  445. 24:24dinner or perhaps you can only see your
  446. 24:27friends on the weekend

  448. 24:34you will wake up in the morning feeling
  449. 24:38refreshed then you will have enough time
  450. 24:41to eat a healthy breakfast before you
  451. 24:43head out to the bus
  452. 24:47stop that's a good idea I get very tired
  453. 24:50in the mid

  455. 24:55and soda I eat when I get to work
  456. 24:59yes skip the candy and
  457. 25:03soda and also consider using your free

  460. 25:13just unhealthy it's also

  568. 31:12automatic
  569. 31:14speaking repetition is very very
  570. 31:16important to become
  571. 31:19fluent you need to speak English
  572. 31:21fluently without translating in your
  573. 31:24head the words should come out of your
  574. 31:26mouth automatically
  575. 31:29so this is where the repetition comes
  576. 31:33in if you repeat the same vocabulary and
  577. 31:36sentences many times you will become a
  578. 31:39master of this vocabulary and
  579. 31:42grammar so you will be able to use that
  580. 31:45words automatically without thinking
  581. 31:48about grammar rules and without
  582. 31:50translating vocabulary in your
  583. 31:54head in order to think in English you
  584. 31:57must repeat vocabulary and sentences as
  585. 32:00much as you can after lots of repetition
  586. 32:03eventually you will start to think
  587. 32:05English in your head and improve your
  588. 32:07speaking
  589. 32:10skills as I mentioned before we use the
