  25. 0:46part of living a fulfilling life there a
  26. 0:48way we can romanticize our life add in
  27. 0:51that magic and break free from monotony
  28. 0:53like if you're every single day is wake
  29. 0:55up eat go to work come home eat watch TV
  30. 1:00go to bed if that is your life every
  31. 1:02single day it is time for a change you
  32. 1:04cannot keep living life that way but
  33. 1:06here's something important though a high
  34. 1:08Value Hobby isn't just about looking
  35. 1:11cool or impressing other people it's
  36. 1:13about finding something that truly
  37. 1:15brings you Joy a high value woman does
  38. 1:17not pck Hobbies based off of what she
  39. 1:19thinks is going to look cool on
  40. 1:20Instagram or what she thinks will look
  41. 1:21impressive when she goes on a date she
  42. 1:23honors her own interest she leans into
  43. 1:25what excites her and actually owns what
  44. 1:27she is passionate about and that is what
  45. 1:29makes her truly interesting that is what
  46. 1:32makes her magnetic she's interesting
  47. 1:33because she's passionate it doesn't
  48. 1:35really matter what the hobby is what
  49. 1:37attractive is you being lit up by life
  50. 1:40being lit up by something you love and
  51. 1:42living a life of purpose that energy and
  52. 1:44that Joy it's enticing it's captivating
  53. 1:47so by the end of this video you are
  54. 1:48going to pick a new hobby and you are
  55. 1:50going to start you may end up loving it
  56. 1:52you may end up hating it and quitting
  57. 1:54and moving on to something else that's
  58. 1:55totally fine but just pick one Hobby and
  59. 1:58start and my advice for this is to
  60. 2:00follow what you are intuitively drawn to
  61. 2:03don't think about what's just impressive
  62. 2:04to other people follow what you are
  63. 2:07naturally drawn to and let me know in
  64. 2:09the comments what you pick okay so not
  65. 2:11all hobbies are the same and I would
  66. 2:13like to classify Hobbies into four
  67. 2:15different buckets so there are creative
  68. 2:18Hobbies there are physical Hobbies there
  69. 2:20are intellectual hobbies and also I
  70. 2:23would say I think there are social
  71. 2:24Hobbies each of these buckets activate a
  72. 2:27different part of you your creativity
  73. 2:29your body your mind and your connections
  74. 2:32ideally I think everyone should aim to
  75. 2:34have a hobby in at least three of the
  76. 2:37four different buckets but of course
  77. 2:38it's totally up to you and again if
  78. 2:40you're starting from scratch don't get
  79. 2:41overwhelmed just pick one and start so
  80. 2:43now let's break down each bucket in all
  81. 2:45the different things that you could try
  82. 2:46so we'll start with creative Hobbies
  83. 2:48tapping into your creativity is such an
  84. 2:51amazing way to activate your feminine
  85. 2:53energy because your feminine energy is
  86. 2:56creation energy that literally is what
  87. 3:00it is right as women we have the power
  88. 3:02to create life and that feminine force
  89. 3:05that is Creative Energy so when we tap
  90. 3:08into creativity we tap into the feminine
  91. 3:10but within each category I think there
  92. 3:11are also like subcategories so for
  93. 3:14Creative Hobbies I would say the first
  94. 3:16subcategory is arts and crafts painting
  95. 3:19drawing Pottery or Ceramics jewelry
  96. 3:21making candle making scrapbooking
  97. 3:23calligraphy I think that's a really cool
  98. 3:25skill to learn knitting or crocheting I
  99. 3:28think that can be something that's very
  100. 3:30peaceful and something that you can do
  101. 3:31at the end of a really stressful day as
  102. 3:33well as just sewing in general
  103. 3:35potentially even making your own clothes
  104. 3:37the next subcategory would be anything
  105. 3:39relating to music so that would be of
  106. 3:41course singing but also playing any
  107. 3:43instrument playing the piano playing
  108. 3:45violin playing flute playing the guitar
  109. 3:48or also writing songs or writing music
  110. 3:51or even producing music on the computer
  111. 3:53next subcategory would be writing so
  112. 3:55this would include creative writing or
  113. 3:57poetry or blogging creating a Blog just
  114. 3:59just for fun just because you like to
  115. 4:01write or creating a newsletter just for
  116. 4:03fun just because it's a creative Outlet
  117. 4:05or even writing a memoir or writing a
  118. 4:07fantasy novel and then I would say
  119. 4:09there's another category called digital
  120. 4:11creativity so I think this would be
  121. 4:13photography videography graphic design
  122. 4:16and digital illustration I've seen a lot
  123. 4:18of beautiful artwork that have been done
  124. 4:20on those apps on likee an iPad and I
  125. 4:22would also say starting a YouTube
  126. 4:24channel Falls in this category yes this
  127. 4:26has now become my work and it's become
  128. 4:28monetized but it's been an amazing
  129. 4:29creative outlet for me over the years
  130. 4:31and then definitely another subcategory
  131. 4:33in the creative hobby space is culinary
  132. 4:35arts so that would include cooking and
  133. 4:37baking and maybe this would also include
  134. 4:40like food photography or something but
  135. 4:43especially cooking and baking and just
  136. 4:44being able to cook and know your way
  137. 4:46around a kitchen is just an incredible
  138. 4:48skill to have for life so the last
  139. 4:49subcategory in here would be what I
  140. 4:51consider decorative and aesthetic so
  141. 4:54flower arranging interior design fashion
  142. 4:57yes fashion can be a hobby that doesn't
  143. 4:59mean that you have to spend money and
  144. 5:01Shop all the time but fashion can still
  145. 5:03be a hobby and I would also consider DIY
  146. 5:05home decor projects so there's a lot to
  147. 5:07choose them in that category but just
  148. 5:09maybe something relating to art or music
  149. 5:11or writing or cooking or anything along
  150. 5:13these lines but follow your heart follow
  151. 5:15what you naturally feel the urge to
  152. 5:17create and what you naturally feel like
  153. 5:20you want to beautify and what you want
  154. 5:22to bring to life and next our physical
  155. 5:24Hobbies these are personally my favorite
  156. 5:26because they really get you out of your
  157. 5:27head and into your body which yes is
  158. 5:30very important for feminine energy but
  159. 5:32also I feel like this is just very
  160. 5:33important for me personally because I
  161. 5:35can have a very active mind so I have
  162. 5:36two different subcategories in this one
  163. 5:38so the first one is movement in sports
  164. 5:41so this could include anything like
  165. 5:43dancing dancing is incredible for
  166. 5:45tapping into your feminine energy it's
  167. 5:47one of my favorite forms of movement
  168. 5:50sometimes I'll go to an actual dance
  169. 5:51class and a lot of times I Just Dance
  170. 5:54here at home alone the cool thing about
  171. 5:55dancing is that there's so many
  172. 5:57different types of dancing right there
  173. 5:59there's hip-hop there's lyrical dance
  174. 6:02there's belly dancing and there's also
  175. 6:04ballet even if you're not going to
  176. 6:05actual ballet classes you can go to Bar
  177. 6:08types of workout classes and that can
  178. 6:09still kind of tap you into that energy
  179. 6:11but also tennis or golf really anything
  180. 6:14that you can wear a cute outfit to is a
  181. 6:16huge Plus in my opinion there's pickle
  182. 6:18ball Pilates ice skating you can be a
  183. 6:21cute little ice princess I actually did
  184. 6:23ice skating for a bit and I loved it the
  185. 6:25only reason why it didn't continue was
  186. 6:27because the ice skating rink was so far
  187. 6:30away from my house and it just was not
  188. 6:33worth the drive to me so I ended up
  189. 6:35stopping but if that was closer to me I
  190. 6:37would have kept doing it it just feels
  191. 6:39so magical but also running or even just
  192. 6:41like hitting the gym in general that can
  193. 6:43still be a hobby surfing paddle boarding
  194. 6:45kaying it's all incredible for your body
  195. 6:48skiing or snowboarding or even things
  196. 6:51like aerial Sports I haven't tried
  197. 6:53anything like that personally but it
  198. 6:54seems very fun and lastly I would say
  199. 6:56horseback related Sports which are very
  200. 6:59fun because you get to work with animals
  201. 7:01but I will say they are a bit more
  202. 7:03expensive but then the other subcategory
  203. 7:05I would say is Adventure and outdoor and
  204. 7:07I would also include horseback riding in
  205. 7:09this one but from a different
  206. 7:10perspective you can do horseback riding
  207. 7:12as a sport where you are like learning
  208. 7:14to jump over things and taking it more
  209. 7:16seriously but then you can also do
  210. 7:18horseback riding from a very calm
  211. 7:20leisurely perspective right you can just
  212. 7:23ride a horse slowly through nature and
  213. 7:26not really have to direct it as much I
  214. 7:28would say that that's less of of a sport
  215. 7:30and more of just like nice outdoor
  216. 7:32activity but then another wonderful
  217. 7:33outdoor hobby is gardening as well as
  218. 7:36hiking or even just walking you know
  219. 7:38just walking on nice asphalt paths it
  220. 7:41doesn't have to be through you know the
  221. 7:43mud and everything it could just be
  222. 7:44going on nice walks outside I do think
  223. 7:46that when you have like a good physical
  224. 7:48hobby that you really love and you
  225. 7:49really enjoy another plus to that is
  226. 7:52that it can also help you stay healthy
  227. 7:54and stay in shape now the third category
  228. 7:56of hobbies are intellectual Hobbies so
  229. 7:58great for stimulating the mind now I
  230. 8:01would consider there are three different
  231. 8:02subcategories in the intellectual hobby
  232. 8:05category so there is learning which
  233. 8:07would include learning of any sort
  234. 8:09learning a new language learning about
  235. 8:11art learning about philosophy learning
  236. 8:13about history or really just learning
  237. 8:15about anything that pequs your interest
  238. 8:17for me I love to learn about psychology
  239. 8:19and I love learning and understanding
  240. 8:21human behavior learn something that
  241. 8:23actually truly piques your interest
  242. 8:25don't just force yourself to learn about
  243. 8:27Philosophy for example even if you are
  244. 8:30absolutely not interested at all follow
  245. 8:32what you are naturally intuitively drawn
  246. 8:34to now the second subcategory would be
  247. 8:36reading so this would be reading any
  248. 8:38sort of non-fiction books but also
  249. 8:40reading fiction novels right this
  250. 8:42doesn't just have to be about you
  251. 8:43learning new things and like reading
  252. 8:45business books or self-development books
  253. 8:48or philosophy books this could just be
  254. 8:50you reading fiction fantasy novels
  255. 8:52because you love it and then the last of
  256. 8:54the intellectual Hobbies would be the
  257. 8:56problem solving subcategory and honestly
  258. 8:59I don't I know what else to put in this
  259. 9:00one except for chess I'm sure there are
  260. 9:02other hobbies that are quite similar but
  261. 9:04I do think that chess is a rather
  262. 9:06interesting hobby I think having an
  263. 9:07intellectual hobby like reading or just
  264. 9:09making sure that you are still learning
  265. 9:11things as an adult is really important
  266. 9:13because if we are not actively working
  267. 9:15our brain then sometimes we can start to
  268. 9:18like lose some good function in there
  269. 9:21and we can sometimes start to struggle
  270. 9:23in conversations and we're not as easy
  271. 9:25to talk to when we're a kid we're always
  272. 9:27learning new things right when we're in
  273. 9:29school we are always learning new things
  274. 9:30we're forced to but then when we become
  275. 9:33an adult all of that ends that learning
  276. 9:36has to be a choice on our part and you
  277. 9:38can easily tell the difference between
  278. 9:39people who keep learning as adults and
  279. 9:41people who don't so I feel like that
  280. 9:43covers most of it but I also believe
  281. 9:45that there is a fourth category of
  282. 9:47hobbies that I would call social Hobbies
  283. 9:49so basically hobbies that connect us
  284. 9:51with one another so I would say hosting
  285. 9:54is a good social hobby I would also say
  286. 9:57travel is an incredible social Hobby
  287. 9:59even though travel can be a little bit
  288. 10:01expensive sometimes and we probably
  289. 10:03cannot just be traveling all the time
  290. 10:05it's still a great hobby to have and it
  291. 10:07can make you a more well-rounded person
  292. 10:09in my opinion and lastly I would say
  293. 10:11volunteering of any kind volunteering at
  294. 10:13animal shelters or volunteering in your
  295. 10:15neighborhood this connects us with one
  296. 10:18another and it's just an incredible
  297. 10:19thing to do I think ideally it's great
  298. 10:21when you can combine a hobby that you
  299. 10:23really love with a social aspect so
  300. 10:26maybe you love to dance so that might
  301. 10:28mean that you go to some dance dance
  302. 10:29classes to do it with other people or
  303. 10:31maybe you love to read so you start a
  304. 10:34book club or you want to learn a new
  305. 10:35language so you go to an actual class an
  306. 10:38in-person class with other people or you
  307. 10:40like to play pickle ball so you do it
  308. 10:41with your friends every Sunday you know
  309. 10:43it's good to have good quality alone
  310. 10:44time but it's also so important to
  311. 10:46connect with other people and especially
  312. 10:49being a more feminine being we naturally
  313. 10:52crave connection and prioritize
  314. 10:54connection and relationships more than
  315. 10:55the masculine it's very important to us
  316. 10:57and very fulfilling to us so figuring
  317. 10:59out a way to turn your hobbies into more
  318. 11:01social activities is a great thing to
  319. 11:03think about and that is it let me know
  320. 11:05which hobby you're going to start this
  321. 11:06year or which Hobbies you already really
  322. 11:08currently enjoy and love to do for me I
  323. 11:11love reading I love walking just walking
  324. 11:14outside I love dancing I love writing
  325. 11:17and I got a lot better at flower
  326. 11:19arranging last year I used to be very
  327. 11:21bad at it but I got a lot better last
  328. 11:22year but this year I want to try tennis
  329. 11:24I don't know why I just really want to
  330. 11:26try tennis so I put it on my vision
  331. 11:27board and I'm going to give to go I
  332. 11:29think it's partly because the tennis
  333. 11:31outfits are just so cute now if you want
  334. 11:32to keep elevating your life and become
  335. 11:34that girl whatever that girl means to
  336. 11:36you then I highly recommend you check
  337. 11:38out this video seven simple
  338. 11:39life-changing habits to become that girl
  339. 11:41I really think you're going to get a lot
  340. 11:42of value from it so I will see you over
  341. 11:44there or I'll just see you next time in
  342. 11:46my next video thank you so much for
