- 0:00It's the literature. It's the
- 0:01literature. It's all funded. It's
- 0:03orchestrated. And she's given you the
- 0:06headline numbers. Now, viewers, why
- 0:08should we take her at face value?
- 0:11She's another journalist
- 0:14who has done some research, you could
- 0:15argue. So, viewers, we decided to look
- 0:18even deeper and we accessed something
- 0:22that hasn't been seen before. US
- 0:25Congress reports. Now these US Congress
- 0:28reports viewers based on investigations
- 0:33not just
- 0:36by the Congress in the United States or
- 0:40what is known as parliament in India and
- 0:43committees
- 0:45but also viewers by investigative
- 0:47agencies, federal investigative agencies
- 0:50that have a global footprint.
- 0:54And what have they found? Viewers,
- 0:56let me now quote from these US
- 0:58congressional reports. Three tax
- 1:01exempted, now pay attention. Three
- 1:03taxexempt organizations tied to Neville
- 1:06Roy Singum. Neville Roy Singum is a
- 1:10millionaire based out of China with
- 1:13strong connections to the Chinese
- 1:14Communist Party are running out of room
- 1:17to skirt accountability and avoid
- 1:20compliance with congressional oversight.
- 1:23They're talking about three taxexempt
- 1:26organizations or NOS's
- 1:29in letters to legal council for the
- 1:31people's forum, Breakthrough News and
- 1:35Trontinental,
- 1:37the US Congress ways and means committee
- 1:40chairman Jason Smith reaffirms the
- 1:42demand for documents required under its
- 1:44July subpoenas to each organization
- 1:47before October 20th, 2026. That means
- 1:51viewers
- 1:53each of these organizations has been
- 1:56asked to supply
- 1:58through their legal councils
- 2:01documents required
- 2:03to establish that they are not doing
- 2:05anything underhand.
- 2:08It should have happened two days back.
- 2:09We're still confirming whether these
- 2:11three organizations view yours linked to
- 2:15Neville Roy Singham have complied with
- 2:18the subpoena.
- 2:20Now Neville Roy Singum is chairman of
- 2:22the international advisory board at
- 2:25trcontinental which is one of the
- 2:27organizations under the scanner of the
- 2:29US congress. Interestingly this body
- 2:33includes an Indian director
- 2:36called Vijay Prashad. Vijay Prashad is
- 2:39the nephew of India's CPIM party polit
- 2:42bureau member Binda Karat.
- 2:45Prashad has celebrated protests in India
- 2:48by SFI leader Aisha Gosh who has also
- 2:52shared a stage with CJP founder Abjid
- 2:55Dipk.
- 3:00Interestingly
- 3:01the second organization people's forum
- 3:04has received over $20 million
- 3:07from Singham's network. People's Forum
- 3:11is linked to Joy Banerjee who runs India
- 3:14alliance Paris which is an NGO there
- 3:17which has deep links to communist
- 3:19parties in France and in India
- 3:23and as I told you Nomani has found the
- 3:27involvement of hard-left communist
- 3:29organizations that have hijacked the
- 3:32students protest
- 3:34in France and created mayhem.
- 3:39This organization viewers that I'm
- 3:41talking about this organization that is
- 3:44linked to joy banerjee the India
- 3:47alliance Paris also has links to Indian
- 3:51communist parties.
- 3:53Now let me walk you through viewers what
- 3:56is really a flowchart.
- 3:59This is what the US committee has found
- 4:02and this is the first route [music] and
- 4:03you can see viewers the way this plays
- 4:06out. US House Ways
- 4:09and Means Committee
- 4:14has linked
- 4:16Neville Roy Singhham who is the
- 4:19international advisory board chairman to
- 4:21Vijay Prashad who is an executive
- 4:24director in the same organization who is
- 4:27a nephew of Binda Karaj CPM leader and
- 4:30viewers
- 4:33her
- 4:36party affiliate,
- 4:38the youth wing of the CPIM,
- 4:42its leaders,
- 4:44its founders
- 4:46and those of the CJP
- 4:49are on the streets. Viewers,
- 4:52you see how it works.
- 4:56Now,
- 4:57I want to ask you viewers, there's no
- 5:00crime in assembling.
- 5:02You can. The question here is deeper.
- 5:06The question here is
- 5:09whether there is a indoctrination that
- 5:13has taken place by vested parties
- 5:17to spark something that is bigger.
- 5:24In fact viewers, French President
- 5:26Emanuel Macron has today called out what
- 5:30he believes viewers is
- 5:34a sedicious global decide.
- 5:38And he's used the word sedicious. It's
- 5:41not a word that should be used loosely
- 5:45and specifically by a leader of a
- 5:47western democracy
- 5:49because it has massive connotations. It
- 5:52suggests that there are interests vested
- 5:54interests plotting against the state in
- 5:58France and by extension viewers because
- 6:00they all champion each other's causes
- 6:03and are perhaps funded
- 6:05by a common source.
- 6:08India too comes under the rubric.
- 6:14Here are the instances when Vijay Prasad
- 6:16nephew of Binda Karat has backed the
- 6:18stirs that have paralyzed India's
- 6:20capital. You can see viewers
- 6:23on your screens
- 6:27all those are the instances that's Aisha
- 6:30Goss in a bus that is a prophecy
- 6:37in Albania that Vijay Prashad says
- 6:41anger has become a prophecy.
- 6:45What are they?
- 6:48Exalting viewers, riots,
- 6:52chaos, anarchy.
- 6:55Now, this is of course not the only
- 6:57route where money has played its part in
- 6:59funding communists with links to India.
- 7:01A US Department of Justice report has
- 7:03linked Singum to another ex
- 7:06trcontinental director who happens to be
- 7:08a CPIM leader.
- 7:12Let me run you through this. Viewers,
- 7:15the DOJ has linked Neville Roy Singhham
- 7:19to Sadhanva Desh Pande, ex director of
- 7:23Tririccontinental Research Services
- 7:25Private Limited, who's also a CPM leader
- 7:28and actor.
- 7:30Now viewers, you have seen suddenly a
- 7:32large number of Bollywood stars joining
- 7:35these stirs in India. Nasurin Sha,
- 7:41Aktar,
- 7:42Shabbana Azmi, a whole cast of them,
- 7:46Imran Khan etc. All of them are pulled
- 7:49in because there are people like this
- 7:52who are connected to Bollywood who say
- 7:53we are rising for a greater cause. No
- 7:55one is asking viewers
- 7:58the deeper questions. So, Dhan Desh
- 8:01Pande is also an influential presence at
- 8:04protest sites and has backed the stir as
- 8:06well as its main protagonist to the
- 8:08hilt. Here is the SFI and the SFI
- 8:12viewers. The student federation of India
- 8:16linked to the communist party Marxist
- 8:19here in India gave a platform for CJP
- 8:23and prominent student organizations
- 8:27at the HKS Surjit Bhavan
- 8:30in Delhi after hours of brutal torture
- 8:33and they called it and detention on
- 8:37innocent protesters by Delhi police
- 8:38throughout the day and the name of actor
- 8:42Sudhan Desh Pande figures.
- 8:45amongst those who participated in this
- 8:48great manhan viewers.
- 8:51Now there's nothing as I said that is
- 8:53illegal about funding an agitation.
- 8:55There is nothing illegal about giving it
- 8:57a platform. There is nothing illegal
- 9:00even about indoctrinating
- 9:03youth.
- 9:05But these revelations prompt one big
- 9:07question. If the same actors are
- 9:11stirring the pot in France and India,
- 9:12can the protest still be considered
- 9:14organic,
- 9:16an expression of separate impulses
- 9:18working in isolation? Or are they part
- 9:21of a grand design to instigate an
- 9:24inifada that secures regime change?
- 9:28That's the fundamental question. This is
- 9:31too much now
- 9:34of a coincidence to be a coincidence.
- 9:38And I have given you the flowcharts. So
- 9:41let's open this up. Let's have some
- 9:43honest conversations tonight viewers.
- 9:45And I want to begin with Nile Jardina,
- 9:48director of the Heritage Foundations,
- 9:51Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom and
- 9:53former adviser to ex-UK Prime Minister
- 9:56Margaret Thatcher. Thank you sir Jardina
- 9:58for joining us here. How plausible is it
- 10:03that on different continents
- 10:07of this globe stretching from Indonesia
- 10:09today
- 10:12to Western Europe and in between in
- 10:15India, Bangladesh and Nepal, there have
- 10:18been these protests by students, by
- 10:22youth, by left-wing activists, by hard
- 10:24left, by communists, by trade unionists.
- 10:27They all seem to be at one moment in
- 10:31time upset about the same things.
- 10:36Well, thanks for having me on the show
- 10:37today and you know without a doubt and
- 10:39as you pointed out earlier and as a Fox
- 10:43News investigation and congressional
- 10:44investigations in the US have
- 10:47established there is a vast network of
- 10:49far-leftwing uh communist Marxist
- 10:52organizations
- 10:54uh that are working together uh to stir
- 10:58unrest actually across the free world.
- 11:00And we're seeing this, of course, in
- 11:01France right now. Uh, and Fox News
- 11:05identified over a hundred uh
- 11:06organizations
- 11:08uh predominantly uh communist groups and
- 11:10also working together with Islamist uh
- 11:13movements to try and destabilize uh
- 11:16France. And so you have a very
- 11:18wellorganized and wellunded uh network
- 11:21of uh you know communist and also
- 11:24Islamist uh movements who are basically
- 11:27uh working to destabilize uh societies
- 11:30across the free world and certainly
- 11:32France is the epicenter of that of that
- 11:34right now. These are not just student
- 11:36protests on the streets of of France. uh
- 11:40the vast majority of the rioters, the
- 11:42lutters that you're seeing on the
- 11:44streets of Paris, Marseilles, Leon,
- 11:45Leon, and other French cities, these are
- 11:47not students actually. Uh these are, you
- 11:50know, part of a wellorganized
- 11:53um you know, left far-left wing uh
- 11:55movement and uh this has to be defeated
- 11:58and this this is the reality. And I
- 12:00think there's growing awareness here in
- 12:02the United States of what is going on
- 12:04across the Atlantic in in Europe and
- 12:06also President Trump has spoken out uh
- 12:09several times about this. Uh and we're
- 12:11we're facing really a sort of far-left
- 12:14wing uh uprising or revolution uh in in
- 12:18France and in parts of Europe today.
- 12:21>> Why should we be worried, Mr. Jardina?
- 12:25Well, I think you should be worried
- 12:26because the same the same groups of
- 12:28course that are active in France and
- 12:31across Europe also want to destabilize
- 12:34uh India as well. And so I think uh the
- 12:36Indian people should be paying very
- 12:38close attention to what is happening uh
- 12:40in in Europe because these same
- 12:42organizations of course uh want to cause
- 12:46uh havoc chaos of of course in countries
- 12:50including uh India and they have the
- 12:52same the same goals the same ambitions.
- 12:54They're part of a broader network. uh
- 12:56I'm I'm in no doubt I think that some
- 12:58Indian organizations are also involved
- 13:01uh in sewing discord uh across across
- 13:05the world. So uh so yes I think this is
- 13:07a matter of direct interest of course to
- 13:10uh to India as well as the United States
- 13:13and all free countries across the world.
- 13:15We all need to be paying very close
- 13:17attention to what's happening in France
- 13:18and also in Italy uh Albania uh Belgium
- 13:22and other European countries as well.
- 13:24Well punala let me bring you in to stay
- 13:28with us Mr. Jardina. It appears in
- 13:31Punawala that this is an amalgamation of
- 13:34power hungry vested interests
- 13:37specifically Islamists
- 13:39leftists communists trade unionists and
- 13:42we've seen them on Indian streets also
- 13:44who are converging
- 13:46across the globe
- 13:48to use the easy way to power. They don't
- 13:52really want to contest the election.
- 13:55They want to take this to the street.
- 13:57They're hoping that the street will
- 13:58overrule the state and they can create
- 14:01space for themselves in power.
- 14:05How do you respond to this? Because
- 14:06these are very serious linkages that
- 14:09have been drawn and exposed. And this is
- 14:11not work that
- 14:14one individual is doing sitting in some
- 14:17newsroom which you could accuse of being
- 14:19right or center and therefore militantly
- 14:25against biased or what have you against
- 14:27these forces.
- 14:29But this is the US parliament, the US
- 14:31Congress really and there is this
- 14:35funding link from China.
- 14:38This is very worrying is the Congress
- 14:40party is the other opposition parties
- 14:43who are giving a platform to this and I
- 14:46have no other word viewers to use except
- 14:48for insurrectionists.
- 14:51Are you guilty of promoting
- 14:54anarchy sir?
- 14:58Thank you for having me in the show
- 14:59Rahul. There [clears throat] are two
- 15:00aspects in this. Number one to your
- 15:02first aspect legitimate street protests
- 15:05peacefully democratically done the way I
- 15:06do to want to change the government
- 15:08peacefully democratically like I want to
- 15:10do is a form of democracy. I don't think
- 15:13we're discussing that. I don't think we
- 15:15should put everything under one roof.
- 15:17But however, is there a threat to India
- 15:20particularly from China and other
- 15:22places? We do believe so. It's happening
- 15:23in Myanmar. Sorry, it's happening in
- 15:25Manipur right now as we speak. Left wing
- 15:28groups, various groups are right now
- 15:30engaged in the most barbaric conflict
- 15:33India seen much more worse than Jammu
- 15:35and Kashmir and Punjab. It's happening
- 15:36right now this decade. The government
- 15:38has completely concealed. Is that also
- 15:40the opposition spot? There was a US
- 15:42gentleman Matthew Arin Van Djk accused
- 15:45of wanting to completely hit India with
- 15:48missiles. He had drones which he hit
- 15:49Myanmar, a commercial plane with six
- 15:51Ukrainians. He's gone away on your
- 15:53channel. The BJP promise us he won't.
- 15:55He's got away. We have no answers about
- 15:57that. Is the opposition responsible for
- 15:59that. Let's come to Delhi closer home.
- 16:01There's another group of youngsters like
- 16:03our group. There's another group that
- 16:04indulged in violence with the police.
- 16:06They they hit the police quite brutally
- 16:08not just in Delhi and other states of
- 16:09India. Fires withdrawn. Two union
- 16:12ministers went begging, crawling,
- 16:14pleading, wiggling and withdrew the
- 16:16FIRs. They may have gone to jail now on
- 16:19other charges. These charges they didn't
- 16:21go to jail for hitting a policeman. Is
- 16:23the opposition responsible for that?
- 16:24Let's go to the next point uh Rahul
- 16:26which is pertinent to note in this. The
- 16:29six months ago, eight months ago, we
- 16:31were told a particular gentleman is a
- 16:32great threat to India's national
- 16:33sovereignty. Two union ministers went
- 16:35and fed him juice. Is the opposition
- 16:37responsible? I think we have to
- 16:39understand one thing. Would there be an
- 16:40attempt to destabilize India? Yes. Is it
- 16:43only from China? I think China would
- 16:45have an interest. Is it also from the
- 16:46west? I do believe the West also has an
- 16:48interest. We saw an American national
- 16:49involved in that. Not the first time. We
- 16:51saw David Hed in 2008. Forget the
- 16:53governments. The fact is that India will
- 16:55always face threats. It's how
- 16:57governments face up to it and this
- 17:00government is lacking in doing so.
- 17:02>> But you didn't answer my question, Mr.
- 17:04Punawala. I asked you a very specific
- 17:06question.
- 17:07Left-wing groups
- 17:10are on the stage of the India alliance
- 17:13which is the opposition alliance here in
- 17:15this country. and I have established
- 17:18that some of them have connections to a
- 17:21shadowy figure whose link to the Chinese
- 17:24Communist Party and through documents
- 17:28that we have accessed from the US
- 17:30Congress and oversight committees there
- 17:34it is clear that these organizations
- 17:36have received funds to do what viewers
- 17:39you have to ask and and if it is and if
- 17:43it is as you yourself have said
- 17:45individuals who have probably a vested
- 17:49interest in destabilizing India. Why are
- 17:51they standing on the indie alliance
- 17:55blocks stage? Why is Rahul Gandhi for
- 17:58example and you can see them? Those are
- 18:00the photos.
- 18:00>> That's a great question.
- 18:01>> Uh the Congress is meeting with
- 18:03Progressive International. This is a
- 18:05group that is funded
- 18:07>> by uh by Singhham the Chinese Communist
- 18:11Party's
- 18:13>> principal catch globally. Why is he
- 18:16there with these people?
- 18:18>> I think that's a great great question
- 18:19you ask and I think it should be
- 18:20answered. But before we answer this
- 18:22question which I should the first part
- 18:24I'm very grateful that the US Congress
- 18:26put this out put out in documents. It
- 18:28showed that they were alert and aware
- 18:29what does that show about our
- 18:30intelligence that they were snoozing
- 18:32sleeping that they had no idea. Point
- 18:35number one. Point number two why don't
- 18:37they act now that this evidence is
- 18:39there? Point number three it's not just
- 18:41these loonies. There's another loony,
- 18:43Jeremy Corbyn, leader of opposition in
- 18:45the UK some time ago. The honorable
- 18:47prime minister met him. His views are
- 18:49even more radical than Ilan Omar. At
- 18:51what point are we going to call this
- 18:53out? If the government has no idea who
- 18:54these people are, you are blaming the
- 18:56opposition. I take that. What is the
- 18:57government doing? It took the US
- 18:59government to
- 19:00>> I think you're confusing two issues. We
- 19:02are talking today not about criminality.
- 19:05We're talking about moral impropriy.
- 19:08>> Jeremy Bobin.
- 19:09>> No, one second. So, so did Rahul Gandhi.
- 19:11Well, Rahul Gandhi's actually in fact
- 19:12even met Ilhan Umar. What are you
- 19:14talking about?
- 19:16>> That was in a group.
- 19:17>> No, that was in a group. That was in
- 19:18oneonone. That was in a group. That was
- 19:20in a That was in a That was in a No, no,
- 19:24one second. You still didn't answer my
- 19:26question. You still didn't answer my
- 19:28question. You said it's a great
- 19:30question, but before I answer, let me
- 19:32give you my little two-piece. Now I'm
- 19:34asking you once again,
- 19:37be that as it may, the government is
- 19:40snoozing, the people will deal with the
- 19:41government. They will vote it out. They
- 19:44have a view on it. They'll do what they
- 19:46have to do. But I'm asking you,
- 19:48insurrectionists,
- 19:50people who have links with individuals
- 19:53who are less than savory, why are they
- 19:56on
- 19:59the platform of the opposition alliance,
- 20:02the principal opposition alliance,
- 20:04standing with the leader of the
- 20:06opposition? Can you answer this
- 20:08question? Modi is not standing with
- 20:10them.
- 20:12>> He was one-on-one with Jeremy Corbyn.
- 20:14But let's come to the to your answer.
- 20:15Jeremy Corbyn at one time was the leader
- 20:17of the opposition in his country. What
- 20:20do you expect the prime minister to do?
- 20:21Shoot him? I mean, come on, use your
- 20:23brain.
- 20:24>> But he was a leader of the opposition
- 20:26when Rahul Gandhi was hobnobbing with
- 20:29him. He had been outed as an
- 20:31anti-semitic
- 20:33>> communist. No, I'm asking you a
- 20:36question. Forget all the watery here.
- 20:38Tell me why are you giving him a
- 20:40platform or all these individuals a
- 20:42platform?
- 20:44I am telling I am telling you maybe the
- 20:46opposition didn't know just like the
- 20:47government was clueless maybe.
- 20:49>> Oh, how innocent
- 20:51Rahul Shanka sitting in a news channel
- 20:54has been able to access what is pretty
- 20:56much open- source intelligence viewers
- 20:59and the great Congress party that keeps
- 21:01flitting and the other opposition
- 21:04parties in this country that keep
- 21:05flitting back and forth from the west
- 21:07and have friends in these organizations
- 21:08don't know. I find that hard to believe
- 21:11but I'm not going to pass judgment. Let
- 21:13me let me bring in Dr. Ranganatan as
- 21:16well as Mr. Nalin Kohli and Errol Morco
- 21:19Errol Morco who's here with us. U Dr.
- 21:22Ranganatan what do you make
- 21:25of what we have exposed?
- 21:29>> Uh good evening Rahul and good evening
- 21:31to my fellow panelists. It's a lovely
- 21:33discussion. Uh look congratulations for
- 21:37this uh amazing expose has to be said
- 21:40but I have to also say this that if
- 21:43there is one thing that I grant the
- 21:44communists just one it is that they are
- 21:48proud of wrecking every land where
- 21:53communism has reached the shores of they
- 21:55are there is nothing hidden about them.
- 21:59They eulogize mass murderers. They are
- 22:02proud of their destructive ideology,
- 22:05destructive philosophy that wrecks
- 22:07nations from the insides. So there is
- 22:09nothing new in one sense if you know
- 22:11what I mean. This anti-science cult has
- 22:14resulted in a murder of 100 million
- 22:16people. It is the antithesis of
- 22:19Darwinism in that it absorbs competition
- 22:21and empathy. It attracts hateful,
- 22:24incompetent failures in life. It
- 22:26cushions their guilt of destroying
- 22:28things they are incapable ever of
- 22:29building. And one must understand this
- 22:32Rahul. They are proud of it because they
- 22:34know that the thin lines that divide
- 22:36communism, anarchy and revolution are
- 22:38there for a purpose hopscotch. They have
- 22:41perfected the art of jumping from one
- 22:43square to another. Be it France, be it
- 22:46India, be it Venezuela, be it Cuba,
- 22:48communism today, anarchism tomorrow,
- 22:50revolution forever. The fact of the
- 22:52matter is it is a religion where you
- 22:55keep convincing each other that you are
- 22:57correct. And what inevitably follows is
- 22:59authoritarianism. I never blame a
- 23:02communist. I blame the state for turning
- 23:05people towards communism. And you
- 23:08touched on this very briefly when you
- 23:10talked about our books, when you talked
- 23:12about why is it that most of the media,
- 23:15most of the universities are infiltrated
- 23:17by them. That is the most clever part of
- 23:19what communists do. How else would you
- 23:22imagine that they call everyone else
- 23:24fascist when they call Hitler being the
- 23:28perpetrator of world war by invading
- 23:30Poland when they don't tell anybody that
- 23:33it was in fact ribbon top molotov packed
- 23:35that when Hitler invaded Poland so did
- 23:38the Soviet Union so did Stalin in fact
- 23:40at many places they celebrated the
- 23:42victory together of annexing Poland
- 23:45nobody knows that nobody knows that she
- 23:47guara who's imprinted on every t-shirt
- 23:49was a homophobic mass murderer who ran
- 23:52kangaroo courts. Nobody knows that their
- 23:54all-time hero Chomsky was the cushioning
- 23:58of polepot who murdered 2 million. He
- 24:00disputed that figure. So they in fact
- 24:03they are the children of goals who said
- 24:05accuse the other person of what you are
- 24:07guilty of. Look the fact of the matter
- 24:09is you look at India for example. Why
- 24:13would I blame the communists? WAS IT NOT
- 24:15this government that SAID WE ARE PROUD
- 24:17OF NOT changing even a full stop or a
- 24:19comma in our textbooks? When the same
- 24:22textbook eulogized Mao who killed 60
- 24:24million of his own people when you have
- 24:26communist political parties who take
- 24:28part in elections out here who eologize
- 24:31Stalin who killed 15 million of his own
- 24:33people. What else is to be expected from
- 24:35these people who go on to the poor onto
- 24:38the streets to protest the economic
- 24:40policies? You know what Rahul Gandhi was
- 24:42about to do when he was standing for
- 24:44elections when he you know the
- 24:46distribution when he talked of
- 24:48distributing wealth when he talked of
- 24:49inheritance every single policy that the
- 24:52communist brought off is centralized in
- 24:55that it is not hidden from any nation
- 24:58and you have one gentleman who's from
- 25:00the Thatcher Institute if I'm not
- 25:02mistaken just ask him the pains that
- 25:05Maggi Thatcher had to take to bring UK
- 25:08to what it is today you had the coal
- 25:10minor strike, you had privatization,
- 25:13everything was being protested. So the
- 25:16fact of the matter is you need people
- 25:18like Thatcher, you need people like
- 25:19Ronald Reagan, you need people who would
- 25:21stand up to them. So let's stop blaming
- 25:24the communists. As I said, communism
- 25:26cannot be uh you know eradicated except
- 25:29through her im so
- 25:32>> we have the herd immunity not yet in
- 25:34India.
- 25:35>> Nalin Kohli, that's where the buck has
- 25:37to stop at the government's door. At
- 25:39least the US Congress which is its
- 25:41equivalent of parliament is subpoenaing
- 25:43some of these organizations
- 25:46we established here at least some of the
- 25:49organizations the agencies etc.
- 25:52Neville Singhham's funding to certain
- 25:55news portals which run
- 25:59constant propaganda but nothing came off
- 26:02that. So either we to expect that
- 26:05nothing is illegal about all of this
- 26:07that uh yes at best it's a moral
- 26:10impropriety but when push comes to shove
- 26:12we'll sit opposite these people like the
- 26:14CJP and we'll say their kids and you
- 26:17know let them be let them learn from
- 26:19their mistakes as the prime minister
- 26:20said and let's uh turn the other cheek
- 26:28Rahul as we move on with age uh we see
- 26:33and hear more things that shock our
- 26:35conscience. So you just made a remark
- 26:40but a few days ago in the newspaper I
- 26:41read of an 11 year old child raping I
- 26:44think a three-year-old girl. Now by
- 26:46every standard under under law they are
- 26:49children but what happened is a crime of
- 26:52horrific proportions that for an adult
- 26:55would could lead to even the death
- 26:57sentence. So I think what we need to
- 27:00back down on is not get stuck in these
- 27:02semantics of age of who's doing what but
- 27:06come down to the basics. The basics is
- 27:09you have to prevent a crime from
- 27:11happening rather than have laws for
- 27:14dealing with it after it happens.
- 27:16Certainly we have laws to deal with a
- 27:19postcrime situation because after all
- 27:22rule of law is the basis on which
- 27:24society is administered governed and you
- 27:28expect in a society that people can
- 27:31without fear without concern act and go
- 27:36about their daily life which is what
- 27:38right to life and liberty is all about.
- 27:40right to having a profession or
- 27:41business. All being guaranteed rights
- 27:44including the right to protest. But each
- 27:46but the right to protest comes with the
- 27:49right not to perpetuate or result in a
- 27:53violence not disrupt another citizen's
- 27:57right to livelihood to their freedom of
- 28:00movement to their freedom of uh business
- 28:04[cough] and [clears throat] also
- 28:06the right to live with your life. Now
- 28:09where we are today I said you have to
- 28:11prevent a crime. So if there is
- 28:13information that or intelligence input
- 28:16that a terrorist attack is to take
- 28:18place,
- 28:19any Indian in their sane mind who loves
- 28:22the country will say I hope our agencies
- 28:25will find those people, those sleeper
- 28:28cells, those terrorists and prevent the
- 28:31terrorist incident from happening. Or if
- 28:34someone is intended to do a murder, hope
- 28:37that our agencies, investigative
- 28:39agencies, police will prevent that
- 28:42potential murderer killing the victim.
- 28:45>> The same holds true when there is a
- 28:47threat to your sovereignty, to your
- 28:49country and his security. I have not
- 28:52heard from the who's a friend and a
- 28:55Congress supporter say once that we want
- 28:59these fellows exposed so that our
- 29:02country is protected.
- 29:03>> Okay.
- 29:03>> What the question is what is the
- 29:05government doing? Have you said we want
- 29:08them and we expect the government to do
- 29:10so. We stand with the government to
- 29:11expose it and mind it. If any one of
- 29:14them is involved in a movement in the
- 29:18name of a student movement trying to
- 29:20infiltrate it with an agenda to spread
- 29:23violence, we as a Congress supporter or
- 29:25a Congress party will be the first to
- 29:28stand there to protect the motherland.
- 29:30Okay.
- 29:30>> Along with the
- 29:31>> very quickly before I bring in Eron
- 29:33Morocco who has been extremely patient.
- 29:35>> We don't hear that.
- 29:36>> Okay. We don't hear that. He says punal
- 29:39I asked you that question. Why are you
- 29:41giving a platform to these elements? I
- 29:44didn't get a clear answer.
- 29:47>> Nalin Kohi G is a very respected lawyer
- 29:49and a friend. I absolutely think we
- 29:51stand by them. But it is his government
- 29:53that went crawling and withdrew the
- 29:54cases. It is his government that pulls
- 29:56it back. It is his government that's not
- 29:58serious. Even if these allegations are
- 29:59true, I have no reason to disbelieve
- 30:01you. Who is to act? Maybe I'm guilty of
- 30:03hosting them. Fine. That's my guilt. I
- 30:05hosted them. Please act. Who's stopping?
- 30:08They need Punara's permission to act.
- 30:10>> Let me flip this. Let me flip this
- 30:12question. Okay, let me flip this
- 30:13question. Bring in Errol Morco, who's
- 30:15really waited a long time. And I and I I
- 30:17really thank you for your patience.
- 30:20Errol Morco, you know what the left will
- 30:22say. You know how they've been reacting
- 30:24to what Fox News has been putting out or
- 30:26what CNN News8 will put out or what the
- 30:29US Congress is going to be doing in
- 30:31those hearings. they'll say that this is
- 30:33the rights attempt to gaslight a
- 30:36student's movement and quash disscent.
- 30:40How do you respond to that kind of uh
- 30:43narrative?
- 30:44>> Well, well, first off, thank you for
- 30:46having me. And I think the biggest thing
- 30:48I would point to is my old friend
- 30:50Charlie Kirk who wrote a book in 2018
- 30:52called Campus Battlefield about my time
- 30:55as my time wasn't about me obviously but
- 30:58I was in that time frame period at UC
- 31:01Berkeley and you saw what was obviously
- 31:03a global movement that was being made to
- 31:06look like a local movement co-opting
- 31:08students manipulating young people
- 31:10convincing them that they are the cruel
- 31:12oppressor because they have the ability
- 31:15to get a job and earn money now they're
- 31:17incredibly privileged and and and just
- 31:19you know turning people's heads around
- 31:21inside out and on that battlefield which
- 31:24is effectively what it was it spilled
- 31:26off into the streets we had violence
- 31:29burning of the the Starbucks and the
- 31:31banks one thing that was consistent was
- 31:33the funding was coming from the outside
- 31:35and you saw that student movement spill
- 31:37out of Berkeley go east all the way
- 31:40across into Europe infect all of Europe
- 31:43and now it's a global society so the
- 31:44exact same entities the Soros funding,
- 31:47these types of people who've been
- 31:48brought up on this program. Your expose
- 31:50is fantastic. Your monologue fantastic.
- 31:52You hit the nail on the head. This is a
- 31:54global basically left-wing inifat
- 31:56movement that will not stop and has been
- 31:59proven to willingly want to use violence
- 32:02to destroy what they claim to be
- 32:03protecting, which is free speech, which
- 32:05is student rights. So, they gaslight
- 32:07everybody to assume that they are the
- 32:09victims. And and there's no real way to
- 32:11deal with these people except for a
- 32:12strong individual to come and and stand
- 32:15up to them. and like a nonset. And
- 32:17unless you have a leader like that,
- 32:18you're not going to be able to get this
- 32:20scourge out and it's only going to
- 32:22fester until it metastasizes throughout
- 32:24the rest of your culture. It is very
- 32:25well connected and it must be stopped.
- 32:28>> Okay. Very quickly, you want to say
- 32:29something Dr. Ranganatan before I move
- 32:31on?
- 32:32>> Yes, I think well I completely agree
- 32:34with uh the previous panelist. It must
- 32:36be stopped but the state has to lead the
- 32:38way and in India I'm sorry with due
- 32:41respect to my dear friend Nalin Kohi the
- 32:42state is absolutely weak. The anarchists
- 32:45know this. For example, very recently,
- 32:48the state withdrew the FIRS, the police
- 32:50cases against those individuals who
- 32:52rioted on the protects that they have
- 32:54done it for the first time. The state
- 32:57kept quiet, withdrew cases against the
- 32:59individuals who ran riot during the 26th
- 33:02February January, you know, removing of
- 33:05our Indian flag and hoisting some some
- 33:07else flag and 400 policemen were
- 33:08injured. The fact of the matter is the
- 33:10communists have guilt tripped the state
- 33:13into believing that they must seek
- 33:16validation. How else do you explain that
- 33:18when the entire government and the BJP
- 33:21cries [ __ ] day and night about Indian
- 33:23express about Bloomberg being fake
- 33:25newspers you have the prime minister
- 33:27writing for them inaugurating their
- 33:29evening shows.
- 33:30>> What is that?
- 33:31>> You know we should you should use the
- 33:32word weak with a qualifier. The Modi
- 33:35government viewers, let me tell you, has
- 33:37eradicated
- 33:40the red menace, the Mauist terrorists
- 33:44across eight states of the union.
- 33:48>> They occupied a huge corridor. There is
- 33:51not a stone being thrown by the way in
- 33:54Kashmir today. Lot of people found
- 33:57themselves friendless and in jail. So we
- 34:01need to be we need to add a qualifier
- 34:04there caveat though maybe I don't know I
- 34:08don't want to speak for Nalin Kohli and
- 34:09I would like your quick comment on that
- 34:11Nalin Kohli did you go too far in giving
- 34:14them the benefit of doubt maybe you
- 34:17shouldn't have you should have set the
- 34:19bar very high for the CJP and for these
- 34:22communist so-called Gen Z protesters and
- 34:25so and so forth maybe you should have
- 34:27just quarterized the wound
- 34:32Well, you know, Rahul, there's never a
- 34:34perfect answer
- 34:36>> and you know, any hardcore nationalist
- 34:41and clearing thinking person like Dr.
- 34:43Anandangar Ratanj would obviously have a
- 34:47strong point of view and fairly
- 34:49justified from that perspective to say
- 34:51we need to see more action. But I think
- 34:54when it's for the state, the state has
- 34:55to balance a lot of priorities uh
- 34:58including your citizens rights,
- 35:00including the need for security and the
- 35:02need to act in some places act later.
- 35:06And uh all I can say is that the Modi
- 35:08government will not be found wanting uh
- 35:12and we have seen after July uh that kind
- 35:15of situation has not developed. The
- 35:17police has been under pressure. The
- 35:19central reserve police force has been
- 35:21under pressure. All of them have been
- 35:23there on uh you know weekends and other
- 35:26days to prevent a situation like that to
- 35:29come and I think in fairness lot of
- 35:30right-thinking students have also seen
- 35:33that there were elements that came in in
- 35:34July that shouldn't have been there.
- 35:36They've not also responded in that
- 35:38manner.
- 35:39>> H so maybe viewers the Modi government
- 35:43retreated strategically. It decided to
- 35:45give them the long rope and some of them
- 35:48have metaphorically hung themselves and
- 35:51perhaps that's the reason why their
- 35:53protests are fizzling because you've
- 35:57heard the evidence there.
- 36:00Perhaps you'll be a little wiser the
- 36:02next time you see a bunch of students
- 36:04running through the streets trying to
- 36:06suggest that they're doing it for a
- 36:08grander cause.
- 36:10Look at the people behind them. Never
- 36:12look at the front line. I leave it at
- 36:14this view yours.
