3. 0:28introduce to you the 45th and the 47th
4. 0:33president of the United States of
5. 0:35America Donald J Trump
6. 1:10thank you very much everybody
7. 1:13well thank you very very
8. 1:15much vice president Vance speaker
9. 1:19Johnson Senator
10. 1:22th chief justice
11. 1:24Roberts justices of
12. 1:27the United States Supreme
13. 1:31Court President Clinton President Bush
14. 1:35President Obama President
15. 1:38Biden vice president
16. 1:41Harris and my fellow
17. 1:44citizens the Golden Age of America
18. 1:47begins right
19. 1:56now from this day forward our country
20. 1:59will flourish and be respected again all
21. 2:02over the
22. 2:03world we will be the Envy of every
23. 2:05nation and we will not allow ourselves
24. 2:08to be taken advantage of any
25. 2:11longer during every single day of the
26. 2:14Trump
27. 2:15Administration I will very simply put
28. 2:19America
29. 2:28First our sovereignty will be reclaimed
30. 2:32our safety will be restored the scales
31. 2:36of Justice will be
32. 2:38rebalanced the vicious violent and
33. 2:41unfair weaponization of the justice
34. 2:43department and our government will
35. 2:53end and our top priority will be to
36. 2:56create a nation that is proud prosperous
37. 3:00and
38. 3:05free America will soon be greater
39. 3:09stronger and far more exceptional than
40. 3:13ever
41. 3:18before I return to the presidency
42. 3:21confident and optimistic that we are at
43. 3:24the start of a thrilling New Era of
44. 3:26national success a tired of change is
45. 3:29sweeping the country sunlight is pouring
46. 3:32over the entire world and America has
47. 3:35the chance to seize this opportunity
48. 3:37like never before but first we must be
49. 3:40honest about the challenges we face
50. 3:43while they are plentiful they will be
51. 3:45annihilated by this great momentum that
52. 3:48the world is now witnessing in the
53. 3:50United States of
54. 3:52America as we gathered today our
55. 3:54government confronts a crisis of trust
56. 3:57for many years a radical and corrupt
57. 4:00establishment has extracted power and
58. 4:02wealth from our citizens while the
59. 4:04pillars of our society lay broken and
60. 4:07seemingly incomplete
61. 4:10disrepair we now have a government that
62. 4:12cannot manage even a simple crisis at
63. 4:14home while at the same time stumbling
64. 4:17into a continuing catalog of
65. 4:19catastrophic events
66. 4:21abroad it fails to protect our
67. 4:23magnificent law-abiding American
68. 4:26citizens but provide sanctuary and
69. 4:28protection for dangerous criminals many
70. 4:31from prisons and mental
71. 4:33institutions that have illegally entered
72. 4:35our country from all over the world we
73. 4:38have a government that has given
74. 4:40unlimited funding to the defense of
75. 4:42foreign borders but refuses to defend
76. 4:46American borders or more importantly its
77. 4:49own people our country can no longer
78. 4:52deliver basic services in times of
79. 4:54emergency as recently shown by the
80. 4:57wonderful people of North Carolina been
81. 5:01treated so
82. 5:06badly and other states who are still
83. 5:09suffering from a hurricane that took
84. 5:11place many months ago or more recently
85. 5:14Los Angeles where we are watching fires
86. 5:16still tragically burn from weeks ago
87. 5:20without even a token of
88. 5:22defense they're raging through the
89. 5:25houses and communities even affecting
90. 5:27some of the wealthiest and most powerful
91. 5:29IND individuals in our country some of
92. 5:31whom are sitting here right now they
93. 5:34don't have a home any longer that's
94. 5:37interesting but we can't let this happen
95. 5:41everyone is unable to do anything about
96. 5:44it that's going to change we have a
97. 5:47public health system that does not
98. 5:49deliver in times of disaster yet more
99. 5:51money is spent on it than any country
100. 5:54anywhere in the world and we have an
101. 5:56education system that teaches our
102. 5:58children to be ashamed of themselves in
103. 6:00many cases to hate our country despite
104. 6:03the love that we try so desperately to
105. 6:06provide to them all of this will change
106. 6:09starting today and it will change very
107. 6:23quickly my recent election is a mandate
108. 6:26to completely and totally reverse a
109. 6:28horrible
110. 6:30betrayal and all of these many betrayals
111. 6:34that have taken place and to give the
112. 6:37people back their faith their wealth
113. 6:40their democracy and indeed their freedom
114. 6:44from this moment on America's decline is
115. 6:49over
116. 7:00our liberties and our nation's glorious
117. 7:03Destiny will no longer be denied and we
118. 7:06will immediately restore the Integrity
119. 7:08competency and loyalty of America's
120. 7:12government over the past eight years I
121. 7:14have been tested and challenged more
122. 7:16than any president in our 250e history
123. 7:20and I've learned a lot along the way the
124. 7:23journey to reclaim our Republic has not
125. 7:27been an easy one that I can tell you you
126. 7:30those who wish to stop our cause have
127. 7:33tried to take my freedom and indeed to
128. 7:37take my life just a few months ago in a
129. 7:41beautiful Pennsylvania field an
130. 7:43Assassin's bullet ripped through my
131. 7:46ear but I felt then and believe even
132. 7:49more so now that my life was saved for a
133. 7:53reason I was saved by God to make
134. 7:56America great again
135. 8:18thank you very
136. 8:28much that is why each day under our
137. 8:31administration of American Patriots we
138. 8:35will be working to meet every crisis
139. 8:37with dignity and power and strength we
140. 8:41will move with purpose and speed to
141. 8:43bring back hope Prosperity safety and
142. 8:46peace for citizens of every race
143. 8:49religion color and Creed for American
144. 8:53citizens January 20th 2025 is liberation
145. 9:08day it is my hope that our recent
146. 9:11presidential election will be remembered
147. 9:13as the greatest and most consequential
148. 9:15election in the history of our
149. 9:18country as our Victory showed the entire
150. 9:21nation is rapidly unifying behind our
151. 9:24agenda with dramatic increases in
152. 9:26support from virtually every element of
153. 9:28our society young and old men and women
154. 9:32African-Americans Hispanic Americans
155. 9:35asian-americans Urban Suburban Rural and
156. 9:38very importantly we had a powerful win
157. 9:41in all seven swing States and the
158. 9:44popular vote we won by
159. 9:47millions of
160. 9:52people to the Black and Hispanic
161. 9:54communities I want to thank you for the
162. 9:57tremendous outpouring of love and trust
163. 10:00that you have shown me with your vote we
164. 10:03set records and I will not forget it
165. 10:08I've heard your voices in the campaign
166. 10:10and I look forward to working with you
167. 10:12in the years to come today is Martin
168. 10:15Luther King Day in his honor this will
169. 10:18be a great honor but in his honor we
170. 10:20will strive together to make his dream a
171. 10:25reality we will make his dream come true

173. 10:46thank National Unity is now returning to
174. 10:52America and confidence and pride is
175. 10:55soaring like never before in everything
176. 10:58we do my Administration will be inspired
177. 11:01by a strong pursuit of excellence and
178. 11:03unrelenting success we will not forget
179. 11:06our country we will not forget our
180. 11:09Constitution and we will not forget our
181. 11:14God can't do
182. 11:26that today I will sign a series of
183. 11:29historic executive orders with these
184. 11:32actions we will begin the complete
185. 11:34restoration of America and the
186. 11:37revolution of common sense it's all
187. 11:40about common
188. 11:43sense first I will declare a national
189. 11:47emergency at our Southern border
190. 12:15all illegal entry will immediately be
191. 12:19halted and we will begin the process of
192. 12:21returning millions and millions of
193. 12:24criminal aliens back to the places from
194. 12:27which they came
195. 12:29we will reinstate my remain in Mexico
196. 12:39policy I will end the practice of Catch
197. 12:42and
198. 12:46Release and I will send troops to the
199. 12:48southern border to repel the disastrous
200. 12:52invasion of our
201. 12:57country under the orders I sign today we
202. 13:01will also be designating the cartels as
203. 13:05foreign terrorist
204. 13:23organizations and by invoking the alien
205. 13:27enemies Act of 17
206. 13:2998 I will direct our government to use
207. 13:33the full and immense power of federal
208. 13:35and state law enforcement to eliminate
209. 13:37the presence of all foreign gangs and
210. 13:39criminal networks bringing devastating
211. 13:43crime to us soil including our cities
212. 13:47and inner
213. 13:55cities as commander-in-chief I have no
214. 13:58higher responsibil ility than to defend
215. 14:00our country from threats and invasions
216. 14:02and that is exactly what I am going to
217. 14:06do we will do it at a level that
218. 14:08nobody's ever seen before next I will
219. 14:11direct all members of my cabinet to
220. 14:13Marshall the vast powers that their
221. 14:15disposal to defeat what was record
222. 14:18inflation and rapidly bring down costs

224. 14:29the inflation crisis was caused by

231. 15:09other manufacturing Nation will ever
232. 15:11have the largest amount of oil and gas
233. 15:13of any country on Earth and we are going
234. 15:16to use it let me use
235. 15:21it we will bring prices down fill our
236. 15:25strategic reserves up again right to the
237. 15:28top
238. 15:29and Export American Energy all over the
239. 15:37world we will be a rich Nation again and
240. 15:41it is that Liquid Gold under our feet
241. 15:44that will help to do it with my actions
242. 15:47today we will end the green New Deal and
243. 15:50we will revoke the electric vehicle
244. 15:52mandate saving our Auto industry and
245. 15:55keeping my sacred pledge to our Great
246. 15:58American ameran Auto
247. 16:11Workers in other words you'll be able to
248. 16:14buy the car of your
249. 16:16choice we will build automobiles in
250. 16:19America again at a rate that nobody
251. 16:21could have dreamt possible just a few
252. 16:23years ago and thank you to the aut
253. 16:26workers of our nation for your inspiring
254. 16:29ing vote of confidence we did
255. 16:31tremendously with their
256. 16:34vote I will immediately begin the
257. 16:38overhaul of our trade system to protect
258. 16:41American workers and families instead of
259. 16:44taxing our citizens to enrich other
260. 16:47countries we will tariff and tax foreign
261. 16:51countries to enrich our citizens
262. 16:59for this
263. 17:00purpose we are establishing the external
264. 17:05Revenue
265. 17:06Service to collect all tariffs
266. 17:09duties and revenues it will be massive
267. 17:13amounts of money pouring into our
268. 17:15treasury coming from foreign sources the
269. 17:19American dream will soon be back and
270. 17:21thriving like never before to restore
271. 17:24competence and Effectiveness to our
272. 17:26federal government my Administration
273. 17:29will establish the brand new Department
274. 17:32of government
275. 17:45efficiency after years and years of
276. 17:48illegal and unconstitutional Federal
277. 17:50efforts to restrict free expression I
278. 17:53will also sign an executive order to
279. 17:55immediately stop all government
280. 17:57censorship and bring back Free Speech To
281. 18:18America never again will the immense
282. 18:21power of the state be weaponized to
283. 18:23persecute political opponents something
284. 18:26I know something about
285. 18:29we will not allow that to happen it will
286. 18:32not happen again under my leadership we
287. 18:34will restore Fair equal and impartial
288. 18:37justice under the Constitutional rule of
289. 18:45law and we are going to bring Law and
290. 18:48Order back to our
291. 18:54cities this week I will also end the
292. 18:58government policy of trying to socially
293. 19:01engineer race and gender into every
294. 19:04aspect of public and private
295. 19:12life we will Forge a society that is
296. 19:16colorblind and Merit
297. 19:24based as of
298. 19:26today it will henceforth be the the
299. 19:28official policy of the United States
300. 19:31government that there are only two
301. 19:33genders male and
302. 19:52female this week I will reinstate any
303. 19:55service members who were unjustly
304. 19:57expelled from our milit AR for objecting
305. 19:59to the covid vaccine mandate with full
306. 20:03back
307. 20:14pay and I will sign an order to stop our
308. 20:18Warriors from being subjected to radical
309. 20:21political theories and social
310. 20:22experiments while on duty it's going to
311. 20:25end immediately
312. 20:30our Armed Forces will be free to focus
313. 20:33on their sole Mission defeating
314. 20:37America's enemies
315. 21:04like in 2017 we will again build the
316. 21:07strongest military the world has ever
317. 21:09seen we will measure our success not
318. 21:12only by the battles we win but also by
319. 21:15the wars that we end and perhaps most
320. 21:18importantly the wars we never get into
321. 21:41my proudest Legacy will be that of a
322. 21:44peacemaker and unifier that's what I
323. 21:47want to be a peacemaker and a unifier
324. 21:50I'm pleased to say that as of yesterday
325. 21:52one day before I assumed office the
326. 21:56hostages in the Middle East are coming
327. 21:58back home to their
328. 22:19families thank
329. 22:21you America will reclaim its rightful
330. 22:25place as the greatest most powerful most
331. 22:27respected Nation on Earth inspiring the
332. 22:30awe and admiration of the entire world a
333. 22:34short time from now we are going to be
334. 22:37changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico
335. 22:40to the Gulf of America and we will
336. 22:43restore the
337. 22:45name of a great President William
338. 22:49McKinley to Mount McKinley where it
339. 22:51should be and where it belongs
340. 23:02President McKinley made our country very
341. 23:05rich through tariffs and through Talent
342. 23:09he was a natural businessman and gave
343. 23:11Teddy Roosevelt the money for many of
344. 23:13the great things he did including the
345. 23:15Panama
346. 23:16Canal which has foolishly been given to
347. 23:20the country of Panama after the United
348. 23:22States the United States I me think of
349. 23:25this spent more money than ever spent
350. 23:28spent on a project before and lost
351. 23:3138,000 lives in the building of the
352. 23:34Panama Canal we have been treated very
353. 23:37badly from this foolish gift that should
354. 23:40have never been made and Panama's
355. 23:43promise to us has been broken the
356. 23:46purpose of our deal and the spirit of
357. 23:48our treaty has been totally violated
358. 23:51American ships are being severely
359. 23:55overcharged and not treated fairly in
360. 23:57any way way shape or form and that
361. 24:01includes the United States Navy and
362. 24:04above all China is operating the Panama
363. 24:07Canal and we didn't give it to China we
364. 24:09gave it to Panama and we're taking it
365. 24:12back
366. 24:30above all my message to Americans today
367. 24:32is that it is time for us to once again
368. 24:35act with courage Vigor and the Vitality
369. 24:38of History's Greatest
370. 24:40civilization so as we liberate our
371. 24:43nation we will lead it to new heights of
372. 24:46Victory and
373. 24:48success we will not be deterred together
374. 24:51we will end the chronic disease epidemic
375. 24:54and keep our children safe healthy and
376. 24:56disease free the United unit States will
377. 24:59once again consider itself a growing
378. 25:02Nation one that increases our wealth
379. 25:05expands our territory builds our cities
380. 25:08raises our expectations and Carries our
381. 25:10flag into new and beautiful
382. 25:13Horizons and we will pursue our Manifest
383. 25:16Destiny into the Stars launching

385. 25:19astronauts to plant the stars and
386. 25:21stripes on the planet Mars
387. 25:45ambition is the lifeblood of a great
388. 25:47nation and right now our nation is more
389. 25:51ambitious than any other there's no
390. 25:54Nation like our
391. 25:56nation Americans are explorers Builders
392. 25:59innovators entrepreneurs and
393. 26:02Pioneers the spirit of the frontier is
394. 26:04written into our hearts the call of the
395. 26:07next great
396. 26:09adventure resounds from within our
397. 26:13souls our American ancestors turned a
398. 26:16small group of colonies on the edge of a
399. 26:19vast continent into a mighty Republic of
400. 26:22the most extraordinary citizens on Earth
401. 26:25no one comes close America Americans
402. 26:28pushed thousands of miles through a
403. 26:30rugged land of Untamed Wilderness they
404. 26:34crossed deserts scaled mountains braved
405. 26:37Untold dangers won the wild west ended
406. 26:41slavery rescued Millions from tyranny
407. 26:44lifted billions from poverty harnessed
408. 26:46electricity split the atom launched
409. 26:50mankind into the heavens and put the
410. 26:53universe of human knowledge into the
411. 26:55palm of the human hand if we work
412. 26:59together there is nothing we cannot do
413. 27:01and no dream we cannot achieve many
414. 27:05people thought it was impossible for me
415. 27:07to Stage such a historic political
416. 27:11comeback but as you see today here I am
417. 27:14the American people have spoken
418. 27:36I stand before you now as proof that you
419. 27:38should never believe that something is
420. 27:40impossible to do in America The
421. 27:43Impossible is what we do
422. 27:52best from New York to Los Angeles from
423. 27:55Philadelphia to Phoenix from Chicago to
424. 27:59Miami from Houston to right here in
425. 28:01Washington
426. 28:03DC our country was forged and built by
427. 28:06the generations of patriots who gave
428. 28:08everything they had for our rights and
429. 28:11for our
430. 28:13freedom they were farmers and soldiers
431. 28:15Cowboys and Factory workers steel
432. 28:17workers and coal miners police officers
433. 28:21and Pioneers who pushed onward marched
434. 28:23forward and let no obstacle defeat their
435. 28:26Spirit or their pride
436. 28:29together they laid down the railroads
437. 28:32raised up the skyscrapers built great
438. 28:35highways won two world wars defeated
439. 28:39fascism and communism and triumphed over
440. 28:43every single challenge that they
441. 28:46faced after all we have been through
442. 28:48together we stand on the verge of the
443. 28:50four greatest years in American history
444. 28:54with your help we will restore America
445. 28:57promise and we will rebuild the nation
446. 28:59that we love and we love it so much we
447. 29:03are one people one family and one
448. 29:05glorious nation under God so to every
449. 29:08parent who dreams for their child and
450. 29:11every child who dreams for their future
451. 29:14I am with you I will fight for you and I
452. 29:17will win for you we are going to win

471. 30:21never before we will not be conquered we

473. 30:26intimidated we will not be broken and we
474. 30:29will not fail from this day on the
475. 30:32United States of America will be a free
476. 30:34Sovereign and independent nation we will
477. 30:37stand bravely we will live proudly we
478. 30:41will dream boldly and nothing will stand
479. 30:45in our way because we are Americans the
480. 30:47future is ours and our golden age has
