Getting Verity Working | Full Setup Tutorial for 3.7.0-5.6.1 — Transcript

1. 0:00To use the Verity mod, you have to do
2. 0:01some setup. First of all, if your region
3. 0:04supports it, go to console.groq.com.
4. 0:07Click create API key after you signed
5. 0:10in. Then copy this key.
6. 0:12Then, when you're back inside of
7. 0:14Minecraft, go to mods, Verity Forge,
8. 0:18config, AI settings, and then paste
9. 0:21using control V in this section. Then
10. 0:24you can choose your AI intelligence
11. 0:25level. I can choose intelligent. And
12. 0:28then, if you want to use the native TTS,
13. 0:30which is built into your OS and uses
14. 0:32zero tokens, you can just press yes. But
15. 0:34I won't be using that. Then you can
16. 0:36choose your TTS voice, text-to-speech
17. 0:38voice. The default is Daniel, which
18. 0:40sounds most like Verity, I think. And
19. 0:42then make sure your AI provider is set
20. 0:45on Groq. Then press seven, quit, done,
21. 0:47go back in your game, and it should
22. 0:49work.

80. 3:05fast, use native TTS is set to yes and
81. 3:09your AI provider is of course
82. 3:11Openrouter. Once you're done with this,
83. 3:13it should work.
