  24. 1:03today.
  25. 1:05Thank you very much, Mitch. I'm so
  26. 1:07delighted to be with you today and
  27. 1:10certainly to talk about the book that
  28. 1:13I've written on the art of personal and
  29. 1:16people mastery. Well, that's a biggie
  30. 1:19right there. Personal and people
  31. 1:20mastery. Now, I could go at many levels.
  32. 1:23Is it mastering yourself or is it
  33. 1:25mastering how to engage with other
  34. 1:27people just to create a little context?
  35. 1:30Right? It is actually about mastering
  36. 1:33myself or yourself. And at the same
  37. 1:36time, once you are able to master
  38. 1:38yourself, how do you also master your
  39. 1:40interactions with people? And that's the
  40. 1:43reason why I talk about personal and
  41. 1:46people mastery. Okay. Well, the floor is
  42. 1:49yours, Mrs. Kim. All right. All right.
  43. 1:53Okay. So, hi everybody. As Mitch
  44. 1:56introduced, my name is Tun Kim and um I
  45. 2:00truly have a passion in terms of um
  46. 2:02learning more and more skills and over
  47. 2:05the past um 20 or 30 years. I have
  48. 2:10learned from many mentors, read many
  49. 2:12books, attended many seminars on how I
  50. 2:16can master myself um and also how do I
  51. 2:20interact with people. So today in my
  52. 2:23book I will talk about how do you unlock
  53. 2:26your full potential to achieve
  54. 2:28breakthrough with these two very
  55. 2:31important skills. And to me people and
  56. 2:35personal skills are the two pillars of
  57. 2:38your success because if you are able to
  58. 2:41master yourself only then you can
  59. 2:44inspire others. So let's get going.
  60. 2:51So in our journey to personal and people
  61. 2:53mastering um I I really like this
  62. 2:57picture if you could see it. It gives
  63. 2:59you that warmth. Um the sun the sun rise
  64. 3:04always signifies growth. It always
  65. 3:08signifies potential. And so for any one
  66. 3:12of us, I truly believe that every one of
  67. 3:15you has the resources within yourself to
  68. 3:18be successful and the only thing is that
  69. 3:23are you able to unlock that potential in
  70. 3:27yourself. So let's go through that
  71. 3:30journey in terms of how you can master
  72. 3:33yourself and only when you master
  73. 3:36yourself, you can inspire others.
  74. 3:42The first thing first is that hey you
  75. 3:45can't be what you cannot see. So clarity
  76. 3:50clarity is the starting point for your
  77. 3:54success. Only when you are able to see
  78. 3:57clearly on what you want then you are
  79. 4:01able to pursue in terms of how you want
  80. 4:04to achieve your goal. And to me I have
  81. 4:08three simple steps in terms of how you
  82. 4:11can achieve clarity. The first point is
  83. 4:16to pause and reflect. Now in this
  84. 4:20today's world we are always always so
  85. 4:22busy rushing from one place to another
  86. 4:26being stuck on our social media and so
  87. 4:29we are just too busy. So one area to
  88. 4:33achieve clarity is to pause and reflect.
  89. 4:38The second point is how about
  90. 4:41journaling?
  91. 4:42I found that journaling is a very
  92. 4:44powerful tool that you can use because
  93. 4:47by journaling you are able to think back
  94. 4:51on what you have achieved and what you
  95. 4:54have done and then looking back and hey
  96. 4:56saying that hey this is what I can do
  97. 4:59better and the last area to achieve
  98. 5:02clarity is to seek guidance.
  99. 5:05Never be too shy to ask to look for pe
  100. 5:10people who can help you and guide you.
  101. 5:12So seeking for guidance is one way is
  102. 5:16where you can achieve clarity.
  103. 5:24In my book I emphasize a lot about the
  104. 5:28power of I am.
  105. 5:32The words that follow I am follows you.
  106. 5:38Do you know that every single day you
  107. 5:42talk to yourself 60,000 times?
  108. 5:47Oh wow. 60,000 times, Mitch. So if I
  109. 5:51thought it was 61, but m
  110. 5:54that's amazing,000 times. Amazing,
  111. 5:57right? Imagine if you talked to yourself
  112. 6:0060,000 times and you said I am confused.
  113. 6:04I am no good at this. I am just lousy. I
  114. 6:08am incapable.
  115. 6:10What are you telling yourself? You're
  116. 6:12programming yourself to tell that hey
  117. 6:15you are that person. But if you tell
  118. 6:18yourself that I am confident, I am
  119. 6:22capable.
  120. 6:24I am worthy of all of these good things
  121. 6:27that is happening to me. Just imagine
  122. 6:30the power that you have created in your
  123. 6:34own mind and that whole reframing of
  124. 6:36your thoughts. So do think is there
  125. 6:40another word for this tune Kim called
  126. 6:42self-t talk? Is that the the popular
  127. 6:44word is is our power is our selft talk.
  128. 6:47Yes. Yes. Very much a lot of us talk
  129. 6:50about selft talk right. How do you talk
  130. 6:53to yourself? Or some people even call it
  131. 6:55the inner voice. Yes, there you go.
  132. 6:58Right. The inner voice. So imagine the
  133. 7:00inner voice keeps running and running
  134. 7:03the record to says that I am confused. I
  135. 7:07am incapable
  136. 7:09whether you like it or not. This is
  137. 7:11going to get programmed in your mind. So
  138. 7:14absolutely Meech self-t talk inner voice
  139. 7:17whatever whatever you call that. I love
  140. 7:20this command. The power of I am capable.
  141. 7:24Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. Love it. Love
  142. 7:27it. Toune Kim. Good. Very good. Very
  143. 7:30good. So, let's move on. Wow. Look at
  144. 7:33this. Oh my gosh. Snake charmer.
  145. 7:38That's me, Mish. That's me in this
  146. 7:41photo. And it was like
  147. 7:442018.
  148. 7:46Okay. And you're still alive?
  149. 7:49Yes, I am still alive. And I'm so glad
  150. 7:52that I took the courage um to to hold
  151. 7:57the python and in my hands. And you know
  152. 8:01what? I was so scared when someone asked
  153. 8:04me, "Tunk, would you want to hold the
  154. 8:06python?" My immediate action was, "Nope.
  155. 8:08Nope. Nope. I'm not going to do it."
  156. 8:10Why? What if? What if the python turn
  157. 8:15around and bite me? What if the python
  158. 8:19coil around my neck? No, there were so
  159. 8:21many whatifs in our mind. And this is
  160. 8:24exactly what happens. In fact,
  161. 8:28I learned that fear is actually our
  162. 8:31guardian angel. Believe it or not, fear
  163. 8:35is our guardian angel. Why? Because it
  164. 8:38is constantly protecting us from danger.
  165. 8:42It is constantly protecting us from
  166. 8:45things that are unknown. However, fear
  167. 8:49also stops us from thinking big. Fear
  168. 8:53also stops us from achieving more. Fear
  169. 8:56stops us from doing a lot of things that
  170. 8:59actually you are capable to do. So the
  171. 9:02question to ask is that how do we tame
  172. 9:06the cobra of fear in us? Remember that
  173. 9:10fear only exists in your mind. It is
  174. 9:13just imaginary. It has never never
  175. 9:15happened. It is just something that we
  176. 9:18have in our mind and we keep asking
  177. 9:20ourselves what if. Now the word fear
  178. 9:24mean you probably has heard of some
  179. 9:26acronyms right? In fact there are so
  180. 9:28many acronyms to the word fear. It has
  181. 9:32this word to say that face everything
  182. 9:37and rise. Rise. Yes. Acronym that I love
  183. 9:41the best. Fear. That's the one I use.
  184. 9:44Yes. Face everything and rise. Right.
  185. 9:47Rather than uh what you call that? Um uh
  186. 9:51some some of them says that flight as in
  187. 9:54you will you take you flee away from
  188. 9:56fear. So that's not the acronyms that I
  189. 9:58would want to to adopt.
  190. 10:01Yes, that's that's better faced
  191. 10:03everything in rise or false evidence
  192. 10:06appearing real. I've heard that. I'm
  193. 10:08sure there are a whole bunch of them,
  194. 10:10but I like the one that we share and
  195. 10:13embrace which is face everything and
  196. 10:16rise. Let's go with a positive slope
  197. 10:18there. Exactly. Exactly. So, so I love
  198. 10:22this picture and whenever I'm fearful, I
  199. 10:25always use this picture and tell myself,
  200. 10:27"Hey, Tunim, you have already caught a a
  201. 10:31python around you. So, what else are you
  202. 10:33fearful of?" And I remembered me, you
  203. 10:36had a photo as well with a tiger. Yes.
  204. 10:40I'm not sure whether I'm as brave as you
  205. 10:42yet, but certainly I think that was also
  206. 10:45a very good picture yourself. Well, what
  207. 10:47I was told was it doesn't eat Americans,
  208. 10:49but it will eat Singaporeans. So I
  209. 10:51recommend you don't go there. Don't go
  210. 10:53there. Okay, got it.
  211. 10:59Right
  212. 11:01now, now we talk about our goals and
  213. 11:05said that this is the goal that we want
  214. 11:07to achieve and this is what we want to
  215. 11:10see ourselves achieving, right? And so I
  216. 11:14I found that
  217. 11:17the very word that is the bridge between
  218. 11:19our goals and our results is actually
  219. 11:22the word discipline. So at this picture,
  220. 11:26I use this picture to deplete this this
  221. 11:31particular theory is because if you look
  222. 11:33at the left, this is probably where you
  223. 11:35are today. And looking at the right,
  224. 11:38this is where you want to go. And to go
  225. 11:41from the left to the right, you need to
  226. 11:44have a bridge that helps you to go
  227. 11:46across. And as you go across, you look
  228. 11:50at the water. It is never still. It can
  229. 11:54be still but it can be rough. So
  230. 11:57anything could happen to us in anything
  231. 12:00that we do. Our goals, our way to
  232. 12:03achieve our goals could never be plain
  233. 12:06sailing. In fact, we see that as we go
  234. 12:09through the different steps and the
  235. 12:10different actions we take, we learn from
  236. 12:13the experiences. So remember that
  237. 12:16discipline, which is that bridge, is
  238. 12:19your bridge to achievement.
  239. 12:23Love it. Love it. Go over the unknown to
  240. 12:27the known and and get there. Good.
  241. 12:30Absolutely. Absolutely. And the bridge
  242. 12:32can be all kinds of bridge. The bridge
  243. 12:35that I've selected is a more solid one.
  244. 12:37But of course in life there are many
  245. 12:40different types of bridge and it is for
  246. 12:42us to decide whether how how strong we
  247. 12:45want our foundation to be. And that
  248. 12:48foundation actually lies in your
  249. 12:50personal and your people mastery. So it
  250. 12:53all goes back again to that two pillars
  251. 12:55of mastering yourself and mastering your
  252. 12:58interactions with people around you.
  253. 13:01Okay. Really nice.
  254. 13:04Wow. Wow. Wow. We talk a lot about
  255. 13:07clarity, the power of I am, how you tame
  256. 13:11the cobra of fear and how do you have
  257. 13:14that discipline which is the bridge to
  258. 13:17your accomplishment. But I particularly
  259. 13:20like this in terms of self-love.
  260. 13:25Very often we do not love ourselves as
  261. 13:28much. we kind of neglect ourselves and
  262. 13:33says that oh okay I will take care
  263. 13:35ofelves when I'm able to um I was asked
  264. 13:41this question maybe about 5 years ago
  265. 13:45the question was
  266. 13:48who is the person that you love the most
  267. 13:52who is the person that you love the most
  268. 13:55now my immediate answer was my parents
  269. 13:59my family, my children, my husband.
  270. 14:04But then
  271. 14:06my mentor told me, "No, Tunim,
  272. 14:09the person whom you must love the most
  273. 14:12is yourself." Because if you don't love
  274. 14:16yourself the most, you will not be well
  275. 14:18enough to look after the people who are
  276. 14:22around you.
  277. 14:24And if you are not well enough to look
  278. 14:25after them, who are going to look after
  279. 14:28them?
  280. 14:30So the person that you must love the
  281. 14:32most is yourself. I I thought to myself,
  282. 14:36isn't that sounded selfish? Right? But
  283. 14:40then I thought, no, it is very true. And
  284. 14:44I remembered me, we were talking about
  285. 14:46this too, right? About this analogy on
  286. 14:49in the airplane. Whenever we're in the
  287. 14:52airplane, what did they announce? They
  288. 14:55said that when the oxygen masks drop,
  289. 14:58who do you put on the oxygen mask first?
  290. 15:02Yourself. Help yourself first before you
  291. 15:06help the person next to you. Because if
  292. 15:09you do not put on the mask, you probably
  293. 15:11could not survive through to help the
  294. 15:14person next to you. So it is always
  295. 15:18important to practice self-love.
  296. 15:22And how do you practice self-love and
  297. 15:25how do you build that confidence?
  298. 15:28First you must accept who you are.
  299. 15:32Accept who you are. Do not compare
  300. 15:35yourself to other people all the time.
  301. 15:38Compare yourself to two years ago of
  302. 15:43you. 10 years ago of yourself and see
  303. 15:46how you have progressed and how you have
  304. 15:49improved. So do not compare yourself
  305. 15:51with others. Accept yourself for who you
  306. 15:53are. And secondly, when someone gives
  307. 15:57you a compliment, accept it. Accept that
  308. 16:00compliment and not to be shy and say,
  309. 16:02"No, no, I'm not like that." Accept the
  310. 16:05compliment graciously and give
  311. 16:08compliments to others as well. And the
  312. 16:11third way that I learned how I can build
  313. 16:14my confidence is to truly treat myself
  314. 16:17well. Give myself a break, give myself,
  315. 16:21go for a spa, go for a spacia when I
  316. 16:24need it, you know, really really treat
  317. 16:26yourself well, eat well, go and
  318. 16:30exercise. So this to me is truly
  319. 16:33important or a foot massage.
  320. 16:36Yes, go for a massage. Me? Yes. That's
  321. 16:39self-care. That's my idea of self-care
  322. 16:42for sure. Give yourself that time to
  323. 16:45love yourself. So
  324. 16:48everyone on the call remember I advocate
  325. 16:52self love and I want you to advocate
  326. 16:55self- loveve too.
  327. 16:57Great.
  328. 17:00We talk a lot about the self. Now what I
  329. 17:04like to emphasize on is this is a modern
  330. 17:07world, right? You just look at all the
  331. 17:10diagrams in there. I use the social
  332. 17:13media, the connections, you know, how we
  333. 17:15can connect with one another. And I want
  334. 17:19us to know, I want you to know that
  335. 17:23connection is your superpower. It is no
  336. 17:26longer a luxury.
  337. 17:29Today in today's environment
  338. 17:32connection building connection
  339. 17:35authentically
  340. 17:37multiplies your influence. So do not
  341. 17:40take connection just as a luxury. Do not
  342. 17:44think that connection is only meant for
  343. 17:47extroverts. It is meant for everybody
  344. 17:52you and me. So take super take
  345. 17:56connection seriously. And when I say
  346. 17:58connection, networking is not about just
  347. 18:01going for activities, drinking,
  348. 18:04socializing, etc. But meeting people and
  349. 18:10creating that meaningful connection with
  350. 18:12the people. It doesn't have to be many.
  351. 18:15Every single person that you connect
  352. 18:18with, but you connect it meaningfully.
  353. 18:22One other thing is that how can you be a
  354. 18:25better connector? You need to learn how
  355. 18:27to listen.
  356. 18:29We do not know how to listen. We hear,
  357. 18:32but we do not listen. And we sometimes
  358. 18:35only listen with our ears. I learned how
  359. 18:38to listen with our eyes, by watching the
  360. 18:42body language, by watching the
  361. 18:44expression. Listen with your ears. You
  362. 18:47can hear the tone. You can hear the the
  363. 18:50the the the pace as they speak. Were
  364. 18:53they excited? Were they sad? And you
  365. 18:55listen with your heart.
  366. 18:58Listen. Bingo. Heart. Right. Listen with
  367. 19:01your heart. How do you how do you listen
  368. 19:04to the person? Listen, empathize and put
  369. 19:09yourself in the shoes of that person.
  370. 19:13So, and when you communicate, you
  371. 19:15communicate with openness and with
  372. 19:18sincerity. It's not about hi mage, how
  373. 19:21are you? Okay. Okay. Then you fly to
  374. 19:24another person. Hello Jane, how are you
  375. 19:26doing? You know that is pretty
  376. 19:28superficial. So whenever you go for
  377. 19:30networking,
  378. 19:32do connect authentically and do connect
  379. 19:36with sincerity.
  380. 19:38So remember connection is no longer
  381. 19:40luxury. It is truly your superpower.
  382. 19:46Love it.
  383. 19:49Now I particularly like this
  384. 19:53which amplify your voice, amplify your
  385. 19:57career. Now I particularly like this
  386. 20:00because when I look at my younger self,
  387. 20:03right, Tunim in 25 years ago, I was like
  388. 20:10I dare not speak up. No, when I was in a
  389. 20:12meeting, I said I actually have a point
  390. 20:16of view. I have a suggestion. But I
  391. 20:18thought h probably someone has a better
  392. 20:21suggestion than me so I don't want to
  393. 20:24speak. And I also have this thought in
  394. 20:26me to say that what if they think that
  395. 20:29my suggestion was so naive and what if I
  396. 20:33asked a very stupid question or what
  397. 20:35would they think of me? So I had this
  398. 20:38thoughts a lot of these questions in my
  399. 20:40mind. So I actually missed a lot of
  400. 20:42opportunities because I was so quiet in
  401. 20:45those meetings. I did not dare to put my
  402. 20:49point of views across. I did not dare to
  403. 20:52ask questions because I was so afraid of
  404. 20:55what people think of me. But I learned
  405. 20:58that it is so silly of me to think of
  406. 21:01that way. So we need you need to be
  407. 21:05brave to take your space, take the stage
  408. 21:09and make your voice be heard. So amplify
  409. 21:13your voice, amplify your career. Step
  410. 21:16up, step forward and be visible. And
  411. 21:20this is even more important in today's
  412. 21:23environment where things are remote. You
  413. 21:26go for meetings, you on a virtual
  414. 21:29meeting, are you showing your face or
  415. 21:32are you not showing your face? It is
  416. 21:36always important to show your face. It
  417. 21:38is always important to have a face and
  418. 21:41not be faceless.
  419. 21:44So amplify your voice so that you can
  420. 21:48amplify your career or even amplify your
  421. 21:51business. So me this is very dear to me
  422. 21:54and I really want to make sure that you
  423. 21:57know people around me do not do not get
  424. 22:00into that same mistake that I made 25
  425. 22:03years ago. Well, here's a here's
  426. 22:05something I want to insert because this
  427. 22:07is so valuable. Well, obviously this is
  428. 22:09close to my heart being a speaker myself
  429. 22:12and speaker trainer. There is let's talk
  430. 22:15about numbers because I know you're a
  431. 22:16numbers person as well. There is a a
  432. 22:20very clear study and and and
  433. 22:23relationship between income and the
  434. 22:26ability to communicate and speak to a
  435. 22:28crowd of people. The introverts are
  436. 22:32safe. They're like turtles that stay in
  437. 22:34their shell. But the ones that stick
  438. 22:36their heads out of the shell and plaid
  439. 22:39forward get to the end. They progress
  440. 22:44through, you know, sh change your
  441. 22:46thoughts, move, and then there's an
  442. 22:48energy that goes out. Movement causes an
  443. 22:50energetic change. And it's so true. I
  444. 22:54was more introverted than you. I
  445. 22:56guarantee you at one time. So quiet. And
  446. 22:59it took a while to build up that
  447. 23:00confidence. Like you're very confident
  448. 23:03today. You're celebrating your heritage
  449. 23:05with of Chinese New Year wearing red,
  450. 23:08which means you said austerity, wealth,
  451. 23:12yeah, prosperity, all of this. This is
  452. 23:15an example of you out of your shell.
  453. 23:18Your head is out of your turtle shell,
  454. 23:20which was the younger 25 years ago toune
  455. 23:23Kim. Today, you're this confident
  456. 23:25executive who's willing to wear red,
  457. 23:28smile on camera, and present to a live
  458. 23:30group. And that's a that's case in
  459. 23:32point. How does somebody I want to ask a
  460. 23:35question or pretend like somebody is
  461. 23:37here and the question would be how do
  462. 23:39you build up that confidence to move
  463. 23:42forward? What do you do specifically?
  464. 23:45Okay. I I I think it's a lot about
  465. 23:49mindset shift. Sure. Yes. It has to
  466. 23:52start with a mindset shift. And the very
  467. 23:55first thing is that tell yourself the
  468. 23:58power of I am. I am capable of putting
  469. 24:03my points across. I am confident to talk
  470. 24:08to people. So the power of I am is so
  471. 24:11important. So remember just now we talk
  472. 24:14about we speak to ourselves 60,000 times
  473. 24:17a day. Imaging that you tell yourself
  474. 24:20that I am so scared. I am not able to do
  475. 24:23it. I am not going to be successful in
  476. 24:26front of a group of people. what will
  477. 24:30happen? You will not be successful. You
  478. 24:32will not be confident because you are
  479. 24:35drumming this message into yourself all
  480. 24:37the time. So for me one very powerful
  481. 24:41tips is the power of I am.
  482. 24:46The second tip of gaining that
  483. 24:48confidence me is really about
  484. 24:52modeling people.
  485. 24:54Success leaves clues, right? Oh yes.
  486. 24:57learn from people who are successful.
  487. 24:59Find out you know what exactly do they
  488. 25:02do and I really like the point you
  489. 25:04mentioned about communications. Now,
  490. 25:06communications, whether you like it or
  491. 25:09not, is the number one number one skill
  492. 25:12that every professional, every leader
  493. 25:17must must must
  494. 25:20excel in. Because if you are not able to
  495. 25:23communicate what's in your mind, if
  496. 25:26you're not able to communicate what
  497. 25:28exactly do you want to put across, you
  498. 25:31will never be able to get your message
  499. 25:33across. And how are you going to help
  500. 25:35people? How are you going to inspire
  501. 25:37people? So, communication is so
  502. 25:40important and therefore learn from
  503. 25:43people who communicates well. Attend
  504. 25:46speaking mastery class. Speak to people
  505. 25:49that are able to bring to help you to
  506. 25:52bring your points across. So, I would
  507. 25:54say these two things right the power of
  508. 25:57I am and also tell yourself model
  509. 26:01successful people. Bravo. Bravo.
  510. 26:07So now that you have learned how to
  511. 26:09amplify your voice, I'm going to share
  512. 26:13my next slide with you is something that
  513. 26:16again is very dear to me. And a lot of
  514. 26:19things that we do here, it actually
  515. 26:22boils down to this particular word. And
  516. 26:26this word is actually
  517. 26:29gratitude.
  518. 26:32Gratitude.
  519. 26:34The power of gratitude
  520. 26:3710x
  521. 26:39your success is 10x your success.
  522. 26:46You will notice that people who are
  523. 26:49successful are always choosing to be
  524. 26:53grateful.
  525. 26:55They are grateful for the things that
  526. 26:58around them. They are grateful for
  527. 27:02the the environment that they are in.
  528. 27:04They are grateful for the help that
  529. 27:06someone rendered them. They do not go
  530. 27:09around whining, complaining and crying
  531. 27:13for things that they do not have, but
  532. 27:16they choose to be grateful. So to me
  533. 27:20this feeling of gratitude is such a
  534. 27:24powerful and strong feeling that we all
  535. 27:27need to choose to have. So remember that
  536. 27:31the power of gratitude 10x your success.
  537. 27:36So when you have a choice what do you
  538. 27:38choose? Choose gratitude. Grateful.
  539. 27:42Right. And at this point, niche, I'd
  540. 27:47like to say that these are all the the
  541. 27:52highlights of my book, The Art of
  542. 27:55Personal and People Mastery. And
  543. 28:00to me, if we were able to master just
  544. 28:04one of these skills
  545. 28:06every single day, you will see an
  546. 28:09improvement in yourself.
  547. 28:12And if you master yourself only then you
  548. 28:17can inspire others.
  549. 28:20And I want to share that to create that
  550. 28:26ripple of greatness.
  551. 28:29Be the person to create that ripple of
  552. 28:32greatness.
  553. 28:34And I want
  554. 28:37myself to be able to be that drop that
  555. 28:42create the ripple of greatness to the
  556. 28:45people around me.
  557. 28:49So, Meech,
  558. 28:51I am so delighted to be able to share um
  559. 28:55my book, The Art of Personal and People
  560. 28:58Mastery, because I know that I can make
  561. 29:03a difference to not just myself, but to
  562. 29:08many, many people around me. I've
  563. 29:11practiced all of those areas, all of
  564. 29:14those tips in my book. I know that it
  565. 29:18works and I know that it will work for
  566. 29:20anybody who
  567. 29:23has who make it an intention to master
  568. 29:27themselves to create that ripple effect.
  569. 29:32Well, I believe it's something called
  570. 29:34implementation
  571. 29:35and it starts with your framework that
  572. 29:38you've laid out. I am capable of like
  573. 29:41you say it's the mindset. Then you've
  574. 29:44got principles that you've laid out in
  575. 29:46your book. This is a very scant overview
  576. 29:49of what's possible and you've laid out,
  577. 29:52you've almost teased us with what we
  578. 29:53need to do, but it's enough ammunition
  579. 29:56to load our gun on life and how to shoot
  580. 30:00straight and be productive and show us a
  581. 30:02road map, a stepbystep system to live
  582. 30:06our best lives. And that's what you've
  583. 30:08laid out in your book is what do you
  584. 30:10have to do? putting the mask on your
  585. 30:13face first. Save yourself when there's
  586. 30:16turbulence in life, just like the
  587. 30:18turbulence in an airplane. Save
  588. 30:20yourself. Be ready to help other people.
  589. 30:23You can't help other people if you're
  590. 30:25not together, if your own house is not
  591. 30:28in order. And that's what you're
  592. 30:29sharing. There are all sorts of
  593. 30:30metaphors out there, but you've laid it
  594. 30:32out very simply, concisely, in a
  595. 30:35pleasant way, one that our viewers can
  596. 30:40implement. But I think the bigger
  597. 30:42takeaway is invest in the book, invest
  598. 30:45in your system because it takes
  599. 30:47practice. Nobody's an overnight success.
  600. 30:50Nobody's an overnight great speaker.
  601. 30:53Some people would say, "Oh, I was uh I'm
  602. 30:56a natural-b born speaker, a natural-b
  603. 30:58born communicator." I say horseeradish.
  604. 31:02That's not true. That's not true. It
  605. 31:04takes practice. You took it took you 25
  606. 31:09years of being the best I am toune Kim
  607. 31:13who is blank to go from where you were
  608. 31:16this introverted shy Asian woman to now
  609. 31:19this sealevel executive running you know
  610. 31:23loads of employees who's making a
  611. 31:25difference. That's what I admire about
  612. 31:28you. Who's willing to wear red and smile
  613. 31:31and be in prosperity. And that's where
  614. 31:34people can implement your system, your
  615. 31:37stepbystep system to benefit. So how can
  616. 31:39they best get in touch with you? What
  617. 31:41would be the next best step for our
  618. 31:44viewers today? Tune Kim.
  619. 31:47Right. So Meech, I'm living behind. The
  620. 31:50best way that they can connect is to
