8. 0:15hour we learned that Dalia Dippolito
9. 0:16will not be taking the stand today in
10. 0:19fact the first half of the day was spent
11. 0:21mostly on the defense's final witness
12. 0:23he's an expert witness a former LAPD
13. 0:26detective he was there to break down the
14. 0:28tactics that the Boynton Beach Police
15. 0:30Department used during this
16. 0:32investigation now this is the fourth day
17. 0:34of the retrial she's accused of trying
18. 0:36to hire a hitman to kill her husband
19. 0:38back in 2009 as she walked into the
20. 0:41courtroom this morning she shook that
21. 0:42expert witnesses hand once they got
22. 0:44started he was peppered with questions
23. 0:46by the defense about how the police
24. 0:48department handled this investigation
