- 0:00Today we are going to explore a castle
- 0:01over 200 years old. Three stories stand
- 0:04out here. Saint Cecilia, a woman who
- 0:06dedicated her faith to God, but her
- 0:07father forced her to marry and she
- 0:09suffered one of the most tragic deaths
- 0:11in the history of the saints; the woman
- 0:13and the boy who played with her cat.
- 0:15Supposedly, this woman tormented a boy
- 0:17and forced him to free her from the
- 0:20room where she was trapped. Room 329,
- 0:23where a group of kids decided to play
- 0:25with the Ouija board and consequently
- 0:27unleashed an evil entity. The truth is,
- 0:30the castle is way too big. So, we are
- 0:33obviously going to try to enter all the
- 0:35areas, mainly the three we are
- 0:36interested in. The Saint Cecilia chapel
- 0:39, and room 329, where they played with
- 0:41the Ouija board and an evil entity
- 0:43appeared. And the fourth, checking all
- 0:46the hallways of this hotel to identify
- 0:48where the lady who supposedly invites
- 0:50you to play with her cat is.
- 0:52This is the fourth and it has three
- 0:54fingers. So, those are the three
- 0:57locations we have to identify today and
- 1:00the hotel is quite large, so let's
- 1:02begin.
- 1:02A model.
- 1:03A model. Oh, it's a model of the hotel.
- 1:06Yes.
- 1:08Oh, yeah, it's huge, bro.
- 1:11Honestly, I always dreamed of living in
- 1:12a castle, man. But what a pain.
- 1:14Oh, yeah. No way, imagine that. I'm
- 1:16going to my room now.
- 1:17Oh, did you see?
- 1:26Okay. You know, I would also like to
- 1:28live in a castle, but I think I agree
- 1:30with you.
- 1:31What a pain to clean it, man.
- 1:33What a pain to clean it. It happens
- 1:35that this is precisely room 329, where
- 1:38a group of youths supposedly and
- 1:40unfortunately played a forbidden game,
- 1:42which is the Ouija board. For what? Oh,
- 1:45damn. No, no, I swear I saw someone
- 1:55standing there, man. Out of the corner
- 1:58of my eye. Yes, I got scared, man. Eh,
- 1:59but there is no one. You can get scared
- 2:02. It is very easy to hear if someone
- 2:08approaches here because the floor kind
- 2:10of gives them away. Did you hear that?
- 2:32It was heard perfectly how they touched
- 2:34the floor that we said you could hear.
- 2:37Yes, it touched it.
- 2:38Let's start.
- 2:39Hey, let's get started. I feel like the
- 2:43view from this hotel must be gorgeous.
- 2:46In fact, in general, I think this hotel
- 2:48is very beautiful, but it is definitely
- 2:51spooky.
- 2:52The Santa Cecilia Castle was built in
- 2:541951. Even though its architecture
- 2:57mimics a medieval European castle. It
- 2:59is a modern hotel opened in 1952 that
- 3:01has hosted kings and artists, but also
- 3:04hides terrible secrets.
- 3:06I work at the Santa Cecilia castle. A
- 3:08group of guys came to stay here. They
- 3:11thought it was easy to play with the
- 3:12Ouija board. Something possessed the
- 3:15girl, she was coming down the stairs,
- 3:16they dragged her through here, and
- 3:17that's how her friends started trying
- 3:19to stop her. Several coworkers have
- 3:21left because they’ve been spooked.
- 3:24Mostly my coworkers, the cleaning staff
- 3:26are the ones who get spooked the most,
- 3:28like their blankets being pulled or
- 3:30their dustpans moved.
- 3:32Among other guest experiences are those
- 3:34of Odalis, who says it's a charming
- 3:36place, ghost included. Sak, who tells
- 3:39us that the suite is haunted and
- 3:40recommends visiting the Santa Cecilia
- 3:42chapel at night. And lastly, Emiliano,
- 3:45who tells us he heard sounds all night
- 3:47long, like someone knocking on his
- 3:48balcony window as if trying to get in.
- 3:51And here are the very famous spiral
- 3:52stairs. I'm down to stay in total
- 3:55silence and darkness to see what
- 3:56happens. Without a doubt, the stories
- 4:03they tell about the sounds and whispers
- 4:05, footsteps, and the feeling of being
- 4:07followed are real. We’ve only been in
- 4:09this hotel for a few minutes and we all
- 4:11feel a very heavy atmosphere.
- 4:13The TV is older than the castle. No way
- 4:16.
- 4:17We got two TVs.
- 4:20I didn't. I, I have a flat screen.
- 4:27Screw you, man. Screw you. Screw you,
- 4:31man.
- 4:37You're kidding me, man.
- 4:38I don't know what surprises me more,
- 4:40man. That it turned on by itself or
- 4:42that the thing still works, man.
- 4:43Plus, it turned on so creepily, like
- 4:45the whole
- 4:46it turned on in slow motion, man. Just
- 4:47listen. What the hell is up with this
- 4:52place, man?
- 4:52Let’s go with this.
- 4:55No, unplug that piece of junk.
- 4:57Ah, no, no, no,
- 4:58no. No, wait.
- 5:00If you hadn't noticed before, it's that
- 5:01we have never played the Ouija board on
- 5:03this channel. And it's because that
- 5:04game opens portals that I fear we don't
- 5:06know how to close. The bad thing is
- 5:08that in this room, that's exactly what
- 5:10happened.
- 5:15I just got pricked by something,
- 5:17I don't know what it was.
- 5:19I was going to check.
- 5:21Tell me, what is it?
- 5:24No way.
- 5:24Tell me, what is it? A nail.
- 5:26Mm. Look at it. Look.
- 5:29Wow.
- 5:32It's like a claw, man.
- 5:34What the hell? I mean, where is it?
- 5:42Well, look, it went through my
- 5:43flip-flop.
- 5:43You're really scared, right? Dude? I
- 5:46pricked myself and I don't know where
- 5:48it came from, that's a tiny bone. It's
- 5:51not like you can say, "Oh, man, it's a
- 5:53chicken bone." No. And it went right
- 5:55through your flip-flop, man. It says
- 5:57it’s a bone from a small bird,
- 6:00probably a wing or a rib from a bird,
- 6:02but how did a bird get in here? How is
- 6:05it that it never got out of here again?
- 6:08But well, let's continue with this
- 6:09exploration. The night is just
- 6:11beginning. We still have to explore the
- 6:13story of the woman and the child with
- 6:15their cat and the Santa Cecilia chapel
- 6:17and its neck cuts. We’ve left the
- 6:19west wing and are going to this wing,
- 6:21which is the north wing. Oh, do you
- 6:23want to know what the bathrooms in a
- 6:24castle are like? I feel like I'm in the
- 6:32hotel in Canada, or I feel like this
- 6:34one scares me more than the hotel in
- 6:36Canada because this one is genuinely
- 6:38completely empty. A rather peculiar
- 6:42hall of mirrors, but you know, it
- 6:46really does create that infinite effect
- 6:49. Well, the hall of mirrors is nice. I
- 6:51genuinely feel that it must look very
- 6:52beautiful by day. I mean, well, at
- 6:55night it also looks very precious, but
- 6:57I do feel it's a hotel where you should
- 6:59have the experience of staying. I'm out
- 7:06, I'm not out. Success. So, damn. We
- 7:19entered an area of the castle that
- 7:21looks quite scary over there. I think
- 7:24it’s like some exit to the hotel, and
- 7:26honestly, right now what interests us
- 7:28is seeing the inside of the hotel. So
- 7:30let's continue. Here is the story for
- 7:33you. While we head to that suite. It
- 7:36turns out and it stands out that a
- 7:38family—mom, dad, and son—were
- 7:41staying at this place. One day they saw
- 7:44the boy talking to someone, to which
- 7:45they asked him, well, who are you
- 7:47talking to? The boy began to tell them
- 7:51that he had been This family rented
- 8:03this imperial suite to stay in this
- 8:05place for a certain period of months.
- 8:08Then one day they see their little 8-
- 8:11year-old boy talking alone, and they
- 8:13asked him, "Who are you talking to?"
- 8:16Then the boy began to tell them this
- 8:19story that he had been talking for
- 8:21weeks to a woman who appeared to him,
- 8:24desperately asking him to help her get
- 8:27out of this imperial suite, and that if
- 8:29the boy helped her get out, she would
- 8:32let him play with her cat. So we are
- 8:35going to go in and tell you a little
- 8:38more about what the parents did knowing
- 8:40this. Okay, we enter and the first
- 8:43thing we can observe is like a foyer, a
- 8:45small room. On this side, there is a
- 8:47room with two beds. Is there anyone
- 8:51here? What is your name? Maybe the boy
- 9:00did manage to. There is someone here.
- 9:06Manifest yourself. Did you hear that
- 9:10little scream? A woman's, right?
- 9:12A woman's scream. Ah, what's your name?
- 9:20Lourdes. What do you want, or why are
- 9:22you still here? Are you the cat lady?
- 9:29No, no.
- 9:30I propose something. One knock is yes.
- 9:33Two knocks is no. Did you hear that?
- 9:46Yes, there was a knock. I don't know
- 9:48from where, but there was a knock.
- 9:49You died in this place. Did someone
- 10:07else take your life? It was heard over
- 10:18here. Are you upset? Upset. Dude, it's
- 10:48coming from everywhere. I don't know
- 10:49where to look anymore. But no, I mean,
- 10:53are they really answering us or is it
- 10:55just the wood creaking and we're making
- 10:57it up?
- 10:57I want to think it's the wood creaking,
- 11:00but it sounds very specific.
- 11:04Do you want revenge? It was heard. This
- 11:18room smells interesting, don't you
- 11:20think? Like, this room gives me a smell
- 11:25of rot, as if it's rotten. Are you evil
- 11:28? Are you a good person? Are you still
- 11:39here? I think it's time to go to the
- 11:50chapel, please.
- 11:52Yes. Okay. Well, I think we have
- 11:54accomplished two of the three missions
- 11:56we had. So, next, the only one we have
- 11:59left is, I think, the most disturbing
- 12:01and important story of this castle, for
- 12:03which it is called Santa Cecilia. Well,
- 12:05let's go meet Santa Cecilia. Very well,
- 12:10here we have the sign that says chapel
- 12:12this way.
- 12:13Her husband and her brother-in-law are
- 12:15condemned to death because they were
- 12:17burying people, which was related to
- 12:19Christian religious beliefs. And they
- 12:22are murdered. She buries her husband
- 12:24and brother-in-law, which also, well,
- 12:26is illegal. She is also condemned.
- 12:28Being of noble birth, she is treated in
- 12:29a
- 12:30special way.
- 12:31They decide to kill her in her baths by
- 12:33suffocating her. something they threw
- 12:36at her like just steam
- 12:38steam and she survived. She survives.
- 12:39So then they say, "Well, you know what?
- 12:41An ancient law stated that a person
- 12:43could not be struck more than three
- 12:44times with an axe to behead them. So
- 12:45they hit Santa Cecilia three times with
- 12:48an axe
- 12:49and she's still alive."
- 12:49And she's still alive. They say it took
- 12:51her several days to die from blood loss
- 12:52.
- 12:52So, that's why she has these marks on
- 12:54her neck.
- 12:55She has exactly three marks on her neck
- 12:57. Three. And her fingers make three.
- 13:00While she was bleeding out, they say
- 13:02she kept praying and showing devotion
- 13:04to God.
- 13:04Look at this, this chapel is clearly
- 13:06very ancient, especially because of the
- 13:08way it's built. It has that space for
- 13:11the choir which is like very basic for
- 13:14that very ancient era. There are like
- 13:19people who are prophets. Oh, dude,
- 13:27did you hear that?
- 13:28No, I only heard it, man. I saw some
- 13:30fingers doing this to the to the to the
- 13:32man. I got goosebumps. So scary!
- 13:35This place is supposed to be holy,
- 13:36right? This stuff isn't supposed to
- 13:38happen in a chapel. Well, I think we
- 13:40already met the three goals of this
- 13:42video, man. Go on, take a look. I'm
- 13:46right behind you, huh? So I can I'll
- 13:48defend you. How are you going to defend
- 13:50me?
- 13:51I'm coming right here with you, man.
- 13:53That, uh, right here, man,
- 13:54it looks very old. Well, I don't know,
- 13:57it's like a path. Where were you,
- 14:00Santiago? You you were the one who did
- 14:02the wall thing back in the chapel,
- 14:04right? Man.
- 14:05You scratched the glass.
- 14:07No, man. You were definitely pulling at
- 14:09the glass here,
- 14:10man. I swear I thought you were playing
- 14:11a bad joke on us, man. We were inside
- 14:13the chapel and they scratched the glass
- 14:16like that. But you know what? I'm
- 14:17thinking, man, how did they scratch it
- 14:19if look, record that.
- 14:20There's a grate,
- 14:20there's a grate, man. I mean, it was
- 14:22impossible for anyone to put their hand
- 14:23in there, man. We just discovered that
- 14:29in this slab, in this stone, there's
- 14:31like clothes fused into it. Doesn't
- 14:33this seem super weird to you? It's as
- 14:35if they wanted to hide evidence of
- 14:36something. What is that clothing doing
- 14:38there, honestly? Alright, let's go. I
- 14:41think you're going to have to cut to be
- 14:42able to go back down through there.
- 14:47Okay, I hope you all really liked this
- 14:49video, friends. The truth is, it ended
- 14:51up surprising us. No, I didn't imagine
- 14:53a place like this existed in Mexico. Uh
- 14:56, it's a beautiful castle, but without
- 14:58a doubt, it holds some incredible
- 14:59stories, and there's no doubt that
- 15:01things happen here. I'm Selegrini and
- 15:04let me know down there in the comments
- 15:05where else we should go, since we came
- 15:06to this place because we saw it a lot
- 15:08in the comments. Also, you know I love
- 15:11to see what you guys saw or what you
- 15:13heard that we didn't perceive here. And
- 15:16don't forget to leave your like. If we
- 15:17reach 100,000 likes, we're going to go
- 15:18to the place you comment on the most in
- 15:20the comments down below. I'm Selegrini
- 15:22and I'll see you next time. Bye.
