9. 0:17reason is because of the need it if I
10. 0:23flew commercial I'd have to stop 65% of
11. 0:27what I'm doing that's really lame isn't
12. 0:30it true that you want to fly commercial
13. 0:31so that you can fly in luxury how much
14. 0:34money did you pay for Tyler Perry's
15. 0:36Gulfstream jet for example well for
16. 0:39example that's really none of your
17. 0:40business but the business of your donors
18. 0:42mission I paid you kind of caught me off
19. 0:50guard here ok I'd like to give you a
20. 0:54chance to to catch your breath and and
21. 0:57have a conversation we don't want it we
22. 0:59don't want to catch off-guard love

32. 1:25that very simple it takes a lot of money
33. 1:29to do what we do we have brought over a
34. 1:33hundred let's see this the latest
35. 1:37figures just came out 122 million people
36. 1:43to the Lord Jesus Christ let me give you
37. 1:46another example last May I was scheduled
38. 1:51for Lagos Nigeria as a long ways I had a
39. 1:59week off and I was scheduled for Peru
40. 2:03and I prayed about it and I thought I'm
41. 2:08not missing that dedication in Jerusalem
42. 2:12without the airplane that we have that I
43. 2:14bought from Tyler Perry and I didn't pay
44. 2:16anything or anything
45. 2:17Tyler's one of the greatest guy he made
46. 2:19it he made that airplane so cheap for me
47. 2:22I couldn't help but buy it my question
48. 2:25well ok alright but I want to get to the
49. 2:27demons because people are very concerned
50. 2:29about that comment chance you're inside
51. 2:31the vision I love your eyes and here's
52. 2:36what happened we flew in 21 days 17
53. 2:45hours forty thousand miles touched five
54. 2:51continents and preached face-to-face
55. 2:55personally with a hundred and twenty

64. 3:21demons no I do not and don't you ever
65. 3:23say I did we wrestle not with flesh and
66. 3:30blood but principalities and powers can
67. 3:33you explain what you meant by that
68. 3:35that by that term then just just explain
69. 3:37because it's really simple you said you
70. 3:39didn't want to get into a tube with a
71. 3:40bunch of demons what did you mean well
72. 3:43let me ask you do you think that people
73. 3:46that fly commercial or demon but it's a
74. 3:51biblical thing it's a spiritual thing it
75. 3:53doesn't have anything to do with people
76. 3:55people I love people Jesus loves people
77. 4:00but people get pushed in alcohol do you
78. 4:07think that's a good place for a preacher
79. 4:09to be and prepare to go preach to a lot
80. 4:12of people when somebody in there is
81. 4:15dragging some woman down an aisle it
82. 4:17made me so mad to see that on television
83. 4:19I wanted to punch the guy out myself I
84. 4:21can't be doing that
85. 4:23I'm getting ready to preach you just
86. 4:25don't like to be around the sinful
87. 4:27people or the the hurtful people is that
88. 4:29what you're saying not the people back
89. 4:38during the days that we couldn't do
90. 4:41anything else we had to travel
91. 4:42commercial I've when I went to Oral
92. 4:47Roberts University
93. 4:48I flew for Oral Roberts I'm first pilot
94. 4:51John spent a lot of time in Arabic you
95. 4:54have how many planes we have the Gulf
96. 4:57Stream and we still have our citations
97. 5:01here and then we have a little smaller
98. 5:04airplane but both those are the two ones
99. 5:06that we use and we use them all the time
100. 5:07and other people use them too we have
101. 5:10other ministries that that usually in
102. 5:12the book of Ephesians we wrestle not
103. 5:18with people but with principalities and
104. 5:23powers unseen things rulers of the
105. 5:31darkness of this world talking about the
106. 5:35devil he's a very real devil just the
107. 5:37same as Jesus is very real Lord and and
108. 5:43I spent a lot of time on airlines but
109. 5:48the main thing that happened was not
110. 5:51that wasn't the main reason the main
111. 5:54reason that was I couldn't no longer do
112. 5:59what I called to do and beyond the
113. 6:04airlines besides that I need my clothes
114. 6:06when I get there and you have some fancy
115. 6:09clothes I mean for a pastor you are
116. 6:11living a life of luxury
117. 6:13you've got great homes we've got great
118. 6:15planes you do you drive in limos and
119. 6:19you're very wealthy man people would say
120. 6:23that is it is it appreciate add
121. 6:25something to that uh my wealth doesn't
122. 6:28come from offerings or sell things books
123. 6:33and DVDs yes and I have a lot of natural
124. 6:36gasps on our property didn't know that
125. 6:40did you baby now I do yeah you do ain't
126. 6:43that wonderful wonderful for you back
127. 6:47when and I might add another thing too
128. 6:51we invest from let's see I don't know
129. 6:59the exact number unless you're yet but
130. 7:03it will run something in the
131. 7:04neighborhood of twenty twenty-five
132. 7:06million in the poor can't do that and be
133. 7:10broke so final question is a lot of
134. 7:13people maybe have a misunderstanding
135. 7:14then about what you do and prosperity
136. 7:17preaching so the final question is this
137. 7:20to those critics that say that a
138. 7:23preacher should not be living a life of
139. 7:25luxury what is your response to that
140. 7:28they're wrong that it's a
141. 7:35misunderstanding of the Bible that if
142. 7:40you go into the Old Covenant do you
143. 7:46think the Jewish people believe you
144. 7:48should be broke are you saying that
145. 7:51Jewish people appreciate money more than
146. 7:55they believe in wealth people would find
147. 7:59that offensive wait a minute now I'm not
148. 8:02talking about some people I'm talking
149. 8:03about the Bible the blessing of Abraham
150. 8:07Abraham was extremely wealthy and he had
151. 8:12covenant with God nothing it's not the
152. 8:15Jewish blessing it's the Abrahamic
153. 8:17blessing how do I get excited talking
154. 8:20about it cuz I love it and I started out
155. 8:24deep in that with nothing which is
156. 8:27another story
157. 8:28but anyway you say that it's biblical
158. 8:32and that they that there's a foundation
159. 8:34in the Bible for them close it with this
160. 8:36I I had to learn this like I said from
161. 8:41the Bible and from my spiritual mentor
162. 8:43Oral Roberts and I learned it from him
163. 8:48working with him and then we became he
164. 8:51was close friends until he died and and
165. 8:54he took the same heat for brief him God
166. 8:57would prosper you that I've taken over
167. 8:59the years and Abraham was very very
168. 9:03wealthy man Galatians chapter 3 if you
169. 9:12belong to Christ then are you Abraham's
170. 9:19seed and heirs according to his promise
171. 9:26and his promise was great wealth the
172. 9:30Bible also says that it's more difficult
173. 9:32for a rich man to get into heaven than
174. 9:34it is for a camel to get through the eye
175. 9:36of a needle correctness to the scripture
176. 9:38but he said all things are possible with
177. 9:42God and he said if he studied the Greek
178. 9:50behind that it's trusting in wealth when
179. 9:56he said that his disciples said they
180. 9:58were astonished out of measure because
181. 10:01they were wealthy men they were
182. 10:02astonished out of measure saying how can
183. 10:05anyone be saved he said all things are
184. 10:07possible both of my grandfather's were
185. 10:11preachers they were both very poor they
186. 10:14lived simple modest lives they were
187. 10:17extremely offended by men that made
188. 10:20money like you do preaching like you do
189. 10:23what would your response be to people
190. 10:26that think that preachers shouldn't live
191. 10:28this kind of a lifestyle
192. 10:31oops like my both my grandfather's and I
193. 10:34understand that
194. 10:36and I love them with all my heart it's
195. 10:39it's your grandfather's that we're
196. 10:43standing on their shoulders they held up
197. 10:46and they stood for it glory to God but
198. 10:51when you go back to the Bible it's full
199. 10:54wealth and it's full of miracles and
200. 10:58signs and wonders and it's full of
201. 11:03goodness and it's full of meanness it's
202. 11:05just full hell on earth those are the
203. 11:08demons not the people I love the people
204. 11:13again getting back to the sir thank you
