90. 3:18be about Infowars that's sort of a good
91. 3:21sign for Alex Jones because he wants to
92. 3:24separate out as much as possible what he
93. 3:27says there from what he um it does in
94. 3:30person so does that mean the judge is
95. 3:31buying the argument necessar no not
96. 3:34necessarily look and because we got to
97. 3:36be careful this is a custody battle
98. 3:38where you decide what is in the best
99. 3:40interest of the children um and that's
100. 3:42ultimately what the judge is going to
101. 3:44have to focus on hyperfocus on try not
102. 3:47to get too caught up in what he says now
103. 3:50the problem for Alex Jones is if you do
104. 3:53get a judge who says my goodness these
105. 3:56sorts of things said in the house where
106. 3:59his Studio is near the children Etc
107. 4:02could be detrimental to them I mean it's
108. 4:04sort of an unbelievable situation here

110. 4:08view from a media perspective do his

113. 4:13know he's not he's not rebutting his
114. 4:15lawyer I don't think they're going to

116. 4:18look these are people who are listening
117. 4:19to stuff talking about 911 conspiracy
118. 4:22theories and how Oklahoma City and Sandy

120. 4:25inside job so you get some language in a
121. 4:28in a custody hearing where says oh I was
122. 4:30an Entertainer uh I don't think these
123. 4:32are people who are going to be holding
124. 4:33him accountable to facts the way that a
