- 0:01At this moment, I want to express my
- 0:05joy and, at the same time, my gratitude
- 0:09to God and to my beloved senior pastor,
- 0:16Pastor Aíton José Alves, for the
- 0:20opportunity and trust granted to me to
- 0:24bring a reflection on the Word of God
- 0:28to the brothers and sisters tonight, at
- 0:32the closing of the 18th Youth Congress
- 0:37here at the Central Temple. What is
- 0:43happening to me today is the mercy of
- 0:50God
- 0:52and the kindness of our senior pastor.
- 0:58And I couldn't fail to thank him for
- 1:03the opportunity and trust. My father,
- 1:08thank you very much.
- 1:11Please open your Bible to the theme
- 1:17chosen to illuminate this congress.
- 1:24Proverbs, chapter 4, verse 23. Tonight,
- 1:34guided by our pastor, we will speak on
- 1:40the theme "Guard your heart." Proverbs,
- 1:48chapter 4, verse 23. And about
- 1:52everything that should be guarded.
- 1:56Guard your heart, for from it flow the
- 2:03springs of life. Amen. Amen.
- 2:08Dear and beloved brothers and sisters,
- 2:12the word "heart" does not have
- 2:14variations. The word "heart" appears
- 2:21730 times in the Old Testament, 105
- 2:28times in the New Testament, and there
- 2:33are almost 50 occurrences of the word "
- 2:38heart" in the book of Proverbs alone.
- 2:44When we talk about the heart and try to
- 2:48define it, we have to divide it. First,
- 2:55when we talk about the heart in a
- 2:59physiological sense, the heart is the
- 3:04central organ of the body, the core of
- 3:09physical life. In a psychological sense
- 3:15, the heart is the source or origin of
- 3:21motives, the center of passions, the
- 3:26core of thought processes, the source
- 3:32of consciousness. Biblically speaking,
- 3:38the Bible refers to the heart as the
- 3:43center of intellect, the center of
- 3:47emotions, the center of human will. For
- 3:54a better understanding, we need to
- 3:58analyze this verse, Proverbs 4 and 23,
- 4:02in some Bible translations. For example
- 4:07, in the NTLH (New Living Translation),
- 4:11Proverbs 4:23 is written like this: "Be
- 4:16careful what you think, for your life
- 4:21is directed by your thoughts." In the
- 4:26living translation, Proverbs 4 and 23,
- 4:30it is written: "Above all else, my son,
- 4:35guard your heart, for everything you do
- 4:43flows from it." In the NIV, the New
- 4:51International Version, Proverbs 4:23
- 4:56says: "Above all else, guard your heart
- 5:02, for everything you do flows from it."
- 5:09Note that biblically we observe that
- 5:13the heart is the center of
- 5:16understanding personality, glory to
- 5:20Jesus, and decision-making. When we
- 5:26analyze the book of Proverbs, it is
- 5:31very enlightening in this regard. When
- 5:35the wise Solomon writes the proverbs,
- 5:39he makes it very clear. In chapter 2,
- 5:44verse 10, he says that the heart is the
- 5:48center of wisdom. In chapter 3, verse 5
- 5:53, he says that the heart, hallelujah,
- 5:56is the center of trust. In chapter 4,
- 6:01verse 23, he says that the heart is the
- 6:05center, hallelujah, of diligence. In
- 6:10chapter 6, verse 14, it says that the
- 6:13heart is the center of wickedness. In
- 6:18chapter 6, verse 18, it says that the
- 6:21heart is the center of wicked schemes.
- 6:25In chapter 6, verse 25, it says that
- 6:29the heart is the center of lust. In
- 6:33chapter 7, verse 10, it says that the
- 6:36heart is the center of evil cunning. In
- 6:41chapter 8, verse 5, it says that the
- 6:44heart is the center of understanding.
- 6:49In chapter 12, verse 20, it says that
- 6:53the heart is the center of deceit. In
- 6:57chapter 12, verse 23, it says that the
- 7:00heart is the center of foolishness. In
- 7:04chapter 12, verse 25, the wise man says
- 7:08that the heart is the center of anxiety
- 7:11. In chapter 14, verse 10, it is the
- 7:16center of bitterness. In chapter 14,
- 7:20verse 13, it says that the heart is the
- 7:24center of sorrow. In chapter 14, verse
- 7:2814, the wise man says that the heart is
- 7:33the seat of unfaithful walking. In
- 7:37chapter 15, verse 13, he says that the
- 7:41heart is the seat of joy. In chapter 15
- 7:46, verse 14, he says that the heart is
- 7:53the center of knowledge or the seat of
- 7:56knowledge. In chapter 15, verse 30, he
- 8:01says that the heart is the seat of good
- 8:04cheer. Chapter 16, verse 5, he says
- 8:10that the heart is the seat of arrogance
- 8:15. In chapter 18, verse 12, he says that
- 8:20the heart is the seat of pride. In
- 8:24chapter 15 or 18, verse 15, he says
- 8:28that the heart is the seat of prudence.
- 8:32In chapter 19, verse 3, he says that
- 8:36the heart is the seat of murmuring. And
- 8:41in chapter 23, verse 17, the wise
- 8:45Solomon says that the heart is the seat
- 8:50of envy. Glory to God. Notice with me
- 8:55that he is making it very clear that
- 8:59the heart is the center of desires. And
- 9:05importantly, evil desires almost always
- 9:09want to succumb to, and overcome, good
- 9:13desires. Do you know why? Because in
- 9:18the heart of man there is a constant
- 9:21war waged between God and the devil,
- 9:25between faith and unbelief, between
- 9:28love and hate, between sinning and
- 9:31being faithful. This is what Jesus said
- 9:37in Matthew, chapter 15, verses 19 and
- 9:4120. And also in Mark, chapter 7. See
- 9:46verses 21, 22, and 23. He said to the
- 9:50scribes and Pharisees, "For from within
- 9:54, out of the heart of man, come evil
- 9:59thoughts, adulteries, fornications,
- 10:03murders, thefts, covetousness,
- 10:07wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil
- 10:13eye, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness.
- 10:19" Then he says in verse 23, "All these
- 10:24evils proceed from within and defile a
- 10:28man." Therefore, we must guard our
- 10:33hearts, because listen carefully, for
- 10:37the heart of man is prone to the
- 10:40inclinations of the flesh. That's
- 10:44what's written in Genesis, chapter 6,
- 10:48verse 5. Then when I go to Jeremiah,
- 10:52chapter 17, verse 9, Jeremiah asks a
- 10:56question and says: "The heart is
- 11:00deceitful above, and desperately wicked
- 11:04; who can know it?" Then the Lord
- 11:08enters the scene, God who commands
- 11:11above and burns below. Then he says in
- 11:16verse 10: "I, the Lord, search the
- 11:27heart." And do you know what it means
- 11:30to search the heart? To examine it
- 11:34minutely. He takes the heart, opens it
- 11:37and says: "Here, here is the atrium,
- 11:39here are the ventricles, here are the
- 11:41auricles, here is the horticulture,
- 11:43here was the vena cava, here were the
- 11:45promontory bones, here is the
- 11:46epicardium, here is the...
- 12:03And when we go to the Bible, follow
- 12:05along with me. The Bible, as our pastor
- 12:09teaches, the Bible says in Proverbs,
- 12:12chapter 17, verse 3, that the Lord
- 12:16tests the hearts. The Bible says in
- 12:20Proverbs, chapter 21, verse 2, that the
- 12:25Lord searches the hearts. The Bible
- 12:29says in Luke, chapter 16, verse 15,
- 12:33that the Lord knows the hearts. In Acts
- 12:391:24 it says that he knows all hearts.
- 12:45The Bible says in Proverbs 24: 1 that
- 12:48he weighs the hearts. The Bible says in
- 12:53Romans 8 and 27 that he examines the
- 12:57hearts. The Bible says in Psalm 33
- 13:01verse 15 that he forms the heart. And
- 13:06the The Bible says in Psalm 44, verse
- 13:0921, that He knows the secrets of the
- 13:16heart. Repeat after me. God knows my
- 13:32heart.
- 13:33My heart. That's why, when you read in
- 13:36First Samuel, chapter 16, verse 1, the
- 13:38Lord says to Samuel:" How long will you
- 13:41mourn for Saul, since I have rejected
- 13:43him as king over Israel? I am sending
- 13:45you this horn of oil to Jesse of
- 13:47Bethlehem, for he has chosen a king for
- 13:49me in the eyes of his sons. "
- 13:50Hallelujah!
- 13:52Then Samuel fills the horn of oil and
- 13:54goes to Jesse's house. Arriving there,
- 13:58verses 7, 6, 6 and 7,
- 14:01Elijah appears
- 14:04before Samuel. Then Samuel said:" The
- 14:07Lord's anointed has been accomplished.
- 14:09"Then God from heaven said:" Look, do
- 14:18not consider his appearance or his
- 14:22height, for I have rejected him because
- 14:26I do not see as men see.
- 14:33People look at the outward appearance,
- 14:35at the outward appearance, at what is
- 14:37before their eyes. "I, God, don't. I
- 14:41look at the inner man.
- 14:49Glory to God. The heart of man
- 14:55is the instrument of communication
- 15:00between God and man.
- 15:06Hallelujah. The heart
- 15:14is the center of attitudes.
- 15:20If the source, the heart, is pure,
- 15:28its attitudes will be pure too. That's
- 15:35why God placed a word in my heart.
- 15:39Hallelujah! God!
- 15:42Because He wants to shield our hearts
- 15:44tonight.
- 15:46Glory to Jesus!
- 15:48He wants us to follow the example of
- 15:51Nehemiah in chapter 13, verse 19. He
- 15:53closed the gates of Jerusalem, locked
- 15:56them, and even placed guards on them
- 15:59and said," Nothing passes through here,
- 16:02not even wind. "
- 16:05That's what God wants to do with your
- 16:07heart today.
- 16:10Hallelujah! We are before a piece of
- 16:16advice, or the main, most important
- 16:20piece of advice from the wisest man in
- 16:23the Bible after Jesus. What is the
- 16:27advice? Proverbs 4:23. Above all else,
- 16:34guard your heart. Hallelujah. For from
- 16:40it flow the springs of life. The
- 16:45updated version says springs of life.
- 16:49Glory to God. To
- 16:51guard here is to care for, to preserve,
- 16:56to protect, to defend.
- 17:01And that's what we must guard our
- 17:03hearts from. That's where I begin to
- 17:05apply what God has given me. Hallelujah
- 17:08. For this special night, we must,
- 17:12first of all, guard our hearts, repeat
- 17:16after me, from worldliness.
- 17:20From worldliness.
- 17:22We are living
- 17:26in a society,
- 17:29in a culture marked by worldliness.
- 17:35Worldliness is embedded in politics, in
- 17:41education, in the media, in philosophy,
- 17:47in ethics, in science. The Bible says
- 17:54in the first epistle of John, chapter 5
- 17:56, verse 19, the universal epistle, that
- 17:59the whole world lies in the power of
- 18:02the
- 18:02evil one. But if I were to give a name
- 18:06to this generation here tonight, I
- 18:08would say:" Generation that goes
- 18:10against the current of the world. "
- 18:13Hallelujah! God,
- 18:16because we are part of the world, but
- 18:20the world cannot be present in our
- 18:24hearts, in our lives. Do
- 18:27you know why? When I open the Bible to
- 18:30the first epistle of John, chapter 2,
- 18:33verses 14, 15, 16, and 17, it says:" I
- 18:37am writing to you, fathers, because you
- 18:40have known him who is from the
- 18:43beginning. Do you have experience? I
- 18:47have written to you, young men, because
- 18:51you are strong.
- 18:53The word of God abides in you, and you
- 18:57have overcome the evil one. Do not love
- 19:01the world or anything in the world. If
- 19:04anyone loves the world, love for the
- 19:06Father is not in them. For everything
- 19:10in the world—the lust of the flesh,
- 19:12the lust of the eyes, and the pride of
- 19:15life—comes not from the Father but
- 19:17from the world. The world and its
- 19:23desires pass away, but whoever does the
- 19:33will of God lives forever. We do not
- 19:45follow the pattern of the world. I
- 19:49repeat, after me, we do not follow the
- 19:54pattern of the world.
- 19:57Because it is written in Romans,
- 19:59chapter 12, verses 1 and 2. I urge you,
- 20:02therefore, brothers and sisters, in
- 20:04view of God’s mercy. "...of God, that
- 20:07you present your bodies as a living
- 20:10sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God,
- 20:13which is your spiritual worship, and do
- 20:16not conform yourselves to this world.
- 20:20Do not follow the pattern of this world
- 20:24, but be transformed by the renewing of
- 20:28your mind, so that you may prove what
- 20:31the will of God is, that which is good
- 20:35and acceptable and perfect. Now you
- 20:46will understand why someone asks you,"
- 20:48Why don't you do it? "Because the
- 20:51culture of the world is worldliness. It
- 20:54is permeated by worldliness. But what
- 20:56is our culture? According to our senior
- 20:59pastor, it is the culture of heaven. It
- 21:01is the culture of heaven. It is the
- 21:04culture of heaven. Why don't you do it?
- 21:07Because my culture is from heaven. Why
- 21:09don't you wear it? Because my culture
- 21:11is from heaven. Why don't you speak?
- 21:13Because my culture is from heaven? Why
- 21:16don't you mix? Our culture comes from
- 21:21...
- 21:30And how to guard the heart in a society
- 21:33permeated, in a society centered on
- 21:36worldliness?
- 21:38Look at that person next to you, say:"
- 21:40Sanctifying yourselves,
- 21:41sanctifying yourselves. "It is the
- 21:43culture of heaven.
- 21:44It is the culture of heaven.
- 21:47Glory to Jesus. God
- 21:50must be holy
- 21:53to protect, young person. The heart of
- 21:55the world,
- 21:57hallelujah, must be holy.
- 22:00The Bible says, in the first epistle of
- 22:03Peter, chapter 1, verses 15 and 16:"
- 22:05But as he who called you is holy, you
- 22:08also be holy in all your conduct, since
- 22:11it is written, 'You shall be holy,' in
- 22:14Leviticus 19: 2, 'for I the Lord am
- 22:17holy.' "Paul said in the first epistle
- 22:21to the Thessalonians, chapter 4, verse
- 22:247:" For God did not call us to impurity
- 22:28, but to holiness. "Then verse 3 says:"
- 22:33For this is the will of God. "What is
- 22:37the will of God? Your sanctification.
- 22:44Glory to God. Glory to God.
- 22:46God places a word in my heart that is
- 22:48echoing to the four corners of this
- 22:51temple and is reaching the screens in
- 22:53front, hallelujah, that are behind this
- 22:55temple. God speaks to us tonight and
- 23:01demands one thing from us to guard our
- 23:05hearts from worldliness: holiness,
- 23:10holiness, holiness, holiness.
- 23:21Our young people, pastor, are being
- 23:24bombarded at school, in college, in
- 23:26preparatory courses, at work. They are
- 23:31trying to tarnish the purity of our
- 23:34youth. Satan is analyzing with certain
- 23:39things. And among these things, allow
- 23:42me, pastor, is the purity of our young
- 23:46people and teenagers. The devil wants
- 23:49to tarnish the purity of these
- 23:52teenagers, of this youth, and they are
- 23:55preaching that vigilance, the purity of
- 23:58young men and women, is a thing of the
- 24:02past, something for squares. But God
- 24:05brought me here tonight to tell you
- 24:09that vigilance is important to Him. And
- 24:13I will prove it to you. Isaiah chapter
- 24:177 verse 14 says that Jesus would be
- 24:20born and was born of a virgin, the
- 24:24Virgin Mary. In Mark chapter 11 verse 2
- 24:28, it says that Jesus rode and rode on a
- 24:32virgin donkey. No one had ridden on one
- 24:37before. It is written in Matthew,
- 24:41chapter 27, verse 60, that the tomb was
- 24:45new. And in Luke 23:53 it says that no
- 24:50one had yet been buried in it. The tomb
- 24:54was virgin. And it is written in 2
- 24:58Corinthians, chapter 11, verse 2. The
- 25:01trumpet will sound and Jesus will
- 25:04descend to take a church. I did,
- 25:11raise your hand up. Lift up to God.
- 25:27Hallelujah! Glory to God! Work! God!
- 25:50Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
- 25:58Paul, vaccinating Timothy, that young
- 26:00man, he said:" Keep yourself pure. "I'm
- 26:05going to speak, and you're going to
- 26:07look at that teenager and repeat:" Keep
- 26:09yourself pure.
- 26:11Keep yourself pure.
- 26:12Keep the model.
- 26:14Keep the model.
- 26:15Guard the good deposit. Guard the
- 26:17deposit.
- 26:18Flee from youthful desires. Flee from
- 26:20desires.
- 26:21Remain.
- 26:22Remain. Remain in what you have learned
- 26:29. What
- 26:36should we guard our hearts from?
- 26:41Secondly,
- 26:44from the inversion of values,
- 26:49of the concept of right and wrong. The
- 26:55Bible says in Isaiah chapter 5 verse 20
- 27:00: "Woe to those who alter, who modify
- 27:05the views of things,
- 27:09that is, the standard of right and
- 27:12wrong." We are living in a society
- 27:20whose inversion of values has reached a
- 27:24peak of absurdity.
- 27:26Hallelujah! Glory to God!
- 27:29Caused by a materialistic and
- 27:32secularized education, permeated with
- 27:38false philosophies contrary to the word
- 27:42of God. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
- 27:48Hallelujah!
- 27:52All this they are using a very powerful
- 27:57weapon
- 27:58called media. A certain director, a
- 28:05pastor, gave an interview and said: "
- 28:10Cinema and television are supplanting
- 28:14the church in the role of teaching
- 28:18values and beliefs." He's
- 28:23forgotten what's written in Matthew
- 28:2516:18. Let's remind him. Jesus calls
- 28:29Peter this, saying: "You are Peter, the
- 28:31small stone, but on this rock, Jesus,
- 28:34the large stone, I will build my church
- 28:36, and the gates of hell will not
- 28:42prevail against it."
- 28:49Paul, speaking in the context of
- 28:52revelation,
- 28:54said in the second epistle to the
- 28:56Thessalonians, chapter 2, verse 7, "
- 28:59There is one who is in the midst of
- 29:01this generation
- 29:04and resists.
- 29:06Glory to God. He exists. He cannot
- 29:10manifest himself until he is taken out
- 29:12of the midst of it." The church is in
- 29:16the world to make a difference. God.
- 29:24And there's the recipe. Look at the
- 29:26person who says: "Do you know how to
- 29:28guard your heart from the inversion of
- 29:30values?"
- 29:30Tell that teenager: making a difference
- 29:33.
- 29:33Making a difference.
- 29:34Stronger. Making a difference.
- 29:37Making a difference.
- 29:38We will overcome the inversion of
- 29:41values by making a difference.
- 29:48Listen, it is written in Malachi 3:18.
- 29:52Then
- 29:52you will again see the difference
- 29:55between the righteous and the wicked,
- 29:57between those who serve God and those
- 30:00who do not. Listen, the Bible, much
- 30:04less God, does not show favoritism, but
- 30:06the Bible does distinguish between
- 30:09those who serve and those who do not.
- 30:13Hallelujah. Do
- 30:14you know what the Bible calls those who
- 30:15do not serve? The Bible calls them
- 30:18troubled seas, night visions,
- 30:22abominable branches, ashes on their
- 30:28feet, bad fish, wild beasts, blind men,
- 30:34thorns and thistles, trampled carcasses
- 30:40underfoot, straw, clouds without water,
- 30:47wandering stars, scorched grain, cut
- 30:53trees, deaf vipers, dogs. Eggs that
- 30:59quickly disappear. Bad figs, withered
- 31:04oaks, a fiery furnace, Foolish ones,
- 31:09building on sand, fuel for fire, a
- 31:13garden without water, goats, wayward
- 31:17children, weeds on the roof, a bush in
- 31:22the desert, horses rushing into battle,
- 31:27idols, lions ravenous with prey, melted
- 31:33wax. Garments eaten by moths. A passing
- 31:39whirlwind, rejected silver, scorpions,
- 31:45a serpent, smoke, tares, stony ground,
- 31:52whitewashed tombs, sons of Belal,
- 31:58hypocrites, poor. Now, to set this
- 32:13place on fire, look at the person next
- 32:15to you and say: "Do you know what the
- 32:18Bible calls you?""Tell him. Do you know
- 32:21what the Bible calls you? The Bible
- 32:24calls you the sun, the stars, lights,
- 32:29Mount Zion, Lebanon, treasure, jewel?
- 32:35Gold, pieces of gold, pieces of silver,
- 32:40stones of a crown, living stones,
- 32:43little children, obedient children,
- 32:47members of the body, runners in a race,
- 32:51fighters, good servants, strangers and
- 32:58pilgrims on their way to heaven. Lambs,
- 33:01sheep, eagles, pomp, fish, oxen, oxen
- 33:05and rain, enclosed garden, unfailing
- 33:10springs, branches of olive trees,
- 33:14pompous trees, good figs, lilies, trees
- 33:21planted by streams of water, cedars of
- 33:26the Lipado, young palm trees, young
- 33:30olive tree, grain, wheat, salt of the
- 33:34earth, light of the world, ambassadors
- 33:38of the King, horse of righteousness,
- 33:42planting of the Lord. Beloved of God,
- 33:47holy, apple of God's eye. Hallelujah.
- 34:54Hallelujah. Are you feeling God there,
- 35:28guys? Are you feeling God on the big
- 35:32screens? Are you feeling God? God is
- 35:51raising up a generation tonight that...
- 35:58" It will make a difference. God,
- 36:04I want you to listen loud and clear.
- 36:13God tells me
- 36:16that He is raising up a generation that
- 36:19will make a difference. Allow me,
- 36:25pastor. Only the teenagers and young
- 36:28people who are in the choir and in the
- 36:30nave at this time stand up for a few
- 36:32minutes. What people, young people and
- 36:34teenagers.
- 36:48God took me to Joshua, chapter 9, verse
- 36:5227. And say, say that I will raise up a
- 36:57generation of woodcutters and water
- 37:01carriers. Raise a hand up. Raise a hand
- 37:08up.
- 37:12Repeat. I will make a difference.
- 37:16I will make a difference
- 37:18from below. I will make a difference.
- 37:22I will make a difference.
- 37:24Say: Beloved senior pastor.
- 37:27Beloved senior pastor.
- 37:29Beloved senior pastor.
- 37:32Beloved pastor,
- 37:33raise your hand up. Say very loudly: "
- 37:36Count on us,
- 37:38count on us.""
- 37:41God is rising up. Who can worship? Who
- 37:49can worship? Who can worship? You can
- 38:12sit and worship. Glory to God. No one
- 38:54can take God's place in our hearts. We
- 39:02must guard our hearts, because no one
- 39:09can take God's place in our hearts.
- 39:15When I read the story of Abraham, I'm
- 39:18already finishing, I'm already on time
- 39:20here. Abraham, when he received the
- 39:26promise, Genesis 12:13, was 75 years
- 39:29old. When Genesis 21: 6 was fulfilled,
- 39:31he was 100 years old. Abraham was a man
- 39:36who enjoyed a deep and intimate
- 39:37communion with God. It was 25 years of
- 39:40intimacy with God. So much so that in 2
- 39:43Chronicles 27, Isaiah 41: 8, James 2:23
- 39:47calls Abraham a friend of God. God
- 39:53didn't reveal anything like that to
- 39:55Abraham before, because in Genesis 27
- 39:57God said:" He is a prophet. "The
- 40:04expressions God appeared to Abraham.
- 40:07Genesis 12: 7, Genesis 17: 1, Genesis
- 40:1118: 1. The expression" God spoke to
- 40:13Abraham "is interesting. I find it
- 40:15interesting in Genesis 12: 1-3, uh,
- 40:18Genesis 13, 14-17, but in Genesis 17: 1
- 40:20, brother, it is written that God said:
- 40:23" I long to talk with my friend. I'm
- 40:26going down there and talk to him. "And
- 40:28it says:" Oh Abraham, I am God Almighty
- 40:30, I have called you, come in, walk
- 40:32before me and be blameless. "Then in
- 40:35verse 21 it says:" When God had
- 40:38finished talking with Abraham, God went
- 40:42up to heaven. "
- 40:45Now listen. After Isaac was born, Isaac
- 40:55took God's place in Abraham's heart. So
- 41:00, do you know what God says?" I long
- 41:03to talk with my friend. "
- 41:19Genesis 22. Abraham, take your son,
- 41:22your only son, Isaac, whom you love,
- 41:25and go to the land of Moriah and
- 41:28sacrifice him there.
- 41:32Abraham obeyed God, took the wood, the
- 41:37fire, and the knife, and Isaac went to
- 41:41Mount Moriah. He arrived at the top,
- 41:46prepared the altar, placed the wood on
- 41:49the altar, tied Isaac to the wood,
- 41:55took the knife in his hand, and
- 41:58then stood up. When he was about to
- 42:02descend, God said:" And Abraham,
- 42:06Abraham, have you sacrificed Isaac? "
- 42:13Where, Sister Jionai? Here, look. When
- 42:22Abraham nailed the knife and stood up
- 42:24and was about to descend, he killed
- 42:25Isaac in his heart, he ripped Isaac
- 42:27from there. Then God says:" Ready, it's
- 42:29all ready for me again, stop. Oh glory!
- 42:33Oh glory! Because no one occupies God's
- 42:37place in your heart. God's time is
- 42:40coming for your life, young man. God's
- 42:46time is coming for your life, young
- 42:48woman. And God doesn't want to share
- 42:51your heart with anyone. God wants you
- 42:57completely. It is written in 1
- 43:01Corinthians 6:19 that our body is the
- 43:03temple of the Holy Spirit. But I can
- 43:06conjecture 2 Corinthians 1:22,
- 43:09Ephesians 3:17. If the body is a temple
- 43:13, our heart is the altar of God. And
- 43:19God wants to enter your heart. God
- 43:22wants to dwell in your heart. Proverbs
- 43:2623 and 26, he is saying: "Son, give me
- 43:33your heart. Give me your heart. Give me
- 43:38your heart." Today you will leave here
- 43:43with Christ inside your heart, reigning
- 43:48, being worshiped, being glorified. And
- 44:07I will say something here to conclude.
- 44:10Tell that person next to you. Really
- 44:13tell them. God is in a hurry
- 44:17to do something very big in your life.
- 44:26Hallelujah! I can already see that the
- 44:31bad things that displease God are
- 44:33already leaving.
- 44:37The bad things are already leaving.
- 44:40Someone is already singing. Take my
- 44:42heart. Take my heart. Take my heart.
- 44:48Take my heart. The fire of God is
- 44:51already descending here. It's been a
- 44:54while since Thursday that the fire of
- 44:57God has been descending from this place
- 45:00and tonight is no different. God is
- 45:05setting things ablaze.
- 45:11Receive the fire of God in your heart.
- 45:15Receive the presence of God where you
- 45:17are. God is beginning to do something
- 45:22very big in your life. This youth
- 45:26congress will be a turning point in
- 45:31your life. So-and-so before and
- 45:34so-and-so after. Feel, feel, feel the
- 45:39presence of God. Receive the baptism of
- 45:45the Holy Spirit here inside, and
- 45:48outside too. Hallelujah.
