6. 0:07>> I'm Dr. Monish Kohli from Ahmedabad and
7. 0:10I've been into this gold collar program
8. 0:14by Dr. Shirram and it's been an amazing
9. 0:17journey throughout the process from last
10. 0:203 months have been really hectic with
11. 0:23all Sundays jam-packed just for the 9:00
12. 0:2710:00 sessions till 1:00. It's been an
13. 0:30amazing journey. It's a mood elevation,
14. 0:34practice elevation, growth systems which
15. 0:36are into place now after 3 months and I
16. 0:40would say this is the one we should look
17. 0:42forward to. And how many years of
18. 0:44practice experience do you have doctor?
19. 0:45>> So it's been now more than 25 years. So
20. 0:48I'm into practice and uh I've seen a
21. 0:52great changes which have I've tried to
22. 0:54implement the small bits and pieces from
23. 0:58having a SWAT analysis to financial
24. 1:00model business plans and all those
25. 1:03checklists. So now we are ready to move
26. 1:06forward for a next level of practice
27. 1:08growth.
28. 1:09>> Right. That's amazing doctor. So what
29. 1:11what made you join the program? what was
30. 1:13the challenges or the problems that you
31. 1:14were facing?
32. 1:15>> So postco the things were different. So
33. 1:19uh before co the situation was totally
34. 1:22amazing. Postco there was a fall into
35. 1:26the practice and uh then came a
36. 1:29challenge of managing people, team
37. 1:32building,
38. 1:34managing your finances,
39. 1:36getting more system into places. So
40. 1:40everything was in a different phase but
41. 1:43now after 5 years postco and enrolling
42. 1:48into gold collar this gives a boost to
43. 1:52the entire system and gives an energy
44. 1:55which was really missing and here today
45. 1:58we are at ISB Hyderabad in the beautiful
46. 2:01campus and along with good colleagues
47. 2:05from different places coming from Mumbai
48. 2:09from UAE and uh a really amazing team of
49. 2:14colleagues where we are exchanging ideas
50. 2:17uh trying to help each other grow out of
51. 2:19their comfort zone and become a little
52. 2:22discomfort
53. 2:24>> and taking it to the next level.
54. 2:25>> Right. That's amazing doctor. So during
55. 2:28this entire program, was there a aha
56. 2:30moment for you?
57. 2:32>> The entire program is an aha moment.
58. 2:34>> Okay.
59. 2:34>> It's not just an aha moment. So to wrap
60. 2:37up I would say it's all about ABCD of
61. 2:41dentistry all about business development
62. 2:44with clarity in dentistry. This is gold
63. 2:46collar.
64. 2:47>> Wow that's amazing. So doctor uh I'm
65. 2:49assuming you have invested a lot of time
66. 2:51value and even money in the program. You
67. 2:53think you have gotten value back out of
68. 2:54it?
69. 2:55>> I think uh not to take into
70. 2:58consideration the uh investment. it is
71. 3:02uh just an investment and we are going
72. 3:04to reap the fruits very soon and we are
73. 3:07started getting the results.

75. 3:10from this um is there anything that you
76. 3:12would like to tell the other dentists
77. 3:15who who are actually struggling in the
78. 3:16practice or facing any difficulties that
79. 3:19would do you recommend this program to

81. 3:22from zero and if you want to scale up,
82. 3:26if you are in a stability phase, if
