17. 0:43and there was some action taken by the
18. 0:46FTC in 2011 and do you wrote a Facebook
19. 0:51post at the time on a public page on the
20. 0:55internet that it used to seem scary to
21. 0:57people but as long as they could make
22. 0:59their page private they felt safe
23. 1:02sharing with their friends online

53. 2:22stuff out there publicly so you can
54. 2:24communicate with your constituents there
55. 2:26are all these different groups of people
56. 2:27that someone might want to connect with
57. 2:29and those controls are very important in
58. 2:31practice for the operation of the
59. 2:33service not just to build trust although
60. 2:35I think that they providing people with
61. 2:37control also does that but actually in
62. 2:39order to make its that people can
63. 2:41fulfill their goals with the service
