- 0:00You are a fictional construct within
- 0:02the illusion. Only the being that you
- 0:05are can create an experience in the
- 0:07illusion. Free means that the being you
- 0:11are lives; it means you no longer
- 0:13desire anything. But freedom can only
- 0:17be obtained when you are free from
- 0:18dependencies. If I depend on someone,
- 0:21there is no freedom.
- 0:23There are different levels of existence
- 0:25, and we are on a plane of existence to
- 0:27which we will awaken. I like that
- 0:31definition of freedom from dependencies
- 0:33, but Marcos, honestly, how do we do
- 0:36that?
- 0:38How do we get out of that?
- 0:40Uh, you cannot get out of it. That is
- 0:42the first step you have to understand.
- 0:45Your being knows how to get out of that
- 0:47matrix we are talking about. You do not
- 0:49. A being can access anything that has
- 0:52happened in the universe. So, why does
- 0:55it need another being? Why does it need
- 0:57to channel it? So, the only thing that
- 1:00needs it are egos, and egos want a
- 1:02channeling. That’s where a lot of
- 1:04confusion comes from, I know, and many
- 1:06don't like it because who is going to
- 1:08defend that? It is the ego once again.
- 1:10Observe, observe. Cognitive dissonance.
- 1:13You are going to defend your beliefs.
- 1:15You go, uh, ah, no, no. The other one
- 1:18is crazy. Ah, well, I don't care about
- 1:20that. You don't have to believe. Your
- 1:22being already knows it. You don't have
- 1:24to understand it. The one who wants to
- 1:26understand things and wants to make
- 1:28sense of it is what you are not.
- 1:30In the yogic tradition, we say that if
- 1:32you do nothing, matter traps you, or
- 1:34the ego traps you more and more. Jesus
- 1:39truly said, "We must be like children
- 1:41so that we may truly go back to
- 1:43paradise." Another aspect he always
- 1:46told us: if you want liberation, leave
- 1:48everything behind and follow me. To be
- 1:51free is when you have no attachment to
- 1:53anything. Play is when you play, when
- 1:56there is no purpose in the game. When
- 1:58there is a purpose in the game, you are
- 2:00no longer playing. Everything you
- 2:03currently believe about yourself is
- 2:05alien and does not come from the heart.
- 2:08I want to provoke, provoke you to
- 2:10question me, but immediately question
- 2:13yourself. You have just reached a
- 2:21chapter that will literally blow your
- 2:22mind. And even though you've seen other
- 2:26chapters that may have made you reflect
- 2:28a little, this one will make you
- 2:30reflect, and a lot. It’s the case
- 2:34that I’ve been thinking for an hour.
- 2:36I just finished it. We were already
- 2:38dismantling everything. But I want to
- 2:41warn you, take what you see in this
- 2:43chapter with caution, seek good advice.
- 2:47It is a spectacular exit from the
- 2:49Matrix, but take it with caution.
- 2:54Thanks for being there and I hope you
- 2:56follow us, because as you’ve seen on
- 2:58other channels, we also look at who
- 3:00follows us, who doesn’t, and more
- 3:01than 65%of the people who watch the
- 3:03episodes don’t follow us. So if you
- 3:09like this content, please follow us,
- 3:11share, leave a like, and what I’m
- 3:13going to ask you is to leave a comment
- 3:15on what you’re about to see, because
- 3:17it’s going to blow your mind. And
- 3:22share it with someone who knows what
- 3:23we’ll be talking about, because
- 3:25it’s crazy. Well, Jordi, today we
- 3:33have someone who is more your profile,
- 3:35because I’m quite a newbie when it
- 3:37comes to fasting. You’ve been at this
- 3:42for a while, and then there's the
- 3:44philosophy of living more from
- 3:45spirituality and less from materiality
- 3:47—I don’t know if you’d call it
- 3:49that. Eh, it’s also quite new. Until
- 3:55I had two accidents. Uh, in the first
- 3:59one I learned nothing, and in the
- 4:01second one neither, but at least after
- 4:03a year I said, "I can't be writing a
- 4:05book about this and not practicing it.
- 4:08How incoherent I'm being." And today we
- 4:13are here with Marcus White. This was
- 4:20something you really wanted to talk
- 4:22about, these topics of how we can
- 4:24transcend the body toward a life that
- 4:26is more, I don’t know what to call it
- 4:33, how would you call it? More spiritual
- 4:35, more from within, more like what yoga
- 4:37perhaps promotes. Well, very excited to
- 4:43be here today with Marcus and I think
- 4:47it’s a a great opportunity to see
- 4:51another way of living. And if the that
- 5:05that perspective of what is outside, of
- 5:07what is normal for us, but I don’t
- 5:09know what normal is.
- 5:13Yes, exactly.
- 5:15Hello, Marcus, and thanks for being
- 5:17here.
- 5:18Hello. Hello. Well, what is normal here
- 5:24is that everyone asks themselves, and
- 5:26often we believe things are normal but
- 5:28they are beliefs; it’s like believing
- 5:30in God or believing in certain things,
- 5:33and you don’t know what the truth is
- 5:35because it requires a belief. It’s
- 5:41through self-observation and
- 5:43experimenting, and also through
- 5:44deepening one’s connection to the
- 5:46body. Many see the body as something
- 5:53superficial without really
- 5:54understanding that it’s their vehicle
- 5:56—who is actually using the vehicle,
- 5:58and is it mostly being used by
- 6:00something external to that vehicle, or
- 6:02that avatar? And that’s where the
- 6:06problems come in. Uh, when we truly
- 6:11observe what we really need, you see it
- 6:13in the manifestation of your being
- 6:15within your body, because it is what
- 6:18keeps the body alive, not something
- 6:20external. That is obvious. Well, for
- 6:25some no, but, uh, only through
- 6:27observation can you see that you are a
- 6:29manifestation within that illusion of
- 6:31your being. So, the being keeps it
- 6:35alive. Well, from that first stem cell
- 6:39when you are born until now, if that
- 6:41consciousness is removed, the body dies
- 6:43. So, what keeps your body alive, that
- 6:48is obvious, it is what you are and not
- 6:50what you think you are. And that is the
- 6:54great problem. You think you are the
- 6:57body, but no. You use the body, and
- 7:00those are two things where people get
- 7:02confused.
- 7:04That is a very, very good philosophy.
- 7:08The case is that, I don't know if you
- 7:10know, I had an accident, as I mentioned
- 7:12, where I fractured my spine, and I
- 7:14fractured my spine in three places. In
- 7:18theory, I should have had a bit of a
- 7:20grim outcome, et cetera. And it
- 7:23happened just a month after 9/11. And
- 7:29of course, I had a small business, I
- 7:31had just started, being very young, I
- 7:34had a company I was growing, et cetera,
- 7:36and the accident didn't come at a good
- 7:38time with the economic crisis that was
- 7:40coming. I had to lay off employees. No,
- 7:44no. This thing about being in bed for
- 7:47so many months and being told maybe
- 7:49you'll be on crutches or other things,
- 7:51no, that didn't convince me. And and
- 7:55that my father, I had been hearing my
- 7:57father's story for a long time about
- 7:59how he regenerated himself by talking
- 8:01to his body. You just said something
- 8:04that is key for me. The body is a being
- 8:07. We are others. We do a kind of
- 8:11coexistence and and that is what I
- 8:15understand from you, if I'm not
- 8:17mistaken, right? That we are the being
- 8:21that gives guidance to the body, and if
- 8:23this being leaves, well, the body does
- 8:25not continue. Understood that? Correct?
- 8:31Well, that is something everyone can
- 8:33observe. Exactly.
- 8:37Well, maybe not in oneself, but in
- 8:39those who are dying, one sees that
- 8:41something leaves, something leaves.
- 8:46Well, nowadays science actually knows
- 8:48because when they have measured people
- 8:50who are in the, what are they called?
- 8:55The dying. The dying, in the state of
- 8:58transitioning, it is seen that they
- 9:00lose weight, and they lose up to 1 kg
- 9:02in weight. So, science cannot explain
- 9:08how I could lose a kilo of weight from
- 9:11one moment to the next, right? It would
- 9:15be slowly that it could perhaps be
- 9:17explained, but not from one moment to
- 9:19the next. So, your spirit really does
- 9:21have weight. It's very important, it's
- 9:25very interesting to see when something
- 9:27has weight, has a body, has mass.
- 9:30Weight is mass. And when it is in mass,
- 9:33it lives in the three dimensions, in
- 9:35space. Space is required for masses and
- 9:38mass needs space. It means your spirit
- 9:42is still part of that matrix. Important
- 9:46to understand
- 9:47the interrelation that exists between
- 9:49all things, right? That connecting link
- 9:52.
- 9:53But how good is that which you just
- 9:55Yes, yes. It's uh Yes, yes. Your spirit
- 9:58is like a bond. So you, well, spirit is
- 10:02often much easier for me in German
- 10:05because mind and spirit are the same
- 10:07word. So through that mind you identify
- 10:11with yourself. Well, many who die and
- 10:15return uh are seeing their body. But,
- 10:19how do they know that is a body? Who
- 10:21knows that is my body? Obviously your
- 10:25mind that believes that is its body,
- 10:27the being doesn't care about that, but
- 10:29that's where that understanding comes
- 10:30in. Your spirit is still part uh of
- 10:34that, those ties. So, you are free,
- 10:38truly free when you are also out of the
- 10:40spirit. Well, we are also in a matrix
- 10:46there, it's something else, but you
- 10:48really exit the body, but with the
- 10:49spirit, but then you have to exit the
- 10:52ah spirit as well. And you could see
- 10:58that because there are entities,
- 11:00spirits here, because they haven't let
- 11:02go of the idea of the body, that this
- 11:04is me, this is my mind. And so the
- 11:07moment you let go of the mind, the idea
- 11:10of yourself, then you go. It's obvious.
- 11:13So there you can see mind and spirit
- 11:15are the bond.
- 11:17Marcos, have you written a book?
- 11:20Yes,
- 11:21yes.
- 11:22I even wanted to tell you. tell us
- 11:24about your book.
- 11:29Uh, well, there I explain those things
- 11:31that one can really observe, but I
- 11:33didn't really want to write books
- 11:34because I know when I read a book, I am
- 11:37not reading myself.
- 11:41Mm.
- 11:43So, you shouldn't orient yourself
- 11:44toward the illusion, but within
- 11:46yourself is all the wisdom and you
- 11:48don't have to look outside. So, every
- 11:52time I look for something outside, I
- 11:54don't recognize what I have inside. And
- 11:57that's why any book you look for, you
- 11:59have to ask, why am I looking for a
- 12:01book? So, is it because I don't trust?
- 12:05So, that's why I didn't want to support
- 12:09that of listen to yourself, you don't
- 12:11have to know anything. But I understood
- 12:14that the majority don't want to ah need
- 12:16to read that they don't have to read.
- 12:20So I wrote the book so you know that
- 12:22you don't have to read the book. Ah,
- 12:26it’s that strong because you are
- 12:28something that has access. How good it
- 12:31is.
- 12:32You, you as a being, as your self, also
- 12:35have a an access to a higher mind, well
- 12:41, you can call it the universal mind.
- 12:46So, you as a being can access the
- 12:48universal mind and it’s there. But,
- 12:52uh, we create an individual mind
- 12:54through our ego character, do you
- 12:56understand me? And that’s where those
- 13:02those those problems come from and
- 13:04those ah eh those ideas about ourselves
- 13:06and then you generate two. So you think
- 13:10we are two, right? The one is
- 13:12fictitious, that is the personal ego
- 13:14because it is programmed by others, and
- 13:17what you really are. So, not to digress
- 13:22too much, eh, there you can understand
- 13:24that in reality when I react to others
- 13:26'ideas, they don't come from my heart
- 13:29if they are programs. I execute a
- 13:34program, well, the main program they
- 13:36educate you with is eating and they
- 13:38also educate you to be someone you are
- 13:40not, something, someone you are not.
- 13:43For example, you, that thing you see in
- 13:45the mirror, that's me, no, that’s
- 13:47what you’re using, the being knows it
- 13:49, but then the ego character takes
- 13:51command, and in that moment you are no
- 13:53longer living because you are living a
- 13:55programmed life. So, all the
- 13:57experiences you have are useless. No,
- 14:00no, nothing. Well, the only experience
- 14:03that is useful is to realize that you
- 14:05don't have to have experiences.
- 14:07How?
- 14:07Because you cannot have experiences.
- 14:09Because that, that is, is obvious. You
- 14:12are a fictitious construction in the
- 14:14illusion. The illusion in the illusion
- 14:18cannot have an experience. Only the
- 14:21being that you are can have an
- 14:23experience in the illusion. But when
- 14:26the ego dominates, the ego is
- 14:28fictitious, you don't live. So you live
- 14:31an external, programmed life, and you
- 14:33can see it in yourself easily because
- 14:35many ideas about you wouldn't be born
- 14:37in you if you hadn't been educated. The
- 14:41way you copy some habits from your
- 14:43parents, then habits from society, and
- 14:45all that is pure copying, orienting
- 14:47yourself outward. That's why I didn't
- 14:52really want to write the book because
- 14:54it's always orienting outward, because
- 14:56inside you is the wisdom. So, returning
- 14:59to what I wanted to say, it's because
- 15:01children, mostly children under 3 years
- 15:04old, in reality won't touch fire, won't
- 15:11touch a knife, and they don't get hurt.
- 15:14And why? Because they are still in
- 15:18their being and the being knows the
- 15:20best future for them because it has
- 15:22access to that universal mind. So there
- 15:25is no problem, there is no danger,
- 15:27there is nothing. But then you generate
- 15:30an individual mind and isolate yourself
- 15:32from that knowledge, and then you go
- 15:34and touch the fire again. It's truly
- 15:40absurd because if we are all one, one
- 15:42that we are literally all one, then why
- 15:44do I have to repeat the same thing you
- 15:46did? It makes no sense. And you can see
- 15:53that, for example, in animals; once a
- 15:56horse knows, well, all animals really
- 15:58know fire is dangerous because there
- 16:00was once a horse in the past that had
- 16:02that experience; the experience doesn't
- 16:04have to be repeated. Yet we repeat
- 16:11nonsense that isn't experience; it's
- 16:13just confusion, and that can be
- 16:15observed. So, in reality, we aren't
- 16:21living; we live the lives of others,
- 16:23and that obviously generates anxiety,
- 16:25and when you're anxious, you need a
- 16:27drug. Marcos,
- 16:30whatever it may be.
- 16:31Now,
- 16:32yes,
- 16:33we have entered the Age of Aquarius. We
- 16:39suffered through COVID, where our
- 16:41freedoms were restricted. A greater
- 16:48desire for freedom has appeared in
- 16:50people, a desire to experiment, to live
- 16:53, to be more in the moment, to connect
- 16:55with nature, and to reconnect with
- 16:57oneself. What is it? You have
- 17:03experimented a lot with freedom. What
- 17:06does it mean for you to be free?
- 17:10Ah, free means that the being that you
- 17:12are is living. You, as in your
- 17:16interpretation of freedom, you can't do
- 17:18it. It sounds a bit strange, but well,
- 17:22you are something fictional. So, your
- 17:25idea of freedom is "leave me alone and
- 17:27I'll do whatever I feel like." But who
- 17:30wants to do whatever they feel like?
- 17:32It's that—that which you are not. So,
- 17:35you automatically get tangled up in
- 17:37that. So, seeing freedom means that you
- 17:40no longer desire anything. That is the
- 17:46problem. The one who desires is
- 17:48actually that which you are not. So,
- 17:50the moment you let go of desires, then
- 17:53in that moment the being manifests and
- 17:55will guide you to the perfect life, but
- 17:57all your desires anchor you to that
- 17:59illusion. So, in that moment, you just
- 18:03go in circles, you get tangled up there
- 18:06, and obviously, the system shortens
- 18:08your leash a bit so that you are more
- 18:10obedient. So you seek, at a certain
- 18:15point, freedom from the system, but who
- 18:17is seeking freedom from the system? It
- 18:20is the jailer of the soul. So that is
- 18:22the great entanglement. Freedom is
- 18:24something else. Freedom, well, my form
- 18:27of freedom. Freedom is that my being
- 18:30uses this body; that is freedom. And in
- 18:33that moment, I have to learn to desire
- 18:35nothing. Purely through the character,
- 18:38there are no desires, there are no
- 18:40thoughts. Free thinking, because
- 18:43thinking also creates the ego persona,
- 18:45thinking of the future, the past,
- 18:47dancing. Living in the present is truly
- 18:50being free and living.
- 18:54Do you mean that the fact of being in
- 18:56society and wanting to fit into it, uh,
- 18:58causes in a way a loss of freedom, and
- 19:06that through detachment we can find
- 19:08greater freedom? Yes, because society
- 19:13itself is already corrupted. No one
- 19:17wants to live in a society like that.
- 19:20Uh, what we should do is live in
- 19:22communities. It's like a tribal form.
- 19:27It's living together among beings in a
- 19:29human body. And in those communities,
- 19:35well, there is no money, there is no
- 19:38ownership, there is no "I want more,"
- 19:40and uh no, everyone thinks of the other
- 19:42, they have true compassion, and it is
- 19:45within us. We know that the other is
- 19:50part of me, so I will wish the best for
- 19:52the other. But in this society we live
- 19:55in, everyone thinks only of themselves.
- 19:57That is an egoic system. Each person
- 20:00only wants the best for themselves. And
- 20:02the big force is greed. Everyone wants
- 20:05more, more and more money. What do you
- 20:07want more money for?
- 20:09M When you spoke of the perfect life,
- 20:11are you referring to this?
- 20:15To human life, that is human life. We
- 20:19really came from tribal lives and they
- 20:22put us now, or they want to put us into
- 20:2415-minute lives. What nonsense is that?
- 20:29Please, we want to be sharing with
- 20:31others, playing, which is what children
- 20:33really show us. Children show us how to
- 20:38live. Ah, we are meeting someone new.
- 20:40Oh, let's play, and we play whatever.
- 20:43And it's just that, it's just living
- 20:45together in a tribe as well. It is
- 20:48living together, having, uh, some
- 20:50experiences, but not so much toward the
- 20:53illusion, but more inward. So, in that
- 20:58game, in a tribe, we have more time for
- 21:00ourselves and you will work on your
- 21:02inner self, not so much on the illusion
- 21:05. The current system is designed for
- 21:08your attention to be 100%outward.
- 21:10Outside, all the time outside. So, you
- 21:13never have time to really listen to
- 21:15yourself, to be in silence. And we have
- 21:19to return there, we have to, because
- 21:21right now everyone can see it. Uh,
- 21:24everyone is unhappy. No one is happy,
- 21:28and they see happiness—let's say a
- 21:30false happiness, a false pleasure.
- 21:35Meaning, when I seek happiness, I live
- 21:37unhappily. If I seek pleasure, I also
- 21:40live in misery. This is obvious. So, as
- 21:44long as I seek that, something in my
- 21:46life doesn't add up, something is wrong
- 21:48with how I'm living. But many don't
- 21:51want to observe that, they would rather
- 21:53look for another distraction. And the
- 21:55big distraction is obviously food, and
- 21:57these days it's the cell phone and a
- 21:59thousand other things. Pure distraction
- 22:02because I don't want to listen to
- 22:04myself. And that is clear when you see
- 22:08you have a personal ego and a being
- 22:10inside, and those work with a body;
- 22:12there will always be friction and you
- 22:14can feel it, and everyone feels those
- 22:16moments of anguish because they are out
- 22:18there doing something they don't want
- 22:20to do and feel forced by this society
- 22:22to work. Nobody wants to work. So,
- 22:27while I am forced to do something, it
- 22:29causes anxiety. And to calm the anxiety
- 22:32, one needs a drug. And there we are
- 22:34trapped in that vicious cycle, dancing,
- 22:37thinking, distracting ourselves, but in
- 22:39reality, we aren't living. And many
- 22:42feel that: I want freedom. But you can
- 22:46only obtain freedom when you are free
- 22:48from dependencies. If I depend on
- 22:51someone, there is no freedom. So, of
- 22:54course, when you depend on a master,
- 22:56they are going to tell you to do this
- 22:58or not to do that. Or they say "needle"
- 23:02or "no needle," so I am not free. So if
- 23:06I depend on food, depend on money, and
- 23:08most strongly, depend on seeking love.
- 23:13Meaning affection, let's say with a
- 23:15partner, or affection with family,
- 23:17there is no freedom because in that
- 23:19moment I will be obedient, looking for
- 23:21something to receive something, and I
- 23:23will do something I don't want to do.
- 23:26One can easily see it in the family;
- 23:28you feel obligated, you sacrifice a lot
- 23:31for the family, but sacrifice is not
- 23:33something you do from the heart, but
- 23:35because you think you have to.
- 23:37Obviously, that causes anxiety again,
- 23:39the money. You work because you seek
- 23:42money, because you think you need it.
- 23:45Then, ah, food; I have to do labor to
- 23:47get money to buy myself food and all
- 23:50that. You are trapped, you are a
- 23:53perfect slave, and because you have
- 23:55dependency, you are a slave. That's
- 23:58right. Exactly. Well, inside the system
- 24:00means, when you want to free yourself
- 24:02from the system, you have to observe
- 24:04your dependencies. But for me, freedom
- 24:07is when the being that I am truly uses
- 24:09the body. So that I, as Marcos,
- 24:13thinking I am Marcos, no longer
- 24:15interferes, meaning no desires, nothing
- 24:18, I surrender completely. I don't put
- 24:22anything into that anymore. And that is
- 24:25very beautiful because it gives, it
- 24:27gives an inner peace. You know? Someone
- 24:31who is in charge, who knows everything
- 24:33perfectly for me. You can observe it
- 24:38right now, but in your body, a million
- 24:40cells die every minute. Eh, who is
- 24:43replacing them? You don't do it. So,
- 24:48there is a force behind it, a
- 24:50consciousness that is much clearer and
- 24:52superior to the consciousness or what
- 24:54you think of as your egoic
- 24:56understanding of the person, because
- 24:58you only create chaos, you really cause
- 25:00an imbalance in your body; and your
- 25:02body, when you leave it alone, balances
- 25:05itself, and that is truly called
- 25:07homeostasis. Well, medicine recognizes
- 25:11it: that your body balances and heals
- 25:13itself from everything on its own,
- 25:15without you getting involved.
- 25:18There is one thing, I mean, you have
- 25:20given me a new definition of exiting
- 25:22the Matrix. That is good because, look,
- 25:26just a few weeks ago, I don't know, uh,
- 25:32I had a chat with a girl who is a
- 25:34channeler, and for her it was, she did,
- 25:39I mean, imagine someone who channels,
- 25:42sees, reads minds, I mean, this is very
- 25:44strange, but we did a test live and,
- 25:46and I don't know how she does it. Okay.
- 25:49I mean, she receives a photo easily. Ah
- 25:52, yes. Wow, now we are getting into
- 25:55that. Now we are getting into that. And
- 25:58and so she was looking for the reason
- 26:00behind things and she had a let's call
- 26:05it a significant romantic misalignment,
- 26:08and it didn't matter how much of a
- 26:10channeler or medium she was, it was
- 26:11breaking her, and in the end she went
- 26:14to Peru to have an experience with
- 26:15ancestral medicine. There are words I
- 26:19am going to avoid because otherwise
- 26:21YouTube starts flagging things. And she
- 26:25started using ancestral medicine and
- 26:27spent a week there in Peru and she says
- 26:29, "Well, I'm going to tell you what
- 26:31happened to me because Rudy, this is
- 26:33madness." and she saw herself leaving,
- 26:38I mean, this business of leaving the
- 26:40body can be taken as normal in someone
- 26:43who channels, right? She is continually
- 26:45making these astral trips, out-of-body
- 26:47experiences, but she says she left,
- 26:49that she left, that she started to see
- 26:52that she was moving up levels, she
- 26:54started to see how she was exiting
- 26:56layers, even a layer that looked like
- 26:58gel. And when she ended up in the gel
- 27:01layer, she saw in a room a being that
- 27:03was with a technological device, and
- 27:05that being was not human. She thinks it
- 27:10was a "urma" and that it was her. And
- 27:16then she hears some voices that in
- 27:18theory were the voices of guides who
- 27:20were telling her, "That is you, but in
- 27:22reality it's not you, you are also
- 27:24inside the game, but you are that
- 27:26consciousness that is directing the..."
- 27:28And she started, it was click after
- 27:30click, and for her, exiting the Matrix
- 27:33was very similar to the movie. I don't
- 27:37know if you've seen it, it was very
- 27:39similar. I mean, you take Neo out, you
- 27:41pull him out of this game and then
- 27:42he’s Neo again, and at the end of
- 27:44Matrix two, three, or four, he says, "
- 27:46So the game hasn't ended yet." It's
- 27:48just that he's still in the game.
- 27:49He’s made another level, kind of like
- 27:51that DiCaprio movie, right? You wake up
- 27:53and say, "Ah, I’m finally awake.""And
- 27:55then you wake up again and say," Well
- 27:57damn, so what was that? "" But you gave
- 28:00a much more, I don’t know what to
- 28:05call it, but it’s different. The
- 28:09system, if—let's see if I understood
- 28:11this right—the system is created for
- 28:14you to be a pawn of the system and not
- 28:16try to escape, so that you can't have
- 28:18desires of the being, only desires of
- 28:21the ego. And so within these ego
- 28:25desires, you start to generate
- 28:26dependencies. The dependencies don't
- 28:29belong to your being, but to your ego.
- 28:31Dependency on food, dependency on
- 28:33wanting something, dependency on
- 28:35needing a woman, dependency on needing
- 28:37a car, dependency on needing to move
- 28:39the body, dependency, I mean, whatever
- 28:42you call it, a shackle, an obligation
- 28:44to get up in the morning. But in
- 28:50reality, like African tribes, they
- 28:52learn to—or what I understand—or
- 28:54indigenous people learn how to coexist.
- 29:03It's that being that relates to other
- 29:04beings to interpret the experience of
- 29:06being human. And so they start to
- 29:13collaborate, to learn and to integrate
- 29:15with nature and in that symbiosis. That
- 29:22is the free being, and the shackled
- 29:24being is us, right? Wearing clothes on
- 29:28a podcast talking to the audience that
- 29:30is watching us. They're all screwed now
- 29:33, they're all—don't kill yourselves,
- 29:35no, it’s nothing. And I understood
- 29:38that well. Did you understand that? I
- 29:40mean, I think I defined it, right? I
- 29:45mean, you have a different vision
- 29:47because, obviously, when you mentioned
- 29:50the illusion, it—it conveyed to me
- 29:52how yoga sees the illusion, meaning,
- 29:54this reality isn't just an illusion,
- 29:56right? That was it, I understood that
- 30:01well back then. Yes, yes, that there
- 30:05are different levels of existence and
- 30:07we are on a plane of existence that we
- 30:09will wake up to. But we are in an
- 30:16existence that we perceive materially,
- 30:18but what I really liked was that bit
- 30:20about the pawn you mentioned. And if we
- 30:25can, we have the quality of the pawn to
- 30:27go step by step, we have the quality.
- 30:32of the knight to jump, we have the
- 30:34quality of the bishop to move
- 30:36diagonally, we have the quality of the
- 30:38queen to go in all directions, and we
- 30:40are kings, right? I liked that part.
- 30:44Did you like it? Well, I was trying to
- 30:48understand it from him and I liked that
- 30:51definition of freedom without
- 30:52dependencies, but honestly, Marco, to
- 30:54be sincere, how do we do that?
- 30:59How do we get out of that?
- 31:01Uh, you cannot get out of it. That is
- 31:04the first step you have to understand
- 31:05because you are the jailer of the soul.
- 31:08So, how can an ego free itself from the
- 31:11ego? It doesn't work like that. Well,
- 31:13no.
- 31:14You are the jailer of the soul. What?
- 31:16That's right. Your attitude and your
- 31:19thinking. So when you think "with a
- 31:21technique I will free myself." How are
- 31:24you going to free yourself with a
- 31:26technique? A technique requires you to
- 31:27believe in the technique, and the one
- 31:29applying the technique is the personal
- 31:31ego. So, you are not going to dissolve
- 31:33it, obviously. So, don't get confused
- 31:36by that. Uh, freedom is when you desire
- 31:40nothing, when you stop empowering your
- 31:42being, because the being knows what to
- 31:44do and what it wants to do. You cannot
- 31:47know that. You execute and follow
- 31:51others and what they want you to
- 31:52believe, and there you are completely
- 31:54entangled. Well, you shouldn't believe
- 31:57in anything, nothing, zero, not in
- 31:59anything, not a religion, nothing.
- 32:02Because who believes is what you are
- 32:03not. And therein lies the catch.
- 32:07Because your being, as I tried to
- 32:09explain and as can be seen in certain,
- 32:12uh, observations, your being has access
- 32:14to the universal mind. Everything that
- 32:17has happened in the universe remains
- 32:18recorded. So, when I have access to a
- 32:21database, I can calculate the best
- 32:24future. That is normally called hyp-
- 32:29akashic records,
- 32:31right? Ah, no, no. Well, you call that
- 32:34akashic, but that is the universal mind
- 32:37. Everything that happens in the
- 32:40universe remains recorded in a database
- 32:42and your mind, uh, that is like, but
- 32:44your mind is isolated from that because
- 32:47it is created through foreign ideas,
- 32:49the idea that you are, uh, the person.
- 32:52So, everything you believe is useless
- 32:54and it is not necessary for you to
- 32:56believe in something. So, there it is.
- 33:00So we return to the child, that the
- 33:02child knows the best future for itself.
- 33:04So you can calculate, or your being
- 33:06knows the best future for you. So your
- 33:10being knows how to get out of that
- 33:11matrix we talked about. You do not. You
- 33:15are going to follow ideas that others
- 33:17have told you. That is why you
- 33:20shouldn't have the desire to leave.
- 33:24That is where the problem comes in.
- 33:27Because who wants to leave is really
- 33:28the ego character. So, you just have to
- 33:33empower your being. And empowering your
- 33:37being means wanting nothing and doing
- 33:39nothing. And those are the most
- 33:42difficult points because we have been
- 33:44educated, trained, that we have to do
- 33:46something all the time. Well, that is
- 33:50my observation. Everyone can distract
- 33:53themselves however they want, but you
- 33:55don't have to do it. And well, the
- 34:00great dilemma of channeling is who am I
- 34:02going to channel with? and how do I
- 34:07channel, right?
- 34:09Who do I connect with? If I...well, you
- 34:13have to see, we really only see 0.5%of
- 34:16that video game, of that matrix, we are
- 34:19truly blind. So, all other entities see
- 34:24us and mainly use us as fools. So, as
- 34:31long as you again believe what you are
- 34:33hearing, you fall into the "I have to
- 34:35believe it."
- 34:39And that is also in the system, you
- 34:41mean?
- 34:41That's right. It is part of the system,
- 34:44it is part of the matrix. And that is
- 34:49what many don't want to accept, but
- 34:51observe, just observe why would a being
- 34:53need information if a being can access
- 34:55anything that has happened in the
- 34:56universe. So, why do they need another
- 35:01being? Why channel it? What is that? So
- 35:06, the only thing it needs are egos, and
- 35:09egos want a channeling there. A lot of
- 35:13confusion comes from that. I know it.
- 35:15And many don't like it because who is
- 35:17going to defend that is again the ego.
- 35:22Observe, observe because we are so in
- 35:24our bubble, and that is actually called
- 35:26, what is it called? Ah, cognitive
- 35:33dissonance. You are going to defend
- 35:35your beliefs. You uh uh ah no, no. The
- 35:38other person is a lunatic. Ah, well, I
- 35:40don't care about that. You observe,
- 35:42observe in what created thing you are
- 35:44going to defend your belief because you
- 35:46don't have to believe. Your being
- 35:48already knows it. Why do you believe?
- 35:50Who believes? Someone who doesn't trust
- 35:52. And that is where we get tangled up
- 35:55very, very easily. Well, the system
- 35:58obviously knows that we are kind of
- 36:00fools in the spiritual aspect and we
- 36:03believe anything. That is why spiritual
- 36:07or religious people are the most
- 36:09vulnerable. Also,
- 36:16I have to tell you that I am enjoying
- 36:18doing these podcasts a lot and I am
- 36:20learning a ton and I have set out to
- 36:22help. thousands of people. As you know,
- 36:29we recently held a brain challenge
- 36:31called Subconscious in 5 Minutes, and
- 36:33I’ve left the information in the
- 36:34description. But now, a longevity
- 36:38challenge is coming—a challenge about
- 36:40the mind, about matter, and how our
- 36:42minds can empower our bodies and
- 36:44reprogram them. I’ve already done it.
- 36:47I broke my spine in three places, if
- 36:49you didn’t know, and I learned a
- 36:51biological reprogramming technique my
- 36:53father taught me to heal myself.
- 36:56Thirteen years later, I had another
- 36:58accident, but this time I lost my
- 37:00memory and learned how to rewire my
- 37:02brain. I have developed a technique
- 37:07based on small lifestyle changes after
- 37:09having tried everything, interviewed
- 37:11everyone, and written five books. What
- 37:16are the essential changes needed in
- 37:19diet, exercise, nutrition, and our
- 37:21minds to live young for as long as
- 37:23possible? I’m going to show you how
- 37:27in a 7-day gamified challenge,
- 37:29completely free. I’m leaving the
- 37:32information in the description because
- 37:34I am on a mission to help as many
- 37:36people as possible do whatever they
- 37:37want in life. And for that, we need a
- 37:42healthy body, because if the body isn't
- 37:44healthy, nothing else matters. A great
- 37:48episode awaits you. Thanks for being
- 37:50there.
- 37:53because they fall easily. into the
- 37:55beliefs. Yes, yes. Well,
- 37:57of course,
- 37:58that is my observation
- 37:59and a very good one. Yes, yes, very
- 38:01good and new to me. I mean, it breaks
- 38:0552 previous podcast episodes, but it's
- 38:07very good; I mean, no, but it’s a
- 38:09great observation, this thing you were
- 38:12mentioning about Well, you wanted to
- 38:16ask something, otherwise I’ll just
- 38:18keep going. Uh,
- 38:20what I wanted to say is that it’s a
- 38:22great observation because looking at it
- 38:26from perspective, there’s no way to
- 38:30understand where to start. And the
- 38:34beauty of it, the most beautiful thing
- 38:36is, you don’t have to understand it.
- 38:40And who wants to understand?
- 38:42Exactly. The one who wants to
- 38:44understand things and wants to figure
- 38:46them out is what you are not. There
- 38:48comes the trap again. So you let go. Ah
- 38:50, if I don't understand it. Mm, I won't
- 38:52even get into it. But you want to solve
- 38:56, you want to understand. Who wants
- 38:58that? What you are not. And that is
- 39:02where our obstacles always come from,
- 39:04instead of, "Right now I surrender, I'm
- 39:07going to play, I leave all the power to
- 39:09that which I can observe every second
- 39:11in my body," because who keeps it alive
- 39:13? I can observe that body. That is not
- 39:17me. So, why would I take control if I
- 39:20see perfection in my body? Wake up,
- 39:25surrender to the consciousness that you
- 39:27truly are, and learn to do nothing and
- 39:29believe in nothing. But I know that is
- 39:34the hardest part, because I hold those
- 39:37retreats, and well, the "not doing" is
- 39:39so intense, because we are so strongly
- 39:41caught up in the "doing." Fasting is
- 39:45easy. During those 8 days, people
- 39:48aren't hungry until I do 4 days of dry
- 39:50fasting, meaning no liquids, staying
- 39:53completely relaxed. The problem is the
- 39:55lack of activity and the silence.
- 39:59People quickly start talking, venting,
- 40:01and wanting things; they can't maintain
- 40:03the silence and the lack of activity.
- 40:06Those are the hardest things. Lauro.
- 40:09It’s honestly easy.
- 40:11Damn, seriously? I thought it was the
- 40:13other way around.
- 40:17No. Fasting is the simplest thing
- 40:19physically once you've done it before,
- 40:21but in silence, you truly confront that
- 40:24anxiety, because you use occupation all
- 40:26the time as a distraction, so you don't
- 40:28have to see. And the moment there is no
- 40:33distraction—we aren't going to read,
- 40:35we aren't going to distract ourselves
- 40:37with anything, no meditating or
- 40:39anything—there is no activity, so you
- 40:41really just sit still and observe. You
- 40:43learn to observe; true primary
- 40:45meditation is observing and getting to
- 40:47the cause. That is meditating. And many
- 40:52people use meditation as a distraction
- 40:54or to calm their anxiety instead of
- 40:56asking, "Why am I anxious? What leads
- 40:59me to anxiety?" And that is what I
- 41:04invite people to do, and it’s hard,
- 41:06it’s very hard, I know, but in the
- 41:08end, they discover so much about
- 41:10themselves, where the anxiety actually
- 41:12comes from. And that is why anxiety, or
- 41:18addiction—any addiction, be it a
- 41:20phone, food, alcohol, cigarettes—is
- 41:22only the means you use to calm the
- 41:25anxiety; but you have the anxiety,
- 41:27it’s just the effect, you have to get
- 41:29to the cause of the anxiety. If you
- 41:32eliminate the cause of the anxiety, you
- 41:35no longer need a drug. So, the drug is
- 41:37not the problem; the life you lead is.
- 41:40The life you lead is not natural, and
- 41:42that is why it is not right and causes
- 41:44anxiety, and it's because "natural"
- 41:46means living through your being. Being
- 41:49means: "Well, let's play." But working
- 41:54and seeking love in a partner, food,
- 41:56everything is a distraction and
- 41:58obviously lowers your vibration,
- 42:00because everything is vibration; and so
- 42:03you are very unconscious. And when you
- 42:09are once in silence and fasting, your
- 42:11vibration automatically rises and you
- 42:13have a different perception of
- 42:14everything around you. You perceive
- 42:18things differently. That is why they
- 42:20always keep you drugged so that you
- 42:22don't perceive anything. They keep you
- 42:26stupid, literally they keep you stupid
- 42:28with food, with your cell phone, and
- 42:30with other toxins that exist so that
- 42:32you don't wake up. I mean, waking up is
- 42:37nothing more than your being taking
- 42:39command, and they don't want the being
- 42:41to take command, so they keep you in a
- 42:43state of, well, hypnosis at certain
- 42:45moments. Well, I would say that part of
- 42:53the blessing of life, if one can see it
- 42:56as a blessing, like like we were
- 43:01talking about a game too, in yoga we
- 43:03call it the lila game. Um, it's fine.
- 43:11Yes, yes, yes,
- 43:12yes. It's that really, despite the
- 43:17conditioning, we can experience freedom
- 43:25and
- 43:25the game of life.
- 43:27You said it.
- 43:28Yes. So, uh, this freedom can be to
- 43:36to enjoy the game,
- 43:37to enjoy the game, as Marcus says very
- 43:40well, right? This stopping and
- 43:42observing in order not to believe.
- 43:48Whoever wants not to believe and and
- 43:52experience this detachment from beliefs
- 43:54. Life is so wonderful that it allows
- 43:58you to be you, it allows you to
- 44:02experience life and creation. In this
- 44:07in this case, for example, in in yoga,
- 44:16we use this observation, this
- 44:18questioning, and also a a thing that is
- 44:20mentorship, which is um those people
- 44:29who have realized a state of great
- 44:30connection with their being. In this
- 44:36game that is the path of yoga, they
- 44:41have transmitted to us a series of
- 44:43principles, beliefs, a way of living
- 44:50that helps you live in greater harmony
- 44:51with yourself and with the environment.
- 44:58And of course, one can can say, "Hey,
- 45:00well look, this belief system I feel
- 45:03reconnects me, I feel it makes me, uh,
- 45:05experience greater harmony or balance."
- 45:14We have this freedom. In yoga, we also
- 45:18practice fasting there,
- 45:21but with any technique, I say nothing.
- 45:23I mean, the point is, what is your
- 45:25perspective? And mainly where we get
- 45:30confused is the ego has an idea that it
- 45:32has improved its life and thinks there
- 45:34was a change, but whoever believes
- 45:36there was a change is what you are not.
- 45:42So, really you only repainted the cage
- 45:45and now the cage has rose-colored hues,
- 45:47but you are in the cage because you
- 45:49still believe and act and do things. In
- 45:53the end, you must do nothing. You must
- 45:55truly have the only freedom I am
- 45:57observing is where we came from. Well,
- 46:01communities first, but a child's life
- 46:03is the only way. A child doesn't need
- 46:06routines, uh, dogmas, rituals, or any
- 46:09of that. They don't need anything. Just
- 46:12to play. Just to play. That's what we
- 46:14come here for. To explore by playing
- 46:17that illusion. But they really take
- 46:20that away from us starting at 3 or 4
- 46:22years old because that’s when the ego
- 46:24persona forms. After that, you do all
- 46:27your performances, not through a child,
- 46:29but through a bored adult, with
- 46:31programming. I have to work, I have to
- 46:34study, I have to be someone. But in
- 46:36reality, you are a happy being here
- 46:38playing, but they don't let you play.
- 46:41And that's where the friction comes
- 46:42from. And that's where we have to
- 46:45return to. We just have to return to
- 46:47the child that is already inside us. So
- 46:51you don't have to do a certain
- 46:52technique or anything for that. You
- 46:55just have to realize that what you're
- 46:57doing isn't working. And obviously
- 47:03there are many paths they always say
- 47:04will lead you there, but you don't have
- 47:06to take any path, because the one
- 47:08taking the path is again the ego
- 47:10persona that thinks it has to take a
- 47:12path and I get trapped again. Well,
- 47:16don't get confused. Even if the things
- 47:21you’ve learned give you a certain
- 47:22step, you have to reach a point where
- 47:24you let go. Because if the life you
- 47:30lead right now, as someone conditioned
- 47:32and programmed, only serves to make you
- 47:34realize you don't need it, that's it.
- 47:41And once you realize you don't need it,
- 47:43that’s when liberation comes. Because
- 47:46if you don't let go of what you're
- 47:48doing, you stay tied down. Everything
- 47:51only serves to help you realize you
- 47:53don't need it because everything is
- 47:55already inside you. So everything
- 47:57outside only serves to help me realize
- 47:59I don't need it. What I am
- 48:03understanding is that
- 48:04Sure, what I am understanding is, yes,
- 48:07of course. If we take this as a
- 48:12computer game, the little character in
- 48:14the
- 48:17game doesn't need, like Mario Bros,
- 48:22Bros doesn't need to play the game. In
- 48:26itself, there is a game which is like a
- 48:28distraction, right? A distraction for
- 48:32the mind, a use of "I'm going to be
- 48:34smarter than the game," but in reality,
- 48:36you don't need to play the game, except
- 48:38that there is a time limit, right? If
- 48:41you don't pass the level, then the game
- 48:43is over, right? And hell, we are
- 48:45something similar. The time to play the
- 48:48game runs out; you do what you want
- 48:49with that game, right? Something like
- 48:51that would be it. In the yogic
- 48:56tradition, we say that if you don't do
- 48:59anything, matter traps you or the ego
- 49:01traps you more and more in life.
- 49:05the other way around. Sure, I mean, if
- 49:08you don't do something to,
- 49:10I mean, you mean if you don't work on
- 49:12yourself. Exactly. If you don't
- 49:16reconnect, if you don't breathe,
- 49:18meditate, and let's say you maintain
- 49:24your state of connection and
- 49:25consciousness, material life tends to
- 49:27make you lose that center. And by that,
- 49:34let's say, doing those techniques that
- 49:36reconnect you, makes it easier for you
- 49:42to be with your family in consciousness
- 49:44. You can be, not just while you do the
- 49:49technique, which would be like half an
- 49:51hour, an hour, an hour and a half a day
- 49:53, but that you expand your
- 49:54consciousness to when you work, to when
- 49:57you can sustain it. I mean, your your
- 50:02work is an expression of your
- 50:03consciousness. Being with the kids
- 50:06playing is an expression of your
- 50:07consciousness. Going grocery shopping
- 50:10is an expression of your consciousness.
- 50:12So, you are 24 hours a day in
- 50:14consciousness, in connection and in and
- 50:17in and in a state that facilitates for
- 50:22you that harmony with with existence.
- 50:31Right, the thing is the word, from what
- 50:33I understand Marcos is saying, is that
- 50:35the word desire is usually restricted
- 50:37to the rules you have conceived and not
- 50:39those you came here to do, right? It's
- 50:46clear, the line is very thin, a lot. I
- 50:49I am stuck on this mind reading thing.
- 50:51You told me it's very easy. What do you
- 50:55mean reading the mind is very easy?
- 50:56Artificial intelligence, well,
- 50:58artificial intelligence already does it
- 51:01, your phone does
- 51:04and it already exists, well, it's
- 51:06through your physiology, but also
- 51:08through the database, since one has
- 51:10more information, well, artificial
- 51:12intelligence knows you better than you
- 51:14know yourself. So, when I know, I know
- 51:18exactly through any expression, it
- 51:20already knows exactly what you are
- 51:22thinking. So, you express through
- 51:28frequency, speaking scientifically
- 51:30through your thought you emit a certain
- 51:32frequency and that someone if you have
- 51:35a receiver that can read it and it can
- 51:37even be a a physical body, a human,
- 51:39then it can read the frequency, you see
- 51:41? There are machines that can read, so
- 51:47also you if you bond with the other you
- 51:49can read autom couples. So, if they
- 51:55form a very strong bond, you know, they
- 51:58know, you can see how they think almost
- 52:00the same things. So, that is it, that
- 52:03bond through frequency. You perceive
- 52:05exactly what the other eh is doing or
- 52:07you do at the same time the same thing
- 52:09as the other. It's a synchronicity that
- 52:14you can really see at a certain moment
- 52:16in your life, and one can link it
- 52:18directly, but nowadays there are
- 52:19machines that can read it. So, for me,
- 52:26that is nothing new or extraordinary;
- 52:29rather, it just exists. That's clear.
- 52:34The great dilemma I see is that we get
- 52:38very confused by that. I don't care
- 52:40what the other person thinks, I don't
- 52:42have to know. I have to take care of my
- 52:45own mess. Uh, the other person's is
- 52:48theirs. So, while I'm dealing with the
- 52:50other, I'm not dealing with myself. So,
- 52:54we both end up really confused and we
- 52:56don't help each other, but rather keep
- 52:59ourselves in confusion. That's why
- 53:04another aspect I'm always observing is
- 53:06consciousness. Well, you can see that
- 53:09consciousness is within you because
- 53:11without consciousness nothing will
- 53:12manifest in this illusion. It is
- 53:14currently scientifically proven. You
- 53:16need consciousness. So consciousness is
- 53:19already within you. So it's not that I
- 53:24have to reach more consciousness, but
- 53:26rather understand what takes away the
- 53:27consciousness that is already within me
- 53:29. A baby has consciousness, and later
- 53:33the adult doesn't. So, what happened
- 53:35from the child to the adult? That is
- 53:38the ego character. So, it's not that I
- 53:42expand into something, but that I
- 53:44remove the layer of what I think I am
- 53:46or what I believe I am. Because that
- 53:50layer slows down the fullness of
- 53:51consciousness, because consciousness
- 53:53has access to the database and will
- 53:55manifest fullness and perfection here.
- 54:00Well, through the body you can see that
- 54:02it manifests perfection and then it
- 54:04will manifest other things in
- 54:06perfection because it knows what is
- 54:07best for it, but also for humanity. The
- 54:12being will always think of humanity, it
- 54:15won't think of itself because it knows
- 54:17that humanity is part of me, so I will
- 54:19think of them. That is a much more
- 54:22conscious coexistence, right? Full
- 54:24consciousness. Uh, but the ego is very
- 54:27deeply involved. So, the great dilemma
- 54:31I am observing is when I have the idea
- 54:33that I have to expand my consciousness.
- 54:37I acknowledge that I am not conscious.
- 54:39That means that I am not consciousness.
- 54:43You already are. And that is the
- 54:45stumbling block. If you let go,
- 54:49surrender, and do nothing, your
- 54:51consciousness manifests fully. That's
- 54:54it. And done. And you don't have to
- 54:57Well, what I really observe is that you
- 55:02are in full consciousness if you had
- 55:04certain experiences, and I don't know
- 55:06what other experiences my being has to
- 55:08have, I shouldn't get involved. I must
- 55:11leave that in the hands of the being.
- 55:14Maybe my being wants to be free, wants
- 55:16to get out of the matrix because the
- 55:18matrix is like a loop, they keep you
- 55:20trapped there. I mean, many think, well
- 55:23, I ask myself questions because many
- 55:25things aren't clear to me. They always
- 55:28think, well, with death, eh, I'll be
- 55:31free. That would be fabulous. So, when
- 55:33I know and have lived here, why would I
- 55:35want to return if I only live 4 years?
- 55:40Because for the first 4 years you live
- 55:42in ego, and you don't need the ego. The
- 55:46ego is formed externally so that you
- 55:48later play the role of the soul's
- 55:49jailer, and you make yourself ignorant.
- 55:55No being is ever going to do something
- 55:57bad. The being knows that the other is
- 56:00me. So it will never do something
- 56:02violent, aggressive, or evil. That
- 56:05doesn't exist in the being. That only
- 56:09originates in the ego personalities. So
- 56:12, if all humans lived in their being,
- 56:16we would be in paradise, which is what
- 56:18is truly intended. So, there we go
- 56:20again, returning. But well, here we go.
- 56:24But well, in the end, it's not about
- 56:26having so many experiences we think we
- 56:29need to have to free ourselves and
- 56:31expand. It's just understanding when I
- 56:36got confused and what I was confused
- 56:38about, why I'm believing in something,
- 56:41why I'm still an addict, why I have
- 56:43that eating habit, what is happening to
- 56:45me. I have to observe that, and that is
- 56:49meditation. And when I discover that, I
- 56:52will quickly let go of everything, and
- 56:54in that moment, I am free. But I don't
- 56:57necessarily need a technique. Certain
- 57:02techniques take you to a certain level,
- 57:04but they don't free you because a
- 57:05technique forces you to apply it and
- 57:07ties you down. Liberation involves
- 57:11doing nothing, because when I have to
- 57:13do something, I have to do it like a
- 57:15routine. It's like eating. You think
- 57:18you have to eat and you believe you
- 57:20need to, so you need your food and
- 57:22think you have to do it. But that
- 57:26eating routine forms a dependency, not
- 57:28freedom. So, you have to free yourself
- 57:32from all of that. And there are certain
- 57:34techniques that can take you to a level
- 57:36to realize. Oh, now I understand that's
- 57:38not it. So, done. But when I use the
- 57:42ego, I am not going to free the ego.
- 57:45That's obvious.
- 57:46So this path of technique, liberation,
- 57:52and renunciation is to stop eating,
- 57:54it's to stop
- 57:57it means where does it begin?
- 58:00Well,
- 58:00or how is it? Yes, for everything, for
- 58:03everything. What do you mean by for
- 58:05everything, or
- 58:06for all the
- 58:09leaving work, food, home,
- 58:14your search for love, everything,
- 58:15everything.
- 58:16love, everything.
- 58:17And where does one start? Well, really,
- 58:21really, uh, for you, there are two, two
- 58:23ways, like Jesus really said, which
- 58:26comes to mind right now, we should be
- 58:28like children so we can truly return to
- 58:31paradise, as they say. So, being like a
- 58:37child is that a child doesn't think
- 58:39about tomorrow, knows no fear, a blank
- 58:41slate, let's say, unprogrammed, a child
- 58:44completely unaware of danger. Each game
- 58:48is another adventure. So that is how we
- 58:51should play, explore. And the other
- 58:56aspect that, that he always told us, if
- 58:58you want liberation, leave everything
- 59:00behind and follow me. It means you have
- 59:05to let go of all your belongings, let
- 59:07them go, all your family attachments.
- 59:11You have to let go of all that to truly
- 59:13follow a path of freedom. Because if
- 59:16attachments are attachments to illusion
- 59:18, if you are attached to the illusion,
- 59:20how are you going to be free? Please,
- 59:24let's not play the role of the
- 59:25ridiculous. Uh, if I have an attachment
- 59:29, what I am attached to sticks to me,
- 59:31holds me back obviously, and there is
- 59:33no freedom. So, freedom also means that
- 59:37I must let go of all my ideas, of
- 59:39everything. But there is a beautiful
- 59:41word from Buddha,
- 59:42letting go, letting go of purposes.
- 59:46Well, I have to truly let go of
- 59:48everything, belongings, everything, all
- 59:51my beliefs, all religions, and in the
- 59:53end, I also have to let go of every
- 59:55idea I have about myself. And for many,
- 1:00:02that is a journey, but the moment I
- 1:00:04realize what is happening, what I am
- 1:00:06doing, I can do it from one moment to
- 1:00:08the next. And the funny thing is when
- 1:00:14enlightenment truly came to Buddha, the
- 1:00:16moment he did nothing, because before
- 1:00:18he did all the foolish things he was
- 1:00:20told, and in the end, he said: "No, I'm
- 1:00:23not going to do anything, I'm just
- 1:00:24going to observe things." And at that
- 1:00:27moment, he realized that everything is
- 1:00:30a tangle, everything is a distraction,
- 1:00:32and that is when you truly become free.
- 1:00:34To be free is when you have no
- 1:00:36attachment to anything, nothing at all.
- 1:00:41It's that looking at the life of Jesus,
- 1:00:43um he was full of purpose. He conveyed
- 1:01:00a transformative message for life on
- 1:01:03earth: of love, the kind Marcus speaks
- 1:01:06of, of sacrifice, uh, for the community
- 1:01:08, for service to all, and that, um,
- 1:01:11worthy of a, I mean, a paradigm of, of
- 1:01:25living based on the, on the liberation
- 1:01:27of the heart, based on love, on
- 1:01:29releasing the chains of slavery, and so
- 1:01:32on. and it was precisely crafted so
- 1:01:45that it would be a symbol and then,
- 1:01:53through his disciples, expand. I mean,
- 1:01:58he had a tremendous capacity to create
- 1:02:01a masterpiece of life. with
- 1:02:10extraordinary action, with an
- 1:02:12extraordinary transmission of
- 1:02:13consciousness, with an impressive
- 1:02:15paradigm of a teacher of doing, of
- 1:02:17doing
- 1:02:22meaning of being a human.
- 1:02:24Uh,
- 1:02:25to be a human means
- 1:02:27to unite being and doing and
- 1:02:29ah, being and doing. Right, right.
- 1:02:33It's, I mean, it's a masterpiece that
- 1:02:35today, how many churches are there? We
- 1:02:38could talk about the church today, but
- 1:02:40how many people have been inspired by
- 1:02:42this masterpiece and
- 1:02:46that it was distorted, right? But you
- 1:02:48mean the foundations.
- 1:02:51Right, the essence, and how he made it
- 1:02:53a masterpiece of life, of being and
- 1:02:55doing in contribution. The other part
- 1:03:01of Buddha is how Buddha, who is the
- 1:03:06example of experimenting with excesses
- 1:03:09on one side and then on the other,
- 1:03:11asceticism, going to the extremes. But
- 1:03:14for what? To find the middle path.
- 1:03:18Finding the middle path of harmony and
- 1:03:20balance with yourself and with others.
- 1:03:22I mean, he tried everything, he
- 1:03:24deprived himself of everything
- 1:03:25and said, "Okay, the point that I can
- 1:03:27hold on to here." That's where I create
- 1:03:29the, right, the
- 1:03:30Yes, that's what's beautiful, but
- 1:03:32everything to realize you don't need
- 1:03:34anything. That is the, that is the key.
- 1:03:36That's why I told everyone, do what you
- 1:03:38want to do, but in the end, you'll
- 1:03:40realize that you don't need to do it
- 1:03:42because everything is inside. While I
- 1:03:44busy myself outside, I will realize
- 1:03:46that outside is the illusion. So I'm
- 1:03:49going to run into a limit with any
- 1:03:51technique. It's, it's not going to get
- 1:03:55very, very far because that only ties
- 1:03:57me down when I am with myself. And
- 1:04:02reaching that is, I know for many very
- 1:04:04complex because we are so much into the
- 1:04:06doing of a technique or practice or
- 1:04:08whatever, we have to do, but you don't
- 1:04:11have to do anything. A child, you are
- 1:04:16born as a child, you don't have to be
- 1:04:18born a child. Uh, meaning or learn to
- 1:04:22be a child. It's that it's already in
- 1:04:24you, it's already there. And that is it
- 1:04:27, playing, exploring. You learn, for
- 1:04:30example, to walk, to talk without an
- 1:04:32ego character, everything is already
- 1:04:34there. That is that the being plays
- 1:04:37here, but in the end, they stop you
- 1:04:39from playing. That is the, the dilemma.
- 1:04:42You as an ego cannot play. The illusion
- 1:04:44cannot play. The illusion executes what
- 1:04:47it believes it has to play, and in that
- 1:04:49moment, it is no longer playing. The
- 1:04:52being has to play, not the idea that
- 1:04:55believes it is the body with foreign
- 1:04:57ideas; that is the game. No, that is
- 1:05:00the confusion. The game is when you
- 1:05:03play, when there is no purpose to the
- 1:05:05game. When there is a purpose to the
- 1:05:07game, you are no longer playing.
- 1:05:11Because I am talking about the ego. The
- 1:05:14being obviously has an intention in the
- 1:05:16game, or whatever it wants to do. And
- 1:05:21there is an intention, but for us, in
- 1:05:23order not to get involved in the
- 1:05:25perfect intention, we as ego-characters
- 1:05:27have to learn not to do anything.
- 1:05:33What is your purpose then, Marcus? Ah,
- 1:05:36I have no idea.
- 1:05:38I have no idea. That is the beauty of
- 1:05:42it, because I don't have—the problem
- 1:05:44is when I start thinking, I am back in
- 1:05:46the ego-character again. So, what do I
- 1:05:49want to know and do here? Uh, I get
- 1:05:53into it, I get involved again
- 1:05:55unconsciously, I say, "No, I don't know
- 1:05:57it.""And the beauty is, I don't want to
- 1:06:00know it either." I don't want to know
- 1:06:03because I have seen the perfection that
- 1:06:05manifests. So, and to move on, I have
- 1:06:07no idea. Tomorrow is another day, we'll
- 1:06:10see what happens.
- 1:06:11I was thinking about this, I understand
- 1:06:16detachment up to a certain point, even
- 1:06:24with the body, but you were telling me
- 1:06:26you do these fasts that, if I'm
- 1:06:28correctly informed, are around 8 days,
- 1:06:30right? More or less, in general. Yes.
- 1:06:37And you were telling me that 4 days are
- 1:06:39nothing, total starvation without
- 1:06:41liquids. Well, today—today, for
- 1:06:43example, we are going to start; it's
- 1:06:46Monday. So today they will drink—well
- 1:06:48, in half an hour they will have their
- 1:06:50last
- 1:06:52cup of herbal tea.
- 1:06:54Wow.
- 1:06:55And until Friday, until Friday, that's
- 1:06:57four days. Some want to experiment more
- 1:06:59, they have done it before. So to truly
- 1:07:03discover, I don't need liquid, I don't
- 1:07:05need that because now they drink—
- 1:07:10they do accumulation.
- 1:07:13No, no, that is the opposite. You make
- 1:07:15the move worse. Observe your body
- 1:07:18instead. Uh, if I really need liquid,
- 1:07:22why do I go to the bathroom? Everything
- 1:07:26I take to the bathroom are things that
- 1:07:28are of no use to me. So, what is in
- 1:07:30your body? You put something in and you
- 1:07:32take it out. You put it in and you take
- 1:07:33it out. So, there is no nutrition,
- 1:07:35something your body absorbs to live. No
- 1:07:38, that doesn't exist. Your body
- 1:07:40actually functions based on stimulation
- 1:07:42. So, our body is like a water mill.
- 1:07:46You pour water and start turning that
- 1:07:48wheel. So, your body got used to that
- 1:07:52stimulation, well, like an alcoholic
- 1:07:54gets used to alcohol, or someone who
- 1:07:56smokes; that is a drug and your body
- 1:07:59got used to that stimulation. And when
- 1:08:03the withdrawal symptom phase arrives,
- 1:08:05which you call hunger, you crave more
- 1:08:07stimulation, and mostly you just want
- 1:08:09stimulation. The more anxiety you have,
- 1:08:12the more you are going to eat. So it is
- 1:08:14very easy to observe. Your body won't
- 1:08:18ask for it, well right now, after those
- 1:08:217 or 8 days, nobody wants to eat,
- 1:08:23nobody has a feeling of hunger, nobody.
- 1:08:30So food is the easiest; liquids are a
- 1:08:33bit harder because they cause dry mouth
- 1:08:35and all that, and you have to adapt
- 1:08:37again to absorbing liquids from the
- 1:08:39environment that you need. Your body
- 1:08:45needs a certain moment of adaptation,
- 1:08:47but your body functions perfectly.
- 1:08:52That's why I am always observing; it
- 1:08:54would be fatal if we were born here and
- 1:08:56born into a dependency. That's not it,
- 1:09:01we weren't born here with an obligation
- 1:09:03, and that is not the game. It can't be
- 1:09:06. It can't be that I arrive here with
- 1:09:10an obligation; then I am not playing.
- 1:09:14And just with that. And when you
- 1:09:18observe children later, and you observe
- 1:09:20how you go from being a baby to eating
- 1:09:22a paella, if you give a baby a paella,
- 1:09:24you'll kill them right now. So their
- 1:09:29body didn't adapt to the toxin. So you
- 1:09:33can see that eating that is not a
- 1:09:35natural act for us. If we don't learn
- 1:09:45that, we slowly adapt to the toxins in
- 1:09:47food, and adapting means becoming
- 1:09:49resistant, immune to food; but what is
- 1:09:51the price you pay to be immune or
- 1:09:53resistant to food? It is vitality.
- 1:10:01Because who is the most vital? It's the
- 1:10:03children. And what happens later, as
- 1:10:06you become more and more adapted to
- 1:10:08food, the less vitality you have. And
- 1:10:11well, that is not something I just say,
- 1:10:13but science already knows it.
- 1:10:17Intermittent fasting is a first step to
- 1:10:19rejuvenating yourself, detoxifying, and
- 1:10:22you also easily heal yourself of many
- 1:10:24illnesses just with food. So, that is
- 1:10:27nothing new, it is already known. But
- 1:10:31fundamentally, as I tried to explain,
- 1:10:34it is a drug, and you mainly use the
- 1:10:36drug to calm your anxiety. So, the most
- 1:10:39important point is, why do I have
- 1:10:41anxiety? And I have anxiety because I
- 1:10:43live a life that is not mine. Your life
- 1:10:46belongs only to your being, not to the
- 1:10:48ego personality. And you, as an ego
- 1:10:51personality, do things that others say
- 1:10:53you have to do. And you don't feel that
- 1:10:57. You want to be a child. You see how
- 1:11:00you were a child, wanting to do all
- 1:11:02these things, but they always say, "No,
- 1:11:04no, you have to dress like this, you
- 1:11:06have to sit like this, you have to eat.
- 1:11:08""Everything must be just so." And then
- 1:11:14the indoctrination system, the school,
- 1:11:16it finishes the job, and afterwards
- 1:11:18you're just a consumer slave,
- 1:11:20desperately asking for your drug.
- 1:11:27This reminds me of the hero experience.
- 1:11:34"I can handle anything and I need
- 1:11:36nothing."
- 1:11:37What hero? Like in a movie? This
- 1:11:40heroism.
- 1:11:41Ah, ah, okay, okay. You mean the "I can
- 1:11:44" concept. Yes. Ah, okay, okay.
- 1:11:47Because to go days without eating.
- 1:11:49Of course, I am
- 1:11:51I, I study the body a lot. Of course.
- 1:11:55Eh, I remember when Wim Hof first
- 1:11:57started, for example, and he said, "I
- 1:11:59do this.""And science—call it science
- 1:12:03—doctors, nutritionists, all those
- 1:12:06people behind it, said:' No way, I do
- 1:12:09this, no way, biologically it's
- 1:12:11impossible. We have papers here,
- 1:12:15studies there, this and that. The body
- 1:12:19can't live more than so long, right? '"
- 1:12:22And he said, "Well no, I do this, and
- 1:12:25I'll prove it to you whenever you want.
- 1:12:27""And then that thing happened,
- 1:12:30swimming under the ice, which is what
- 1:12:32made him most famous." He went to, I
- 1:12:35don't know where, because he already
- 1:12:37lives in a very cold place. He went to
- 1:12:40some lake, cut a hole, and said, "I'm
- 1:12:42going to swim from here to the other
- 1:12:44side.""And everyone was saying,' Medic,
- 1:12:46ambulance, this guy is going to die
- 1:12:49right now. 'And he went under, and it
- 1:12:51turns out he got lost down there
- 1:12:53because his corneas froze and he
- 1:12:55couldn't find his way back, he couldn't
- 1:12:58see, but he reached the other side, got
- 1:13:00out on the other side, frozen corneas,
- 1:13:02okay?" And he got out of the water, and
- 1:13:06the doctors were saying that what he
- 1:13:08just did was impossible, staying under
- 1:13:10the ice for a minute, and they took his
- 1:13:12temperature and it was 36 degrees. And
- 1:13:17he says, "I told you, I do this.""And
- 1:13:20then we started analyzing Wim Hof,
- 1:13:22saying,' Well, he was a rare case. '""
- 1:13:24Then they started analyzing him
- 1:13:26everywhere, and he says,' No, no,
- 1:13:28anyone can learn it. '""And then this
- 1:13:30philosophy came out, right? He
- 1:13:33popularized the cold water thing and
- 1:13:35all that, but basically it was,' Hey, I
- 1:13:38do this, anyone can do it. '" This is
- 1:13:41the same as when I broke my spine. I
- 1:13:43healed it, so anyone can do it. He says
- 1:13:45, "No, you're one of those cases that
- 1:13:47not just anyone can do." The other
- 1:13:49thing is consistency to do it. And one
- 1:13:51of them is, for example, food. He is
- 1:13:56saying that food is the first, as I
- 1:13:58understand it, the first detachment,
- 1:14:00because not speaking, based on what I
- 1:14:02understood at your retreats, is more
- 1:14:05complex than not eating. And I find
- 1:14:09that very curious. And I'm not even
- 1:14:11talking about not drinking. If you look
- 1:14:14at a normal paper now, it tells you a
- 1:14:16normal average person can live for
- 1:14:18three to five days without drinking.
- 1:14:22The Guinness record is, I think, 10
- 1:14:24days, something like that, without
- 1:14:27drinking. And now science has changed
- 1:14:31it more to, well, a normal person
- 1:14:33cannot go without drinking for 7 days.
- 1:14:36I don't know, I think they are putting
- 1:14:38a deadline on it to tell you, "Look, if
- 1:14:40you do it in 7 days, you're going to
- 1:14:42kick the bucket." Because this reminds
- 1:14:44me of that runner who, uh, they were
- 1:14:46telling him: "It's impossible for you
- 1:14:49to run more than, I don't remember what
- 1:14:51it was, in less than 10 minutes (I
- 1:14:53think it was 2 km, I don't remember how
- 1:14:56much, it was 20 km, I don't remember,
- 1:14:58okay, 2 miles) in less than such time."
- 1:15:01And he broke the barrier, and that same
- 1:15:03year 12 runners broke the barrier, and
- 1:15:05it had been decades without it being
- 1:15:07broken. Of course, because the belief
- 1:15:09has already set in that it's only up to
- 1:15:12here and it will be like this until you
- 1:15:14say, well no, it's not here. And I
- 1:15:16think if nobody has died at your
- 1:15:18retreat, it's possible for any normal
- 1:15:20person to go 4 days without drinking
- 1:15:22water. Uh, audience, I am not
- 1:15:24recommending anything to you. Uh, I
- 1:15:26mean,
- 1:15:29but everyone can, uh, well, I try to
- 1:15:32explain that it's a drug and that one
- 1:15:34can observe it or not. So, it's not
- 1:15:39that's how it is, but it's not that I
- 1:15:41use a technique to learn something, an
- 1:15:46addiction, you don't break free from an
- 1:15:48addiction through technique. If you
- 1:15:51break free from an addiction through
- 1:15:53technique, then all addicts should be
- 1:15:54easily freed quite quickly, right?
- 1:15:58Addiction is emotional and that has to
- 1:16:00be understood while you haven't
- 1:16:02resolved your own inner story. So,
- 1:16:05anxiety is born, that's why they want
- 1:16:07to talk and act. So, when anxiety
- 1:16:11awakens, they want to calm it down. So
- 1:16:14they want to swap because there's no
- 1:16:16food and no other distractions, so they
- 1:16:18start talking to calm the anxiety. So
- 1:16:20there you can see it clearly.
- 1:16:22Ah, sure.
- 1:16:24We're talking about an addiction right
- 1:16:26now, not learning, but you learned to
- 1:16:28eat, so it's not a matter of learning
- 1:16:30not to eat. The body doesn't need food
- 1:16:34because the body is constantly in
- 1:16:36defense of food because to survive you
- 1:16:38need antibodies. So, in order for you
- 1:16:43to be able to eat, you need antibodies.
- 1:16:46If your body is in defense, antibodies
- 1:16:48are defense. So, everything you are
- 1:16:50putting into your body, your body says,
- 1:16:52"Hey, hey." So, the moment you stop the
- 1:16:55intoxication, your body is happy, it
- 1:16:57heals itself. And
- 1:17:00but up to a point, I understand, right?
- 1:17:02Because sure, I don't know, muscle
- 1:17:04needs matter
- 1:17:05or bone, it needs matter. I know that
- 1:17:08people haven't understood. This is an
- 1:17:12illusion, it's a hologram. So I with my
- 1:17:16consciousness,
- 1:17:17how does it maintain the body? I'm
- 1:17:19stuck there. Look, you have that's very
- 1:17:23easy. Observe who keeps it alive. Your
- 1:17:27body is your consciousness and science
- 1:17:30knows, energy is information. So your
- 1:17:33consciousness takes the information and
- 1:17:35manifests the energy. You have to see
- 1:17:38you came from a stem cell, but not from
- 1:17:40the mother, rather you manifested, you
- 1:17:43as consciousness manifested the stem
- 1:17:44cell and through the knowledge of
- 1:17:46self-division you formed what you are
- 1:17:48seeing right now. Simple. You are a
- 1:17:52manifestation, you remove what is
- 1:17:54manifesting, meaning the consciousness,
- 1:17:57your body will rot. So you can put
- 1:18:00proteins, vitamins, whatever into your
- 1:18:02body, it will rot because what keeps it
- 1:18:05alive is the consciousness. But
- 1:18:09obviously in between you have the big
- 1:18:12problem, which is your thinking, it's
- 1:18:14your mind, and in your mind, they have
- 1:18:16injected you with pure nonsense,
- 1:18:18meaning nutrition. The food pyramid,
- 1:18:23all that, it's technically already
- 1:18:24known that it's nonsense, but obviously
- 1:18:27they keep you there because they want
- 1:18:29to keep you as a consumer slave. A
- 1:18:31consumer slave, the system controls
- 1:18:34that much easier. That's how it works.
- 1:18:38So, it's not that you have to learn a
- 1:18:40technique, you have to understand your
- 1:18:42addiction, that's another thing.
- 1:18:47Let's see, sure, let's say that
- 1:18:53creation makes it easy for you to have
- 1:18:55a not-so-healthy diet. Nowadays, in in
- 1:19:03a life, yes, modern life. the times
- 1:19:07make it easier not to lead a life
- 1:19:10for us to eat poorly.
- 1:19:11Yes.
- 1:19:13And there is a part of the industry
- 1:19:15that, let's say, promotes that because
- 1:19:17it generates more income,
- 1:19:19more purposes, more
- 1:19:21and
- 1:19:21more consumerism,
- 1:19:22profits. Yes.
- 1:19:24Yes.
- 1:19:25Right. Then there are healthier eating
- 1:19:29patterns.
- 1:19:31Of course,
- 1:19:34more balanced, more, and it seems to
- 1:19:37create a more healthy effect on people
- 1:19:42when they start to master it, right?
- 1:19:45knowing awareness, mastering
- 1:19:52and then there are patterns for other
- 1:19:54purposes, at some point a purification,
- 1:19:56a connecting with the being in which
- 1:19:58certain asceticisms are practiced to
- 1:20:06experience or to make room for other
- 1:20:11more connected experiences. Almost, but
- 1:20:15the question is, but for a balanced
- 1:20:18life finding that way of eating that
- 1:20:28gives you balance and harmony with your
- 1:20:30life. For each person at each moment,
- 1:20:33there is a a
- 1:20:37the little stick pointing down,
- 1:20:38a Of course, a child's diet is not the
- 1:20:40same as the diet of a that tactile. Yes
- 1:20:47, no, it is not the same, a child's
- 1:20:50diet is not the same as a breastfeeding
- 1:20:52mother's diet. It is not the same diet
- 1:20:55for an for an elderly person. The diet
- 1:20:58is not the same. But just as for us,
- 1:21:01for example, seeing the beauty and
- 1:21:03perfection of life is not the same.
- 1:21:10When we are born and are small, school
- 1:21:13begins, education, that develops
- 1:21:15knowledge, but then you go and start
- 1:21:17having loving relationships and perhaps
- 1:21:19create a family, and that greatly
- 1:21:21develops the capacity to love and give
- 1:21:23oneself to others. you start work and
- 1:21:31develop the capacity to serve.
- 1:21:34In other words, everything you learn
- 1:21:37develops a capacity of, and in maturity
- 1:21:39, as it is, it expresses the capacity
- 1:21:44for observing life. So, in each stage,
- 1:21:48we have four main capacities. Capacity
- 1:21:51for serving, for action, the capacity
- 1:21:56to love, the capacity for knowledge,
- 1:21:58and presence. And you develop that at
- 1:22:02each stage of life. I mean, let's say,
- 1:22:07for people who want to experience
- 1:22:09observation, man, Marcus is being a
- 1:22:11teacher for that,
- 1:22:17but although eh
- 1:22:18Yes, yes, but they also have to
- 1:22:20understand one thing very very Yes,
- 1:22:24they are, well, a point,
- 1:22:26right? has to, he dropped the
- 1:22:30Well, a point that I am observing in
- 1:22:32observation.
- 1:22:34Ah, look how good.
- 1:22:36We we are born We are born being
- 1:22:44observers, because you learn to speak
- 1:22:46and walk not with your ego persona
- 1:22:48through an external education, but
- 1:22:49through your observation. And that is
- 1:22:55very beautiful. Eh, so you don't have
- 1:22:59to learn to be an observer, they take
- 1:23:01that whole dynamic away from you. Well,
- 1:23:06there we can really see where the whole
- 1:23:08problem is born, the problem that
- 1:23:10humanity is living today. Because when
- 1:23:19we observe well, eh, the child is born
- 1:23:22perfect, they contain perfect knowledge
- 1:23:24when they are next to a mom who isn't
- 1:23:26attached, a mom who isn't a "mom,"
- 1:23:28meaning a mom who is detached, not
- 1:23:31neglectful, but detached. And before
- 1:23:36that, procreation must begin. So, while
- 1:23:40procreation is based on human confusion
- 1:23:42, right now they will always transmit
- 1:23:45the same mess to the next generation.
- 1:23:48One addict will form another addict,
- 1:23:50another ego will form another ego. And
- 1:23:53if that's the case, one person who is
- 1:23:55tangled up will form another person who
- 1:23:57is tangled up. So that is where the
- 1:24:00whole problem of humanity must begin.
- 1:24:05First of all, I shouldn't really have
- 1:24:07—sexuality today is completely
- 1:24:09tangled up. So procreation should only
- 1:24:14exist between two beings, not two egos.
- 1:24:19So, as long as it's in egos, there is
- 1:24:21no change in humanity. And everyone
- 1:24:24thinks they are evolving while doing
- 1:24:25foolish things. No,
- 1:24:28procreation,
- 1:24:29only beings should procreate, to then
- 1:24:31provide a platform for another being
- 1:24:33and let that being do what they want.
- 1:24:36But, what happens today? Well, two egos
- 1:24:41form another ego and they form or
- 1:24:43program something there, nutrition,
- 1:24:45food, eh, how you dress, culture,
- 1:24:47everything you currently believe about
- 1:24:50yourself is something external and
- 1:24:52doesn't come from the heart. So, the
- 1:24:57being is love. It won't go looking for
- 1:25:01love, but they teach you to look for
- 1:25:03love. You, for example, you look for
- 1:25:06love right now in your partner, in
- 1:25:08everything, you look for love and it is
- 1:25:10a giant confusion. So, when I look for
- 1:25:13love, I cannot give love. The ego
- 1:25:17cannot give love. The ego gives what it
- 1:25:21learned, because the ego is a
- 1:25:23construction of external learning. So,
- 1:25:27you apply a love that you learned. That
- 1:25:30is a conditional love. So, you will
- 1:25:32only love your children because they
- 1:25:34are "mine." The rest of the children
- 1:25:36that exist in the world, I couldn't
- 1:25:38care less. I don't care. And that is
- 1:25:41conditional. That is a conditional love
- 1:25:43. You love your partner, but not the
- 1:25:45other person's partner. Yes, because I
- 1:25:47expect something from them. But the
- 1:25:50couple are two beggars, two beggars for
- 1:25:52love. One seeks love in another. Truly
- 1:25:55a giant confusion. And that is why the
- 1:25:58root of the whole problem is that we
- 1:26:00think we are not love, that we seek
- 1:26:02love. And that is why we should be with
- 1:26:06parents who know they are love and do
- 1:26:08not seek love. In that way, I don't
- 1:26:12learn love or learn to seek love, but
- 1:26:14rather I am already in love. I don't
- 1:26:17learn to be a glutton, no. Let yourself
- 1:26:20do what you want, do what makes you
- 1:26:22free. But they are obviously
- 1:26:25conditioned by their parents. So you
- 1:26:29live a life just like your parents, and
- 1:26:31those before them, and they are
- 1:26:32conditioned by what society says or
- 1:26:34what others have told them, as others
- 1:26:36do. So, you are not free and you are
- 1:26:40not living. You live a life as others
- 1:26:43want you to live, and you are happy
- 1:26:49because you think that is living, but
- 1:26:51you need a distraction, right? It is
- 1:26:54funny. But the robot, well, you have to
- 1:26:57see the best one. Ah, well, here is a
- 1:27:00nice saying. The best slave is the one
- 1:27:03who believes they are free. And here,
- 1:27:06today, I would transform it: the best
- 1:27:11the best slave or best robot is the one
- 1:27:13who believes they are human. If you
- 1:27:17believe you are human, you have already
- 1:27:19lost. You are a being that uses a human
- 1:27:23body. They are two different things. As
- 1:27:26I initially said, the moment I believe
- 1:27:28I am human, who is believing? That is
- 1:27:32the ego character, what I was
- 1:27:34programmed to be. And that is where the
- 1:27:36great confusion comes from in
- 1:27:38everything, in absolutely everything.
- 1:27:40And I am not looking for anyone; each
- 1:27:42person should do it themselves, and I
- 1:27:44only see where we have to go, where
- 1:27:46humanity has to go again. And that is
- 1:27:49why I am currently starting that thing
- 1:27:51about tribes as well. In a tribe, there
- 1:27:55is no money, no ownership, no ranks;
- 1:27:57they are just people who have worked on
- 1:28:00their ego, who enter a tribe as just
- 1:28:06beings, only a being can have a human
- 1:28:11experience. An ego cannot have a human
- 1:28:14experience. A being is...an ego is
- 1:28:16something programmed, it is a robot. So
- 1:28:18, the only experience that can be had
- 1:28:20is to be, and what one wants to do can
- 1:28:22only be done in a community when there
- 1:28:24is no attachment to the illusion. Then,
- 1:28:28in that moment, the being plays in
- 1:28:30coexisting and at the same time has
- 1:28:32time to reflect on what sense life has.
- 1:28:37When I have dependencies, I cannot
- 1:28:39explore anything. If I have
- 1:28:42dependencies on food, I am tied to that
- 1:28:44. I have to do something to obtain it.
- 1:28:46And nowadays, right? You have to see,
- 1:28:49maybe not you, but the next generation
- 1:28:51is already being prepared for food
- 1:28:53coming out of a printer. So, uh,
- 1:28:57Oh, yes.
- 1:28:58So, what is the future? Where are they
- 1:29:00trying to take you? So, that is not
- 1:29:02something nutritional. Uh, to me food
- 1:29:06is only fruit. The rest isn't food, the
- 1:29:10rest is all artificial. What you have
- 1:29:13to see to grow rice, wheat, and all
- 1:29:15that, I have to grow it. And growing is
- 1:29:18not natural. Natural is when it grows
- 1:29:21all by itself. So, the moment humans
- 1:29:24get involved, it's no longer natural.
- 1:29:28And that's what living naturally as a
- 1:29:30child is like. We let children go and
- 1:29:32play
- 1:29:35actually, I'm here in the area in the
- 1:29:37south of Valencia, pure oranges,
- 1:29:40tangerines, it's full of everything.
- 1:29:43Oh, for sure.
- 1:29:46And well, nature depends on what you
- 1:29:47need and in the end you don't need
- 1:29:49anything and you only have a palate for
- 1:29:51play. Observe children, children put
- 1:29:56things in, spit them out, maybe others
- 1:29:58swallow them, but they also swallow
- 1:30:01toys. So, you have here a tool, a tool
- 1:30:05to explore, explore that illusion, but
- 1:30:08later we become addicted and worse,
- 1:30:10gluttonous. So, obviously there is less
- 1:30:16toxic food, but healthy, because
- 1:30:18everything you put into your body, your
- 1:30:21body desires, so everything you put in
- 1:30:23comes out; it’s not something your
- 1:30:25body wants. And nutrition cannot exist.
- 1:30:29It cannot exist. Ah, you cannot absorb
- 1:30:33something, or what is it called,
- 1:30:35assimilate something you aren't made of
- 1:30:37. And what are you made of? It's
- 1:30:41nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen and some
- 1:30:44uh carbon molecules. That is what you
- 1:30:47are made of. And where am I going to
- 1:30:49find that? In the air. And the only
- 1:30:52thing you have to do is breathe. And
- 1:30:55breathing you do outside of your will,
- 1:30:57meaning outside of your ego. So, you
- 1:30:59breathe even when you sleep. So that is
- 1:31:02the only natural thing for me that I
- 1:31:04can observe. Everything else is learned
- 1:31:08and performing an action, and an action
- 1:31:11depending on the illusion, and freedom
- 1:31:13will not come from there, and that is
- 1:31:15why we must free ourselves. And a big
- 1:31:19step is obviously food. I am not saying
- 1:31:23stop eating, I invite you to understand
- 1:31:25your addiction, understand why I have
- 1:31:27those habits. And many who leave the
- 1:31:32retreat, who get involved in resolving
- 1:31:34them, eat once a day and eat very
- 1:31:36little and mainly only fruit, and they
- 1:31:38are in a perfect state, everything is
- 1:31:40perfect. So, fat and thin is not
- 1:31:45because of food, it can be seen easily.
- 1:31:48Fat or thin, you are what you think
- 1:31:50food represents for you. And if I'm
- 1:31:55lying, if I believe in nutrition, I'll
- 1:31:57keep needing food because what I
- 1:31:59believe, I manifest. You have the
- 1:32:04potential to manifest, but you mostly
- 1:32:07manifest unconsciously. If you let
- 1:32:09yourself manifest through your being,
- 1:32:11you will never lack anything. Never
- 1:32:13anything, because it knows what is best
- 1:32:15for you. That is why I know that
- 1:32:20everyone can do what they want, live
- 1:32:22what they think they are living, but in
- 1:32:25reality, in the end, perhaps in this
- 1:32:27life, if you don't need another, you
- 1:32:29realize: this isn't something I can do;
- 1:32:31I have to do it because freedom is here
- 1:32:33, it is not on another level or
- 1:32:35something else. So many are confused
- 1:32:40because I need the body to vibrate
- 1:32:42differently, and from there, vibrate
- 1:32:45differently; I can see it when I
- 1:32:47vibrate low and high, it's a different
- 1:32:49perception, and if I raise that
- 1:32:51vibration but not through the ego, I
- 1:32:53free myself. Then I can enter and exit
- 1:32:56this video game however I please. That
- 1:32:59is another level. Those are my
- 1:33:04observations, but well, everyone wants
- 1:33:06to do something, but a technique, when
- 1:33:08I apply a technique, it will always
- 1:33:11keep me at a certain level; it won't
- 1:33:13elevate me further, because that
- 1:33:15technique keeps me with my ego, as I
- 1:33:17need an ego to apply a technique. If I
- 1:33:20don't believe in the technique, I won't
- 1:33:22apply it. I have to believe in the
- 1:33:24technique, or someone had to convince
- 1:33:26me of it. And how am I going to let
- 1:33:28someone convince me to believe in
- 1:33:29something? Because I don't believe in
- 1:33:31myself. If I believe in myself, I don't
- 1:33:34need a technique. Done. Sorry for
- 1:33:40shaking you all so hard, but well,
- 1:33:42those are my observations, and I invite
- 1:33:45people to observe. Don't believe me,
- 1:33:47please. Don't believe me, don't go back
- 1:33:49to believing in that again. Instead,
- 1:33:51observe, learn to observe. It is very
- 1:33:54important because we get tangled up so
- 1:33:56easily, and the system is wise because
- 1:33:58it knows very well how we get tangled.
- 1:34:01You can always be vigilant about what
- 1:34:02you are doing, what you are thinking,
- 1:34:04and what you are believing.
- 1:34:07Without a doubt, you facilitate
- 1:34:09observation and also discernment.
- 1:34:11Having one's own criteria.
- 1:34:13Sure.
- 1:34:13It makes me really
- 1:34:17discern
- 1:34:19what is being said,
- 1:34:21reflect
- 1:34:22on what comes out, what
- 1:34:24to understand. Sure. Uh, wow. And look,
- 1:34:29I had written down questions everywhere
- 1:34:31, uh, I mean, and we've ended up with
- 1:34:36something very interesting. What a
- 1:34:39shock, audience? I am clear that if you
- 1:34:43have stayed until here, you’ve been
- 1:34:45hit with a shock now, I mean, a huge
- 1:34:47shock. Uh, even, uh. When we were
- 1:34:55talking and you mentioned the book, the
- 1:34:57book is about him as a person, from
- 1:34:59what I understood, right? Uh, you as a
- 1:35:03person and your depersonalization. Well
- 1:35:06, it's not called that because
- 1:35:07psychologically, personalization is
- 1:35:10something else, but so you understand
- 1:35:12me, I mean, removing the person and
- 1:35:14being a human, logically, to what you
- 1:35:16were telling me, right? When a human
- 1:35:19being comes here, they have to learn
- 1:35:21everything. And it's curious that
- 1:35:25consciousness, when it integrates into
- 1:35:28the body—my deduction—consciousness
- 1:35:30, when it integrates into the body, has
- 1:35:32no damn clue what the body is. When I
- 1:35:39was visiting relatives at the end of
- 1:35:41the year, they had a kitten they had
- 1:35:43rescued, one that had been abandoned,
- 1:35:45very, very, very small, almost
- 1:35:47half-dead. Therefore, it hadn't even
- 1:35:53been nursed by its mother or anything.
- 1:35:55It was very small. Even two and a half
- 1:35:58months later, it was still small, so it
- 1:36:00had suffered from malnutrition, right?
- 1:36:04And I found it curious. It was very
- 1:36:06similar to my cat. I adopted my cat too
- 1:36:09, right? But very similar physically to
- 1:36:13my cat, yet it didn't behave like him
- 1:36:16at all, I mean, not at all. I don't
- 1:36:19know how that cat was genetically so
- 1:36:21smart. For sure, the mother's genetics
- 1:36:26must have been—I don't know how the
- 1:36:28hell it was so smart. At two and a half
- 1:36:32months, it would chase away all the
- 1:36:35other cats that were 8 years old, 6
- 1:36:37years old, big, 6 kg, and even dogs. It
- 1:36:41would steal food, hiding perfectly to
- 1:36:43steal the food. Look, I was, I was
- 1:36:46cutting chicken, okay? I was cutting
- 1:36:48chicken, cutting away, I look over and
- 1:36:51the cat already had a bite of the
- 1:36:53chicken, and besides, we were talking,
- 1:36:55a tiny little thing like that, I don't
- 1:36:57know where it got so much strength. And
- 1:36:59I'm like: "Drop the chicken, cat!", I'm
- 1:37:02saying: "But, where did this come from?
- 1:37:04". Because I give my cat raw food and
- 1:37:07he just goes off somewhere else. And
- 1:37:11that's a Savannah cat, a cat with
- 1:37:13African descent, I mean, he couldn't be
- 1:37:16any dumber, of of
- 1:37:18how much conditioning there is. Exactly
- 1:37:21. Genetic.
- 1:37:23Just look
- 1:37:24social,
- 1:37:24I mean, how it struggles with that, and
- 1:37:26the thing is that I was thinking about
- 1:37:28humans, for example, nobody taught this
- 1:37:30cat anything because it was surrounded
- 1:37:32by humans, yes, and other animals,
- 1:37:33right? But nobody has taught it
- 1:37:35anything. I mean, it has an instinct,
- 1:37:38whatever you want to call it, to be
- 1:37:40super smart. It knows how to steal food
- 1:37:44, it knows how to steal food from other
- 1:37:46animals, it knows how to scare off
- 1:37:47other animals, and it’s just a tiny
- 1:37:49little thing like that. It knows how to
- 1:37:51complain, it knows how to ask, it knows
- 1:37:53everything. I don't know what it
- 1:37:55learned from the, from the, from the
- 1:37:57copy, but you take a human baby, huh? I
- 1:38:03mean, you leave it alone for three days
- 1:38:06and it's dead, literally. I mean,
- 1:38:14without the mother the child doesn't do
- 1:38:16anything, and of course, if it doesn't
- 1:38:18learn to live within this body, the
- 1:38:20being won't be able to experience
- 1:38:22anything, because we need, as I
- 1:38:24understand it, I need this body to be
- 1:38:26in this prison, right? That's what the
- 1:38:33body is for. And humans are one of the
- 1:38:37few biological beings on the planet
- 1:38:39whose genetics don't do anything for
- 1:38:41survival. I mean, you take a baby and
- 1:38:45until it's at least a year old, it
- 1:38:47doesn't even know what food is.
- 1:38:51It's curious how there are things that
- 1:38:53flow naturally, right? Yes. They flow
- 1:38:57in a natural way in different beings,
- 1:39:03and but at the same time, as humans, we
- 1:39:05can also develop capabilities. You can,
- 1:39:09before anything you set your mind to,
- 1:39:12say, "How can I do it?" I mean, "Do I
- 1:39:14want to do it?""How can I do it?""And
- 1:39:18who is going to teach me how to do it?"
- 1:39:23Or where will the information be,
- 1:39:25whether you have a partner and how am I
- 1:39:27going to start a family, or if you have
- 1:39:29a business and how am I going to make
- 1:39:30this business work, or I want to get
- 1:39:32out of the matrix, how am I going to
- 1:39:34get out of the matrix? There is a
- 1:39:39person who is already going through it
- 1:39:41or is further along than you, or has
- 1:39:43already gone through that process and
- 1:39:44has the power to teach you, and there
- 1:39:46are things that you have naturally and
- 1:39:48you do them in
- 1:39:51a very natural way, right? That is the
- 1:39:54point of the beauty and perfection of
- 1:39:56life. Of course. And he mentioned that
- 1:40:00you can also listen to yourself and
- 1:40:02perhaps that knowledge you already have
- 1:40:04, right?
- 1:40:06For example,
- 1:40:07Ah, that's what I understood, right,
- 1:40:10Marcus? That sometimes
- 1:40:11Yes, yes, but you can see the most
- 1:40:14classic example is really Mozart, the
- 1:40:16musician. Mozart.
- 1:40:18Yes,
- 1:40:19yes. He knew how
- 1:40:22to play at 4 years old, you ask
- 1:40:24yourself how is that possible.
- 1:40:26He was barely moving around, but he was
- 1:40:28already playing the piano, he was
- 1:40:30already starting to compose. So it says
- 1:40:32, "Where does knowledge come from?
- 1:40:34Where from? How?" So there you can see
- 1:40:37that with their being, they accessed
- 1:40:39knowledge that has already occurred in
- 1:40:41the universe. You access the
- 1:40:43information and apply it. You don't
- 1:40:46have to learn in a complicated way
- 1:40:48again that fire, for example, is hot.
- 1:40:52If someone knows, I don't have to
- 1:40:53experiment and stick my hand in. Uh, if
- 1:40:57I already know it, then why put it in
- 1:40:59to burn myself, right? If the
- 1:41:02experience is already done, the
- 1:41:03experience doesn't have to be repeated.
- 1:41:06Well, that's a lot like the hundredth
- 1:41:08monkey. There are experiments about the
- 1:41:11hundredth monkey where they gave an
- 1:41:13exercise to a monkey until the seventh
- 1:41:15one learned it. Then, automatically,
- 1:41:19all the other monkeys of the same breed
- 1:41:21, even on other islands or farther away
- 1:41:24, knew how to do it. How, how do they?
- 1:41:27Because that is stored in a higher
- 1:41:29database. That is the universal mind.
- 1:41:33So there, well, animals still have that
- 1:41:36capacity. That is called instinct. For
- 1:41:39us, it would be intuition, something
- 1:41:41that is inside the being that knows
- 1:41:43what information to access. So, you
- 1:41:46don't have to repeat. That's why I see
- 1:41:49many things, right? We are really in a
- 1:41:52loop here, we made a mistake, we really
- 1:41:54got confused here, but right now it's
- 1:41:56time to change that. But they aren't
- 1:41:59letting us right now. Right now you see
- 1:42:01that everything is manipulated from the
- 1:42:03outside. So I see here I can't play
- 1:42:05freely. So if I can't play freely and I
- 1:42:09see that from the outside, why would I
- 1:42:11come here? It makes no sense at all. So
- 1:42:17we are here in a loop, a little bit
- 1:42:18trapped. So here there are, here there
- 1:42:22are many possibilities too. Yes, I was
- 1:42:26listening the other day to a podcast
- 1:42:28that you did that was very interesting,
- 1:42:31about a bodybuilder who was a
- 1:42:32vegetarian. I mean, uh, there were
- 1:42:39people who believed it was possible,
- 1:42:41who naturally knew it was possible, and
- 1:42:43they did it. You say, bodybuilders are
- 1:42:47all taking and such. Well, the simplest
- 1:42:52thing you can see is in an ox. It eats
- 1:42:55nothing but grass. Well,
- 1:42:57and it's a giant bull. Where, where
- 1:42:59does it get that from? Grass.
- 1:43:02They have different ways of processing
- 1:43:04through their four stomachs, right?
- 1:43:07That is the different way of
- 1:43:08manifesting. That is the point.
- 1:43:11Consciousness manifests. Consciousness
- 1:43:14manifests. Don't forget it, because you
- 1:43:16can't see the illusion, eh, you can't
- 1:43:18live. You can grab certain information
- 1:43:20and from that, you manifest something,
- 1:43:24eh, because you need information,
- 1:43:26information is physical, energy, so
- 1:43:28it's everything. But information mainly
- 1:43:32comes through your consciousness, with
- 1:43:34the database manifesting your body.
- 1:43:37That is simple. So, animals do not have
- 1:43:40an ego persona; they manifest that. As
- 1:43:43long as they don't have an ego that
- 1:43:45complicates life, or they are pets. The
- 1:43:47problem with pets is that they are near
- 1:43:49masters, and masters have an influence
- 1:43:51there and mess things up a bit. Just
- 1:43:55like parents mess up children, there
- 1:43:57the bond can be seen, because a child
- 1:44:00shouldn't get sick, and you see pets
- 1:44:02with diabetes. You say, well, since
- 1:44:06when does a lion have diabetes or
- 1:44:08depression? Please, cats exist. And
- 1:44:11where does it come from? Obviously, it
- 1:44:13doesn't come from their ego, but from
- 1:44:15the master. And it is the same with
- 1:44:17children. And there you can see the
- 1:44:19bond and understand certain aspects
- 1:44:21there. How strong is thinking, too? And
- 1:44:25when you are in an environment, those
- 1:44:27around perceive it and manifest it.
- 1:44:30They mainly manifest your negativity so
- 1:44:32that you also realize, "that is mine."
- 1:44:36But well, many parents know they have
- 1:44:38teachers in front of them, but also
- 1:44:40pets are my teachers, but they don't
- 1:44:45want to acknowledge it. You are a
- 1:44:48disciple in front of your teachers, but
- 1:44:50the disciple wants to brainwash the
- 1:44:52teacher, and then chaos comes again.
- 1:45:01Well, I have found the point of view
- 1:45:03you have taken in this episode more
- 1:45:05interesting than the one I had in mind
- 1:45:06for the episode. It has been excellent.
- 1:45:12Besides, as I tell you, the vision is
- 1:45:14shocking, but it is also nourishing for
- 1:45:20reflection. Exactly.
- 1:45:26This podcast, this episode is going to
- 1:45:28be very thought-provoking for the
- 1:45:30audience. It is the case that I am sure
- 1:45:36there will be all the comments: "This
- 1:45:38can't be,""this I don't know what,""I
- 1:45:40have tried this,""it can't be,""when my
- 1:45:42partner tries this, they don't love me,
- 1:45:44""that I don't love my partner,""you'll
- 1:45:46see when I tell my wife, all hell will
- 1:45:47break loose." And it's just great.
- 1:45:51It will shake things up, it will shake
- 1:45:52things up. It will shake things up, and
- 1:45:54I like that, it will stir you up inside
- 1:45:56.
- 1:45:57Well, that is also the intention of the
- 1:45:59book. I mean, I want to provoke you to
- 1:46:02question me, but immediately have you
- 1:46:04question yourself. That is the
- 1:46:08intention. That you start questioning
- 1:46:12yourself because we are so attached to
- 1:46:14our ideas, and even if someone says, "
- 1:46:16ooh, that's a crazy person," don't
- 1:46:18start with, "ooh, I'm questioning him,"
- 1:46:20but also observe my own beliefs to
- 1:46:22really no longer be tied down. When I
- 1:46:25cling to my beliefs, I become closed
- 1:46:27off. I’m not open to anything; I’m
- 1:46:30trapped. So, I have to open myself to
- 1:46:32everything, absolutely everything,
- 1:46:34because I don't know, I don't know
- 1:46:36either. That’s the beauty of it. In
- 1:46:39the end, you’ll realize that you know
- 1:46:41nothing. And that's beautiful. What's
- 1:46:43beautiful is
- 1:46:44I only know that I know nothing.
- 1:46:46That's it. And the beautiful thing is
- 1:46:47that you don't have to know it. That's
- 1:46:50the beauty of it, because your being
- 1:46:51already knows, and you can see in
- 1:46:53observing that it does everything
- 1:46:55perfectly. You don't have to jump in
- 1:46:57and get involved. That’s the beauty
- 1:46:59of it.
- 1:47:00Well, thank you very much Marco, for
- 1:47:02this
- 1:47:03No, thank you for the lovely chat. Well
- 1:47:07, I always let myself be surprised by
- 1:47:09what comes up, it's fun, I like it, and
- 1:47:11also when you say something I go and
- 1:47:13reflect on it later; it's not like I'm
- 1:47:16just going to defend myself and believe
- 1:47:18in myself, no. Everything I hear from
- 1:47:22outside I also take as an invitation to
- 1:47:24reflect
- 1:47:26and that is very beautiful. That's why
- 1:47:28thank you for inviting me to reflect as
- 1:47:30well. It's very nice.
- 1:47:32Thank you very much. Yes. I'm leaving
- 1:47:37all the information in the description
- 1:47:39on how to find Marcus, how to get his
- 1:47:41book, how because, of course, Marcus,
- 1:47:44you speak a lot of languages, like
- 1:47:46seven languages or six, eight,
- 1:47:48not that many. Not yet, not yet,
- 1:47:52because I’m not leaving the planet
- 1:47:54just yet; right now I’m focused on
- 1:47:56the Hispanic world, perfecting that and
- 1:47:58English, but later on I'll surely move
- 1:48:01to another area, but right now I only
- 1:48:03have English, German, right?
- 1:48:07Well, German, English, and Latin, and
- 1:48:09that's it. That's why I understand
- 1:48:11other languages, but I don't speak them
- 1:48:13.
- 1:48:14Ah, I was confused then, because, of
- 1:48:16course, I saw that your book is in
- 1:48:18several languages, right?
- 1:48:21We offer it in several languages
- 1:48:23because when it's finished it expands,
- 1:48:25because I have several friends who
- 1:48:30also live in Spain, some who come from
- 1:48:32Romania, some Russians, and they all
- 1:48:34want to translate the book into their
- 1:48:36native language. So they offer, and
- 1:48:39some Portuguese too. So, ah, well, I
- 1:48:41like that others also enjoy it, it
- 1:48:44flows on its own, it expands on its own
- 1:48:46.
- 1:48:49Ah, yes, well, the tribe, I actually
- 1:48:51perceive it's already there. The fears
- 1:48:54are still there. The system is having
- 1:48:59its last, I would say its last gasps,
- 1:49:01trying to keep people down and forcing
- 1:49:03them, but inside it’s already there.
- 1:49:08It's at an increasingly higher
- 1:49:09vibration. So, I see it as perfect.
- 1:49:12Some will be shaken a bit hard, others
- 1:49:15more softly, but it's happening, the
- 1:49:17tribe is on its way and humanity has to
- 1:49:19change. Humanity has to change because
- 1:49:22where they want to take us, there's no
- 1:49:24way out there, right?
- 1:49:27But anyone can have it, they know it
- 1:49:29and they feel it. Who wants to live in
- 1:49:32a 15-minute city, please? And they tell
- 1:49:35you what you have to do and what you
- 1:49:37shouldn't do, what kind of life is that
- 1:49:39?
- 1:49:40Don't you want to be a child, where no
- 1:49:42one tells you anything and you play
- 1:49:44freely?
- 1:49:45Sure. Well, I'm left with a lot of
- 1:49:48lessons. Let's see if the two of us get
- 1:49:50motivated and take 8 days off. This is
- 1:49:54complicated. We are going to take 8
- 1:49:57days off to do the challenge with
- 1:49:58Marcus because, of course, you fast
- 1:50:00every other day. I do, for example,
- 1:50:02today I am on the day, today is my
- 1:50:04fasting day of the month. I do one or
- 1:50:06two days of fasting a month, but that's
- 1:50:08it. I mean, I have tried doing long
- 1:50:10fasts and I have studied the whole
- 1:50:12process and I’m eager to do long
- 1:50:14fasts. My maximum was five or six days.
- 1:50:18But by the third day I, I said, of
- 1:50:22course, I started studying the subject,
- 1:50:25right? To say that here
- 1:50:28but no, you go there to observe your
- 1:50:30withdrawal symptoms, it's like any
- 1:50:32addict. That is the beautiful part. But
- 1:50:37you think hunger, hunger, you think my
- 1:50:39body is lacking. No, no. But any addict
- 1:50:43thinks my body needs the drug. No, your
- 1:50:45body doesn't need it. It got used to
- 1:50:48that, and when the detox phase comes,
- 1:50:50that is what you classify as hunger.
- 1:50:53But that is, that is beautiful. But
- 1:50:55initially, you should start with
- 1:50:57intermittent fasting.
- 1:50:59That is the first step. It's, it's
- 1:51:03closing the window, meaning, how should
- 1:51:05we say, within 6 hours? Well, five,
- 1:51:09four, until within 3, 2 hours, that
- 1:51:11should be enough, and you automatically
- 1:51:14eat less. Automatically, everything
- 1:51:18else flows on its own. That is what's
- 1:51:21beautiful. If you allow your body to
- 1:51:23get used to, or rather, to be liberated
- 1:51:25to its natural state, then you'll also
- 1:51:28feel much more energy.
- 1:51:30That's right, that is one of the
- 1:51:32clearest things when you fast. The
- 1:51:35first thing is, surprisingly, you don't
- 1:51:37have that energy to run a marathon, but
- 1:51:39you have much more energy to take
- 1:51:41action. I mean, you’re less drowsy,
- 1:51:45you have much greater mental clarity,
- 1:51:47you have much stronger cognizance, I
- 1:51:49mean, fasting does a ton of good things
- 1:51:52, but of course, don’t go out and
- 1:51:54start fasting and then run a marathon
- 1:51:56or become a bodybuilder because
- 1:52:00it’s going to cost you, right?
- 1:52:04Right? Although sometimes there are
- 1:52:10risks for people who do this and then
- 1:52:12compensate, right?
- 1:52:14Oh yes, they get the yo-yo effect. All
- 1:52:16day I don't eat, and then at night I
- 1:52:18just
- 1:52:18go wild. Exactly. That’s what needs
- 1:52:21to be said.
- 1:52:22Exactly. Well, intermittent fasting is
- 1:52:26eating less. Eating less also means
- 1:52:30getting to the root cause of why I’m
- 1:52:32eating, and if I haven't resolved my
- 1:52:34anxiety, that’s what happens a lot.
- 1:52:38They force themselves into a fast and
- 1:52:40try hard, but when they return, they
- 1:52:42want to soothe all that anxiety again.
- 1:52:45That’s like the yo-yo effect; they
- 1:52:47haven't solved the root cause. That is
- 1:52:50the problem I’m always observing,
- 1:52:52isn't it? Thanks for the invitation,
- 1:52:54thanks for the lovely, beautiful chat.
- 1:52:58And maybe we’ll see each other live
- 1:53:00and in person
- 1:53:02at a retreat. That would be perfect.
- 1:53:04I’m telling you, I’m telling you.
- 1:53:06If the audience, if you guys are up for
- 1:53:07it, check the description; he hosts
- 1:53:09retreats, he’s moving all over the
- 1:53:11world. I’ve seen retreats in Mexico,
- 1:53:13I’ve seen retreats in many places,
- 1:53:15now he’s in Valencia. And if we can
- 1:53:19find 8 days, I don’t know where
- 1:53:21we’ll find them, but if we can find 8
- 1:53:23days, or even four, we’ll go and do
- 1:53:25that thing you mentioned: no eating, no
- 1:53:27drinking, no talking, doing absolutely
- 1:53:29nothing. Damn, that sounds tough. No
- 1:53:32talking.
- 1:53:33Do you think that’s what scares you
- 1:53:35the
- 1:53:35most, for sure.
- 1:53:38Well, thank you very much.
- 1:53:39Thank you,
- 1:53:40thank you. We’ve talked about freedom
- 1:53:45, we’ve talked about renunciation,
- 1:53:47we’ve talked about possibilities. Um,
- 1:53:53thanks to everyone again for sharing
- 1:53:55this dream and for subscribing. I
- 1:53:59always forget to say that. Hit that
- 1:54:01little button; if you’ve made it this
- 1:54:03far, give it a like, share it, leave a
- 1:54:05comment, leave a comment for Marco, let
- 1:54:07us know what you thought, what
- 1:54:08questions we might have missed so we
- 1:54:10can invite him back, and whether you
- 1:54:12would be up for not eating.
- 1:54:14That’s it, what I was going to say:
- 1:54:16are you up for it? Have you done it?
- 1:54:18Have you fasted? Or rather, have you
- 1:54:20done the hardest thing he mentioned,
- 1:54:22which is being silent for a day? Let's
- 1:54:24see, let's see if someone tells you
- 1:54:26like this. Start with what's easy. Do a
- 1:54:30fast of words. One day don't speak, a
- 1:54:34fast of words, or that also includes a
- 1:54:36fast from your cell phone. I mean, do
- 1:54:40it for just one day, a day of fasting
- 1:54:42without a mobile.
- 1:54:43One day without mobiles.
- 1:54:46That's right. Those are like the game
- 1:54:48of understanding my dependencies
- 1:54:49because what I depend on controls me.
- 1:54:52Freedom is something else. That's the
- 1:54:55game, discovering it.
- 1:54:56Marcus,
- 1:54:57well, thanks again.
- 1:54:59Are you happy?
- 1:55:00Are you happy?
- 1:55:01Yes, yes, of course. I'm not looking
- 1:55:04for it. If I start looking for it, no.
- 1:55:07I am in that fullness. You can see and
- 1:55:10feel that by the way you wake up. Ah,
- 1:55:13what a beautiful day, how beautiful it
- 1:55:16is to use this body, and that is at
- 1:55:18every moment, and you see circumstances
- 1:55:20in your life that don't flow the way
- 1:55:22you maybe foresaw, it doesn't matter, I
- 1:55:24am in complete peace and tranquility
- 1:55:27with myself and that's it. And that is
- 1:55:30beautiful. When one is at peace with
- 1:55:32oneself, that is full happiness.
- 1:55:35Exactly.
- 1:55:36Because that is that movement that
- 1:55:38takes your peace away, that is where
- 1:55:40you then look for a distraction, and
- 1:55:42that distraction for a minute you think
- 1:55:44is happiness, but those are false
- 1:55:46happinesses. Sure.
- 1:55:48Exactly.
- 1:55:49Well, may you be at peace.
- 1:55:50That.
- 1:55:51And happy. Until next time.
- 1:55:53Thank you very much.
- 1:55:54Until next time. I wish you the best.
- 1:55:56Take care. Bye. Bye.
- 1:55:58Thanks. Bye.
