22. 0:59you it's Frankie yes and your last name

25. 1:13this happened I said I'm the last one to
26. 1:15I could extend my my last my family's

74. 3:25okay how close were you with her pretty
75. 3:27close she told me things like she
76. 3:29wouldn't tell my parents right now
77. 3:30that's another reason that not everybody
78. 3:32in and you know and she told her friends
79. 3:35thing she wouldn't tell me you know she
80. 3:37wouldn't want me to worry and she don't
81. 3:38would venture that probably tell my dad
82. 3:40or mom right so yeah like at the beach
83. 3:43when she found out about her lupus or
84. 3:45something it was something going on and
85. 3:47it was like acting up or something she
86. 3:49told me not calabash like don't tell mom
87. 3:51and dad okay
88. 3:52you know this was like five years ago
89. 3:54mmm but uh yeah all things y'all feel
90. 3:57special thank you but um but other than
91. 4:00that I mean it's the only thing that I
92. 4:02can say I kept checking on she's gonna
93. 4:05be so private and so like like not to
94. 4:08worry about it don't worry about me I'm

98. 4:14uh she said she helped a headache she's
99. 4:15always had headaches that's kind of why

103. 4:23like I don't know five six months ago
104. 4:25yeah we wanted big braces she has a scar

106. 4:30I mean I was so good I'm always I've
107. 4:33been depressed for a couple years so I
108. 4:35don't stick to about five or six the
109. 4:36morning yeah I'll sleep two or three
110. 4:38hours not good as you probably see and I
111. 4:41sleep when I can and I don't know I just
112. 4:44kept checking out you know I'm in and
113. 4:46out smoking cigarettes or whatever and I
114. 4:48go in and peek on her and she slept on
115. 4:50the couch I thought that was odd and
116. 4:51that he never came out to see her or you
117. 4:55know he cause he used to be like so like
118. 4:57nurturing and she was like I mean I was
119. 4:59almost like did you know much like okay
120. 5:01I mean who's like that you know like he
121. 5:04went from being like s guy could have a
122. 5:06picture for my godsister to I could care
123. 5:12less what happens to him you know like I
124. 5:15hugged him a week to go say thanks man

129. 5:26was trying to help you with him and you
130. 5:28know I mean he's give me advice with him

133. 5:34kind of knew I was I thought there's no
134. 5:36there's no doubt suppose he was back in
135. 5:38the truck and fed well so I wanted to
136. 5:40get here and I wanted to get him to the
137. 5:43police station myself I'm glad I didn't
138. 5:45everyone stopped me and they did what
139. 5:46they did because he's stupid enough to
140. 5:50say you know blurt out things you know
141. 5:53thank God you know cuz it might still be
142. 5:56missing you know opposed to be looking
143. 5:57to but I don't know that feeling it's a

145. 6:02I don't know I'm always I'm kind of
146. 6:06private myself so I kind of in my room a
147. 6:08lot so I mean I was shot I was hung out
148. 6:12with them more like being depressed you
149. 6:13kind of secluded yourself move on you
150. 6:17know I'll come out without feel good and
151. 6:18I go out and play with everybody and I
152. 6:20don't know it was I thought of knowing
153. 6:24any of this I would have spent way more
154. 6:26time and you know done more things
155. 6:28figured out sounds like I'll see you
156. 6:30guys knocked up I'll come up for
157. 6:31Halloween or something you know and got
158. 6:33trick-or-treating with the kids and
159. 6:36don't you think the other thing was
160. 6:38weird
161. 6:39and Chinon but this is I think for all
162. 6:41moms you know like she was on the back
163. 6:43porch and I mean the girls can see her
164. 6:47literally see her and she's on the phone
165. 6:48like making a call and she said okay
166. 6:50honey wait a minute and they're screamin
167. 6:53like bloody murder like they would never
168. 6:54see her again like screaming like I hate
169. 6:57it's okay mommy's okay let's see who she
170. 7:00is you know and they even if we open or
171. 7:03should go out to him and they go play
172. 7:04somewhere else I just wanted to know she
173. 7:05was there i buy them and I mean that's a
174. 7:09mom thing but but uh and I was like damn
175. 7:13Chris would you chopped liver you know
176. 7:14and he was like yeah I know right
177. 7:16no mom I got my mom yeah okay dad hey

180. 7:29he's dinner time we have Bojangles and
181. 7:34they had like these little separate I
182. 7:35don't know Bo jangles it's a chicken
183. 7:37place you have little things about
184. 7:40coleslaw and the only had like so many
185. 7:42for like the family and it was like one
186. 7:45left and I was like Shane you want it
187. 7:47she said no you can have it the crystal
188. 7:49her scar from his down but he hasn't
189. 7:51been there so I was like I didn't think
190. 7:53you know he we already there he has
191. 7:55Bojangles once twice and he loved it he
192. 7:58grew up at his house you know and I
193. 7:59lived on me his you know and I was like
194. 8:02ten years she's like no it's a kind of
195. 8:03promise I'm like you know just eat it
196. 8:05you know she won't know just how we are
197. 8:08for both stubborn yeah so it was sat
198. 8:10there in the fridge forever till someone
199. 8:11ate it but I ended up in it but um you
200. 8:16know I don't know it's just I don't know
201. 8:19no idea no idea where this would even
202. 8:22come from I've come up with different
203. 8:24scenarios my head you know
204. 8:28like we can get mad at somebody and you
205. 8:31know I've been in arguments fights with
206. 8:33girlfriends and you know they say things
207. 8:35that get you to a rate you're like oh
208. 8:38hell no you know and
209. 8:40you know I thought maybe he could have
210. 8:42told her or she was like hey where'd
211. 8:45that 60 bucks go to on a little trip B
212. 8:46what do you advise ballgame and I think
213. 8:48he maybe told her what he did he was on
214. 8:50a date with his new girl and she could
215. 8:52have said oh yeah
216. 8:53well put some kind of Carolina the whole
217. 8:55time or something and that's he could've
218. 8:56done something and woke the girls up and
219. 8:59that's why you need to do that I don't
220. 9:01know I don't know I could never see him
221. 9:03hurting my sister like smacking her she
222. 9:07died moving her yeah I'll get loud curse
223. 9:09I mean seriously unbelievable
224. 9:14no I balanced between them at her
225. 9:17wedding I crying thank you guys for him
226. 9:19being a message his life I do my speech
227. 9:22yeah yeah so one thing I just wanted to
228. 9:26clarify said she got sick when he showed
229. 9:30up that night we don't I don't know um
230. 9:36we ate dinner and uh she was on he's on
231. 9:39one side she was on the other but it's a
232. 9:41tables up against the wall so you know
233. 9:44it's just like just wait yes there's not
234. 9:46much room at mom's kitchen and I mean I
235. 9:50was I bet you guys missed each other you
236. 9:52know guys have fun tonight you know and
237. 9:54you know yeah you know I don't know now
238. 9:57that I look at it I kind of see it but
239. 9:59brother I didn't even think anything of
240. 10:01it at all and I don't know she just uh I
241. 10:09was in my room watching TV is about
242. 10:11maybe team in the morning you know I
243. 10:13really knows it was late everyone's
244. 10:15sleeping and I heard something going on
245. 10:18and I went peek enough with the girls I
246. 10:20heard us hey all right you know and
247. 10:22she's like yeah I'm okay so what's wrong
248. 10:24should I just stick my house it was
249. 10:26having to see stuff and she was like
250. 10:27yeah probably
251. 10:28and she saw be hydrated that's what she
252. 10:31said her girlfriends she actually made a
253. 10:34post saying she was dehydrated here in
254. 10:35the south but she's she's doing swore or
255. 10:39like she's like no one's business
256. 10:41really it's constantly and she eats
257. 10:42nothing but vegetables and I have a
258. 10:45garden north carolina's Kasich getting a
259. 10:46few comers and
260. 10:48my peppers and she would make salad
261. 10:50something Charlotte she's always healthy
262. 10:52always not with that you know and
263. 10:55keeping the baby healthy house for me
264. 10:57anything you know and I was like do you
265. 10:59need anything
266. 11:00could you take anything she was like no
267. 11:01I can't take anything was like that's
268. 11:03things you know I said well what can I
269. 11:07do you know it's just okay how would you
270. 11:09know and I gave her she does give shorts
271. 11:10I gave her shorts actually they've been
272. 11:12a problem with me I with him but uh and
273. 11:15um I think um I think I checked her two
274. 11:18or three times and I just make sure she
275. 11:20was okay I was like peek around a corner
276. 11:21on the couch make sure she was okay I
277. 11:23think maybe she might narrow so she'd go
278. 11:25back to the room eight kids up maybe you
279. 11:28know such but I was thinking um I heard
280. 11:31they got an argument that night on the
281. 11:32back porch so I don't know I don't know
282. 11:35what the other is about I was I wasn't
283. 11:36even there and I think it's my dad or
284. 11:39mom or somebody said it got lower than
285. 11:41that but see you're the artisan LT
286. 11:43didn't yeah I know I know it was about
287. 11:46his parents and stuff that you know he
288. 11:48had just gotten back to his parents I
289. 11:50think that was it actually I think that
290. 11:54was the night before they left to go
291. 11:55home maybe because they had already went
292. 11:58to the beach I think you'd remember it's
293. 12:01just uh my buying a shot really but um
294. 12:03it was money it wasn't the day it was
295. 12:07today we got Bojangles oh I remember
296. 12:09so pretty sure it was a day before they
297. 12:10left you know to actually go home but um
298. 12:15but I was like you know I was a good
299. 12:17time when I think I was family and she
300. 12:19was like you know um she was she's gonna
301. 12:22spend all week with us and on the
302. 12:23weekends but his house Naomi's house so
303. 12:25they alcohol swam him see the kids and
304. 12:27she's got pictures all over to prove it
305. 12:29and you know that they're not thing kind
306. 12:31of set her off and and the family that
307. 12:33could care less
308. 12:34so she said screw it ate him up mamas at
309. 12:36my mom's house yeah and her my mom butt
310. 12:39heads a lot so she'd be like she said
311. 12:41man how do you feel it it could be I'd
312. 12:44be like I do it see me my girlfriend we
313. 12:45had [ __ ] up a couple months ago so I
314. 12:47went back to Mom's house I her keep the
315. 12:49gonna know she had kids
316. 12:50mmm you know I'm gonna take him but you
317. 12:52not having a house for kids so I was
318. 12:55like tropical back home mom I need some
319. 12:56good food
320. 12:57but uh other than that so like really
321. 13:02savor for I lived out there for I moved
322. 13:05out very much first hi Bella
323. 13:06and you moved to Colorado yeah okay you
324. 13:10know back there was like July first and
325. 13:13I suppose weird as that thing actually
326. 13:14came home on August 13th which is really
327. 13:17really weird it's gotta be around that
328. 13:20date remembers only like 40 some days I
329. 13:23remember counting the days because like
330. 13:26I don't know trying to like make it out
331. 13:31there and make her happy and we were
332. 13:33having so much fun and she was like take
333. 13:34care of me like a mom you know and
334. 13:37whether she wanted to believe it or not
335. 13:39she's like my mom times ten like way
336. 13:41more way more like ain't gon like he
337. 13:44puts up here you know but and he he was
338. 13:51I mean he was on point with things like
339. 13:54you I don't know
340. 13:55and uh I wanted to go to be to them but
341. 13:59I had work I'm starting a new job and a
342. 14:02lot of times when I came home the girls
343. 14:04were always sleeping in and things don't
344. 14:06I don't know she she didn't say anything
345. 14:12I remember saying anything at all about
346. 14:15him other than
347. 14:20about the kids stuff I mean it's
348. 14:22personal my things nothing weird nothing
349. 14:24officer
350. 14:25ordinary a long green car oh maybe month
351. 14:30and a half yeah cuz I came home to be
352. 14:32here by October for my life and I met my
353. 14:36coffee Union that's all I remember
354. 14:39nothing I'll be back and like we both
355. 14:41cried and he said our goodbyes and I
356. 14:44tried she got like two hours away and I
357. 14:46actually about an hour later bond was
358. 14:48starting to go back so I can't leave my
359. 14:50sister you know watch senior chronic and
360. 14:53sang about a fella and stuff us at all
361. 14:55he's eating me up the whole way I was
362. 14:57like I got turned back around I looked
363. 14:58back for like 20 minutes I was like how
364. 15:02do you want to go home you know that's
365. 15:03phonetic of my depression it was really
366. 15:05started I didn't know what was going on
367. 15:06now it's just knew I was tired a lot and
368. 15:08things but I'm nice to got to get a
369. 15:10doctor for that but obviously it's been
370. 15:13four years
371. 15:13no I'm doing it this was back when yeah
372. 15:17yeah and I was happy to help you know
373. 15:19with Bella she was so like new moms
374. 15:22everything's super clean and super
375. 15:24predator like everything's out of reach
376. 15:27and things and CeCe's a whole nother
377. 15:29story she's a wild child
378. 15:31there's no matter if you put things up I
379. 15:32don't find it she'll get it you know
380. 15:34that's why she did the latches on the
381. 15:35doors and things she was have funny kid
382. 15:38I tell you they went swimming at the
383. 15:40house they date the date I got there I
384. 15:44was I first met CeCe
385. 15:45I see my sister on three years which I
386. 15:47hate I hate that I'm so far away but I
387. 15:52stay my swimming and they had a great
388. 15:55time and I was playing with them and
389. 15:56there's actually beating me with the
390. 15:57squirt gun so we fight having a good
391. 15:59time and now you know see they get they
392. 16:05went inside when it got changed in a
393. 16:06nice clean clothes and dry clothes and
394. 16:08they come outside and they felt our Cece
395. 16:12and Bella right by the pools and Bella
396. 16:14she's just quiet and distant she doesn't
397. 16:16things just got here hit her she's just
398. 16:19crazy she's crazy
399. 16:21okay mm-hmm and she's like things to put
400. 16:23her foot over the pool on chance like no
401. 16:25I just you just got changed and she just
402. 16:28looks at her like dunk I was like oh my
403. 16:32god she's like a few she's like yeah she
404. 16:35does I'm not gonna get up he's tired you
405. 16:37know yeah I'm sure
406. 16:39chasing her around all day it was
407. 16:41exhausting it was even watching her it
408. 16:43was exhausting but but no that's it
409. 16:49that's fine I remember we were more
410. 16:52shocked and and enraged you know today
411. 16:56you know we've heard about on the news
412. 16:58first on the computer you know me and my
413. 17:01mom were inside and work column people
414. 17:03all the time I see her he's heard
415. 17:05anything and and I've heard my dad
416. 17:07scream on the back porch and girl I oh
417. 17:09my god
418. 17:09every running out that he's crying and I
419. 17:11just the big spring no husband admits to
420. 17:14murdering mother and children were like
421. 17:17I'm off this is awful it was awful
422. 17:20something I'll never forget
423. 17:23I'm sorry guys I find out that way

427. 17:32unbelievable man interesting and I'm
428. 17:35sorry I haven't thrown out my family's
429. 17:37column or column family and say Carol
430. 17:40calls Carol McKinney who ABC News I
431. 17:43didn't know I said it's the same Carol
432. 17:45she's a guest and I talked for about 30
433. 17:48minutes and I was like oh my god can you
434. 17:50believe this you know crying to her and
435. 17:53I towards the end of conversation she
436. 17:54says something I was like who's this
437. 17:56she's like oh this is Carol
438. 17:58such-and-such that I was like are you
439. 18:00for real you let me you know piece of
440. 18:03[ __ ] you know and I said I said well
441. 18:07you're not releasing any of those things
442. 18:08I'm telling me right she's like no not
443. 18:10unless you give me whatever acts of
444. 18:13access whatever consent yeah no no don't
445. 18:17you said you took it from without me no
446. 18:20right you know that's just wrong so mad
447. 18:23I'm so mad and I
448. 18:24ever since then I've everytime answered
449. 18:26my phone I'm like who the hell is this
450. 18:27no I got a number saved right now it's
451. 18:30crazy counts for paper like I said with
452. 18:36the crisping in there that's terrif I
453. 18:38mean we said no I'm watching the video
454. 18:40of his cortex we didn't really get to
455. 18:41see it you know and it also says crisp

514. 21:12uh I mean she watched she was all over
515. 21:15them all over him and she she loves her
516. 21:22kids

518. 21:25she wasn't supposed to have kids she had
519. 21:27lupus they told you would never have
520. 21:28case she always had enemy troops just
521. 21:30when she was young she had so many
522. 21:33scares and you know it's all she ever
523. 21:35one of his kids
524. 21:36every time she seen a kitchen that was
525. 21:38old one walk around and help you babysit
526. 21:40him no no no I have to have the picture
527. 21:44she's got with kids on her hips all
528. 21:45growing up she just wanted to be a mom
529. 21:47and once she found out she was pregnant
530. 21:50was crazy everyone's freaking out I
531. 21:52couldn't believe it and and then my
532. 21:56fiance awful I wish I could have came
533. 21:58but that's when I ended up moving out
534. 21:59here and then then they found out about
535. 22:01CC and like this is crazy you know and
536. 22:04then she found out she was pregnant
537. 22:06again I was like oh boy it's a boy it's
538. 22:07time and I know it I had a feeling my
539. 22:09mom did that
540. 22:10little test with the needle on the
541. 22:11street yeah and it said boy Rogers
542. 22:14that's it's gonna be cool you know I'm
543. 22:16so excited because he does
544. 22:18you got pwned your nieces and stuff all
545. 22:19you want my boy go fishing I mean I can
546. 22:22do it girls B know what I mean right

549. 22:28because I don't know if I could have
