0:10training with the Colon Militia yielded

0:19>> Uh 0600 hours, a scout came by, reported
0:22by the Will Watch outpost, overran by
0:24the Red Dra Dragon army. 0630 hours
0:27drafted a report for a possible covert
0:29operation to take back the outpost. 0645
0:33hours Darrett met with me to discuss the
0:36Vagler refugees and Mayor Raven. Plans
0:38are being made to include her and her
0:40army and some of my men. 0800 hours
0:44drafted a possible sit rep for the party
0:46when they return from their previous
0:47missions. Await 30 hours recess. 0900
0:52hours. The party returns with guests.
0:56Marshall Avenger's personal recount. It
0:58was 0900 hours when the party came back
1:00from the missions I had set out. The
1:02looks on their faces resembled the same
1:04faces when they first came to common in
1:06the council. Uncertainty. There were new
1:09faces in the group. One among them was
1:11Beckan, the infamous soldier who had
1:13supposedly died in front of them. The
1:15others were Kudel Iron Smile and a few
1:18of the Vogler soldiers. Besides the
1:20menial introductions, I beckoned for the
1:22party to come into my office for another
1:24mission. I briefed them on the Wheelw
1:26Watch outpost. Or was it Darrett? That
1:29boy has learned so much in the little
1:30time I had with him. Mayor Raven had
1:33volunteered herself and some of her men
1:35to take over this outpost. I won't let
1:37her go about it alone. I will enlist
1:39some of my men to ride along.
1:42I will allow them to plan their
1:43infiltration for the time being before
1:45heading out with whatever supplies
1:46needed. Official report. They returned
1:50from the Wheelwatch outpost without
1:51Mayor Raven and some of the Vagler and
1:53Colin soldiers. We were told that the
1:56mission was success was a success.
1:59Details are as followed. Alistister and
2:02Zephriel had agreed to pose as a Red
2:04Dragon army soldier and prisoners
2:06respectfully to gain access to the fort.
2:09Inside the prison, they took out an
2:11officer. Everyone else moved in,
2:13blinding most of the soldiers. Everyone
2:16neutralized the threat and opened the
2:17gate. They discovered a dragon eel and
2:20successfully defeated it and Mayor Raven
2:22and her troops moved in.
2:25All right, so that is the official
2:27report um
2:30by Marshall Vendry. Uh you guys return
2:34back to Colon without Mayor Raven. She
2:37has enough Colin troops to support the
2:39outpo outpost.
2:41Um,

7:26but she knew you all would be back
7:28before she did. Uh, she wanted to she
7:30wanted you guys to know that a lot of
7:32things happened while you were away. Uh,
7:34she mentioned that she had to lead a
7:36force out west for another assignment
7:39far out west. Uh, the Red Dragon army is
7:42coming closer to Colan with every single
7:44day that passed. And the worst part of
7:47all of this, the councilmen were getting
7:50tired of waiting. It didn't take long
7:52for Lord Bicarus and his son to
7:54encourage them all to head out to Steel
7:55Springs where we were told that another
7:57group of Red Dragon army troops
7:59appeared.
8:01Uh, the aid looks over at Ria. Governor
8:05Mia approved of that skirmish and
8:07unfortunately they took Darrett with
8:09them.

10:54less casualties.
11:02is going would prefer to go quickly
11:06if they're going to go

11:19knows that this is beyond

2:10:51Um, the first bits were lists all the
2:10:55songs he had written, all the times he
2:10:57was out with Ispen Greenshield and all
2:10:59the good things he had done and the
2:11:01people he had inspired. At the end,
2:11:04there was a small reference to what
2:11:05seemed to be an unpublished manuscript.
2:11:09Um, and he hands another scroll over to
2:11:13Hriionis.
2:11:15Uh, Hriionis, you open that scroll. And
2:11:18that scroll is full of letters.
2:11:20Um, and reading some of those letters,
2:11:23you get that there are letters from a
2:11:25father who wanted nothing more than a
2:11:26relationship with his son. It details
2:11:29all the wrongs he knows he has done,
2:11:32stating that it can never be taken back.
2:11:34It tells the sorrow of a man who failed
2:11:36not only himself but his own heir.
2:11:39Halfway through there's a paragraph
2:11:42to the son that only wanted to express
2:11:44himself. I failed you in more ways than
2:11:47I can imagine. I gave you the name
2:11:49Tobias to one day be a great leader. But
2:11:52I know but I but now I know that Ashen
2:11:55is a name you chose for yourself. A true
2:11:58leader knows what's best not only for
2:12:00themselves but but for those around
2:12:02them. My stubborn self could only focus
2:12:04on what I wanted rather than what you
2:12:06needed. Time is a thief and I know I
2:12:09could never face you again with my
2:12:10shame. But I'm working on that. In fact,
2:12:13if I ever see you again, Ashen, I'm
2:12:15going to tell you that I am proud of
2:12:18you. I wish I was half the father you
2:12:20deserve.
