11:54company he joined tycho in 1975
11:57and was made ceo in 1992.

12:07helm tycho massively expanded during the
12:09late
12:101990s the company consistently beat wall
12:12street's expectations
12:14and through a series of strategic
12:15mergers and acquisitions
12:17ushered a new era of mega conglomerates
12:20kozlowski left taiko in 2002.
12:24amid a controversy in regard to his
12:26compensation package
12:28now why
12:32would this company give him a hard time
12:34on his way out the door after doing
12:36all of that for them good question

13:06ends in a mistrial
13:07after one of the jurors reportedly gave

13:17jesus christ so that didn't go well
13:20their prep didn't go well no that's true
13:28the second trial uh
13:31he testified claiming that while his
13:34compensation did

13:38end quote uh that he had not broken any
13:41laws now dc what was he accused of here
13:44he was accused of taking company funds
13:47and using them for personal things
13:50okay now probably baseless allegations i
13:54would imagine

13:59he was accused of spending uh twenty
14:02nine hundred dollars
14:03on this waste paper basket

24:38january 2014 8.5 years later
24:44he gets out and tycho immediately files
24:47a suit against him
24:48concerning that the 500 million dollars
24:51in compensation and benefits
24:52that he legally received during his time

24:56between 97 and 02 was forfeit
24:59under new york's faithless servant
25:01doctrine
25:02southern district of five 500 million a
25:06hundred million dollars a year
25:09like a hundred million dollars a year of
25:12certifiable pay
