5. 0:11Everything you need to know is this.
6. 0:13Truly, this.
7. 0:16Whatever options are available to you at
8. 0:18any given moment,
9. 0:20choose the one that contains more
10. 0:21excitement than any other, even if it's
11. 0:23just a little bit more.
12. 0:25Act on it to the best of your ability,
13. 0:27taking it as far as you can until you
14. 0:28can take it no further. Do this with
15. 0:30integrity.
16. 0:32Do this with [snorts] absolutely no
17. 0:34assumption, no insistence on what the
18. 0:36outcome ought to be, or how it should
19. 0:38look, or how you should get there,
20. 0:40whatsoever.
21. 0:42When you do that, three-part formula,
22. 0:45act on your highest excitement to the
23. 0:46best of your ability with no insistence
24. 0:47on the outcome, you open up and activate
25. 0:50the kit, the toolkit of excitement. The
26. 0:53toolkit contains everything you need to
27. 0:55be supported in life in whatever form it
28. 0:56needs to come in, the driving engine
29. 0:58that moves you through life, the
30. 1:00organizing principle of synchronicity
31. 1:02that allows you to do what you need to
32. 1:03do when you need to do it in perfect
33. 1:05timing and perfect order. It becomes the
34. 1:07path of least resistance that allows you
35. 1:08to flow through your life effortlessly.
36. 1:10It becomes the path that connects you to
37. 1:12all other expressions of your
38. 1:13excitement, even if they don't look like
39. 1:14they're connected on the surface. It's
40. 1:16the excitement that tells you that they
41. 1:17are. And it becomes the reflective
42. 1:19mirror that reveals to you anything
43. 1:21within your consciousness that might be
44. 1:23out of alignment with that excitement so
45. 1:25that you can identify those definitions
46. 1:27that don't work for you and let them go
47. 1:28and add their energy to your excitement
48. 1:30and continue to expand. And then any
49. 1:32circumstance whatsoever, any situation
50. 1:34whatsoever that arises from those
51. 1:37actions, no matter how it looks, if you
52. 1:40give it a positive meaning, you will
53. 1:41only get a positive and beneficial
54. 1:43effect, regardless of how the situation
55. 1:45may have originated, regardless of
56. 1:47anyone else's opinion or experience in
57. 1:48that situation.
58. 1:50That's it.
59. 1:52That's all you need to know. Now, many
60. 1:55people on your planet choose to
61. 1:56complicate things beyond that and make
62. 1:59them more difficult, but they don't have
63. 2:01to. If they do, then that's their
64. 2:03process, but it all comes down to
65. 2:05understanding that what you believe to
66. 2:07be true, what you define to be true, is
67. 2:09how you experience your reality. And
68. 2:12that your beliefs generate your
69. 2:13feelings, your thoughts, and your
70. 2:15behaviors. So, anytime you have a
71. 2:16behavior you don't prefer, a thought you
72. 2:18don't prefer, a feeling you don't
73. 2:20prefer, you can always trace it back
74. 2:22down the line to something you must
75. 2:24believe to be true that you're not aware
76. 2:26of. Find out what that belief and
77. 2:27definition is. When you identify it, if
78. 2:30it's out of alignment with your true
79. 2:31self, you will find that it will
80. 2:33suddenly be nonsensical and illogical
81. 2:35and you'll drop it and let it go. If you
82. 2:37don't drop it, if you still behave the
83. 2:39same way, you haven't found the deeper
84. 2:40belief yet. Keep digging.
85. 2:43That's it.
86. 2:44That's all you actually need to know.
87. 2:47And one more thing.
88. 2:51As you do this, as you move through life
89. 2:54in this way, acting on your highest
90. 2:55excitement, you will start to live
