Full transcript
- 0:00Good morning everyone. We're going to go
- 0:02for the day of eating and I have reached
- 0:05120 kilo body weight. So, I'm still
- 0:08lean. I'm going to show you guys exactly
- 0:10what I've been eating this whole time to
- 0:12get this big.
- 0:14No, not the kitchen. Okay, so first meal
- 0:16of the day we have cream of rice
- 0:18and mince.
- 0:20I put like
- 0:2140 g of honey.
- 0:23>> That's a lot.
- 0:24>> Yes.
- 0:25>> Wow.
- 0:25>> So, 40 g of honey.
- 0:28Then
- 0:29I'm going to need 90 g of banana, which
- 0:33is like
- 0:34I like this fruit.
- 0:36>> [laughter]
- 0:38>> He likes it as well.
- 0:39Oh.
- 0:40>> Guys, by the way, shut the up about
- 0:41his breathing, okay? He just can't
- 0:43breathe through his [snorts] nose and
- 0:44that's why every word he's like
- 0:46breathing. He's not dying. Shut
- 0:49up.
- 0:51Okay.
- 0:52>> This is the the that's 40 dice.
- 0:54>> Zane, I actually was like
- 0:57you.
- 0:58>> [laughter]
- 0:58>> 60 g
- 1:00of huge weight.
- 1:02>> Also guys, he hasn't shaved in like 300
- 1:05years. And it also shows that I wasn't
- 1:08here because he's like
- 1:09>> Mhm.
- 1:11>> Here we
- 1:11>> No, I've just been a caveman.
- 1:14I noticed like this is where you make
- 1:16the most gains.
- 1:18>> Okay, that's really rude.
- 1:19>> No, no, it's not not rude. It just makes
- 1:21sense. Like if you lock me in a box and
- 1:24you just tell me eat, sleep, lift and do
- 1:27nothing else.
- 1:29I'm going to see the most like maximum
- 1:32gains.
- 1:33>> [laughter]
- 1:34>> So, this is like a very quick breakfast
- 1:36that I like to do. It takes me like 5
- 1:39minutes to make it.
- 1:40And that's why I like it cuz it's just
- 1:42quick and easy. And in the morning I
- 1:44don't like to eat like eggs and stuff. I
- 1:46don't know why. I'm more of a sweet
- 1:48person in the morning. Like I want to
- 1:50have something like chocolate.
- 1:52>> That's true.
- 1:54>> And then for my second meal we'll go
- 1:56like with the actual meat and So,
- 1:59but this is the first one.
- 2:01>> By the way, guys, I'm wearing glasses
- 2:03because I have an eye infection, so you
- 2:05don't judge me. But these are back.
- 2:07Do you like them?
- 2:09>> Mhm.
- 2:09>> Did you know that half of your followers
- 2:11literally hate my long nails?
- 2:13So, they're back.
- 2:14>> Yeah, this is almost ready. So, it's
- 2:17almost done.
- 2:18Then I'll wait like
- 2:192 hours, maybe three. Cuz these meals
- 2:22are pretty big.
- 2:24Then I'll eat my next meal, you know.
- 2:25So, always try to leave
- 2:27a small gap between meals cuz
- 2:30it's impossible to eat so much
- 2:32if you don't give them time to digest,
- 2:34you know. So, for me,
- 2:37thank you.
- 2:38For me, 2 to 3 hours is like the best.
- 2:42Sometimes, like
- 2:43>> Don't you think two for the bulk?
- 2:45There's no way you can wait three after
- 2:47meals.
- 2:48>> I mean, yeah, it depends if you're a
- 2:50busy person.
- 2:52>> Mhm.
- 2:53>> And your life is just bodybuilding. If
- 2:56you wait 3 hours, it's fine, you know.
- 2:58>> Mhm.
- 2:58>> Waiting 4 hours like what I would say
- 3:01it's it starts getting bad.
- 3:03>> Mhm.
- 3:04>> So, it's like that's too That's too
- 3:05much.
- 3:06So, try to keep it 2 to 3. Just make
- 3:09sure that your last meal is digested
- 3:11before you eat your next one. It's kind
- 3:13of the rule
- 3:15I go by.
- 3:16Cuz if I eat my next meal and I still
- 3:18feel this one, it's not going to digest
- 3:21as good. Both of them are going to
- 3:22digest like you know.
- 3:25So, just make sure everything's done.
- 3:27>> [laughter]
- 3:27>> Mhm.
- 3:28>> I love these cameos all over the video.
- 3:31>> Dobby.
- 3:33Yeah.
- 3:34Okay, now, second meal of the day.
- 3:37Going to have some lean beef
- 3:39and some rice. And I'll add some fruit,
- 3:41you know, honey.
- 3:42>> Rice?
- 3:43>> Yeah.
- 3:44>> No rice noodles?
- 3:45>> We don't have rice noodles right now.
- 3:47>> No! I wanted rice noodles.
- 3:50>> I need to go buy.
- 3:52That would be rice this but we just
- 3:53going to do normal rice today, you know.
- 3:56You see the span?
- 3:57>> Mhm.
- 3:57>> It's from yesterday.
- 3:59>> I really honestly don't give a
- 4:01anymore. I asked him to do these
- 4:03dishes from the morning. He
- 4:05didn't do anything.
- 4:06>> [laughter]
- 4:09>> I'm too tired today, you know.
- 4:11>> Oh, don't act like it's today.
- 4:14>> I'm getting too big
- 4:16to function. Well, it's fine. We're
- 4:17going to keep getting bigger.
- 4:18>> I officially don't like you getting
- 4:20bigger, but you don't care, so.
- 4:27>> 200 g of beef.
- 4:29I can either have chicken or beef
- 4:32with this meal as long as it's lean,
- 4:34it's fine, you know.
- 4:35And I can add like some tomato sauce to
- 4:38make it more
- 4:39appealing to my stomach.
- 4:41I love beef. Like if I could, I would
- 4:43have it for every single meal, but no,
- 4:46you can't cuz your stomach is going to
- 4:49have a hard time digesting all that red
- 4:51meat.
- 4:52That's why it's important to have kind
- 4:54of a balanced diet of
- 4:56like just mixing your protein sources,
- 4:59you know. So, I have a few meals
- 5:01where I have like some Greek yogurt. I
- 5:03have some meals where I have some huge
- 5:04isolate.
- 5:06I have some chicken breast. If I'm tired
- 5:08of chicken,
- 5:09I can do like white fish. But most of
- 5:12the time chicken is a very good source
- 5:14cuz I always find it.
- 5:16And fish just gets boring quick, you
- 5:19know.
- 5:20Chicken Chicken is very versatile.
- 5:24It's just for this meal specifically and
- 5:26right now, I'm in the mood for beef, so
- 5:28I don't care, you know.
- 5:30But I'm not going to have beef for every
- 5:32single meal cuz that's when my gut
- 5:34starts protruding, you know. That's when
- 5:36my digestion is going to have issues.
- 5:39So, as much as possible,
- 5:41especially when you're trying to get big
- 5:43and you're eating all this food,
- 5:47you need to make sure
- 5:49that everything that you're eating is
- 5:51digesting properly.
- 5:53The second you start not digesting,
- 5:56it's going to get worse and worse, you
- 5:58know, cuz you're going to keep eating
- 5:59and and your digestion's going to get
- 6:01worse cuz obviously the body is not
- 6:03going to stop even if you feel like
- 6:05And that's where you can have gut
- 6:07issues. So, as much as possible, I don't
- 6:10even have like It's like I don't know
- 6:11how Americans like to diet like bagels
- 6:14and
- 6:15>> Mhm.
- 6:16>> Even though bagels are very
- 6:17good, especially the American ones, they
- 6:20don't react well to my stomach over a
- 6:23long period of time, you know. So, I
- 6:24would have those phases where I might
- 6:26have a few bagels here and there, but
- 6:28it's not going to be my staple diet, you
- 6:30know. The staple diet The staple diet is
- 6:32always going to be chicken, beef, rice,
- 6:35potatoes,
- 6:36cream of rice, like
- 6:38anything that's going to digest easy,
- 6:39you know. And this is one of them.
- 6:42>> He has two companions today to eat with.
- 6:45>> Two of them. The other one's here.
- 6:47>> Oh.
- 6:48Look at him. He's so cute.
- 6:50Oh my god.
- 6:54>> Pre-workout meal, so just beef, rice.
- 6:57I added some tomato paste.
- 7:00And I have apples and honey. It's always
- 7:02going to be kind of my staple
- 7:04pre-workout meal. I'm going to eat this.
- 7:06I'll wait
- 7:08like an hour and a half just so I make
- 7:09sure like everything's fully digested.
- 7:12But by the time I'll be in the gym and
- 7:14then like I'll sip my pre-workout as I'm
- 7:17driving to the gym. We'll have a good
- 7:18workout. I come back. On the way home, I
- 7:21usually have like a post-workout shake.
- 7:23So, we'll mix that really quick before I
- 7:25leave.
- 7:26>> Coco Pops?
- 7:27>> Just the Coco Pops with the whey
- 7:29isolate. And then after the whey
- 7:31isolate, I'll wait like 30 minutes, you
- 7:34know, for it to kind of go down. And I
- 7:36have my post-workout meal. And then
- 7:38we'll have like two meals left. So, in
- 7:40total I have like 1, 2,
- 7:433 post workout shake,
- 7:454
- 7:47post workout meal, six big meals, and I
- 7:50have like a a small pre workout snack.
- 7:53So, you can kind of see I eat like six
- 7:54to seven times a day.
- 7:56On my training days, and on my rest days
- 7:59I have like six meals.
- 8:01Just not as much carbs. But, since I'm
- 8:04going to be training today, we're going
- 8:05to need all the carbs that we
- 8:06can get. So, this is my way of loading
- 8:09up, you know.
- 8:10>> Going to have tea. [snorts]
- 8:11>> Mhm.
- 8:12>> How much do you miss your rice noodles
- 8:13right now?
- 8:15>> A lot.
- 8:17Okay, post workout shake, Cocoa Puffs.
- 8:29So, it's like
- 8:31150 g. I'm supposed to blend that
- 8:36and put it in one shake, so
- 8:38I don't know if this is going to be
- 8:40possible.
- 8:42I'm going to try.
- 8:43>> Don't you always fill it to the brim?
- 8:47>> Mhm.
- 8:48Sometimes it's very small.
- 8:51I need to find like the exact
- 8:52measurements.
- 8:53>> Mhm.
- 8:54>> I'll do
- 8:5650 g of this.
- 8:59Do [snorts]
- 9:0050 honey.
- 9:02Yes, yes, a lot of honey.
- 9:04>> I was going to say, you eat a a lot of
- 9:06honey.
- 9:07>> That's why the carbs are so high, cuz I
- 9:08eat like
- 9:101,250
- 9:12g of carbs today.
- 9:14>> That's so crazy.
- 9:16>> Blend this.
- 9:18So, for my intra I'll do EAAs and
- 9:23creatine, and then I'll just drink that
- 9:26during the workout. Pre workout I have
- 9:28like pump serum or just my usual
- 9:30enraged, you know. Those are my favorite
- 9:32pre workouts. And after the gym I'll
- 9:34down that shake and I'll get another
- 9:36meal. But now, I need to fly to the gym,
- 9:38so
- 9:39we need to blend this and go. Go go go.
- 9:44This always happens. [snorts] It never
- 9:45fits cuz like there's too much
- 9:47stuff going on in the blender. So, I
- 9:50just grabbed two huge shakers.
- 9:53And this is what we're going to do
- 9:54today. So, it's supposed to be one
- 9:56shaker, you know,
- 9:57but now I have two.
- 9:59Okay, workout's done. I had my
- 10:01post-workout shake.
- 10:03Now, we're walking to my mom's house cuz
- 10:06I called her and I asked her
- 10:08if she can cook me my next meal.
- 10:11So,
- 10:12she can. And my next meal is
- 10:14chicken and rice.
- 10:17Think I have like some dates in there
- 10:20and some apples, you know. Oh, yeah. I I
- 10:21have a little like digestion walk right
- 10:23now going. So, this helps me
- 10:26get my food down a bit. And by food, I
- 10:28mean the shake that I had post-workout.
- 10:31And And in like 20 minutes, we'll down
- 10:33the meal that my mom cooked, you know.
- 10:36Then I have around
- 10:38two meals left. Okay, I'm at my mom's
- 10:41house.
- 10:42I'm going to take like a 10-minute nap
- 10:44cuz I'm nauseous. I don't want
- 10:46to eat right now. Post-workout, I never
- 10:48want to eat. Even though I had the
- 10:50shake, like I I wasn't in the mood for
- 10:52that. I just done it.
- 10:54Out of discipline, but like the actual
- 10:56meal itself that's coming, I do not want
- 10:59it at all.
- 11:00And I never want to eat post-workout cuz
- 11:03I think I train so hard. It just makes
- 11:05me nauseous, especially on the bulk, you
- 11:07know. And I'm eating so much food, so
- 11:08I'm going to nap a bit and then we'll
- 11:10down the meal.
- 11:12Okay, it's time to eat my post-workout
- 11:14meal. We have some apples, some prunes.
- 11:19I have
- 11:20some liver on top of it just for a
- 11:22taste.
- 11:23She made some liver, but
- 11:25this is not part of the diet. This is
- 11:27the chicken breast and the rice.
- 11:30Like this is just protein, you know, so
- 11:32I don't really care much. Okay, so next
- 11:34meal, this is after my post-workout
- 11:36meal. We're going to have some chicken
- 11:38breast, potatoes, and there's like
- 11:40zucchini cut up, you know.
- 11:42I'm also having
- 11:44four pieces of toast. I have another two
- 11:47in the toaster, but this is the meal.
- 11:50This is dry as cuz I I meal prepped
- 11:53this earlier today. It works, you know.
- 11:55>> [snorts]
- 11:56>> You get big.
- 11:58After some time, like you get tired of
- 12:00eating the same so you have to eat
- 12:02different sources of food, you know. And
- 12:04that that counts for the protein, the
- 12:06carbs, and just anything.
- 12:09Where is my chicken?
- 12:11Mhm.
- 12:12>> Guys, you know he loves him more because
- 12:13he actually gave him chicken off of his
- 12:15plate. And he never really does that for
- 12:18me.
- 12:18>> No, I don't give chicken to animals.
- 12:20This is all weight. But he's my son.
- 12:23>> He's purring.
- 12:26>> Chicken.
- 12:28Don't do this or you will lose gains.
- 12:40>> Baby.
- 12:42Baby.
- 12:44Baby.
- 12:46Baby.
- 12:48>> Mhm.
- 12:50>> Guys, this is what he does
- 12:53pretty much after every meal.
- 12:56>> Last meal of the day. He's just in every
- 13:00clip. That's crazy, man. Go away.
- 13:03>> [laughter]
- 13:03>> Mhm. Mhm.
- 13:05>> [clears throat]
- 13:05>> I'm not joking. Usually he's not even
- 13:07like bothering me.
- 13:09For some reason, today he's obsessed
- 13:10with
- 13:11the kitchen.
- 13:12>> And he even ate your chicken, so.
- 13:15>> Mhm.
- 13:16We'll do some cinnamon crunch.
- 13:19We got to let
- 13:21Dobby.
- 13:22No.
- 13:24It's not for you.
- 13:25>> You know what? You should listen to your
- 13:27wife, man. She's like, "You are an
- 13:28man."
- 13:30>> It's like the highest carb day.
- 13:32So, that's why
- 13:33we're like loading up on sugar.
- 13:36>> He's purring.
- 13:38>> He just enjoys being bodybuilder. Don't
- 13:40you want to get big?
- 13:43>> For sure it's what it
- 13:44>> Why is he purring? Is he likes
- 13:47being with me.
- 13:48>> Kittens just kind of like regulate
- 13:50themselves sometimes while purring.
- 13:53Kittens in general purr a lot.
- 13:55>> Usually I have dark chocolate, but since
- 13:57we're going to use the blender
- 13:59I'm going to make life a bit easier.
- 14:01>> Easier? Don't you enjoy your dark
- 14:03chocolate?
- 14:04>> Mhm.
- 14:06Not after
- 14:07eating it every day
- 14:09for the past few months.
- 14:11>> Mhm.
- 14:12>> Going to blend some almonds.
- 14:16Since I have a memory, I have
- 14:18everything on my phone.
- 14:19So, I just save all my diets there. I
- 14:22have like three different diets.
- 14:25So,
- 14:27it kind of changes every day, but this
- 14:29is like the highest carb one
- 14:32cuz this is when we train back. So,
- 14:34that's 1,000
- 14:35250 g of carbs. I've been eating like
- 14:38this for the past maybe 4 weeks.
- 14:40But it took months to kind of titrate up
- 14:43the food
- 14:44to this point, you know? So, we don't
- 14:46start like immediately eating
- 14:487,000 calories from the get-go, you
- 14:51know? We started at like 4K or 5K
- 14:54calories and then we slowly like added
- 14:56the food incrementally each week.
- 15:00And we got up to 7,000 calories
- 15:04and this much carbs, you know? So, this
- 15:06is the most that I've eaten in my entire
- 15:08life. It's also the biggest I've been in
- 15:10my entire life. So, we're hitting PRs,
- 15:13you know, left and right. I'm getting
- 15:15stronger, bigger.
- 15:16I'm also the leanest.
- 15:20We're only going to get bigger.
- 15:25But no, now the plan is since we're at
- 15:27120 kilo,
- 15:28we're going to hold that
- 15:30cuz if I keep growing right now, we're
- 15:32going to risk
- 15:33up my blood pressure and I just
- 15:36get unhealthy. So, what you do is you
- 15:39set a goal in terms of weight. I've
- 15:41never hit 120 in my life, so we hit it.
- 15:44Now we're going to hold that. We're
- 15:46going to let it like marinate, you know?
- 15:48Like I'm going to let the muscle
- 15:50solidify
- 15:51>> Mhm.
- 15:52>> and hold on my bones.
- 15:54>> So, how long does that mean you have
- 15:57remaining trend to use?
- 15:58>> I'm not on trend right now.
- 16:01You're funny, yeah. I don't think we're
- 16:03going to push the bar to 125 even though
- 16:05I want to. It's not going to feel good.
- 16:07Physically, I do feel it. It kind of
- 16:10disrupts my sleep to be this big. And
- 16:13it's overall like the quality of life
- 16:15has lowered cuz I'm so big right now.
- 16:17Like my body was not meant to be this
- 16:19big. The biggest
- 16:20>> At least you're aware that you're like
- 16:22not in great like
- 16:24>> Well, obviously I'm aware, but this is
- 16:26something that I have to do.
- 16:28>> I know. I know.
- 16:30But then you tell me like, "I can only
- 16:32get bigger. You know I can get bigger.
- 16:34It's just like it's not the best, but I
- 16:36really can."
- 16:37>> I mean, yeah, I can.
- 16:39>> You [laughter] can't. You can't even
- 16:40>> suffer and I'll suffer.
- 16:42But I accept that, you know? Like I
- 16:43accept that I may struggle.
- 16:45>> There's a difference between suffering
- 16:47and not being able to breathe standing.
- 16:50Please, show them your food.
- 16:52>> You're funny, yeah.
- 16:54>> [clears throat]
- 16:54>> That's true. That's true. Well, now I
- 16:56need to hold this so I can breathe in
- 16:58it. Yeah, that's right. So, I got I got
- 17:00a new like super suit, you know?
- 17:02>> Mhm.
