4. 0:06and i'm pulling it up from the miami
5. 0:08herald
6. 0:10and the title says this gelane maxwell
7. 0:13loses fight
8. 0:14to keep jeffrey epstein testimony
9. 0:17sealed so this is big a federal
10. 0:21appeals court dealt gallan maxwell the
11. 0:23alleged madam to disgraced financier
12. 0:26jeffrey epstein
13. 0:27twin blows late monday by declining to
14. 0:30consolidate her appeals in numerous
15. 0:32overlapping cases
16. 0:34and striking down her effort to thwart
17. 0:37the release of a controversial
18. 0:39deposition she gave in a now settled
19. 0:42civil lawsuit what does this mean
20. 0:44alexander
21. 0:45well well let's first of all deal with
22. 0:47the first the point about the
23. 0:49um multiple appeals consolidating
24. 0:52appeals
25. 0:53is a way of saving costs so
26. 0:56i suspect that was probably part of this
27. 1:00because obviously all this litigation
28. 1:02all this defense litigation
29. 1:04must be costing her a huge amount of
30. 1:06money i mean
31. 1:07you know anything at all about the fees
32. 1:11lawyers charge and the kind of fees they
33. 1:12would charge in a case of this nature
34. 1:14they must be enormous so she was
35. 1:16probably trying to consolidate all those
36. 1:18appeals
37. 1:19in order to save costs and she was
38. 1:22probably also
39. 1:23hoping to consolidate those appeals for
40. 1:25another tactical reason
41. 1:27which is that she probably expected that
42. 1:29she would lose some
43. 1:30but win win a few others
44. 1:34so it always gives you an opportunity if
45. 1:36you win
46. 1:37part of an appeal or one appeal amongst
47. 1:40a multitude
48. 1:42you spin it that you're actually making
49. 1:44progress and that you're winning
50. 1:46even though in reality you might
51. 1:48actually be losing
52. 1:50now that's that the other the other one
53. 1:53is in my opinion
54. 1:54much more important which is that the uh
55. 1:57court of appeals
56. 1:58has refused her attempt to keep
57. 2:01the evidence in the previous civil case
58. 2:05sealed now this is evidence which was
59. 2:08given in a civil case
60. 2:10which resulted as i understand it in
61. 2:12out-of-court settlements to various
62. 2:14people
63. 2:15and um one of the things that
64. 2:19maxwell has been trying to do is she's
65. 2:21been trying to keep this information
66. 2:24under wraps because
67. 2:27crucially evidence that was given in
68. 2:30that in those
69. 2:31in that case including by herself
70. 2:35appears to contradict critical
71. 2:39elements of her own defense
72. 2:42her defense at the moment is that she
73. 2:44was basically innocent
74. 2:45that she was coerced into doing things
75. 2:47by maxwell
76. 2:49that she's you know had no real role
77. 2:52in any of the things that he was doing
78. 2:54obviously
79. 2:56if she settled cases
80. 3:00that undermines that defense so
81. 3:03that's what that's all about and that is
82. 3:05extremely important because
83. 3:08the fact that that evidence is now going
84. 3:10to be unsealed
85. 3:12means that uh the prosecution can apply
86. 3:15to use it against her if she goes to
87. 3:18court
88. 3:19argues a defense which contradicts
89. 3:23what she said in previous proceedings
90. 3:26the prosecution can then ask the judge
91. 3:29for permission to produce this evidence
92. 3:31and of course that then
93. 3:33traps her in her own contradictions
94. 3:37and i'm going to say her own lies
95. 3:40so she's um
96. 3:44she's saying epstein coerced me
97. 3:47that's her defense now but she's got
98. 3:49testimony
99. 3:51which she's probably saying she was
100. 3:54working with epstein or or something
101. 3:56along those lines
102. 3:57oh well i think absolutely i mean a lot
103. 4:00more i think and of course we've got
104. 4:01huge amounts of
105. 4:02information from witnesses and all sorts
106. 4:04of things so lots of material there
107. 4:07which you see one of the things to
108. 4:08always understand about these cases
109. 4:10these these cases is they usually
110. 4:12involve when they're settled
111. 4:14they usually involve confidentiality
112. 4:16agreements
113. 4:18because some of the evidence might be
114. 4:20extremely damaging to one of the parties
115. 4:23and i'm pretty sure that there were a
116. 4:24lot of confidentiality agreements here
117. 4:26now if that all comes out all kinds of
118. 4:29things may come out i mean we
119. 4:31we must make names of names
120. 4:34places people events
121. 4:38times which it's going to be very very
122. 4:42difficult now to
123. 4:45to get to get round so this is a big
124. 4:47blow this is a huge blow actually
125. 4:50and she's opened herself up to it by
126. 4:52taking this
127. 4:53very strange defense which i've always
128. 4:56said i didn't think it was going to work
129. 4:58and it only makes sense to me uh
130. 5:01preparatory to some sort of plea bargain
131. 5:03which i still believe is is down the
132. 5:06road
133. 5:07but what has happened is that the
134. 5:10balance of advantage
135. 5:12has tilted decisively against gillane
136. 5:15i i've that there is no doubt at all to
137. 5:17my mind yeah absolutely i mean she
138. 5:19probably
139. 5:20in the past she's probably admitted to
140. 5:22working with epstein i think they're
141. 5:23going to get her on that
142. 5:24and they made a ton of confidentiality
143. 5:27agreements with people
144. 5:28and like you said god knows what those
145. 5:30confidentiality agreements contain
146. 5:32in their arrogance they probably thought
147. 5:33she thought that she would never be
148. 5:35caught
149. 5:36well exactly voila doesn't know what to
150. 5:39do
151. 5:39well that's exactly right i mean these
152. 5:41people obviously uh never
153. 5:43maxwell maxwell and epstein obviously
154. 5:46never expected that they would ever be
155. 5:48called
156. 5:49i mean they live their lives quite
157. 5:51openly as far as i can see
158. 5:52did all the things that they did with
159. 5:54all their fancy friends
160. 5:56their you know british royal princes
161. 5:59and their swanky former presidents and
162. 6:02all those sort of people they did it
163. 6:04open
164. 6:04openly completely out there in the open
165. 6:07they never thought
166. 6:08they would be caught they've left piles
167. 6:11mountains of evidence about all the
168. 6:14things that they
169. 6:14they did it's now catching up with them
170. 6:18that evidence is now being produced
171. 6:20she's frantically trying to keep it
172. 6:22secret
173. 6:22and she's failing as you know we always
174. 6:26knew
175. 6:26she would yeah all right so one of the
176. 6:28names that may be revealed
177. 6:30is uh prince andrew absolutely
178. 6:33and more and more more much more is
179. 6:35coming out about him now
180. 6:36i haven't got the whole story but i mean
181. 6:38uh i i mean
182. 6:40more information is coming and it's it
183. 6:42is terrible actually
184. 6:43well let me give you a little bit of
185. 6:44information which i think is coming out
186. 6:46which
187. 6:47i'm sure will uh more more on this story
188. 6:50will come out
189. 6:51and uh that comes once again um at uh
190. 6:55i'm in rt russian uh state media rt
191. 6:59which has a title that says epstein and
192. 7:01prince andrew saga
193. 7:03duke of york laughed while attending
194. 7:05topless photo shoot involving a teen
195. 7:08new book claims and uh in the article it
196. 7:11says this is quoted by uk media
197. 7:15the book claims the prince sat and joked
198. 7:17with epstein
199. 7:19whilst seven or eight russian models and
200. 7:22then teen virginia guthrie
201. 7:24also known as virginia roberts posed
202. 7:27topless the book is called the spider
203. 7:30an investigation into the life and
204. 7:32criminal web of deceased business tycoon
205. 7:34jeffrey epstein prince andrew duke of
206. 7:38york attended a scandalous photo shoot
207. 7:40at epstein's little st
208. 7:41james island home in 2002
209. 7:45and here's a quote i don't even know how
210. 7:47much of this i can read but
211. 7:49let me give it a shot maybe we have to
212. 7:50cut some words out i don't know
213. 7:52um quote we were topless and he
214. 7:56referring to epstein had us in sexual
215. 7:58positions
216. 8:00when i walked in andrew and jeffrey were
217. 8:02seated in chairs
218. 8:04why don't you girls start kissing and
219. 8:06have some fun question mark jeffrey
220. 8:09and the prince were just sitting back
221. 8:10laughing guthrie claims in the new book
222. 8:13called the spider alexander well that
223. 8:16well there we go and we've also got
224. 8:18information that
225. 8:19uh well i'll read from the sun which is
226. 8:21a british newspaper a bombshell book
227. 8:24claims gillane maxwell watched over the
228. 8:27teenager
229. 8:29as she allegedly gave the royal that's
230. 8:32prince andrew
231. 8:33a robbed down we rub down is a euphemism
232. 8:37for a sex act follow
233. 8:40followed by the sex act in epstein's
234. 8:44massage room
235. 8:45decorated with cdr and the cd art in
236. 8:48question
237. 8:48is a six-foot oil painting depicting
238. 8:52uh uh um virginia guthrie in a lesbian
239. 8:56clinch
240. 8:57so we're getting all this information
241. 8:59now and it's all coming out
242. 9:01and it's you know and this is in the
243. 9:02british media by the way that was the
244. 9:04that was the sun which is uh the biggest
245. 9:07circulation newspaper
246. 9:09in britain so that's the these stories
247. 9:11are now circulating here in london
248. 9:14about prince andrew you notice that
249. 9:16galen is directly implicated in the last
250. 9:19one
251. 9:21and and um it's it's um
252. 9:25it's i'm sure we'll see we'll have an
253. 9:27awful lot more of that coming out soon
254. 9:30my final question to you is all of this
255. 9:32stuff is just coming out now and
256. 9:34i mean it just seems like everything is
257. 9:35building from the hunter stuff to this
258. 9:37stuff
259. 9:39i mean it's uh all coming out in october
260. 9:42weeks away before the election you know
261. 9:45is this a coincidence or or is this why
262. 9:48the elitist and the globalists
263. 9:50are fighting so damn hard
264. 9:53to to have a change in the u.s
265. 9:56government so that
266. 9:57all of this stuff everything from
267. 9:59russiagate to ukraine gate to
268. 10:01hunter to uh epstein
269. 10:05all of it hillary ebails which is also
270. 10:08another story parallel story which is
271. 10:10also running all of this stuff so that
272. 10:11they could wipe it all away
273. 10:13well bear in mind bill clinton was a
274. 10:15regular guest of epstein's
275. 10:18and he's denied it but apparently there
276. 10:20are logs which prove
277. 10:22that he was flying repeatedly on
278. 10:24epstein's
279. 10:25famous lolita express plane and was
280. 10:27visiting
281. 10:28uh epstein's island and epstein's ranch
282. 10:31and all of those
283. 10:32things and that was bill clinton and he
284. 10:34was a former democrat president
285. 10:36and joe biden well vice former democrat
286. 10:40vice president candidate for the
287. 10:42presidency he
288. 10:43son is now um allegedly depicted in
289. 10:47photographs which have been found on his
290. 10:49laptop
291. 10:50um involved in all kinds of uh um acts
292. 10:53um which i'm not going to discuss
293. 10:56because
294. 10:57um i haven't seen them and i don't yet
295. 10:58know the details but
296. 11:00all the indications are pretty pretty
297. 11:02frightful things
298. 11:03so yes i think that's exactly what's
299. 11:05happening i think all sorts of people
300. 11:07are extremely frightened and very very
301. 11:09nervous
302. 11:10about what's coming up i mean we've
303. 11:12mentioned we've mentioned
304. 11:14two people be two people um um
305. 11:17clinton and biden separate separate
306. 11:20incidents by the way i want to make that
307. 11:22very clear i'm not suggesting
308. 11:23that there's any direct connection but
309. 11:27obviously obviously lots of things have
310. 11:30been going on
311. 11:32in um within the elite in washington and
312. 11:35probably not just in washington but in
313. 11:38new york and london and paris and other
314. 11:41capitals and they're terrified that the
315. 11:44man
316. 11:45who won the presidency saying that he
317. 11:47would drain the swamp
318. 11:49might actually win it a second time and
319. 11:52be far more empowered this
320. 11:53time to do something about it so
321. 11:56unsurprisingly they're pulling out all
322. 11:58the stops
323. 11:59to prevent it and it seems to me that we
324. 12:02see this
325. 12:03increasingly obviously in this election
