- 0:00This is Bre Scal's $12 million empire
- 0:02that he's built in just 12 months. But
- 0:04it all started on September 22nd of
- 0:062024. 19-year-old Bergen Resnik, known
- 0:09online as Brez, was driving home from a
- 0:11car meet.
- 0:13[Music]
- 0:15Earlier that day, he had just picked up
- 0:17a frost white BMW M3 Competition.
- 0:22So,
- 0:24>> no.
- 0:25>> No.
- 0:27>> What'd you get? It's a BMW M3.
- 0:31>> But then something terrible happened.
- 0:34>> We got [ __ ] rear ended, bro. Leaving
- 0:35the car meat. The damage isn't too bad
- 0:37on the car, but [ __ ] bro. It's
- 0:39devastating. I mean, this dude's car is
- 0:41cooked. His shit's totally gas spilling
- 0:44everywhere. God damn. [ __ ] happens. [ __ ]
- 0:46happens for a reason, too.
- 0:48>> It's almost as if he knew that this
- 0:49single event would lead to him taking
- 0:51over the internet and building a
- 0:52business that makes a million dollars a
- 0:54month off of his brand. Now, I've spent
- 0:56over a 100 hours watching all of Brez's
- 0:58videos and dissecting his business and
- 1:00also watching all these strategy
- 1:02breakdowns, but nobody seems to actually
- 1:04understand the strategy that he's using
- 1:06to make this money. The reason I know
- 1:07what I'm talking about is because I've
- 1:09actually done this myself, building a
- 1:11$2.1 million a year brand empire before
- 1:13turning 18 years old. Chapter 1. Who is
- 1:16Bergen Resnik? Well, he was your average
- 1:18teenager from Wisconsin, not from the
- 1:20Fiji Islands here. and he comes from a
- 1:22middle-ass family, not the grandson to
- 1:25some billionaire. When the world shut
- 1:26down, he did what any reasonable kid
- 1:28would do and decided to try and go pro
- 1:30playing Fortnite. While he never reached
- 1:31the big leagues, this is where he was
- 1:33first exposed to making money online.
- 1:35Instead of making money from
- 1:36tournaments, he'd bet on himself in
- 1:38what's called a wager match against
- 1:39other players that he could beat them in
- 1:41a custom mode. Collecting these small
- 1:43wins anywhere from a dollar all the way
- 1:45up to $25, he made his first few
- 1:47thousand online. And it might have
- 1:49seemed to his friends and family that he
- 1:51was just cooped up in his room playing
- 1:52video games for 14 hours a day. But this
- 1:55is where his hunger to actually escape
- 1:56the Matrix grew. And again, the reason
- 1:58that I know this is because I played
- 2:00those exact same matches, making me my
- 2:02first few thousand as well. That same
- 2:04hunger I spoke about led to him quitting
- 2:06video games and trying other ways to
- 2:08make money online. He tried NFTTS and
- 2:10made a few thousand, but then soon lost
- 2:12it all. This is when he saw people like
- 2:13Jordan Welch and Nathan Nazareth making
- 2:15money online and decided to try drop
- 2:17shipping. He sold lighters, gym
- 2:19bracelets, and shy masks. Even if he
- 2:21made money, he was barely profiting
- 2:23anything because his supplier was
- 2:25overcharging. That same supplier
- 2:27eventually scammed him, and it led to
- 2:28him quitting entirely. However, this
- 2:30incident taught him Facebook ads, which
- 2:32is a skill that would go on to make him
- 2:34tens of millions. As you can see by his
- 2:36chrome hearts and other designer
- 2:38clothing, Brez has always had a passion
- 2:40for fashion. So, I'm going to go. We're
- 2:42going to drive to the store and I'm
- 2:44probably going to buy some chrome heart
- 2:45jeans. This is a random side quest. Like
- 2:47I said, I filmed an outro for this video
- 2:49earlier in the day and was going to end
- 2:50it there, but I figured why not pick up
- 2:52the camera and show you guys this
- 2:53because I've been wanting Chrome Heart
- 2:54jeans for the longest time, but haven't
- 2:56been able to find a pair. All right,
- 2:57back to the jeans. Oh my gosh, my first
- 2:59ever pair of chrome jeans, bro. First
- 3:01ever pair of chrome jeans. I'm going to
- 3:02have to might have to beat my [ __ ] in
- 3:05these. Anyways, uh he decided to start
- 3:07his own brand, which he would call
- 3:08Trader. People loved his design and
- 3:10because of his skill running ads, they
- 3:12were also converting into customers.
- 3:14Even though he was off to a hot start,
- 3:15he still needed a supplier to ship the
- 3:17clothing to his customers. So, he
- 3:19decided to get a job at a local golf
- 3:21course called Turtleback. But there was
- 3:23a massive issue. Even though he had all
- 3:25the clothes shipped out, as you can see
- 3:27in this image, this new supplier scammed
- 3:29him out of $60,000, which would lead to
- 3:32him going out of business. The external
- 3:34pressure to be traditionally successful
- 3:36finally got to him, and he enrolled into
- 3:38college, which he wasn't taking
- 3:39seriously at all. He realized that he
- 3:41didn't have the skill or the care to
- 3:43manage suppliers, product, and all the
- 3:45boring stuff involved with running an
- 3:46e-commerce business. Instead, he took
- 3:48the thing he was good at, which was
- 3:50running ads, and decided to offer it to
- 3:52the industry that he knew the best,
- 3:53which was the clothing industry, cuz he
- 3:55had just run a business there. When he
- 3:57reached out to his network of clothing
- 3:58brand owners and offered to run their
- 4:00ads and only take a percentage of what
- 4:02they profit, they said yes. And this
- 4:04business was his first successful
- 4:06endeavor and led to him profiting $10 to
- 4:08$15,000. and dropping out of college in
- 4:11just 2 months. Over the next year, him
- 4:13and his business partner, Mason Ashby,
- 4:15who is in a similar situation, went on
- 4:17to make $100,000 a month, taking a
- 4:19percentage of the clothing brands whose
- 4:21ads they were running. On February 25th
- 4:23of 2024, Brez moved across the country
- 4:26to Arizona to live in a penthouse with
- 4:29all of his boys. This is when he posted
- 4:30his first YouTube video showcasing his
- 4:33luxury lifestyle because he had decided
- 4:35that he was going to teach others how to
- 4:36make money the exact same way that he
- 4:38did. This is because he had seen the
- 4:40rise of all those drop shipping
- 4:41YouTubers he used to watch and guys like
- 4:43Andrew Tate and Iman Godzi and knew that
- 4:45selling information was the most
- 4:47profitable and most scalable business
- 4:49model to start in 2024 and going
- 4:51forward. Now, a lot of people go after
- 4:53guys like this and call them a scammer
- 4:55or a fake guru. However, I'd argue that
- 4:58selling products from China that people
- 4:59don't actually need isn't any better of
- 5:02a business model than helping people
- 5:04transform their lives the exact same way
- 5:05that you had with a particular skill.
- 5:07While still running his agency, which he
- 5:09has to this day, he decided to try and
- 5:11attract customers by making more
- 5:13information-based videos. But it saw
- 5:15nowhere near the success of when he just
- 5:17opened up his camera and transparently
- 5:19showed his authentic self. Instead of
- 5:21putting all this effort into a video, he
- 5:23just documented what he was doing on the
- 5:24day. Whether it was hanging out with his
- 5:26friends, making jokes, taking calls, or
- 5:28just driving around, and people loved
- 5:30him for it,
- 5:31>> bro. That's [ __ ]
- 5:33>> What the [ __ ] bro? Got hit by a bike,
- 5:36and then just excruciating pain and
- 5:38goes, that's
- 5:41yo, shout out to that dude if he's
- 5:42watching this, bro. Hopefully he's okay.
- 5:44That's [ __ ] bro. It might seem like
- 5:46he's just some chaotic kid crashing
- 5:48cars, making stupid Tik Toks, and
- 5:50hanging out with his friends. But this
- 5:52dude is profiting a million dollars a
- 5:54month, which is numbers higher than guys
- 5:56who have been in business for 10, 20, 30
- 5:59years, or maybe even their entire life.
- 6:01And you don't get there without being an
- 6:03advanced marketer. No matter how raw and
- 6:06real it may look, this is all calculated
- 6:08and by design. his carefully crafted
- 6:10image and way of presenting himself. His
- 6:12authentic brain rot lingo which
- 6:14resonates with his ideal customer. The
- 6:16conversion channel he pushes his
- 6:18cult-like audience to so that they can
- 6:19pay him money. All of his publicity
- 6:21stunts and his ability to take normal
- 6:23events and turn them into clip farms
- 6:25just like how streamers do. All powered
- 6:27by his army of commission editors that
- 6:29get him hundreds of millions of eyeballs
- 6:31per month. His funnel that's getting
- 6:32optimized every single day and his elite
- 6:34sales team that is constantly being
- 6:36trained. his new event strategy like
- 6:38Iman Godzier or Alex Hermosi making a
- 6:40$100 million in a single day all while
- 6:43avoiding controversy and having his
- 6:44audience be more cultlike than ever. In
- 6:46addition to that, an elite operating
- 6:48team and a 9 figureure mentor who's one
- 6:50of the biggest names in the space right
- 6:52now that he's never publicly mentioned.
- 6:54Quite frankly, 99.9% of people will
- 6:57never understand just how complex this
- 6:59empire is. But in the next few minutes,
- 7:01I'm going to share with you everything.
- 7:03His product is called the Elite
- 7:04Roundtable. And it's a group coaching
- 7:06program that has weekly calls with all
- 7:08of its members, access to a one-on-one
- 7:10coach, and in addition to that, course
- 7:12material, and likely Brez is no longer
- 7:14involved when it comes to actually
- 7:16working with people onetoone because
- 7:18he's onboarding so many customers.
- 7:19However, in the past, he did also charge
- 7:22for a onetoone access. And the overall
- 7:24price of the elite round table is in the
- 7:26neighborhood of $5,000, which their
- 7:29closing team allows people to split up
- 7:30to in either a one-time paid in full or
- 7:34a multiple halfsplit or three time split
- 7:36because it is over a set period of
- 7:38months that they actually join the
- 7:40program and work through it. The elite
- 7:41round table is what's called a direct to
- 7:43consumer offer or DTOC for short. And
- 7:46what this means is that he's teaching
- 7:47this freelance brand scaling model to
- 7:50people and his ideal customer that are
- 7:52complete beginners, which is really just
- 7:54who he's actually going after, young men
- 7:56who want to make money online. Kind of
- 7:58similar to Iman Godzi and SMA, but I'll
- 8:00cover that in a second. In direct
- 8:02correlation to how broad your product
- 8:04actually is and how many people it can
- 8:05help is the amount of logic that you
- 8:07actually have to use to sell it. So to
- 8:08give you an example, if you are selling
- 8:10a very very advanced solution to
- 8:12somebody, it is likely going to have to
- 8:14be heavily logic based. And a great
- 8:16example of this is Alex Hermoszi. He has
- 8:19what's called a B2B offer, which means
- 8:21that he's actually targeting other
- 8:23businesses that he actually wants to
- 8:24work with. And because of this, they are
- 8:26people that actually have to be a lot
- 8:28more qualified. And then as a result of
- 8:30that, when he's making his content, but
- 8:32also just trying to market his product
- 8:33in general, he is going to use logical
- 8:36terms of how you can justify your
- 8:37investment to buy it. For example, one
- 8:39of my favorite ways he does this is by
- 8:41saying that, hey, investing into this is
- 8:43a tax write off for your business
- 8:45anyways. So, you're going to be making
- 8:46the money back that you'd invest because
- 8:48you'd have to pay it to the IRS or
- 8:49whatever tax association that you
- 8:51actually have based on the country
- 8:53you're in. And that's a great example of
- 8:54a more niched down logical selling
- 8:56versus when you actually go all the way
- 8:58up to the top of it, there's almost no
- 9:00logic involved. And what this means that
- 9:02it completely relies on emotion. Now,
- 9:04you can look at guys like Andrew Tate
- 9:06and Iman who have mastered this by
- 9:08purely making their videos about
- 9:10emotion. And I'll cover that in a
- 9:11second. And we can take this one step
- 9:13further and look at the most broad
- 9:15products in the world. For example, a
- 9:17Red Bull or a Coca-Cola. because they
- 9:19can actually have everybody as their
- 9:21customer. They use emotions like
- 9:23excitement or adventure in Red Bull's
- 9:25case scenario or enjoyment and
- 9:27relaxation in Coca-Cola's scenario. And
- 9:29because of that, it drives the emotion
- 9:31to actually purchase because they're all
- 9:33the way up here and somebody doesn't
- 9:34need to be qualified in order to buy
- 9:36from them. Now, when it comes to where
- 9:37Brez is on this big scale, I'd say he's
- 9:40about 3/4 of the way up because his
- 9:42program is actually going to work for
- 9:44everybody. However, it does require an
- 9:46initial upfront investment. So, now that
- 9:48you know what he actually sells to make
- 9:49money and where his actual offer falls
- 9:52in the entire market, it's time to break
- 9:54down the content strategy that he uses
- 9:56to get all of this attention to actually
- 9:58sell people. He has three different
- 9:59strategies for doing this. First off, he
- 10:01has his Instagram profile and his
- 10:03personal TikTok where he just nurtures
- 10:05the attention he already has. He then
- 10:07has the clipping army which is meant to
- 10:09push him out to as many new eyeballs as
- 10:11possible. And then finally, he has his
- 10:13three different YouTube channels, which
- 10:15are the most important element of this
- 10:17entire empire. And without it, it would
- 10:19all fall down. Even when somebody's
- 10:21literally being held captive against
- 10:22their will, as time goes on, they begin
- 10:25to actually be in the presence of the
- 10:26person they are with more, they begin to
- 10:28like them. And because of that, we can
- 10:30take away the equation that the amount
- 10:32of time that somebody spends with you is
- 10:34generally connected to the amount of
- 10:35likability that they have with you. And
- 10:37that likability actually goes into the
- 10:39trust they have for you. And trust is
- 10:41that core asset that Brez is after in
- 10:43order to emotionally charge his viewers
- 10:45and then have them purchase his elite
- 10:47roundt offer. He has three channels. The
- 10:49first one is Bre Scales where he posts
- 10:51the long- form videos that we've all
- 10:52come to love him for. The second one is
- 10:55going to be Rorowass Brez, which is his
- 10:57conversion channel where he specifically
- 10:59talks about freelance brand scaling and
- 11:01how he's actually made his money. And
- 11:02the third channel is Brez's POV, which
- 11:04is actually an abandoned channel that he
- 11:06was going to use to actually document
- 11:08him just driving around and talking.
- 11:10Around a year ago from today, Brez
- 11:12actually went to New York and visited
- 11:13the [ __ ] headquarters in Brooklyn. And if
- 11:16you didn't know, [ __ ] is the clipping
- 11:17central of the entire internet range. To
- 11:20explain why this happens, we have to
- 11:21look at the streaming world where we
- 11:23have people constantly documenting their
- 11:24lives. And in order to actually create
- 11:27content, they can't go out of their way
- 11:29to sit down and record. So, what they do
- 11:31is they clip up moments from their
- 11:33stream and then have that distributed as
- 11:35their way of going viral and marketing
- 11:37themselves. Now, a few years ago when
- 11:38this first became popular, Tik Tok had a
- 11:41beta program which was paying out
- 11:43thousands and thousands of dollars to
- 11:45anybody that could get views on the
- 11:46platform. And because of this, so many
- 11:49viewers were actually going onto these
- 11:50streamers channels, editing up clips,
- 11:52posting it, and making thousands of
- 11:54dollars. Now, the first entrepreneur to
- 11:56successfully pull this off to sell their
- 11:58info product was actually Andrew Tate,
- 12:00where he had people that joined Hustlers
- 12:02University get paid to actually clip
- 12:04things up. And Watt pretty much does the
- 12:06exact same thing. And then going back to
- 12:08the first strategy that he uses, Brez
- 12:10has an Instagram where he just posts
- 12:12aesthetic photos of himself and his
- 12:14lifestyle, but in addition to that, he
- 12:16also posts reals which are done in a
- 12:18very raw style, almost as if you were on
- 12:20FaceTime with him. and they're pretty
- 12:22much always jokes and not really
- 12:24serious.
- 12:24>> The worst type of people in this world
- 12:27are the ones who sit there and spam
- 12:29megaite. And yes, I'm one of those
- 12:32people myself. And yes, I spent hundreds
- 12:35of dollars on the game recently to max
- 12:37out my Mega Knight and the rest of my
- 12:39homemade deck from 2017. Mega.
- 12:44And what this does is it means that when
- 12:46someone finds out about him from the
- 12:48clipping army and the entire empire that
- 12:50he's running there, they can then go to
- 12:51his main page where they see and
- 12:53actually get to like him, then from that
- 12:55page on his Instagram where he has this
- 12:57owned attention, he will put up stories
- 12:59and direct people to his main YouTube
- 13:01channel where again they begin to
- 13:03actually spend time with him. And going
- 13:05back to the Stockholm syndrome that we
- 13:07actually spoke about before, in direct
- 13:08correlation to the amount of time that
- 13:10somebody spends with us is the amount of
- 13:11likability than trust, which means that
- 13:13when they finally get to the YouTube
- 13:15long form, begin watching for hours and
- 13:17hours and hours. They want to know how
- 13:19this guy is actually doing this. But
- 13:21none of this works because of the
- 13:22strategy alone, lots of people do that,
- 13:24but still don't get results. What
- 13:26actually drives the needle for Brez is
- 13:28his character and overall marketing
- 13:30principle. Given that he is selling with
- 13:31emotion, Brez pulls off a master class
- 13:34of what's called relatability contrast.
- 13:36On one hand, he is exactly like you.
- 13:38He's a normal kid that's interested in
- 13:40designer clothing, loves cars. He
- 13:43listens to rappers like Playboy Cardi,
- 13:45Ken Carson, and so many other people. He
- 13:47brain rots and scrolls on the algorithm,
- 13:49so he always knows what the next jokes
- 13:51are. But on the other end of that, you
- 13:53look at him and you aspire to his
- 13:55lifestyle. You go, "Oh, how does he have
- 13:57a Lamborghini and a Porsche? And how did
- 13:59he buy a Lamborghini Urus at 19? Why is
- 14:01he hanging out with guys like TJR who at
- 14:03the time of this video just bought a $3
- 14:05million coining set? In addition to
- 14:07that, why is he buying fake Wang Chang G
- 14:10Wagons just for fun to crash with his
- 14:11friends? Why is he chartering private
- 14:13jets with all of his boys? And how can
- 14:15he crash these cars so easily and laugh
- 14:17it off? When Brez's clipping army first
- 14:19started pumping out videos and going
- 14:21viral, he began to get comments saying
- 14:23that he might be the grandson of the
- 14:25founder of Fiji, who is a billionaire.
- 14:27And this is just the average Daddy's
- 14:29Money's comment, something that the
- 14:31average creator would just completely
- 14:32ignore and maybe even get offended by.
- 14:34But Bre didn't do that. Coming from his
- 14:36background of gaming and understanding
- 14:38the streaming world, he took this
- 14:40completely normal moment that most
- 14:42people would just toss away, and he
- 14:43turned it into something called clip
- 14:45farming, which is a strategy that the
- 14:47most viral streamers in the world like
- 14:49Kai Senat, Stable Ronaldo, Lacy, and so
- 14:52many other guys use. He played into the
- 14:54joke and made it a h 100red times more
- 14:55viral. Just check out this clip.
- 14:56>> All right, guys. I'm with the owner of
- 14:58Fiji Water right now. And you guys
- 15:01didn't believe me when I said that there
- 15:02was Shopify notifications popping up
- 15:04through my phone once I checked out. So,
- 15:05we're at the gas station right now.
- 15:07Watch. I'm going to check out. There's
- 15:09going to be a [ __ ] ding. Got my eye
- 15:10on you, dude. Got my eye on you.
- 15:17[Music]
- 15:29Now, let's move on to the most genius
- 15:31part of his strategy that everybody
- 15:32tries to copy, but nobody seems to be
- 15:35able to replicate it. Even if they have
- 15:37his lifestyle, and even if they have all
- 15:39the money in the world to pay people. To
- 15:40put this into perspective, imagine you
- 15:42were a basketball player and you had the
- 15:44ability to speak to Michael Jordan. It
- 15:46wouldn't matter whether he was in the
- 15:47pool, whether he just got out of bed,
- 15:48whether he was golfing, or whatever he
- 15:51was doing at all, cuz he's already so
- 15:53much of the person that you want to be
- 15:54that as a result, anything you can do to
- 15:57get into close proximity with him is
- 15:59going to be in your best interest. After
- 16:01that point, while his attention machine
- 16:02is running to get him these hundreds of
- 16:04millions of eyeballs per month and then
- 16:05nurture them through his main YouTube
- 16:07channel within the videos on his main
- 16:09YouTube channel, as he's building that
- 16:11parasocial connection with people, he
- 16:13says, "Hey, if you want to learn how I
- 16:15make money and how I live this
- 16:16lifestyle, which again plays into the
- 16:18relatability contrast, you can go to my
- 16:20second channel, Rorowass Brez, where I
- 16:22explain exactly what freelance brand
- 16:24scaling is and exactly how I do it. Soon
- 16:26as you're going through the video, an
- 16:27appointment setter from his team is
- 16:29going to reach out to you over the phone
- 16:31and then you're also going to get emails
- 16:32from him all with the goal of actually
- 16:34getting you onto a call given you are
- 16:36financially qualified and then if you're
- 16:37the right fit for it, moving you over to
- 16:39the elite round table, the product that
- 16:41he is selling. And the reason why this
- 16:43is so effective is because he's not
- 16:45trying to say, "Hey, you got to pay me
- 16:47this much upfront to make this work." He
- 16:49is relying on the curiosity that is
- 16:50built and from that point on the high
- 16:52emotion that is actually here. He's
- 16:54going to use his setter, his sales
- 16:56process in his miniourse after they've
- 16:58already seen all the lifestyle marketing
- 17:00and all the fancy stuff to move them
- 17:02down the funnel into understanding the
- 17:03logic of where their money is going and
- 17:05eventually instead of just paying with
- 17:06their attention all the way up here
- 17:08paying with their dollars and joining
- 17:10his program. Now, while doing my
- 17:11research to prepare this, Brez actually
- 17:13launched his second ever live event
- 17:15which headlines reads, "Steal my 3.4 4
- 17:18million skill set that took me from a
- 17:20chronic doomcroller to a
- 17:21multi-millionaire by the age of 20. The
- 17:23goal with this page is to get your
- 17:25information so that he can then send you
- 17:27to what's called a type form, which will
- 17:29pretty much make you answer some basic
- 17:30questions about yourself, your
- 17:32education, what business model you've
- 17:33tried in the past. And based on your
- 17:35answers, if you have a really high
- 17:37amount to invest, and you have good
- 17:39experience, you're going to be ranked on
- 17:40a criteria of A through D based on the
- 17:43quality of leads you are. And the top
- 17:45leads A and B are all going to be
- 17:47reached out to by the appointment
- 17:48setters that Brez actually has on his
- 17:49team, similar to the way that he runs
- 17:51the opt-in funnel. However, it's all
- 17:53going to be based around the live event.
- 17:55And the setters reaching out are going
- 17:56to act as a concierge and help service
- 17:59instead of just somebody that's a
- 18:00representative of his team and trying to
- 18:02actually make you start freelance brand
- 18:04scaling immediately so that he can
- 18:05leverage the live event to actually do
- 18:07majority of the selling. And the reason
- 18:09why the strategy is so so effective is
- 18:11because it allows him to avoid
- 18:13controversy. You see, the biggest
- 18:14influencers in the world, if they
- 18:16constantly try and sell and push their
- 18:18products, they're going to get a crazy
- 18:20amount of hate and destroy what's called
- 18:21their give to ask ratio. They have to
- 18:24give 10 times the amount they ask for,
- 18:26cuz if not, the backlash they're going
- 18:27to get is going to destroy their
- 18:29reputation. So, as a result of this,
- 18:31instead, what they do is they host these
- 18:33one-time live events once every few
- 18:35months and pour all the money that they
- 18:37usually spend on advertising and team
- 18:39calls for the entire year all into the
- 18:41span of these few months. So, they can
- 18:43make a revenue generating event and make
- 18:45a crazy amount of money in a short
- 18:47period of time. And a great example of
- 18:49this is a few days actually before I
- 18:50recorded this video, Alex Hermoszi made
- 18:53$100 million in a single day just by
- 18:55pushing his book and going on a live
- 18:57stream after promoting it for a few
- 18:59months prior. To keep it simple, there
- 19:00really is no difference. And this is an
- 19:02extremely powerful strategy called
- 19:04becoming a category king and building a
- 19:06unique mechanism which was mainly
- 19:08popularized in the info product space
- 19:11with the book expert secrets by Russell
- 19:13Brunson. A guy who is pretty much the
- 19:15godfather of internet marketing. He
- 19:17learned from a guy named Dan Kennedy who
- 19:19is the master of direct response mail
- 19:21that you'd actually receive to your
- 19:22doorstep marketing and he even taught
- 19:24Hormosi who I consider the godfather of
- 19:26this new kind of content generation of
- 19:28entrepreneurs. So this is legit stuff
- 19:30and if you haven't read this book it's
- 19:32the playbook behind all the favorite
- 19:34gurus that you see. However, pretty much
- 19:36what he's done is he's taken SMMA and
- 19:38he's taken his subniche of it, which is
- 19:40working specifically on a revenue share
- 19:42deal with ecom brands or with brands
- 19:45that sell more low ticket products
- 19:47online, and he's turned it into
- 19:48freelance brand scaling. Particularly
- 19:51because his way of doing it doesn't
- 19:52involve you having a massive team. In
- 19:54addition to that, it doesn't mean you're
- 19:56going to be outsourcing or charging up
- 19:57front, which is different to Emans, Tai
- 19:59Lopez's, Charlie Morgans, or any of the
- 20:01other gurus that you've actually seen in
- 20:03that space. Now, when I had mentioned
- 20:04that I built a $2.1 million a year
- 20:07empire earlier in this video, the Esma
- 20:09space is actually where I did it
- 20:11alongside my partner Dylan Wilson. And
- 20:13we had a few strategies that we used
- 20:14that are kind of along the same lines.
- 20:16So, instead of talking about how to just
- 20:18get to $10,000 a month in SMMA like
- 20:21Iman, the top guy in our market was
- 20:22doing, we decided to go after the
- 20:24smallest aspect of our market that was
- 20:26unique to us, which was how to get your
- 20:28first client and the first client
- 20:29challenge. And because of this, we saw
- 20:31success in creating a unique mechanism
- 20:33the exact same way that Brez did with
- 20:35freelance brand scaling. The only
- 20:37difference between what we had done and
- 20:39what Brez had done is that Brez's had a
- 20:41completely different name and he also
- 20:43had a way more attention actually
- 20:45flowing to it. And because of that, it
- 20:47became a completely different business
- 20:49model in the eyes of the new people that
- 20:51he's showing it to. The reason why this
- 20:52is so effective is because 99% of
- 20:54people, which is a statistic from this
- 20:56book here, do not want to actually take
- 20:58responsibility for their own problems.
- 21:00It's only a very small percent of high
- 21:03achievers that are going to take
- 21:04responsibility for their problem in a
- 21:06given aspect of their life cuz there's
- 21:08nobody that takes responsibility for all
- 21:09their problems. But at the same time,
- 21:11you might not take responsibility for
- 21:12the fact that you're bad at math. And
- 21:14because of that, if someone said to you,
- 21:16"Hey, I've got this math program for
- 21:18you, and it follows all the four key
- 21:20elements of Alex Rouseozy's $und00
- 21:21million offers." And then from that
- 21:23point on, it also has a unique naming
- 21:26system around it. Even if you're that
- 21:27high performer in the other aspect of
- 21:29your life, you're still not going to
- 21:30take responsibility here. And as a
- 21:32result, that would be appealing for you.
- 21:33So, now let's go down to his team in
- 21:35operations, cuz he might just seem like
- 21:37a 20-year-old kid. However, this guy has
- 21:39dozens of people working for him around
- 21:41the clock 247, and they're experts at
- 21:44what they do. The first person to break
- 21:45down is Mason Ashby, who's his business
- 21:48partner at his original agency, Brez
- 21:50Marketing. Even though this business
- 21:51makes a fraction of what his personal
- 21:53brand does, it is the foundation of the
- 21:56entirety of his brand and his
- 21:57reputation. And if he's still making
- 21:59money with freelance brand scaling, it
- 22:01proves to all of his viewers and people
- 22:03that are interested in learning that it
- 22:04still works to this day and that the
- 22:06person teaching it is actually good at
- 22:07what he's doing. He's likely removed
- 22:09himself from all of the day-to-day
- 22:10operations of this business and given
- 22:12his partner far more equity and
- 22:14ownership of the company. But as long as
- 22:15he can still attach his name to it and
- 22:17his reputation and brand, it is going to
- 22:19be profitable for both his business
- 22:21partner who gets clients because of his
- 22:23brand building, but then also him
- 22:25because he gets to piggyback off the
- 22:26fact that he still runs a successful
- 22:28agency. The second person that's
- 22:30extremely essential is his roommate and
- 22:32business partner at his education
- 22:33company, Pierre, who's a growth
- 22:35operator. He'll take care of the sales
- 22:37team, the funnels, the operations, the
- 22:40meetings, and even the product to a
- 22:42certain extent outside of just the
- 22:43recording and information. And the
- 22:45reason why this is so powerful cuz it
- 22:47frees up Brez's time to focus on what he
- 22:50does best, which is producing as much
- 22:51content as possible, getting as much
- 22:53attention as possible, which then goes
- 22:55into the machine that he's built with
- 22:57the sales teams and with his entire
- 22:58operation, and then monetizing it into
- 23:01customers in the elite round table.
- 23:02Finally, the third key person and the 9f
- 23:05figureure mentor who runs the mastermind
- 23:07that Bres is a part of is named Jeremy
- 23:09Haynes. While he's recently got into
- 23:11posting organic YouTube himself, this
- 23:13guy comes from the world of direct
- 23:14response marketing, spending millions of
- 23:17dollars on ads every single month. And
- 23:19because of this, he has optimized
- 23:20everything when it comes to funnels,
- 23:22upsells, conversions, and can make the
- 23:24most out of this organic funnel that
- 23:26Pierre and Brez are running together.
- 23:28After all the previous videos made
- 23:29breaking down Brez's funnel were made,
- 23:31he recently came out and explained on
- 23:33his very very small channel that they
- 23:35were actually a member of his mastermind
- 23:37and was the first legitimate person to
- 23:39confirm that they had hit a million
- 23:40dollars in a single month. We've had one
- 23:42of our newer inner circle members,
- 23:44Pierre and Brez. They did a presentation
- 23:46just recently at our Q3 inner circle
- 23:48mastermind. They had gotten a million
- 23:50dollar month trophy and they talked
- 23:51about some of the lessons.
- 23:52>> Then we have people that tag along for
- 23:53collaborations. We've got guys like
- 23:56Orangey, TJR, Fredo, one of his previous
- 23:59roommates, and even guys like Kimchi,
- 24:01who is actually a day trader and has
- 24:03nothing to do with the online space.
- 24:05However, what these people do is they
- 24:07add to that element of relatability
- 24:09contrast cuz he's just a usual guy with
- 24:11his friends that also make money online.
- 24:14And it's the dream for his ideal
- 24:15customer to have a friend group of guys
- 24:17that just make money and have fun every
- 24:18single day. And with that being said,
- 24:20the next big thing to watch for Brez is
- 24:22going to be the live event he is hosting
- 24:24in September. In order to make this the
- 24:25most effective event he has run yet, he
- 24:28is using a few strategies like running
- 24:29retargeting ads, which pretty much means
- 24:31that if you watch any piece of YouTube
- 24:33content from him or Instagram content,
- 24:35you're going to receive an ad when
- 24:36you're actually just scrolling through
- 24:38the platform saying, "Hey, do you want
- 24:39to sign up for this free event?" Because
- 24:41it's free and because you know the guy,
- 24:42you're going to like him and you're
- 24:43going to sign up just because the
- 24:44awareness is there and he's spending
- 24:46tens of thousands of dollars a day on
- 24:48this. And in addition to that, this is a
- 24:50little known strategy called a group
- 24:51sales call. And after somebody's already
- 24:53spoken with a representative pres's
- 24:55company, and they might not have
- 24:56actually wanted to move forward, he's
- 24:58going to say, "All right, that's okay.
- 25:00However, there is this opportunity to
- 25:01actually speak with me completely for
- 25:03free, ask any questions that you have."
- 25:05And then on that call, it's going to be
- 25:07Brez, but it's going to be in a group
- 25:08setting with dozens and dozens of
- 25:10people. And he's going to answer
- 25:11questions and pretty much onboard people
- 25:13to his program live. And this creates
- 25:15what's called fear of missing out. when
- 25:17you see people on that call buying and
- 25:19speaking to their idol, which allows him
- 25:20to still actually get paid well for his
- 25:23time, but also make a crap ton of money
- 25:25and re-engage leads that might not have
- 25:27actually purchased from it. All that to
- 25:28say that this new kid on the block has
- 25:30built an empire in the last 12 months
- 25:32and is likely going to make far more
- 25:33than a million dollars when he hosts
- 25:35this event in September. And this video
- 25:37took me 100 hours. It's actually 7:26
- 25:40a.m. at an allnighter at the time of
- 25:42recording. My voice is dying. So, if you
- 25:44enjoyed this video, like and subscribe.
- 25:46And I hope that the time you spent on
- 25:47this video is worth the value you got in
- 25:49return. And I'll see you in the next
- 25:50one.
