DRAFT or PASS Every Running Back in Fantasy Football - Part 2 — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00Hello, Nation. Welcome back to part two
- 0:02of predicting every single running back
- 0:05for the 2026 season. And if you're
- 0:07confused because you're like, "Wait a
- 0:09second, part two. Where was part one?"
- 0:11That's because when we started recording
- 0:13this video, it took way longer than
- 0:15anticipated and we needed to split it
- 0:17into [music] two sections.
- 0:20So, if you're jumping into this video
- 0:22for the first time, linked down below
- 0:24will be part one where we talked about
- 0:26every single AFC depth chart. Today's
- 0:30video is going to be talking about all
- 0:32of the NFC depth charts. This one has
- 0:36been an absolute nightmare to record, so
- 0:38make sure you hit the like button and
- 0:40thank Taylor down in the comments below
- 0:42because we made his life extremely hard.
- 0:45Uh yeah, he's somewhere in a dark hole
- 0:47piecing together 18 video files right
- 0:50now. So # loveyouutay in the comment
- 0:52section. If you missed part one, make
- 0:54sure you do go back and check that out.
- 0:56Again, linked down below. But the
- 0:58categories that we will be assigning to
- 1:00all the running backs today [music] are
- 1:02as follows. If you're an RB1, if we feel
- 1:05like you have that type of ceiling, then
- 1:07we're going to list you as an RB1. If we
- 1:09think you have a really solid floor, but
- 1:11maybe lack a little bit of that ceiling,
- 1:12we're going to list you as an RB2. For
- 1:15those flex players, they could end up
- 1:17being a starter or maybe they'll be more
- 1:19of depth that rotates in and out of your
- 1:21lineup. They'll be marked as a flex.
- 1:23You'll be marked as a handcuff. if you
- 1:25are a draft now player to protect your
- 1:28investment in a starter that you may
- 1:30already have or maybe we think that they
- 1:32could have significant upside as a
- 1:34starter if their number one goes down
- 1:36they'll be listed as a handcuff for
- 1:38those watch list players those are
- 1:40handcuffs that maybe you don't need to
- 1:43draft right now but you're going to want
- 1:44to keep an eye on them add them to the
- 1:46watch list just in case there's someone
- 1:48that we need to be adding later on for
- 1:51the waiverss of course we don't need to
- 1:53worry about them at all you can leave
- 1:54them on the waiverss for right now. We
- 1:56are going to start with the NFC East and
- 1:59the Dallas Cowboys. Javvante Williams we
- 2:01have listed as an RB2. He is a must-have
- 2:04running back for us. We absolutely love
- 2:06him. We just know that maybe that
- 2:07ceiling will not be nearly as high every
- 2:10single week, but we know the floor is
- 2:12going to be really good. Jaden Blue, I'm
- 2:14not interested in drafting him right
- 2:16now, but we are going to add him as a
- 2:17watch list in case something were to
- 2:19happen to Javvante Williams. And Phil
- 2:21Mafa is on waiverss. Yeah, we love
- 2:23ourselves some Javvante Williams. We've
- 2:25been talking about him all off
- 2:26seasonason long. It's where he's going
- 2:27in drafts. It's the discount you get.
- 2:29It's the way he's going to be utilized.
- 2:31It's the volume he's going to see
- 2:33weekly. You know, early downs, goal
- 2:35line. It's going to be Javvante Williams
- 2:37for majority of the season. Jaden Blue,
- 2:39I think, kind of gets somewhat of a
- 2:41split with Phil Mafa if something were
- 2:43to happen to Javvante Williams. He'll
- 2:44probably get a few touches here or
- 2:46there, but Javvante, he's the guy to
- 2:48definitely own in Dallas. for the New
- 2:50York Giants. Will Cam Scataboo be
- 2:53backflipping his way into an RB1 role or
- 2:56to your injured reserve this year?
- 2:59Hopefully, he doesn't do that after any
- 3:02touchdowns. Right now, we got him listed
- 3:04as a flex. I do think he has RB2
- 3:06potential, but with the injury, Tyrone
- 3:09Tracy being there, Jackson Dar obviously
- 3:11running the football as well, I think
- 3:13it's safer to list him as a flex as of
- 3:15right now. Tyrone Tracy Jr. is an
- 3:18interesting handcuff to potentially add
- 3:20just because Cam Scataboo is coming off
- 3:23the injury. If you have deeper benches,
- 3:25maybe take Tyrone Tracy Jr. right now,
- 3:27but if you don't, probably no need to
- 3:29draft him. Devin Dingleberry, as we like
- 3:32to call him around here, he is on
- 3:34waiverss, though.
- 3:35>> Yeah, cuz he's always just hanging
- 3:37around. Now, Cam Scataboo is somebody
- 3:39who obviously we love. I enjoy watching
- 3:42him on Sundays. There is a little bit of
- 3:44concern with the way that he plays the
- 3:46game from a injury standpoint.
- 3:48Obviously, uh I would love for him to be
- 3:50my flex play. I would be worried if he
- 3:52was my RB2 even though I believe he
- 3:55finishes as an RB2 just due to some of
- 3:57those injury concerns. I would rather
- 3:59have him just be my RB3 on my roster if
- 4:01at all possible.
- 4:03>> For the Philadelphia Eagles, we know
- 4:05that Saquon Barkley has RB1 upside. Is
- 4:08there a little concern just based on his
- 4:10usage last year? Absolutely there is.
- 4:12But we're still going to list him as an
- 4:14RB1. Nonetheless, Tank Bsby for me is a
- 4:17guy on the watch list. If you look at
- 4:19his numbers in terms of overall
- 4:21efficiency, if something were to happen
- 4:23to Barkley, Tank Bsby could step in and
- 4:26be a fantasy starter for your team right
- 4:28away. I don't think you need to draft
- 4:30him as of right now, but do keep him on
- 4:32your watch list. If you draft Saquon
- 4:34Barkley, Will Shipley, might be some
- 4:36passing game work along the way, but
- 4:38we're going to leave him on waiverss for
- 4:39right now. Yeah, I mean they're not
- 4:41going to have much of a role uh aside
- 4:43from Saquon Barkley as long as he is
- 4:45healthy. I think Barkley is even though
- 4:47we saw a lot of inefficiencies last
- 4:48year, there's an opportunity for him to
- 4:50bounce back this year in a different
- 4:52offense. It's an offense that's just so
- 4:54full of weapons, right? So, how much
- 4:56does he really get limited touch-wise
- 4:59this year? How many goal line
- 5:00opportunities does Jayen Herz get and
- 5:02and take away from him? That's a
- 5:04question mark. I think instead of a top
- 5:06five running back, I feel a lot better
- 5:08by saying he's a top 12 guy this year.
- 5:10>> For the Washington Commanders, Jakori
- 5:13Kroski Merritt at times looked really
- 5:15good last season, but he was highly
- 5:18inconsistent at times. So, is he just
- 5:20going to be the starter or is he going
- 5:22to be in a split backfield with newly
- 5:24signed Rashad White? We're going to list
- 5:26both of them as a flex option to begin
- 5:29with because there is going to be
- 5:30potential for fantasy points for both of
- 5:32them. We like Chiggy Oo. We've got some
- 5:35rookies there that could do some things.
- 5:36Rashad White, though, is a veteran pass
- 5:38catcher. Should be utilized quite a bit
- 5:40off the bat. Kron Allen, put him on your
- 5:43watch list. Newly newly drafted rookie.
- 5:46He could be a guy that with any type of
- 5:47injury could end up making an impact at
- 5:49some point this year.
- 5:51>> Yeah, and we know at this point that
- 5:53Bill JCM, he's not there for his pass
- 5:56catching upside. That's why they brought
- 5:57in Rashad White. He has former chemistry
- 6:00with quarterback Jaden Daniels. They
- 6:02were together at Arizona State. he's
- 6:04going to have a role in this offense for
- 6:06sure. More of a PPR option as a flex
- 6:09play because I don't know if he sees
- 6:10enough volume on the ground at least to
- 6:12start the season. But I honestly would
- 6:14not be surprised, Kyle, if somebody came
- 6:16to me and told me that by week six,
- 6:18Rashad White was the number one in this
- 6:20backfield and JCM was the number two. So
- 6:23having him right here as a flex play,
- 6:25somebody that you get super late in
- 6:26drafts. If you're drafting these guys,
- 6:28they better not be your RB1, your RB2,
- 6:31or your RB3. At best, they need to be
- 6:34your your team's RB4. And even that's a
- 6:37little bit pushing. Jumping into the NFC
- 6:39North, let's kick it off with the
- 6:41Chicago Bears. DeAndre Swift is a guy
- 6:43that I don't think we talked about a ton
- 6:45at the beginning of the off season, but
- 6:47as our research progressed throughout
- 6:49the months, we have come to like him
- 6:52even more. and even more. We think he is
- 6:54a really solid candidate as an RB2
- 6:56option this year. Kyle Manangi though,
- 6:59because of some of the work he got last
- 7:01year, it might be a good idea to
- 7:03handcuff DeAndre Swift with him in case
- 7:06for some reason it does turn out to be a
- 7:0850/50 split right away instead of kind
- 7:10of the 6040 that we kind of anticipate
- 7:13to begin with. Roshan Johnson, there's a
- 7:15lot of people out there that have wanted
- 7:16Roshan Johnson to be a thing for years.
- 7:19He still isn't.
- 7:20>> He's still not a thing, right? and I
- 7:22have been on the DeAndre Swift bandwagon
- 7:26I think it's two maybe three years now.
- 7:28I love DeAndre Swift. I love him in a
- 7:30Ben Johnson offense. Yes, he's going to
- 7:32split some time with Kyle Manungi who's
- 7:35going to have a role, but he's going to
- 7:36be the more explosive guy. He'll be
- 7:38involved in the passcatching game. He'll
- 7:40score some touchdowns. they'll provide
- 7:42touchdown opportunities as an RB2. Who
- 7:45you are able to draft this year?
- 7:47Probably as your team's RB3 is is is
- 7:50fantasy gold in my opinion.
- 7:52>> For the Detroit Lions, Jir Gibbs is
- 7:54waiting for his payday. He's not
- 7:57practicing as of right now, but we do
- 7:59know that the Detroit Lions have not
- 8:01been shy about giving out big deals to
- 8:04their core of young players. Jir Gibbs
- 8:06will get paid before week one. I do not
- 8:08care that he is sitting out right now.
- 8:10He is still a top two pick. So if you
- 8:12are concerned, stop it. Knock off those
- 8:15shenanigans right now. Jir Gibbs will be
- 8:16just fine. We have him listed as an RB1.
- 8:19Isaiah Pacheco is watch list at best
- 8:22because we know that there is touchdown
- 8:25potential right off the bat. Maybe not
- 8:28enough to flex him every single week,
- 8:31but enough that if anything were to
- 8:32happen to Jir Gibbs, Pacheco could
- 8:35instantly become at least a flex option
- 8:38for your fantasy team. I don't
- 8:40necessarily think you need to handcuff
- 8:41him right now, but I do think that you
- 8:43should pay close attention because if
- 8:44something happens to Gibbs, he may be
- 8:47the hottest waiverwire edition of the
- 8:49year. And I've heard his name pronounced
- 8:52several different ways. I'm going to go
- 8:54with Cion Vakai on waiverss is the RB3.
- 8:57I'm going to go with Cion Vaky.
- 9:02We have no idea. And you know why we
- 9:04have no idea? Because he's not fantasy
- 9:05relevant. We don't really care right
- 9:07now. Uh, when it comes to Pacheco, this
- 9:09is how I look at it. We saw David
- 9:11Montgomery, who was a Dan Campbell type
- 9:13of guy, get his role reduced in this
- 9:16offense enough to where now he's gone.
- 9:19They've just replaced him with Isaiah
- 9:20Pacheco. If Monty's role was diminishing
- 9:23last year, I expect Pacheco to have a
- 9:25diminishing role or that similar role
- 9:27this year, which we saw was not really
- 9:30much of anything. And with Jir Gibbs,
- 9:32yes, he will get paid. He'll be out
- 9:34there week one for sure. He's gonna have
- 9:36the lion share of touches. See what I
- 9:38did there? How the lion share of touches
- 9:40in this backfield. Pacheco, like you
- 9:42said, he'll be a massive waiverwire ad
- 9:44at some point. If you have deep benches,
- 9:47though, I'm not opposed to taking him
- 9:49super late. You know what, Jake? Before
- 9:51we move on to the Green Bay Packers
- 9:53here, this is great timing because I
- 9:55just got a notification on my phone from
- 9:57ESPN about insurance running back
- 10:00ratings. Which backups are must owns,
- 10:03which fits not only great into this
- 10:05video, but I'll tell you, we've had
- 10:07handcuff ratings in our draft guide for
- 10:10weeks now. So, once again, [music] ESPN,
- 10:13we're beating you to the punch. Our
- 10:15community has already known who you
- 10:18should be drafting as handcuffs and you
- 10:20can still get it as of right now if you
- 10:22haven't as of yet. TFHdraftGuy.com
- 10:25RB handcuff rankings my dynamic running
- 10:28back rating a galore. A galore I don't
- 10:32even know if that's a word of player
- 10:34profiles for you to dive into. It is
- 10:36everything you need to be successful
- 10:38this year.
- 10:39>> We're going to say there's a plethora of
- 10:40player profiles. There are a ton of
- 10:43player profiles, tons of information in
- 10:44general. If you want one for free, just
- 10:46sign up for a new underdog account. Use
- 10:48our our promo code headliners at
- 10:50checkout. Put in just 10 bucks, the
- 10:52minimum deposit. And once you plan a
- 10:54contest, I'm going to give you a free
- 10:55draft guide. So, if you want help
- 10:56dominating in 2026,
- 10:59that's the easiest way to get it right
- 11:01there for sure.
- 11:03The Green Bay Packers.
- 11:04>> Yes.
- 11:05>> Some off-field things with Josh Jacobs.
- 11:07H nothing really has come up since then
- 11:10at this point. So is it still lurking?
- 11:13Is it done? I don't know if anybody
- 11:15knows at this point. That's how
- 11:16off-field issues seem to be in the NFL.
- 11:18As of right now though, we've kind of
- 11:21had Josh Jacobs is a fringe RB1. I think
- 11:23you can make the argument that he is an
- 11:25RB1. I think you can make a better
- 11:27argument that he is a safe RB2. However,
- 11:31and because of that, that's where I'm
- 11:32going to have him listed as an RB2.
- 11:34Chris Brooks is on waiverss for us. We
- 11:36already talked about it in a video.
- 11:37We're not drafting Chris Brooks. For
- 11:40Marshon Lloyd, though, he is an
- 11:42interesting prospect. Keep him on your
- 11:43watch list. Green Bay absolutely loves
- 11:45him, but he has been injured the first
- 11:47couple of years in the league. If he can
- 11:49stay healthy this year, we might see
- 11:50some more of him.
- 11:52>> Yeah, agreed. It's all about health when
- 11:53it comes to him. Josh Jacobs, as of
- 11:55right now, is on the field right as of
- 11:57right now. He should be out there this
- 11:59season. Stay tuned. We don't really know
- 12:01everything for sure in that situation,
- 12:03but as of right now,
- 12:06He's a discount in fantasy football as
- 12:08of right now. If you get him on your
- 12:09team now, obviously there's that unknown
- 12:10there. But as an RB2, as a top 24 guy, I
- 12:14think it's pretty much locked in as long
- 12:15as he's playing football this year.
- 12:17>> For the Minnesota Vikings, this is like
- 12:19these are a couple of the players that
- 12:20Jake and I are actually most divided on
- 12:23and we understand each other's arguments
- 12:25for both of them. Jake is a little bit
- 12:27more of an Aaron Jones guy and I do
- 12:29believe that Aaron Jones as the veteran
- 12:31is going to have the first shot. we're
- 12:32probably going to see him the most off
- 12:34the bat and I do believe that he has the
- 12:36most opportunity for passing game work.
- 12:38So Aaron Jones for me is listed as a
- 12:40flex right now. But if you're drafting
- 12:42Aaron Jones, it'll be interesting if you
- 12:44should also draft Jordan Mason just in
- 12:47case. Aaron Jones, another year older.
- 12:49He has had some injury concerns, but
- 12:52we've also mentioned that Dean
- 12:53Claybourne could be a guy that could end
- 12:55up seeing time this year. So we're going
- 12:57to put him on the watch list.
- 12:59Deont Claybourne, I believe, is the
- 13:01future of the backfield. I think he's
- 13:03the predecessor to uh Aaron Jones. Uh I
- 13:07don't love Aaron Jones. Honestly, I
- 13:08don't think I would I would roster both
- 13:10of these guys. I don't know if I want to
- 13:11handcuff my RB4 on my team. I do think
- 13:15that Jordan Mason is probably a safer
- 13:17option, but when I think of an offense
- 13:19in Minnesota with Kyler Murray under
- 13:21center and check down passes, we saw him
- 13:23do that to James Connor in the past in
- 13:25Arizona. I could see something similar
- 13:27to Aaron Jones. for that passcatching
- 13:29work. That's just why I prefer Jones
- 13:31over Mason.
- 13:32>> And don't handcuff him. Then what you
- 13:34should do is do your research, figure
- 13:36out which one you like, and if you want
- 13:38to bet on one, bet on just one, and then
- 13:40go from there. We're going to go down to
- 13:42the NFC South where Bejian Robinson just
- 13:44became the highest paid running back in
- 13:47the NFL. He gets his deal, I would say,
- 13:50as of now. That locks him in as the RB1.
- 13:53while we wait on Jamir Gibbs. He was
- 13:55really already kind of the RB1, the
- 13:57number one overall pick. He's been paid.
- 14:00He'll make it back onto the field a
- 14:02little bit quicker than Gibbs. Bejian
- 14:03absolutely deserves it. Brian Robinson,
- 14:06he should be on your watch list. I don't
- 14:08know if we need to handcuff Bean
- 14:09Robinson, but Brian Robinson is
- 14:12absolutely a guy that would end up
- 14:13seeing a ton of work right off the bat
- 14:16if something were to happen to Bejon.
- 14:18But I do have to wonder Tyler Goodson
- 14:20who we have on waiverss if he wouldn't
- 14:21work his way in a little bit as well.
- 14:24>> Yeah, I think Brian Robinson we get the
- 14:26the bulk of the touches if something
- 14:27were to happen to Bejon right away. My
- 14:30biggest takeaway here for those of you
- 14:32who do in-person drafts and you like to
- 14:34put the stickers up on the board, make
- 14:36sure you're selecting the right B
- 14:37Robinson this year because there's Brian
- 14:40and there's Bejon and the last thing you
- 14:42want to do is draft Brian Robinson first
- 14:44overall. Uh, if you are drafting in a
- 14:47league where you have a buddy that
- 14:48drinks way too much before you're draft,
- 14:52>> give them the number one overall pick
- 14:54and then try to convince them that the
- 14:56Brian Robinson sticker is correct and
- 14:58then you all laugh at it the rest of the
- 14:59season. for the Panthers. Chuba Hubard.
- 15:02We have made our case this season that
- 15:05Chuba Hubard could be a dangerous trap
- 15:08because Jonathan Book Brooks is waiting
- 15:11and ready to potentially take over a
- 15:14larger role. I don't know if you need to
- 15:16be handcuffing Chuba Hubard right now.
- 15:19If you draft him, you may want to have
- 15:21Jonathan Brooks. If you don't believe in
- 15:23Chuba Hubard, just pass on him and maybe
- 15:25go with Brooks instead. Trevor ETN. I
- 15:28wonder he hasn't said anything about how
- 15:30you pronounce his name. He hasn't come
- 15:32out.
- 15:33>> Yeah. And he's Travis's brother. He's
- 15:36going to be on waiverss.
- 15:37>> Yeah. No interest in him when it comes
- 15:39to fantasy for sure. I'm more of a
- 15:41Brooks guy than a Hubard guy at this
- 15:43point. Probably because he's going to be
- 15:44slightly cheaper. Uh we haven't really
- 15:46seen what his ceiling could be, but we
- 15:48know they absolutely love him and he
- 15:50could provide a little bit more of that
- 15:51home run ability. If I had to gamble on
- 15:54one of them, even though Chuba probably
- 15:56is safer, especially to start the year,
- 15:58Brooks is somebody who I'd probably
- 15:59invest in later on and just kind of turn
- 16:01it into a potential lottery ticket on my
- 16:03team.
- 16:04>> For the New Orleans Saints, we have we
- 16:06have not hidden the fact that we believe
- 16:07Travis ETN could end up having a really
- 16:10>> or HN depending on who you are and if
- 16:12you want to say it.
- 16:14>> We have made no mistake about it. We
- 16:16really like him in New Orleans. He goes
- 16:18back home. He gets paid a ton of money
- 16:20in free agency to go to the Saints. He
- 16:22is clearly the RB1 there and he has RB1
- 16:25potential as well. It will be
- 16:28interesting to see what happens with
- 16:29Alvin Kamara. As of right now, I am not
- 16:32going to list him as a flex option. I'm
- 16:33going to list him not even as a
- 16:35handcuff, but as a watch list. He's not
- 16:37really being drafted in fantasy leagues.
- 16:39If he is, it is super late. But we have
- 16:42mentioned this off seasonason how we
- 16:43would love for him to move to the slot
- 16:46wide receiver position and kind of
- 16:48change up what he has done. And if that
- 16:51happens, you have to wonder if we should
- 16:53be taking a look at him in fantasy.
- 16:56>> Yeah, it's so hard to like look at Alvin
- 16:58Kamar's name and be like, "Oh, he's
- 16:59basically going undrafted right now."
- 17:01And if I take Travis ETN, am I
- 17:04automatically taking Alvin Kamara? No,
- 17:06I'm really not. I think Kamar still has
- 17:08a role on this team. He'll still be
- 17:10utilized, but I think we've seen over
- 17:11the last couple years that role is
- 17:13diminishing yearbyear. uh he's going to
- 17:16be in town it sounds like but for right
- 17:18now there's no way that they bring in
- 17:19Travis ETN HN make him a top five paid
- 17:22RB in in in football and not utilize
- 17:25him. They're not going to pay him all
- 17:26that money to not play him on a weekly
- 17:29basis. So for right now yes Travis ETM
- 17:31probably more Verge RB1 RB2 range for me
- 17:34probably somewhere in that 11 to 15
- 17:36range as well for the Tampa Bay
- 17:38Buccaneers. Bucky Irving. I mean, he
- 17:41looked poised for an absolute monster
- 17:43season last year. And unfortunately,
- 17:45some injuries kind of derailed that, not
- 17:47just for him, but for the entire
- 17:48Buccaneers roster. Instead of looking at
- 17:51him as a high-end RB1, though, we're now
- 17:54looking at him as an RB2. And we think
- 17:56that he could end up hitting that value
- 17:58if he ends up getting the type of
- 18:00workload, at least on the ground and at
- 18:03the goal line that would be deserving of
- 18:05an RB2. But Kenneth Gainwell is there
- 18:07and lurking signed in free agency is
- 18:09absolutely going to have a role in the
- 18:11pass game as well. Going to list him as
- 18:12a flex. Shawn Tucker, we have seen him
- 18:15get some touchdown potential if players
- 18:17are banged up. If for some reason Bucky
- 18:19Irving were to go down, we know Kenneth
- 18:21Gainwell takes on a huge role at that
- 18:23point, but Tucker may still have
- 18:24touchdown potential.
- 18:26>> Yeah, Bucky Irving, we're getting a
- 18:27discount this year because of the injury
- 18:29concerns. So, as long as he's healthy,
- 18:31it's gold to draft him where he's going
- 18:33because you're not overly reliant on him
- 18:35as your RB1. He should be your team's
- 18:37RB2 at worst or at best, I guess I
- 18:40should say. We don't want him. Please,
- 18:43please, for those of you who take wide
- 18:44receivers early, don't just gamble on
- 18:47all these mid-round running backs and
- 18:49just expect them to pop off and really
- 18:50produce. What a lot of people don't
- 18:52realize is when you take a hit at the
- 18:54running back position. Sure, you get a
- 18:56bonus at wide receiver, maybe some
- 18:58additional points because the players
- 18:59are higher tier, but it's just a wash
- 19:01because you're making up for the lack of
- 19:03production at running back. So, Bucky
- 19:06Irving is a great discount this year and
- 19:07we like him as that discount because
- 19:09you're not as reliant on him as maybe
- 19:11you would have been going into your
- 19:12drafts last year. Heading out to the
- 19:14west coast to finish off the video in
- 19:16the NFC West. Jake's team and his
- 19:19favorite backfield to predict this year,
- 19:21the Arizona Cardinals. He is rooting
- 19:24hard for this Cardinals team. He thinks
- 19:26they are Super Bowl contenders. Okay,
- 19:28maybe I'm pushing it there. Jake doesn't
- 19:30think any of that. Jeremiah Love, I
- 19:32mean, we have to list him as a flex. He
- 19:35was drafted super high and he's been
- 19:38given a ton of guaranteed money because
- 19:39of that. But they also signed Tyler
- 19:41Algier in free agency. Oh, and by the
- 19:44way, they still have James Connor on the
- 19:45roster. Oh, and also, by the way, Trey
- 19:48Benson is still there, who from an
- 19:50efficiency standpoint, unlimited touches
- 19:52the last couple of years, has looked
- 19:53really, really good. I really don't know
- 19:56what's going on here.
- 19:57>> Yeah, I don't think anybody does. And
- 19:58they've already come out and said, "Hey,
- 19:59we're going to utilize all these guys."
- 20:01They're excited for James Connor. Tyler
- 20:03Algier is getting first team snaps. And
- 20:05Jeremiah Love is making big catches down
- 20:07the field. They're all going to be
- 20:08utilized. They're all going to be used.
- 20:10It's going to be a fantasy nightmare.
- 20:12Now, on the field, they may be, and I
- 20:15hate to say this, one of the highest
- 20:18producing backfields out there for the
- 20:20simple fact that I don't know if there's
- 20:22much of a drop off from their first,
- 20:24second, and third options on their
- 20:25roster. Obviously Jeremiah Love being
- 20:29the the youth that he is is probably a
- 20:32little bit better than James Connor, but
- 20:33we've seen James Connor do great things
- 20:35in this backfield before behind worse
- 20:38offensive lines. So they may go out
- 20:41there and and have a three-headed
- 20:42monster that maybe doesn't get a lot of
- 20:45fourth quarter opportunity because
- 20:46they're always losing, but it's going to
- 20:48be impossible to guess every single week
- 20:50which one of these guys is getting the
- 20:51touchdown opportunities. I would rather
- 20:53be wrong about Jeremiah Love and watch
- 20:56him be successful on somebody else's
- 20:58team than be too excited for him and be
- 21:01wrong and watch him crash and burn on my
- 21:03own team. I'm willing to eat that here
- 21:05in 2026. For the Rams, Kairen Williams,
- 21:09we've been a fan of Kairen Williams for
- 21:10a while now. This season though, instead
- 21:13of some of that high-end RB1 kind of
- 21:17touchdown ability that we've seen in the
- 21:19past, we're looking at him more as a
- 21:21safe RB2 option. If you draft Kairen
- 21:24Williams personally, I'm drafting Blake
- 21:26Cororm because if something were to
- 21:28happen to Williams, Blake Corm may end
- 21:31up being the fantasy football league
- 21:33winner in 2026. Yeah, Cororm is probably
- 21:36one of the main handcuffs right now in
- 21:39fantasy football to own because a he's
- 21:41going to have a weekly role starting
- 21:43week one. Probably not fantasy
- 21:46startable, but could develop enough of a
- 21:49role where he could be flexorthy in
- 21:51deeper leagues, even with a healthy
- 21:53Kairen Williams. And if Kairen Williams
- 21:55were to go down, Blake Corm gets a
- 21:57massive jump and could be a top 12 guy.
- 22:00probably one of the biggest handcuffs to
- 22:02own right now in fantasy
- 22:03>> for the San Francisco 49ers. If you're
- 22:05willing to deal with the risk, then
- 22:07you're drafting Christian McCaffrey
- 22:08within the first five picks. And that
- 22:10could end up working out great for you.
- 22:13It could also end up being a disaster,
- 22:15coming off a plethora of touches in
- 22:192025. They've already made the comment
- 22:21that they would like to dial those back
- 22:22a little bit, but we've heard that in
- 22:24the past and it hasn't happened. We also
- 22:27talked about Jordan James. We are not
- 22:28interested in Jordan James at all
- 22:31because if something were to happen to
- 22:32Christian McCaffrey, there's a really
- 22:34good chance that we're going to see a
- 22:36lot of running backs get a lot of
- 22:37touches. Kaylin Black on the watch list.
- 22:40He could actually end up being the
- 22:42starter over Jordan James at that point.
- 22:44And don't forget Isaac Gando is still on
- 22:46the roster. I know that he has been hurt
- 22:48and he's not really a guy that we might
- 22:50be anticipating to begin the season, but
- 22:52maybe at some point in time he pops up
- 22:54this year as well.
- 22:56>> Yeah. And we already know that Jordan
- 22:57James, he's banged up in camp. I
- 22:59personally, if I'm if I'm drafting CMC,
- 23:03I will handcuff him personally on my
- 23:05team in a very last round with Kayn
- 23:08Black more so than I would do with
- 23:10Jordan James. Now, am I automatically
- 23:12saying I have to get Kalin Black if I
- 23:14get Christian McCaffrey? No. But if it
- 23:15works out that way and I have to take a
- 23:18stab on one of these guys, it'll be
- 23:20Black over James just for the potential
- 23:21that he could have. I I I just don't
- 23:24believe in Jordan James that if they
- 23:26believed in Jordan James, they would
- 23:27have drafted Kaylin Black this year. So
- 23:28there's there's just a lot of other
- 23:30questions, you know, concerning.
- 23:31Hopefully CMC stays healthy. I mean,
- 23:32he's as of right now, he is one of the
- 23:34healthiest guys on the team as of right
- 23:36now. So let's hope let's hope that
- 23:38stays. for the Seattle Seahawks. They
- 23:40could end up bringing us one of the
- 23:42biggest discounts on a safe flex RB2
- 23:45type option and Jadarian Price, but it
- 23:48could also end up being a disaster
- 23:50because apparently Zack Charbanet who's
- 23:52barely 6 months removed from ACL surgery
- 23:56looks like he might go in week one,
- 23:57which I don't get and I still do not
- 24:00anticipate. To me, that is a ton of
- 24:02media whatifs and it is not what is
- 24:05going to happen. And I expect Jadarian
- 24:06Price to be the starter to begin the
- 24:08season. And at some point in time, we
- 24:10might see Zack Charbanet work his way
- 24:12back in. If you draft Jadarian Price, I
- 24:14don't know you necessarily need to
- 24:16handcuff him with Zack Charbanet because
- 24:18their ADPs are very close together right
- 24:21now. George Helani though will stay on
- 24:23waiverss.
- 24:24>> Yeah, I I love Jadarian Price. I love
- 24:27it. And I think as the offseason goes
- 24:29on, Charban's ADP will fall further down
- 24:31because I don't anticipate him being
- 24:34100% week one. Is he gonna suit up
- 24:36potentially? Is he gonna get 15 touches?
- 24:39No. I just there's just no way I can see
- 24:41that until I I'm saying at the earliest
- 24:45October, right? Get let's get through
- 24:47the first month of the season and then
- 24:48they slowly start to ramp him up. It's
- 24:50not like he's going to go from 0 to 60
- 24:52or 0 to 100 right away because there's
- 24:55there's no reason for them to. They
- 24:56spent that first round pick on Jarian
- 24:58Price for a reason and it's to really
- 24:59help them to start the season.
- 25:01>> Headliner Nation, that will do it for
- 25:03part two. And again, if you missed part
- 25:05one with all of the AFC teams, that link
- 25:08is down in the description below. Tons
- 25:10of fantasy nuggets cuz we talked about
- 25:12like 90 some odd players or something
- 25:14crazy like that. Some of them a little
- 25:16bit more in depth, but we gave you a
- 25:18little bit of information on all of the
- 25:20running backs that you should be keeping
- 25:22an eye on for fantasy football purposes
- 25:24this season. So, make sure you like the
