:45what makes the whole headache over here.
  1353. 49:46And that's what I found myself when I
1354. 49:48run my own business, you know, for a
1355. 49:50long time. Because what you need is
1356. 49:51tools that you can trust. Simple tools,
1357. 49:54affordable tools, the right steps, the
1358. 49:56right guidance, and one place. Just a
1359. 49:58simple one place, right? Remember that
  1360. 50:00weight list from yesterday?
1361. 50:03This is what you've been waiting on.
1362. 50:04This is exactly what I have built. What
1363. 50:07if it all can live in one place? You can
1364. 50:09just manage your business not with all
1365. 50:11these thousands of tools and thousands
1366. 50:13of dollars, just in one simple place.
1367. 50:16What if it came with the guidance even
1368. 50:19as well how to use it? I'm not just
1369. 50:21handing over a simple tool to you like
1370. 50:23and then be like good luck. No, it comes
1371. 50:25with actual practical guidance. And what
1372. 50:27if it was built by Muslims for Muslims
1373. 50:29only exclusively with your values at its
1374. 50:32core, your data protection, ribbree, all
  1375. 50:35these things. Today I'm super super
1376. 50:38proud and excited to show you what I've
1377. 50:40been building on together with my team
1378. 50:42and that is HIMA AI. It is an actual
1379. 50:45software agent, a software tool, an AI
1380. 50:48tool that helps you to start, manage and
1381. 50:50scale your business in one platform as a
1382. 50:52Muslim. And HIMA is a word that comes
1383. 50:55originally from Arabic that stands for
  1384. 50:58high aspiration and strong
  1385. 51:00determination. And that's what it is.
1386. 51:03You can build in the right way. It's
1387. 51:04halal by design. Okay? Nothing is wrong
  1388. 51:06with it. It's fundamentally built for
1389. 51:08Muslims by Muslims. clear privacy
1390. 51:10policies, data protection, and it is
  1391. 51:13built by a team of over 20 plus
  1392. 51:14professionals. Alhamdulillah, I cannot
1393. 51:16take credit just for myself. Okay? I've
  1394. 51:18been investing over half a million
1395. 51:20dollars into this to make it happen. And
1396. 51:22now the moment is there. You know, it
1397. 51:24moves you. It bridges you from you not
1398. 51:27knowing what to do today to actually
1399. 51:29building that agency. What you do not
1400. 51:31know yet, the tools, the steps, the
1401. 51:33guidance, and everything, all of it step
1402. 51:35by step is revealed to you inside of
1403. 51:38this platform. And that is what HIMA is.
1404. 51:40It is the bridge between you right now
1405. 51:41and getting there. HIMMA gives you the
1406. 51:44tools, the trust, the simple tools,
1407. 51:46affordable tools, the right steps, the
1408. 51:48guidance, and one place. One place to
1409. 51:50actually do it. Remember the six steps
1410. 51:52that we talked about today. Starting
1411. 51:53your agency, finding those leads,
1412. 51:55contacting the prospects, close clients,
1413. 51:57delivering the projects, and managing
1414. 51:58your finances. All of that is done in
1415. 52:01one environment, one simple dashboard.
1416. 52:04One login, one bill. always know what's
1417. 52:07next and everything is connected. Now,
  1418. 52:09most beginners don't quit because it's
1419. 52:10hard. They quit because they do not know
1420. 52:12the next step. And I figured that
  1421. 52:14myself. I had such a big problem when I
1422. 52:18was running my own agency with all these
  1423. 52:19other tools. Like $4,000 per year. I
  1424. 52:22wish that that's the only thing that I
1425. 52:23lost. At some point, I was spending like
1426. 52:25insane amount of money on AI tools that
1427. 52:28I actually didn't need it. And it was
1428. 52:30all over the place. And a blank page is
1429. 52:33where most people stop. They have the
1430. 52:34interest. They have the information but
1431. 52:36they don't know where to actually start.
1432. 52:38And that's the thing you need something
  1433. 52:40that fits your situation.
1434. 52:42Now the first thing step one himma
1435. 52:45actually helps you to start your
  1436. 52:47business your agency guided. There's an
1437. 52:49AI assistance that talks to you and that
1438. 52:52can actually make and build it for you.
1439. 52:55Searching leads by hand takes you two to
  1440. 52:58three hours a day. Is that what you're
1441. 53:00going to do? Are you going to go to
1442. 53:02Google manually, type it in, which
  1443. 53:04website doesn't uh like which business
1444. 53:06doesn't have a website and make that
1445. 53:07list manually? It's going to take hours
1446. 53:10and hours to to do that. You will never
1447. 53:13be able to do that. Like we do not have
1448. 53:15time, right? Like I mean two to three
1449. 53:17hours a day on only lead searching.
1450. 53:19You're not going to build a business out
  1451. 53:21of that.
1452. 53:22The best leads have a clear problem. So
1453. 53:25you want to find specific leads that
1454. 53:26don't have a website or an outdated one.
1455. 53:29and I AI can actually do that in the
1456. 53:31right way with HIMA. Now, step number
1457. 53:33two, a list that you build hand by hand
1458. 53:36is a list that stops you from growing.
1459. 53:38So, that's the thing. HIMA AI actually
1460. 53:40builds you a lead list that is manually
1461. 53:44crafted based on your local area and it
1462. 53:48looks for the leads in your business
  1463. 53:51area.
  1464. 53:53Now, writing 50 personal messages by
1465. 53:55hand takes hours. You're going to write
  1466. 53:57these personalized messages yourself.
  1467. 54:00Hey, I looked at your website. I found
  1468. 54:02this problem.
1469. 54:04Find a website, find the problem, send
  1470. 54:05the message. You're 20 minutes in with
1471. 54:07one lead. You're not going to make it
  1472. 54:11because it's a volume game. And if you
1473. 54:13don't track it, you don't even know what
1474. 54:14works. Did they even open it? Who
  1475. 54:16replied? Who needs a follow-up? Outreach
  1476. 54:19is a volume game. Volume needs
1477. 54:21consistency. And AI can actually bring
1478. 54:23that consistency. It can do everything
  1479. 54:25for you.
1480. 54:27Reach out at skill. You can actually
1481. 54:30with HIMA reach out to clients at skill
1482. 54:33on a personal level. HIMA AI writes the
1483. 54:36emails for you, crafts it for you, and
  1484. 54:37sends it on autopilot.
1485. 54:40Leads in notes, DMs, and your head.
1486. 54:44That's how it get lost. A proposal that
1487. 54:46takes you an evening, cost you a moment,
1488. 54:48all these things. Following up with
1489. 54:50these deals and know what to do. We have
1490. 54:51a whole pipeline. You can manage your
1491. 54:54clients and you can see where are they.
  1492. 54:56Is this still a lead or a conversation?
1493. 54:58The proposal following up AI all of it.
1494. 55:01HIMA tracks it for you.
1495. 55:05Three projects at once without chaos and
1496. 55:08tracking will never work. Clients who
1497. 55:10feel that they're in the loop stay
1498. 55:12forever. And that's why in HIMA you can
1499. 55:14deliver the projects. You can work with
1500. 55:16it in the right way. And that's where we
1501. 55:19can just keep going. Clear invoices. you
1502. 55:21can send and manage your finances. If
1503. 55:23you cannot see your income and your
1504. 55:24cost, you'd never see your profit. So
1505. 55:26that's why we built um an actual
1506. 55:29environment inside of him where you can
1507. 55:31manage all of your finances. Everything
1508. 55:33that we cover today is in one place.
1509. 55:35Literally, not eight separate tools, not
1510. 55:38spending hundreds of dollars a month. It
1511. 55:40is for a fraction of the price.
1512. 55:43Not figuring out all of this by yourself
1513. 55:45alone. No. Guided step by step. Unknown
1514. 55:48owners and data. Oh, this is a Muslim
1515. 55:50team. All of the developers that are
1516. 55:51building HIMA are Muslims. Clear privacy
1517. 55:54policies and everything is safe. Aid
1518. 55:57loginins, nothing connected. But in
1519. 55:59HIMA, we have it all in one place. Once
1520. 56:01again, now until today, okay, HIMA AI
1521. 56:04wasn't open to the public. I've only
1522. 56:06used it for my own agency and for a few
1523. 56:09selective Muslims that I all shared the
1524. 56:11case studies with you already. But today
1525. 56:14is the big big moment. The big moment
  1526. 56:16that we've all been waiting for.
  1527. 56:17Alhamdulillah.
1528. 56:19For the first time ever, we are making
1529. 56:21it publicly accessible for Muslims and
1530. 56:23for Muslims only. And I have a deal for
1531. 56:26you. It's not where it starts. It stops.
1532. 56:28I mean, I'm not saying you have to buy a
1533. 56:30course from me. I mean, the information
1534. 56:32is free. I'll tell you what to do, okay?
1535. 56:34And you also don't have to risk your
  1536. 56:35money. I have a guarantee for you. I
1537. 56:37have something even better. Inside of
1538. 56:38HIMA, together with my team, we made a
1539. 56:41golden rule. And that rule is that on
1540. 56:43all products, if you commit, if you
1541. 56:46follow the steps, and if you use the
1542. 56:48software for six months, but you do not
1543. 56:50succeed with it, then I'll give you all
1544. 56:51your money back plus $500 out of my own
1545. 56:54pocket because I believe so much in
1546. 56:56this. Okay? So, you don't have to buy a
1547. 56:58course. You don't have to risk your
  1548. 57:00money because I have an 100% money back
1549. 57:02guarantee after six months. How does
1550. 57:04that sound? Risk- free. Let's just get
1551. 57:06this done. I've worked on this for so so
1552. 57:09long. I've tested this myself for months
1553. 57:12now. Okay, listen. This is how it's
1554. 57:14going to work. This is what you're
1555. 57:16getting. Okay, the HIMA software in and
1556. 57:17of itself consists of the following
1557. 57:18things. You get a personal AI assistant,
1558. 57:21thousand free leads in your niche with
1559. 57:23scraping and all of it personalized
1560. 57:26invoicing, delivery, and all of that in
1561. 57:28one place. You can set up your entire
1562. 57:30business with AI. You can pick your
1563. 57:32service, set up your business, analyze
1564. 57:34your market, write your plan of
1565. 57:35approach, everything done with AI.
1566. 57:38You can just talk to it and it does it
1567. 57:40for you. Thousand leads in your niche.
1568. 57:42Himma will scrape it for you and you can
1569. 57:44directly start. Set crystal clear
1570. 57:47revenue targets and reach out and track
1571. 57:50your progress. You can write and send
1572. 57:52proposals, manage your projects. You can
1573. 57:54create and send invoices and track all
  1574. 57:56of your finances.
1575. 57:59And now this is my favorite feature.
1576. 58:03You can turn your profit into sodaka
  1577. 58:06with our sodaka calculator.
1578. 58:10Our developers built something very
1579. 58:11powerful. We have an official
1580. 58:13partnership with Matthew and also
1581. 58:15started our own initiative called Dafi
1582. 58:17where we try to be as much involved in
1583. 58:20charity both with this HIMA itself and
1584. 58:22also the clients inside. And once again,
1585. 58:25you get access to HIMA, all of the
1586. 58:27things that you just saw, but I'm also
1587. 58:29going to bundle it with the most
  1588. 58:31valuable products that I've ever created
1589. 58:33so far. You will get access to the web
1590. 58:35agency code mentorship program, which is

1598. 58:56you think this is already valuable, just

1600. 59:01of the community, we have fun and
  1601. 59:02exciting community challenges. There's
  1602. 59:04even for sisters a specific special
1603. 59:07niche list for sisters that they can use
1604. 59:10so that they can protect themselves and
1605. 59:11stay safe. We have a community of over

  1736. 1:04:47this landing page. There's a five to I
1737. 1:04:50believe five minute video. It explains
1738. 1:04:52the software, what it looks like, how it

  1742. 1:05:03historic moment.
  1743. 1:05:07Alhamdulillah.
1744. 1:05:09Now think about it. Okay, think about
1745. 1:05:11it. You have two options here. And let
1746. 1:05:13me say one thing. We are far away from
1747. 1:05:16done from being done with this event.
1748. 1:05:18Okay, we literally just got started. I
1749. 1:05:20just want you to understand that apart
1750. 1:05:22from all the tactics, I have an option
1751. 1:05:25for you to run a business like this in a
1752. 1:05:28lean way. I don't want you to be scammed
1753. 1:05:30by all these AI tools and all these
1754. 1:05:32things that cost you way more money and
1755. 1:05:34you don't even know if your data is
1756. 1:05:35safe. I had this problem myself with
1757. 1:05:37running this business. So, I teach you
1758. 1:05:39the business for free through all these
1759. 1:05:41days and you decide. I'm not forcing you
  1760. 1:05:43into anything. I'm just saying it's a
1761. 1:05:45smarter move to go for it because the
1762. 1:05:47truth is you have two options. Okay? I'm
1763. 1:05:49not forcing you into anything. Once
1764. 1:05:51again, let me explain. Option one is you
1765. 1:05:53start yourself. you listen through all
1766. 1:05:55of the things that I'm saying throughout
1767. 1:05:57this event, throughout this challenge
1768. 1:05:59and you actually implement it yourself.
  1769. 1:06:02But that means you're going to spend a
1770. 1:06:03lot of money on unnecessary tools. You
1771. 1:06:06don't know where your data goes. You
1772. 1:06:09don't have the right guidance
1773. 1:06:12and nothing is connected. So you will
1774. 1:06:14have a super chaotic workflow and you
1775. 1:06:16don't really do not know what to do. But
1776. 1:06:18right now I'm here with you and you
  1777. 1:06:21understand the business model. So I'm
1778. 1:06:23right now doing all these sessions and
1779. 1:06:24you get it but in a few days I'll
  1780. 1:06:27disappear and then there's nothing. Do
1781. 1:06:29you know what to do? I mean inside of
1782. 1:06:31HIMA the the training like this will
1783. 1:06:33never stop. Me and my team are there and
1784. 1:06:36there's hours of hours of sessions like
1785. 1:06:38this. So that brings me to option number
1786. 1:06:39two. You actually choose today to go for
1787. 1:06:41HIMA and it provides to you all the
1788. 1:06:43guidance and the steps that you need on
1789. 1:06:45your own. It will be a journey of ups
1790. 1:06:47and downs and I'm not doubting that you
1791. 1:06:48will get there but it might take a
1792. 1:06:50couple of years plus overspending on AI
1793. 1:06:52tools where HIMA already has everything
  1794. 1:06:54laid out for you 10 times easier 10
  1795. 1:06:57times quicker and 10 times more
  1796. 1:06:59efficient and that's why I created this
  1797. 1:07:02tool because I genuinely think it's
1798. 1:07:03needed in the UMAH. Now today we covered
1799. 1:07:06the foundation alhamdulillah but we just
1800. 1:07:09got started. Okay, today we talked about
  1801. 1:07:11the six steps
1802. 1:07:14to start with websites to increase your
1803. 1:07:16value and then scale from there. It is a
1804. 1:07:19business that you can actually run and
1805. 1:07:20already brings you to five, six, seven
1806. 1:07:22figures per year. But tomorrow is the
1807. 1:07:25big day. Tomorrow I'm going to dive
1808. 1:07:27deeper into how AI can actually leverage
1809. 1:07:30your agency to bring it to the next
  1810. 1:07:32step, the next level.
1811. 1:07:35And there is still three days left.
1812. 1:07:37We're we're just on day two. Okay, we
1813. 1:07:39have tomorrow on day four, we have a
  1814. 1:07:41special guest that is coming that's
1815. 1:07:42going to talk about sales and how to
1816. 1:07:43close clients in the right way. And on
1817. 1:07:45day five, we have the grand finale where
1818. 1:07:48I'm going to start my business from
1819. 1:07:49scratch again and show you how I've done
  1820. 1:07:52it. Alhamdulillah.
1821. 1:07:54We'll dive into all of this step by
1822. 1:07:56step. Now, I ask Allahh to bless you and
1823. 1:07:58to put baraka in your for being here

  1827. 1:08:08holders during this challenge.
1828. 1:08:10Unfortunately, my to team told me that
1829. 1:08:12the VIP tickets are now officially sold
1830. 1:08:14out. So, uh they are not available
  1831. 1:08:16anymore. Unfortunately, but in 15
1832. 1:08:18minutes from now, I'm going to start
1833. 1:08:20that session. So, we unfortunately have
1834. 1:08:22to end up and wrap up this session here
