  26. 0:56how it works second how to create an
  27. 0:59account and gig I'll create a live gig
  28. 1:01in front of you after that we'll discuss
  29. 1:03the key element that are in a successful
  30. 1:06gig we'll learn how to do market
  31. 1:07research look for high volume keywords
  32. 1:09and design thumbnails that grab
  33. 1:11attention and drive clicks and in the

  35. 1:15lot of clients by understanding the
  36. 1:16Fiverr algorithm so if you're really
  37. 1:18serious about making money on Fiverr
  38. 1:20there's no better place than this video
  39. 1:22so by the time we finish editing of this
  40. 1:24video the gig that we created already
  41. 1:27got some ERS so this is the gig that we
  42. 1:29created and and it already has two
  43. 1:31orders it's performing really well and
  44. 1:35you can see it has a click-through rate
  45. 1:36of 6% and a conversion rate of 8.3% so
  46. 1:40make sure you watch this video till the
  47. 1:41end because it will tell you everything
  48. 1:43that you need to know about fivr before
  49. 1:45we start 83% of the people who
  50. 1:48consistently watch this channel do not
  51. 1:50subscribe if you have ever found any
  52. 1:52value in the videos that I make please
  53. 1:54do me a favor and hit on that subscribe
  54. 1:56button it helps us more than you know
  55. 1:58and the more we grow the better content
  56. 1:59I can create for you that being said
  57. 2:01let's start the video first let's talk
  58. 2:03about what Fiverr is okay so picture
  59. 2:05this you're actually great at something
  60. 2:08perhaps it's graphic design content
  61. 2:09writing digital marketing or in my case
  62. 2:12video editing now you wish to make a
  63. 2:13living out of this skill but you don't
  64. 2:15know where to get clients this is where
  65. 2:17Fiverr comes in Fiverr is an online
  66. 2:19platform where individuals like you and
  67. 2:21me who have some skills want to make a
  68. 2:24living out of it we use our skill and
  69. 2:26provide something valuable to clients
  70. 2:28for example my skills were expertise in
  71. 2:30Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After fix
  72. 2:32using that I can edit videos for clients
  73. 2:35that's the service that I'm providing so
  74. 2:36Fiverr is a really big virtual
  75. 2:38marketplace where instead of selling
  76. 2:40physical Goods we sell skills and
  77. 2:43services now here is why Fiverr is such
  78. 2:45a great place to start in just last 1
  79. 2:47month over 80 million people visited
  80. 2:50Fiverr now that's a crazy number already
  81. 2:52out of that 4 million are active buyers
  82. 2:55who spend over $1 billion on the
  83. 2:57platform annually so there's a really
  84. 2:59big opportunity if you are serious about
  85. 3:01making money using your skill so now
  86. 3:03let's talk about how does Fiverr work
  87. 3:05it's pretty simple actually you as a
  88. 3:07freelancer will go and create a profile
  89. 3:09and create gigs gigs are brief
  90. 3:12description of services which tells the
  91. 3:14client what you are offering how much
  92. 3:16you're charging for it and how much time
  93. 3:18you'll take now clients when they come
  94. 3:19to the platform scroll through thousands
  95. 3:21of gigs and profile and then select the
  96. 3:24one they like and purchase the service
  97. 3:26so let me give you an example let's say
  98. 3:28if you go to Fiverr and SE video editing
  99. 3:30a lot of profiles and gigs will show up
  100. 3:33along with my profile now as a client if
  101. 3:35you like what you see you'll click on my
  102. 3:38profile after seeing the pricing
  103. 3:39packages and my works if you're
  104. 3:41convinced you'll purchase the package
  105. 3:43now let's say you purchase the basic
  106. 3:45package of $100 for which you'll get a 1
  107. 3:47minute video now once the client
  108. 3:49purchases it I'll get an order on my
  109. 3:51dashboard inside which I can see what
  110. 3:54clients want what requirements are there
  111. 3:56I'll review everything and start working
  112. 3:58I'll get a separate chat box with the
  113. 4:00client where I can discuss some details
  114. 4:02and I'll get a specific time frame to
  115. 4:04complete the order once done I'll
  116. 4:05deliver the project if the client likes
  117. 4:07it he'll approve it or not the client
  118. 4:10usually has four or five revisions where
  119. 4:12we'll work together till the client is
  120. 4:13happy with the work now once the client
  121. 4:15approves the order the payment will be
  122. 4:17released from Fiverr and I'll receive it
  123. 4:19so let's say if the order was $100
  124. 4:21Fiverr will take 20% from it and I'll
  125. 4:24receive the $80 now you might ask why is
  126. 4:26fivr taking 20% on each order that's
  127. 4:28because in return they're providing a
  128. 4:30platform for you to work on they're
  129. 4:32doing sales and marketing for you
  130. 4:33they're providing a safe system where
  131. 4:35your payment is on hold which helps
  132. 4:37avoid any frauds and you'll also get
  133. 4:39customer support just in case something
  134. 4:41goes wrong now one of the most wonderful
  135. 4:43things about Fiverr is that there is a
  136. 4:45lot of variety that you can choose from
  137. 4:48there are more than 600 categories
  138. 4:49ranging from content writing video and
  139. 4:51animation digital marketing Ai and a lot
  140. 4:54more whatever your talent is it's likely
  141. 4:56someone wants to pay you for it I have
  142. 4:58now made almost 2 2 rupees on Fiverr and
  143. 5:01if I can do it you can do it too let's
  144. 5:03start with creating your account and
  145. 5:05your first gig okay now let's start with
  146. 5:08creating your Fiverr account so to do
  147. 5:09that go to fiverr.com and once you enter
  148. 5:12that it will ask you to create an
  149. 5:14account so once you go to fiverr.com on
  150. 5:16the top right you can click on join once
  151. 5:18you click on it you can create your
  152. 5:19Fiverr account I would suggest you
  153. 5:21connect your Google account here click
  154. 5:23on continue with Google after that you
  155. 5:25can enter the detail now once you're
  156. 5:27done you'll get this option to become a
  157. 5:29seller you need to click on it after you
  158. 5:31click on it you need to enter all the
  159. 5:33details Fiverr will also provide you
  160. 5:35with some instructions for example
  161. 5:37they'll provide a step by step procedure
  162. 5:39for what you should do so first you'll
  163. 5:41learn what makes a successful profile
  164. 5:44then you need to create a profile and
  165. 5:45then then you need to publish a gig
  166. 5:47click on continue after that they have
  167. 5:49given Five Points about what makes a
  168. 5:51successful Fiverr profile so read this
  169. 5:53after this this is very important a lot
  170. 5:55of people make this mistake initially
  171. 5:57and their account is suspended so make
  172. 5:59make sure you read everything here so
  173. 6:01make sure you avoid all this first don't
  174. 6:03provide any misleading or inaccurate
  175. 6:05information about yourself first don't
  176. 6:07try to create multiple accounts as it is
  177. 6:09not allowed and in general don't violate
  178. 6:11any terms and service on Fiverr and last
  179. 6:14don't ask clients or anyone to
  180. 6:16communicate to you outside of Fiverr or
  181. 6:19ask payments outside of Fiverr so these
  182. 6:20are basic points but make sure you don't
  183. 6:23make these mistakes I get messages from
  184. 6:25a lot of people whose account is
  185. 6:26suspended within one week because they
  186. 6:28make one of these mistakes then you need
  187. 6:30to fill in these details to create a
  188. 6:32seller account first start with personal
  189. 6:34info write your full name here after
  190. 6:36that display name this is what will be
  191. 6:38visible to clients a lot of people write
  192. 6:41very random things here so make sure you
  193. 6:43write your actual name after that add a
  194. 6:46profile picture in which your face is
  195. 6:47clearly visible after that description
  196. 6:50I'll tell you how to write About Me
  197. 6:51section shortly so just add anything
  198. 6:54here for now and then select what
  199. 6:55languages you can speak then click on
  200. 6:57continue after this you need to select
  201. 6:59your occupation in which industry do you
  202. 7:02work there are these options digital
  203. 7:03marketing graphic design writing and
  204. 7:05translation business programming music
  205. 7:07and audio video and animation data
  206. 7:09photography lifestyle so for me it's
  207. 7:12video and animation for you select the
  208. 7:14one from these categories after that
  209. 7:16select how much experience you have
  210. 7:18after that select your subcategory so
  211. 7:21inside your industry what are the things
  212. 7:24you're doing so for me it's video as and
  213. 7:26commercial video editing music video
  214. 7:28slideshow visual Etc after that if
  215. 7:30there's any other secondary profession
  216. 7:32you can add that too so for me it was
  217. 7:34graphic design and I have selected
  218. 7:35subcategories for that again make sure
  219. 7:37you select all five subcategories this
  220. 7:39will help Fiverr understand what you are
  221. 7:42actually selling and it will recommend
  222. 7:43your profile to Ideal clients add as
  223. 7:45many skills as you can so for example
  224. 7:48you can add General skills for me it was
  225. 7:50video editing and after that you can add
  226. 7:52what softwares you use so I have added
  227. 7:54adob Photoshop adob Premier Pro adob
  228. 7:56After Effects and things like that
  229. 7:58similarly add education if you have any
  230. 8:01certification you can add that and here
  231. 8:03you can also add your personal website
  232. 8:04after this verify your email and your
  233. 8:07phone number and your account will be
  234. 8:09ready once you're done it will say your
  235. 8:11seller profile is all set now go ahead
  236. 8:13and create your first gig now to do that
  237. 8:16click on done and it will directly lead
  238. 8:18you to create your first gig now if you
  239. 8:20don't reach the gig page no need to
  240. 8:23worry you can go again on f.com and it
  241. 8:25will bring you to this page now to
  242. 8:27create a gig go to my business and click
  243. 8:30on gigs here you can see all the active
  244. 8:32gigs that you have and now to create a
  245. 8:34new gig you need to click this button
  246. 8:36create a new gig once you click on it
  247. 8:38you'll reach the same point now before
  248. 8:40we start creating a gig you need to know
  249. 8:43what you will sell which category
  250. 8:45subcategory your gig will be in and what
  251. 8:48keywords you will use so to do that go
  252. 8:50here and click on your profile and then
  253. 8:53click on switch to buying this is your
  254. 8:55buying page here you can see all the
  255. 8:58categories that fber offers so there is
  256. 9:00graphic design programming and Tech
  257. 9:02digital marketing video and animation
  258. 9:04writing music etc etc Now by h i mean
  259. 9:08now move your mouse over the category
  260. 9:11that you want to sell in so for me it's
  261. 9:13video and animation so I come here and
  262. 9:16here I can see all the subcategories you
  263. 9:18can go one more step and then open and
  264. 9:22then just click on it which will open a
  265. 9:25new tab and here you can see the most
  266. 9:27popular subcategories inside video and
  267. 9:29animation you can do the same for your
  268. 9:31industry now these are the categories
  269. 9:34which have high volume of orders as a
  270. 9:36new seller try to make your gig inside
  271. 9:38this category or another trick is to see
  272. 9:41which categories are new and then inside
  273. 9:43that you can create a gig now so for me
  274. 9:46I want to create a gig inside video ads
  275. 9:48and Commercial so I'll click on it now
  276. 9:51inside this these are the gigs which are
  277. 9:54ranking on the first page now what I
  278. 9:57want to do is while doing market
  279. 9:58research I'll open a gig now if they are
  280. 10:02ranking on the first page there's
  281. 10:03something good about them first thing
  282. 10:06second we will save the gigs which have
  283. 10:08high number of orders in Q which means
  284. 10:11that they're already ranking well and
  285. 10:13their conversion rate is also high so
  286. 10:15there might be something good that
  287. 10:17they're doing and we need to know what
  288. 10:19that is so now you need to click on this
  289. 10:21hard on the top right now what you need
  290. 10:23to do is you need to make a collection
  291. 10:25of these gigs inside the same category
  292. 10:27so what you need to do is you need to
  293. 10:29cck click on this and then create a list
  294. 10:31inside list I will write uh FIV tutorial
  295. 10:35and I will save this gig inside that now
  296. 10:38this is very important go back and here
  297. 10:41go through all the gigs and see and look
  298. 10:44at the ones which have high number of
  299. 10:46orders in Q so this one also has 11
  300. 10:48orders so I'll save it now go through a
  301. 10:51lot of gigs here now inside the same
  302. 10:53subcategory go through a lot of gigs see
  303. 10:56what you like see what gigs you click on
  304. 10:58after that add them to your list based
  305. 11:00on how many active orders they have
  306. 11:02usually 5 to 10 active orders is a good
  307. 11:04signal that profile is performing well
  308. 11:06what you can also do is you can filter
  309. 11:08by best selling or you can filter by
  310. 11:12seller levels which is top rated seller
  311. 11:14which is the best one now do this and
  312. 11:16make sure you save at least four or five
  313. 11:18of these now once you done come back to
  314. 11:20Fiverr and then go to your buyer account
  315. 11:23again and then click on this heart which
  316. 11:25is lists here you can see all the gigs
  317. 11:28that you have liked and now these are
  318. 11:30the best performing gigs under the
  319. 11:32category and subcategory that I selected
  320. 11:34so we'll use this to create my gig now
  321. 11:36inside these gigs you need to notice
  322. 11:39what their title is what their thumbnail
  323. 11:41and gig video is like so make sure in
  324. 11:43your subcategory you go and see all this
  325. 11:46after that see their description and
  326. 11:48lastly see what keywords they have used
  327. 11:51all this is very important make sure you
  328. 11:53do this for all five gigs create a
  329. 11:55document and add that there once you're
  330. 11:57done with all this then we can start
  331. 11:59creating your gig so again go to create
  332. 12:01new gigs and here we need to write the
  333. 12:04title so I want to take inspiration from
  334. 12:06these sellers but also stick to what I
  335. 12:08have been doing so I usually like to use
  336. 12:10one keyword I will professionally edit
  337. 12:14your video add or brand video so in this
  338. 12:19gig title I have used three keywords I
  339. 12:21have used professionally I have used
  340. 12:23video ad and I have used brand video now
  341. 12:26this is very important make sure you get
  342. 12:27it right you need to select to
  343. 12:29subcategory for me which is video and
  344. 12:31animation my subcategory I can also add
  345. 12:34it under video editing and I can also
  346. 12:36add it under video ads and Commercial
  347. 12:38now selecting your subcategory is very
  348. 12:40important make sure you do it right
  349. 12:42because depending on what subcategory
  350. 12:44you select that will decide where your
  351. 12:47gig is ranking or on which areas of
  352. 12:50Fiverr your gig ranks now you can go
  353. 12:53again to the competitor's profile and
  354. 12:55then you can see what category and
  355. 12:56subcategory it's ranking so for this guy
  356. 12:59it's ranking under video ads and
  357. 13:01Commercial same for this guy too and I
  358. 13:03already have multiple gigs under video
  359. 13:05editing so I'll add this one under video
  360. 13:08ads and commercial for more visibility
  361. 13:10similarly make sure you do some research
  362. 13:13see what subcategory your competitors
  363. 13:15have selected and only after that select
  364. 13:17yours now there is something called gig
  365. 13:19metadata this will be different for all
  366. 13:21Industries and subcategories so make
  367. 13:23sure you select it right so for me I'll
  368. 13:25select the platforms which work for me
  369. 13:27so I make videos for in Instagram
  370. 13:29YouTube oh I can only select one so I'll
  371. 13:32select here now inside gig metadata this
  372. 13:35is additional information for fivr to
  373. 13:37understand what you're selling so to
  374. 13:39write the platform of my expertise I'll
  375. 13:40select Facebook because usually people
  376. 13:43use brand videos and ads and run them on
  377. 13:46Facebook after that video type I do live
  378. 13:49action videos and video orientation and
  379. 13:52is fine now here comes the important
  380. 13:54part positive keywords these are the
  381. 13:56words which people will search and you
  382. 13:58want your gig to appear so if I was
  383. 14:01going on Fiverr and I was trying to look
  384. 14:03for the same service this is what I
  385. 14:05would search first is video ads second
  386. 14:08is video editor video editor after that
  387. 14:13you can again go back browse your
  388. 14:14competition and see what they have used
  389. 14:17because they are already appearing on
  390. 14:18the first page YouTube video ads
  391. 14:21commercial video ads is a good keyword
  392. 14:23so I'll add that so these are good for
  393. 14:25now but keywords are something you can
  394. 14:27keep changing based on how many
  395. 14:29Impressions or clicks you're getting so
  396. 14:30if you think these are not working you
  397. 14:32can always come back and change it after
  398. 14:33that there is something called negative
  399. 14:35keywords now these are the words you
  400. 14:36want your gig to not appear for so for
  401. 14:39example there is usually some confusion
  402. 14:41based on if the client wants to hire
  403. 14:43someone to run Facebook ads instead of
  404. 14:45editing them then you can add those
  405. 14:47keywords here but I usually don't use
  406. 14:49them so once you're done you can click
  407. 14:50on Save and continue now here comes
  408. 14:53scope and pricing you can name your
  409. 14:56packages and then add details so I
  410. 14:58usually stick to the same so it's basic
  411. 15:01standard and premium if you're confused
  412. 15:04about all this here you can again go to
  413. 15:06your competitors profile and see what he
  414. 15:08has done so in basic I will do very
  415. 15:11similar to this 30 seconds video ad this
  416. 15:14is good we can copy this and then you
  417. 15:16can paste it here but to not make it
  418. 15:18exactly similar I'll do some changes 30
  419. 15:21seconds video add stock footage licensed
  420. 15:25soundtrack and voice over now the usual
  421. 15:28delivery time is 3 4 days for me but you
  422. 15:32can have faster delivery if you're a new
  423. 15:34seller I would suggest you do 1 to 2
  424. 15:35days delivery Max after that I'll do
  425. 15:38video editing and I'll also provide a
  426. 15:40script if needed revisions I provide
  427. 15:42three revisions in basic package running
  428. 15:45time is 30 seconds video length
  429. 15:47variation uh I'll do one video
  430. 15:49orientation only one show product
  431. 15:51imagery voice over I'll provide uh price
  432. 15:54is $100 after that you can also add more
  433. 15:56details here but this is fine for now
  434. 15:58now similarly fill all the other
  435. 16:00packages so standard will be same I'll
  436. 16:04just add change the duration to 60
  437. 16:07seconds delivery time will be 6 days
  438. 16:10video editing script writing revisions
  439. 16:12will be more 60 seconds number of
  440. 16:15orientation I can provide two in this
  441. 16:17and the price will be $180 now third
  442. 16:20inside premium I'll provide 120 seconds
  443. 16:23delivery time will be around 7 days this
  444. 16:26can be 5 then I'll provide video Ting
  445. 16:28script ing revisions I'll provide 10 in
  446. 16:31this one or unlimited in premium package
  447. 16:33running time will be 120 seconds one I
  448. 16:36can provide two variations I can also
  449. 16:39add show product imagery and voice over
  450. 16:41what I did is I removed voice over from
  451. 16:43the basic package so that other packages
  452. 16:46stand out more because they're costlier
  453. 16:48too $250 and then after that the
  454. 16:51packages are done after that you can add
  455. 16:53additional extras so for example someone
  456. 16:56needs a 1 minute video inside basic
  457. 16:58package how much extra will I charge so
  458. 16:59I'll charge $15 for additional 30
  459. 17:03seconds similarly for standard package
  460. 17:05if someone needs longer I'll charge $100
  461. 17:08for 30 seconds similarly you can add
  462. 17:11more details now my pricing is based on
  463. 17:14that I already have 5 years of
  464. 17:16experience so if you're someone new I
  465. 17:17would suggest you keep the prices low
  466. 17:20this is not something I would provide
  467. 17:22now fast delivery is a really good hack
  468. 17:24so usually we charge $100 and do a four
  469. 17:27or five days delivery but if the client
  470. 17:29wants to do extra fast delivery then we
  471. 17:31almost charg $100 to do it in one two
  472. 17:35days I'll deliver in only 2 days for
  473. 17:37additional $100 and you will be
  474. 17:39surprised by how many people are ready
  475. 17:41to pay for a faster turnaround and I'll
  476. 17:44deliver in 5 days similarly you can add
  477. 17:46more gig extras you can also provide
  478. 17:48subscriptions but I don't think this is
  479. 17:51ideal if you're just starting out
  480. 17:52additional revisions you can add $25 and
  481. 17:57now once you're done you can click on
  482. 17:58continue now here you have to write
  483. 18:00description now if you're someone who is
  484. 18:02good at writing and knows how to write a
  485. 18:04persuasive and good pitch then you can
  486. 18:06go ahead and write it but if you're
  487. 18:08someone who doesn't know how to write
  488. 18:10I'll tell you exactly how to do it to do
  489. 18:12this you need to go to chat GPT so sign
  490. 18:15in on chat GPT and do this write this
  491. 18:17prompt help me write a Fiverr gig
  492. 18:23description make sure the description is
  493. 18:27filled with high volume keywords keep
  494. 18:31the tone professional here are some
  495. 18:33competitors profile description for
  496. 18:37reference reference one for so what you
  497. 18:39can do is you can again go to your
  498. 18:41competitor's profile and then you can
  499. 18:43copy paste it make sure you add it under
  500. 18:46double codes so chbt knows that this was
  501. 18:48just for reference then you can add
  502. 18:50reference to also to give chbt more
  503. 18:53context add the title here and what you
  504. 18:55will be selling so what our title was I
  505. 18:57will profession Al edit video ads and
  506. 19:02brand videos after this if there's any
  507. 19:04more detail that you would like to add
  508. 19:06you can add and then let chat GPT do the
  509. 19:08work now it did a really good job in the
  510. 19:11first go because I have already trained
  511. 19:13Chad GPT and it knows details about me
  512. 19:15about my experience about how long I
  513. 19:17have been working so make sure to get
  514. 19:19the best output you provided as much
  515. 19:21details about you as possible so I'll
  516. 19:24just copy paste it now make sure you
  517. 19:26space it right so that it does not look
  518. 19:28very con adjusted oh I'm exceeding the
  519. 19:30character limit so the character limit
  520. 19:32is 1,200 and mine is going above that so
  521. 19:35I'll just ask CH RoR limit is exceeding
  522. 19:41can you make it little short I actually
  523. 19:45like the first version more so I'll go
  524. 19:48ahead and remove some parts so this is
  525. 19:51fine for now make sure you highlight
  526. 19:53some parts that you want if you make
  527. 19:55everything bold then nothing stands out
  528. 19:57but because I just space from chat gbt
  529. 19:59it looks like this so what we can do is
  530. 20:01you can select everything and then and
  531. 20:04then click on Bold again and and then
  532. 20:06just highlight or make bold the parts
  533. 20:09which are important okay so are you
  534. 20:10looking for a professional a
  535. 20:12professional Editor to so professional
  536. 20:15video editor to create scroll stopping
  537. 20:17video ads this can be highlighted then
  538. 20:20this looks good you have come to the
  539. 20:22right place I specialize in this I have
  540. 20:265 years of experience this is important
  541. 20:29okay what you get can be highlighted why
  542. 20:32choose me can be highlighted and bold
  543. 20:34overall this is pretty good for now make
  544. 20:37sure you do the same after that you can
  545. 20:38add Milestone workflow but I usually
  546. 20:41prefer to work on single project prices
  547. 20:43after that you can add fqs so I already
  548. 20:45done this for other gigs I'll just copy
  549. 20:47paste so fq for so things like why
  550. 20:50should I choose you you can again use
  551. 20:52charb to write it if you're not good at
  552. 20:54it after that common queries is like how
  553. 20:56do we send you files what is included
  554. 20:59things like that you can add fq for all
  555. 21:00of this the more the better so make sure
  556. 21:03you add around five to six of these and
  557. 21:05then you can click on Save and continue
  558. 21:07after this requirement this page is
  559. 21:09basically what the buyer will see after
  560. 21:12placing an order so you can add a
  561. 21:14question here you can ask them about
  562. 21:16what the project is about I usually have
  563. 21:19three questions first I ask them to
  564. 21:21submit the media files and also instruct
  565. 21:24them about how they can submit it we
  566. 21:26already wrote a fq about it so I'll just
  567. 21:28copy paste that now you can get this in
  568. 21:30form of free text multiple choice or
  569. 21:32attachment I'll just write free text
  570. 21:34here and this is a very important
  571. 21:36requirement so if the buyer does not
  572. 21:38submit it the order won't start so I
  573. 21:40have checked required here after that I
  574. 21:42asked them to submit the music for the
  575. 21:44edit so this is a very specific question
  576. 21:46for video editing but depending on which
  577. 21:48industry you are you can customize the
  578. 21:50question and the last question that I
  579. 21:52ask is to specify all the requirements
  580. 21:54and submit all the details so that I can
  581. 21:56start working after that I click on Save
  582. 21:59and continue now this is very important
  583. 22:01part fivr says that if you have a gig
  584. 22:03video it can increase user engagement by
  585. 22:0540% so for example if we go under the
  586. 22:08subcategory in which I am making it this
  587. 22:10is what the thumbnail looks like so it's
  588. 22:12very random it can be a beautifully or
  589. 22:14cinematically short a video so the
  590. 22:16thumbnail can be a cinematic shot or a
  591. 22:19person speaking second thing to note is
  592. 22:21that because this category is under
  593. 22:23video editing so people have usually
  594. 22:25used the shil which is a compilation of
  595. 22:27their work but if you in a different
  596. 22:29category usually people just talk to the
  597. 22:31camera so that the clients can see what
  598. 22:32you're offering and how your
  599. 22:34communication skills are so because it's
  600. 22:36ads in commercial I'll go ahead and
  601. 22:38submit a show which I have already
  602. 22:40created once you upload it it will be
  603. 22:42under review by the Fiverr team and
  604. 22:43they'll check if the video is okay to
  605. 22:45publish after that you need to add up to
  606. 22:47three gig images so I already have a gig
  607. 22:50thumbnail and branding that's there in
  608. 22:52all the gigs so I have created one
  609. 22:54similar for this which says video ads
  610. 22:56and video editing and after that you can
  611. 22:58also add a document so if you're are not
  612. 23:00a video editor and if you don't have a
  613. 23:01portfolio and you want to submit a PDF
  614. 23:04which tells more about the service that
  615. 23:05you're offering you can upload here but
  616. 23:07it's not compulsory and after that you
  617. 23:09need to declare that whatever materials
  618. 23:12has been used is something that you own
  619. 23:15and if Fiverr finds out that you don't
  620. 23:17own the content or you have copy pasted
  621. 23:19content from somewhere else then your
  622. 23:21account can be blocked and after that
  623. 23:23you can click on Save and continue and
  624. 23:25then your gig will be ready to publish
  625. 23:27now if you want to see what the gig
  626. 23:28looks like right now you can click on
  627. 23:30Save and preview so this is what it
  628. 23:31looks like I will professionally edit
  629. 23:33your video ads of brand these are the
  630. 23:35packages looks really good About Me
  631. 23:38section I'll improve a little more apart
  632. 23:40from that remember I told you to write
  633. 23:42your About Me section again make sure
  634. 23:44you follow the same steps ask chat GPT
  635. 23:47to write it for you and ask it to talk
  636. 23:49in number and represent yourself in the
  637. 23:51best light so overall it looks pretty
  638. 23:53good already I'll make some minor
  639. 23:55changes so for example when the video is
  640. 23:57approved the the video will start
  641. 23:59showing here and the thumbnail will be
  642. 24:01taken from the video so make sure after
  643. 24:03the video is approved you go and change
  644. 24:06the thumbnail because that is what will
  645. 24:08show on the search page so now once you
  646. 24:10are done your gig will start appearing
  647. 24:12here you can click on it and then you
  648. 24:15can see for the gig status is active for
  649. 24:17me but the video is still processing it
  650. 24:19will take 24 to 48 hours after that here
  651. 24:22you can see more details such as how
  652. 24:24many Impressions it has how many clicks
  653. 24:26your gig has how many orders how many
  654. 24:27cancellations Etc after that you have
  655. 24:29two more options to limit orders in Q so
  656. 24:32let's say if you get too many options or
  657. 24:33you get two booked you can always limit
  658. 24:35orders here and then the gig will stop
  659. 24:38appearing in fivr search second option
  660. 24:41is to have Watermark so till that
  661. 24:43delivery is approved by buyer there will
  662. 24:45be a water mark shown on your work and
  663. 24:47then you can also see gig performance
  664. 24:49here you can see Impressions click
  665. 24:50through rate order conversion rate this
  666. 24:52is how it will look and then you can
  667. 24:54track your performance now I'll walk you
  668. 24:56through other features of fivr so if you
  669. 24:58come to the homepage here you can see
  670. 25:00your profile so inside your profile is
  671. 25:02About Me section your featured clients
  672. 25:04your portfolio intro video and things
  673. 25:07like that I have additional features
  674. 25:08because I have the top rated seller
  675. 25:10batch we'll talk about seller levels
  676. 25:12later in this video after that you can
  677. 25:14see your level overview so if you click
  678. 25:16on it you can also see your progress
  679. 25:17we'll talk about all this in details in
  680. 25:20some time then on the right side you can
  681. 25:22see the number of active orders that you
  682. 25:24have and then you can see the orders
  683. 25:26which are in progress which are in in
  684. 25:28revision which are delivered completed
  685. 25:30and cancelled now you can also set your
  686. 25:33availability if you're going on a
  687. 25:34holiday or things like that you can add
  688. 25:36the details here and your gigs will stop
  689. 25:38appearing on Fiverr search after that
  690. 25:41there is Inbox and on the top right
  691. 25:43there is notification so these are very
  692. 25:45important on inbox you'll get all the
  693. 25:48new messages from clients and on the top
  694. 25:50right under notifications you'll see all
  695. 25:52the details about the orders which are
  696. 25:55active so all the revision request
  697. 25:57delivery time and if client orders and
  698. 26:00there is additional messaging box inside
  699. 26:03each order so I'll tell you the entire
  700. 26:05process of what it looks like to work on
  701. 26:07Fiverr so for example this is a client
  702. 26:09who texted me and told me that he wants
  703. 26:12a 45 seconds video so after asking him
  704. 26:15more details we agreed that I can do
  705. 26:17this project for $100 and after getting
  706. 26:20all the details I created an offer for
  707. 26:22him I told the client that I can do it
  708. 26:24for $120 and 3 4 days delivery now
  709. 26:28either he can go and purchase the
  710. 26:30packages from the gig that we created or
  711. 26:32I can create a custom offer for him in
  712. 26:34the chat so to do that you need to click
  713. 26:36on create an offer and you after that
  714. 26:38you can select the gig that you want so
  715. 26:41let's say I'll do this one after that
  716. 26:42you can select if you want to do single
  717. 26:44payment hourly Milestone or subscription
  718. 26:46so we'll do single payment and you can
  719. 26:49add details here please accept this
  720. 26:52offer to proceed after that you can add
  721. 26:55revisions delivery time and price so so
  722. 26:58$120 4 days delivery and five revisions
  723. 27:02and after that you can add more details
  724. 27:04and you can send it once you send it it
  725. 27:06will look like this the client can
  726. 27:09accept it or reject it once the client
  727. 27:11accept it the order will start showing
  728. 27:13on the right side here and it will also
  729. 27:15show on the dashboard as active now you
  730. 27:17can click on the right side and this is
  731. 27:20the order page to reach here you can
  732. 27:22also click on view here and it will open
  733. 27:25the order so once you click on it this
  734. 27:27is how it will look here you can see
  735. 27:29activity details requirements and stock
  736. 27:31media so inside details you can see
  737. 27:33which package or how much price and
  738. 27:36delivery time you have after that there
  739. 27:38is requirements the same three questions
  740. 27:40that we asked the client he submitted
  741. 27:42here after that you can go inside
  742. 27:43activity and you have a chat box here so
  743. 27:46I texted the client after getting the
  744. 27:47order that I have received everything
  745. 27:49and have started working once the order
  746. 27:51is done I send him the delivery the
  747. 27:53client requested minor revisions and
  748. 27:55once all this was done all this
  749. 27:56conversation happens inside the order
  750. 27:58page once all this was done and client
  751. 28:00was happy he left a review and I left a
  752. 28:03review too and the order was closed now
  753. 28:05to really grow on Fiverr you need to
  754. 28:07understand Fiverr levels Fiverr has a
  755. 28:09system for Freelancers designed to
  756. 28:11reward High performing Freelancers with
  757. 28:13better features more visibility and
  758. 28:15increased earning potential as you
  759. 28:17progress through the levels you get more
  760. 28:19features so that you can scale your
  761. 28:21business now there are four levels on
  762. 28:23Fiverr when you join the platform you
  763. 28:25are a new seller now to go from New
  764. 28:27seller to to level one seller you have
  765. 28:29to complete five orders get three unique
  766. 28:31clients get earnings more than $400
  767. 28:34maintain a five plus success score 80%
  768. 28:37response rate and 4.4 plus rating I'll
  769. 28:40explain what these metrics are just in a
  770. 28:42minute after that very similar for level
  771. 28:44two you have to complete 20 orders 10
  772. 28:45unique clients 2,000 plus earnings 7
  773. 28:48plus success score 90% response rate and
  774. 28:504.6 plus rating with each level you'll
  775. 28:52get additional feature for example when
  776. 28:54you go from New seller to level one
  777. 28:56seller you'll get level one badge
  778. 28:58promoted gigs option and subscriptions
  779. 29:00option when you go from level one to
  780. 29:01level two you'll unlock features such as
  781. 29:03paid consultation top clients seller
  782. 29:06Plus premium option to buy seller Plus
  783. 29:08premium Etc now to go from level two to
  784. 29:10top rated seller the process is slightly
  785. 29:13different so once you meet all these
  786. 29:15requirements which is completed 40 plus
  787. 29:17orders 20 plus unique clients $10,000
  788. 29:20plus earning 9 plus success score 90%
  789. 29:23response rate and 4.7 plus rating after
  790. 29:26this Fiverr will do a manual evaluation
  791. 29:28where someone from their team will
  792. 29:30review your account see your past
  793. 29:32communication with the client see your
  794. 29:33order history to see if you are eligible
  795. 29:37for top rated seller or not and if they
  796. 29:39think you are someone who deserves it
  797. 29:41only then you'll get top rated seller
  798. 29:43badge and once you get it these are the
  799. 29:45benefits you'll get early payout so
  800. 29:47usually let's say if you complete a
  801. 29:48order it will take 14 days for the
  802. 29:51amount to clear but if you have a top
  803. 29:53rated seller badge it will just clear in
  804. 29:567 days and then after that you can
  805. 29:57withdraw top rated sellers also get
  806. 29:59priority customer support now let's
  807. 30:01understand what these metrics are first
  808. 30:03is obviously rating rating reflects the
  809. 30:05average of ratings provided by clients
  810. 30:07you have worked with over the past 2
  811. 30:09years second response rate it reflects
  812. 30:11how often you reply to a new message
  813. 30:13within 24 hours over the last 90 days
  814. 30:16after that orders that is the total
  815. 30:18number of orders you have completed then
  816. 30:20there is unique Cent unique client is
  817. 30:22the number of different clients you have
  818. 30:24worked with so for example if a client
  819. 30:26works with you twice that's not unique
  820. 30:28client so each client counts once
  821. 30:30regardless of how many orders they have
  822. 30:31placed so just unique clients are
  823. 30:33counted here and then there is earning
  824. 30:35which is how much money you have made
  825. 30:37now there is something called a success
  826. 30:38score now the success score is
  827. 30:40calculated by these metrics first client
  828. 30:42satisfaction effective communication
  829. 30:44Conflict Free orders order cancellation
  830. 30:46delivery time and value for money all
  831. 30:48these determine your success for for
  832. 30:51each gig now let's say if you have five
  833. 30:53gigs the average of all five gigs will
  834. 30:55be your success score so according to
  835. 30:57Fiverr the success score matric
  836. 30:59evaluates each of your gig in key areas
  837. 31:01related to the order process and your
  838. 31:03relationship with the clients now the
  839. 31:04success score can directly impact your
  840. 31:06gig visibility so it's always preferred
  841. 31:08that you maintain High success score now
  842. 31:10since you know all of this this is how
  843. 31:12the level system works there are ongoing
  844. 31:14evaluations all time so when you have
  845. 31:17active gigs there are daily evaluations
  846. 31:19of all six metrics that I talked about
  847. 31:21which is Success score ratings response
  848. 31:23rate orders unique clients and earnings
  849. 31:25now now you can move up or down based on
  850. 31:28these metrics so once all six metrics
  851. 31:30qualify for the next level you will be
  852. 31:32eligible to move on to the next level
  853. 31:34and again this is just for new seller to
  854. 31:36level two sellers for top rated seller
  855. 31:38there will be a manual evaluation as I
  856. 31:40said earlier now as you can move up with
  857. 31:42good performance you can move down to
  858. 31:44with bad performance so if you're not
  859. 31:46maintaining all the metrics you can come
  860. 31:49down to you can be demoted to so if any
  861. 31:52of your top row metrics which is Success
  862. 31:54score ratings or response rate which you
  863. 31:56can see here so any any of these the
  864. 31:59first three if any of these go low any
  865. 32:01of these Falls below the required
  866. 32:03criteria for your current level you'll
  867. 32:05have a grace period to improve and
  868. 32:07maintain your current level you'll enter
  869. 32:09a 30-day grace period where you'll have
  870. 32:11time to improve it if you're not able to
  871. 32:13improve it you will be demoted another
  872. 32:15very big mistake that a lot of new
  873. 32:17Freelancers make is this they violate
  874. 32:19the fivers terms and service so I would
  875. 32:22highly suggest you read all the terms of
  876. 32:24service by Fiverr don't do foolish
  877. 32:26mistakes like contacting the client
  878. 32:28outside of fivr or trying to take the
  879. 32:30communication outside or payment outside
  880. 32:32if you do anything of that sort your
  881. 32:34account will be put on hold and it will
  882. 32:36be flagged by Fiverr so make sure you
  883. 32:38read fiverr's terms of service and
  884. 32:40fiverr's Community standards to avoid
  885. 32:42all this now you might ask why Fiverr
  886. 32:45levels matter so your level is not just
  887. 32:47a number it's a proof of your
  888. 32:48reliability professionalism and
  889. 32:50expertise when clients are browsing
  890. 32:52through different gigs they can see the
  891. 32:54seller level on the page two and from
  892. 32:56what I have noticed the high higher
  893. 32:58level you have the more clients you get
  894. 33:00but of course the levels are not
  895. 33:01permanent if your performance drops your
  896. 33:04level will too so on fivr is very
  897. 33:06important to keep delivering high
  898. 33:08quality work have good communication
  899. 33:10with client and overall give them a good
  900. 33:12experience now let's talk about F
  901. 33:14algorithm and now you might ask why is
  902. 33:16it important for me to understand this
  903. 33:18algorithm because there's a reason why
  904. 33:20some gigs appear on the first page and
  905. 33:22some don't there are hundreds and
  906. 33:24thousands of gigs under each category
  907. 33:26and the only way to rank on the first
  908. 33:28page is by understanding why fivr ranks
  909. 33:30some of the gigs above others now I
  910. 33:32would say majority of my earnings has
  911. 33:34happened because multiple of my gigs
  912. 33:36land on the first page every single day
  913. 33:38but how can you do it so first
  914. 33:40understand this that Fiverr keeps track
  915. 33:42of everything including how many
  916. 33:44Impressions you're getting how many
  917. 33:45clicks you're getting how much is your
  918. 33:47conversion rate how many clients are
  919. 33:49happy with your work how many are not
  920. 33:50and you can't trick the algorithm you
  921. 33:52have to work with it the first important
  922. 33:54thing that you need to understand is how
  923. 33:56keywords work on fivr Fiverr scans your
  924. 33:58gig description and gig title to
  925. 34:01understand what you are offering and to
  926. 34:03understand where to show your gig so if
  927. 34:04you use the right keywords and if you
  928. 34:06select the right category and
  929. 34:07subcategory then you'll get more
  930. 34:09Impressions so to increase the number of
  931. 34:11Impressions you can think of impressions
  932. 34:13as how many people view your gig now
  933. 34:15ideally we want as many impressions as
  934. 34:18possible so to do that first you need to
  935. 34:20use high search volume keywords look at
  936. 34:23the keywords used by people who are
  937. 34:25appearing on the first page and use a
  938. 34:27mix of those make sure you include
  939. 34:29similar keywords on your title and gig
  940. 34:31description too now second you need to
  941. 34:33create multiple gigs now to maximize
  942. 34:36your impressions you also need to create
  943. 34:38multiple gigs as a new sell on fiber you
  944. 34:40can create up to four gigs I would
  945. 34:42suggest you create two gigs with high
  946. 34:43volume keywords and two gigs in Niche
  947. 34:46category for example when I started I
  948. 34:48was offering one General category gig
  949. 34:50which is I'll do professional video
  950. 34:51editing and after that I was niching
  951. 34:53down so I created one gig for wedding
  952. 34:55videos another for travel vlogs
  953. 34:57similarly depending on how much traffic
  954. 34:59you can handle you can create multiple
  955. 35:01gigs so the formula for more Impressions
  956. 35:03is write keywords plus Niche specific
  957. 35:07gigs plus algorithm friendly
  958. 35:09optimization this will result in more
  959. 35:12Impressions and more visibility now the
  960. 35:14second term that you need to understand
  961. 35:15is Click through rate which is also
  962. 35:17known as CTR it's just a fancy term for
  963. 35:20how many people saw your gig and then
  964. 35:22clicked on it so if your gig is getting
  965. 35:24a lot of Impressions but it's not
  966. 35:25getting clicks then Fiverr will stop
  967. 35:28promoting it because it will think that
  968. 35:29people are not interested in your
  969. 35:31service now when clients are scrolling
  970. 35:32through FIV you just have few seconds to
  971. 35:35grab their attention and then convince
  972. 35:37them to click why should they click on
  973. 35:39your gig when there are hundreds of
  974. 35:41other similar gigs now to do that you
  975. 35:44need a really good thumbnail your
  976. 35:46thumbnail can be your gig image if you
  977. 35:47don't upload a video and if you upload a
  978. 35:50video you have to select a thumbnail
  979. 35:51from the video now different categories
  980. 35:53and subcategories have different styles
  981. 35:55of thumbnails on fivr so make sure you
  982. 35:58do market research and accordingly
  983. 36:00create a thumbnail which stands out in
  984. 36:02your category another thing you can do
  985. 36:04to increase your clicks is have a highly
  986. 36:06animated video so for example when
  987. 36:08clients are scrolling on Fiverr and if
  988. 36:09they hover over your gig the video will
  989. 36:11start playing and if you have high
  990. 36:13quality animation in the starting people
  991. 36:15will click on it to see more apart from
  992. 36:17this you can add the right keywords for
  993. 36:19higher clicks so for example think about
  994. 36:22what clients would search for if they're
  995. 36:24looking for your gig or what you would
  996. 36:26search for if you're looking for a
  997. 36:27similar gig use those keywords in the
  998. 36:29title apart from this you can also play
  999. 36:31with the pricing and delivery date so
  1000. 36:33the formula for high click-through rate
1001. 36:35is relevant keywords and title plus
1002. 36:38eye-catching thumbnail and gig video
1003. 36:40this will result in more clicks now the
1004. 36:42third thing you need to understand is
1005. 36:44conversion rate all right so now your
1006. 36:46gig is getting a lot of Impressions and
1007. 36:48people are also clicking on your gig but
1008. 36:50how do you convert them to CS so if
1009. 36:52people click on your profile but after
  1010. 36:54seeing everything they're not convinced
1011. 36:56enough to click on the purchase button
1012. 36:58that is another signal for Fiverr to not
1013. 37:00promote your business because at the end
1014. 37:02of the day Fiverr wants to promote the
1015. 37:03gigs which have high conversion rate to
1016. 37:05now your offering is made up of your gig
1017. 37:07images portfolio pricing and gig
1018. 37:11description and reviews after seeing all
1019. 37:13these the client should be convinced to
1020. 37:15do business with you so the formula for
1021. 37:17high conversion rate is strong gig
1022. 37:19offers exceptional portfolio and good
1023. 37:22reviews this will result in more orders
1024. 37:24so here is how everything comes together
1025. 37:25use high volume keywords so fber knows
1026. 37:28when to show your gigs which results in
1027. 37:29more Impressions after that improve your
1028. 37:31thumbnail gig video and gig title to
1029. 37:33attract clicks which will result in
1030. 37:35higher CTR after that make your offer so
1031. 37:38compelling so buyers actually place an
1032. 37:40order which will result in higher
1033. 37:41conversion rate now once clients work
1034. 37:43with you you have to go above and beyond
1035. 37:45give them a really good experience so
1036. 37:48that they tell more people about it and
1037. 37:50also come back to you for more work this
1038. 37:52will get you more repeat bias and good
1039. 37:53reviews this is a really good signal for
1040. 37:55fivr to promote your services to more
1041. 37:57people which will result in higher
1042. 37:59ranking so if you just focus on these
1043. 38:00things your ranking will automatically
1044. 38:02improve now there are some other factors
1045. 38:04which determine your success on fivr
1046. 38:06first of all is the success score which
1047. 38:08we have already talked about second is
1048. 38:09rating reviews and completed orders what
  1049. 38:12kind of ratings and reviews you're
  1050. 38:13getting how many orders you're
1051. 38:14completing how many orders are getting
1052. 38:16canceled all this is also very important
1053. 38:18to determine your success on Fiverr
1054. 38:20initially the reviews you get are very
1055. 38:22important so make sure you do everything
1056. 38:24to make the buyer happy for at least
  1057. 38:26your starting 50 60 orders apart from
1058. 38:29public review there is also something
1059. 38:31called as private review so once your
1060. 38:33order is completed and both you and the
1061. 38:34client have left a public review the
1062. 38:36buyer gets an option to leave a private
1063. 38:38review this private review is very
1064. 38:40important because here the buyer can be
  1065. 38:42completely transparent and tell F what
1066. 38:44kind of experience he had so this is
1067. 38:46where start to end the entire buyer
1068. 38:48Journey their experience matters if you
1069. 38:51provide them really good service make
  1070. 38:53them feel good then they'll definitely
1071. 38:55leave a good private review with which
1072. 38:57will be very beneficial for you along
1073. 38:59with that it's not allowed to influence
1074. 39:00the ratings and reviews in any form if
1075. 39:03you do that your account will be
1076. 39:05suspended so make sure you don't do that
1077. 39:07last thing a lot of people on Fiverr are
  1078. 39:09not looking for cheap work they're
1079. 39:11looking for quality work and someone who
1080. 39:13can get it done fast so instead of
1081. 39:15providing things for cheap think about
1082. 39:17ways you can deliver quality work fast
1083. 39:19there is also an option to filter
1084. 39:21Services by fast delivery time so this
1085. 39:23can be a really good USB for you by now
1086. 39:25we have completed most of the things and
1087. 39:28if you're someone who has created Fiverr
  1088. 39:29profile watching this video and you're
1089. 39:31not sure if it's good or not watch this
  1090. 39:33video where I have reviewed a lot of
1091. 39:35freelance profile and you'll get an idea
1092. 39:37about whether your profile is good or
1093. 39:39not thanks a lot for watching if you
1094. 39:41found any value from this video make
1095. 39:42sure you like And subscribe and share
  1096. 39:44this video with a friend and I'll see
1097. 39:46you in the next video
