10. 0:20that's right it was a tougher day on the
11. 0:22witness stand for elizabeth holmes when
12. 0:24prosecutors pressed her on several key
13. 0:26points in her testimony that differs
14. 0:29significantly from the testimony of
15. 0:31several other witnesses that have come
16. 0:33before this jury
17. 0:35government prosecutor robert leach
18. 0:37zeroed in on holm statements to
19. 0:39investors and the media about theranose
20. 0:41blood analyzers being used by the
21. 0:43military theranos devices were never
22. 0:45used for clinical care for soldiers
23. 0:47correct leech asked correct holm said
24. 0:50leach then named off five previous
25. 0:52witnesses who testified holmes told them
26. 0:54or led them to believe that the devices
27. 0:56were being used by the military and

37. 1:16intending to deceive people and that's
38. 1:18exactly what the prosecution is alleging

40. 1:23about the glowing 2014 fortune magazine
41. 1:26cover story for which holmes gave
42. 1:27exclusive access and interviews to roger
43. 1:30parloff an earlier witness for the
44. 1:32prosecution the article stated that
45. 1:34theranos did not run tests on any other
46. 1:37company's blood analyzers in its labs
47. 1:39holmes admitted that was not true leach
48. 1:41then pressed her on how she shared the
49. 1:43article with investors without
50. 1:45corrections when her company needed
51. 1:47money holmes told the jury quote i think
