  1. 0:00In this tutorial, I'm going to show you
  2. 0:01how to make unlimited free videos by
  3. 0:03combining AI agents with this new free
  4. 0:06open-source tool called HyperFrames. It
  5. 0:08can make awesome animated explainer
  6. 0:10videos. I'm going to walk through
  7. 0:11everything today, including the exact
  8. 0:13prompts to help you get started and
  9. 0:15learn this stuff. And it's really
  10. 0:16powerful once you set it up because it's
  11. 0:18essentially free. Open up your Claude
  12. 0:20desktop, make sure you click code, click
  13. 0:23new session. And what we're going to do
  14. 0:25is create a new folder on your computer,
  15. 0:27and that's where we're going to install
  16. 0:29this open-source tool called HyperFrames
  17. 0:31and set everything up. Over here, it's
  18. 0:33showing like what is our directory or
  19. 0:35folder we're working in. I'm going to
  20. 0:37create a new folder. So, let's say open
  21. 0:39folder and then click new folder. So,
  22. 0:42all we're doing is just creating a new
  23. 0:43folder and then we're telling Claude
  24. 0:45code, "Hey, we're going to work in this
  25. 0:46folder now." And if everything worked,
  26. 0:48you should see it says local and it
  27. 0:50should say livestream-hyperframes
  28. 0:52or whatever you decided to name it. Now,
  29. 0:54just real quick, a couple of other
  30. 0:56options, like what do I like to set it
  31. 0:58to? I personally always set it to accept
  32. 1:01edits or auto mode. Auto mode is
  33. 1:03basically AI will pretty much accept
  34. 1:06edits unless it thinks it should really
  35. 1:08ask for your permission. In terms of the
  36. 1:09model you use, if you're on Macs like I
  37. 1:11am, I just use Opus 4.8 for this. If
  38. 1:14you're on Pro, you might want to switch
  39. 1:16to Sonnet 5 so that you're a little bit
  40. 1:18more token efficient. Now, once we have
  41. 1:20this set up, all we have to do is tell
  42. 1:22Claude to literally install HyperFrames.
  43. 1:25So, we're typing install HyperFrames and
  44. 1:26go ahead and click enter. So, here's the
  45. 1:28beginner prompt to start with. Create an
  46. 1:318-second landscape video explaining the
  47. 1:33health benefits of sunlight and choose
  48. 1:35one strong animated visual metaphor that
  49. 1:38makes the idea instantly understandable.
  50. 1:40Keep it fast to render and press enter.
  51. 1:43Here's the video. Your body runs on
  52. 1:45sunlight, vitamin D, better mood, more
  53. 1:48energy, deeper sleep. Now, what we want
  54. 1:50to do is launch the preview. So, type in
  55. 1:52the chat launch preview and this will
  56. 1:55open up the um,
  57. 1:57preview studio. So, it just opened this
  58. 1:59tab like automatically. I didn't do
  59. 2:01anything. And it's pretty similar to all
  60. 2:03the other ones. So, let's go ahead and
  61. 2:04play this. Okay, so now we see the
  62. 2:06entire video within the studio. And if
  63. 2:08you want to make changes, like if you
  64. 2:10don't like something here, you can just
  65. 2:11talk to your AI agent. Don't expect them
  66. 2:13to get everything on the first try, but
  67. 2:16you can give them feedback and iterate
  68. 2:17until it's a version that you like. So,
  69. 2:20here's the prompt. Using HyperFrames and
  70. 2:22{slash} faceless explainer, create a
  71. 2:2430-second faceless explainer video about
  72. 2:26the health benefits of high-protein
  73. 2:28diet. That's the storyboard for a video.
  74. 2:30If you have suggestions, you would
  75. 2:32iterate on it here and then proceed to
  76. 2:34making the full video. So, this was a
  77. 2:36video it made on the first prompt with a
  78. 2:38hook that definitely is very disturbing.
  79. 2:41And then it explained like all these
  80. 2:43benefits of protein. You eat less
  81. 2:46without deciding to, meaning you less
  82. 2:48you're satiated. You blunts blood sugar
  83. 2:51spikes. I didn't know that. Okay. It
  84. 2:54rebuilds like muscle and lean protein.
  85. 2:57Case closed. Eat more protein on
  86. 3:00purpose. Damn. [music] And this is how
  87. 3:01much you should eat per day. So, this is
  88. 3:03the third video we're going to create.
  89. 3:05Let me just show you what it is and why
  90. 3:07I call it the intermediate level prompt.
  91. 3:10So, here I provided my company's
  92. 3:12website. It grabbed the brand colors. It
  93. 3:14understood what my company does and then
  94. 3:17it created kind of this nice
  95. 3:19launch video for my company. I call this
  96. 3:21the intermediate prompt because it's
  97. 3:23actually taking context from an external
  98. 3:26source. In this case, it's just a simple
  99. 3:28website. But, you could feed in other
  100. 3:30types of context. For example, you could
  101. 3:32feed in a YouTube video and then use a
  102. 3:34tool like Apify or Blutato to scrape the
  103. 3:37transcript from that YouTube video and
  104. 3:38make like a totally different version of
  105. 3:40an explainer video. You could feed in
  106. 3:42PDFs. You can feed in podcasts. You can
  107. 3:45feed in like any source of information
  108. 3:47you can think of. You can feed it in as
  109. 3:49context for your AI agent and then it
  110. 3:51can build this kind of cool product
  111. 3:54video or explainer video or launch video
  112. 3:57based on that information. So, this is
  113. 3:59the intermediate prompt, and this will
  114. 4:01actually use another pre-built skill or
  115. 4:04workflow called website to video. It's
  116. 4:07going to ask you to install it, so just
  117. 4:09say yes. So, here's the prompt using
  118. 4:12Hyperframes and {slash} website to
  119. 4:14video, create a 25-second cinematic
  120. 4:17product launch video from bloatato.com.
  121. 4:20Obviously, put in your website here.
  122. 4:22Capture the website's actual colors,
  123. 4:24typography, UI, and brand feel. Then
  124. 4:27turn it into a premium Apple Keynote
  125. 4:29style reveal with dramatic pacing,
  126. 4:31animated zooms, three big benefit cards,
  127. 4:34clean voice over, subtle sound effects,
  128. 4:36and a final CTA. And that's how we get
  129. 4:38like this really cool version. It's like
  130. 4:40super epic. Again, you can feed in your
  131. 4:43own assets. You can feed in your product
  132. 4:45images, video clips that you have.
  133. 4:47Hyperframes can actually assemble all of
  134. 4:49that. Let me just go to the optional
  135. 4:51prompt if somebody wants to use this.
  136. 4:53Let me at least explain this how this
  137. 4:55prompt works so you can make your own.
  138. 4:57So, let's say you're feeding in a raw
  139. 4:59talking head video, okay? And we want to
  140. 5:02have an edit. The first step is we're
  141. 5:04going to have Claude transcribe what
  142. 5:07you're saying in the video, and then
  143. 5:09clean it up. So, we're going to remove
  144. 5:11false starts, remove stuttering, remove
  145. 5:14like repeating when you're messing up,
  146. 5:16remove filler words, and trim pauses
  147. 5:18over 0.3 seconds. It's like a generally
  148. 5:21good threshold.
  149. 5:22So, it's going to transcribe everything,
  150. 5:24clean clean everything up, and then it's
  151. 5:26going to kind of organize the script
  152. 5:29into the key concepts. For each concept,
  153. 5:32figure out the strongest visual metaphor
  154. 5:34that makes it instantly understandable,
  155. 5:37okay? And then we're going to use a
  156. 5:39consistent visual system. Obviously, you
  157. 5:42can change this. I just set it as like
  158. 5:44light colored theme and blue as your
  159. 5:46primary color. This is your type fonts
  160. 5:49again and then these are just some
  161. 5:51parameters for motion. And then graphic
  162. 5:53rules, these are like the different
  163. 5:55things you typically want in a YouTube
  164. 5:57video. So for example, big cards that
  165. 6:00replace my face that show metaphors,
  166. 6:02quotes, comparisons, steps and titles.
  167. 6:04Transparent overlays can be over my face
  168. 6:06or near my face. And then one recurring
  169. 6:09visual throughout the entire video. And
  170. 6:11then sync, you want to align each visual
  171. 6:15or graphic to the time stamp when I'm
  172. 6:17speaking about it. Output MP4 at
  173. 6:20whatever was the aspect ratio of the raw
  174. 6:23video footage. Okay, so if you're
  175. 6:24recording a short, it's going to output
  176. 6:27like a vertical short. If you're
  177. 6:29recording like a long-form YouTube
  178. 6:30video, then it's going to output that. I
  179. 6:32think that's all I want to talk about
  180. 6:34today. And if you enjoyed this video,
  181. 6:35hit like, hit subscribe, and hit the
  182. 6:37notification bell so you don't miss the
  183. 6:38next one.
