4. 0:06with enough money it's possible to do
5. 0:09almost anything in Dubai and now you can
6. 0:11add another to the list walking on the
7. 0:13moon or very least booking a luxury room
8. 0:16there
9. 0:17in September 2022 Canadian architectural
10. 0:21company Moon World Resorts announced
11. 0:23plans to construct a 5 billion dollar
12. 0:26Resort that resembles Earth's orbital
13. 0:28cousin
14. 0:29the 735 foot tall replica of the moon is
15. 0:33very much similar to the MSG sphere
16. 0:36being built in Las Vegas
17. 0:38this Moon Resort will include all the
18. 0:40amenities one would expect from a luxury
19. 0:43resort as well as special experiences
20. 0:45meant to replicate a visit to Earth's
21. 0:47satellite
22. 0:48with this Mega project you no longer
23. 0:51have to work for NASA or SpaceX to visit
24. 0:54the Moon
25. 0:55it is meant to help visitors who don't
26. 0:57have connections to Jeff Bezos or Elon
27. 1:00Musk experience space tourism
28. 1:03this Mega project will emulate the
29. 1:05conditions of the actual Moon such as
30. 1:07the low gravity walking experience for
31. 1:09guests to feel what it's like walking on
32. 1:11the moon
33. 1:12the area around the Resort's lunar
34. 1:15surface dubbed the lunar colony is
35. 1:17designed to evoke the sensation of being
36. 1:19on the surface of the Moon bringing
37. 1:22space tourism down to earth
38. 1:24in the first half of 2022 tourist
39. 1:27revenues in the United Arab Emirates
40. 1:29exceeded five billion dollars and hotel
41. 1:32occupancy was up more than 40 percent

55. 2:04the Dubai moon will include private
56. 2:06luxury units known as Sky Villas and
57. 2:09visitors can plan to book one of 300
58. 2:12private Boutique residences which will
59. 2:14be housed in the main building's disc
60. 2:16shaped superstructure
61. 2:18the sky Villas are also available for
62. 2:21purchase as part of a private residence
63. 2:23program
64. 2:24each 2 000 square foot Villa comes with
65. 2:27a lifetime membership to the resort that
66. 2:29comes with exclusive privileges
67. 2:32this five billion dollar Resort will
68. 2:34include a Wellness Spa a nightclub for a
69. 2:37thousand luxury resort Suites a jazz
70. 2:40piano lounge and plenty of space-themed
71. 2:43attractions
72. 2:44a large Convention Center that can hold
73. 2:46up to 5 000 guests is intended to
74. 2:49attract exhibitors in the technology and
75. 2:51space fields
76. 2:53there is even an in-house Moon shuttle
77. 2:55that will take you around the Moon
78. 2:57shaped property
79. 2:58there are also plans for the structure
80. 3:01to serve as a hub for space agencies and
81. 3:03its astronauts planning their future
82. 3:05missions into space
83. 3:08according to the co-founders of the
84. 3:10project mung Dubai will significantly
85. 3:12impact every aspect of the uae's economy
86. 3:15including tourism Transportation
87. 3:18commercial and residential real estate
88. 3:21infrastructure Financial Services
89. 3:23Aviation and space energy agriculture
90. 3:27technology and education
91. 3:30it will be the largest and most
92. 3:32successful modern day tourism project in
93. 3:34the Middle East and North African region
94. 3:36doubling annual tourism visitations to
95. 3:39Dubai based on its Global appeal brand
96. 3:42awareness and unique multiple integrated
97. 3:44offerings
98. 3:46the overall construction is scheduled to
99. 3:49be built over two years
100. 3:51when the project is complete the resort
101. 3:53could accommodate up to 10 million
102. 3:55visitors a year the lunar Colony alone
103. 3:58has capacity for 2.5 million guests a
104. 4:02year and it's even projected to include
105. 4:04a training platform for space agencies
106. 4:06and astronauts

110. 4:13stayed in its Facebook post that more
111. 4:16resorts are to be developed across the
112. 4:18globe including North America Middle
113. 4:20East and North Africa Europe and the
114. 4:23Asia Pacific
115. 4:25Dubai's crazy Ambitions do not end here
116. 4:29in August this year plans were being
117. 4:31drawn for a suspended City high up in
118. 4:34the sky around the iconic Burj Khalifa
119. 4:37it would be a giant ring-like structure
120. 4:39that would wrap around the tallest
121. 4:41building in the world we hope to bring
