1. 0:00Hey, hey, what's up everyone? Quick
2. 0:01video today cuz I'm looking for someone
3. 0:04specific and I think they might be
4. 0:05watching this right now. We're growing
5. 0:08the done-for-you service side of the
6. 0:11Laundromat Resource business and I need
7. 0:12to bring on a deal acquisition
8. 0:15specialist. Now, don't get intimidated.
9. 0:17Basically, that's someone whose job it
10. 0:20is to find Laundromat deals in our
11. 0:22clients' target markets, enter them into
12. 0:25the platform that we built specifically
13. 0:27for this, and to reach out to brokers
14. 0:29and sellers to gather that information
15. 0:31that our clients need to be able to move
16. 0:33fast. Now, this is a part-time, remote,
17. 0:37fully remote contract role, roughly
18. 0:39around 20 hours a week, at least to get
19. 0:41started. And here's why I'm coming to
20. 0:43you guys first. I don't want to train
21. 0:46someone on what a Laundromat is.
22. 0:48I'm assuming that if you're seeing this
23. 0:50video, you've at least done a little bit
24. 0:52of learning on what exactly a Laundromat
25. 0:54is. Now, you don't need to be an expert.
26. 0:57You don't even need to own a Laundromat
27. 0:58yet. In fact, it could be a really good
28. 1:00learning opportunity for someone who
29. 1:02wants to get into this business and to
30. 1:04be able to see a whole bunch of deals in
31. 1:06a lot of different markets and to see
32. 1:07what we're looking for and all of that.
33. 1:09So, it might be really good for that,
34. 1:10but also it might be good if you are,
35. 1:13you know, already an expert in this
36. 1:14industry and want to be close to deals,
37. 1:18but, you know, not necessarily buying
38. 1:19all the deals. Could be a really good
39. 1:21fit. So, if that's you or if you know
