- 0:09doctor and the founder of laughter yoga
- 0:14everybody can laugh when times are good
- 0:16but how do you laugh when you go through
- 0:19the challenges like the one we have
- 0:21right now this is where laughter yoga
- 0:24can help you you can laugh
- 0:26even if you don't feel like laughing
- 0:28even if you're not happy stressed or
- 0:31because in love to yoga we are doing
- 0:34laughter as a form of exercise this is
- 0:37not a comedy are you ready to laugh with
- 0:39me but wait let me explain what is love
- 0:43to yoga and then we will laugh
- 0:45scientific studies have proven that even
- 0:49if you love for the sake of laughing
- 0:51even voluntary laughter will bring the
- 0:53same benefit as genuine laughter okay
- 0:57the first laughter exercise is warm-up
- 1:00exercise since it is very difficult to

- 1:51deep breath hold your breath while
- 1:54exhaling

- 2:22childlike tears and it goes very good
