Full transcript
- 0:00hi welcome everyone so today i have a
- 0:02very special video planned for you today
- 0:05when i a couple of days ago asked on my
- 0:07instagram account whether you would be
- 0:09interested to see a video like that
- 0:11i got an overwhelmingly positive
- 0:14response i believe never did i get as
- 0:16many people saying
- 0:17yes please make this video and
- 0:19specifically today i'm going to show you
- 0:21how i
- 0:22create a powerpoint presentation i will
- 0:24let you look over my shoulders how i use
- 0:27powerpoint for myself
- 0:28and i will also share my thought process
- 0:31why i
- 0:31structure pages the way i do how i think
- 0:34about structuring elements on a page so
- 0:36all of this
- 0:37will be included in this video and yes i
- 0:40will give for the opportunity to also
- 0:42download the sample slides in the end
- 0:44there's a download link in the video
- 0:46description where you can sign up and
- 0:48then receive the file so welcome to
- 0:49another coffee break here on my channel
- 0:51firm learning
- 0:52my name is heinrich i'm a former
- 0:54mckinsey consultant
- 0:55and on my channel i want to help you to
- 0:57become successful
- 0:58in the first years of your career now in
- 1:00the video i want to find a good balance
- 1:02of really
- 1:03showing you what i'm doing and why i'm
- 1:04doing it in detail but also speeding up
- 1:06some sections where i'm just doing
- 1:08things that is not that interesting
- 1:10so i hope you will like it and i will
- 1:11also try to not use
- 1:13that many shortcuts to make it easier to
- 1:16follow i might do a video specifically
- 1:17on shortcuts at some point in the future
- 1:20but frankly i'm not even using that many
- 1:22shortcuts on powerpoint for sure there
- 1:24are some that are really helpful but
- 1:25this will not be the focus for today so
- 1:27without further ado let's get into it
- 1:29so before this video i asked myself okay
- 1:31what presentation can i not really show
- 1:33you because for obvious reasons i cannot
- 1:34really guide you through an extra
- 1:36presentation that i did for work so i
- 1:37thought okay let me show you a
- 1:39presentation that i potentially would do
- 1:40maybe for a sponsorship partner
- 1:42of this channel so as a youtuber
- 1:45sometimes people approach me and ask me
- 1:46if they can do a collaboration with me
- 1:48so let's imagine i'd like to pitch my
- 1:50channel from learning to such a partner
- 1:52and how such a little pitch deck could
- 1:54look like and indeed the first thing
- 1:56that i usually like to do is to come up
- 1:58with a storyline and specifically to
- 2:00come up with the action titles of the
- 2:02presentation so the titles that we put
- 2:04here
- 2:05in the beginning so we have no idea what
- 2:06an action title is actually created a
- 2:08whole video about that i will link it
- 2:10somewhere above
- 2:11so have a look at that really a
- 2:12fundamental concept but let's start and
- 2:14i'd say the first page is always a nice
- 2:16page
- 2:17where i introduce myself and the channel
- 2:19so i could write something like this
- 2:21from learning
- 2:22is an educational video
- 2:26consulting channel on social media
- 2:31it's creator is i'm rich
- 2:34a former mvp consultant
- 2:38so this will potentially be a good first
- 2:41slide where i
- 2:42then insert the contents and indeed i
- 2:44often also like to already make some
- 2:47bullets what i will include
- 2:48see i could for instance show my
- 2:50audience and also an introduction of who
- 2:53i am
- 2:53okay what could be next and here i think
- 2:55it's good to provide a little overview
- 2:57of how the content looks like that i
- 2:59create here on my from learning youtube
- 3:01channel so here we could write something
- 3:02like this
- 3:06all right so this now could be a page
- 3:08where i indeed talk about some things
- 3:11that i'm doing so potentially an
- 3:12overview of
- 3:14from learning videos
- 3:18that i could then be showing here to
- 3:20this potential client of mine
- 3:21okay next what would could you as the
- 3:23next page in such a story and let's
- 3:25imagine that already did a pilot for
- 3:27this client where i tested out a
- 3:28campaign
- 3:29just to prove the value so i could write
- 3:31something like this
- 3:33from learning pilot so this could be now
- 3:37a little chart where i show
- 3:38exactly what the value looked like that
- 3:41i provided
- 3:42and some conclusions from that now
- 3:45probably an overview of the pricing
- 3:47the different contents that i could
- 3:49offer would be helpful
- 3:50so let's create such an overview for a
- 3:53collaboration
- 3:54in 2020 the following
- 3:57packages could be offered
- 4:02and then let's end with some contact
- 4:04information
- 4:05that i provide for them to be able to
- 4:06contact me and again this will now be a
- 4:08rather
- 4:09short little presentation of course you
- 4:11will probably flash this out a bit more
- 4:13if you really would create such a deck
- 4:14but i trust that this will provide a
- 4:16little overview
- 4:17of how all of this looks so let's start
- 4:19with the first one actually let's start
- 4:21with the title page
- 4:22and here just inserted a more or less
- 4:23random stock photo that shows a board
- 4:26room setting
- 4:27but let's start here with the title
- 4:30so let's call it firm learning
- 4:33collaboration
- 4:35proposal and then often here as a
- 4:37subtitle you can include something like
- 4:40the month or the date and then also what
- 4:42type of document potentially it is
- 4:44for instance discussion document
- 4:47so let's now start by filling this page
- 4:50so one of the most
- 4:51fundamental principles of slide design
- 4:54that will really make your life
- 4:56so much easier is the principle
- 4:59every page is a table
- 5:02every page or slide that you create in
- 5:04powerpoint
- 5:05is a table so always think about it like
- 5:08a table
- 5:09where you structure information in
- 5:11columns and in
- 5:13rows so here indeed we have no two types
- 5:15of elements that we want to include here
- 5:17first some information on the audience
- 5:19and then some information
- 5:21on myself right where i'm introducing
- 5:23myself as
- 5:25a creator and what i like to use when i
- 5:27do
- 5:28these kind of things are always little
- 5:30column
- 5:31headers because indeed we could not
- 5:33structure this as the table where
- 5:35probably the left side of the page
- 5:37is about the audience so the left column
- 5:39if you want to put it this way is the
- 5:40audience
- 5:41and then the right column the right side
- 5:43of the page
- 5:44is the introduction and i always like to
- 5:47use an element like this i now copied it
- 5:49over from
- 5:50another document this is pretty much
- 5:51just a text element
- 5:53and this is just a line and then if you
- 5:56do this together you can also
- 5:57potentially
- 5:58group it i use ctrl and g as a little
- 6:01shortcut
- 6:02as such an element so here let's call
- 6:05this audience
- 6:07and let's call this for the right-hand
- 6:10side
- 6:11introduction so this is now the basic
- 6:14structure that you want your page to
- 6:15take now the good next step is always to
- 6:18think about
- 6:18how do i know further structure these
- 6:20two columns these two sites
- 6:22so let's start with the audience and
- 6:24here indeed we want to show
- 6:25what the audience or firm learning looks
- 6:28like right so how is it structured
- 6:30and a good first straightforward step
- 6:32might be just to show the
- 6:34different social media channels that i
- 6:36have
- 6:37and again if you remind yourself that
- 6:38every page is a table now here the
- 6:40natural step the natural tendency that
- 6:42you would want to lean to
- 6:43is now indeed to structure it as rows
- 6:45right if you have no different elements
- 6:47that you want to show within such a
- 6:49column
- 6:49you use rows for that so let's now start
- 6:53by creating rows for the different
- 6:56social media
- 6:57channels that i have so let's start here
- 7:00with first youtube this is of course
- 7:03largest channel that i use then next
- 7:07we might have instagram and now let me
- 7:10show you a little shortcut because if
- 7:11you press
- 7:12shift and control and then move an
- 7:14element it creates a copy
- 7:16and it keeps the axis fixed right so it
- 7:19doesn't matter if you go up or down
- 7:21or your left and right it keeps it fixed
- 7:23that creates it on the same level right
- 7:25this is of course extremely helpful for
- 7:27things like that
- 7:28so again i'm copying this over youtube
- 7:30instagram
- 7:32i have a firm learning
- 7:35newsletter and i have
- 7:39linked in i'd say these are my main
- 7:42channels and again with these things
- 7:45that always simplifies your life so much
- 7:48if you make sure that all the elements
- 7:50always have the same
- 7:51widths because this will help you to
- 7:53keep the whole page much more
- 7:54organized you cannot just drag it a
- 7:56little bit like this
- 7:58and it will show you later why this is
- 8:00so important
- 8:02now this seems to have font size 18
- 8:05let's make it a little bit smaller let's
- 8:07make it font size
- 8:0816 the one basic rule of slide writing
- 8:11is to make sure that
- 8:12all the text elements all the elements
- 8:15in one page
- 8:16with the exception being the action
- 8:17title and the footnote
- 8:19have the same font size right so let's
- 8:21make sure that this is the case
- 8:23okay now we take these four channels we
- 8:26align them here to the left i always
- 8:28like to use these little alignment
- 8:30buttons
- 8:30what you can see is here that i drag the
- 8:33quick access bar
- 8:34from the top here where it's usually
- 8:37here now to this lower element because
- 8:39this now reduces the distance
- 8:41from my mouse to get there and this
- 8:43really makes life easier for me so what
- 8:45i did is now i highlighted this
- 8:47highlighted this
- 8:48then clicked here this align left button
- 8:50to make it all on the same playing field
- 8:52and indeed you know another little rule
- 8:54of slight writing
- 8:55so always what you like to do is think
- 8:57about the page to be like a drawing
- 8:59place right where usually then the
- 9:01boundaries of the action title
- 9:03are the boundaries of the page so you
- 9:05want to make sure for it to have proper
- 9:07margins
- 9:08that nothing goes to the left of the
- 9:10action title that nothing
- 9:12goes beyond that so this is pretty an
- 9:14imaginary little boundary
- 9:15and then the same is through here to the
- 9:17right where usually you like to end the
- 9:19action title together here with the
- 9:21footnote
- 9:22and then nothing is supposed to be
- 9:23further right than here the demarcation
- 9:25that exists
- 9:26by the right boundary of this page now
- 9:29let's further think
- 9:30of how we can structure it indeed now
- 9:32let's further disaggregate this left
- 9:34part
- 9:35into two types of information so the
- 9:37first is
- 9:38the platform this is now what we already
- 9:41did here
- 9:42but then we also want to include a
- 9:45second column and you know i did the
- 9:46same
- 9:47copying trick that i showed you with the
- 9:48shortcut where i talk about the
- 9:52firm learning audience and this is then
- 9:55supposed to give us
- 9:56the audience size and here indeed on
- 9:59youtube i have
- 10:0085 000 sub scribers
- 10:03so this is pretty much my audience that
- 10:06i currently have at this very moment
- 10:08now let's further style the section so i
- 10:10like to do to have the column headers
- 10:13in bold and black but then if i want to
- 10:16focus on
- 10:16any other elements within the columns i
- 10:19like to bold them
- 10:20but then not in black but personally i
- 10:22like to use
- 10:23a dark blue right so this creates a
- 10:25little hierarchy among the elements
- 10:27because of course black is darker than
- 10:30dark blue here of course you could now
- 10:32highlight these numbers again make sure
- 10:36to
- 10:36make them blue just to
- 10:39format this in a proper way now you
- 10:41could further style it by for instance
- 10:44increasing now the font size zero of the
- 10:46numbers so let's for instance increase
- 10:47it to
- 10:48font size 40. so this is of course now a
- 10:53little deviation from the rule that i
- 10:55told you that everything needs to look
- 10:56exactly the same in terms of font size
- 10:59but of course sometimes little
- 11:01deviations like this are allowed if it
- 11:03improves
- 11:04the overall look and feel even though i
- 11:06would encourage you to follow this rule
- 11:08rather strictly
- 11:10for most cases so another little thing
- 11:13that you can do to further improve the
- 11:15look and feel of this page is to include
- 11:16little icons for these platforms
- 11:19so i did a video on this topic in the
- 11:21past i will also include it somewhere
- 11:23above here
- 11:24they are also recommended you a service
- 11:25that i also personally use
- 11:27to really draw icons because of course
- 11:29if you just download them somewhere in
- 11:32the
- 11:32google picture search that you often
- 11:34have a problem with copyright
- 11:36but if you use the service simple slides
- 11:39you can have access to a large
- 11:40library of icons all of them are for you
- 11:43copyright free if you have the
- 11:45subscription you can also use it for
- 11:46commercial purposes so i can very much
- 11:48recommend this if you're interested to
- 11:50try out simple slides for yourself
- 11:51there's a link to that in the video
- 11:53description as well so in the meantime
- 11:54already selected a couple of icons that
- 11:56i took
- 11:57from simple slides they also have icons
- 11:59for the different social media platforms
- 12:01so i'm just copying them in here of
- 12:04course these
- 12:05look a bit weird in terms of the color
- 12:07here would also be great to have
- 12:09this dark blue type of look and this is
- 12:12exactly what we will
- 12:13get us here so let's now include them a
- 12:16bit and now it's great to potentially
- 12:18insert them to the left
- 12:21of your slides so let's move this a
- 12:23little bit to the right
- 12:25let's move this to the right as well and
- 12:28now we have some space here
- 12:30where we can include these little icons
- 12:33so now another little thing to further
- 12:35tidy all this up
- 12:37is to use separation lines so this is
- 12:40also
- 12:40very very common element to use and to
- 12:43do this you pretty much include a line
- 12:45like this
- 12:46i often like to format this in some
- 12:49light gray
- 12:50and then also some dashes here that you
- 12:53can use
- 12:54again here make sure that this properly
- 12:57starts
- 12:57here to the left and then also ends here
- 13:00to the right of this element and then
- 13:02with the same trick that i showed you
- 13:04earlier
- 13:05you can copy this over here now if you
- 13:08are this far
- 13:09you can then group the different
- 13:11elements
- 13:12you drag this to the bottom where you
- 13:14want to start it all you drag this
- 13:17to the top where you want to let this
- 13:18start then you highlight all
- 13:21this potential also here to have it
- 13:22evenly spaced out align it this way
- 13:25and then it's properly and evenly
- 13:27distributed
- 13:28so let's now move here to the left side
- 13:32so to the introduction part so first now
- 13:34it would be great to also visually
- 13:36separate this a little bit more from the
- 13:38right side of this light
- 13:40so for that we can add here another line
- 13:42for such a
- 13:43separation line then it makes sense to
- 13:45also make it a
- 13:46solid line maybe increase the weight a
- 13:49little bit more
- 13:51now make sure that this nicely ends here
- 13:53to the right
- 13:54where i showed you here to the end of
- 13:56the footnote and now you can use some
- 13:59space
- 13:59to include some text about myself
- 14:03so we could for instance call this meet
- 14:05the creator
- 14:08so pretty much meet me as the creator of
- 14:10firm learning and then to further
- 14:11elaborate on this
- 14:13so what could make sense in such a
- 14:14situation is to start by for instance
- 14:16including a photo
- 14:18i just copied over a photo of myself of
- 14:20course
- 14:21introduce myself and then maybe here on
- 14:23the right you might
- 14:24want to include some text
- 14:28so for instance my name with career
- 14:31and consulting
- 14:36content something like this is what you
- 14:38could include
- 14:39then again you highlight this
- 14:42you make it dark blue to bold it
- 14:46and then you center it or line it here
- 14:50so this could be now this element and
- 14:52then maybe here in some bullets below
- 14:54i'd like to include some information
- 14:57about
- 14:58myself also in the sense of a mini cv a
- 15:01mini curriculum retail
- 15:04so just a couple of things that you
- 15:06could
- 15:07include here right you can move this
- 15:10up a little potentially move this
- 15:14a little bit down maybe you now realize
- 15:17that
- 15:18it would be nicer to align this more to
- 15:20the
- 15:21bottom to have it more evenly spaced out
- 15:23of course all of this could be done now
- 15:25and now it's also always a great idea
- 15:28to potentially build a couple of key
- 15:30pieces of information
- 15:32that you would like to include okay
- 15:35so this could be now the first page that
- 15:38you could use in such a deck
- 15:40so let's now do the second page and here
- 15:42what i just like to show is a very basic
- 15:45page
- 15:45where i show different examples of
- 15:47thumbnails of my youtube videos
- 15:49just to give the impression of what my
- 15:51topic is all about what my videos are
- 15:53like
- 15:54so indeed if you do something like this
- 15:55it makes sense to also include a little
- 15:57header
- 15:58so i will include a little header as
- 16:00this saying exemplary
- 16:02firm learning content selected youtube
- 16:05thumbnails right and again here what i
- 16:07like to do is whenever i have
- 16:09a little extra information i like to
- 16:11unbold it and then use here
- 16:14a little gray color to just make it look
- 16:16nice but this is my personal preference
- 16:18other people might use different styles
- 16:21now let's insert a couple of pictures of
- 16:24thumbnails of my videos
- 16:26so here we go and indeed now as always
- 16:28with these
- 16:29things alignment is important so these
- 16:32are now 12 pictures
- 16:34so that's roughly align them
- 16:37in three rows with
- 16:40four columns each
- 16:44so something like this
- 16:48but now of course we need to be properly
- 16:51aligned to the boundary so here to the
- 16:54left
- 16:54here to the right
- 16:58now the rows to each other
- 17:01what then you can do if you do something
- 17:03like this is always to include
- 17:05for instance a little picture border
- 17:08to make it look properly
- 17:11but then i'd say this really is a good
- 17:14proper page that you can very well use
- 17:17for such a purpose
- 17:19now next page and here you remember that
- 17:21we wanted to show
- 17:23some results of a pilot that i did maybe
- 17:26in the past with this specific client
- 17:29so the basic structure that you can
- 17:31follow when you work like this when you
- 17:32work with numbers and create a chart
- 17:34is that to the left you have a column
- 17:36with exactly that so the chart
- 17:38and then to the right you have a column
- 17:40with some implications some conclusions
- 17:43that you want to make so first what we
- 17:45do is that as always we include some
- 17:46headers for these columns
- 17:48so this will now be for the chart where
- 17:50we say sources of the users numbers of
- 17:52users indicated by client
- 17:54and then to the right you potentially
- 17:57write something like yeah let's just
- 18:00call it
- 18:01conclusions right and now we want to
- 18:04include a chart so i will now
- 18:06use uh think cell which is a
- 18:09plugin for powerpoint it's a plugin very
- 18:12widely uncommonly used by consulting
- 18:15firms most large consulting firms use it
- 18:17but also corporate firms use it it's
- 18:19really great to create charts
- 18:21but of course you can do these things
- 18:23with the build and powerpoint
- 18:25chart creation tools as well so i will
- 18:28now spare you the details of how exactly
- 18:29you need to work with things seller
- 18:31created here such a very very basic
- 18:33think cell waterfall chart where we say
- 18:36okay total new clients then what did
- 18:38from learning contribute as a source
- 18:40what came from paid facebook ads and
- 18:42what came from other channels
- 18:44and here's just what i want to say is
- 18:45that you need to be very very
- 18:48careful and rather sparse with the
- 18:51colors so
- 18:51don't really use lots of colors don't
- 18:53make it super powerful
- 18:54usually it's good to make it for
- 18:56instance all in grey and then i just did
- 18:58this in dark blue
- 18:59just to emphasize what was coming from
- 19:02my channels what was coming from from
- 19:04learning
- 19:06now next you can continue by adding some
- 19:09information to some conclusions some
- 19:10insights that you are drawing
- 19:13from all of this so let's just as always
- 19:15copy over this
- 19:17text field let's fix here the font size
- 19:20of font
- 19:2116 and now we can
- 19:25insert some text so now in order for you
- 19:29not needing to just watch me type a lot
- 19:31i just copy here the text over with a
- 19:34couple of information here
- 19:35and this is now indeed what we will use
- 19:40for this let's now maybe space it out a
- 19:42little bit better
- 19:44but now here we have such a page where
- 19:47we indeed show a chart of the results
- 19:50and then provide some conclusions and
- 19:52insights that we are drawing from that
- 19:54let's now do this page where indeed i
- 19:56want to talk about the different service
- 19:58packages that we could offer
- 19:59what these would include and then also
- 20:01some price tags in the end
- 20:03so let's imagine that we have three
- 20:05different service packages that we would
- 20:07be willing to offer
- 20:08and here again in the table format if
- 20:10you have three different elements
- 20:13you can make sure to organize them in
- 20:14three columns
- 20:16so let's just imagine we call them level
- 20:19one the core package
- 20:21intermediate package and the advanced
- 20:23package so just
- 20:24pre-created these headers for you
- 20:27so you see these are just a very basic
- 20:29same headers
- 20:31that we were already using and then here
- 20:34in the rows what do we put here in the
- 20:36rows
- 20:36and here one mistake that many people
- 20:38are doing is
- 20:40on such an instance just to create a
- 20:42page like this
- 20:44include some bullets like this
- 20:47and then just create a long list of
- 20:49different bullets
- 20:51right so now that'll be writing
- 20:52something but a long list of stuff
- 20:54where you detail all types of different
- 20:56things this always looks
- 20:58very very unstructured and not
- 21:01professionally
- 21:03this is what you call a cloth line right
- 21:05so a long clothesline list of randomly
- 21:07unstructured bullets
- 21:09so whenever you do things like that
- 21:11think about how could you
- 21:12structure the bullets into logical
- 21:15groups
- 21:16into groups of elements that well fit
- 21:18together and this is exactly what we
- 21:20want to do here
- 21:20and because here now we want to describe
- 21:22the service package what we are offering
- 21:24you of course it makes sense to then use
- 21:26the different social media channels that
- 21:27we are offering
- 21:28and then what we would do in each of
- 21:30these packages and then maybe in the end
- 21:32is the last row the pricing for all of
- 21:34this
- 21:34so in these instances what i like to do
- 21:37is to use a little
- 21:39boxes like this so here for instance we
- 21:41could use a light blue
- 21:43then as a border a dark blue and now in
- 21:46this
- 21:47box you know organize the things right
- 21:49and we you know
- 21:50do one box for every
- 21:53channel so make it real i usually like
- 21:56to use arial as a basic font because i
- 21:58believe it
- 21:59looks nice and clean in most cases and
- 22:02now we
- 22:02do this for all the different channels
- 22:05that we introduced earlier
- 22:08so youtube instagram and here just a
- 22:12general rule so what you should really
- 22:14notice and memorize is that whenever you
- 22:16have now a set of elements that repeat
- 22:18throughout the document here for
- 22:20instance this would be the different
- 22:21platforms the different social media
- 22:23channels that you use
- 22:25make sure that they always appear in the
- 22:28same order as you initially
- 22:30introduce them it's always super
- 22:32confusing if you have
- 22:33a set of pages like this where you talk
- 22:35about the different channels
- 22:37and then on the one page it starts with
- 22:38youtube on the other page with instagram
- 22:41and then with another one
- 22:42always keep it in the same order this
- 22:45will help you to keep this
- 22:46organized and clean and nice to follow
- 22:49now of course it would in these cases
- 22:50also be nice
- 22:52to use the same icons that you used here
- 22:55on the page before
- 22:57now in order for you to not see me type
- 22:59too much
- 23:00i just now created different text boxes
- 23:02of bullets
- 23:04now of course we could also use
- 23:05separator lines here so let me copy some
- 23:08in here as well
- 23:09so let's now also make sure to include
- 23:11some content here in the bottom for this
- 23:12content editing and production part
- 23:15and now what you could do is include a
- 23:17little arrow to make sure that this
- 23:19last one is really relevant for all the
- 23:22three packages right so it's the same
- 23:25for all these three packages that you're
- 23:27offering
- 23:29so you could use an error like this
- 23:32maybe make it even a little bit
- 23:34bolder well now even if you make this up
- 23:36front it does look a little bit
- 23:38weird and here what you can do is to
- 23:40then include a little box
- 23:43that you just make white you again
- 23:46properly center it here in the middle
- 23:49and then you do this to the end you do
- 23:53this to the end as well
- 23:54you line all of this and now you have
- 23:57such a formation which looks
- 23:59more or less great so let's now align
- 24:02this properly as well here again
- 24:04you can group these different row
- 24:06elements as always
- 24:07something you learn this by now now it's
- 24:10all
- 24:10nicely and evenly spaced as you can see
- 24:13this does look a bit weird so something
- 24:15is off here
- 24:17so let's see what is causing this and
- 24:18this is caused because this is here
- 24:20included in the group so let's ungroup
- 24:22it again
- 24:23let's group it and let's align it as
- 24:26well
- 24:28to now fix it now finally though you
- 24:31might want to include a line
- 24:33with the commercials in the very end to
- 24:35also indicate
- 24:36how expensive such a package would be
- 24:40to your client so let's just take some
- 24:42text here
- 24:43let's align it here to the left let's
- 24:46call this
- 24:47commercials and now indeed you can
- 24:49include
- 24:51how expensive exactly all these
- 24:53different packages
- 24:54are supposed to be always a lining
- 24:57lining is the most important thing to
- 24:59make it look
- 25:00nice and clean and now here you can
- 25:03insert
- 25:04the euro amounts and here i will leave
- 25:06it to your imagination
- 25:08what you could charge for these packages
- 25:11again if you have this one final
- 25:14alignment
- 25:15will not hurt
- 25:20and now you're good for this page let's
- 25:22maybe move all of this up a little bit
- 25:25and then you are fine now last but not
- 25:28least
- 25:29let's include some contact information
- 25:31here
- 25:32this is of course nice and
- 25:34straightforward this is something that
- 25:36you can easily do here in the end
- 25:38so you could just do a nice page like
- 25:40this
- 25:41not over style it so if you create
- 25:43something like this
- 25:45this will usually be more than fine for
- 25:47last page
- 25:48with contact information so this is it a
- 25:51very basic
- 25:52little document that we now jointly
- 25:55created
- 25:56as a little pitch deck for a typical
- 25:59influencer marketing collaboration
- 26:01so for sure this is now not yet super
- 26:03polished there are several things that
- 26:05you could not do to further improve this
- 26:06and of course if you would really create
- 26:08such a deck probably would expand on it
- 26:10a little bit more you would go into more
- 26:12detail
- 26:13of how these packages would look like
- 26:15you would go into more detail of how
- 26:17your content looks like
- 26:19or what you could do for the brand but i
- 26:21hope that this gives you a good first
- 26:22impression and i hope that i was
- 26:24successful in really guiding you through
- 26:26my thought process
- 26:28and helping you to understand how i
- 26:29would tackle
- 26:31such a task if i would need to create
- 26:32such a presentation
