- 0:01Let me say something to you.
- 0:03Something you might not want to hear.
- 0:05But something you must hear.
- 0:07You better start focusing on you
- 0:09before life forces you to.
- 0:11Before the pressure piles up.
- 0:13Before the bank account runs dry.
- 0:15Before the mirror stops reflecting the
- 0:17person you once admired.
- 0:18Focus on yourself before you lose
- 0:20everything.
- 0:21Because if you don't make you the
- 0:22priority,
- 0:23life will give your attention to crisis.
- 0:26And let me tell you something I learned
- 0:28a long time ago.
- 0:30If you don't design your own life plan,
- 0:31chances are you'll fall into someone
- 0:33else's plan.
- 0:34And guess what they have planned for
- 0:35you?
- 0:37Not much.
- 0:38You see, the world will keep pulling.
- 0:40Distractions will keep knocking.
- 0:42And people will keep asking.
- 0:44But if you don't take time to build you,
- 0:46you'll be left with pieces
- 0:48of a life that never quite felt like
- 0:49yours.
- 0:51So today,
- 0:52we begin the journey back to the center.
- 0:55Back to self-respect.
- 0:56Back to personal power.
- 0:58Back to you.
- 0:59Now, some people say,
- 1:01"Jim,
- 1:02isn't it selfish to focus on myself?"
- 1:04Let me be clear.
- 1:06It's not selfish.
- 1:07It's essential.
- 1:09You can't give what you don't have.
- 1:11You can't lead others
- 1:13if you haven't first led yourself.
- 1:15You can't love fully
- 1:17if you're running on empty.
- 1:19Your health,
- 1:20your mindset, your emotions, your
- 1:22finances,
- 1:24these are your responsibility.
- 1:26Not someone else's.
- 1:28Not someday later.
- 1:30Now,
- 1:31you see, the greatest investment you'll
- 1:32ever make
- 1:33is not in the stock market.
- 1:35Not in real estate.
- 1:37Not even in your business.
- 1:38The greatest investment is in yourself.
- 1:42Every day you skip that morning routine,
- 1:44every time you ignore your goals,
- 1:46every moment you silence your inner
- 1:48voice,
- 1:49you trade growth for comfort.
- 1:52But here's the problem with comfort.
- 1:54It's deceptive.
- 1:55It feels like safety,
- 1:57but it steals your potential quietly.
- 2:00Before long, you're comfortable in a job
- 2:01you don't like.
- 2:03Comfortable in relationships that drain
- 2:04you.
- 2:05Comfortable in habits that numb you.
- 2:08And then one day,
- 2:09you look around and ask,
- 2:11"How did I get here?"
- 2:13Neglect doesn't shout.
- 2:14It whispers.
- 2:16Little things.
- 2:17Subtle things.
- 2:19Neglect your health?
- 2:20One skipped workout at a time.
- 2:22Neglect your goals?
- 2:24One day of procrastination.
- 2:26Neglect your soul?
- 2:28One lost evening scrolling for meaning.
- 2:31Until one day,
- 2:32it all adds up.
- 2:34And now,
- 2:35it's not just your body that's tired.
- 2:38It's your spirit.
- 2:39And let me tell you something.
- 2:41It's easier to stay ahead than to catch
- 2:42up.
- 2:43It's easier to start small today than to
- 2:45try and rebuild later.
- 2:46How do you start focusing on you?
- 2:49You don't need a complete reinvention
- 2:50overnight.
- 2:52You just need to begin.
- 2:53Start with 15 minutes a day.
- 2:5515 minutes of reading.
- 2:5715 minutes of journaling.
- 2:5915 minutes of honest thinking.
- 3:01Where you ask,
- 3:03"Where am I going?
- 3:04What am I avoiding?
- 3:05What do I want?"
- 3:07And you listen.
- 3:09Really listen.
- 3:10Then you act.
- 3:11Because self-respect is built through
- 3:13action.
- 3:14One choice at a time.
- 3:15Let the notifications wait.
- 3:17Let the inbox wait.
- 3:19Let the world wait.
- 3:21Because this time,
- 3:22it's about you.
- 3:24And the truth is,
- 3:25the major value in life is not what you
- 3:27get. The major value in life is what you
- 3:29become.
- 3:30What are you becoming?
- 3:32If you don't like the answer,
- 3:34it's time to change the question you've
- 3:35been asking every day.
- 3:37From what do I need to get done,
- 3:39to who am I becoming as I do it.
- 3:41Today, you have a choice.
- 3:43A simple one.
- 3:44Focus outward and stay distracted.
- 3:47Or focus inward
- 3:49and build something real.
- 3:50Because the world doesn't need another
- 3:52person who lost themselves chasing it
- 3:54all.
- 3:55It needs you.
- 3:56Focused.
- 3:57Grounded.
- 3:59Disciplined.
- 4:00So, before you try to fix the world,
- 4:02fix your schedule.
- 4:04Fix your thoughts.
- 4:05Fix your habits.
- 4:07Focus on you.
- 4:08Before you lose everything, let me ask
- 4:10you something.
- 4:11What kind of life are you building?
- 4:14Not the one you post on social media.
- 4:16Not the one you pretend to be proud of
- 4:17in front of others.
- 4:19I'm talking about the one that waits for
- 4:20you
- 4:21when you're alone.
- 4:23In the quiet moments.
- 4:24Is that life a reflection of your true
- 4:26potential?
- 4:27Or
- 4:28is it a life of compromise,
- 4:30comfort, and delay?
- 4:33You see, most people don't fail
- 4:35because they aim too high and miss.
- 4:37They fail because they aim too low
- 4:40and hit.
- 4:41You were designed for more.
- 4:43And deep down, you know it.
- 4:45But, here's what I've learned.
- 4:47Your life will never exceed the
- 4:48standards you set for yourself.
- 4:50If you tolerate average,
- 4:52you'll live average.
- 4:54If you tolerate laziness,
- 4:56you'll drift into regret.
- 4:58If you tolerate distraction,
- 5:00you'll become a stranger to your own
- 5:02purpose.
- 5:03You don't get what you want.
- 5:05You get what you accept. So, I ask
- 5:08again,
- 5:09what kind of life are you building?
- 5:11Is it a life that respects your
- 5:12potential?
- 5:13Or is it one that insults it?
- 5:15Now, that may sound harsh.
- 5:18But, I'll tell you this.
- 5:19Truth is better than flattery.
- 5:21Because truth
- 5:23can change your life.
- 5:24To build a life worthy of who you're
- 5:25capable of becoming,
- 5:27you need to do three things.
- 5:29Raise your standards.
- 5:31Change your environment.
- 5:33Act like your future depends on it,
- 5:34because it does.
- 5:35Let's walk through each of these slowly.
- 5:37One.
- 5:38Raise your standards.
- 5:40Don't wish it was easier.
- 5:42Wish you were better.
- 5:44You see, life responds to the standards
- 5:46you enforce.
- 5:47Not the ones you talk about,
- 5:49but the ones you live.
- 5:51If you're tired of being broke,
- 5:53tired,
- 5:54or overlooked,
- 5:56raise your standard.
- 5:57If you're tired of watching others win
- 6:00while you stay stuck,
- 6:02raise your standard.
- 6:03Don't lower your expectations to match
- 6:05your reality.
- 6:06Elevate your habits
- 6:08to match your vision.
- 6:10The life you want
- 6:12is up there.
- 6:13And to reach it,
- 6:14you have to climb.
- 6:16That means no more playing small.
- 6:18No more excuses.
- 6:20No more waiting for the perfect time.
- 6:22The time is now.
- 6:24Two,
- 6:25change your environment.
- 6:27You are the average of the five people
- 6:28you spend the most time with.
- 6:30Your environment shapes your identity.
- 6:32It either pulls you forward
- 6:34or holds you back.
- 6:36Surround yourself with people who
- 6:37challenge you,
- 6:38not the ones who make excuses with you,
- 6:41but the ones who push you
- 6:43to level up.
- 6:44And I'll tell you something,
- 6:45sometimes
- 6:47you've got to outgrow people.
- 6:48Not because you're better than them,
- 6:51but because you've decided to become
- 6:52better for yourself.
- 6:53Clean up your physical space, too.
- 6:56Chaos around you
- 6:57creates chaos within you.
- 6:59A cluttered environment often reflects a
- 7:01cluttered mind. Take pride in your
- 7:03space,
- 7:05your home,
- 7:06your desk,
- 7:07your digital life.
- 7:09Respect the space where your dreams are
- 7:10built.
- 7:12Because when you show up like it
- 7:13matters,
- 7:14everything around you
- 7:16begins to shift.
- 7:18Three,
- 7:19act like your future depends on it,
- 7:21because it does.
- 7:23Every decision you make
- 7:25is a vote for the kind of life you'll
- 7:26live 5 years from now.
- 7:28You don't just drift into excellence.
- 7:30You don't stumble into your best life.
- 7:33You build it
- 7:34deliberately,
- 7:35brick by brick.
- 7:37That means saying no to distraction.
- 7:39That means choosing effort over ease.
- 7:42That means
- 7:43doing the work when no one is watching.
- 7:45Success is quiet.
- 7:47It's lonely.
- 7:48It's not always fun.
- 7:50But it's worth it.
- 7:51Here's a truth most people avoid.
- 7:53The world will never respect you more
- 7:55than you respect yourself.
- 7:57If you treat your time like it's cheap,
- 7:59so will others.
- 8:01If you speak negatively about your
- 8:03potential,
- 8:04the world will believe you.
- 8:06If you show up late,
- 8:07sloppy,
- 8:09and inconsistent,
- 8:10don't be surprised when life does the
- 8:12same for you.
- 8:13Respect yourself.
- 8:15Speak well of yourself.
- 8:17Keep your promises to yourself.
- 8:19And life will begin to respond to you in
- 8:21kind.
- 8:22You weren't made to live in survival
- 8:23mode.
- 8:24You were made to thrive,
- 8:26to lead,
- 8:27to create,
- 8:29to grow.
- 8:30But you can't rise if you keep weighing
- 8:32yourself down.
- 8:33Cut the anchors.
- 8:35Let go of guilt.
- 8:37Let go of shame.
- 8:38Let go of who you used to be,
- 8:40and step boldly into who you were meant
- 8:42to be.
- 8:43Building a life that respects your
- 8:45potential
- 8:46isn't just about achievement.
- 8:48It's about alignment.
- 8:50It's when your actions match your
- 8:51vision.
- 8:52It's when your habits reflect your
- 8:54values.
- 8:55It's when you stop
- 8:56running from yourself,
- 8:58and start running toward who you can
- 8:59become.
- 9:01That's power.
- 9:02That's purpose.
- 9:03That's freedom.
- 9:05But it all starts with one decision,
- 9:07to stop settling,
- 9:08and start building.
- 9:10If you don't design your own life plan,
- 9:12chances are you'll fall into someone
- 9:14else's plan.
- 9:15And guess what?
- 9:16They haven't planned much for you.
- 9:18Design your life.
- 9:20Raise your standard.
- 9:22Step into your potential,
- 9:24because no one else can do it for you.
- 9:26Let me ask you something important. When
- 9:28you look 5 years into the future,
- 9:31will you be proud of the life you've
- 9:32built?
- 9:33Not just content,
- 9:35not just okay,
- 9:37but proud.
- 9:39Will you be able to look at yourself in
- 9:40the mirror and say,
- 9:42"I gave it everything I had. I didn't
- 9:44settle.
- 9:45I didn't drift. I designed this life,
- 9:48and I earned it." You see, the future
- 9:50isn't some place you just stumble into.
- 9:52It's not a lottery you win.
- 9:54It's not a surprise party you walk into
- 9:56by accident. The future
- 9:59is something you build
- 10:00brick by brick,
- 10:02habit by habit,
- 10:04day by day.
- 10:05So, here's the challenge I want to give
- 10:06you today.
- 10:07Start building a future you can be proud
- 10:09of.
- 10:10The first step is clarity.
- 10:12You have to know what proud means to
- 10:14you.
- 10:15For some, it's peace of mind.
- 10:17For others, it's building a legacy.
- 10:19It might be financial freedom,
- 10:21deep relationships,
- 10:23powerful health,
- 10:24or spiritual growth.
- 10:26But if you don't define it,
- 10:28life will define it for you.
- 10:30And most of the time, that definition
- 10:31will be shallow,
- 10:33average,
- 10:34or empty.
- 10:35So, sit down with a blank page and ask
- 10:37yourself,
- 10:38"If I were to design the next 5 years,
- 10:40what would it look like? Not based on
- 10:42what's easy.
- 10:44Not based on what's trending.
- 10:45But based on what makes your heart light
- 10:47up with fire."
- 10:48Be honest. Be bold.
- 10:51Because this is your life we're talking
- 10:52about. Now, here's where it gets real.
- 10:55Once you know what kind of future would
- 10:57make you proud,
- 10:58you have to look at the gap between who
- 11:00you are today
- 11:01and who you must become to get there.
- 11:04That gap is made up of skills, habits,
- 11:06discipline, focus, energy, integrity.
- 11:09The real journey
- 11:10isn't toward a destination,
- 11:12it's toward a transformation.
- 11:14And that transformation doesn't happen
- 11:16by accident.
- 11:17It happens when you start saying,
- 11:19"I will read instead of scroll.
- 11:21I will wake up with intention,
- 11:23not reaction.
- 11:24I will lead myself before I try to lead
- 11:26others."
- 11:27That's when the shift begins.
- 11:30You don't need more time.
- 11:31You need more focus.
- 11:33You need more responsibility.
- 11:35You need to raise your standards.
- 11:37Because the life you're dreaming of
- 11:40is on the other side of the discipline
- 11:41you're avoiding.
- 11:43If you want a future that makes you
- 11:44proud, you have to stop defending the
- 11:45version of you that's keeping you stuck.
- 11:47Excuses
- 11:49are nothing but chains in disguise.
- 11:51I don't have time. I'm too tired.
- 11:54It's too late for me.
- 11:56I'll start Monday.
- 11:57I call those the lies comfort whispers
- 12:01to you while it slowly robs you of your
- 12:03future.
- 12:04Don't listen to that voice.
- 12:06Don't let it win.
- 12:07Every time you choose action
- 12:09over
- 12:10excuse
- 12:11you take one step closer
- 12:13to the life you were meant for.
- 12:15Because at the end of the day
- 12:17success doesn't ask if it's convenient.
- 12:19It asks if you're committed.
- 12:21You know what hurts more than
- 12:22discipline?
- 12:23Regret.
- 12:24Discipline weighs ounces.
- 12:26Regret weighs tons.
- 12:28You don't want to wake up 10 years from
- 12:30now and realize you played small.
- 12:33You settled.
- 12:34You watched time pass like a movie you
- 12:36weren't in.
- 12:38The clock is ticking, my friend.
- 12:40And the worst thing you can do is waste
- 12:41the one life you've been given.
- 12:43So, do it now.
- 12:44Say yes to growth.
- 12:46Say yes to the next level.
- 12:48Say yes to becoming the version of you
- 12:50that you respect. Because one day
- 12:53you're going to thank yourself
- 12:55for showing up and doing the work. Now,
- 12:57hear me.
- 12:58You don't have to be perfect.
- 13:00You just have to be progressing.
- 13:02Success is not a straight line.
- 13:04It's not clean.
- 13:06It's messy.
- 13:07It's full of failures, setbacks,
- 13:09learning curves.
- 13:11But as long as you're moving
- 13:12as long as you're learning
- 13:14as long as you're becoming
- 13:16you are winning.
- 13:17You can build something beautiful
- 13:19even from broken pieces.
- 13:21Even if you've made mistakes.
- 13:23Even if the past didn't go the way you
- 13:25hoped.
- 13:26The key is to stop reliving the past
- 13:29and start rebuilding the future.
- 13:31Every day is another chance to take one
- 13:33small step toward pride,
- 13:35toward purpose,
- 13:36toward the life you know you're capable
- 13:38of living.
- 13:39Don't wait until life forces you to
- 13:40change.
- 13:42Don't wait until rock bottom becomes
- 13:43your teacher.
- 13:45Don't wait until the fire goes out
- 13:46completely.
- 13:48Make the move now
- 13:49while you still have energy,
- 13:51while you still have options,
- 13:53while you still have a dream that's
- 13:54alive inside of you.
- 13:56Your future self
- 13:58is watching.
- 13:59And one day
- 14:01they'll look back at this moment
- 14:03and either thank you
- 14:04or wish you'd done more.
- 14:06Focus on yourself
- 14:08before you lose everything
- 14:10and build a future you can be proud of.
- 14:12You've got it in you.
- 14:14Now go prove it.
- 14:15It's never too late to become who you
- 14:17might have been,
- 14:18but it does require a decision.
- 14:21A firm, honest, personal decision.
- 14:24Not tomorrow.
- 14:25Not next week.
- 14:26Today.
- 14:28Because life doesn't give you what you
- 14:29want.
- 14:30It gives you what you earn.
- 14:32And it responds to your daily
- 14:33disciplines,
- 14:35your habits,
- 14:36your standards.
- 14:38You don't get in life what you wish for.
- 14:40You get in life what you deserve.
- 14:43So ask yourself,
- 14:44what are you becoming?
- 14:46Are you headed toward the life you've
- 14:47always dreamed of?
- 14:49Or are you slowly drifting
- 14:51away from your own potential?
- 14:53If you don't design your own life plan,
- 14:56chances are you'll fall into someone
- 14:58else's plan.
- 14:59And guess what they have planned for
- 15:00you.
- 15:01Not much.
- 15:03That's the truth.
- 15:04So design your life.
- 15:06Focus on yourself.
- 15:08Do the inner work.
- 15:09Say no to the distractions.
- 15:11Say yes to the uncomfortable growth.
- 15:14Force yourself if you must because
- 15:16success is not something you pursue.
- 15:18It's something you attract by the person
- 15:20you become.
- 15:22And you,
- 15:23you have everything inside you to become
- 15:24someone remarkable.
- 15:26But you must begin.
- 15:28And begin now.
- 15:29Let me ask you something.
- 15:31What kind of life are you building?
- 15:33Not the one you post on social media.
- 15:35Not the one you pretend to be proud of
- 15:37in front of others.
- 15:38I'm talking about the one that waits for
- 15:40you when you're alone.
- 15:42In the quiet moments.
- 15:43Is that life a reflection of your true
- 15:45potential?
- 15:46Or
- 15:48is it a life of compromise, comfort, and
- 15:49delay?
- 15:50You see, most people don't fail because
- 15:52they aim too high and miss.
- 15:54They fail
- 15:55because they aim too low
- 15:58and hit.
- 15:59You were designed for more.
- 16:01And deep down you know it.
- 16:03But here's what I've learned.
- 16:05Your life will never exceed the
- 16:06standards you set for yourself.
- 16:09If you tolerate average,
- 16:11you'll live average.
- 16:12If you tolerate laziness,
- 16:14you'll drift into regret.
- 16:16If you tolerate distraction,
- 16:18you'll become a stranger
- 16:20to your own purpose.
- 16:22You don't get what you want.
- 16:23You get what you accept.
- 16:25So I ask again,
- 16:27what kind of life are you building?
- 16:29Is it a life that respects your
- 16:30potential?
- 16:31Or is it one that insults it?
- 16:33Now, that may sound harsh,
- 16:35but I'll tell you this.
- 16:36Truth is better than flattery
- 16:38because truth
- 16:40can change your life.
- 16:42To build a life worthy of who you're
- 16:43capable of becoming,
- 16:45you need to do three things.
- 16:47Raise your standards.
- 16:49Change your environment. Act like your
- 16:51future depends on it because it does.
- 16:54Let's walk through each of these slowly.
- 16:55One,
- 16:57raise your standards.
- 16:58Don't wish it was easier, wish you were
- 17:00better.
- 17:01You see, life responds to the standards
- 17:03you enforce.
- 17:04Not the ones you talk about,
- 17:06but the ones you live.
- 17:08If you're tired of being broke, tired,
- 17:11or overlooked, raise your standard.
- 17:14If you're tired of watching others win
- 17:15while you stay stuck?
- 17:17Raise your standard.
- 17:18Don't lower your expectations
- 17:21to match your reality.
- 17:22Elevate your habits to match your
- 17:24vision.
- 17:25The life you want is up there.
- 17:27And to reach it,
- 17:28you have to climb.
- 17:30That means no more playing small.
- 17:32No more excuses.
- 17:34No more waiting for the perfect time.
- 17:36The time is now
- 17:38to
- 17:39change your environment.
- 17:41You are the average of the five people
- 17:42you spend the most time with.
- 17:43Your environment shapes your identity.
- 17:47It either pulls you forward or holds you
- 17:48back.
- 17:49Surround yourself with people who
- 17:50challenge you.
- 17:52Not the ones who make excuses with you,
- 17:54but the ones who push you to level up.
- 17:56And I'll tell you something.
- 17:58Sometimes
- 17:59you've got to outgrow people.
- 18:02Not because you're better than them,
- 18:04but because you've decided to become
- 18:05better for yourself.
- 18:07Clean up your physical space, too.
- 18:09Chaos around you creates chaos within
- 18:12you.
- 18:13A cluttered environment often reflects a
- 18:14cluttered mind. Take pride in your
- 18:16space.
- 18:18Your home,
- 18:19your desk,
- 18:20your digital life.
- 18:22Respect the space
- 18:24where your dreams are built.
- 18:26Because when you show up like it
- 18:27matters,
- 18:28everything around you begins to shift.
- 18:31Three,
- 18:32act like your future depends on it.
- 18:34Because it does.
- 18:36Every decision you make
- 18:38is a vote for the kind of life you'll
- 18:39live five years from now.
- 18:41You don't just drift into excellence.
- 18:43You don't stumble into your best life.
- 18:46You build it.
- 18:47Deliberately,
- 18:49brick by brick.
- 18:50That means saying no to distraction.
- 18:52That means choosing effort
- 18:54over ease.
- 18:56That means doing the work
- 18:58when no one is watching.
- 18:59Success is quiet.
- 19:01It's lonely.
- 19:02It's not always fun,
- 19:04but it's worth it.
- 19:05Here's a truth most people avoid.
- 19:07The world will never respect you more
- 19:09than you respect yourself. If you treat
- 19:11your time like it's cheap,
- 19:13so will others.
- 19:14If you speak negatively about your
- 19:16potential,
- 19:17the world will believe you.
- 19:19If you show up late,
- 19:20sloppy,
- 19:22and inconsistent,
- 19:23don't be surprised when life does the
- 19:25same for you.
- 19:26Respect yourself.
- 19:28Speak well of yourself.
- 19:30Keep your promises to yourself,
- 19:32and life will begin to respond to you in
- 19:34kind. You weren't made to live in
- 19:36survival mode.
- 19:37You were made to thrive,
- 19:40to lead,
- 19:41to create,
- 19:42to grow,
- 19:44but you can't rise
- 19:46if you keep weighing yourself down.
- 19:48Cut the anchors.
- 19:49Let go of guilt.
- 19:51Let go of shame.
- 19:53Let go of who you used to be,
- 19:55and step boldly into who you were meant
- 19:57to be.
- 19:58Building a life that respects your
- 19:59potential isn't just about achievement.
- 20:01It's about alignment.
- 20:03It's when your actions match your
- 20:04vision.
- 20:05It's when your habits reflect your
- 20:07values.
- 20:08It's when you stop running from
- 20:09yourself,
- 20:11and start running toward who you can
- 20:12become.
- 20:13That's power.
- 20:15That's purpose.
- 20:16That's freedom.
- 20:18But it all starts with one decision,
- 20:20to stop settling,
- 20:21and start building.
- 20:23If you don't design your own life plan,
- 20:26chances are you'll fall into someone
- 20:27else's plan.
- 20:28And guess what? They haven't planned
- 20:30much for you.
- 20:32Design your life.
- 20:33Raise your standard.
- 20:35Step into your potential,
- 20:37because no one else can do it for you.
- 20:39Let me ask you something important.
- 20:41When you look 5 years into the future,
- 20:44will you be proud of the life you've
- 20:45built?
- 20:46Not just content.
- 20:48Not just
- 20:49okay,
- 20:50but proud?
- 20:51Will you be able to look at yourself in
- 20:53the mirror
- 20:54and say,
- 20:55"I gave it everything I had.
- 20:57I didn't settle.
- 20:58I didn't drift. I designed this life and
- 21:01I earned it."
- 21:02You see, the future isn't some place you
- 21:03just stumble into.
- 21:05It's not a lottery you win.
- 21:07It's not a surprise party you walk into
- 21:09by accident.
- 21:10The future is something you build
- 21:13brick by brick, habit by habit, day by
- 21:15day.
- 21:16So, here's the challenge I want to give
- 21:17you today.
- 21:19Start building a future you can be proud
- 21:20of.
- 21:21The first step is clarity.
- 21:23You have to know what proud means to
- 21:25you.
- 21:26For some, it's peace of mind.
- 21:28For others, it's building a legacy.
- 21:30It might be financial freedom,
- 21:32deep relationships,
- 21:34powerful health,
- 21:35or spiritual growth.
- 21:37But, if you don't define it, life will
- 21:38define it for you.
- 21:40And most of the time,
- 21:42that definition will be shallow,
- 21:43average, or empty.
- 21:45So, sit down with a blank page and ask
- 21:47yourself,
- 21:48"If I were to design the next 5 years,
- 21:50what would it look like?"
- 21:51Not based on what's easy.
- 21:53Not based on what's trending.
- 21:55But, based on what makes your heart
- 21:57light up with fire.
- 21:58Be honest.
- 22:00Be bold.
- 22:01Because this is your life we're talking
- 22:03about. Now, here's where it gets real.
- 22:05Once you know what kind of future would
- 22:07make you proud,
- 22:09you have to look at the gap between who
- 22:10you are today and who you must become to
- 22:12get there.
- 22:13That gap is made up of skills,
- 22:16habits,
- 22:17discipline,
- 22:18focus, energy,
- 22:20integrity. The real journey
- 22:23isn't toward a destination.
- 22:25It's toward a transformation.
- 22:27And that transformation doesn't happen
- 22:28by accident.
- 22:30It happens when you start saying,
- 22:32"I will read instead of scroll.
- 22:34I will wake up with intention,
- 22:36not reaction. I will lead myself before
- 22:39I try to lead others."
- 22:40That's when the shift begins.
- 22:42You don't need more time.
- 22:44You need more focus.
- 22:46You need more responsibility.
- 22:48You need to raise your standards.
- 22:51Because the life you're dreaming of
- 22:53is on the other side of the discipline
- 22:54you're avoiding.
- 22:56If you want a future that makes you
- 22:57proud, you have to stop defending the
- 22:58version of you that's keeping you stuck.
- 23:01Excuses are nothing but chains in
- 23:03disguise.
- 23:04I don't have time.
- 23:06I'm too tired.
- 23:07It's too late for me.
- 23:09I'll start Monday.
- 23:10I call those the lies comfort whispers.
- 23:13To you while it slowly robs you of your
- 23:15future.
- 23:16Don't listen to that voice.
- 23:18Don't let it win.
- 23:20Every time you choose action
- 23:22over excuse,
- 23:24you take one step closer
- 23:26to the life
- 23:28you were meant for.
- 23:29Because at the end of the day,
- 23:31success doesn't ask if it's convenient.
- 23:34It asks if you're committed.
- 23:36You know what hurts more than
- 23:36discipline?
- 23:38Regret.
- 23:39Discipline weighs ounces.
- 23:41Regret weighs tons.
- 23:43You don't want to wake up 10 years from
- 23:44now and realize you played small,
- 23:46you settled,
- 23:48you watched time pass like a movie you
- 23:50weren't in.
- 23:51The clock is ticking, my friend.
- 23:53And the worst thing you can do is waste
- 23:54the one life you've been given.
- 23:57So, do it now.
- 23:58Say yes to growth.
- 24:00Say yes to the next level.
- 24:01Say yes to becoming the version of you
- 24:03that you respect. Because one day,
- 24:06you're going to thank yourself
- 24:08for showing up
- 24:10and doing the work.
- 24:11Now, hear me.
- 24:13You don't have to be perfect.
- 24:14You just have to be progressing.
- 24:16Success is not a straight line.
- 24:18It's not clean.
- 24:20It's messy.
- 24:21It's full of failures,
- 24:23setbacks,
- 24:24learning curves.
- 24:26But as long as you're moving,
- 24:27as long as you're learning,
- 24:29as long as you're becoming,
- 24:31you are winning.
- 24:32You can build something beautiful
- 24:34even from broken pieces,
- 24:36even if you've made mistakes,
- 24:38even if the past didn't go the way you
- 24:40hoped.
- 24:41The key is to stop reliving the past
- 24:44and start rebuilding the future.
- 24:46Every day is another chance to take one
- 24:48small step toward pride,
- 24:50toward purpose,
- 24:52toward the life you know you're capable
- 24:53of living.
- 24:54Don't wait until life forces you to
- 24:56change.
- 24:57Don't wait until rock bottom becomes
- 24:59your teacher.
- 25:00Don't wait until the fire goes out
- 25:02completely.
- 25:03Make the move now
- 25:05while you still have energy,
- 25:07while you still have options,
- 25:09while you still have a dream that's
- 25:10alive inside of you.
- 25:12Your future self is watching.
- 25:14And one day
- 25:15they'll look back at this moment and
- 25:17either thank you
- 25:19or wish you'd done more.
- 25:21Focus on yourself before you lose
- 25:22everything
- 25:23and build a future you can be proud of.
- 25:26You've got it in you.
- 25:27Now go prove it.
- 25:29Let me leave you with this thought.
- 25:31It's never too late to become who you
- 25:33might have been.
- 25:34But it does require a decision.
- 25:36A firm, honest, personal decision.
- 25:41Not tomorrow.
- 25:42Not next week.
- 25:44Today.
- 25:45Because life doesn't give you what you
- 25:46want.
- 25:48It gives you what you earn.
- 25:49And it responds to your daily
- 25:51disciplines,
- 25:52your habits,
- 25:53your standards.
- 25:55You don't get in life what you wish for.
- 25:58You get in life what you deserve.
- 26:00So ask yourself,
- 26:02what are you becoming?
- 26:03Are you headed toward the life you've
- 26:05always dreamed of?
- 26:06Or are you slowly drifting
- 26:08away from your own potential?
- 26:11If you don't design your own life plan,
- 26:13chances are you'll fall into someone
- 26:15else's plan.
- 26:16And guess what they have planned for
- 26:18you. Not much.
- 26:20That's the truth.
- 26:21So design your life. Focus on yourself.
- 26:24Do the inner work. Say no to the
- 26:26distractions.
- 26:28Say yes to the uncomfortable growth.
- 26:30Force yourself,
- 26:32if you must,
- 26:33because success is not something you
- 26:34pursue.
- 26:36It's something you attract by the person
- 26:38you become.
- 26:39And you,
- 26:41you have everything inside you to become
- 26:42someone remarkable.
- 26:44But you must begin.
- 26:45And begin now.
- 26:56Mhm.
