Full Masculinity Guide: Become A Man — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00Jeffrey was raised in a feminine way.
- 0:01Through his time in school, his teachers
- 0:03demonized masculine traits and rewarded
- 0:05feminine ones. And so, Jeffrey and the
- 0:07majority of men of his generation
- 0:10struggle with masculinity. When he grows
- 0:12up, Jeffrey finds himself focused on
- 0:14love and relationships or on the girl
- 0:15that he has a crush on, whilst she's
- 0:17focused on her goals and her studies. He
- 0:19feels bad, he feels weak, but he doesn't
- 0:21really know what the issue is.
- 0:24Adonis is the ultimate masculine man.
- 0:27That means that Adonis' mind is always
- 0:29on his mission, his purpose, and his
- 0:31work. Adonis thinks about his mission,
- 0:33women think about Adonis, and Jeffrey
- 0:35thinks about women. Figure out where you
- 0:36want to be in this equation. This video
- 0:38may be like the father that you never
- 0:40had. You've never been taught how to be
- 0:42a man. Your time in the education system
- 0:44conditioned you to be more of a
- 0:45pushover, weak, and feminine,
- 0:46submissive, always waiting for the
- 0:48authority figure to tell you what to do.
- 0:49Perhaps you've never even had a father
- 0:51figure, maybe he wasn't in the home or
- 0:52he was always in work. And most
- 0:54certainly, you have not been surrounded
- 0:55by a tribe of men who have put you
- 0:57through a rite of passage. Rites of
- 0:58passages were how boys became men, and
- 1:00we do not have those these days. What
- 1:02does all of this lead to? A generation
- 1:04of soft, weak men. We can't even call
- 1:06them men. Guys. A weak man-child who
- 1:09procrastinates from his work because he
- 1:11doesn't feel like doing his work or he
- 1:12doesn't feel like studying or he doesn't
- 1:14feel like going to the gym, so he simply
- 1:15doesn't do those things. He masturbates
- 1:17whilst wishing that he could just get
- 1:18girls, but he's just struggling and he
- 1:20feels lonely. You've always heard of
- 1:21this word purpose, but you've never
- 1:23really been sure of if you have it or
- 1:24not. How do you find it? This video will
- 1:26show you. What you've clicked on is not
- 1:28another normal YouTube video. I'm not
- 1:29going to try and sell you some Dollar
- 1:30Shave Club product or some like Lumen a
- 1:33[ __ ] skin care product halfway
- 1:34through this video. This is a full guide
- 1:36to masculinity. A guide on becoming a
- 1:38man. The kind of conversation that your
- 1:39father should have had with you. For
- 1:41that reason, this video deserves your
- 1:42full attention. Your attention span is
- 1:45[ __ ] and that's a major reason of why
- 1:47you struggle in life. Don't keep
- 1:48scrolling to the comments. Don't check
- 1:50your phone. Don't click on other tabs
- 1:52and start looking at the suggested
- 1:53videos. If you really want this video to
- 1:55change your life, if you really want to
- 1:56become more masculine and get all of the
- 1:58rewards
- 1:59so many rewards that come from this
- 2:01journey. You need to give this your full
- 2:03attention, your full focus. Your focus
- 2:05deteriorates heavily if you try and
- 2:07multitask, listening to this video
- 2:08whilst doing some work. This video
- 2:09deserves your full attention because it
- 2:11will change your life. You already know
- 2:13what life's like already when you're not
- 2:14that masculine. You feel weak, you feel
- 2:16feminine, you feel like a pushover.
- 2:18You're always a little bit envious even
- 2:19though you've never wanted to admit it,
- 2:21and it sounds cringe to say this, you've
- 2:22always been a little bit envious of
- 2:24those alpha male personality types. You
- 2:26see those guys, that guy, you know who
- 2:27I'm talking about. You have one
- 2:28particularly in your mind. You see that
- 2:30guy attracting the girl that you want.
- 2:32You see that guy doing well in his
- 2:34business and his studies, and you wish
- 2:35you could become a little bit more like
- 2:37him, driven, focused on his goals,
- 2:38disciplined. And yet, you spend most of
- 2:40your time with your feminine energy
- 2:41obsessing about girls who don't even
- 2:42think about you back. And that's exactly
- 2:44what being more masculine and following
- 2:45this guide will get you. You'll start
- 2:47focusing more on your work, your
- 2:48mission, and your goals, and with that,
- 2:49you will become the most successful of
- 2:51your entire life. You'll make more money
- 2:52in your business or your career, or
- 2:54you'll start getting higher grades in
- 2:55school because your masculine drive is
- 2:56finally being harnessed. You'll feel
- 2:58accomplished because of all these good
- 2:59things that you're doing. You will
- 3:00notice a significant increase in how
- 3:03much girls are attracted to you after
- 3:04you follow this guide. And the
- 3:05interesting thing is that it will feel
- 3:07nice, but you just won't care anywhere
- 3:09near as much as you thought you would.
- 3:11And that's a powerful place to be.
- 3:13That's abundance. That's what we want.
- 3:14It's time to begin this guide in your
- 3:15journey to becoming a man. And we need
- 3:17to first find out how masculine you are
- 3:19right now. I must tell you that this is
- 3:20an actionable video. Do not half-ass
- 3:22this video. There's going to be times
- 3:23when I'm going to ask you to pause the
- 3:25video and do something in real life to
- 3:27follow along if you really want this
- 3:28guide to help you. Follow along to every
- 3:31step that I say because if you don't, if
- 3:32you have this [ __ ] little [ __ ]
- 3:34excuse of like, "Oh, well, you know,
- 3:35I'll do I'll do it in a few minutes. Oh,
- 3:37you know, he's telling me to do
- 3:38something, but I'm a little bit tired. I
- 3:39can't find that thing or I can't do that
- 3:40thing just yet. So, you know, I'll keep
- 3:42watching the rest of the video, then
- 3:43maybe I'll come back." No, this video
- 3:44will only change your life if you follow
- 3:46along with me with every step possible.
- 3:48So, do this right now. Go get a piece of
- 3:50paper and a pen. And if you don't have
- 3:52those things in your house, I will link
- 3:54a whiteboard service. You need something
- 3:55that you can draw on. So, I will link
- 3:57like a whiteboard website that you can
- 3:58like draw, you know, on on the screen on
- 4:00your computer. But best case scenario,
- 4:02just go get a piece of paper and a pen.
- 4:03Pause this video up until you go get
- 4:04that. Right in front of you, right here,
- 4:06right now, should be a piece of paper
- 4:07and a pen or something that you can draw
- 4:08on. Or like some whiteboard online
- 4:10website that I will link in the
- 4:12description if you want to use that.
- 4:13Now, draw a long rectangle bar. Write
- 4:15the letter F on the left side of this
- 4:17bar, and then write the letter M on the
- 4:19right side of this bar. F stands for
- 4:21feminine, M stands for masculine. Now,
- 4:24in a second, I'm going to ask you to
- 4:25draw a line on where you think you are
- 4:27in this spectrum between feminine and
- 4:29masculine energy. But first, let me just
- 4:31explain what they are. The more you push
- 4:32over to the F, the feminine side, the
- 4:34more that you're obsessed with love.
- 4:36You'll be submissive, thinking about
- 4:37relationships or the girl that you're in
- 4:39love with. You'll fall in love really
- 4:40quickly. You'll feel quite anxious and
- 4:42almost neurotically like thinking and
- 4:44checking up on the person that you're
- 4:45currently in love with. And you'll have
- 4:46a desire to feel fulfilled. Now, the
- 4:48more we push onto the M side, the
- 4:50masculine side, the more that you'll be
- 4:51obsessed with work, goals, mission,
- 4:54purpose. You'll be thinking about your
- 4:55career or your studies, what task to do
- 4:57next. You'll literally be going about
- 4:58your day whether you're having a shower,
- 5:00you've just woken up, and you'll be
- 5:01thinking about work and studies. You'll
- 5:02be dominant and stoic, and you'll have a
- 5:04desire to feel free. Now, first, what I
- 5:06want you to do is look at this bar. On
- 5:08the left side is feminine, on the right
- 5:09side is masculine, and of course, the
- 5:11more that you push out to the extreme
- 5:12ends means the more you are that thing,
- 5:14and the more that you come into the
- 5:15middle means that you're more of like a
- 5:17mix in between masculine and feminine
- 5:19energy. I want you first to draw like a
- 5:21little star on where you want to be in
- 5:24this spectrum. What is your goal energy?
- 5:27Draw a star there, and then draw a line
- 5:30of where you think you are right now.
- 5:31It's very interesting. If you imagine
- 5:33the results of this little practice that
- 5:35we've just done with everyone who's
- 5:36watched this video on YouTube and all of
- 5:38the young men who have taken this
- 5:39practice. Imagine you could like fly up
- 5:41into the air and see every young man
- 5:43who's done this practice, and you could
- 5:44see their pieces of paper. What do you
- 5:46think the results would be of this? You
- 5:47would see an entire generation of men
- 5:50wishing that they could be more
- 5:52masculine. Their star would be more on
- 5:53the masculine side than their line. It's
- 5:55very interesting, isn't it? It's almost
- 5:57a universal desire for guys to want to
- 6:00become men. This is a huge problem, but
- 6:03we're here today to fix that. First, let
- 6:05me tell you my story with my own
- 6:06masculine and feminine energy. Now, you
- 6:08can skip this section if you don't want
- 6:10to hear my story and you want to go
- 6:11straight to the practices and the
- 6:12education, you can do that. But I think
- 6:13it might be valuable to just sit
- 6:15through, hear my story. It'll probably
- 6:16be like a little bit enjoyable and
- 6:17relatable. And chances are if you can
- 6:18relate to my story, you'll be able to
- 6:20take the advice that I give you later on
- 6:22far more than if you don't even know me
- 6:24or trust me. So, if we rewind 10 years,
- 6:27I'm 25 right now, well, let's say when
- 6:28I'm 14, 15 years old. I now realize how
- 6:31feminine I was. I didn't at the time.
- 6:33You know, when you're 14 years old, it's
- 6:34not really something you're just sat
- 6:35there thinking, "Hmm, am I masculine or
- 6:36feminine?" But I realized a lot of the
- 6:38issues that I had came down to me being
- 6:40so totally in my feminine energy. One of
- 6:42the the huge problems, which was quite
- 6:44chaotic in my household, was that I
- 6:46wasn't performing well in school. I
- 6:47couldn't focus, and I barely even wanted
- 6:50to. Now, of course, you know, I wanted
- 6:50to get good grades and everything, but
- 6:51like I didn't even want to do work. I
- 6:53wasn't waking up thinking, "Oh, let me
- 6:54study. Let me get good grades." I was
- 6:56waking up, and what do you think I was
- 6:57thinking about? I was waking up, and the
- 6:59first thing that I would think about was
- 7:01the girl that I currently had a crush
- 7:02on. And of course, you know, you go
- 7:03through a bunch of crushes when you're
- 7:05young and stuff. So, I'd be obsessing
- 7:06over this one girl. I'd wake up and
- 7:08think about her straight away. I'd be
- 7:09brushing my teeth almost thinking about
- 7:10her or, you know, every now and then
- 7:11thinking about something else. Go to
- 7:13school, and if I was in the same class
- 7:14as her, I'd just be like awkwardly just
- 7:16darting my eyes towards her, thinking
- 7:17about her instead of thinking about the
- 7:19lesson and what we're supposed to be
- 7:20studying right now. I was almost never
- 7:22in my masculine energy, which meant that
- 7:23I was never focused on work. And
- 7:25alongside that, being in your feminine,
- 7:27especially for a guy, it's it's deeply
- 7:29unattractive. Here I am obsessing over
- 7:31this girl who doesn't even know that I
- 7:32have a crush on her, and I'm like
- 7:33anxiously just thinking about her,
- 7:35checking her Facebook status. This is
- 7:36when people actually used Facebook. It's
- 7:38not attractive. Now, a feminine woman's
- 7:40anxiousness, you know, she always thinks
- 7:41about the guy that she's into. That's
- 7:43quite attractive as a guy. If you
- 7:44imagine this as a man, it feel kind of
- 7:46nice to think that the girl that you're
- 7:48into is thinking about you quite often.
- 7:50That's kind of attractive. But on the
- 7:52other way around, it's not. Most women
- 7:54don't want to know that you're thinking
- 7:55about them all day. It's unattractive to
- 7:57women. And so, of course, when I'm in my
- 7:58feminine energy when I was younger and
- 7:59I'm like totally obsessed over this
- 8:01girl, do you think I uh
- 8:02attracted the girl that I would had a
- 8:03crush on? And this happened crush after
- 8:05crush after crush. I remember this one
- 8:07particular girl in college, and um I saw
- 8:10her recently, actually, and um she's a
- 8:12nice girl and everything, but I had a
- 8:13crush on her, like a major crush on her.
- 8:15Maybe I'm 16, 17 years old. And you
- 8:18know, I'm thinking about her, doing the
- 8:19usual [ __ ] checking her Facebook and
- 8:20everything, and for months just trying
- 8:22to like level things up with her. So,
- 8:24I'd see her in class, and we'd be sat
- 8:25next to each other, and you know, like
- 8:27she'd be focusing on the work we were
- 8:28supposed to be doing. I'd be like just
- 8:29kind of like looking at her with my
- 8:30peripheral vision, thinking about her,
- 8:32daydreaming, imagining scenarios of me
- 8:35and her together and everything. And I'd
- 8:37go to sleep thinking about her. It's
- 8:38just [ __ ] cringe. And then one day,
- 8:41I check Facebook,
- 8:43and all I see is like her name is in a
- 8:46relationship with this guy. Some guy. Do
- 8:49you know it was actually that moment
- 8:51where something clicked for me, and I
- 8:52thought, "Okay, clearly, you know, I've
- 8:53been doing this for years of like having
- 8:55a crush on a girl and never really
- 8:56speaking to them and being really shy."
- 8:57Something clicked, and I was like, "You
- 8:59know what? This it's clearly not
- 9:00working. It's never worked for my entire
- 9:02life, this this sort of method that I
- 9:04have to try and attract the girl that I
- 9:05want, which is, you know, to stay silent
- 9:07and silently observe them and just be
- 9:08[ __ ] nervous around them and
- 9:10anxiously think about them." And so, I
- 9:11started taking other things more
- 9:13seriously. Instead of obsessing over
- 9:14girls, I went through, you know, a bit
- 9:15of that sort of not hateful energy, but
- 9:18the more of like, "Yeah, yeah, you know,
- 9:19[ __ ] girls. I don't even care about
- 9:20girls anyway. I'm just going to like
- 9:21focus on going to the gym." And
- 9:22interestingly, that's exactly what
- 9:24worked. When I had other things to focus
- 9:26on, like for example, the gym, making
- 9:28new friends, partying, I automatically
- 9:30started to attract more girls. But
- 9:31things weren't better like straight
- 9:32away. So, as I'm getting older, let's
- 9:34say I'm 18, 19, 20, 21 years old, and
- 9:36I'm having sex, I'm getting into
- 9:38relationships. Pretty much most of the
- 9:40relationships that I got into were quite
- 9:42depolarized. Now, you're going to learn
- 9:44what the term depolarization,
- 9:45depolarized means, but I'll give you a
- 9:47very brief explanation. Depolarized just
- 9:49kind of means that we aren't on either
- 9:51end of the spectrum, and instead, we're
- 9:53in this like gray androgynous zone in
- 9:56the middle. So, what we'd like to be, or
- 9:58at least for me personally, maybe for
- 9:59you, I'd like to be way more on the
- 10:00masculine side and I meet a girl who's
- 10:02way more on the feminine side. But when
- 10:03you're way more near the middle, you
- 10:05bring some masculine traits and some
- 10:06feminine traits and she's way more near
- 10:08the middle, you're depolarized and I'll
- 10:09explain the very dire consequences of
- 10:12being in a relationship where you're
- 10:13both closer to the middle rather than
- 10:15the extreme ends. And trust me when I
- 10:16say, I would probably guess that about
- 10:1990, 95, 99% of relationships, at least
- 10:23in my country, are depolarized. Chances
- 10:25are, if you're in a relationship right
- 10:26now, it's depolarized even though, you
- 10:27know, it sounds hateful. Chances are the
- 10:29next relationship you get into will be
- 10:31depolarized. It will be with a woman who
- 10:32brings so much more masculine energy
- 10:34that she's closer to the middle and you
- 10:35bring so much more feminine energy that
- 10:37you're closer to the middle. We'll go
- 10:38over that a lot more. But one of the
- 10:39very interesting things I learned about
- 10:41this, which is going to kind of upset
- 10:43you and make you feel a little bit
- 10:44insecure, is that people who are
- 10:46depolarized will never have an extremely
- 10:49feisty sex life. These will never be the
- 10:51couples who will, for example, argue and
- 10:54then just fall to the floor or just
- 10:55[ __ ] screw it away. These will never
- 10:56be the couples who will [ __ ] for
- 10:58literally an hour, 2 hours straight,
- 11:00absolute dominance all across the room
- 11:03that the lampshades is [ __ ] falling
- 11:05off the lamp. Whilst you could argue,
- 11:07well, you know, this is where I am and
- 11:08it's authentic for me to be here.
- 11:09Chances are you probably want a life
- 11:11that's more on this side and you
- 11:13probably want a woman who's more on this
- 11:14side. And so, at least for me when I was
- 11:1618, 19, 20 years old and getting into
- 11:17relationships, I was just always near
- 11:19here. I I had some masculine traits and
- 11:21I was going to the gym and eventually I
- 11:23started boxing and I was thinking about
- 11:24more of my, you know, my male friends
- 11:26and partying and so I had like some kind
- 11:27of mission objective. But I was bringing
- 11:28a lot of feminine traits, I was also
- 11:30just obsessively thinking about girls,
- 11:32really valuing love. And the girls that
- 11:33I was with, naturally because I was in
- 11:34university for this time, were quite
- 11:36masculine, they were quite like goal and
- 11:38study orientated. Now, that can, of
- 11:40course, be a good thing, but there's a
- 11:41variety of issues that stem from this
- 11:43kind of depolarized relationship. But
- 11:45what's very interesting, and this is
- 11:47[ __ ] Okay, I want to tell you something
- 11:49about me.
- 11:50I've dated two girls who have brought a
- 11:53lot of masculine energy. So, you know,
- 11:56depolarization is like, okay, where the
- 11:57man was supposed to be masculine, but
- 11:59we're about here. You know, still got
- 12:00some, you know, masculine traits and
- 12:02stuff, but we're here, like we've got a
- 12:03lot of feminine traits as well. And you
- 12:04know, the woman, she's supposed to be
- 12:05feminine, but she's about here, so
- 12:06you're here, right? I've been in two
- 12:09sort of, not really relationships, you
- 12:10know, dating situations where it's been
- 12:12more like this, where I've genuinely
- 12:14felt like she's actually more masculine
- 12:16than me. She's actually thinking more
- 12:18about work and goals and everything than
- 12:20I am. And I'm thinking more about her
- 12:21and I'm like the the little [ __ ] at
- 12:23home. No, you can see I'm I'm not happy
- 12:24about this situation. And again, a lot
- 12:25of people can tell you, "Oh, but it's
- 12:27authentic." No, it's not. Bro, the
- 12:29majority of men don't want to be in this
- 12:30situation. Let me tell you from my
- 12:31personal experience, the first girl that
- 12:33I was in this situation with who was
- 12:35more masculine than I was, she was very
- 12:37beautiful. I hooked up with her in
- 12:38university, like I went on a night out
- 12:40and saw her and everything. She was so
- 12:41attractive that I had so much like
- 12:43social validation for being the guy that
- 12:46I was sleeping with. I literally, if I
- 12:47was with her in the club, guys would
- 12:48come, "Oh my god, bro, she's so fit and
- 12:50everything." It's a little bit
- 12:50disrespectful if a guy comes to say
- 12:52that, but even my friends as well would
- 12:53be messing, "Oh my god, you know, she's
- 12:54so she's so attractive and everything."
- 12:55And so, I had that level social
- 12:57validation, okay, she she was by then
- 12:59the most attractive girl that I had been
- 13:01with. I'm just going to tell you the
- 13:02[ __ ] truth, all right?
- 13:04I struggled to get hard with her.
- 13:06Honestly, imagine being with the most
- 13:09attractive girl of your life by this
- 13:11point, so maybe I'm 20 years old, and
- 13:13imagine not being able to get hard with
- 13:14her. And you know, at the time I
- 13:15thought, "Oh, yeah, because, you know, I
- 13:16just feel really shy and stuff because
- 13:18she's so attractive." And when I look
- 13:20back now,
- 13:21it's so weird that she was a very
- 13:23attractive girl, but after spending some
- 13:25time with her and you know, the time I
- 13:27would spend with her, I wasn't attracted
- 13:29to her. How interesting is that she was
- 13:30the most attractive girl, like, you
- 13:32know, out of 10, a 7.5 or an 8, which of
- 13:34course isn't extremely high at the time,
- 13:36but like when you're [ __ ] 20 years
- 13:37old and, you know what I mean, it's
- 13:38pretty nice. Imagine a girl who's like
- 13:39in very attractive and you just aren't
- 13:41attracted to her. Why? Because our
- 13:44energy was just so [ __ ] off. And so,
- 13:46there was so many times where I'd be
- 13:47like, you know, getting ready to have
- 13:48sex with her and my dick, bro, would be
- 13:50literally just [ __ ] just pure soft,
- 13:53like not even, you know, like it's soft,
- 13:54but it's got a bit of length right now.
- 13:55It's kind of like it was soft and it was
- 13:57just cold, like that kind of like
- 13:59[ __ ] size, bro. Imagine getting the
- 14:01most attractive girl of your life and
- 14:02your dick not even getting hard for her
- 14:03and it wasn't because you were just a
- 14:05little bit, you know, insecure or shy
- 14:07and intimidated. It was more that you
- 14:09just weren't attracted to her. What was
- 14:10very interesting was that I was never
- 14:12like truly, you know, in a relationship
- 14:14with her. We were never exclusive, we
- 14:15were just kind of like somewhat going on
- 14:16dates, but mostly just hooking up and so
- 14:18we were never exclusive. And so, I was
- 14:19sleeping with other girls and I
- 14:21specifically remember this that there
- 14:22was two other girls, so I was sleeping
- 14:24with three girls at the same time. And
- 14:25there was two other girls that I would
- 14:27be sleeping with who, I remember I
- 14:28would, you know, they would come up to
- 14:29my university flat, my room. And I
- 14:31remember that by the time they had
- 14:33walked into my room and we had maybe
- 14:35just, you know, just seen eye contact,
- 14:36you know, I'm standing up to go like say
- 14:37hello to her or, you know, start
- 14:39[ __ ] Before we had done anything
- 14:40sexual, these two other girls, you know,
- 14:42at separate times, you know, I've I want
- 14:43I'm horny, I'm texting one girl and then
- 14:45she comes up on Friday or Saturday, you
- 14:46know what I mean? Like, I sound like a
- 14:47Oh, oh, he's a he's a fuckboy and stuff.
- 14:48Like, if you've watched my videos, you
- 14:50know, like my life is very different now
- 14:51compared to how it was. Two other girls
- 14:53would come up and quite literally, bro,
- 14:54just upon making eye contact with them
- 14:56and also, you know, the psychological
- 14:57belief of, "Yeah, oh yeah, they're
- 14:58coming up to have sex." My dick would be
- 15:00rock hard. And with girls who were like
- 15:02weren't as attractive. They were still,
- 15:03you know, pretty attractive, but just
- 15:04not to that same level as the other
- 15:06girls. So, how interesting is that that
- 15:07with the most attractive girl of my life
- 15:09by then, I didn't really feel a level of
- 15:11attraction to her, whereas with other
- 15:13girls, I was so attracted to them where
- 15:15like there was such a night and day
- 15:16difference between my like sexual
- 15:18capability. And I didn't really know
- 15:20this back then, you know, I kind of
- 15:21thought, "Oh, yeah, well, you know,
- 15:23she's really hot and so I'm I'm
- 15:24insecure. I'm I'm, you know, that I'm a
- 15:25little bit shy and stuff." But I wasn't
- 15:27actually shy. When I look back at it, I
- 15:28wasn't shy about this other girl. I just
- 15:30wasn't attracted to that energy. And so,
- 15:32what happened with that that, you know,
- 15:34the the main girl that we're talking
- 15:35about who's more masculine, I can tell
- 15:36you one night, for example, like we
- 15:38stayed over, we went to a club or
- 15:39something, we stayed over and like so
- 15:41many times this would happen where like
- 15:42I'd wake up and she'd already be awake
- 15:44like working on her little project that
- 15:46she was doing some like art class or
- 15:47some [ __ ] She was like working on a
- 15:48project already. And almost like looking
- 15:50at me almost like I was a little bit
- 15:51like lazy and you know, come on, like
- 15:52she's busy, like can you go now? I was
- 15:54like that little weak guy who's waking
- 15:57up late and almost disturbing her work.
- 15:59And so, you know, I'd wake up and you
- 16:00know, she needs to focus and stuff.
- 16:01Okay, fair enough. So, I'd go back to my
- 16:03place and just kind of like think about
- 16:05her. It's not a good dynamic to be in
- 16:06and it's not, at least in my perception,
- 16:09it's not like an attractive like
- 16:11relationship with a woman to have. So,
- 16:12that was a few years ago when I was in
- 16:14university and when I got a little bit
- 16:15older, age 23, 24, I started dating, you
- 16:19know, other girls. I remember another
- 16:20girl who, for example, I dated, she
- 16:22wasn't so much in her masculine energy,
- 16:24but I was still quite in my feminine. I
- 16:26was still quite like obsessively
- 16:27thinking about her, especially when
- 16:28there was like problems in the
- 16:29relationship. So, you might be able to
- 16:30relate to this. If there's any kind of
- 16:32like problem in the relationship, you've
- 16:33just had like an argument or something,
- 16:34you can't help but to like not focus on
- 16:36anything else. You're in the gym
- 16:37thinking about her. You're trying to do
- 16:38work, study, whatever and you're
- 16:39thinking about her instead and like your
- 16:41mind's just like elsewhere. And you
- 16:43know, it it that's kind of normal, it's
- 16:44the way of things, but
- 16:46it's not ideal at all when you think
- 16:47about it. So, about 1 year ago, I was
- 16:49pretty successful already. I had about
- 16:51100,000 subscribers. It was a very
- 16:52fast-growing channel at this point.
- 16:54What's interesting is that I had this
- 16:55level of success and yet I was still
- 16:57obsessing over other things. I was still
- 16:58thinking about girls and love. And it
- 17:00was at this point that I started putting
- 17:02in a lot more intention into learning
- 17:04about masculinity and femininity and
- 17:06I've spent about a year learning this
- 17:08stuff before I've made this video. So, I
- 17:10hope that this going to be like some
- 17:11life-changing value. And I do believe
- 17:12that I have a very good level of
- 17:14understanding of this. One thing which I
- 17:15think is the single best reward, like,
- 17:19you know, the benefit of this journey,
- 17:20at least for me, was that for most of my
- 17:23life up until about a year ago, I was
- 17:24just not really motivated to like do
- 17:26work or be productive. I didn't want to
- 17:28study, I didn't want to even like, you
- 17:30know, business work, even on my YouTube
- 17:31channel, like I didn't want to do the
- 17:32work. I was always focusing on other
- 17:33things. And so, I always wanted to work
- 17:36as little as possible. Now, if you're
- 17:37watching this video and you kind of know
- 17:38my story already, you'll know this
- 17:39already. Like I've I've placed a big
- 17:41emphasis on working as little as
- 17:43possible through most of my journey. And
- 17:44now when I tell you that things are the
- 17:46exact opposite and I feel so happy about
- 17:50it, it's incredible. So, 1 year after
- 17:52fully committing myself into learning
- 17:54masculine and feminine energy, I can't
- 17:56work enough. And I know that in the
- 17:57modern day, a lot of people, you know,
- 17:59like depolarized feminine men think
- 18:01that's a bad thing. They're like, "Oh,
- 18:02well, you know, working's not good for
- 18:03you. You should like take time off to
- 18:04enjoy yourself and stuff." Bro, imagine
- 18:05you wake up and the first thing you
- 18:07think about is creative ideas for your
- 18:09goal. Imagine that you literally feel
- 18:11motivated every single day to do your
- 18:15work. I can't wait. This is the most
- 18:17productive I have ever been in my entire
- 18:20life, the most disciplined I have ever
- 18:22been in my entire life. This is the most
- 18:24like my success in everything I'm doing
- 18:26is compounding and it feels [ __ ]
- 18:29incredible. Finally,
- 18:31I feel proud of myself. Finally, I feel
- 18:33like I can actually say to myself, to
- 18:34you,
- 18:35I'm working very hard. I wake up at 4:45
- 18:38every single morning and I start writing
- 18:40my books. So, I'm I'm writing a book,
- 18:41I'm going to be publishing it soon
- 18:43within 1 to 2 months. And I wake up at
- 18:444:45 and start writing straight away,
- 18:46straight to it. I write about 1,000
- 18:48words every single morning. I wish you
- 18:49could almost observe the life that I'm
- 18:51living now compared to the life that I
- 18:52was living just a year ago, 2 years ago,
- 18:54because it's so [ __ ] different. I'm
- 18:56focused on my work for 95% of the day.
- 18:59And what's very beautiful about this,
- 19:00which we'll speak more about, is that my
- 19:01girl, for 95% of the day, she's thinking
- 19:04about me. I'm masculine, I'm focused on
- 19:06my work. She's feminine, she's focused
- 19:07on me. And that feels [ __ ] awesome. I
- 19:09feel like I'm masculine dominance. I'm a
- 19:12leader. I'm guiding her. It's so so
- 19:15good, honestly. We have to discuss
- 19:17something now and I'm going to get into
- 19:19a little bit of a rant, so maybe you can
- 19:20skip this section if you want or if you
- 19:21enjoy my rants or if you just want to
- 19:23hear this guy like, you know, hate
- 19:24society, then you can listen if you
- 19:25want. We have to explain why you are not
- 19:27masculine already. Because this is a new
- 19:30concept for men to be raised and
- 19:32not turn into men. Legally, you might be
- 19:35a man,
- 19:36but you're not. The majority of men are
- 19:37not men, they're they're guys. This
- 19:39isn't manhood, this is guyhood. For some
- 19:41reason, I always have this level of
- 19:42hatred. Yeah, yeah, you know, guys are
- 19:43weak. But then I started to ask myself,
- 19:45why? And I realized it's not necessarily
- 19:47a guy's fault that he's weak and he's
- 19:49feminine. Of course, you know, as men we
- 19:51should take responsibility for our
- 19:52actions, but if you've been raised in a
- 19:53certain way which has led you to this
- 19:55point, is it really your fault or is
- 19:57there an enemy at hand? And forgive me
- 19:59for sounding crazy, but there is an
- 20:00enemy and there is a war on masculinity.
- 20:03There absolutely is a war on masculinity
- 20:05and testosterone. From the moment of
- 20:07birth, you are conditioned. You are
- 20:09conditioned to be weak and feminine and
- 20:11submissive. You enter the school system
- 20:13as a legal requirement. And what's very
- 20:15interesting is our perception of school,
- 20:16you know, it has to be a little bit
- 20:17positive because, yeah, education's
- 20:19really important. But you don't really
- 20:20learn that much in school. You aren't
- 20:23taught important things that you
- 20:24actually need to be a good functioning
- 20:26human being. All of school is just a big
- 20:30act of conditioning for you to be
- 20:32submissive and to follow the
- 20:33instructions of the authority figure so
- 20:35that as soon as you turn 18 or whatever
- 20:37age it is in your country, you're ready
- 20:39to enter the workforce as a submissive
- 20:40pawn in the game of like some big
- 20:42corporation. You've got to either love
- 20:44or hate what I'm saying here. And
- 20:45whether you agree with it or not, you
- 20:47feel the consequences of it. You are not
- 20:50even a quarter of the man that your
- 20:52great-grandfather was. You have less
- 20:54than a third of his testosterone. When
- 20:56you want to have children, you will
- 20:58struggle. Your sperm count is at an
- 20:59all-time low. Your testosterone is at an
- 21:01all-time low. So many random [ __ ] You
- 21:03know, there's studies which literally
- 21:04show that a man's hand grip for a
- 21:06handshake is the weakest they've ever
- 21:08found through the history of like them
- 21:11like I don't know like this has been
- 21:11like a longitudinal study. Researchers
- 21:13have literally been studying the
- 21:15strength of a man's like handshake grip
- 21:17for a long time and this is the weakest
- 21:19handshake grip that we have. Little
- 21:21[ __ ] limp limp handshake
- 21:22[ __ ] This is This is what we're
- 21:25we've been reduced to. Men aren't really
- 21:27needed anymore. Strong men aren't
- 21:28needed. We live in times of of abundance
- 21:31and resource and even in developing
- 21:32countries, you're somewhat relatively
- 21:34safe. Now, on the other hand, at times
- 21:37of chaos, at times of necessity, strong
- 21:39men rise. Everyone needs them. Everyone
- 21:41looks to them. Day-to-day, let's say we
- 21:42go to like some big metropolitan like
- 21:44liberal I don't know these words, right?
- 21:45I'm not into politics or some [ __ ] But
- 21:47you can imagine the kind of person like
- 21:49the people I'm talking about who are
- 21:50like they've dyed their hair color. They
- 21:52say you're using the wrong pronouns and
- 21:54stuff. You know what I mean? If you go
- 21:55to like a university that's filled with
- 21:56these kinds of people and you're a
- 21:57strong man, a man with high levels of
- 21:59testosterone, more like, you know, like
- 22:00an alpha male kind of character, they're
- 22:02not going to respect you. Yeah, yeah,
- 22:03he's he's a misogynist. You know,
- 22:04they'll say these things about you like
- 22:05he's weak and he's he's a sexist and
- 22:07like let's cancel him and [ __ ] right?
- 22:08You're not needed. Let's just imagine a
- 22:10scenario in which you are needed. You're
- 22:12in the same situation, the same
- 22:13environment. An enemy walks in. A gunman
- 22:15walks in. A threat occurs. Whose
- 22:17everyone's eyes going to dart to to
- 22:20solve the problem? The big strong man.
- 22:22You see, you aren't needed until you
- 22:24are. And at that point, well, people are
- 22:26expecting you to like do the work. And
- 22:28this isn't even to say the raw
- 22:29subconscious attraction from women. Now,
- 22:31women generally in like in Western
- 22:33countries, they are quite depolarized
- 22:34now. They're bringing quite a lot of
- 22:35like masculine traits and we'll discuss
- 22:37this in detail soon. They're bringing
- 22:38masculine traits because they have to.
- 22:39They're pushed into the education system
- 22:41just like you are. They've they're fed
- 22:42this sort of narrative of like, you
- 22:43know, the you go girl boss girl
- 22:44mentality. And so they're quite
- 22:46masculine. But even then, a woman's raw
- 22:48subconscious primal sexual attraction
- 22:51will always be for the masculine man.
- 22:53And so whilst you've been conditioned to
- 22:54be, you know, not don't be masculine.
- 22:55Don't be strong. Don't be like a
- 22:56misogynist. Don't be dominant. Don't be,
- 22:58you know, patriarchal. You've been
- 22:59conditioned to be more and more
- 23:00feminine. And you've been told, yeah,
- 23:01this is good. Be be a good boy. Be a
- 23:03good boy. The women that you want are
- 23:05[ __ ] a guy who's way over here. You
- 23:07failed this test. Do you understand that
- 23:09this was all a test? Do you understand
- 23:11that the little boys who were raised
- 23:13with good strong father figures, these
- 23:14little boys who naturally just had
- 23:16higher levels of testosterone, they were
- 23:17amused by this test. You could probably
- 23:19imagine one of those boys right now.
- 23:20Imagine a boy in primary school or high
- 23:22school that you know. The teacher told
- 23:23him to be more feminine. You know, sit
- 23:24down and be quiet. He almost like
- 23:26laughed at her and he was quite
- 23:27disruptive. Now, of course, this this
- 23:28boy is probably a little bit stupid and
- 23:30he's probably broke it in jail or
- 23:31something right now. But that was a a
- 23:33boy, a male, a man who didn't fail this
- 23:35test. You almost had to be like this
- 23:36disruptive boy who probably had like
- 23:38autism or ADHD. You know, one of those
- 23:40like disruptive boys who always got into
- 23:41trouble and always like laughed and
- 23:43swore at the teacher and stuff. He
- 23:44didn't succumb to the pressure of acting
- 23:47more feminine. He found that silly. We
- 23:48listened to those words of advice from
- 23:50perhaps well-meaning authority figures,
- 23:52teachers, the media, and we fell for
- 23:55that test. We fell for the test of
- 23:56giving up our masculinity for thinking,
- 23:58yeah, well, yeah, everyone's telling me
- 23:59to be more feminine. Think about the
- 24:01media. Think about the conditioning, the
- 24:03brainwashing that you've been into. If
- 24:05you think about the shows that you used
- 24:07to watch or the movies that you see
- 24:08nowadays, what do you see? Generally, if
- 24:10it's like a show or a movie about like a
- 24:11family, generally, the wife is like the
- 24:14strong really strong resourceful woman.
- 24:16She not only looks after the kids, but
- 24:18she also like works and she even looks
- 24:20after the husband. And the husband, the
- 24:21father, is a bumbling idiot. This is how
- 24:24men and fathers are portrayed in the
- 24:25media. The the husband and the father is
- 24:27always like an idiot. He's always just
- 24:29feminine. He's thinking about the woman
- 24:30and stuff. He always keeps making these
- 24:31mistakes and then the supermom comes in
- 24:33and she'll fix the day. And then
- 24:34sometimes, just sometimes, you can
- 24:35probably visualize this right now.
- 24:36Sometimes the media in movies and TV
- 24:39shows and cartoons and all this [ __ ]
- 24:40that's literally conditioning your
- 24:41brain, sometimes they will show a strong
- 24:44masculine father figure. But under what
- 24:46light will they show him? Well, he's
- 24:48patriarchal and he's he's gross and he's
- 24:50too disciplined and he's too aggressive
- 24:52and he's made out to be a bad guy who
- 24:54eventually like messes up and somewhat
- 24:56embarrasses himself. So this is that
- 24:57dynamic you you see in a movie where
- 24:58there's a strong man and he messes up
- 25:00and he gets like dethroned by the little
- 25:02nerd with the skinny neck who ends up
- 25:03becoming like a superhero and like looks
- 25:04up to his dad and says, "Oh, no." This
- 25:06is the conditioning that you've been
- 25:07through and you may think right now,
- 25:09"Oh, well, that's just movies. That's
- 25:10just, you know, TV shows." But
- 25:12everything that you see, especially at a
- 25:14young age, deeply influences the kind of
- 25:16man or guy that you become. And if you
- 25:18followed along with me through this
- 25:20video so far and you drew that little
- 25:22bar that we spoke about and you put your
- 25:24line of where you are right now closer
- 25:26to the middle, then you can see that the
- 25:27result of everything that you were
- 25:29raised for has led you to a point that
- 25:31you are quite depolarized and you're not
- 25:33as masculine as you should be. Because
- 25:34you totally understand this and everyone
- 25:36understands this. We should be far more
- 25:38on the the right side of the spectrum.
- 25:40We should be far more masculine than we
- 25:41actually are. We haven't even spoke
- 25:42about the war on testosterone yet. Do
- 25:44you know that average healthy levels of
- 25:47testosterone in Western countries is
- 25:49from around 250 nanograms per deciliter
- 25:52to around 950. If you are in this range,
- 25:55doctors will hesitate heavily to
- 25:58prescribe you testosterone. This range
- 26:00is inherently and blatantly sexist. A
- 26:03young man who's 22 years old and his
- 26:07dick doesn't work and he can't focus and
- 26:09he's depressed and he's lethargic and
- 26:10he's got brain fog. He gets out of bed
- 26:12in the morning and he's literally tired
- 26:14straight away living like the shell of a
- 26:15life that he should be with no vitality
- 26:17inside of him. That young man has a
- 26:19testosterone score of 260 nanograms per
- 26:22deciliter and his doctor looks at him
- 26:24and says, "Oh, you're in the healthy
- 26:25range." Imagine having symptoms of low
- 26:26test. You don't You don't even need to
- 26:28imagine it. You're living that reality
- 26:30right now. I can say with certainty that
- 26:33the man watching this right now, like
- 26:35you, have low testosterone. Now, you
- 26:37might fit into this healthy range, this
- 26:39average range. But if you fit into the
- 26:42average levels of today, that means that
- 26:44your testosterone levels are actually
- 26:45below average of what they should be in
- 26:48the history of mankind. I said this
- 26:49before and people scrutinized me, these
- 26:51[ __ ] nerds. "Oh, well, if you're in
- 26:53the average range, then you're average."
- 26:54No, because the average range is like a
- 26:57modern-day societal construct. If you're
- 26:59in the average, let's say the right
- 27:00middle, 500 nanograms per deciliter,
- 27:01your great-grandfather had two to three
- 27:04times that. If we put you alongside one
- 27:06of those men, they would look like a
- 27:08different species. So by now, after just
- 27:10watching me rant for a few minutes, you
- 27:11either think I'm totally crazy and I'm
- 27:13delusional and I'm dangerous to society.
- 27:16Or maybe just maybe you're starting to
- 27:18realize that, "Oh, yeah, it does sound
- 27:19really crazy. It does sound kind of
- 27:20dangerous and you you know, he is kind
- 27:21of weird, but he's got a nice beard and
- 27:23he's wearing a bathrobe so I can trust
- 27:24him." You're probably by now thinking
- 27:25like, "Shit, there seems to be some
- 27:26truth into what this guy on YouTube is
- 27:28saying." You already knew, okay, you
- 27:30know, my testosterone's going to be
- 27:31lower than what it should be. You
- 27:32already knew that, yeah, I'm not that
- 27:33extremely masculine and stuff. But when
- 27:35we ask the question why, which is always
- 27:37important, ask why, it starts to sound
- 27:39quite like a conspiracy theory like a
- 27:41crazy guy would be talking about. You
- 27:42know, there's a war on testosterone. You
- 27:43know, like the the [ __ ] doomsayer
- 27:45with like the big billboard. Like, "Ah,
- 27:46you know, they're they're trying to kill
- 27:47our sperm cells."
- 27:49It sounds [ __ ] crazy what I'm saying.
- 27:50Can you think of it another explanation?
- 27:52Honestly, like if you can think of
- 27:54another explanation, please like I'm not
- 27:55saying this to to you like farm the
- 27:57algorithm or something, but leave a
- 27:58comment and like start a discussion
- 27:59because I'd love to hear it. I'm quite
- 28:01open to this. Maybe I'm wrong. But I
- 28:02can't think of a better explanation of
- 28:05why men are so depolarized, lacking
- 28:07masculinity, lacking testosterone than
- 28:09just a war on masculinity. Conditioning
- 28:12from a very early age that men, that
- 28:15fathers, that masculinity, that strong
- 28:17men, that testosterone is bad for us.
- 28:19That it's bad for society. And this is
- 28:21even again to talk about the issue of a
- 28:23lack of father figures in the home.
- 28:25Fatherlessness is a huge huge problem in
- 28:28the modern day, especially in Western
- 28:29countries. Honestly, I'd seen like some
- 28:31crazy misogynist if I went into this
- 28:32rant. And so, [ __ ] it, I'm going to do
- 28:34it. There is an incredible level of
- 28:36support for a woman who does not want to
- 28:38stay with the father of her children.
- 28:40It's a smart financial decision for a
- 28:42woman to divorce. It's actually a smart
- 28:44financial decision. Think about that.
- 28:45It's so rewarded in my country, in the
- 28:49UK, for a woman to just think, "Oh,
- 28:51well, you know, he's not really
- 28:52he's a he's kind of lazy now and he
- 28:54doesn't treat me right and stuff so I
- 28:55can just leave and I'll I'll handle the
- 28:57kids." Because all she's grown up with
- 28:59or for the last 20 years is the you go
- 29:01girl supermom you can do it all
- 29:02yourself. You know, women can do
- 29:03anything. They're
- 29:04You can be a single mom, a career mom.
- 29:06You can do it. Sounds horrible, but like
- 29:07honestly, just because you can manage it
- 29:10doesn't mean that you can or you should.
- 29:1290% Over 90% of teenage suicides
- 29:16are in a fatherless home. Over 90% of
- 29:17teenage criminality, of ASBOs,
- 29:19antisocial behavior orders are in
- 29:21fatherless homes. Over 90% of drug abuse
- 29:24of teenagers is in fatherless homes.
- 29:26Over 90% of teenagers who go on to be
- 29:28homeless are from fatherless homes. If
- 29:29you can think of some random problem
- 29:32that teenagers will have, I guarantee
- 29:34they are multitude times more likely to
- 29:37happen in a fatherless home. You can
- 29:39literally just go and Google this [ __ ]
- 29:40and it's [ __ ] where I've learned
- 29:42everything from. I'll like cite it if
- 29:44you want, but where I've learned all
- 29:45these like facts. Obviously, I'm not
- 29:46totally accurate. It's not 90% maybe
- 29:48it's 89 or maybe it's like you know what
- 29:49I mean. There's a book called The Boy
- 29:51Crisis and it goes over this issue of
- 29:53just boys being raised in fatherless
- 29:56homes by single mothers and you know
- 29:57with this attitude like oh well a single
- 29:58mom is a is a superhero and she can do
- 30:00anything. No, no she can't. She cannot.
- 30:02A single mom cannot raise you in the
- 30:04same way that a mother and a father who
- 30:06are loving can. Now of course then you
- 30:08know there's other arguments oh well
- 30:09what if the father's abusive and you
- 30:11know should he be taken out? This gets
- 30:13complicated. But it's not that caveat
- 30:14that you really see in modern
- 30:16conditioning is it? When you think about
- 30:17the movies and TV shows and and the
- 30:19general belief of your society chances
- 30:21are like there's this empowering thing
- 30:23for like women well you don't need a
- 30:24man. You go girl. Fathers have been
- 30:26taken out the home it's been supported
- 30:28by the government and so what happens to
- 30:29a little boy who just grows up in a
- 30:31fatherless home? Chances are that his
- 30:33mother his single mother will reward and
- 30:36praise him and positively reinforce him
- 30:39when he acts in a feminine way. Think
- 30:41about this. A boy
- 30:42is raised in a household with a single
- 30:44mother. Perhaps just perhaps there's a
- 30:46small amount of single mothers out there
- 30:48in the world that can take a step back
- 30:50from their own shoes and understand that
- 30:52they need to reward this boy when he
- 30:54does things that actually is unnatural
- 30:56for her. Perhaps. That's a small caveat,
- 30:58right? But for the majority of this this
- 31:00household dynamic of a boy without a
- 31:02father figure with a single mother she's
- 31:03going to have her own biases and
- 31:05opinions and feelings and beliefs of
- 31:06course you're right. And so she is going
- 31:08to respond to this boy with those biases
- 31:10opinions and beliefs. And so she's going
- 31:12to positively reinforce and praise him
- 31:15for the times that he acts in accordance
- 31:18to her beliefs and emotions and
- 31:19feelings. If this boy acts in quite a
- 31:22masculine adventurous way, well that's
- 31:23not very natural for her is it? And so
- 31:26she'll be like no no no come back you
- 31:27you you're going too far. But then if he
- 31:28sits quietly and crosses his legs and
- 31:30plays silently and he shares, well well
- 31:33you know she's going to like that. She's
- 31:34going to like those feminine traits. And
- 31:36so she's going to praise him for oh
- 31:37you're you're such a well behaved boy.
- 31:39And you've got to understand that a
- 31:40parent's praise is is
- 31:43that's how you became the person you are
- 31:45today. So if you think back to that that
- 31:47bar and the line that you drew and you
- 31:48see where that line is. That line is
- 31:51exactly where you put it because you
- 31:52were praised to act like this. You were
- 31:55praised to act more feminine. If you had
- 31:57a strong father figure in the house, he
- 31:59would have praised you only when you
- 32:01acted strong and masculine. So you go
- 32:03out on your on your bikes and you're
- 32:04being competitive with your friends and
- 32:06you fall over your dad would have said
- 32:07like oh that you know you you went so
- 32:08fast. What's your mom going to say?
- 32:09What's your single mom? She's going to
- 32:10go oh my god you're you're bleeding
- 32:12never do that again. Never go that fast
- 32:13again. And that's just a very simple
- 32:15fast example that a guy in a bathroom
- 32:17can come up with. And I want you to
- 32:18imagine the the very vast huge amount of
- 32:22opportunities for praising or punishing
- 32:24behaviors that would go on in in a
- 32:26child's life over years and years and
- 32:28years. And then imagine well he's raised
- 32:30in a single mother household. He's going
- 32:32to be punished when he acts in a way
- 32:33that she doesn't like which potentially
- 32:35would be in masculine ways. And he's
- 32:37going to be praised and rewarded when he
- 32:39does act in ways that she likes which
- 32:40probably would be in feminine ways.
- 32:42You've been conditioned in your own
- 32:43home. You've been conditioned in school.
- 32:45You've been conditioned when you watch
- 32:46movies and TV shows. You've been
- 32:47conditioned everywhere to be more
- 32:49feminine than you should be. Am I crazy?
- 32:51Maybe. But again, if there is someone
- 32:53with a better argument than this I would
- 32:55love to hear it but I can't think of any
- 32:57other reason why we are struggling with
- 32:59masculinity today. So we understand that
- 33:01we are at an uphill battle you and I
- 33:02because we're going up against what? 20
- 33:05years? 30 years? Or however old you are
- 33:07conditioning. That's a lot. What's
- 33:09interesting and what gives us hope is
- 33:11that aligning yourself to the natural
- 33:13energy that you should have and being
- 33:15more authentic you know you just you're
- 33:17supposed to be more masculine so we're
- 33:18going to make you more masculine. It
- 33:20actually counteracts years of the
- 33:23inauthentic living that you've had so
- 33:25far. How interesting is that? Let's say
- 33:26you could be feminine little little
- 33:27[ __ ] boy for 20 years of your life.
- 33:29With just about 1 year maybe 6 months of
- 33:32training to be more masculine you'll
- 33:34counteract most of that. Think about
- 33:35that just for a second of how how could
- 33:37this work? How could you counteract so
- 33:39many years of your life with such a
- 33:41short period of self improvement of
- 33:43focusing on being a lot more masculine?
- 33:44Because this is how you're supposed to
- 33:46be. For all of your life you've been
- 33:47swimming upstream being pushed but just
- 33:50constantly swimming upstream with so
- 33:51much friction. But finally we're going
- 33:53to turn you around and make you swim
- 33:54alongside the stream and you're going to
- 33:56find that it just feels so natural so
- 33:57right. The fact that you've sat through
- 33:59and listened to all of this demonstrates
- 34:00your at least your interest in the
- 34:02things that I'm saying and you're
- 34:02probably relating to a lot of the things
- 34:04that we spoke about so far. Inside of
- 34:06you right now if there is a feeling of
- 34:07injustice if there is a feeling of like
- 34:09this gut pain that you've been wronged
- 34:11that your life would have should have
- 34:12been so different than what it is today
- 34:14and you know that you've clicked on the
- 34:15right video. So let's now discuss how
- 34:17you can become more masculine and the
- 34:18most practical no BS way to do this is
- 34:21to first find and discover your purpose
- 34:24and mission and then set goals and
- 34:26obsess over those goals. And we're going
- 34:28to break this down I'm going to walk you
- 34:29along the process with me and there's
- 34:31going to be an actionable step in this
- 34:32section of this guide. So do this right
- 34:34now. In the description of this video on
- 34:36YouTube I've linked a notion template
- 34:39which you can use to set your goals.
- 34:41Scroll down to that link and click on it
- 34:42right now and then come back to this
- 34:43video. When you click on that link you
- 34:45should see a page just like this. And
- 34:47I'm going to walk you through the exact
- 34:48process that I personally use to set and
- 34:50obsess over goals. And this process not
- 34:53only has it created massive amounts of
- 34:55success for me personally in my in my
- 34:56own life but it's also just made me so
- 34:58much more masculine. I'm just going to
- 35:00explain to you why goal setting makes
- 35:01you more masculine. It's the single most
- 35:03practical thing that you have complete
- 35:05control over that will make you more
- 35:06masculine. Why? Because like we said the
- 35:08masculine energy is all about making
- 35:10progress. Inside of you is this natural
- 35:13desire to make progress either to
- 35:16ejaculation to impregnate a woman or to
- 35:19develop yourself to get to the point
- 35:20where you can do that. We have inside of
- 35:22us a core desire which is to make
- 35:24progress to some kind of meaningful
- 35:27work. And so you need to figure out what
- 35:29is this meaningful work this mission
- 35:31this purpose for yourself. And so I have
- 35:32some journaling prompts that you can do
- 35:34right now as an actionable step that
- 35:35will help you to discover things like
- 35:37your mission your purpose and then your
- 35:38goals. And then very shortly we'll
- 35:40actually go through the goal setting
- 35:41procedure. Okay so here are three
- 35:43journaling prompts that you should do
- 35:44right away. So you should ask yourself
- 35:46these questions and journal the answer
- 35:48either on a piece of paper or on some
- 35:50document on your computer. Number one,
- 35:52what stage of the Maslow's hierarchy of
- 35:55needs do I need to fulfill? The
- 35:57hierarchy of needs is a pyramid it's a
- 35:59concept made by the psychologist Abraham
- 36:01Maslow and it's all about the
- 36:03fundamental desires that we have as
- 36:05humans and I think it's incredibly
- 36:07important to figuring out where you are
- 36:09in life. The bottom level of this
- 36:10pyramid are all the essential things
- 36:12that we need to survive like breathing
- 36:13drinking water eating food excreting.
- 36:16Every level above that is another desire
- 36:18that creates a well meaningful
- 36:21fulfilling life for us. What's very
- 36:23interesting that I've noticed which
- 36:24might help you with your answer to this
- 36:25question is that your mind will ruminate
- 36:28on the need that you're currently stuck
- 36:30on. So let's say for example you're
- 36:31extremely thirsty. Your thoughts are
- 36:33going to be based on drinking water. But
- 36:36of course let's say if all your
- 36:37essential survival necessities are taken
- 36:39care of. For the majority of men even
- 36:41though the majority of guys don't want
- 36:42to admit this the need the desire that
- 36:45they're stuck on is that of sex and
- 36:47love. Their mind ruminates on sex and
- 36:49love. That's the desire that they need
- 36:51right now. It's very important for you
- 36:52to be totally authentic and honest with
- 36:54this journaling prompt that you should
- 36:55do right now. Which stage of Maslow's
- 36:57hierarchy of need do I currently need to
- 36:59fulfill? What does your mind ruminate
- 37:01on? And just write down the answer and
- 37:02it just be very interesting because I
- 37:04think the majority of guys who answer
- 37:06this question truthfully would say sex.
- 37:08And I think a fair amount of guys would
- 37:09also say social connection. These are
- 37:12fundamental desires and sure you can
- 37:14with a sense of motivation and
- 37:15discipline look past them to you know
- 37:16focus on something else and you know
- 37:18this sort of modern day oh I don't need
- 37:19girls oh you focus on yourself king. You
- 37:21feel a lot more free when you've
- 37:24fulfilled a desire a need on this
- 37:26pyramid. And so it's just very
- 37:27interesting to figure out where you are
- 37:29because this will really help you with
- 37:30your goal setting because I could rant
- 37:32about this separately man but like I I
- 37:34am a big advocate of just being totally
- 37:37open and authentic and just saying like
- 37:39yep I want a girlfriend. Yep I'm going
- 37:40to set some goals based on being able to
- 37:42have sex because that's something that
- 37:44my mind is ruminating on and it's
- 37:45something that would fulfill me. A lot
- 37:47of people disagree with this and then
- 37:48there's that whole modern narrative of
- 37:50like oh yeah we don't need women oh
- 37:51women
- 37:52and then women say this as well oh we
- 37:54don't need men both groups are just
- 37:55lonely as [ __ ] So you can choose but I
- 37:57personally think that if your mind is
- 37:58ruminating on a need in this pyramid it
- 38:01would be off your best interest to
- 38:03fulfill that need and to set a goal
- 38:04based on that. The second journaling
- 38:06prompt to ask yourself and to answer
- 38:07right now is what is some work that I
- 38:10can do that will help my tribe. And the
- 38:12answer to this question may help you
- 38:13find your purpose. What is some work
- 38:15that you can do to help other people
- 38:17that you care about a group that you
- 38:19care about. First you need to kind of
- 38:20figure out who is even in your tribe. Is
- 38:22it just your family and your friends? Is
- 38:23it some kind of community that you're a
- 38:25part of? Have you created almost like a
- 38:26social movement like you see before you
- 38:28right now? Who is in your tribe and what
- 38:30can you do to help them? You see in the
- 38:31modern day so many men are lacking
- 38:33masculinity and this sense of like being
- 38:35connected with our tribe that we only
- 38:37think about ourselves. One of the best
- 38:39things that you can do is to have a self
- 38:40transcending purpose. And that simply
- 38:42just means to have like a reason why
- 38:44you're doing something which is bigger
- 38:46than you. Self transcending means bigger
- 38:48than you and purpose is kind of like the
- 38:50reason the because of the action that
- 38:52you're taking. What is the purpose of
- 38:54your life? Why do you do what you do?
- 38:56Why is your life important? How can your
- 38:58life how can the work that you do help
- 39:01someone that you care about? Because in
- 39:02the end that's really the only important
- 39:04thing. It's not even about the money the
- 39:06rewards the girls anything like this. In
- 39:07the end it all just comes down to were
- 39:09you a good member in your tribe. It's
- 39:11very important for you to just take a
- 39:12minute right now and and first answer
- 39:13the initial question who is in my tribe?
- 39:16What is my tribe? And then to ask
- 39:17yourself okay what is work that I could
- 39:19do to help them. For me my tribe even in
- 39:21high school it always felt like my tribe
- 39:24was other guys who were struggling with
- 39:26the same problems as me. My mind would
- 39:28almost automatically teach what I had
- 39:30just learned to like an imaginary young
- 39:33man in my own mind. Does that make
- 39:34sense? So I would learn something let's
- 39:35say about fitness or about dieting. And
- 39:37it's like my mind would just be like
- 39:38teaching it to itself pretending itself
- 39:41was like a separate guy. And so you can
- 39:43see that YouTube was like the perfect
- 39:44work for me to get into and now my tribe
- 39:46that I'm trying to help with this
- 39:47self-transcending purpose is young men
- 39:49around the world who are tuning in who
- 39:51want to improve themselves. A purpose is
- 39:53so so important. Purpose, I want to
- 39:56explain this so clearly because for so
- 39:58long I didn't understand what purpose
- 39:59meant. You know, so many people talk
- 40:00about it online. Purpose is just the
- 40:02reason why, it's the because of your
- 40:04action, of your mission. My mission is
- 40:06to help young men improve themselves.
- 40:08And my purpose, the why, the because of
- 40:10that mission. Why do I want to help
- 40:12young men improve themselves? Because
- 40:13I've done it for myself. Because I've
- 40:15lived that life. I've lived the life of
- 40:16like total indulgence and pleasure of
- 40:18that modern day like bad habits. And I
- 40:20hated my life then. I was so depressed
- 40:22and I feel like I have the answers in my
- 40:24brain. And so I work relentlessly to try
- 40:26and just help people around the world
- 40:28because I think that I can. It's some
- 40:30good work that I can do. And the third
- 40:32journaling prompt to ask right now is,
- 40:34"What do I want my life to be like in 10
- 40:36years time?" To help you with this
- 40:38question, I want to just give you one
- 40:39piece of advice. Think big. There is
- 40:41magic in thinking big. Don't settle for
- 40:43mediocrity. Ambition, especially
- 40:45thinking big and setting a very very
- 40:48authentic desirable future for yourself,
- 40:51is an incredible thing. And if you work
- 40:53hard and obsess over a goal like that,
- 40:55you know, you really think to yourself,
- 40:56"Okay, I'm 22 right now. What would be
- 40:59the best life that I could have at 32
- 41:01years old?" And you start to write that
- 41:03down and you start to visualize it and
- 41:05you start to like work towards it and
- 41:07you know, we'll set some goals regarding
- 41:08this together. You make some incredible
- 41:10progress and it's all about where you
- 41:12set that goal. You know, for the
- 41:13majority of goals that I've set, I've
- 41:15had people say, "No, but that's crazy.
- 41:16It's impossible." And yet I'm here. It's
- 41:18so easy for your own brain to be like
- 41:19the naysayer in this. And so this is a
- 41:21very important question to ask yourself.
- 41:23How far does your own mind think that
- 41:25you can go? How big is your brain
- 41:27thinking when it thought about this
- 41:29journaling prompt of like where do you
- 41:30want to be in 10 years from now? And
- 41:31also take some time to really consider
- 41:33some very important things. Do you want
- 41:35to be a father 10 years from now?
- 41:37Chances are if you're watching this, 10
- 41:38years from now, you probably will be.
- 41:39And so what do you want life to be like
- 41:41then? I can't really give you advice on
- 41:42this because this is all based on, you
- 41:44know, your own desires, the kind of life
- 41:46that you want, the life that you think
- 41:47is best for your future children and
- 41:49your family. But the majority of men
- 41:51don't really think about the question
- 41:52like this. They just kind of think what
- 41:54they're going to eat for dinner today.
- 41:55That's as far as their thinking really
- 41:56goes. But a man who thinks in decades is
- 41:59dangerous. And that's a quote from a man
- 42:01that I really respect, Chris Thomsley,
- 42:03otherwise known as First Man. Men who
- 42:05think in decades are dangerous. So those
- 42:07three journaling prompts should give you
- 42:08some kind of idea on the goals that you
- 42:10should set. So now if you look back to
- 42:11that goal-setting that I got you to
- 42:13click on, start to fill out some of
- 42:15those boxes. What is a goal that you
- 42:16want to achieve 10 years from now? I've
- 42:18already put some templates and examples
- 42:20of the kind of goals that I set for
- 42:21myself. So you can just kind of alter
- 42:23them to fit your own desires. A very
- 42:25important thing that you should do right
- 42:26now is to start off with the longer-term
- 42:28goals, the 10-year, 5-year, and 1-year
- 42:30goals. And then the monthly milestones.
- 42:33So you see that there's a column for
- 42:35every month going to the next year.
- 42:37Those goals for the month, you should
- 42:39see more like milestones to achieve the
- 42:41big goals. Once you have a document like
- 42:43this and your goals are really
- 42:44organized, that becomes so helpful. And
- 42:47the way to use this practically in your
- 42:48normal day-to-day life is to base all
- 42:50decisions off the long-term, the 1, 5,
- 42:5310-year goals that you've set. Visualize
- 42:55and make decisions based on these big
- 42:57long-term goals. But then obsessively
- 42:59focus and work on the short-term
- 43:02milestones. Because it's these
- 43:03short-term monthly milestones that cause
- 43:06you to kind of push forward a bit. The
- 43:08monthly milestone for me kind of
- 43:09reminded me of like setting a rep or a
- 43:11weight goal in the gym. It's something
- 43:13that I'm okay I'm focused on right here,
- 43:14right now. But the bigger thing to kind
- 43:16of, you know, wake up and sort of make
- 43:17big decisions about and to visualize is
- 43:19like the end of year goal, 5 years from
- 43:21now. So it's very important that you
- 43:22have this divide between monthly
- 43:23milestone goals which you obsessively
- 43:25work towards and then these long-term
- 43:27yearly goals which you make decisions
- 43:29based on. Once you finish this goal page
- 43:31and you've added in all the details that
- 43:32you want and you feel like you need,
- 43:34obsess over it. This is one of the most
- 43:36important things that I do and if you
- 43:37want to take something from me, make it
- 43:39this. Obsess over this singular
- 43:41practical page that you have here. It's
- 43:43the first thing that's open on my
- 43:44laptop. I look at it on my phone
- 43:45anytime, you know, you're like you're
- 43:47wasting time, 5 minutes here, 10 minutes
- 43:49there, you're waiting in line for
- 43:50something, you're walking somewhere and
- 43:51you know, you're just flicking on your
- 43:52phone. And of course you should try and
- 43:53be more mindful and stuff. But like
- 43:54anytime I'm just randomly on my phone, I
- 43:56don't have social media anymore because
- 43:57I literally just look at this one page
- 43:59and I just the amount of intention that
- 44:01ideas that you get from just obsessing
- 44:04over this one page that reminds you
- 44:05constantly, "Okay, this is what you said
- 44:06you would achieve this month." is so
- 44:08valuable. Because goal-setting and
- 44:10goal-obsessing is the single greatest
- 44:13way to become more masculine. Because it
- 44:15just makes you so aligned with your work
- 44:18and your desires and this this feeling,
- 44:19this crave of progress. Because you see
- 44:22these goals that you've set out, what
- 44:24they symbolize is progress to your
- 44:26mission and to your purpose. So the
- 44:27total level, the thing that you know,
- 44:29really fulfills men is having this huge
- 44:31mission, this huge purpose. But the way
- 44:34to make the most progress to these
- 44:35things is by obsessing over the goals.
- 44:38But then to actually make progress in
- 44:40these goals, you need discipline and
- 44:42mental health. So you want to be more
- 44:44masculine and relentlessly work towards
- 44:46your goals and your purpose. That's
- 44:47where discipline and mental health come
- 44:49from. Discipline and good mental health
- 44:51determine your work rate and your
- 44:52productivity. Mental health especially
- 44:54is overlooked for a lot of men. It's
- 44:56something that we know we're beginning
- 44:57to talk a lot about. I've personally
- 44:58found that improving your mental health
- 44:59is the single best thing that you can do
- 45:01to increase your productive work output.
- 45:04Do you know all those productivity
- 45:05tactics you've ever heard of? The
- 45:07Pomodoro technique and all of these
- 45:08things. Improving your mental health
- 45:09through things like journaling and
- 45:10meditation actually increases your
- 45:12output, your productivity more than all
- 45:14of those things. I made a 2-hour full
- 45:17guide that you can watch for free on
- 45:18improving your mental health. I'll have
- 45:20like a little card pop up on screen and
- 45:21I'll have it linked in the description
- 45:23as well. I highly recommend you have a
- 45:24look at that. I know mental health
- 45:26doesn't seem like a very fun video to or
- 45:28concept to like learn about. But I
- 45:29promise you that it will have some of
- 45:31the highest return on investment that
- 45:32you can find. Your ability to just keep
- 45:34your brain operating well, well, that's
- 45:36how you accomplish anything else.
- 45:38Discipline is a mindset. And just like
- 45:40good mental health, it drastically
- 45:42improves your work rate. And improving
- 45:44your work rate improves the progress
- 45:46that you make to your goals. Improving
- 45:47the progress that you make to your goals
- 45:49fulfills your mission and purpose which
- 45:50makes you more masculine. So you see how
- 45:51all this links up. And so discipline is
- 45:53an absolute cornerstone virtue and trait
- 45:57in masculinity. Discipline is the skill
- 45:59of doing the hard work, especially when
- 46:02you don't feel like it. I'm going to say
- 46:03something controversial, but in the
- 46:04modern day, you've been conditioned to
- 46:06be so in touch with your emotions. You
- 46:08are the most emotional guy in touch with
- 46:11your feelings than any man in your
- 46:13bloodline before this. Now I think it's
- 46:15fantastic to be aware of your emotions
- 46:18because that's a practice of mindfulness
- 46:19that comes from like meditation and
- 46:21everything. But to be emotional, to be
- 46:23in your feelings, well, feelings are
- 46:25fickle. And this is why you see so many
- 46:26guys that aren't disciplined because
- 46:28they don't feel like doing the hard work
- 46:30right now. And you can probably relate
- 46:32to this, you know, we're not talking
- 46:32about any other guys, we're talking
- 46:34about you. You don't feel like doing
- 46:35some productive task right now. So you
- 46:37don't do it. You procrastinate. You
- 46:38know, that's kind of like a new
- 46:39invention, procrastination. Do you
- 46:41really think the men in your bloodline
- 46:44procrastinated? They couldn't. There was
- 46:46a necessity for them to go to work, into
- 46:48the factories, out on the hunt even when
- 46:51they didn't feel like it because they
- 46:52had to. There was no one telling them,
- 46:53"Oh, you know, we'll just be in touch
- 46:55with your emotions. Take a self-care
- 46:56day." What I'm saying seems kind of
- 46:58backwards. It seems against all the
- 46:59mental health kind of advice that you've
- 47:01heard. But the thing is, it's absolutely
- 47:02important to prioritize your mental
- 47:03health, but you need to learn to just go
- 47:06and do hard work even when your brain
- 47:09says like, "Oh, but I don't feel like
- 47:11it. I'm not ready for it." This is what
- 47:12my physique looks like after years and
- 47:14years of going to the gym. And please
- 47:15believe me, like bro, going to the gym
- 47:17is one of the most fun things that I do.
- 47:18I honestly love it. But I would have
- 47:20missed more than half of my workouts
- 47:23over the years that I've been training
- 47:24if I only went to the gym when I really
- 47:26felt like it. Some days it's a total
- 47:28slog. I really don't want to go. But you
- 47:30know what I do? I convince myself that
- 47:31all I need to do is just take the next
- 47:33step. I don't need to think about the
- 47:34height of the discomfort, you know, the
- 47:36the the challenge, the pain, the fear of
- 47:38the top set of squats which exhaust my
- 47:40body. I don't need to think about that
- 47:41right now. I'm sat here with my
- 47:42bathrobe. All I have to do is just get
- 47:44changed right now. All I have to do is
- 47:45just put my shoes on right now. All I
- 47:46have to do is just fill up my water
- 47:47bottle. All I have to do is just walk
- 47:49out of the door. That's all I tell
- 47:50myself. Okay, come on. Just walk out the
- 47:51door. That's all you can do. You you you
- 47:52can walk out your door right now, can't
- 47:53you? Okay, come on. Let's walk
- 47:54downstairs. You can do that right now,
- 47:55can't you? Okay, good. Put your music
- 47:56in. Okay, let's walk to the gym. You can
- 47:58do that. Yeah, of course you can. Just
- 47:59step by step by step by step by step.
- 48:01And suddenly I'm warming up. I feel
- 48:02good. [ __ ] it, let me attempt that PR on
- 48:04squats. This is discipline. Discipline
- 48:06is the skill of just overlooking your
- 48:07emotions because there is some important
- 48:09valuable work that you said you would
- 48:11do. You made a promise to yourself that
- 48:12you would do some important work. And so
- 48:15it is of utmost importance for the sake
- 48:17of your masculinity that you do that
- 48:19work. The reason why I'm getting quite
- 48:20vexed right now is because discipline it
- 48:22it's such an important skill and trait
- 48:24that I see lacking in so many young men.
- 48:26So many young men. Because we spoke so
- 48:28far that if you want to be more
- 48:29masculine, you need, you know, a big
- 48:30mission to work towards, to progress
- 48:32towards. And to note your progress to
- 48:34this mission, we set goals and
- 48:35milestones. And to make progress to
- 48:37them, well, you need to work hard and
- 48:38you need to especially work hard even
- 48:40when you don't feel like it because
- 48:41that's really when we show the greatest
- 48:43level of progress. If you only work hard
- 48:46when you kind of feel motivated to do
- 48:47so, then you haven't really developed
- 48:49yourself as a man, have you? So this is
- 48:51how you level up your discipline skill.
- 48:52And interestingly, it's the exact same
- 48:54way that you level up in weightlifting.
- 48:56It's all about the concept of
- 48:58progressive overload. Progressive
- 49:00overload is this concept, this kind of
- 49:01training method in weightlifting, which
- 49:03is that we start off at like a light
- 49:05weight. And over weeks and months and
- 49:07years, we just slowly incrementally add
- 49:10on a little bit of weight every single
- 49:12time. When a beginner goes to the gym,
- 49:14he doesn't think, "Oh, I'm going to go
- 49:15bench press seven plates." The clever
- 49:16intelligent beginner says, "Okay, I'm
- 49:18going to go and just start with the
- 49:19empty bar and just see how that is. And
- 49:212 weeks from now I might add on 5 kg
- 49:23either side of the bar, maybe 10 kg. 6
- 49:25months from now, a year from now I might
- 49:27even have 20 kg either side of the bar.
- 49:29And 3 years from now it might even be 40
- 49:32kg either side of the bar. And that's
- 49:33100 kg for the total weight." We
- 49:35increase whatever we do incrementally.
- 49:37That's progressive overload. And
- 49:38discipline is the exact same thing. You
- 49:40need to progressively overload your
- 49:41discipline. What's really interesting
- 49:42about discipline is that discipline
- 49:43actually kills. And this is
- 49:44controversial as [ __ ] but discipline
- 49:46kills depression. Depression is simply
- 49:48just a reduction in your progressive
- 49:49overload of life. You've just reduced
- 49:52how much you're able to do of life. You
- 49:53used to be able to, you know, go out and
- 49:55go to work and study and just be a
- 49:56normal person. And now you feel like
- 49:58that's just too hard to do. You've just
- 50:00reset your progressive overload. And now
- 50:02so all you've got to do is just
- 50:03progressively overload back up. So it's
- 50:04a struggle doing anything more than
- 50:05just, you know, lying on your bed
- 50:07watching some [ __ ] YouTube on your
- 50:09phone. So progressively overload. Today
- 50:11get out of your bed and brush your
- 50:12teeth. That's a big jump for some
- 50:13people. Where are you up to in life
- 50:14right now, especially in terms of the
- 50:16work and the progress you're making to
- 50:17your goals? And then figure out the next
- 50:19progressive overload step to that. What
- 50:21is one step further that you can take
- 50:24today, tomorrow, next week? And then ask
- 50:26yourself this every single day. You just
- 50:28constantly want to be progressively
- 50:30overloading your discipline, the
- 50:31sacrifices that you make, the hard
- 50:32choices that you make just for the rest
- 50:34of your life. And you know what? That's
- 50:38That's really bringing something that,
- 50:40you know, a lot of people don't really
- 50:41talk about in the you know, we speak
- 50:42about discipline and masculinity and
- 50:44goals and everything on you know,
- 50:45online. You've seen this before. You
- 50:46know, like oh yeah, making money, you
- 50:47know, all these productive things that
- 50:49you've seen online. One of the things
- 50:51that many of the creators don't really
- 50:52talk about I've kind of going on a rant
- 50:53here, but I think this might be valuable
- 50:55for for you is that you really have to
- 50:56sacrifice. You have to sacrifice. If you
- 50:59want to become more masculine, you have
- 51:00to sacrifice a lot of things. If you
- 51:01want to become more disciplined, think
- 51:02about what you have to sacrifice.
- 51:03Discipline is inherently a sacrifice of
- 51:06comfort. And you've been bred to stay in
- 51:09comfort, to just keep sucking on like
- 51:11mommy's nipple. I know that sounds
- 51:13weird, but that's literally the life of
- 51:14the majority of males, and I won't even
- 51:15say men. The majority of guys are males,
- 51:18not men. You've been bred to just stay
- 51:19in a state of comfort because you're not
- 51:21used to making sacrifices. Everything
- 51:23that I've discussed in this guide and
- 51:24pretty much everything I discuss on my
- 51:25channel, all the work that I do is based
- 51:27on sacrificing these momentary small
- 51:30short pleasures that don't fulfill us,
- 51:32that don't free us, that don't actually
- 51:33just give us anything more than a
- 51:34fleeting sense of comfort. But we'll
- 51:36always have that thought in our minds
- 51:38that we're being Jeffries. You need to
- 51:39sacrifice comfort. You need to sacrifice
- 51:42to become more masculine, to become
- 51:44successful, to become healthy. And you
- 51:45know I just spoke about the concept of
- 51:47progressive overload. There is a phrase
- 51:48that I've said before that really helped
- 51:49me. And the phrase was, "Sacrifice must
- 51:52be progressively overloaded." Whatever
- 51:54you've sacrificed so far to make
- 51:56progress in some discipline goal like
- 51:58fitness or work, fantastic. But you need
- 52:00to keep sacrificing. So you know, at
- 52:02first, for example, for a beginner to
- 52:03make progress in the gym, he's feeling
- 52:05really disciplined. Yeah, he's going to
- 52:06go to the gym. You know, I don't feel
- 52:07like going to the gym, but [ __ ] it, I'm
- 52:08going to go anyway. The sacrifice he
- 52:09needs to make is like 2 hours per week,
- 52:113 hours per week for the workout. And
- 52:12he's going to make some gains. But a
- 52:13year from then, his gains slow down. And
- 52:16now he's going to need to sacrifice 4 5
- 52:18hours per week. And now he's going to
- 52:19actually need to really change up some
- 52:21of his meals if he still wants to
- 52:22continue making progress. Now 2 years
- 52:24from then, 5 years from then, he needs
- 52:25to sacrifice so much more. He needs to
- 52:27sacrifice late nights, alcohol, shitty
- 52:30food. He needs to be on an optimized
- 52:31workout routine. The sacrifices that you
- 52:33make to progress to your goals must be
- 52:35progressively overloaded over time. If
- 52:37you haven't recently added more
- 52:39sacrifice to your life in the last
- 52:41month, I guarantee you're complacent.
- 52:43And so I have another journaling prompt
- 52:44for you to do right now as another
- 52:46actionable step of this full guide.
- 52:47Answer this question right now. What is
- 52:49another sacrifice that I can make to
- 52:51make even more progress to my goals?
- 52:53Upon thinking about the answer to this
- 52:55question, there's something very
- 52:56interesting that's going to happen to
- 52:57you. And this is going to be so like
- 52:59literally 10 out of 10 interesting for
- 53:01you to follow along to right now. Be
- 53:02extremely aware of your mind trying to
- 53:05[ __ ] you. There will be a potential
- 53:07sacrifice that you could make to be more
- 53:09disciplined, to make more progress in
- 53:10your goals, which will then make you
- 53:12more masculine. And your brain will not
- 53:14want to acknowledge it because you're
- 53:15asking your brain to come up with ideas
- 53:17to sacrifice comfort. Your brain will
- 53:19not want to acknowledge it, but you're
- 53:20just about if you really pay attention
- 53:22and you stay authentic and honest,
- 53:23you'll just about know what it is.
- 53:25You'll just about think of a sacrifice
- 53:27that you could make. And the Jeffrey
- 53:29part of your brain will want to push it
- 53:30away. Stay so aware of this right now.
- 53:32You know what? I'm going to do in front
- 53:33of you right now. What is another
- 53:34sacrifice that I could make to make even
- 53:36more progress to my goals? The goals
- 53:38that I'm talking about, I'll make it
- 53:39based on on YouTube specifically like
- 53:42work. What is another sacrifice that I
- 53:43can make?
- 53:46I need to record more. I don't record
- 53:48that often, and that's actually slowing
- 53:50down the growth of like our output and
- 53:52the growth of the channel. And the video
- 53:53editor who's editing this video right
- 53:55now will even tell you he's been waiting
- 53:56like a day, 2 days for me to send him
- 53:58over this clip. I don't prioritize
- 53:59recording because honestly it's just
- 54:01it's so much friction. It's so stressful
- 54:02having to sit here. It's exhausting to
- 54:04sit here and talk for like an hour and
- 54:06to think of things to say. You know, of
- 54:07course I've got like bullet points here
- 54:09on my laptop, but it's it's the hardest
- 54:10part of my job is literally recording
- 54:12the videos. Another sacrifice that I can
- 54:14make to level up in my goals even more
- 54:16is to just record more. I didn't even
- 54:19want to answer that question, honestly.
- 54:20I didn't want to like say say to you,
- 54:21you know, my brain's like bullshitting.
- 54:22It was like, "Oh no, well, you know,
- 54:24you know, um if you record less, the
- 54:27quality might be higher. If you if you
- 54:29don't answer this question with, you
- 54:30know, the answer of recording, then you
- 54:32can just not record as often and focus
- 54:34on other things." The real answer to
- 54:35this question was me telling you, "Yeah,
- 54:37what's a sacrifice I can make? I can
- 54:38just shut the [ __ ] up and record more
- 54:39often." The forefront of my mind, the
- 54:42answer that my Jeffrey brain wanted me
- 54:43to answer with, interestingly it was
- 54:45like, "Oh yeah, do more podcasts and do
- 54:46more like easy work." Spend more time
- 54:48doing that kind of like laptop kind of
- 54:50work. But the real sacrifice would be
- 54:52for me to do something that I don't
- 54:53actually want to do, which there's more
- 54:54friction to, which requires more
- 54:56discipline, which is recording. It's the
- 54:58harder thing to do. What is your answer
- 54:59to this question? Okay, so so far of
- 55:01this full guide, you've learned a lot
- 55:03about masculine traits, how to become
- 55:05more masculine. You've learned about
- 55:06polarization. You've heard my story.
- 55:08We've even talked about discipline and
- 55:10goal setting. Now for the rest of this
- 55:11full guide, I want to just fire off a
- 55:13bunch of random things that I think will
- 55:15help you on your journey to become more
- 55:16masculine. And these are going to be
- 55:17really interesting and really practical.
- 55:19And the first part of this section,
- 55:20which I think is very very valuable, is
- 55:22semen retention. I thought for a long
- 55:25time I thought things like NoFap and
- 55:27semen retention were kind of overrated
- 55:29because I've been on NoFap since age 18.
- 55:32And you know, it did change my life
- 55:33quite practically because I just wasn't
- 55:35spending hours watching porn. You know,
- 55:36I used to be like a normal 15-year-old
- 55:38like masturbating three times a day. And
- 55:40it's been a while since I've been a
- 55:42wanker, so I can't really relate
- 55:44anymore. So NoFap is okay, just no
- 55:46masturbation, no porn, right? But then
- 55:48I've always done NoFap, but while still
- 55:50having sex. Semen retention is the next
- 55:52level where of course you're on NoFap,
- 55:54but you also either don't have sex, or
- 55:57if you do have sex, this is the hardest
- 55:58thing, right? The hardest thing is
- 56:00having sex, but then not busting. I
- 56:02don't want to make this like too
- 56:04graphically detailed and, you know, to
- 56:06get demonetized on YouTube or anything.
- 56:07I am going to release a sex course
- 56:09sometime in the future, which I think
- 56:11you might find very interesting where
- 56:12I'm going to speak totally unfiltered
- 56:14and like in practical details of how
- 56:16I've been able to like use
- 56:17self-improvement and, you know, improve
- 56:18my sex life. And a big part of that is
- 56:20semen retention and the act of like
- 56:22having sex, but not coming and like
- 56:24being able to last way longer, being
- 56:25able to have sex way way more times per
- 56:28day. Something that I've been practicing
- 56:29more recently, and it's amazing how much
- 56:31more masculine energy I feel when it's
- 56:34been days or a week since I've
- 56:36ejaculated. There was an article I read,
- 56:38and it was sent to me by another
- 56:40YouTuber. His YouTube name is Masculine
- 56:41Theory. His name is Joseph, and he's
- 56:43very clued up and very intelligent about
- 56:45things like retention, and he speaks
- 56:46about it a lot on his channel. And this
- 56:48article that I'll link in the
- 56:49description said that your masculine
- 56:51seed is like an extremely valuable life
- 56:54source that you don't want to waste. It
- 56:55was quoted in this article. I'm not sure
- 56:57if this is really scientifically, you
- 56:58know, correct, but it does make for a
- 57:00really good example that one drop of
- 57:03semen is the equivalent of 40 drops of
- 57:06blood. Now when I'm speaking in very
- 57:07practical terms about retention, when
- 57:09I'm on retention, even when having sex,
- 57:11my level of masculinity goes through the
- 57:13roof. It seems very normal to, you know,
- 57:15be on NoFap and then when you're having
- 57:16sex to just have sex and, you know, like
- 57:18just, you know, try and edge a little
- 57:19bit, then try and last as long as you
- 57:21can, and then eventually like nut. Yeah,
- 57:22that's normal, right? What I found is
- 57:23that if you have sex and you don't
- 57:26finish, or it just in general if you're
- 57:27not having sex, if you're not busting
- 57:28any nuts, you're literally just
- 57:29retaining completely, your ability to
- 57:31focus, your ability to work hard goes
- 57:33through the roof. And I think why this
- 57:35is is because your brain kind of
- 57:36understands that one, he's not
- 57:38ejaculating, so he doesn't, you know, he
- 57:40there's no woman that he's sleeping
- 57:41with. And so two, since he's not doing
- 57:43what's essentially a very important part
- 57:45of of manhood, we need to pump him full
- 57:48of drive and masculinity and motivation
- 57:51and desire so that he can improve
- 57:52himself to level up the the social
- 57:54hierarchy so that then he can become
- 57:56eligible to mate. What I found is that
- 57:58after just 3 to 5 days of not busting
- 58:01any nuts, my drive, my masculinity goes
- 58:03through the [ __ ] roof. My work rate
- 58:05goes through the roof. Perhaps you're
- 58:07watching this video, the full guide to
- 58:08masculinity, sometime in the future, and
- 58:10I already have a full sex course
- 58:12released. This thing there's more like
- 58:14details that I want to go into, but you
- 58:15don't know who's going to be watching
- 58:16this video and everything, and so you
- 58:17can't say too many details about like
- 58:19sexual stuff on YouTube. That's why I'm
- 58:21going to have like a full sex course
- 58:22released. Perhaps I'll have a card pop
- 58:24up or a link in the description that you
- 58:25can go and look for right now if you're
- 58:27interested in that. Let's now talk about
- 58:29achieving freedom, which is a masculine
- 58:31man's biggest desire. Masculine men
- 58:33desire freedom. Feminine women desire
- 58:35fulfillment. We crave freedom from
- 58:37constraint. Even the way that we have
- 58:39sex is all about freeing ourselves,
- 58:40whereas for a woman it's all about being
- 58:42filled up. But even in the rest of our
- 58:43lives, you can only feel totally happy
- 58:46and content if you have a great level of
- 58:48freedom in which you aren't placed under
- 58:50constraint by someone like your boss or
- 58:52society. There's three kinds of freedom,
- 58:54which we're going to practically
- 58:55discuss, and you need to make progress
- 58:58to these three kinds. And every step
- 59:00that you take in the right direction,
- 59:02you will literally feel good. The three
- 59:04kinds of freedom are financial freedom,
- 59:06time freedom, and location freedom. Each
- 59:09one of these could be a whole video by
- 59:11itself like how to achieve financial
- 59:12freedom, how to be location independent.
- 59:14And so I'm just going to give you some
- 59:15practical no BS advice, and I'm going to
- 59:17try and make it the kind of advice that
- 59:18you might not have heard of anywhere
- 59:19else. For financial freedom, the only
- 59:21way that you can achieve this when
- 59:22you're young is with some kind of
- 59:24business. You can't get financially free
- 59:26in even the most high-level careers
- 59:28which take 20 years to get to. And so it
- 59:30has to be with a business. Any
- 59:3220-year-old millionaire that you do see
- 59:34or hear of on YouTube, it's always
- 59:36through business and then medium to
- 59:38high-risk investments. And so you can go
- 59:39down the entire rabbit hole if you want
- 59:41to, but the two-step process to
- 59:43achieving financial freedom when you're
- 59:44still young is one, create a successful
- 59:46business. And this in itself can take
- 59:48years and you need to work extremely
- 59:49hard, you need to sacrifice, there's an
- 59:51element of luck involved. And number
- 59:52two, invest the income that you make
- 59:54from that business into things like
- 59:55crypto which are a lot higher yielding,
- 59:57like they give you more money in return
- 59:59than things like index funds and all the
- 1:00:01soft passive stuff. One thing to know
- 1:00:03about achieving financial freedom that
- 1:00:05your parents are wrong with, that any of
- 1:00:06these financial gurus that write like
- 1:00:08financial books, they'll always tell you
- 1:00:09that saving and investing is like the
- 1:00:11best route to financial freedom. That's
- 1:00:13the old script. Anyone who tells you
- 1:00:15that saving money, like oh yeah, go and
- 1:00:16get a really good job and then save as
- 1:00:17much money as possible and then put that
- 1:00:18money into the index funds. Anyone who
- 1:00:20gives you that advice is following the
- 1:00:21old script. The new script is all about
- 1:00:23business. Time freedom means that you
- 1:00:25have control and power over your own
- 1:00:27time and you can't really say that you
- 1:00:28have this if you can't choose exactly
- 1:00:31what time you want to work, go to the
- 1:00:32gym, or do anything else with your day.
- 1:00:34The majority of people who work 9-5 or
- 1:00:36who are still in the education system
- 1:00:38don't have this. And this is why you
- 1:00:39quite frequently get this like
- 1:00:41irritation feeling when you need to go
- 1:00:43to work or you need to go to school when
- 1:00:45you don't really want to. To achieve
- 1:00:47time freedom, you should read the book
- 1:00:48The 4-Hour Work Week and also implement
- 1:00:51the principles from the book Deep Work.
- 1:00:53I have a full guide explaining the Deep
- 1:00:54Work book and I'll have like a card pop
- 1:00:56up on screen or a link in the
- 1:00:57description so you can go and find that.
- 1:00:59And finally, location freedom means that
- 1:01:01you can go anywhere in the world that
- 1:01:02you want and still be okay. For location
- 1:01:05freedom, it's all about making online
- 1:01:06income and there's a famous young
- 1:01:08entrepreneur named Iman Gadzhi and he
- 1:01:10held this like YouTube events where he
- 1:01:11taught people how to achieve location
- 1:01:14freedom through making online
- 1:01:15businesses. If you can cultivate all
- 1:01:17three freedoms into your life, you get
- 1:01:19to live like the top 1%. I've just
- 1:01:22mentioned Iman, that online entrepreneur
- 1:01:24that we spoke about. He has a free event
- 1:01:26coming up where he's going to teach
- 1:01:27people how to get the three freedoms and
- 1:01:28I'm going to appear as a guest speaker.
- 1:01:30I'm going to like teach my own section
- 1:01:31in this. To learn more, scroll down to
- 1:01:33the description of this video and click
- 1:01:34on the Iman Gadzhi link and you'll be
- 1:01:36able to sign up in advance and you'll
- 1:01:37learn so much more about financial
- 1:01:39freedom, time freedom, and location
- 1:01:41freedom. Men need tribes, especially
- 1:01:43masculine men. And I'm going to go into
- 1:01:45another rant, so buckle your seat belts,
- 1:01:46bro. I don't know if this is a
- 1:01:47conspiracy theory or not, but male
- 1:01:49spaces are being abolished. Male locker
- 1:01:52room talk is demonized and any space
- 1:01:54that men gather is now seen as like
- 1:01:56potentially dangerous or hostile or full
- 1:01:57of incels. You single a man away from
- 1:02:00his tribe, he loses most of his
- 1:02:02strength. What's very interesting is
- 1:02:03that you've lived your life as kind of
- 1:02:05like an individual man. You've probably
- 1:02:07never had like a full-on real kind of
- 1:02:09tribe that your ancestors would have
- 1:02:10had. And so any level of success and
- 1:02:12strength that you feel like you have,
- 1:02:14think about this, you've literally not
- 1:02:15even experienced the life that like your
- 1:02:17ancestors would have. Imagine your
- 1:02:19ancestors like the tribesmen would have
- 1:02:20lived in tribes of 150 and there's like
- 1:02:2320, 30 men of like warrior hunter age
- 1:02:26all keeping each other accountable. You
- 1:02:28can't be a little [ __ ] You can't skip
- 1:02:30out on the hunt today because you'll get
- 1:02:31called out to like nah, come with us.
- 1:02:32The village elders, the male elders
- 1:02:34would have put you through a rite of
- 1:02:36passage that would have turned you
- 1:02:37officially into a man. You don't even
- 1:02:39grasp how important this is for male
- 1:02:42life because we've never experienced it
- 1:02:43before. [ __ ] man. I hope you can take a
- 1:02:45few seconds to just kind of think about
- 1:02:47how much we're missing out on because we
- 1:02:49don't have like a real, real tribe of
- 1:02:51men around us. We're just all so
- 1:02:53individual and you're being convinced to
- 1:02:55like oh yeah, be friends with girls. Men
- 1:02:56can be
- 1:02:59That's sad, man. And I think, you know,
- 1:03:00one of the reasons why my channel has
- 1:03:02become so successful is because this has
- 1:03:04been and is and will always be a space
- 1:03:08for men. You know how easy it would have
- 1:03:09been for me to sell out and start like
- 1:03:11becoming more modern and accepting of
- 1:03:13women and like oh you know, like
- 1:03:14I don't know what the you know, like to
- 1:03:16be more androgenous and to start making
- 1:03:18more videos for women because they need
- 1:03:19self-improvement too and all this [ __ ]
- 1:03:20you know, I could have done that and
- 1:03:21maybe increased our audience count by
- 1:03:2350% but I won't. This is a space for men
- 1:03:26because we desperately need it because
- 1:03:28male spaces are being taken away from
- 1:03:30us. What you see on this channel in the
- 1:03:31comments below and especially in our
- 1:03:33Discord server is a space for men where
- 1:03:36you can cultivate a tribe of your own. I
- 1:03:38have my Discord server linked in the
- 1:03:40description. I think there's like 60,
- 1:03:4170,000 young men who are in that server.
- 1:03:44We've seen so many pictures, you know,
- 1:03:46people will literally meet up other
- 1:03:47people in the Discord server of of my
- 1:03:49Discord server, they'll meet each other.
- 1:03:51You know, oh like I'm in I'm in
- 1:03:52Netherlands. Is oh, someone else is in
- 1:03:54Netherlands. Oh bro, let's go do a gym
- 1:03:55workout. And we've seen so many pictures
- 1:03:57of people like yo, like we literally met
- 1:03:59from this server. There's now another
- 1:04:00website that a mod and like his group
- 1:04:03have made from my server which makes it
- 1:04:05very easy for you to actually find
- 1:04:07people in your country so that you can
- 1:04:08organize meetups. I'll have that linked
- 1:04:10in the description of this video.
- 1:04:11There's no like money to be made or
- 1:04:12anything like this. You literally just
- 1:04:13click on the link and it finds out what
- 1:04:15country you're in and then invites you
- 1:04:16to join a Discord server that's based on
- 1:04:18your country and also like
- 1:04:19self-improvement mixed together. So
- 1:04:20you'll literally find like a like-minded
- 1:04:22guys who want to become more masculine,
- 1:04:24more successful, more disciplined all
- 1:04:26congregating in this one Discord server
- 1:04:28where you can then utilize that to meet
- 1:04:29people online. And this is all totally
- 1:04:31for free. I'll have all this stuff
- 1:04:32linked in the description below under
- 1:04:33like make friends on self-improvement
- 1:04:35because this is so important. I would
- 1:04:37not be half the man that I am today if I
- 1:04:39did not have other men in my life. And
- 1:04:42it saddens me to see young men who don't
- 1:04:44have that. Perhaps you're new to this
- 1:04:45channel and discovering me, but these
- 1:04:47videos that I produce here and like me
- 1:04:49teaching you what I know and I've
- 1:04:51learned myself, it could potentially
- 1:04:52change your life. What you see on this
- 1:04:54YouTube channel is kind of like a
- 1:04:55movement of young men who are all trying
- 1:04:57to improve ourselves. And this can be a
- 1:04:59part of your tribe. You and I, let's be
- 1:05:01honest, we're not technically friends.
- 1:05:02You know, a lot of YouTubers will try
- 1:05:03and manipulate you and say like oh yeah,
- 1:05:05we're friends. Hey hey friends, like you
- 1:05:06know, they'll try and do that [ __ ] I'll
- 1:05:07never look at you like through the
- 1:05:09camera like oh, me and you are best
- 1:05:10friends or something. But the truth is,
- 1:05:11you know that quote like you are the
- 1:05:12average of the five people you spend
- 1:05:14time with, which is very, very true.
- 1:05:15Well, it's more accurate now to say that
- 1:05:17you are the average of the five people
- 1:05:19whose content you consume. If you
- 1:05:21consume my content, you'll become more
- 1:05:23like me. It sounds cringe as [ __ ] but
- 1:05:24for that reason, make sure like you
- 1:05:26subscribe to this channel and click on
- 1:05:28the post notifications and click the
- 1:05:29like button and then, you know, support
- 1:05:30the videos and stuff and like, you know,
- 1:05:32be active in this community because the
- 1:05:33amount of guys who have told me that
- 1:05:35this stuff has changed their life is
- 1:05:37amazing. We've just spoke about
- 1:05:38cultivating a tribe of masculine men
- 1:05:40that you can grow alongside. But there
- 1:05:42is a part of having other men in your
- 1:05:45life that you probably aren't really
- 1:05:47just capable of right now. And that is
- 1:05:49to enjoy your friends' criticism.
- 1:05:51Masculine men criticize each other. This
- 1:05:54is so interesting. You're going to find
- 1:05:55this interesting as [ __ ] eh? Masculine
- 1:05:56men criticize each other to each others'
- 1:05:59faces. If me and my friend Sam are here
- 1:06:01and I spot some kind of weakness in him,
- 1:06:03I'll look at him and tell him. Imagine
- 1:06:04why we do that. It's kind of like okay,
- 1:06:05well, he's in my tribe. I can see this
- 1:06:07weakness. I'm going to tell him and
- 1:06:08hopefully he can take it well so that he
- 1:06:10can improve on that weakness so that the
- 1:06:11tribe strengthens and my chance of
- 1:06:13survival increases. You know what's
- 1:06:14really interesting? Feminine women don't
- 1:06:16do this. They criticize but not to each
- 1:06:18others' faces because for them their
- 1:06:20survival mechanism is not based on this
- 1:06:22other woman being healthy and, you know,
- 1:06:24improving her weaknesses. If anything, a
- 1:06:26feminine woman's survival comes from
- 1:06:28other women not doing so well. It's a
- 1:06:30very interesting dynamic and of course,
- 1:06:32you know, people say oh, this is sexist,
- 1:06:33girls don't gossip and, you know,
- 1:06:34whatever. But generally, you've always
- 1:06:36heard that kind of stereotype. Maybe
- 1:06:37you've seen it in your own life with the
- 1:06:38women in your family or your friends and
- 1:06:40the male friends. There's a chance that
- 1:06:41some of your male friends that you
- 1:06:42thought were like bullies or some of
- 1:06:44your male family members, perhaps your
- 1:06:45father, have criticized you to your face
- 1:06:47and said like no no, you don't look good
- 1:06:48in that. Why are you so weak? Why are
- 1:06:49you such a pushover? Why are you so
- 1:06:50lazy? You know, they've said this to you
- 1:06:52and all this time because we've been
- 1:06:53raised in this like little [ __ ]
- 1:06:55feminine way, we've been thinking like
- 1:06:56oh well, that's so offensive. And for me
- 1:06:58personally, holy [ __ ] bro, my dad has
- 1:07:00done this since I was a child and I
- 1:07:01always hated him for it where he would
- 1:07:03point out my weaknesses, he would
- 1:07:04criticize my weaknesses and I thought
- 1:07:06that was a bad trait in him. I was so
- 1:07:08certain it was a bad trait. Well, I
- 1:07:09think about it, it seems weird that I'm
- 1:07:11kind of insinuating that it's not a bad
- 1:07:12trait. It might even be in your mind
- 1:07:14right now, I don't know, it is a bad
- 1:07:15trait. It is. Like why would someone
- 1:07:16criticize? That's not nice. We have such
- 1:07:18a deep-rooted feminine upbringing that
- 1:07:21we don't even understand a core
- 1:07:23component of masculinity is criticizing
- 1:07:25and highlighting the weaknesses of the
- 1:07:27men in your tribe. Because since school,
- 1:07:28you've been raised to like be nice and
- 1:07:29not say anything like negative towards
- 1:07:31the other person. Because if you do call
- 1:07:33out someone else for their weakness in
- 1:07:35this modern day, it's extremely
- 1:07:36offensive and they'll start crying and
- 1:07:38they'll be, you know, you'll offend them
- 1:07:39and it'll hurt their feelings. And so if
- 1:07:40you hurt someone's feelings in this
- 1:07:41modern day, then you're wrong, right? If
- 1:07:43you start to make friends with more
- 1:07:44masculine men, understand and be ready
- 1:07:47for this concept that they will begin to
- 1:07:49criticize you. Like the real men who
- 1:07:50actually really, really love you and who
- 1:07:52are masculine will criticize you.
- 1:07:54They'll just bring up something like oh
- 1:07:55bro, that doesn't look so good on you.
- 1:07:56Or like yeah, push harder. Like why are
- 1:07:58you doing that thing? They'll bring up
- 1:07:59stuff like this. And you really want to
- 1:08:01cultivate a brotherhood of men, a couple
- 1:08:03of guys who can speak to you so openly
- 1:08:06that they'll just look you in the eyes
- 1:08:08and tell you hey, something that's wrong
- 1:08:09with you with the attempt to help you to
- 1:08:10improve it. And so when you do
- 1:08:12experience some kind of masculine
- 1:08:13criticism from like a man in your tribe,
- 1:08:16don't be offended. Don't get emotional.
- 1:08:17Get to work. Now, if you want to level
- 1:08:19this up, you would get my respect for
- 1:08:20this cuz this is difficult. Actively
- 1:08:22seek out that criticism. Go where you
- 1:08:25can get criticized. Start a YouTube
- 1:08:27channel and talk about your
- 1:08:28self-improvement journey like I've done.
- 1:08:29Bro, you don't even realize the amount
- 1:08:31of criticism that I've received over the
- 1:08:32last two years is [ __ ] incredible.
- 1:08:35Imagine the audience size that I have,
- 1:08:37bro. I'm one man. Look how many people
- 1:08:39watch my videos. Of course, I know my
- 1:08:40team have helped but in terms of like
- 1:08:41just, you know, be getting criticism,
- 1:08:43it's me on the camera, right? Imagine
- 1:08:44how many negative comments I've had and
- 1:08:46not just from trolls who are just
- 1:08:47swearing or something, but from like
- 1:08:49intelligent people who have pointed out
- 1:08:50a weakness in me and said no, Hamza,
- 1:08:52you've done something wrong here. And of
- 1:08:53course, it hurts. Of course, I feel bad
- 1:08:55about it. But I've tried my absolute
- 1:08:56best to hear that criticism and to take
- 1:08:58it on board. And you can see if you've
- 1:09:00been a fan of mine for a long time, you
- 1:09:02can see the times where I've like I've
- 1:09:03received a quite a lot of criticism for
- 1:09:05something and I've corrected course each
- 1:09:07and every time to the point that my
- 1:09:08journey is extremely, extremely special.
- 1:09:11The amount of development that I've been
- 1:09:13through. And this could be the same for
- 1:09:14you if you put yourself in an area where
- 1:09:15you can get criticized, you will grow so
- 1:09:17much. Sneako said this to me on a live
- 1:09:19stream that live streaming for him was a
- 1:09:21place he was getting so much criticism,
- 1:09:23but that after a little while, it kind
- 1:09:24of mentally fortituded him. It makes you
- 1:09:27by pointing out your weaknesses. We as
- 1:09:30modern young men, we don't really have
- 1:09:31this in our lives. I didn't for so long.
- 1:09:33I would we stay like sheltered and safe
- 1:09:36safe from criticism, safe from being
- 1:09:38offended. That just leaves you blind.
- 1:09:40You need the kind of men who confidently
- 1:09:43but in
- 1:09:44more of a loving way will call you out
- 1:09:46on your [ __ ] Now and only now after
- 1:09:49we've covered every other part of
- 1:09:50masculinity and friendship and
- 1:09:51self-improvement, do I want to speak
- 1:09:53about being masculine in a relationship?
- 1:09:55Because it's in my belief that you
- 1:09:57should probably wait to get into like a
- 1:09:58real serious relationship up until
- 1:10:00you're truly ready. And I think you're
- 1:10:02only really be ready when you've already
- 1:10:03cultivated a bunch of male friends.
- 1:10:05You've worked on your purpose, your
- 1:10:06goals, your self-improvements. There are
- 1:10:08two dynamics that you could have in a
- 1:10:10relationship with the woman. The first
- 1:10:12dynamic is the incorrect dynamic and it
- 1:10:14might be the one that you've already had
- 1:10:15previously. This is the mother-son
- 1:10:18dynamic. Where she acts and thinks and
- 1:10:20behaves like the mother and you act and
- 1:10:22think and behave like the son. The
- 1:10:24second dynamic that you could have in a
- 1:10:25relationship is in my opinion the right
- 1:10:27one. And that is the father-daughter
- 1:10:28dynamic. That's where you act, think and
- 1:10:30behave like the father and she acts,
- 1:10:32thinks and behaves like the daughter.
- 1:10:34The overwhelming majority of couples
- 1:10:36that I see have the wrong dynamic. She's
- 1:10:38more of the mommy, he's more of the son.
- 1:10:40She walks in through the door and she
- 1:10:41goes to the waiter and she orders the
- 1:10:43meal and then he kind of stands behind
- 1:10:45her like really really like you know
- 1:10:46just like a little chump. And it's
- 1:10:47almost like she she kind of tells him
- 1:10:49like come on come on Timmy. Oh order
- 1:10:51your lunch Timmy. Don't worry I'll pay.
- 1:10:52Once you keep these two dynamics in
- 1:10:54mind, it is so much easier to navigate
- 1:10:57the right kind of sexual energy
- 1:10:58masculine feminine polarized
- 1:11:00relationship than just how the majority
- 1:11:02of people do where they just kind of
- 1:11:03like get into a relationship without
- 1:11:04thinking about these things. Think back
- 1:11:06to the relationships that you've had or
- 1:11:07the girls that you've had a crush on.
- 1:11:09Has it been the father-daughter dynamic?
- 1:11:11Where you kind of act like more like the
- 1:11:12father, the leader, the strong person
- 1:11:14and she's the daughter who you're kind
- 1:11:15of bringing and showing to the world
- 1:11:17that you take care of her, you are
- 1:11:18responsible for her. Or is it the other
- 1:11:20way around? Is it that she's kind of
- 1:11:21looking after you and she plans things
- 1:11:23and she tells you what to do and you're
- 1:11:24just the good little boy who you know
- 1:11:26gets loud every now and then pretends
- 1:11:27he's in charge but really it's her. Be
- 1:11:29totally honest because it it is
- 1:11:30uncomfortable as [ __ ] to admit this and
- 1:11:32I don't think the majority of men could
- 1:11:33admit this but you know what? I've had
- 1:11:34the wrong dynamic in multiple
- 1:11:36relationships. I've had the mother-son
- 1:11:37dynamic in multiple relationships and
- 1:11:39[ __ ] me is it wrong bro. Holy. So how
- 1:11:44does the father behave? Well, he's the
- 1:11:45leader. He makes the decisions and the
- 1:11:47choices. That doesn't mean that he'll
- 1:11:49never ask his girl what she wants to do.
- 1:11:51He'll he'll ask for her input but in the
- 1:11:52end it's going to be him that makes the
- 1:11:54decision. The father provides. You
- 1:11:56should have this it's kind of cringe but
- 1:11:58you should have this like daddy energy.
- 1:11:59You should have this father kind of
- 1:12:01energy. Where you're the leader, you're
- 1:12:02the one who's taking charge. You don't
- 1:12:04say to her like oh mommy, what do you
- 1:12:06want to eat? Oh whatever you want. You
- 1:12:08just say come on get ready. We're going
- 1:12:09to this place. A lot of women who are
- 1:12:11watching this right now may say that
- 1:12:12what I'm saying is like weird and
- 1:12:13they'll be like oh no I don't want like
- 1:12:14a father-daughter thing but the
- 1:12:16overwhelming majority of women would
- 1:12:18prefer to be led in a relationship. And
- 1:12:20the women who don't want to be led, who
- 1:12:22want to lead, chances are you probably
- 1:12:23don't want to date them anyway. Whenever
- 1:12:25you find yourself getting closer and
- 1:12:26closer to a girl, just ask yourself that
- 1:12:28question. Is this the father-daughter
- 1:12:30dynamic? I don't think I need to explain
- 1:12:31it much more than that. For some reason
- 1:12:33just those two words father-daughter
- 1:12:35just instantly it's like we all know
- 1:12:37what that kind of would look like in a
- 1:12:38male-female relationship. To get that
- 1:12:40kind of polarized relationship where
- 1:12:42she's thinking about you all the time
- 1:12:44and you're the most important person in
- 1:12:46her life. You know that's the kind of
- 1:12:47dynamic that it always has for all of
- 1:12:49humanity up until the last 50 years. If
- 1:12:51you want that kind of relationship,
- 1:12:53there's some other things you're going
- 1:12:54to have to do which a lot of guys now
- 1:12:57when this model requires of you will
- 1:12:59disagree with this video. You're going
- 1:13:00to have to provide and you've always
- 1:13:02heard that masculinity is about
- 1:13:03providing. You've always heard that. But
- 1:13:05you want to know the real practical
- 1:13:06explanation of providing? It means that
- 1:13:07you work so hard and you become so
- 1:13:09successful and wealthy that she doesn't
- 1:13:12need to work, that you pay for
- 1:13:13everything. I'm not talking 50/50. I'm
- 1:13:15talking you pay for everything. She
- 1:13:16doesn't make her own money. This is
- 1:13:19where all the little fakers who've been
- 1:13:21maybe watching this far of the video
- 1:13:23thinking oh yeah masculinity sounds
- 1:13:24amazing. This is the sacrifice that you
- 1:13:26have to make and so many guys will now
- 1:13:28say oh well that's the oh that's
- 1:13:29disgusting that's simping. This is how
- 1:13:31relationships have always been and for
- 1:13:32the modern man with his low testosterone
- 1:13:35and his [ __ ] weak limp handshake to
- 1:13:36say that this is simping. If you imagine
- 1:13:38like a hundred years ago of a man
- 1:13:39wearing like a suit and a top hat taking
- 1:13:41his lady out for dinner, do you think
- 1:13:43he's simping when he pays for her? Now
- 1:13:45you may say oh well
- 1:13:46actually you know he had to back then
- 1:13:48because she couldn't work because you
- 1:13:49know girls weren't getting jobs but like
- 1:13:51now they can work. Okay fine but if you
- 1:13:52wanted to date like a modern masculine
- 1:13:54woman, you wouldn't be watching this
- 1:13:55video. If you want to be more masculine,
- 1:13:57you want to date a truly feminine woman.
- 1:13:58Well then you don't want her going out
- 1:14:00and working for someone else. I'm going
- 1:14:01to say something right now that you may
- 1:14:02have never heard of before. A woman is
- 1:14:05always submitting to a man. She is
- 1:14:07always submitting to a man and guess
- 1:14:08what this great movement of feminism has
- 1:14:11done that even some a lot of guys are
- 1:14:13now backing you know saying like oh well
- 1:14:14she makes her own money so I'm not going
- 1:14:15to pay for everything. She's always
- 1:14:16submitting to a man. It used to be that
- 1:14:18your woman would submit to you 100%. Now
- 1:14:20guess what? For the majority of women
- 1:14:22and these little weak men who who say
- 1:14:24that they won't pay for their woman,
- 1:14:25well now she's submitting to her boss.
- 1:14:27So I know that this seems incredibly
- 1:14:28ambitious for me to say like you should
- 1:14:30pay for everything and she should pay
- 1:14:32for nothing and this is going to be so
- 1:14:33controversial and this is not an easy
- 1:14:35goal to like you know achieve for
- 1:14:36yourself. Perhaps it is a goal that you
- 1:14:38should set like a big ideal for you to
- 1:14:41reach to to think you know what? The
- 1:14:42best case scenario is that I am so
- 1:14:43successful that I don't need her to
- 1:14:45work, that I don't need her to bring her
- 1:14:46own money because if she does if she
- 1:14:48does work, if she does bring her own
- 1:14:50money, for eight hours of the day she's
- 1:14:51submitting to a different male.
- 1:14:53Unacceptable. You've watched this far of
- 1:14:55this video of wanting to become more
- 1:14:56masculine. You're on self-improvement,
- 1:14:57you're working hard. Set your goal high
- 1:14:59and think [ __ ] it yeah. I want to be so
- 1:15:01successful and so wealthy that like
- 1:15:02paying for her for dinner or for lunch
- 1:15:04or something, an extra $20 a day or
- 1:15:06something. I want to be able to afford
- 1:15:08that. This is like the secret sauce to a
- 1:15:10polarized relationship. Perhaps you've
- 1:15:12never really experienced real feminine
- 1:15:15energy in women before. You know you
- 1:15:16like the women I've described and you
- 1:15:17don't really relate to the girls that
- 1:15:19you've had in your life are always
- 1:15:20really focused on their studies and
- 1:15:21their work and stuff and like you know
- 1:15:22but at least they pay for half the bill.
- 1:15:24Perhaps you've always never had them
- 1:15:25because you just aren't the level of man
- 1:15:26just yet where you can pay for
- 1:15:28everything bro. You will experience the
- 1:15:30true feminine energy inside of women
- 1:15:31when they just know that you could
- 1:15:33essentially retire them, that they don't
- 1:15:34need to work. Think about it a woman
- 1:15:36only gets into a masculine energy out of
- 1:15:37necessity because it is unnatural for
- 1:15:39her to be masculine. So she becomes
- 1:15:41masculine because she needs to go out
- 1:15:42into the workforce but if she kind of
- 1:15:44sees like oh [ __ ] you are so
- 1:15:46productive, you are so successful, you
- 1:15:47are so wealthy. She can start to
- 1:15:49cultivate way more of a feminine energy
- 1:15:51and give up the masculine energy that
- 1:15:52she's had to develop through the modern
- 1:15:54conditioning. With my woman, I see such
- 1:15:56beautiful feminine energy inside of her
- 1:15:58because she no longer needs to be
- 1:15:59masculine. And that's really what I hope
- 1:16:01for you and I know this part of the
- 1:16:02video is going to piss off so many guys
- 1:16:04because I'm literally saying yeah,
- 1:16:06become successful, become so rich that
- 1:16:07you don't need to like get your girl to
- 1:16:09make money alongside you. You know it is
- 1:16:11hard. Of course it is. It's not easy.
- 1:16:13You have to dedicate your life to this
- 1:16:14[ __ ] You have to wake up thinking about
- 1:16:15like work and productivity of course.
- 1:16:17But this is the better life overall.
- 1:16:19Let's conclude this full guide to
- 1:16:21masculinity. You've been with me now.
- 1:16:22This video is probably what? An hour and
- 1:16:24a half, 1 hour and 57 minutes. Am I
- 1:16:26close huh?
- 1:16:27You've learned that masculine energy is
- 1:16:28all about leadership and dominance and
- 1:16:30providing and you've just now learned
- 1:16:32that there are sacrifices that you have
- 1:16:34to make to become more masculine. If you
- 1:16:35want these rewards of life, if you want
- 1:16:37to attract more feminine women, then you
- 1:16:38need to work harder than everyone else
- 1:16:40around you. You now have a great
- 1:16:41understanding of masculine and feminine
- 1:16:43energy and you've learned so many random
- 1:16:45things like the need to cultivate a
- 1:16:47tribe and to enjoy your friends'
- 1:16:48criticism and the three kinds of freedom
- 1:16:50that you can achieve that will make you
- 1:16:52feel so much better as a man. This
- 1:16:53journey that you're on is one of the

- 1:17:35I've been spreading this knowledge of
- 1:17:37self-improvement. I've been coming
