  1. 0:00So today, I’m going to share the
  2. 0:02complete playbook to go from wherever
  3. 0:05you are now, to hitting € 50,000 per
  4. 0:07month during this Q4. All right?
  5. 0:09Everything I’m showing you today is
  6. 0:11brand new. We’ve never shown this
  7. 0:13before; I put it together specifically
  8. 0:14for you today. All right? Why Q4? I
  9. 0:16believe it’s the best time of the
  10. 0:18year, and the businesses you’ll be
  11. 0:20targeting are the ones that need to
  12. 0:22spend their marketing budget before the
  13. 0:24year ends. So we’re perfectly on
  14. 0:26theme. Today, I’m going to show you
  15. 0:28the shortest path to € 50,000, or
  16. 0:30even € 100,000 per month. All right?
  17. 0:33What we like to do at the agency is put
  18. 0:35our methods to the test as we progress.
  19. 0:39So, we took an agency that started from
  20. 0:41almost nothing—you might have seen it
  21. 0:43—and scaled it from € 4,700 a month
  22. 0:45with 6 clients, to € 7,900 a month (
  23. 0:47which is the typical situation for
  24. 0:49agencies we meet) and zero sales calls,
  25. 0:51up to over € 20,000 per month. You
  26. 0:54might have seen it in my last video or
  27. 0:56the one before. I’m going to give you
  28. 0:58all the keys to do the exact same thing
  29. 1:00. For some of you, when you test a
  30. 1:02method from YouTube or a course, your
  31. 1:04goal is just to hit that first €
  32. 1:0610,000 a month. When we ran this
  33. 1:08strategy, the goal was to re-validate
  34. 1:10the entire path and aim for six figures
  35. 1:12a month, because that’s a goal anyone
  36. 1:14can reach once they have the right
  37. 1:16playbook—and that’s the playbook
  38. 1:18I’m giving you today. All right? So,
  39. 1:21first things first—hop, this should
  40. 1:23be large enough, you should be able to
  41. 1:26see it clearly. All right? The first
  42. 1:28thing we did when putting our method to
  43. 1:30the test was to verify that we were
  44. 1:31still capable of generating as many
  45. 1:33calls as we wanted, today. Why do 99%of
  46. 1:35agencies fail to scale? There are
  47. 1:38several pillars, but the acquisition
  48. 1:40pillar is the one where there’s the
  49. 1:42most difficulty. And what we wanted to
  50. 1:44verify is that we were still capable of
  51. 1:46generating meetings with qualified
  52. 1:47companies on demand. All right? Meaning
  53. 1:49, I push a button, and I know that
  54. 1:50meetings are going to start rolling in.
  55. 1:52And we were very happy with the results
  56. 1:53because as you can see, there are
  57. 1:55agencies doing four calls a day, five
  58. 1:57calls a week, 14 appointments a week,
  59. 1:59seven appointments a week recently. All
  60. 2:01booked through ads with a cost per
  61. 2:03booked call of 13.47. We even have some
  62. 2:08booking calls at less than 10 dollars.
  63. 2:11That is what we wanted to verify, to
  64. 2:13know that we were capable of putting
  65. 2:14this back in place. And it produces the
  66. 2:17following results. It produced Enzo who
  67. 2:19signed an 11,900 € deal in startup
  68. 2:22fees, 3,499 € per month, and 5%on the
  69. 2:26growth he brings to his client. OK?
  70. 2:29It's also what allowed the agency I
  71. 2:31told you about earlier right here, OK,
  72. 2:33with its small clients and no sales
  73. 2:35appointments, to go from 4,700 € per
  74. 2:37month to 20,000 € per month in
  75. 2:38recurring revenue. So today, it's an
  76. 2:41agency that makes 20,000 € every
  77. 2:42month no matter what, without going to
  78. 2:44look for new clients. If it goes to
  79. 2:45look for new ones, it will make more.
  80. 2:47OK, but we did that in 13 weeks, which
  81. 2:49is pretty good. So for those who don't
  82. 2:52know me, my name is Karim Sheriffi,
  83. 2:53I've had my agency since 2016, that's
  84. 2:5410 years, and for several years now
  85. 2:56we've been making over 100,000 € per
  86. 2:57month. All of this is documented on my
  87. 3:00YouTube channel. I've shown you my
  88. 3:01whole journey with as much transparency
  89. 3:04as possible and still unmasked. I have
  90. 3:06all my videos from 2018 until the
  91. 3:08moment I switched to business partner.
  92. 3:11So I literally have my entire journey
  93. 3:13detailed on YouTube. This document that
  94. 3:14I'm presenting to you isn't meant to
  95. 3:16talk about me, it's meant to talk about
  96. 3:17what you can produce, you who are
  97. 3:19watching this video. OK? The first
  98. 3:22transformation, or at least the
  99. 3:24transformation that taught me the most
  100. 3:25important lesson, I'm going to give it
  101. 3:27to you right away. I saw a student
  102. 3:29change categories, and when I say
  103. 3:31change categories, it's literally being
  104. 3:33in the position you are in today where
  105. 3:35you're watching this live, to signing
  106. 3:36his first deals in 4 days. And that
  107. 3:38confirmed the most important lesson of
  108. 3:40my 10 years in the agency business.
  109. 3:43What is this transformation? This
  110. 3:44transformation is Jean-François. OK.
  111. 3:46What Jean-François was selling is very
  112. 3:48simple; he didn't even have the path of
  113. 3:49the classic agencies we followed since
  114. 3:51he was selling video. I’m not I’m
  115. 3:53not a big fan of selling video services
  116. 3:55, but this was someone who sold video
  117. 3:57and sold his three-video pack for €
  118. 3:591,000. Well, if you're an employee, you
  119. 4:02think, hey, € 1,000 for three videos,
  120. 4:04that's cool, etc. But Jean-François's
  121. 4:05problem was that at the time he got on
  122. 4:07a call with us, his client was refusing
  123. 4:09to pay him. He went and shot the videos
  124. 4:11, he delivered them, she doesn't want
  125. 4:12to pay him anymore. And his main hurdle
  126. 4:14was that he told himself, "But it’s
  127. 4:16impossible to charge € 3,000, €
  128. 4:175,000, € 10,000 per month." It’s
  129. 4:19impossible. That was his mental block.
  130. 4:21And the moment we started coaching him,
  131. 4:24we got him from unpaid to € 7,200 per
  132. 4:27month in just 4 days. And that, that is
  133. 4:30perhaps one of the most important
  134. 4:32lessons. How do we do that? We applied
  135. 4:34the same method. OK, he had the same
  136. 4:36skills, he sold the same thing. You can
  137. 4:38imagine that in 4 days, I didn't
  138. 4:39revolutionize his agency. I’m no
  139. 4:41magician. So he had the same skills, he
  140. 4:44did the same work, he just sold it as a
  141. 4:47growth infrastructure. OK? With a
  142. 4:50three-part price as I showed you. Setup
  143. 4:52fee, monthly retainer, percentage on
  144. 4:55growth. This transform—this
  145. 4:59transformation I'm telling you about,
  146. 5:01which is the most important lesson, is
  147. 5:03...We had confirmation of this with
  148. 5:05this testimonial I’m putting right
  149. 5:07here, where it's a message from a
  150. 5:09student we were following who signed
  151. 5:11one of his biggest clients for a €
  152. 5:137,200 setup fee and € 1,800 per month
  153. 5:15. So, the very day the contract was
  154. 5:19signed, bam, you have it right here, he
  155. 5:21collected € 9,000 and then he
  156. 5:23negotiated 5%of the revenue. All these,
  157. 5:26all these patterns kept repeating, like
  158. 5:28with Stéphane. Stéphane, he signed,
  159. 5:30he signed a top contract since he
  160. 5:32signed a deal with a € 10,000 setup;
  161. 5:34you have it right here: € 10,000
  162. 5:36setup, € 4,000 monthly, 4.5%of the
  163. 5:39pre-tax revenue generated by the sales
  164. 5:41team. But the best part about Stéphane
  165. 5:43is that we usually sign contracts for 1
  166. 5:44year. He was so good that he signed a
  167. 5:46contract for 24 months. So for 24
  168. 5:49months, he knows he’s making €
  169. 5:514,000 a month plus 4.5%of the
  170. 5:52percentage on the growth. And this is
  171. 5:55part of one of the most important
  172. 5:56lessons. This is not an isolated case.
  173. 5:58We have results like this by the ton. I
  174. 6:00share them with you all the time. €
  175. 6:0214,000 collected in 2 days, € 6,000
  176. 6:04collected. Adam, whom we moved from an
  177. 6:06€ 800 average basket to 10,400. Uh,
  178. 6:09we have our student who was stuck at
  179. 6:11€ 4,000 a month with his media buying
  180. 6:13service, which by the way. Today, media
  181. 6:15buying is worth nothing anymore. Okay,
  182. 6:16Claud, he launches campaigns 10 times
  183. 6:18better than 90%of media buyers. Uh, he
  184. 6:21collected over € 24,000 from the
  185. 6:23first month with the AI business
  186. 6:24partner offer. And all these
  187. 6:26testimonials come from a strategic
  188. 6:29repositioning. Okay, that's what makes
  189. 6:31the difference. The lessons I'm talking
  190. 6:33about are these: "You don't win by
  191. 6:35being right." I know that many, when
  192. 6:37they launch an offer, tell themselves "
  193. 6:38My offer is the best, I'm selling this
  194. 6:40because I like it, because I think the
  195. 6:41market wants it. I decided that the
  196. 6:43market wanted that." Except you don't
  197. 6:45win uh you don't win that way, you win
  198. 6:47by giving the market what it wants at
  199. 6:50the right time. It's a matter of supply
  200. 6:52and demand and timing. And your client
  201. 6:54doesn't pay for what you do. They don't
  202. 6:56care how you're going to carry out the
  203. 6:58task. They pay for what it brings them.
  204. 7:02And what I hadn't understood for a long
  205. 7:04time, during all those years when I
  206. 7:06scaled in SMMA until 2019, late 2019,
  207. 7:08until I left France to move to London,
  208. 7:09what I hadn't understood was that I
  209. 7:11thought my problem was work and I
  210. 7:13didn't understand why, working so hard,
  211. 7:15I couldn't reach the level of certain
  212. 7:17agencies like Iman Gadzhi at the time
  213. 7:19who was making € 50,000 a month, etc.
  214. 7:21Whereas the real problem wasn't the
  215. 7:23work. I worked more than those people.
  216. 7:25The real problem was what I was selling
  217. 7:27and who I was selling it to. And what I
  218. 7:30was confusing is what works. So in this
  219. 7:33case, having an agency, selling
  220. 7:34services, that works. Okay, I was
  221. 7:36confusing what works with why does it
  222. 7:39work? And that's where the big change,
  223. 7:41the big click happened and I was able
  224. 7:43to scale to levels I had never reached.
  225. 7:45Understand why it works. Okay. How many
  226. 7:48of you here on the live stream have
  227. 7:49tried what I put on the screen for you?
  228. 7:51Have you tried launching an agency or
  229. 7:53an AI offer? Because today, as soon as
  230. 7:55you add "AI agency," people think it's
  231. 7:57magic, and you'll go to the market and
  232. 7:58sign deals. Which is totally false;
  233. 8:00it's absurd. Okay, it's just that
  234. 8:02everyone is talking about it, so
  235. 8:03everyone wants to do it. You may have
  236. 8:05already tried to copy someone who's
  237. 8:06successful, yet you still aren't
  238. 8:08signing any deals, even though you're
  239. 8:09using the exact same offers they show
  240. 8:10in their videos and so on. Or followed
  241. 8:14the advice of gurus on YouTube or
  242. 8:15Twitter who say, "Watch out, this
  243. 8:17latest service to launch is the newest
  244. 8:19mechanism.""Oh, have you seen the
  245. 8:22latest Claude feature?""You can
  246. 8:24implement it; that's what you need to
  247. 8:26sell," and so on. Yet, when you go to
  248. 8:28the market and do that, you get zero
  249. 8:30results. That has happened to plenty of
  250. 8:31people. Okay? Or maybe you're chasing
  251. 8:34after more clients at 800 or 500 euros
  252. 8:36a month, while you're already doing
  253. 8:38everything yourself and stuck in this
  254. 8:40entrepreneur's rat race. And if you
  255. 8:43have an agency, if you've already been
  256. 8:44on the market, you surely recognize
  257. 8:45yourself in what I'm showing on the
  258. 8:47screen—you're doing everything
  259. 8:48yourself and don't earn enough to
  260. 8:49delegate. Your clients pay you 800
  261. 8:51euros. I'm being kind here; I see many
  262. 8:53today who charge less than that, and
  263. 8:55yet your clients still think 800 euros
  264. 8:56a month is expensive. I also see many
  265. 8:58who rely on word of mouth and don't get
  266. 9:00any appointments. Sometimes they'll
  267. 9:02make 6,000 euros—I'm being very
  268. 9:03generous, 6,000 is really pushing it.
  269. 9:05The following month, they'll make 2,000
  270. 9:06. We're talking more about agencies
  271. 9:08making 1,000, 1,500, sometimes 2,000,
  272. 9:102,500, and they don't understand why it
  273. 9:11fluctuates. Your clients leave after 3
  274. 9:13months. You say yes to everyone, you
  275. 9:15sell any and everything, you start from
  276. 9:17scratch with every client because you
  277. 9:18have no infrastructure; you don't even
  278. 9:20know what you're supposed to deliver.
  279. 9:22You have to try to find solutions every
  280. 9:23single time. Your revenue depends on
  281. 9:25one or two clients, and if one of them
  282. 9:27leaves, your month is ruined. And you
  283. 9:29go from one appointment to the next
  284. 9:30without signing anyone. Yet you think
  285. 9:32you're good at closing. You tried to
  286. 9:34recruit, and it didn't work. Your
  287. 9:35clients call you every weekend and tell
  288. 9:36you what to do. "Hey, I saw this."
  289. 9:38Could you launch it for me? Ah, I don't
  290. 9:39like that. It needs to be changed. You
  291. 9:41work nights, weekends, and answer them
  292. 9:42all the time. All that means at the end
  293. 9:44of the month, you don't have much left.
  294. 9:46So if that's your case, if you've been
  295. 9:48in any of those situations, here's what
  296. 9:49I'll give you today. I'll show you the
  297. 9:51mistake that costs agencies years and
  298. 9:53why very few agencies scale. Why so few
  299. 9:56agencies manage to make 50, 60, 100k a
  300. 9:58month, when in reality it's nothing,
  301. 10:00those are small numbers. I'll show you
  302. 10:03the automated acquisition engine using
  303. 10:06AI and how to generate 1 to 5 qualified
  304. 10:09calls a day. OK, on autopilot, without
  305. 10:12any intervention from you. I'll show
  306. 10:14you the 100%AI delivery. OK. How I
  307. 10:17personally replaced my entire team at
  308. 10:19my agency with AI agents that do all
  309. 10:22the work, 24/7, delivering much better
  310. 10:25results than my team did, allowing me
  311. 10:27to significantly cut my costs. I'll
  312. 10:30show you the numbers afterward. I'll go
  313. 10:31into the details. You'll see things
  314. 10:33I've never shown before. And finally,
  315. 10:35I'll show you what I call the next game
  316. 10:36. The next game is why signing a client
  317. 10:38is just the beginning. And why even
  318. 10:40reaching 50k a month is just the start.
  319. 10:43In the end, you'll have two options.
  320. 10:44Either you do it all yourself, I'll
  321. 10:46give you everything you need to do it.
  322. 10:47Or you'll have questions and we can
  323. 10:49discuss it together. The mistake that
  324. 10:51costs agencies years. Two years ago,
  325. 10:53when everyone was telling you to learn
  326. 10:56Make, learn Zapier, learn N8N, sell
  327. 10:57automations, that it's the future of
  328. 11:00agencies. You have to build AI agents,
  329. 11:01etc. I was saying the exact opposite. I
  330. 11:03said right away that it's just a
  331. 11:05commodity. The good thing is that you
  332. 11:06just need to go on YouTube and watch my
  333. 11:08previous videos, and you'll see I've
  334. 11:09been saying it for years. There were
  335. 11:11many people who mocked me and continued
  336. 11:13selling that nonsense. The problem is
  337. 11:16that when you have a whole bunch of
  338. 11:18automation agencies popping up, okay,
  339. 11:20with 3-hour-long videos, where everyone
  340. 11:22is learning the same skill and it only
  341. 11:24takes a few minutes to declare yourself
  342. 11:26an agency because you watched a YouTube
  343. 11:28video, there’s no barrier to entry.
  344. 11:31And since there’s no barrier to entry
  345. 11:33, you immediately end up competing with
  346. 11:35people who need much less money than
  347. 11:37you do to live. Okay? A simple example,
  348. 11:40voice agents. Okay. AI. Those AI agents
  349. 11:43that everyone was fighting to build and
  350. 11:46sell, they’re selling for € 9
  351. 11:48online. Okay? € 9. I pay € 9, I
  352. 11:51have a guy build my AI agent—how do
  353. 11:52you want to compete? How do you want to
  354. 11:55compete with people like that? Tools
  355. 11:58like Make and so on, they cost $ 20 a
  356. 12:01month. So you learn to master tools
  357. 12:03that cost $ 20 a month, which have free
  358. 12:05versions with no barrier to entry like
  359. 12:07I just told you, except you’re not
  360. 12:08competing with France, you’re
  361. 12:10competing with the whole world.
  362. 12:12Including people, as I told you, who
  363. 12:13are very happy to earn € 150 a month.
  364. 12:16And the problem behind all of this too
  365. 12:18is that these tools change every two
  366. 12:19weeks. Okay, I am 2000%focused on AI. I
  367. 12:24assure you that these tools change
  368. 12:26every two weeks. Today it's Grockbot,
  369. 12:27two days ago it was Hermes Agent.
  370. 12:29Before that, it was OpenPipe. And it
  371. 12:31changes all the time. There are always
  372. 12:32new competitors arriving on the market.
  373. 12:34So mastering the technical aspect is
  374. 12:36absolutely useless, other than wasting
  375. 12:39your time, getting into a commodity
  376. 12:41game, and ending up competing with
  377. 12:43billions of people. Okay. Even
  378. 12:46engineers are losing this race trying
  379. 12:48to learn these techniques. I’ve
  380. 12:50talked with dozens and dozens of tech
  381. 12:52profiles who master AI. Okay, they
  382. 12:54master it better than me since they are
  383. 12:55often the ones I hire to build what I
  384. 12:57want to put in place. And yet, those
  385. 12:59people can't close deals with a company
  386. 13:01. They master AI better than me, they
  387. 13:03close zero deals. They know how to
  388. 13:05build everything, they know all the
  389. 13:06APIs and so on, but they don't know
  390. 13:08what a business needs. They don't know
  391. 13:10how to close. The thing is, in this
  392. 13:12market, no client, as I told you, is
  393. 13:14going to ask which API you're using.
  394. 13:16They don't care what tool you're using.
  395. 13:19The only thing they ask is, "Help me
  396. 13:21generate more revenue." So, instead of
  397. 13:25following the herd and pushing our
  398. 13:27clients to sell individual AI services,
  399. 13:29we just applied the playbook that had
  400. 13:31already moved me from a struggling
  401. 13:34agency, a hamster on a wheel. I had I
  402. 13:36don't know how many clients, I spent
  403. 13:38all my time working, and so on. I went
  404. 13:40from a struggling agency to my first
  405. 13:41million euros in 8 months. Okay? I went
  406. 13:43from an agency selling services for a
  407. 13:45maximum of 1,000 to 1,500 euros a month
  408. 13:48to an agency charging 10,000, 15,000,
  409. 13:5022,000, 25,000 euros for one-off deals
  410. 13:53to companies that need our services.
  411. 13:55How did I do that? It's very simple. So
  412. 13:58I moved from that situation where I was
  413. 14:00a slave to my agency. Okay? And that
  414. 14:02situation is the one all the agencies
  415. 14:04we meet are in. Agencies that sell a
  416. 14:06single service. Okay? Media buying,
  417. 14:08lead generation, content creation,
  418. 14:09landing pages, whatever, community
  419. 14:11management. That doesn't work anymore
  420. 14:13today. The closing rate is very low
  421. 14:14because the market doesn't want it
  422. 14:15anymore. The market has already worked
  423. 14:17with 150 billion agencies. Okay? They
  424. 14:19weren't waiting for you. Community
  425. 14:20management is a service I was selling
  426. 14:22back in 2016. Okay? 10 years ago. So
  427. 14:24businesses have already done all that.
  428. 14:26They know it. They know it doesn't work
  429. 14:28. They know they'll pay for 2 months
  430. 14:29for nothing and have to start from
  431. 14:30scratch. You have no differentiation in
  432. 14:32the sense that everyone is doing that
  433. 14:33in the market. Why? Because guys open
  434. 14:35YouTube, watch three videos, and say, "
  435. 14:37Hey, I'm going to go sell media buying.
  436. 14:38" Media buying is the future. Media
  437. 14:40buying is no one's future. Today, media
  438. 14:42buying is done by AI, and better than
  439. 14:43humans. I'll show you in a few minutes.
  440. 14:45Since your service is outdated,
  441. 14:47companies don't want you. So, you're
  442. 14:50forced to lower your prices, okay? To
  443. 14:52attract clients. Except that at 500 or
  444. 14:551,000 euros a month, you can't make a
  445. 14:57living. Life is expensive, whether
  446. 14:58you're in France or elsewhere, and even
  447. 15:00more so in France, it’s very
  448. 15:01expensive. OK? So, you end up lowering
  449. 15:03your prices. All that just to hope for
  450. 15:05new clients who will only do one thing:
  451. 15:07compare you to the other proposal they
  452. 15:09received that is € 100 cheaper than
  453. 15:11yours. So they will take the cheaper
  454. 15:13one, it’s only logical. OK. And you
  455. 15:16find yourself stuck in operations when
  456. 15:18you sign a deal because you don't earn
  457. 15:19enough to delegate, while at the same
  458. 15:21time you can’t deliver, prospect, and
  459. 15:23so on. So your clients leave you and
  460. 15:25you stay stuck in modern slavery, the
  461. 15:27one known as SMMA. What made me go from
  462. 15:31that € 1,000 a month to 10,000,
  463. 15:3315,000, 22,000, 25,000, and even more
  464. 15:35on some contracts, is simple. It’s
  465. 15:38that I implemented the business partner
  466. 15:39model. So I sell an irresistible offer,
  467. 15:42I sell growth that is effortless for
  468. 15:44the client, I guarantee them results,
  469. 15:46or at least I put things in place that
  470. 15:48I will show you that make it possible
  471. 15:50to guarantee that. And my profitability
  472. 15:52is calculated and proven. So the
  473. 15:54question that comes up isn't whether I
  474. 15:55cost less or not. The only thing they
  475. 15:57see when we work together is, "Oh yeah,
  476. 15:59this agency is going to bring me
  477. 16:00100,000, 150,000, 200,000 euros more
  478. 16:01per month." So naturally, they aren't
  479. 16:03going to fight over paying me. OK? My
  480. 16:06pivot was this one. As I told you, stop
  481. 16:08selling a service and start selling
  482. 16:11growth. I don't sell what I do, I sell
  483. 16:13what it brings in. OK? And it's in this
  484. 16:15way that I went from my SMMA agency
  485. 16:17that made € 50,000 a month where I
  486. 16:19was doing everything myself. I was the
  487. 16:21hamster running in its wheel, to a
  488. 16:23business partner agency that made over
  489. 16:25€ 127,000 a month, and which today
  490. 16:26has been making over € 100,000 a
  491. 16:28month for years. OK? And that was the
  492. 16:30big change. Stop selling a service and
  493. 16:33start selling growth. And months with
  494. 16:36over 100k, there have been plenty. The
  495. 16:38only thing that makes the difference
  496. 16:40between 127, 117, 114, 105, is the
  497. 16:42percentage of growth that we collect
  498. 16:44from our clients. It’s the only
  499. 16:45variable there is. OK? So, understand
  500. 16:49that companies don’t want just
  501. 16:51another agency; they want a system that
  502. 16:54keeps producing over time without any
  503. 16:56effort or pain on their part. And the
  504. 17:00great thing is that this entire process
  505. 17:03, where I went from this to that,
  506. 17:06I’ve documented it from A to Z. OK?
  507. 17:09This whole process is documented. 10
  508. 17:11years of agency experience have been
  509. 17:13preserved. We know everything that
  510. 17:14works. We know which offers are selling
  511. 17:16today, in which niche, which ads
  512. 17:18perform, and how to attract companies
  513. 17:20capable of paying those amounts. Is it
  514. 17:23a photo or a video for the creative?
  515. 17:25What is the hook, the copywriting, and
  516. 17:27so on? Which sales calls closed, what
  517. 17:29arguments should be used to close, and
  518. 17:31so on. I have all this data on my
  519. 17:33agency, but also on over 50 agencies
  520. 17:35we’ve launched and scaled using the
  521. 17:36AI Business Partner model. OK? And we
  522. 17:39work in about fifty niches, and in
  523. 17:41these fifty niches, we have all that
  524. 17:43data. This data is literally our
  525. 17:45competitive advantage for scaling any
  526. 17:48agency. Today, we can take any agency,
  527. 17:51position it in one of the niches we
  528. 17:53know, and scale it without any issues.
  529. 17:55OK? We have data almost everywhere, and
  530. 17:58all the students who followed our
  531. 18:00method have seen results. You can check
  532. 18:02those results on my channel; it's easy.
  533. 18:05Mathieu is in the channel's short
  534. 18:06testimonials. We scaled him to €
  535. 18:0850,000 per month in 7 days. OK, ad
  536. 18:11budget: he spent € 700 and signed €
  537. 18:1450,000 in contracts. Alexandre, same
  538. 18:17thing: € 20,000 per month with two
  539. 18:19clients. Louis: € 17,500 in setup
  540. 18:22fees and € 4,500 monthly for 12
  541. 18:24months. OK? 7%growth and—I won't go
  542. 18:27through them all because I could do an
  543. 18:29entire live stream just with
  544. 18:30testimonials. My theory for all these
  545. 18:33successes was that companies were
  546. 18:35buying because we were putting
  547. 18:37infrastructures in place. But in recent
  548. 18:40months, I’ve seen figures that made
  549. 18:42me think otherwise, and it led me to a
  550. 18:45new idea. I’ll share this new idea in
  551. 18:47just a moment. This new idea is very
  552. 18:51simple: it’s about understanding—
  553. 18:53and we’re coming back to what I told
  554. 18:55you at the start of the live—what
  555. 18:57companies are really buying. What works
  556. 18:59? Why does it work? So, for all the
  557. 19:03deals we've closed over the last 18
  558. 19:05months, I asked every company working
  559. 19:07with us why they chose us over our
  560. 19:10competitors. OK. And the answer was
  561. 19:12always the same. You understood our
  562. 19:15needs. But why is this example so
  563. 19:17important? Why is understanding the
  564. 19:18needs so important? Because the
  565. 19:21market's desire today has absolutely
  566. 19:23nothing to do with AI, or the tools you
  567. 19:26use. OK? The company in front of you
  568. 19:28isn't even aware of it. Your offer
  569. 19:31sells when it starts from a problem
  570. 19:33your client already feels and can
  571. 19:35quantify themselves. But remember this
  572. 19:37well, the market, OK? The market's
  573. 19:40desire has nothing to do with AI, or
  574. 19:43the tools you use, Make, Zapier,
  575. 19:45Anthropic, GPT, whatever, the market
  576. 19:48doesn't care. They aren't aware that
  577. 19:51they need that. So before building
  578. 19:53anything, before building an offer,
  579. 19:54there is only one question to ask
  580. 19:55yourself. What is the problem your
  581. 19:58client already knows, feels every day,
  582. 20:00and wants to solve right now? Not the
  583. 20:03one you think is important, the one
  584. 20:05they would pay to make disappear right
  585. 20:07now, this month. What is that problem?
  586. 20:11When you understand that, OK, you've
  587. 20:13won the race. These companies, they
  588. 20:16know how to do their business. What
  589. 20:17they don't know how to do is bring in
  590. 20:19customers. And that is exactly where
  591. 20:21you position yourself with your
  592. 20:22infrastructure. And that is the lesson
  593. 20:24we've learned over the last few months.
  594. 20:26Companies don't want AI, OK? They want
  595. 20:29more revenue. They don't want agents,
  596. 20:31they don't want automation, they don't
  597. 20:33want chatbots, they don't want AI
  598. 20:34workflows. They don't care about the
  599. 20:37latest update to Claude or Opus 5. They
  600. 20:39don't care about Grok or your new app
  601. 20:42or the new thing you coded. They don't
  602. 20:45care at all. The only thing they want
  603. 20:47is more revenue. And they want three
  604. 20:49things to manage to get more revenue.
  605. 20:51They want customers, appointments, and
  606. 20:54therefore, revenue. From the moment you
  607. 20:57master these three elements, your offer
  608. 20:59will sell. OK? And by the way, the
  609. 21:02offer, the one all the agencies put in
  610. 21:03place, the one you saw in the
  611. 21:05testimonials, I'm going to give it to
  612. 21:07you. First, we stopped focusing on the
  613. 21:11latest cloud capability, trying to
  614. 21:13create, excuse me, create agents
  615. 21:15everywhere, voice agents linked to
  616. 21:18sites, and so on. We stopped looking at
  617. 21:21the latest models because it never ends
  618. 21:23. The new video features we might have
  619. 21:25on Xfield or whatever, we stopped all
  620. 21:26of that. Okay? None of that matters
  621. 21:29when it comes to convincing a stranger
  622. 21:32to give us money. And that is our job
  623. 21:35as an agency: we attract strangers to
  624. 21:37us, and we have to convince them to
  625. 21:39give us money. The example of Stéphane
  626. 21:42that I showed you earlier, who signed
  627. 21:43his deal, is the perfect proof of that.
  628. 21:46Okay, he didn't sell any of that.
  629. 21:50Maxime had a 40-minute call with the
  630. 21:52company director. After 40 minutes, he
  631. 21:55left with € 11,000 in setup fees, €
  632. 21:579,000 per month, and 1%of the growth.
  633. 21:58Well, 1%of the growth, I wouldn't
  634. 22:00recommend it, he messed up, but it's
  635. 22:01not a huge deal. It's not the, it's not
  636. 22:02the worst part. But look at this: €
  637. 22:0512,000 setup, € 4,500 monthly, 7%of
  638. 22:07revenue. Lucas: € 5,000 setup, €
  639. 22:095,000 per month, 10%commission. Okay.
  640. 22:12And there are plenty of results like
  641. 22:13these. Their offer consists of four
  642. 22:15points. This is the time to grab a pen
  643. 22:16and paper and write down what I’m
  644. 22:17about to tell you. Okay? Their offer is
  645. 22:19very simple. First of all, the offer
  646. 22:21states the exact result the niche wants
  647. 22:23most. No matter the niche, businesses
  648. 22:26want 50 to 100 more opportunities per
  649. 22:28month. Installations, sales, revenue.
  650. 22:31They don't want leads, they don't want
  651. 22:34an agent, they don't want any of that.
  652. 22:36They want opportunities, so:
  653. 22:37installations, sales, and revenue. The
  654. 22:40revenue you bring in must be strong
  655. 22:42enough to separate you from a € 600
  656. 22:45freelancer. Spoiler. The figure that
  657. 22:49sets you apart is also your positioning
  658. 22:52as a business partner agency that sets
  659. 22:54up an actual infrastructure. Okay?
  660. 22:58Secondly, this offer must address what
  661. 23:00has already failed for them. I told you
  662. 23:03, the companies you meet have already
  663. 23:05worked with tons of agencies. It’s
  664. 23:07logical. But you have to explain to
  665. 23:09them why it failed before. Have they
  666. 23:12already paid contractors with no
  667. 23:13results? Yes, for sure. Why did she pay
  668. 23:15her service providers with no results?
  669. 23:17Because the provider was selling a
  670. 23:18single service, and a single service
  671. 23:20isn't what takes them from their
  672. 23:21current situation to their desired
  673. 23:22situation. Ah, you got no-shows? Well,
  674. 23:25that's normal, because when you buy
  675. 23:26leads, you're buying leads, but you're
  676. 23:28not buying the whole backend system
  677. 23:30required to reduce those no-shows. You
  678. 23:32have to explain all that. Your offer
  679. 23:34also needs to reduce risk. That is a
  680. 23:36very, very important part. OK? The
  681. 23:39company, don't forget, they've paid
  682. 23:40tons of agencies and never got any
  683. 23:42results. Why are they going to pay you
  684. 23:43more? Your positioning is what will
  685. 23:45make the difference; you have the
  686. 23:47result they want most, you address what
  687. 23:49has already failed for them, but you
  688. 23:51still have to reduce the risk. So
  689. 23:53that's why we have a portion of the
  690. 23:55price that is a percentage. You get
  691. 23:57paid when you create value. That's how
  692. 23:59we scale so significantly, by having a
  693. 24:02portion of our revenue directly indexed
  694. 24:05to the results we deliver. We also
  695. 24:09include conditional promises. I
  696. 24:11guarantee you five extra projects per
  697. 24:13month, or you don't pay me. But be
  698. 24:16careful, this guarantee applies with
  699. 24:18conditions. We're not just going to put
  700. 24:20it in a contract to make it look nice,
  701. 24:21et cetera. OK? There are plenty of
  702. 24:23conditions that must be met. You can
  703. 24:26also do something we've tested with
  704. 24:28some students that works very well:
  705. 24:29invoice 50%upfront at contract signing,
  706. 24:31and 50%once the business partner
  707. 24:33infrastructure is in place. It works
  708. 24:36extremely well, and we have many
  709. 24:37agencies walking away with very large
  710. 24:38checks precisely because we did this
  711. 24:4050/50 split. OK. And the last point
  712. 24:43that rounds out the offer, which all
  713. 24:46agencies use, is pricing based on value
  714. 24:48created. OK? The pricing is simple. We,
  715. 24:52and the system too, are simple; we go
  716. 24:54into a company. OK? We go into that
  717. 24:57company and we install our
  718. 24:58infrastructure. This infrastructure
  719. 25:00might bring in € 250,000 per year.
  720. 25:03I'm being kind, I'm taking extremely
  721. 25:04conservative numbers, and we bring in a
  722. 25:06lot more. The probability of that
  723. 25:09happening, that € 250,000 per year,
  724. 25:11let's say it's 50%. OK? The expected
  725. 25:15value created is € 250,000 x 50%,
  726. 25:20which gives us € 125,000. What we're
  727. 25:24going to do is charge 10%of the value
  728. 25:26we create. Okay? So we'll charge €
  729. 25:3012,500 in startup fees. You can easily
  730. 25:33go into companies, charge 200 charge
  731. 25:38€ 12,500 in setup fees, set up an
  732. 25:40infrastructure, and tell them you own
  733. 25:42the infrastructure, we'll check in in 3
  734. 25:44months. In 3 months, we'll sit down
  735. 25:46together and look at moving to a
  736. 25:48business partner model. We have plenty
  737. 25:50of agencies—I didn't even show you
  738. 25:51their results because it's not pure
  739. 25:53business partner work, so I don't even
  740. 25:54count them—that go into companies and
  741. 25:56charge € 10k, € 15k, € 20k
  742. 25:57one-off fees. They set up the
  743. 25:59infrastructure, step back, and after 3
  744. 26:00or 4 months, the company calls them
  745. 26:02back and says, "Well, the infra is
  746. 26:03working well, can we aim for more?" And
  747. 26:05they land deals this way, which breaks
  748. 26:07down any fear there might be at the
  749. 26:09start. And even those € 12,500, if
  750. 26:10you want, you can charge them in two
  751. 26:12installments, as I told you: 50%at the
  752. 26:13start, 50%upon delivery of the
  753. 26:15infrastructure. That way, the company
  754. 26:17is at ease and knows they'll get what
  755. 26:18they paid for. Now that you have the
  756. 26:22base offer, the offer with the four
  757. 26:24points, you also need to look at the
  758. 26:27backend offer. Okay? The entry offer
  759. 26:30you just saw only plays one role. It's
  760. 26:33to help you acquire clients profitably
  761. 26:35and stand out from the competition. In
  762. 26:37other words, it helps you get rich fast
  763. 26:39. Fast, it's all relative. Fast doesn't
  764. 26:42mean in 24 hours, but it can be from
  765. 26:43the very first week as you've seen. And
  766. 26:46rich also means everything and nothing.
  767. 26:47The role of the backend offer is to
  768. 26:50help you keep your clients forever.
  769. 26:53That's why we set up an infrastructure
  770. 26:54that acts on so many points, because we
  771. 26:56make them dependent on our system. They
  772. 26:58will never leave. It helps you capture
  773. 27:00a larger share of their budget than if
  774. 27:02you sell a single service that nobody
  775. 27:03wants, because it's not what the market
  776. 27:05wants, so it doesn't work. Making money
  777. 27:07is understanding the concept of supply
  778. 27:08and demand. So basically, the role of
  779. 27:11the backend offer is to help you get
  780. 27:13rich for sure. Okay? Because you can
  781. 27:16clearly see that we're creating
  782. 27:17dependency and that, ultimately, the
  783. 27:18company will never leave again. I will
  784. 27:21address this part last, uh, what I just
  785. 27:23told you, because first you need to
  786. 27:25understand the leverage you have with
  787. 27:27AI. We live in extraordinary times.
  788. 27:29Okay? Extraordinary times, because when
  789. 27:31I started 10 years ago, there was no AI
  790. 27:33, there was no AI, and it was hard to
  791. 27:35deliver; you had to hire, you had to
  792. 27:37learn skills, and so on. Today, we live
  793. 27:40in, we live in a formidable era and I
  794. 27:41think just about anyone can, with the
  795. 27:43right information, grow an agency and
  796. 27:45scale it. First, I'm going to talk to
  797. 27:48you about the acquisition protocol
  798. 27:49because becoming rich is about
  799. 27:50mastering the acquisition protocol.
  800. 27:52Phase number 1 is the market and the
  801. 27:54offer. Most people spend a crazy amount
  802. 27:57of time building an offer and acquiring
  803. 27:59skills. Spoiler for all those who are
  804. 28:01currently learning, stop the nonsense.
  805. 28:04Trying to understand how to deliver.
  806. 28:06And they do all that before even
  807. 28:08validating that they can find a single
  808. 28:10person to sell their service to. And
  809. 28:12that is literally what I see in 90%of
  810. 28:15agencies. They try to master everything
  811. 28:17, they think of every scenario, they
  812. 28:19have never gone to the market to face
  813. 28:21reality. And so they spend months and
  814. 28:23months trying to do things that will be
  815. 28:24useless. Worse yet, there are huge
  816. 28:26numbers of people who refuse to niche
  817. 28:28down and want to sell to everyone. Well
  818. 28:30, good luck with that, it's very
  819. 28:31complicated. And the result of this
  820. 28:33widespread belief is that most never
  821. 28:35build a business that works. Okay? If
  822. 28:37you want to serve everyone, you will
  823. 28:38serve no one. You have no positioning,
  824. 28:40it cannot work. Look at all the
  825. 28:43industries on earth, they are all
  826. 28:45niched with a very precise ICP. Okay?
  827. 28:48When you go to buy a car, you have
  828. 28:49different price ranges. Okay? You have
  829. 28:51niched cars, you have others that are
  830. 28:52less niched, and so on. Look at how
  831. 28:54business works. Let's go back to the
  832. 28:57point we talked about earlier:
  833. 28:59understanding why it works. So, step
  834. 29:01number 1 is to choose a niche, a niche
  835. 29:03with at least 40,000 companies in
  836. 29:05France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada,
  837. 29:07and Luxembourg. Okay? Companies that
  838. 29:09make over six figures in annual revenue
  839. 29:12. I don't know how to say it in French
  840. 29:15but, uh, multiple six figures. Okay.
  841. 29:18Not a company that makes € 100,000 a
  842. 29:19year, they won't have enough money. an
  843. 29:21average order value of several thousand
  844. 29:23euros because when you bring a client
  845. 29:25to this company, it's easier for you to
  846. 29:27justify a fee of, uh, 10,000, 15,000,
  847. 29:2920,000 in startup costs if when you
  848. 29:31bring them a client, you're already
  849. 29:33bringing them 10 to 15,000 euros. OK?
  850. 29:35Or 4 or 5,000 euros. Whereas if you try
  851. 29:37to scale a hairdresser or a beauty
  852. 29:39salon, good luck, since an average
  853. 29:40order value for a hairdresser is 30
  854. 29:42euros max. OK? A beauty salon, that's
  855. 29:44maybe 100 euros max for the average
  856. 29:46order. You can't justify high fees. So
  857. 29:48we don't target those businesses, and
  858. 29:50you need businesses that are easy to
  859. 29:51target via ads or online prospecting.
  860. 29:53OK? Very, very, very important. And
  861. 29:56there's something worse than not having
  862. 29:59a niche, and that's believing you don't
  863. 30:01need one. That's exactly what I just
  864. 30:02told you. I sell to everyone, you sell
  865. 30:04to no one. OK? The agency I told you
  866. 30:07about earlier that we scaled from 4,700
  867. 30:10euros a month to over 20,000 had six
  868. 30:12clients who were all in different
  869. 30:14industries. So actually, every time
  870. 30:16they produce something, they can't even
  871. 30:18reuse it for another client because
  872. 30:19it's useless. So the benefit of niching
  873. 30:21down is also that you produce an
  874. 30:23infrastructure once and can sell it
  875. 30:24infinitely, and that’s where you save
  876. 30:26a massive amount of time. OK? Step 2 is
  877. 30:30to identify the gap, find the AI
  878. 30:32mechanism, and build the offer. So what
  879. 30:34we did, you can clearly see that you
  880. 30:39can clearly see that the agencies we
  881. 30:41mentor scale very quickly, not because
  882. 30:43we're magicians, but because we created
  883. 30:45a tool that allows us to do it. The 10
  884. 30:47years of data that we collected from my
  885. 30:49agency, all the agencies and clients
  886. 30:51I've mentored, etc., even from my own
  887. 30:53agency, all the big companies I've
  888. 30:55supported: all that info, we compiled
  889. 30:57it and put it into a SaaS. This SaaS is
  890. 31:00composed of AI agents connected to all
  891. 31:02that data, and they can literally do
  892. 31:04everything my team used to do. So
  893. 31:06that's why I told you I let my team go
  894. 31:08and that I use AI today. And these
  895. 31:11agents are in the SaaS that we make
  896. 31:12available to the agencies we support.
  897. 31:15So today, we can take any agency: they
  898. 31:17go on the SaaS, they can identify a
  899. 31:19market gap, find the best niche that
  900. 31:21matches what they need, what they want
  901. 31:23to do, and so on, and build the offer
  902. 31:25that is currently selling directly from
  903. 31:28the SaaS. So even if you have no skills
  904. 31:32, no data, no track record, by using
  905. 31:34our SaaS, you get 10 years of data
  906. 31:37accessible 24/7. So you cannot go wrong
  907. 31:40on what works today. OK? You will
  908. 31:42inevitably go into the right niche with
  909. 31:43the right info and the right offer. In
  910. 31:45addition to that, in step 3, you need
  911. 31:48to be able to write your VSL and set up
  912. 31:50the processes. Why? We must be able to
  913. 31:54communicate your system's value
  914. 31:56proposition to turn leads into
  915. 31:58convinced prospects before they even
  916. 32:00need to hop on a sales call with you.
  917. 32:03That is a shift that many agencies do
  918. 32:04not understand. When a company comes on
  919. 32:07a closing call with us or one of the
  920. 32:08agencies we coach, they are already
  921. 32:10convinced that our solution is the best
  922. 32:11. We already convinced them way before
  923. 32:13that with a whole bunch of processes we
  924. 32:15put in place. And that is the most
  925. 32:17important part of the business partner
  926. 32:18protocol, because if you miss this,
  927. 32:20nothing in the following steps I’m
  928. 32:21going to show you will be able to save
  929. 32:23you. So that’s why these steps of
  930. 32:25identifying the gap, choosing the niche
  931. 32:27, identifying the gap, making your
  932. 32:29offer, writing your VSL, setting up
  933. 32:31your processes, and so on. We do all
  934. 32:33that for you. We do it for you, whether
  935. 32:36through the SaaS or through my team,
  936. 32:37because if you mess that up, you’re
  937. 32:39dead afterward. Once we’ve done that,
  938. 32:42we have the whole infrastructure part.
  939. 32:44There is a quote I really like that
  940. 32:46says, "No building touches the sky
  941. 32:47without first anchoring itself in the
  942. 32:49depths." OK? I hear entrepreneurs tell
  943. 32:52me all the time that they want to make
  944. 32:5310, 20, 40, 100k € per month. And
  945. 32:56when we audit their business, it’s
  946. 32:57always the same thing. There is
  947. 32:59literally no process in place, no
  948. 33:01infrastructure. So, before even talking
  949. 33:04about leads, appointments, clients,
  950. 33:06delivery, or anything else, we start by
  951. 33:09installing systems in the agencies,
  952. 33:11systems that force every founder to
  953. 33:13adopt the right behaviors and, above
  954. 33:15all, track them, because that is what
  955. 33:18creates the revenue they need. OK? it's
  956. 33:21these processes and systems that we
  957. 33:23install that will bring in the revenue.
  958. 33:25OK? I'm putting this right here so you
  959. 33:27understand. Every function in your
  960. 33:30business, and I mean every function,
  961. 33:32must have a system that measures what
  962. 33:34you put in and what it brings in. Input
  963. 33:38, output. OK? If you don't have that in
  964. 33:41place, you don't have a business, you
  965. 33:42don't have an agency, you have nothing
  966. 33:44at all. OK? You are just a freelancer.
  967. 33:46We literally put this in place in every
  968. 33:48agency. Once we've set up all these
  969. 33:51infrastructure automation processes,
  970. 33:54then we can move to phase 3, which is
  971. 33:57the lead flow. Your biggest challenge
  972. 33:59is not the competition, it's not your
  973. 34:01pricing, it's not the state of the
  974. 34:03market, it's that people don't know who
  975. 34:05you are. That's a quote from Grant
  976. 34:06Cardone. Grant Cardone, whom I really
  977. 34:08like for his capabilities. If
  978. 34:10businesses don't know you, they can't
  979. 34:12pay you. If they don't know you well
  980. 34:14enough, they can't pay you. OK? Nobody
  981. 34:17is going to buy from you. So that's why
  982. 34:19we manage to scale so easily, because
  983. 34:21we know that anonymity is the worst
  984. 34:24enemy of our businesses. So we
  985. 34:26prioritize acquisition channels that
  986. 34:28allow us to control the attention we
  987. 34:30generate. Generating attention is
  988. 34:33making money. And for that, there is
  989. 34:35nothing better than Meta Ads. OK?
  990. 34:37There's no organic, there's no "I make
  991. 34:39YouTube videos," there's no "I depend
  992. 34:41on an organic algorithm." That's
  993. 34:43when you want to scale and
  994. 34:45scale quickly. It's Meta Ads. OK, it's
  995. 34:47simple and it's very easy to understand
  996. 34:50. So we'll immediately get agencies
  997. 34:52started on € 10, 15, 20, 30 per day
  998. 34:55depending on their financial capacity,
  999. 34:58depending on their ability to close,
1000. 35:01etc. And once we have that, that's
1001. 35:03where we get very fast results. Why?
1002. 35:06Because we are able to generate
1003. 35:08attention on demand. We are able to
1004. 35:11become known in our niches and known in
1005. 35:13the right way, not through a bad buzz
  1006. 35:15or I don't know what. OK? The € 4,700
  1007. 35:18agency, that's 6 leads, three
1008. 35:19appointments in the first week. 9 leads
1009. 35:21, 5 appointments in the second. OK?
  1010. 35:24Without sending a cold message or
  1011. 35:25whatever. Blah, blah, blah. Mathieu, I
  1012. 35:27showed you earlier, that's € 50,000
  1013. 35:28in contracts signed in 7 days with €
1014. 35:30100 in ad spend. Since we’ve been
1015. 35:33launching campaigns every month for
1016. 35:35over 8 years for our clients and
1017. 35:37partners, we have more data than most
1018. 35:39ad agencies and the media buyers you
  1019. 35:41see everywhere, and we've developed a
1020. 35:43protocol that our whole community
  1021. 35:45applies. That’s why we’re able to
1022. 35:49move so fast; we have a playbook and
1023. 35:51years of data on what actually works in
  1024. 35:53ads. We’ve understood why it works.
1025. 35:56OK, that is the most important thing.
  1026. 35:59Then, once we’ve mastered pillar 3,
1027. 36:01which is having a constant flow of
1028. 36:03leads all year round, naturally, when
  1029. 36:05you have 7, 8, or 10 appointments a
  1030. 36:07week, you’re bound to close. It’s
1031. 36:09impossible for you not to close. And
1032. 36:10precisely to close, we reach phase 4:
  1033. 36:12the appointment. A lead who books a
1034. 36:16call is not, to me, an appointment. We
1035. 36:19set up a whole bunch of processes when
1036. 36:21a lead books an appointment. So, we
1037. 36:22have AI that follows up with them in
1038. 36:24under 3 minutes. We have funnels that
1039. 36:26sort prospects based on the answers
1040. 36:28they give us, and so on. Depending on
1041. 36:31their answers, we send them
1042. 36:32mini-materials before the call so they
1043. 36:34arrive already knowing who you are,
1044. 36:36what you do, and convinced that your
1045. 36:38solution is the best. OK? These are the
1046. 36:41processes we use and implement in
  1047. 36:43agencies. Without this, you won’t
  1048. 36:44have qualified appointments. You’ll
1049. 36:46just be wasting your ad budget for
  1050. 36:47nothing. Running ads isn’t a skill.
1051. 36:50Anyone can run ads and generate leads.
1052. 36:52Even AI does it today. It’s replacing
1053. 36:54all the media buying agencies. OK? Once
1054. 36:56we have qualified appointments, then we
  1055. 36:58have the closing phase. We’ve studied
1056. 37:01hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of
1057. 37:03calls that concluded in deals between
  1058. 37:05€ 5,000 and € 15,000. OK, minimum
  1059. 37:07and even more. And we’ve derived a
  1060. 37:10complete sales infrastructure playbook
1061. 37:12from it. OK, that playbook is
  1062. 37:15everything to me. If it’s that
  1063. 37:19important, it’s because if you
1064. 37:21don’t know how to close, nothing
  1065. 37:23matters—literally nothing of what I
1066. 37:25just showed you. Closing is the most
1067. 37:27important skill. You can have the best
1068. 37:30niche, the best offer, the best cost
1069. 37:32per lead, per qualified call, and so on
1070. 37:34, the best case studies, the best proof
1071. 37:36in the market. If you don't know how to
1072. 37:38close, you won't get results. And the
1073. 37:39common thread of all the results I've
1074. 37:41shown you is that the agencies followed
1075. 37:42the same business partner playbook to
1076. 37:44learn how to get good at closing. You
  1077. 37:46aren't born good at closing; it's
1078. 37:47something you work on. Okay? If you
1079. 37:49can't make the person in front of you
1080. 37:52on a Zoom call feel that not paying you
1081. 37:55is a bigger risk than working with you
  1082. 37:58today, you'll never succeed. And for
  1083. 38:00that, you don't need to be a magician.
1084. 38:02There’s nothing to invent. The whole
1085. 38:05path, the whole job, we've already done
1086. 38:07it for you and compiled it into this
1087. 38:08playbook derived from market data. To
1088. 38:11get good, you need calls. Most agencies
1089. 38:13never learn to close because they don't
1090. 38:15have enough meetings to practice. When
1091. 38:17you have one or two meetings a month,
1092. 38:19how do you expect to get good at
  1093. 38:20closing? It's not possible. That’s
1094. 38:22why phases 3 and 4 come before this one
1095. 38:24. You don't sell the same way to
1096. 38:26everyone. Okay? We have different
1097. 38:28processes, we have different ways of
1098. 38:29selling. But to learn all that, first,
1099. 38:31you need the playbook I showed you,
1100. 38:33okay? Which is drawn from hundreds and
1101. 38:35hundreds of calls that closed deals. So
1102. 38:37we know what works, what loses deals,
1103. 38:39what you should say, what you shouldn't
1104. 38:40say, etc. And, and, and behind that,
1105. 38:42that’s when you have many
  1106. 38:43opportunities, mathematically, you will
1107. 38:45close because we follow you on that
1108. 38:46part. So the process we put in place
1109. 38:49for each agency we work with is that we
1110. 38:50choose their niche, we position them in
1111. 38:52a niche where we know for a fact we
1112. 38:54have data right now telling us that the
1113. 38:56market wants this and that it works. We
1114. 38:58will build their offer and their
1115. 38:59pricing. We will write their VSL, sorry
1116. 39:02, build their complete sales funnel,
1117. 39:04their landing page, etc. We will build
1118. 39:05all their automations, their CRM to
1119. 39:07track everything because as I told you
  1120. 39:09today, if you don't have a process, if
  1121. 39:10you don't have a process, you don't
1122. 39:12have an agency and you can't scale.
1123. 39:15Okay? We build all of that for agencies
1124. 39:16so they can move faster. We're going to
1125. 39:18launch the ads for the agency. That's
1126. 39:19how you get guys like Mathieu making
  1127. 39:21€ 50,000 a month in 7 days because we
1128. 39:22launched the ads for him. We know what
1129. 39:24works in his niche. No problem
1130. 39:25launching the ads for him. OK? We fill
  1131. 39:27your calendar with qualified
1132. 39:29appointments and your only job is to
  1133. 39:31close. That's why you're going to scale
  1134. 39:34your agency, because you're going to
1135. 39:36close. OK? So once you do your
  1136. 39:38appointments, it's always the same
1137. 39:40process: we listen back to your calls,
1138. 39:42we tell you what's good, what needs
1139. 39:44improvement so that for the next
  1140. 39:45meeting, you've been coached and can
1141. 39:47become better at closing. OK? Nobody is
1142. 39:49bad at closing and will stay bad at
  1143. 39:50closing. That's not possible. From the
1144. 39:52moment you have these closing
1145. 39:54strategies and on top of that we follow
1146. 39:55you to make you progress from call to
1147. 39:57call, you'll be like all the other
  1148. 39:59agencies, you'll close deals. And once
1149. 40:01we've done all that, we hand things
1150. 40:02over to you once we've written all
1151. 40:03these processes for you. OK? The result
1152. 40:06is very simple, there are dozens and
  1153. 40:08dozens more. Marco € 7,500 startup
  1154. 40:12fee, Aurélien € 12,000 startup fee,
1155. 40:15€ 3,999 a month, and so on and so
1156. 40:18forth. I'm not going to list them all
1157. 40:21for you, there are heaps and heaps.
  1158. 40:22Paul € 52,000 a month, almost 53,000,
1159. 40:24and so on and so forth. OK, now what
1160. 40:26I'm going to show you is the 100%AI
1161. 40:29delivery. If you don't know how to
  1162. 40:31close, can you pay a closer? I'll
1163. 40:33answer that question quickly. Yes, but
1164. 40:36no one will ever have more interest
1165. 40:37than you in selling your services, and
  1166. 40:39besides, you aren't good at closing
1167. 40:40right now, but in 30 days, you can be
  1168. 40:42very good at closing. It's just a
1169. 40:44question of work with the right
  1170. 40:45processes, and that's why we created
  1171. 40:46all these playbooks. So, the 100%AI
1172. 40:48delivery. I saved the whole AI part for
1173. 40:52the end because AI will never replace
1174. 40:54one thing: understanding why it works.
  1175. 40:56And that's what I've been repeating to
1176. 40:58you since the beginning, and that's why
1177. 41:00AI without context is just mid, it's
1178. 41:02meh. You can ask GPT, Claude, etc., to
1179. 41:05make your offer, whatever you want, it
  1180. 41:08will remain meh because it doesn't
1181. 41:10understand why it works. And your
1182. 41:12choices, you can't delegate those to an
1183. 41:14AI. You can't pin the success of your
1184. 41:16agency on one, I think we can agree on
1185. 41:17that. So, if you checked out during the
  1186. 41:20previous parts because it wasn't
  1187. 41:22exciting enough, honestly, everything
1188. 41:24I'm about to show you on AI won't bring
1189. 41:26you any more. OK? You need to take that
1190. 41:29into account. So, in any business, it's
1191. 41:32just physics. What you put into a
1192. 41:34business equals what you get out of it.
1193. 41:35OK? Everything you see is a result.
  1194. 41:38Your revenue is a result. If you don't
1195. 41:41have the results you want today, it's
  1196. 41:42because you didn't take the right
1197. 41:43actions. An athletic body is a result.
1198. 41:45A viral video is a result. None of that
1199. 41:48happens by chance. It always comes from
1200. 41:50something specific that someone does
1201. 41:52upstream. OK? That's why we built all
1202. 41:54these processes, because the results
1203. 41:56come from the processes I showed you.
1204. 41:58Your job is to find what upstream
1205. 42:01creates the result your client wants.
1206. 42:04That's what we've been doing from the
1207. 42:05beginning. And in business, there are
1208. 42:06only two things that create a result.
  1209. 42:08Literally two things. I always say
1210. 42:10business is simple. What makes it
1211. 42:11complicated is that you watch billions
1212. 42:13of YouTube videos and get your heads
1213. 42:15muddled with noise strategies that will
1214. 42:17never allow you to scale, just riding
1215. 42:19the trend of what's getting views on
1216. 42:21YouTube right now. OK? So in business,
1217. 42:23there are two things that create the
1218. 42:24result. First input: the method. What
1219. 42:28to do? So, the path that yields the
  1220. 42:31most for the time, money, and effort;
1221. 42:32that's the first point. What to do?
1222. 42:35Second, why it works? Why does an
  1223. 42:38agency say Meta ads don't work? When I
1224. 42:41tell you, and you've seen it with all
1225. 42:43the agencies we've scaled, Meta ads are
1226. 42:44what allow us to sign very, very
1227. 42:46important deals. And finally, in the
1228. 42:49method, you need to know in what order
1229. 42:51to do things. One bottleneck at a time.
1230. 42:54If you blame the ads when the problem
  1231. 42:56is your closing, well, you're actually
  1232. 42:58fighting the wrong battle. So that's
1233. 43:01why all these processes are in place.
  1234. 43:03Second input: the infrastructure.
  1235. 43:05Knowing, OK, knowing all that isn't
1236. 43:07enough. You need a system that executes
1237. 43:09for you. That's to reduce the risk of
1238. 43:11failure with quality, OK? And volume.
1239. 43:15When you have the right method executed
1240. 43:17by the right infrastructure, you get
1241. 43:19the result. And that is literally what
1242. 43:21I have been showing you since the start
1243. 43:23of this video. The right method
1244. 43:24executed by the right infrastructure
1245. 43:26that gives the results you saw. AI is
1246. 43:29not the brain. AI is the hands. The
1247. 43:32brain is what you have accumulated. It
1248. 43:34is the data you are given, it is the
1249. 43:36processes you are given. It is
1250. 43:37everything we have you put in place.
1251. 43:38Success is the method multiplied by the
  1252. 43:40infrastructure, by the infrastructures.
1253. 43:42OK? Do not forget, AI is not the brain.
1254. 43:44AI is the hands. And for one person
1255. 43:48alone to deliver to 50 clients, they
1256. 43:51need a system that knows what to do and
1257. 43:54does it for them, regardless of the
  1258. 43:57niche. That's what I'm showing you now
1259. 43:59and that's what we created for all
  1260. 44:01agencies, literally. OK. First,
  1261. 44:04understand a niche in one hour. I told
1262. 44:06you, we built a SaaS dedicated to
1263. 44:08agencies. Inside this SaaS, there are
1264. 44:10several specialized AI agents trained
1265. 44:12on our 10 years of data, and it is not
1266. 44:14static data. OK? The data is fed in
1267. 44:17real time by all the agencies we have
1268. 44:19supported, those we follow, plus all
1269. 44:21the clients I have signed myself. OK?
1270. 44:24At the end of each week, we have all
1271. 44:26the data coming back to us to know what
1272. 44:27is happening in the market and adjust
1273. 44:29our offers accordingly. That is why
1274. 44:31when we take on an agency and give it a
1275. 44:33niche with an offer, it is able to
1276. 44:35scale so quickly. Concretely, what does
1277. 44:36that change? It means that today, we
1278. 44:38can position ourselves in almost any
1279. 44:40niche because we no longer start from
1280. 44:42intuition, we start from real data.
1281. 44:44What sells, at what price, what is
1282. 44:46missing in the market, and what those
1283. 44:48who are already performing are doing.
1284. 44:50We have all that live every time. Each
1285. 44:53agency we onboard accesses this SaaS
1286. 44:55from day one and chooses its niche with
1287. 44:57the best possible market read to
1288. 44:59position itself in the right place with
1289. 45:01the right offer from the start. Spoiler
1290. 45:04: what sells today is not what you see
1291. 45:05on YouTube, I’m telling you. It is
1292. 45:07not what you see on YouTube. It is very
1293. 45:09, very, very far from that. What you
1294. 45:11see on YouTube is what sells for 200,
  1295. 45:13300, 400 € per month. What a
1296. 45:16strategist used to take 4 to 6 hours to
1297. 45:18produce, the agent produces in a few
1298. 45:20minutes. OK, that is the magic of AI.
1299. 45:22We have our top niche updated every
1300. 45:24single week. You see, we have more or
1301. 45:26less significant growth, which allows
1302. 45:27us to position agencies in the right
1303. 45:29niches. The second thing is executing
1304. 45:31without a team, and that is where
  1305. 45:32everything changes. Our agents don't
1306. 45:34just give advice. They won't just tell
1307. 45:37you to go into this niche; they will do
1308. 45:38the work for you. OK? They will execute
1309. 45:40, and they don't execute at random.
1310. 45:42They are fueled by over 10 years of
1311. 45:44data on what actually works. The offers
1312. 45:46that were signed, the ads that
1313. 45:48converted, the creatives that lasted,
1314. 45:50the copywriting, the hooks, the angles
1315. 45:52that generated qualified sales calls,
1316. 45:53the clients, etc. We have thousands of
1317. 45:55data points gathered from all the
  1318. 45:57agencies we've tracked and all the
1319. 45:58clients I've signed. So when the agent
  1320. 46:02writes an ad, it doesn't start from a
1321. 46:04blank page; it starts from what has
1322. 46:05already performed in that niche in
1323. 46:07similar situations, and the work comes
  1324. 46:09pre-chewed. The agent validates,
1325. 46:11adjusts, and you deploy. This has two
1326. 46:13direct consequences. The first is your
1327. 46:15delivery speed. What used to take a
1328. 46:17team days, when we did it manually, it
1329. 46:20took days. Today, it is done in a few
1330. 46:22hours, and the client sees results much
1331. 46:24sooner. This is what allows us to keep
1332. 46:27them for years because these AI agents
1333. 46:28I'm telling you about, which do the
1334. 46:30work for you, will also be able to do
1335. 46:32it for your clients. OK? The second is
1336. 46:34the ability to scale. An agency with
1337. 46:37two people functions like an agency
1338. 46:38with ten. That is the case for my
1339. 46:41agency because it has an AI team at its
1340. 46:43disposal with the right frameworks and
1341. 46:45the right data, executing with
1342. 46:46strategies that have already proven
1343. 46:48themselves in the field. That is the
1344. 46:51true leverage of AI. It’s not about
  1345. 46:53replacing strategy; it’s about
1346. 46:55executing what already works much
1347. 46:56faster than anyone else. OK? And that
1348. 46:59is why we reach the results you've seen
1349. 47:00from the start. You don't need to be an
1350. 47:04ad expert to validate a campaign built
1351. 47:06on market truth. What I did in my
1352. 47:09agency is very simple. At the beginning
  1353. 47:10of 2026, I had seven people. In January
1354. 47:12, I decided to let everyone go and let
1355. 47:15Claude, among others, and my AI agents
1356. 47:17connected to our knowledge, deliver for
1357. 47:19me. What that allowed is very simple.
1358. 47:23I've put the results right here: I went
1359. 47:25from having over 10 people at the end
  1360. 47:28of 2025, down to 2. The agency's margin
  1361. 47:32went from 82%to 88%, and my payroll was
1362. 47:35cut by more than half. I am saving over
1363. 47:38€ 108,000 per year. OK? What we sell
  1364. 47:41most isn't an AI agent, it isn't just
  1365. 47:43ads, it's a complete business
  1366. 47:45infrastructure partner. Because a
  1367. 47:52business owner's problem is never just
1368. 47:54one isolated piece. I explained this to
  1369. 47:56you—sorry, I mean—a single service
1370. 47:58is useless. What they want is a
1371. 48:00complete infrastructure. They know very
1372. 48:01well that just buying a media buying
  1373. 48:03service won't solve their problems.
1374. 48:04Just buying lead gen alone, it doesn't
1375. 48:07work. You can make them the best ads in
1376. 48:09the world. If no one in their company
  1377. 48:11calls the leads back, they'll lose
1378. 48:12money. You can bring them qualified
1379. 48:14appointments. If their offer is poorly
  1380. 48:16positioned, they won't close. If their
1381. 48:17sales staff is bad, they won't close.
1382. 48:19So we act on all five pillars at the
1383. 48:21same time. OK? This is what we
1384. 48:23implement in the companies we support.
1385. 48:26OK? The offer first, then acquisition.
1386. 48:29So with Meta ads, the landing page, and
  1387. 48:31prospecting, we know they'll receive
  1388. 48:33qualified requests every week in a
  1389. 48:34predictable way. That's why we can
1390. 48:37scale our clients, why they stay with
  1391. 48:38us long-term, and why they sign
1392. 48:40one-year contracts from the start. We
1393. 48:42set up the infrastructure, CRM,
1394. 48:44automations, and AI agents that will
1395. 48:46contact every lead in under 5 minutes,
1396. 48:49qualify them, book appointments, follow
  1397. 48:51up, and handle no-shows 24/7, because
1398. 48:53as you know, after 5 minutes, the
1399. 48:55chances of converting plummet. OK? And
  1400. 48:58most companies don't even call their
  1401. 48:59prospects back the same day. I’m in a
1402. 49:01good position to talk about it. I own
1403. 49:03several companies today, and I see what
1404. 49:05my competitors are doing. Most of them
1405. 49:06don't call back within the day. After
1406. 49:08that, we tackle sales. OK? Everything
1407. 49:11here, all that you see, I've listed
1408. 49:13what it saves the company. Generally,
  1409. 49:15we're at around € 90,000 per year,
1410. 49:17but I've also listed the extra profit
1411. 49:19it generates. OK? When you save a
  1412. 49:22company € 90,000 a year and bring
  1413. 49:24them € 240,000 a year, obviously they
  1414. 49:27will pay € 10,000 to € 15,000 for
  1415. 49:29your infrastructure. Obviously they
1416. 49:31will pay you a monthly retainer without
1417. 49:34even negotiating, and they will even
1418. 49:36give you a percentage of the growth. OK
1419. 49:38? We have the whole automated reporting
1420. 49:41side. The executive knows exactly what
1421. 49:43each euro invested brings back. OK? By
1422. 49:46the way, this dashboard that I put here
  1423. 49:48and that I shared in a YouTube video
1424. 49:50where I showed you the scaling of one
1425. 49:53of my clients, this dashboard is
1426. 49:55available directly in our SaaS for your
1427. 49:57clients. You can white-label it and act
1428. 49:59as if you were the one who created it.
1429. 50:01And that's an element that, just by
  1430. 50:03presenting it in a meeting, generally
  1431. 50:06increases the final bill by 10 to 15%.
1432. 50:08OK? I explained to you why it was a
1433. 50:12no-brainer, why it was inevitable for
1434. 50:14the company to work with us. So is it
  1435. 50:17hard to justify a one-time payment of
  1436. 50:19€ 10,000 to € 15,000 for a system
1437. 50:20that saves them tens of thousands of
  1438. 50:22euros? No, it's the simplest decision
1439. 50:25of their year. And as I told you, you
1440. 50:27have to succeed in convincing them
1441. 50:29today in meetings that your solution is
1442. 50:30the best. And when they see all this,
1443. 50:33it's impossible for them not to sign
1444. 50:35with us. OK? That is what produces
1445. 50:39Paul's results. I told you about it
  1446. 50:41earlier. 2 months after starting with
  1447. 50:42us, he was already at nearly € 53,000
1448. 50:45in monthly revenue. OK, very simple.
  1449. 50:47Adam, 5 clients, € 52,000 per month
1450. 50:49in 43 days. Alexandre, as we saw
  1451. 50:51earlier, € 20,000 per month with two
1452. 50:53clients in 45 days. What you have to
1453. 50:55remember from all this is that
1454. 50:56companies that have money know how to
1455. 50:58do their business. They don't know how
1456. 51:00to bring in clients, and that's where
1457. 51:03you position yourself. OK? That is
1458. 51:05perhaps the most important lesson of
1459. 51:07the day. The next game, the one nobody
1460. 51:10talks about. Leads, meetings, AI, all
1461. 51:15that are vehicles. It is not the
1462. 51:18destination. Here is what is really
1463. 51:20happening. I already told you, AI is
1464. 51:22driving down the price of everything
1465. 51:23that is executed. Writing, running ads,
1466. 51:26editing videos, automating things, and
1467. 51:28so on. At the same time, Lia drove up
  1468. 51:31the price of everything she doesn't
1469. 51:32know how to do, which is deciding what
1470. 51:34to do for a client and delivering the
1471. 51:35results. The entire strategy part. Okay
1472. 51:38? Today, Lia doesn't know how to do
  1473. 51:40that. That's why I told you: don't
1474. 51:42entrust your future to Lia. Those who
1475. 51:45position themselves on the results side
1476. 51:47are now taking the lead. Okay? You must
1477. 51:49sell strategy, you must sell growth. In
1478. 51:52two years, maybe even in a year, what
1479. 51:53I'm telling you is that selling
1480. 51:55agencies will be as commonplace as
1481. 51:56selling ad management is today. And
1482. 51:58already, I find that in the market,
1483. 51:59there are many agencies selling agents.
1484. 52:01So, don't go there. The destination is
1485. 52:03to be paid based on your clients '
1486. 52:05growth with production that no longer
1487. 52:07depends on your time. Thanks to AI
1488. 52:09agents. My agents know the entire
1489. 52:11context of each of my clients, their
1490. 52:12calls, their ad accounts, their sales,
1491. 52:14the questions they asked me, and so on
1492. 52:16and so forth. I have all my clients'
1493. 52:18data, which allows the AI to deliver
1494. 52:20for me. The AI agents I created will
1495. 52:22deliver for me. So the delivery no
1496. 52:24longer depends on my time. I no longer
1497. 52:26trade my time for money. No one cares
1498. 52:29about what AI can do. People want
1499. 52:31results. That, I explained to you at
1500. 52:33the beginning of the video. So why keep
1501. 52:35the client? Simply for a question of
  1502. 52:37ownership. The monthly fee isn't just
1503. 52:40about keeping the client. It gives you
1504. 52:42access to their data, their calls,
1505. 52:44their leads, their sales. With their
1506. 52:45data, you build the agents that do a
1507. 52:47portion of your work. Okay? That's what
1508. 52:49I just explained to you. Why are the AI
1509. 52:51agents we have, when we make them
1510. 52:52available to agencies, so effective
1511. 52:54today? Simply because they are based on
1512. 52:5610 years of my clients 'data. We didn't
1513. 52:57start from scratch. Okay? So naturally,
1514. 52:59when we plug them into the agencies we
1515. 53:01mentor, they deliver very quickly.
1516. 53:03Every task for your client that your
1517. 53:05agents do in your place is income that
1518. 53:06no longer depends on your time. You are
1519. 53:09no longer, you are no longer a slave,
1520. 53:10sorry, to your agency. Whoever owns
1521. 53:13these agents owns the client. And that
1522. 53:15is exactly what we help you put in
1523. 53:16place. And you have to do it now,
1524. 53:18before everyone else does. The good
1525. 53:20news is that we already have these AI
1526. 53:22agents ready to use for your agency.
1527. 53:25And generally in agencies, hang on
1528. 53:28tight, there are three bottlenecks. One
1529. 53:30, the wrong market or the right market
1530. 53:33with the wrong offer. We see that all
1531. 53:35the time. Two, no leverage in
1532. 53:38production. So actually, the fact that
1533. 53:40you deliver results depends on your
  1534. 53:42time. Therefore, you are a freelancer
1535. 53:44disguised as an agency. Okay? And three
1536. 53:46, you have no predictable way to find
1537. 53:48clients. 90%of the agencies we meet are
1538. 53:50unable to know how many closing
1539. 53:52meetings they will have next month. How
1540. 53:54do you expect to reach your goals? It's
1541. 53:56impossible. Conversely, when you see,
1542. 53:58as I showed you, agencies that will
  1543. 53:59make 14 calls a week, 5 calls a week,
1544. 54:0110 calls a week, you will inevitably
1545. 54:03close some of them. Okay. AI doesn't
1546. 54:06solve any of the three problems on its
1547. 54:08own. It allows you to deliver 100 times
1548. 54:10better once they are solved. So, we
1549. 54:12built this business partner method and
1550. 54:15the SaaS for one reason: to give a solo
1551. 54:17agency what usually only large
1552. 54:19structures had, the knowledge of what
1553. 54:21works in its niche and a team to
1554. 54:23execute it. We validated it in my
1555. 54:25agency before giving it to you and it
1556. 54:27produced all the results you saw. How
1557. 54:29can we work with you? It's very simple:
1558. 54:31we build your acquisition machine. We
1559. 54:33are the ones who will make your offer,
1560. 54:35your niche, your customer journey, your
1561. 54:36VSL, your lead systems, your
1562. 54:38appointments, your CRM, etc. All of
1563. 54:39this, we will do for you. We will fill
1564. 54:42your calendar and you just have to
1565. 54:44close. We build your sales funnel as I
1566. 54:46told you, your ads, we put in place all
  1567. 54:49our processes, all the processes I
1568. 54:50showed you in this video. A closing
1569. 54:53script that is based on more than 900
1570. 54:55deals that have been closed. Okay,
1571. 54:58that's market data that you cannot
  1572. 55:00invent. It's a considerable competitive
1573. 55:03advantage and we optimize every week.
1574. 55:06The goal is for you to have 50 to 100
  1575. 55:08leads, make 10 to 20 ultra-qualified
1576. 55:10calls, and close at least one deal per
1577. 55:13week. Spoiler, you saw it throughout
1578. 55:15this video. Generally, agencies close
1579. 55:17more deals than that. A client who
1580. 55:19brings in four times what it costs to
1581. 55:21acquire, that is the right ratio if you
1582. 55:23want to scale very quickly and very
  1583. 55:24strongly. And you get daily follow-up
1584. 55:27from our team. So if what I showed you
1585. 55:29today matches what you want to set up,
  1586. 55:32book a call with us. We'll take a look,
  1587. 55:34and I will take a look because I handle
1588. 55:35my own closing calls. We only work with
  1589. 55:37one agency per month. That's your
1590. 55:39trademark. I will see if we can help
1591. 55:41you. If we can't get you the results,
1592. 55:44I'll tell you that too, because the
1593. 55:45goal is for you to add to our list of
  1594. 55:47results, like everything you've seen
1595. 55:49since the start of this presentation.
1596. 55:51And if we can help you, we'll see how
1597. 55:53to set it up. And if we can't, I'll
1598. 55:54tell you that very honestly too; it's
1599. 55:55my trademark, you know me by now. Yeah.
