3:03um but for um Scotty Morris the little
3:06boy that went missing last Thursday the
3:0916th so I went out I was going to use
3:12one of my candles from my store but I
3:14decided to go out and get a green one
3:15because
3:16I think that was his favorite color
3:18that's what they're using anyway for the
3:19ribbon color so I got this little one
3:22and it has a little bunny in it I
3:24thought it was cute for him
3:25it looked kind of like Kiddush almost
3:27and I got a small one
3:29because I have faith that I'm not gonna
3:31have to burn this very long
3:33because when it came to the Idaho
3:35forward when we did their candlelight we
3:38literally
3:39um
3:40my candles were like towers and I'm like
3:43why did I do this these things will
3:44never be burnt
3:45so yes you lit a few for him tonight

4:14I almost burnt well I did burn my hair

4:28just heard swoof and that was my hair
4:32you drove through Eaton earlier and it
4:34was oh and Selena said it was seriously

4:44they're just um bringing in I think like
4:46dogs and stuff to kind of sniff things
4:48out
4:49so um that way they don't have a bunch
4:51of people there you know with their
4:54their own smells and their perfumes and
4:56all that so I'm hoping I mean I just

9:27um during her court case today

9:35I was just closing out all kinds of
9:37Windows today
9:38because I wrote down like some notes and
9:40stuff for each case so each day they're
9:44not allowing like live streaming in the
9:46courtroom but they are allowing like
9:49people to they they're videotaping it
9:52and then they're like you know releasing
9:53it later so today it came out I think at
9:56like one or
9:58between one and three it was pretty
10:00early it was probably three because it
10:01was before five you know of course
10:03usually over about five but she was just
10:06there for her arraignment so I did put
10:08trial and stuff in there and I meant
10:10when I say trial I meant like
10:13her trial is coming but this is like her
10:15first day of that trial if that made
10:18sense that's why I said that because a
10:19lot of people were like this is just her
10:21arraignment and I'm like to me
10:23if I was going down for murder this
10:25would be my first day of trial so that's
10:27why that's what I meant by that
10:29um but so the judge in this case is a
10:33woman version I feel like of Judge
10:35Newman
10:36her name is um let me see here Tammy I
10:39can't think of her last name for to save
10:41my life
10:42Tammy Stokes
10:44um she
10:46when the defendants when the defense was
10:49like trying to get Leilani Bond they
10:52were saying
10:54um anything under the sun to get her
10:55bond so won't leave you know there's a
10:58residence we've got a permanent
10:59residence where our residence where no
11:01one knows where she'll be at so no news
11:03or no um social media or news places can
11:06get to her she's going to go into like a
11:09rehab she's going to do God's work now
11:12or something I don't know
11:15so
11:17she um
11:19denied her bond she Tammy stosted Tammy
11:23didn't want to hear about Judge Stokes I
11:24don't know why I called her Tammy like I
11:25know her like that judge Stokes
11:27um she reasoned that there was a time
11:30you know that Leilani would commit a
11:32felony while out on bond in particularly
11:35she said she thought she was a flight
11:36risk and she wasn't gonna you know
11:38take that
11:40um she so Leilani ended up pleading
11:43because the
11:45her defense attorney so Leilani's
11:47defense attorney asked for more time for
11:48the arraignment and the judge was like
11:50no I'm ready to proceed now and so the
11:53judge or the lawyer was like oh okay so
11:55she pled not guilty Leilani didn't speak
11:58she her lawyer spoke for her
12:01um and she requested a jury trial so
12:03that's pretty much really all of it
12:07did I get my hair cut no I didn't but it
12:09almost looks like I did didn't it like
12:11over on this side
12:12or wait this side I didn't I actually
12:15stepped on my hair today when I bent
12:17down
12:18it was under my shoe I was like are you
12:20kidding Tanya are you kidding
12:25but I actually I did cut it though um
12:27it's but it's been a little while

14:37and Dad and family and sister and I
14:39don't know if you saw his sister when
14:41she went up or not his sister I'm sorry
14:42Tristan's sister when she went up to um
14:45to speak on her sister's behalf
14:48but she dropped 114
14:53marbles into a glass vase for each one
14:57of the times that her sister was stabbed
15:00it was incredible to watch it like it
15:04was powerful
15:06coming from such a young person
15:08um he's getting sentenced it's I'm gonna
15:11do a live I think tomorrow maybe but it
15:13starts the judge said about 9 15 9 30
15:15because um he has a couple cases to do
15:18before that but yeah so everything's
15:20ready so when they do tomorrow they
15:22should just like go straight into
15:23sentencing tomorrow

16:36literally spelled her name wrong

16:43they knew each other he knew she spelled
16:46her name different he knew it wasn't
16:47with it he spelled it e n instead of y n
16:50on the end and then Bailey he didn't
16:52even add the e

20:55they both had filed restraining orders
20:58I'd heard against each other oh we have

21:10um so they both you know they both had a
21:13lot of problems within their
21:14relationship and her boyfriend's name is

21:21referred to as George in some of the

21:24but in January 2020 down in Florida the
21:27couple decided to have some wine
21:29she claims they had one bottle
21:32they start a puzzle they paint together
21:34they even take pictures down to put the
21:38new paintings up when they're done
21:39painting
21:40then they decide to play a game of you
21:43know regular old game of hide and go
21:44seek
21:48they're 42. mind you
21:51um Sarah claims that George decided to
21:53get into the suitcase by himself on his
21:55own volition and then she zipped him up
21:58after doing so after she zipped him up
22:01she decides to head off to bed she's
22:04like well you know he's tucked in for
22:06the night
22:07I'm gonna go ahead and Tuck myself in
22:09I'm gonna go to bed too
22:12so she leaves them in the suitcase
22:15um the next morning she comes down and
22:16sees that he is still in the suitcase
22:19and that's when she calls
22:24um
22:25not the police she calls her ex-husband
22:29um she called her ex-husband to come and
22:31help her out and then he got there and
22:33because he was already going to go over
22:34there anyway to make sure that they were
22:36going to watch their son
22:37and he ended up calling the police so
22:40when the police asked her um to hand her
22:42cell phone over
22:43she handed it right over the dumbass was
22:46either too drunk to realize what she did
22:49or too stupid to realize that she had
22:52recorded
22:53herself
22:55like videotaping George or Jorge
22:59suffering and pleading to be let out of
23:02the suitcase
23:05like
23:06um begging
23:08Sarah please I can't breathe it's it
23:12it's bad
23:15paper here but um
23:18and yes she zipped him up and then she
23:21flipped the case over we at least know
23:23that for a hundred and we know that for
23:26100 percent
23:27because in the video
23:29you can see um you know I should have
23:31pulled the picture up for you guys I

23:35um
23:38and I'll show you a picture of Sarah and

23:49she maybe had stood it up at one point

27:59her go that first day she probably
28:00thought I got this they let me go today
28:05and then they asked her to come back in
28:06for like a follow-up she's probably

28:48retracted that that arm back in there
28:54so yeah so see so someone else is saying

28:59stairs are in correlation of that
29:01because if they're like so far away how
29:03would she get the rest of them all the

33:13um his mouth was a little I haven't

33:18also too I he fell off my son's bike

33:24for running into the wall or the

36:26like on the left side of his forehead he

36:37if something hit him I considered not
36:40for touchdown
36:42I have not touched him I have not
36:45touched him how would he get those
36:47injuries tell me and we'll both know

36:52yesterday when we took photographs of

36:56um and they did the Beagle swabs did
36:58they go under your fingernails no okay

39:22to tend to it and then poking me in the
39:24back of the leg right so it's
39:26then why are you still with him

39:40could help him which I did because he's
39:42come a really he came a really long way
39:44from where he was in Philadelphia to
39:47moving back to hearing to dealing with
39:48everything else that he's been dealing
39:50with I've really helped
39:54honey she helped him right into a damn
39:56suitcase to his death what do you mean
39:58you helped him you didn't help him you
40:01helped him go to jail by getting in
40:03arguments you helped him into the
40:05suitcase oh my Lord have mercy on my

40:11if I was the one of these detectives I
40:13wouldn't be able to do it I wouldn't be
40:14able to make a straight face I wouldn't
40:16be able to do it out of jail what three
40:18times I've gone to every single Hearing
40:21in every single arraignment everything
40:22that I did for him
40:24gone to see all his public defenders go
40:26to the state I've gone to the state I
40:28did everything for him because I'm
40:30trying to help him because I have but
40:31hey I'm hoping if and he was trying

40:39things and it just I think he gets
40:42overwhelmed and then it's like the next
40:43thing I know he's drinking so it's like

40:52something else where I don't want to
40:54drink

41:04don't have to wake up the next day I
41:06have to wake up the next day and do
41:07things I have to tend to Lucas I have to
41:09take him to school I have all this stuff

41:12he doesn't know how to
41:15I guess maintain himself where I can do
41:2050 things at once and still know the 50
41:22things more previously prior that I need
41:25to get done
41:26he can't process like that he didn't
41:27process like that so it he would
41:29literally not literally but have smoke
41:31coming out of his ears so the next thing
41:33you know he doesn't want to deal with it
41:35I'm gonna go get something to drink so
41:38the majority of the time I would hang
41:39out outside or do something else because
41:42I don't want to drink
41:45and every time every time
41:47his job broke his heart and it made me
41:50sad because he had so much pride in this
41:52job
41:53and the store that he took care of so
41:56much
41:57totally went downhill and that broke his
42:01heart because he had put so much work
42:03and effort into fixing it up and his
42:06manager was
42:07awful
42:09and basically gave up on all of the
42:11employees so I think that had a huge
42:15bearing on why he would drink so much
42:18his ex-wife is Bonkers she was all over
42:22him all the time
42:24send me money send me money send me
42:26money
42:27how can I send you money when I don't
42:29have a job and he's still trying to take
42:32care of me and Lucas by paying a bill
42:34here or there getting some groceries so
42:37he always had something on his mind
42:39which is why again I got the butthole
42:43and the bank to try to get him off of it
42:46so we don't have a drink or he doesn't
42:48have a dream
42:49so when you all see my phone you can see
42:52all of the damage he has done to me and
42:55the videos of him smashing my television
42:57because he's belligerently drunk
43:01well most of the time I just don't want
43:03to be there and I try to help him I try
43:05to calm him down
43:07eventually he just passes out
43:10well yesterday it made it sound like you
43:13guys were just drinking like a glass or
43:15two like yeah you obviously had the
43:17bottle but you I mean you told me on the
43:19yeah but you told me on recording like
43:21that you were not drunk he was not drunk
43:23you guys were having a good time I don't
43:25get I can't get drunk number one I do

46:11that I ran the house that I had to take

46:13happen or I'm folding laundry and he'll
46:15go run out and do whatever

47:08because I mean he we were playing with
47:10the dog whatever and then it's like okay

47:14the puzzle took a break now let's do

47:17sure enough fat dog we're sitting in
47:20there talking laughing talking about new
47:22movies we're watching movie trailers
47:25while we're doing painting and all that
47:27other stuff so it's still background
47:29noise to him because I think that's what
47:30he's used to is having background noise
47:32where me I can sit in here all day with
47:35not a peep but he always has to have
47:37some kind of background noise which I
47:38didn't mind because the trailers were
47:40cool and he was interested in showing
47:42them to me getting excited about movies
47:44that were out or upcoming okay so in
47:48your laptop and I mean
47:50and then if we it was you said it was a
47:53good day like you guys didn't have any
47:55have any uh conversations about your
47:58relationship you guys didn't go down
47:59like the rabbit hole like had too many
48:01to drink and you guys start getting nope
48:04when I tell you this
48:05it made me so happy that he actually
48:08listened to what I I had to say with
48:11just we'll get through it this will be
48:14fine it's just it's it's a small hurdle

48:19because in terms of the money jobs Stars
48:24yes nothing relationship wise though

51:56I had him bailed out I got him out of
51:58jail right but because he had violated
52:02the pre-trial diversion
52:04they this time it's probation so you
52:06don't have a choice in it you have to go
52:08to see your probation officer you have
52:10to go to these classes it's court
52:12ordered where it took him a while to get
52:15used to it and understand they're not
52:17missing around
52:18I even went down and met his uh
52:20probation officer which I say I she
52:23she's wonderful that's one of my
52:24questions too I need to talk to you
52:25about
52:26hugged me and said how much she knows
52:29that I take care of him she called me
52:31personally one time when George was at
52:33work when he was working 42 minute phone
52:36call she and I just saying how grateful
52:39she is that George has me and she knows
52:42how hard I'm working to help him just as
52:45she is and just as the classes will so
52:48once he started actually going on a
52:50regular basis to the probation officer
52:52and then to his
52:54substance abuse class and his I don't
52:57know what VIP stands for matters
52:58intervention programs
53:00and actually listening to what it is
53:02everyone had to say he changed like I
53:05could I could see a change in him or
53:07before lashing out he would think about
53:09it
53:10and would always come home and to show
53:12me his paper and we would look over his
53:14papers together or it's like wow you
53:16actually are learning this in class and
53:19some of the stuff that they would show
53:20them like videos
53:22he would come home and be like Sarah I'm
53:23so sorry for what I've done to you
53:25because for a video that he watches to
53:30make him feel that way where it's like
53:32oh man

53:39after this but can you imagine being in
53:42a relationship where the dudes on
53:43probation for battery because of you and
53:46he's bringing home his little
53:47certificates and shit that he's learning
53:49in class that day and he's showing them

56:07it three times and he has nowhere else
56:09to go
56:10they got fed up and said nope either

56:16place it's permanent you're not going
56:18back over there anymore
56:20so what happens is he pursued me so I

56:25weight Trail is

56:33would ride a bike to work but before he
56:36would leave extra early and come up to
56:38the wall stand on top of his bike and
56:40poke his head over because he would know
56:41that I would be outside having my
56:43morning cigarette and cup of coffee

56:48time he would get off of work where I
56:50would know come getting off of work you
56:53can do the same thing so it's not like I
56:55ever got like a break from him where I
56:58told you all yesterday or whenever it

57:05togetherness
57:06friction happens so I'm gonna go ride my

57:32reading a book so and then when that

57:37we really needed that so what's for

57:40and then we would cook together
57:42and eat dinner and then crawl on the bed
