- 0:00This right here is $273,000
- 0:02I made on one Tik Tok shop just in the
- 0:04past month. And not a single one of
- 0:06those sales came from me being in front
- 0:08of the camera. I started on the
- 0:09affiliate side of Tik Tok, made $2,000
- 0:11in my first month and then zero the
- 0:13next. And so I switched over to become a
- 0:15seller and my income completely changed.
- 0:17And in this video, I'm going to show you
- 0:19why selling beats being an affiliate and
- 0:21how this whole thing can run without you
- 0:23ever using your face. And by the very
- 0:25end, you'll have the exact setup that I
- 0:27use. From getting a product live with no
- 0:29money down to getting other people to
- 0:30sell it for you. Let's dive straight
- 0:32into it. When you hear Tik Tok shop, you
- 0:34probably picture the affiliate side.
- 0:35Posting videos for someone else's
- 0:37product and keeping a small cut. And I
- 0:39start right there so I can tell you
- 0:40exactly how it goes. Start requesting
- 0:42free samples of products that you might
- 0:43like to promote. Once you've got the
- 0:44product, you start making content,
- 0:46filming 5 to 10 videos every single day.
- 0:48After filming, start editing. You post
- 0:49tag in a product. And every time a sale
- 0:51generates through your link, you take
- 0:53home a commission. But what happens to
- 0:54your income the month videos stop
- 0:56hitting? That's exactly what I ran into.
- 0:58I was posting dozens of videos, getting
- 1:00better at making content every single
- 1:01day, but ultimately my income was tied
- 1:03to how viral my videos could go. I was
- 1:05spending all day editing, filming, and
- 1:07researching what products to promote,
- 1:09but ended up realizing that I was still
- 1:11trading my time and energy and the skill
- 1:12that I had of making content for a
- 1:15paycheck that was so unpredictable. The
- 1:17hardest part is that you can do
- 1:18everything right as an affiliate and
- 1:20still be starting from complete zero
- 1:22every single month. It is a constant
- 1:24grind with no end in sight of a
- 1:26possibility of being able to outsource
- 1:27or build systems around the work that
- 1:29you put in. But becoming a seller is
- 1:31what fixed that for me. And it comes
- 1:32down to two things. Your margins and
- 1:34what you own. Typically on Tik Tok shop,
- 1:36your margins are anywhere between 10 and
- 1:3825, maybe 30%. Of the total sales that
- 1:41you bring in for the brand, you as an
- 1:42affiliate take home that commission. But
- 1:44as a seller, you keep 50 to 70% of the
- 1:47profit. But the bigger one is the
- 1:48ownership. As an affiliate, you're still
- 1:50building someone else's brand for them.
- 1:52The entire enterprise value is built up
- 1:54on you. You might put in that sweat
- 1:56equity for them, but you only take that
- 1:58sliver of the pie on that first sale.
- 2:00But a seller is building a store that's
- 2:02actually theirs. Something that you can
- 2:03even sell or exit down the road. Now,
- 2:05all of this might have sounded really
- 2:07convincing, but there's still one
- 2:08question I always get asked that people
- 2:10are worried about when I tell them to
- 2:12become a seller. That thing is having to
- 2:14be the one on the camera. And I get
- 2:16that. But that fear can keep you on the
- 2:18sidelines for a while. that feeling of
- 2:19your co-workers making fun of you for
- 2:21the cringy Tik Toks you make, maybe your
- 2:23friends and family making fun of you and
- 2:25despising the work that you're doing.
- 2:26For me, when I started posting content,
- 2:28I was just so embarrassed of having
- 2:30other people watching me just talk in
- 2:31front of the camera. And the truth is is
- 2:33that most people have an immense amount
- 2:34of fear before posting content thinking
- 2:37that they have to get in front of the
- 2:38camera. But the truth is is that us Tik
- 2:40Tok shop sellers, we don't have to do
- 2:42that. We don't have to get in front of
- 2:43the camera. We don't have to plaster our
- 2:45face all over the internet. And there is
- 2:46a trap behind posting content that
- 2:48nobody warns you about. Getting in front
- 2:50of a camera, becoming an influencer, and
- 2:52putting yourself out there is one of the
- 2:54biggest risks that you can take inside
- 2:56of your business. The day that you stop
- 2:58filming, the income stops with you. So,
- 3:01if being on camera is the one thing
- 3:02that's standing between you and
- 3:03starting, I'll be the first one to tell
- 3:05you, take it off the table right now.
- 3:06Because the money that I got never came
- 3:08from my face, but from owning the
- 3:10product and the store behind it. I came
- 3:12from an incredibly disciplined
- 3:14background in swimming. two to three
- 3:15practices every single day, forcing
- 3:17myself to eat, forcing myself to sleep,
- 3:19sacrificing so many things just so I
- 3:21could pursue my goal swimming. And what
- 3:23I'm trying to articulate is I came from
- 3:24a background in being a very disciplined
- 3:26person. But even me trying to apply that
- 3:28discipline to being a content creator
- 3:30was still applying something to a broken
- 3:32system. Trying to become a Tik Tok
- 3:33Shopify and begging to go viral was that
- 3:36broken system. And then I realized that
- 3:38I didn't have to be the content creator.
- 3:40I didn't have to be the one plastering
- 3:42my face all over the internet. I could
- 3:43be the one recruiting the content
- 3:45creators to promote and market my
- 3:47products, selling thousands of them per
- 3:49day. And this is the same for you as
- 3:51well. You can build this entire thing
- 3:52and never attach your name or your face
- 3:54to a single piece of it. That right
- 3:56there is the moment things click for the
- 3:58people that I work with when they
- 3:59realize that they can do this without
- 4:00ever showing themselves. Take Joe for
- 4:02example. He runs everything on print on
- 4:03demand. He never touched a single piece
- 4:05of physical inventory and he's pulling
- 4:07in $45,000 months. April White here is a
- 4:09clear example of that as well, scaling
- 4:10all the way to $17,000 a month. And then
- 4:13there's Cooper, who built his store slow
- 4:15and steady, and he scaled the exact same
- 4:16store all the way to $60,000 a week. So,
- 4:19if you want me and my team to help you
- 4:20build your product and store the right
- 4:22way, there's a short application down in
- 4:24the description. It's the first link. It
- 4:25takes 2 minutes. And if you are a good
- 4:26fit, you'll have the opportunity to book
- 4:28a call with someone from my team. Now,
- 4:29all this starts with having something to
- 4:31sell. And the direction that I always
- 4:33point people towards at the very
- 4:34beginning when starting Tik Tok Shop is
- 4:36a way to do it without fronting any
- 4:38capital when it comes to getting
- 4:39inventory through print on demand. Most
- 4:41people think that you need a ton of
- 4:42capital and you have to buy 10,000
- 4:44products and put it into a warehouse or
- 4:46into your garage just to start selling.
- 4:48That was the traditional way of how
- 4:50people used to sell products online and
- 4:51allows you to start doing Tik Tok shop
- 4:53without fronting capital when it comes
- 4:55to getting inventory. And it's sad to
- 4:56think that that belief alone stops
- 4:58people before they even get around to
- 5:00starting. And setting it all up is a lot
- 5:03simpler than you might expect. The first
- 5:05step is connecting your Tik Tok shop to
- 5:07your on demand supply. What I always
- 5:08recommend and what we do inside of the
- 5:10inner circle is we use Printify. Once
- 5:12your Tik Tok shop is connected, you
- 5:13design your product and publish it on
- 5:15Printify. That means when Tik Tok shop
- 5:17gets an order of your product, Printify
- 5:19will now get notified of that order and
- 5:21send it directly to your customer. And
- 5:23you never had to buy 10,000 units of a
- 5:25product before you even start it. And
- 5:27only real upfront cost just to get
- 5:29started from ground zero is by using
- 5:31Printify Premium. That literally runs
- 5:32only $30 a month. And that's what makes
- 5:34the margins work. inside of our inner
- 5:36circle. Apparel and mugs are by far the
- 5:39easiest place to start and for any
- 5:40beginner out there, that's what I always
- 5:42recommend. They're both super cheap to
- 5:43make and ship and simple to design
- 5:45around. And I run every single product
- 5:47through a filter that I call the
- 5:48mandatory three. Pillar number one, a
- 5:50product has to have an immediate wow
- 5:52factor, drive curiosity, and have that
- 5:54virality factor to it. It's got to be
- 5:56immediately able to catch my attention.
- 5:58It's got to be able to stop the scroll
- 6:00and have that pattern interrupt to it.
- 6:01Pillar number two, our product has to
- 6:03solve a specific urgent problem. For
- 6:05example, a decorative water bottle or
- 6:07some LED lights that you put inside of a
- 6:08room doesn't really solve a specific
- 6:10urgent problem. Now, something on the
- 6:12completely opposite side that has so
- 6:13much urgency built into it could be
- 6:15something like a neuropathy device. If
- 6:17you're a little bit unfamiliar to what
- 6:18neuropathy is, is numbness and nerve
- 6:20pain inside your feet and your hands.
- 6:22And there's a laundry list of products
- 6:23that are out there that solve that exact
- 6:25same problem. That is a true painful
- 6:27thing for someone. And your product has
- 6:29to have that ability to solve it. And
- 6:30number three, our product has to be easy
- 6:32to film content with. Since we're
- 6:33showcasing our product through a video,
- 6:35we have to be able to effectively
- 6:36showcase it. As we had in Q4,
- 6:38decorations are a big one. Anything
- 6:40that's Christmas related that shows a
- 6:41giftability factor to it, you can show
- 6:43the product and you can sell
- 6:44immediately. Now, why does that last
- 6:46one, being able to film content very
- 6:48easily and effectively, matters so much
- 6:50when the plan is to be faceless and
- 6:52having just Tik Tok shop affiliates to
- 6:53make all the videos for you? Once that
- 6:55product is live, we get to do the thing
- 6:57that you came here for. How do you
- 6:58actually sell it without putting
- 6:59yourself in front of the camera? The
- 7:01entire faceless system runs on two
- 7:03different layers. You can, of course,
- 7:04film your own videos yourself, being
- 7:06behind the camera and just showing the
- 7:07product and never showing your face.
- 7:09That's exactly how I was able to grow my
- 7:10brand to my first million dollars.
- 7:12Learning how to make content is
- 7:14absolutely vital, and I always recommend
- 7:15everyone to do so. Just do it faceless.
- 7:17And if you're anything like me who never
- 7:18wants to show your face, do it like
- 7:20that. But now, with the rise of what is
- 7:21possible with AI videos, you don't even
- 7:23have to film videos of products you want
- 7:25to sell. You can just do total AI
- 7:27videos. Start off by taking a photo of
- 7:29your product with your iPhone. Take that
- 7:30photo and bring it into the Higsfield
- 7:32using the Sea Dance 2.0 model. You're
- 7:34going to apply prompts just like this to
- 7:36start animating those videos with a
- 7:37viral format. And there you have it. All
- 7:39stemming from a single photo that you
- 7:41took inside of your living room. That's
- 7:42now a video that can go viral on Tik
- 7:44Tok. Now, the second layer to building a
- 7:46faceless Tik Tok shop is by far the
- 7:48biggest lever that you can pull in your
- 7:49store. And that is by leveraging Tik Tok
- 7:51shop affiliates. Instead of you making
- 7:53the content yourself, you and your
- 7:55affiliate army can go out there and post
- 7:57hundreds of videos every single day.
- 7:58Doing all the content yourself caps you
- 8:00because there's only one of you. So, the
- 8:02goal was never about how do you make
- 8:04more videos. It was how do you build a
- 8:06system that makes those videos without
- 8:07you being in between. Here's exactly how
- 8:09I find the top performing affiliates to
- 8:11promote my products. Go over to Calata
- 8:13and search up products are inside of
- 8:15your niche. Look for products I've been
- 8:16trending just in the past 6 months.
- 8:18Inside Calata, you'll be able to see all
- 8:20the creators that are promoting those
- 8:21products. And you know, if those
- 8:22products have been blown up recently,
- 8:24those creators are the ones driving all
- 8:26the revenue. And you're going to do the
- 8:27simple thing. you're going to reach out
- 8:28to those exact same affiliates, offering
- 8:29a bigger commission rate than they were
- 8:31already getting. That's called affiliate
- 8:32sniping, and it's the exact same system
- 8:34that I've been using for the past 2
- 8:35years, building brands all the way to $2
- 8:37million a year. Now, it's also really
- 8:39important to mention once you have an
- 8:40army of affiliates, it's super important
- 8:42to keep them motivated. What I like to
- 8:43do is I like to constantly roll out
- 8:45bonuses and competitions to my entire
- 8:47affiliate community. And that is the
- 8:48fuel to the fire that turns a team of
- 8:50Tik Tok shop affiliates into an army
- 8:52that is printing for you. And it gets
- 8:54even more fun when you start dumping GMV
- 8:56Max ads to the fire. GM Max is going to
- 8:58locate the videos that are performing
- 8:59the best and only scale those hard. And
- 9:01put those layers together and you've got
- 9:03a store selling around the clock with
- 9:05your face nowhere in it. Now, I want to
- 9:06be straight with you about what this
- 9:08actually looks like when you're first
- 9:09starting out. I'm not going to sit here
- 9:10and tell you that you're going to make
- 9:12$273,000
- 9:13in your very first month because you
- 9:15won't. And anyone promising you that is
- 9:17lying straight to your face. A realistic
- 9:20first 30 days looks more like $5,000 in
- 9:22sales. and somewhere between 15 and
- 9:24$20,000 a month in your first 90 to 110
- 9:27days if you are consistent. Now, those
- 9:29bigger months come later once the system
- 9:31is really built out. And a reason I keep
- 9:33pushing people to start now is the
- 9:35timing. Tik Tok shop right now is
- 9:36roughly where Amazon was back in 2016.
- 9:39The people who got in early were the
- 9:40ones who made it out big time. And the
- 9:42best part about starting this right now
- 9:43is that there are 10 affiliates for
- 9:45every single one seller on Tik Tok shop.
- 9:47And there's over $40 million flowing
- 9:49through Tik Tok shop every single day.
- 9:51Affiliates are the ones making the
- 9:52content, but the sellers are the ones
- 9:53silently bringing the motherlo. And that
- 9:55window is completely wide open right
- 9:57now, but it's not going to be open for
- 9:59much longer. Once people start to
- 10:00realize that you can become a Tik Tok
- 10:02shop seller and then leveraging
- 10:03affiliates to make the content for you
- 10:05is when it's going to get really
- 10:06crowded. So, if you want me to help you
- 10:07build your own Facebook store the right
- 10:09way from the very start, the application
- 10:11is the first link down in the
- 10:12description. Go ahead and fill that out.
- 10:14At the very end, you have the
- 10:14opportunity to book a call with someone
- 10:16from my team to walk you through exactly
- 10:17how we do it. Thank you for watching.
- 10:19Until my next video, I'll see you on the
- 10:21next
