1. 0:00Give me just 2 minutes of your time to
2. 0:01completely transform and reshape the way
3. 0:03that you see life.
4. 0:04Not long ago, I recently saw this video
5. 0:07that said, "You and I realize that this
6. 0:09physical body is never going to exist
7. 0:10ever again in the history of the
8. 0:11universe, and I am the only one who gets
9. 0:13to play it." Think about just how insane
10. 0:15and mind-boggling that is for a second.
11. 0:17Out of billions and billions of years
12. 0:19and billions of years to come, you
13. 0:20somehow ended up here. The chances of
14. 0:24the mathematical probability of you
15. 0:26literally being here are 1 in 10 to the
16. 0:282.7 million. Think about how insane
17. 0:32[music] that is. You are truly one of
18. 0:34one, and you are truly special, and you
19. 0:35are truly unique. Nobody and nothing is
20. 0:38ever going to be able to replace you and
21. 0:41remake you ever again. You are your own
22. 0:42recollection of your own DNA, your own
23. 0:44thoughts, your own memories, your own
24. 0:45actions, your own brain, your own body,
25. 0:47your own consciousness. Nobody is ever
26. 0:49going to be able to replace you ever
27. 0:51again in life. So, why do we spend so
28. 0:53much time and energy taking life so
29. 0:54seriously? Why do we worry so much about
30. 0:56an exam that we failed last week? Why do
31. 0:58we worry about a guy that we cut off on
32. 1:00the highway accidentally a week ago? Why
33. 1:02do we trust our our doubts more than
34. 1:04ourselves when we have known ourselves
35. 1:06better and longer than anybody else on
36. 1:08Earth? Why do we trust the pilot to fly
37. 1:10the plane when we haven't even met them?
38. 1:12Imagine your 80-year-old self sitting in
39. 1:14the chair looking back at your life. Do
40. 1:15you think that they're going to care
41. 1:16that, you know, [music] you looked a
42. 1:18little bit awkward on camera, that you
43. 1:19got rejected by that one girl, or what
44. 1:20other people thought about you? No,
45. 1:22you'd be sick to your stomach
46. 1:24knowing that you spent so much time and
47. 1:26energy think concerning yourself about
48. 1:28what other people thought about you. So,
49. 1:29stop being so scared of being disliked
50. 1:31by people you don't even like yourself.
51. 1:33Stop sacrificing your own happiness in
52. 1:35order to receive the approval of people
53. 1:37whose lives you wouldn't even want to
54. 1:38live.
55. 1:39You only get one shot at this
56. 1:41single-player campaign. So, by the time
57. 1:43the end of the game comes, make sure
58. 1:45that you are happy and satisfied with
59. 1:47how you played out your character in the
60. 1:48end. I truly hope this video was able to
61. 1:51give you some sense of clarity and
