Full transcript
- 0:00The Dalai Lama said,
- 0:02"My religion is kindness."
- 0:05That's quite a surprising statement. He
- 0:07didn't say my religion is Buddhism.
- 0:10"My religion is kindness." What is that
- 0:11kindness? It's loving kindness.
- 0:15Feel an outflow of loving kindness
- 0:19towards the other person. And what you
- 0:21can sense then is beyond that person,
- 0:26there is their being, their
- 0:28consciousness, which is one with your
- 0:30consciousness. You can sense the
- 0:32unconditioned in the other. This is the
- 0:35end of the delusion of absolute
- 0:37separateness.
- 0:39And that's love. That's the true meaning
- 0:41of love.
