14. 0:43completes by the seventh day his work
15. 0:45which he has made and ceases by the
16. 0:47seventh day for all his work which he
17. 0:50has made and God blesses the seventh day
18. 0:52and sanctifies it for in it he has
19. 0:55ceased from all his work which God has
20. 0:58created for making these are the
21. 1:01generations of the heavens and of the
22. 1:03Earth in their being created and the day
23. 1:07of yahwe is god making the earth and the
24. 1:10heavens and no shrub of the field is yet
25. 1:13in the earth and no herb of the field
26. 1:16yet Sprites for Yahweh God has not
27. 1:18reigned on the earth and there is not a
28. 1:21man to serve the ground and a mid goes
29. 1:23up from the earth and has watered the
30. 1:25whole face of the ground and Yahweh God
31. 1:28forms the man dust from the ground and
32. 1:31breathe into his nostrils Breath of Life
33. 1:34and the man becomes a living creature
34. 1:37and Yahweh God plants a garden in Eden
35. 1:39at the East and he sets there a man whom
36. 1:42he has formed and Yahweh God causes to
37. 1:45sprite from the ground every tree
38. 1:48desirable for appearance and good for
39. 1:51food and the Tree of Life in the midst
40. 1:53of the garden and the tree and knowledge
41. 1:55of Good and Evil and a river is going
42. 1:58out from Eden to water the garden and
43. 2:01from there it is parted and has become
44. 2:03four Chief Rivers the name of the first
45. 2:07first is
46. 2:08pisson it is that which is surrounding
47. 2:11the whole land of Hava where the gold
48. 2:14gold is and the gold of the land is good
49. 2:18and bethleem and the Shaham Stone are

57. 2:39to rest in the garden of e Eden and to
58. 2:42serve it and keep it and Yahweh God lays
59. 2:46a charge on the man saying for every
60. 2:48tree of the garden eating you eat but
61. 2:51from the Tree of knowledge of Good and
62. 2:53Evil you do not eat from it for the day
63. 2:56of your eating from it dying you die and
64. 2:59and Yahweh God says it is not good for
65. 3:02the man to be
66. 3:03alone I make him a helper as his
67. 3:06counterpart and Yahweh God forms the
68. 3:09from the ground every beast of the field
69. 3:12and every birds of the heavens and
70. 3:14brings them to the man to see what he
71. 3:17calls it and whatever the man calls a
72. 3:19living creature that is its name and the
73. 3:23man calls names to all the livestock and
74. 3:25to all the birds of the heavens and to
75. 3:27every beast of the field but for man a
76. 3:30helper has not yet been found at his
77. 3:32counterpart and Yahweh God causes a deep
78. 3:35sleep to fall on the man and as he
79. 3:37sleeps he takes one of his ribs and
80. 3:39closes up the Flesh of its Steed and
81. 3:42Yahweh God builds up the rib which he
82. 3:44has taken out of the man into the woman
83. 3:46and brings her to the man and the man
84. 3:49says this at last bone from my bone
85. 3:51flesh from my flesh for this is called
86. 3:55woman for this has taken from the man
87. 3:59therefore a woman leaves his father and
88. 4:02his mother and is cleaved to his W his
89. 4:04wife and they become one flesh and both
90. 4:07of them are naked and the man and the
91. 4:09wife and they are not ashamed of
92. 4:11themselves for these few words I give
93. 4:13thanks blessed love yeah any little

96. 4:19know um I'm not auditioning to become an
97. 4:22actor or anything um but yeah there's
98. 4:24lots to cover in there we're not going
99. 4:27to reflect on all um there's a lot
100. 4:30that's covered in there in terms of God
101. 4:32making the Earth on the sixth day then
102. 4:33rested on Seventh Day the creation of
103. 4:36all the the the animals and all the
104. 4:39living vegetation on the earth and the
105. 4:41naming of those and also the creation of
106. 4:43man and woman and then by the end of
107. 4:46that passage you know living in unity
108. 4:49together um so yeah there's a lot that
109. 4:53is um covered there you know I
110. 4:55appreciate personally the resting on the
111. 4:58seventh day and that need for rest you
112. 5:01know we work work work work work and
113. 5:03prioritize those kind of things in our
114. 5:05daily lives and N9 to- FES and we've all
115. 5:07got jobs and bills to pay but actually
116. 5:10the importance of rest the importance of
117. 5:13you know just just putting down those
118. 5:16those tools of of um you know making in
119. 5:19terms of Creation in terms of work and
120. 5:22actually just saying you know we need to
121. 5:24rest uh is important and it's something
122. 5:27that's even more important now when
123. 5:29we're living in this fast paced sort of
124. 5:32societies that that many of us do do
125. 5:35live in and prioritizing you know
126. 5:37whether it's prioritizing family whether
127. 5:40it's prioritizing personal kind of
128. 5:42well-being and mental health you know
129. 5:44we've all got our different things uh in
130. 5:47our lives and different situations but a
131. 5:49day where you just appreciate you know
132. 5:52just being on the earth and just resting
133. 5:55you know is crucially important you know
134. 5:57I for one Speaking personally I had
135. 5:59heart attack last year January 2023 so I
136. 6:03know you know everyone was telling me
137. 6:05you worked too hard you worked too hard
138. 6:06you got rest you know and I'm I took
139. 6:09heed from that but I took heed from that
140. 6:11the hard way so I appreciate I
141. 6:14appreciate that that message right there
142. 6:18at the beginning of the Bible to say you
143. 6:20might work but you also have to rest
144. 6:23very simple message but it's one that
145. 6:25not many of us take heed on you know and
146. 6:28to prioritize actually the things that
147. 6:31do need prioritizing whether it's family
148. 6:33relationships like I say personal
149. 6:36well-being and by the end of that
150. 6:38passage where the creation of man and
151. 6:40then woman came into being and I know
152. 6:43you know the discourse of the Bible you
153. 6:46know whether it's about inequality you
154. 6:49know sexism etc
155. 6:51etc as an optimist I read that as men
156. 6:55and women are equal in unity and not one
157. 6:58Subs servant for the other that's my
158. 7:02interpretation um so that's the that's
159. 7:06yeah they're the kind of the the
160. 7:07principles that I live by and that's
161. 7:10what I see written there um so yeah it
162. 7:13covers a lot of ground I won't ramble so
163. 7:16I'll end there but yeah you have a
164. 7:18blessed day anyone that's engaging in
165. 7:20this and listening this um you're all
166. 7:22going to take different things from
167. 7:24those passages um but however you take
168. 7:27it whatever you do I hope you have a a
169. 7:29blessed day a safe day and uh you know
170. 7:32in God's glory may we manifest to see
171. 7:35another day tomorrow blessed love give
