Easiest Trading Strategy (80-90% Win Rate) - DMC — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00You're trying a bunch of different
- 0:00strategies and nothing seems to be
- 0:02working. Let me break it to you. Your
- 0:04strategy doesn't really matter. I've
- 0:06devised a strategy called Dumb Money
- 0:08Concepts. It is a play on Smart Money
- 0:10Concepts. It's so incredibly simple to
- 0:12follow and it's going to allow you to
- 0:14focus on what actually matters in
- 0:16trading. As I just said, you try a
- 0:18couple different strategies, nothing
- 0:19seems to be working. It's because the
- 0:21strategy is not that important. This is
- 0:23going to be a simple set rules that does
- 0:26work for sure. Then you can focus on
- 0:28your internal discipline. The problem
- 0:31that most traders have when it doesn't
- 0:32come to your mindset and psychology is
- 0:34you're either drowning in information.
- 0:36This is why I say ICT and SMC doesn't
- 0:38work. This is why I say all sorts of
- 0:40strategies do not work. It's because
- 0:42there's so many conflicting points of
- 0:43views and so many things that can mess
- 0:46you up. So we must simplify it. Or two,
- 0:48you have no plan whatsoever and when you
- 0:50have no plan whatsoever, you don't have
- 0:51targets, you don't have exits. So again,
- 0:53let's make it super simple. Let's jump
- 0:54into the charts. I'm going to show you
- 0:55your strategy right here. Like I said,
- 0:56this is the entire strategy. It's a very
- 0:58quick PowerPoint, guys. You make it
- 0:59super simple. You don't use any
- 1:01indicators and you follow one little
- 1:03thing. And all that little thing is does
- 1:05it gain, does it lose a level, or does
- 1:07it fail to gain or lose a level, right?
- 1:09So what do I mean by that? This is the
- 1:10entire strategy. We have a key point,
- 1:13right? Wait for the price to hit that
- 1:14level. You then have a wick or an
- 1:16attempt to pass it. You have an attempt
- 1:18to pass that level. You fail to. What
- 1:20happens next? Boom. Close back within
- 1:23the range. Next, price reverses. Where
- 1:27does it reverse to for sure? It reverses
- 1:30to the origin of that move, right? So
- 1:32just because this continues down doesn't
- 1:35necessarily mean that we're going to
- 1:37trade that whole thing. We only know the
- 1:39next move and we're going to simplify
- 1:41that so so simple that you could have
- 1:44just instantly shorted there, right?
- 1:45That's it. That's literally it. So by
- 1:47the end of this video, we're going to
- 1:48jump into identifying levels,
- 1:50determining the trend, entering and
- 1:51exiting, and your risk management it
- 1:53doesn't really matter cuz you're going
- 1:54to be right. So
- 1:55let's do it. All right, so when you're
- 1:57identifying levels, let's let's start
- 1:59off on the higher time frames, right?
- 2:00You can use the monthly. Very often
- 2:02you'll see the monthly levels here. So,
- 2:03what you want to do is those untested
- 2:05candle bodies. And as you can see, hey,
- 2:07we have a level here. These levels are
- 2:09very obviously going to be pivot points.
- 2:11You know that untested monthly levels
- 2:13are going to be bounced off of. It
- 2:15happens for sure, okay? You just don't
- 2:16know how far. So, you see there it also
- 2:18lined up with a weekly and then bounced
- 2:19off of it. You can also see, hey, we
- 2:21have these weekly levels. So, this is
- 2:22your first bet is draw out where are
- 2:25these weekly and monthly levels that are
- 2:27untested, okay? And then you kind of
- 2:28have a range of where you're going to be
- 2:30able to blindly enter on some trades,
- 2:32right? And we can go back down to the
- 2:33daily and you can see, hey, higher time
- 2:35frames, these are going to be super
- 2:36important pivot points, right? So, as we
- 2:38pass this level, this is called a
- 2:39pass-through level for me. We're going
- 2:40to identify that level as well. And we
- 2:42can identify the upper side level as
- 2:44well here, right? So, we have a couple
- 2:45recent levels. So, what's the difference
- 2:46between a tested and an untested level?
- 2:48Well, if you go back to the weekly, you
- 2:49can see, hey, this level was already
- 2:51tested here. And when when it tested,
- 2:53you failed to go below it. So, using
- 2:55this logic that we just explained at the
- 2:57start, we failed to go below that level.
- 2:58So, what did it do? It goes back up to
- 3:00the origin of the move that brought it
- 3:01down, okay? And you can see, hey, we
- 3:03went right to that level before coming
- 3:04back down and once again testing this
- 3:07level that was then created later. We
- 3:08failed to to lose it again. So, the next
- 3:10move back up is going to be back up
- 3:11here, okay? Back to the origin of that
- 3:13move and we have to retest that level
- 3:14again. Once a level has been tested
- 3:16once, it's pretty unlikely that it will
- 3:18hold as support unless a new level was
- 3:21created there. So, you can see here,
- 3:22this level tested and bounced off of
- 3:24this level and this level tested and
- 3:26bounced off of this level. Usually, if
- 3:27you can see here, this level was already
- 3:28tested and when we came up again, it
- 3:30went past it and went to the next level
- 3:32behind, okay? That's how we identify
- 3:34important key levels. Next, we want to
- 3:36determine the trend. Now, trend doesn't
- 3:38really matter that much. All you really
- 3:41want to know is what is the next move,
- 3:43right? We can use trend to make it more
- 3:46likely that our moves are going to be
- 3:48correct, but the reality is, hey, if the
- 3:50trend, let's call this a trend on the
- 3:53higher time frame is bouncing off of
- 3:54that and we say, "Hey, it's probably
- 3:56going to be coming up here because we
- 3:57know the next move of the weekly, then
- 3:59most likely the trend on the 4-hour is
- 4:02going to be following that." Okay? So,
- 4:04you want to be looking for trades within
- 4:07that next move. So, I'm only saying the
- 4:09trend as the next higher time frame
- 4:12move. I'm not identifying trend the same
- 4:14way as other people do where they say
- 4:16lower a higher lows and higher highs,
- 4:18right? Means an uptrend. Right? We're
- 4:20not doing it that way because that's a
- 4:21silly way to judge it because we don't
- 4:23know when it's going to turn. We know
- 4:24it's going to turn up here. So, this is
- 4:26the move that we're trying to satisfy on
- 4:28the higher time frame trend. So, just to
- 4:30be clear on that, our trends don't
- 4:32really matter. What we're looking for is
- 4:34the next move. And when we're looking at
- 4:36the higher time frames, the next move is
- 4:38a much larger move than the moves on the
- 4:40lower time frames. So, everything ends
- 4:42up being a fractal of each other and
- 4:44they start cascading into each other.
- 4:46So, the trend on the lower time frame is
- 4:48going to change first and then it's
- 4:50going to start cascading into the higher
- 4:51time frames, thus making the higher time
- 4:53frames change later. But overall, if
- 4:56we're trying to find the trend and make
- 4:57things most probable, we want to look at
- 4:59that major move on the weekly, daily,
- 5:02and monthly levels and then take trades
- 5:05intraday based off of that direction.
- 5:07Okay, so the next thing I want to
- 5:08illustrate is we've already determined
- 5:09that, hey, when we have this failure to
- 5:12lose a level. We have the failure to
- 5:13lose a level right here. We already know
- 5:15that it's going to go back to the origin
- 5:16of this move, right? We already know
- 5:18that that's going to be happening,
- 5:18right? Before it does comes back down.
- 5:20But what happens when, you know, you get
- 5:22these closes instead? These are
- 5:24basically the same thing. We have a
- 5:25regain of this zone. And when we regain
- 5:27a zone, which is essentially the same as
- 5:30having a wick because this is an attempt
- 5:32to break that level and you've just
- 5:33regained it really quickly. Or we can
- 5:35lose the level and then regain it, okay?
- 5:37So, now that we're back in this zone,
- 5:39it's more confirmation that we're going
- 5:40to be targeting the other side of that
- 5:41zone, okay? A perfect example here is
- 5:43you lost this level before and then when
- 5:45you came back in and you regained it,
- 5:47you gave a little wick test here of the
- 5:49level before targeting the other side of
- 5:50that zone. It ends up being the exact
- 5:52same thing as a wick, as you can see
- 5:54here. You can see the wick and then you
- 5:55have target the other side of the zone.
- 5:56The wick is just a more momentous move.
- 5:58This all goes under the guise of what
- 6:00I'm determining the trend or the next
- 6:02move to be. Entering and exiting trades,
- 6:04you have a few different options. We
- 6:05have the option of blind entry where
- 6:07it's an untested higher time frame
- 6:09level, which we already talked about.
- 6:10You have the option of waiting for
- 6:11confirmation of a bounce off of that
- 6:13level and you have the option which I
- 6:14used to use in my previous lessons which
- 6:16dollar cost average, which allows you to
- 6:18get the best possible price without
- 6:20really knowing what level it was going
- 6:21to be. Each of these have their own
- 6:23drawdowns and each of them have their
- 6:24benefits. So let's look at it. Entering
- 6:25a blind level, where you'd want to be
- 6:27entering a blind level is is essentially
- 6:28a untested daily, weekly, monthly, like
- 6:31higher time frame untested levels. These
- 6:33levels pretty much always get some sort
- 6:36of reaction off of it. Let's even just
- 6:38look here at like I have a blind level
- 6:39right here, right? Let's look at see at
- 6:42what sort of reaction that happened even
- 6:43just This looked like it didn't even
- 6:45bounce off of it, right? So sometimes
- 6:47you won't get a reaction, but you can
- 6:48literally see here there was a reaction
- 6:50when it first got to that level and it
- 6:52was a pretty solid reaction. So you
- 6:53could have just entered blindly here
- 6:55with a pretty decently tight stop and
- 6:57then all you had to do was was target
- 6:59the next level up. You have one hour
- 7:00sort of set up here. You could have
- 7:01taken quick little scalps there, but if
- 7:03it did happen to dump through it, you
- 7:05know, this would have been a decent
- 7:06amount of drawdown that you probably
- 7:07wouldn't want to hold through. So those
- 7:08blind levels are best when they're used
- 7:10on higher time frames and you just go
- 7:11for quick scalps. Now where you'd want
- 7:13to wait for a reaction would be maybe
- 7:15lower time frames to see hey like I
- 7:16wouldn't I probably wouldn't be looking
- 7:18to blindly enter on this level here on
- 7:20that four hour cuz it's a bit lower, but
- 7:22I can see a reaction off that level and
- 7:24we can see the wick and then from there
- 7:26what you'd want to do is you'd wait for
- 7:27a retest of that same level and then and
- 7:30then you would get in and you would
- 7:31short, right? With a stop behind
- 7:32wherever and you again target the other
- 7:34side. Now if you want to watch in detail
- 7:36and get my exact stops, my exact take
- 7:39profits, jump into the discord, jump
- 7:40into in stream because I'll show you
- 7:41exactly where I'm placing things. This
- 7:43video is not long enough for me to tell
- 7:46you all of the nuances of everything I
- 7:47do because this strategy is very, very
- 7:50good, okay? Like much better than what
- 7:53you're going to get out of this video. I
- 7:54can get like a 90% hit rate with what
- 7:56I'm doing, which I can't explain in a
- 7:5810-minute video. Again, everything is
- 8:00always free. I will never charge you for
- 8:01lessons. Nice. So, for the third option,
- 8:03you can do a DCA sort of strategy. And a
- 8:05DCA strategy is good if you don't really
- 8:07understand what you're doing, honestly.
- 8:10I don't use it as much anymore, but
- 8:11sometimes if I have a zone that I'm
- 8:13looking for, let's look at Bitcoin
- 8:15recently here for an example, right? If
- 8:17I have a zone on this higher time frame
- 8:18and you it's a basically the same as a
- 8:20blind entry except you have multiple
- 8:22entries, right? So, you have a big zone
- 8:24here. I'm going to draw like you can see
- 8:25the zone on the monthly here. So, when I
- 8:27entered Bitcoin, what I did is I DCA'd
- 8:29at 70k and I did uh 60k because that's
- 8:32the zone I wanted to enter on. So, I did
- 8:34one at the top and one at the bottom.
- 8:35Now, what you can do here is you can
- 8:37average out as it comes back up to to
- 8:39make sure you get a really good entry so
- 8:40you're not over-risking. Let's break
- 8:42that down in further detail just so I
- 8:43can show you how you'd be exiting if
- 8:44you're, you know, over-risked in a DCA.
- 8:46So, in an example like this is if I I
- 8:49entered here and I entered here, this is
- 8:51a support that's turned resistance now.
- 8:53What you'd do is you buy here and then
- 8:55exit there the first trade at break
- 8:57even. So, that way your first position,
- 9:00you only have one position and it's
- 9:01really good entry now, right? If it
- 9:02continues to drop lower, you probably
- 9:04would want to exit that trade because
- 9:06this was your zone. I don't want you to
- 9:07just keep DCA'ing as long as it's
- 9:10running and Martingaling because that's
- 9:11going to ruin your your account
- 9:12eventually, really poor risk management.
- 9:14So, as for exiting, you can either
- 9:16average out the same sort of way I was
- 9:18telling you here or you can simply do
- 9:20the next swing high or a important key
- 9:24level. So, the exact same way you're
- 9:26going to enter is going to need the
- 9:27exact same way you're going to exit,
- 9:29okay? So, if you have major time frame
- 9:31levels, right? Say I have one here, I
- 9:33probably want to exit my long right
- 9:35there because that's a pretty good spot
- 9:36where I think price is going to reverse
- 9:38at. Or I can target new highs and it's
- 9:40going to be dependent on each situation,
- 9:42but you're going to want to shoot for
- 9:43maybe one, one and a half hour per trade
- 9:45and you can justify where you want to
- 9:47place it based off of that. Also, if
- 9:49you're if you're entering off of a
- 9:51weekly a weekly candle here, it's maybe
- 9:53not a good idea to exit on a daily. You
- 9:55might want to exit on the new high
- 9:56because you are trading on the weekly
- 9:58time frame and that might just be a
- 9:59short little bounce off of it. But use
- 10:01your best judgment, okay? One more thing
- 10:02is if you are trading and it it tells
- 10:05you that the trend has now shifted the
- 10:07other way. So, let's say we were bearish
- 10:09here, right? Because we had this wick on
- 10:11that level, right? And we sold and we
- 10:13let's say we we were targeting this low
- 10:16instead of that level and they failed to
- 10:18make a new a new low, now we should exit
- 10:21because most likely what it's telling us
- 10:22is the trend is now shifted and it's
- 10:24coming back up here. So, it's a very
- 10:25likely that we get stopped out of that
- 10:27trade and we can just re-enter later cuz
- 10:28we don't want to be attached to any
- 10:30trades. We can just jump in and out, no
- 10:31problem cuz we're always just looking
- 10:32for what is the next move and if the
- 10:34next move is going against us, we don't
- 10:35want to be in that. As for risk
- 10:36management, how much should you be
- 10:37risking? Make sure you feel
- 10:39uncomfortable while trading so that you
- 10:40can practice your emotional control, but
- 10:42not so uncomfortable that you have to
- 10:44look at the chart. Say that again, you
- 10:45want to you want to feel a little bit
- 10:47uncomfort when you lose like let's say
- 10:48100 bucks is a decent amount for you to
- 10:50lose. I want you to bet 100 bucks then,
- 10:51but I don't want you betting a thousand
- 10:53dollars because then you have to look at
- 10:54the chart constantly. If 100 dollars is
- 10:56not a huge deal to you, but it kind of
- 10:57sucks, that's the perfect amount to bet.
- 10:59Stop losses, I don't really use them too
- 11:01much, but the stop loss I tend to put
- 11:03behind the next level behind. So, that
- 11:06way your risk management, you still have
- 11:08it there just in case in case something
- 11:10happens, but this way it allows the
- 11:12option for the market to stop out the
- 11:14other guys without stopping you out. So,
- 11:16if you have a level here that you want
- 11:18to you want to be out at, I put my stop
- 11:20loss at the next level behind instead of
- 11:22that level. And then one final thing,
- 11:23don't use Martingale. When I told you to
- 11:24DCA, DCA once or twice, not more than
- 11:27that, okay? I think that's all, boys.
- 11:28Follow the live streams, join the
- 11:29Discord, a lot more in detail here. I'll

- 11:33want. I'm here to help, okay? Thanks for
